This paper aims to identify an application of the multinomial logistic regression model (MLR), which is one of the most important methods for categorical data analysis. This model handles a nominal/ordinal response variable that has more than two categories, whether nominal or ordinal. This model has been applied to data analysis in many fields such as education, health, behavioral and social sciences. Multinomial logistic regression (MLR) is an extension of binary logistic regression that allows for more than two categories of response or outcome variables. Like binary logistic regression, multinomial logistic regression uses maximum likelihood estimation to assess the likelihood of categorical membership. This method was applied to car accidents and the data includes seven variables such as (driver's license, accident location, road type and vehicle speed, weather, vehicle type and accident time). When the accident type is the dependent variable and the seven other variables are independent variables, after analyzing the data We conclude that the model contains many significant variables, most notably (driver's license, road type, and the speed of the car). Each distinct type is significant in the multinomial logistic regression (MLR) model, and the model is also predictive and has achieved the 67% accuracy shown in our model.

This study deals with an important topic of the new administrative law, which is Conceptual framework of the electronic administrative contract to highlight the legal aspects of using the e-government system in the field of administrative agreements. It is discussed through presenting a definition of the electronic administrative contract, and explaining the characteristics of the electronic administrative contract and the Methods of concluding an electronic administrative contract and how to prove it by showing the concept of electronic writing with its terms.
Moreover, it sheds lights on the concept of Settlement of electronic administrative contract disputes and electronic signature and the conditions that must be met in the electronic signature to prove the administrative contract. Moreover, it reaches several results, most notably, the adoption of electronic means to make administrative contracts is in need to appropriate legislation, qualified personnel and publishing of e-government culture. The current study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of hotel service quality on the customer's commitment in premium class hotels in Baghdad. The dimensions of service quality were dealt with as consisting of (dependency, responsiveness, tangibility, safety, empathy) in that the customer's commitment was one-dimensional. The study attempted to determine the effect of the dimensions of hotel service quality (combined and individually) on the customer's commitment. The study population consisted of premium-class hotels in the city of Baghdad, while the study sample consisted of the customers of these hotels. (500) questionnaires were distributed to them randomly. The study used simple and multiple regression analysis to test the model and hypothesis of the study, and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of hotel service quality (combined and individually) on the commitment of the customer, accordingly the study recommended that hotels should be concerned with the study community in a way of continuous improvement in providing service to the customer.

The research aimed to:
1- Designing an adaptive learning environment using artificial intelligence (AI) technology for students of the College of Education.
2- Knowing the effect of designing an adaptive learning environment using artificial intelligence (AI) technology on the self-learning skills of students of the College of Education.
To achieve the second research objective, the following null hypothesis was formulated:
There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level between the average scores of the experimental group students who will be taught in the adaptive learning environment using artificial intelligence (AI) and the average scores of the control group who will be taught in the usual (dominant) way in self-learning skills.
The current research was limited to students of the College of Education for Pure Sciences / Department of Physics (morning study) for the universities of the Middle Euphrates (Holy Karbala, Babylon, Qadisiyah), for the academic year 2021-2022.
The researchers adopted the experimental design with partial control for two equal groups (experimental group and control group) with the post-test for self-learning skills, and according to this design the study sample (students of the second stage, Physics Department of Qadisiyah University) was intentionally selected from among the universities, as the number of students of the second stage was / The morning study (238) students divided into three divisions, Division C was chosen randomly, which consists of three groups, two groups were chosen randomly, one of them is the experimental group and it included (25) students who studied the scientific material using an adaptive learning environment using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, and the other The control group included (25) students who studied the same subject in the usual (predominant) way. Electricity for the academic year 2021-2022.
Behavioral objectives were formulated for these experiments, as their number reached (103), and for the six levels of Bloom's classification in the cognitive aspect. With regard to the research tool, a scale of self-learning skills was prepared consisting of (48) items, and the psychometric properties of it were verified using the program ( Microsoft Excel 2016) and SPSS 22.
As the experiment was applied in the first academic course for the academic year 2021-2022, for a period of (12) weeks, with one study lecture per week for each group, and after the end of the experiment, the research tool was applied to the two groups (experimental control).
The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the scale of self-learning skills with an impact size of the independent variable (adaptive learning environment with AI technology), which amounted to (0.23), which is a large value to show the size of the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable, and in light of this, the researchers came out A set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

New dynamics in the contacts between developing nations have emerged behind the rhetoric of South-South cooperation; analyzing these shifts calls for a broader lens than a China-Africa perspective. Similar to how North-South cooperation models are becoming less relevant in geopolitics (such as the EU-ACP alliance), new models are needed for emerging nations to cooperate and compete. This paper further contends that groups of countries (such as the African Union (AU), the European Union (EU), and China) could effectively cooperate in specific problem areas to address global development-related issues in the absence of effective international institutions with "fair" representation of all actors.

Since the establishment of the Iraqi state, Baghdad has been one of the most populous cities as a result of natural increase and population migration. This expansion has been accompanied by many strategic plans to address the problem of housing there. Breast cancer is one of the utmost common diseases among women, which results in death. Detecting and classifying tumors using deep learning methods can help the diagnoses process. There are two distinct tumor classes, i.e. malignant tumors and benign ones. Doctors need an accurate diagnostic system to discriminate between certain tumors. Moreover, even the specialists usually find it difficult to identify tumors. Automation of the diagnostic system for diagnosis and treatment tumors is therefore required. This research focuses on improving the efficiency of breast cancer diagnosis through the implementation of deep convolution Neural Network (DCNN). The main experiments was carried out utilizing the dataset of Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC). The utilized CNN technique reveals a better performance contrasted to existing methods and reaches 99.70 % accuracy for detection the breast cancer.

For the academic year 2021-2022. The sample size was (200) teachers were chosen randomly, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a test for generative thinking and a test for reading comprehension skills, whose validity and reliability were verified, and after applying the two tests, the data were processed statistically. The results showed that the Arabic language teachers possessed the skills of reading comprehension and generative thinking, and also showed that the relationship between the two variables was a strong directive relationship among the teachers. In light of this, a study of the skills of reading comprehension and generative thinking was conducted experimentally with independent variables as models for modifying concepts.

The experimental method was used to suit the research problem. The research sample was selected from the junior basketball players who are registered with the Iraqi Central Basketball Association list for the Middle Euphrates region for the sports season 2019/2020. That is why we turned to them with the presence of other sciences that could have been accessed and immersed in its seas, but we preferred the Companions and we chose, with the success of God Almighty, the great Companion Muadh bin Anas al-Juhani for several reasons, including that he is a Companion who does not have an extensive reputation like the promising ten or other famous people The Companions, and that the few hadiths of this Companion compared to others have become necessary to show them on the ground, as most of his narrations were not mentioned in the two Sahihs, just as most of his narrations were in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad (may God have mercy on him) and something easy in the books of Sunan, and the rest of the books of the Sunnah with that He is my Companions and all the Companions They are just and virtuous for what was preached, and the texts praising them are many, and the companions are the young and old on that, and the companion, as the people of knowledge said, is the one who met the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, believing in him and died on Islam, and Muadh bin Anas Al-Juhani is a companion of the Ansar, and they are the ones who sheltered and supported and sacrificed themselves, their homelands and their money in The path of God, and the victory of his Prophet, peace be upon him, and I chose to study his life, his upbringing, and his narrations from the Messenger of God in the remembrance and supplication from the books of the Prophetic Sunnah, and to collect his hadiths from them because they are for the sake of books, and because they are the books that people received with acceptance across the globe and which carried between them all the jurisprudential doors That's the reason I chose this research is the desire to highlight the role of the Companions and revive their memory, because studying their conditions has scientific and educational benefit; Collecting these hadiths in an independent research makes the researcher care and take care of them by clarifying the conditions of the narrators in each hadith and narrating the opinions of scholars in terms of judging the hadith or by clarifying the wound and modification for each narrator and other clarification of the strange hadith and what is learned from the text by referring to Books of explanations, and all of this is not available in a book, and shedding light on these hadiths according to the companion who narrated them gives an idea about that companion and the nature of his companionship to the Messenger of God and the degree of his companionship with him and the impact of the Messenger on him through his companionship with the Messenger of God or from the conversations that he received from him, and I ask Almighty God to make this effort purely for his honorable face, and that I have succeeded in it. God’s grace, and as for the other, the truth is what I wanted and the right thing I meant, and I sought forgiveness from God, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon the one who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, our master Muhammad and his family and companions.

The aim of the research is to :
1 - Knowing the level of professional skills of male and female physics teachers.
2 - Detection of differences in professional skills according to the gender variable (males - females).
3 - Knowing the requirements of distance education for male and female physics teachers.
4 - Detecting the differences in distance education requirements according to the gender variable (males - females).
5-Detecting the correlation between professional skills and distance education requirements.
The current research is limited to physics teachers for the preparatory stage in the Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah and for the academic year (2021-2022) , and the descriptive correlative research method was adopted. The research sample was chosen by the method of random sampling (Stratified Random), and the researcher prepared two tools to achieve the objectives of the research, which are a scale of professional skills and a scale of distance education. Calculating the discriminatory power of the two scale items and the correlation coefficients, as well as calculating the value of the reliability coefficient of the two scales using first the Cronbach alpha coefficient, whose value reached (0.96) for the professional skills scale and (0.93) for the distance education scale, secondly by retesting the test, whose value reached (0.98) for the distance education scale It is equal to (0.92) for the professional skills scale, both of which have very good stability. The two search tools were applied in the second semester of the year (2021-2022), and statistical analysis and processing of the data was conducted using the portfolio program. Statistical data for the social sciences (SPSS-21), and the following results were obtained:
• Physics teachers have a high level of professional skills.
• There is no difference between male and female physics teachers in professional skills.
• Teachers of physics have a high level of distance education requirements.
• There is no difference between male and female physics teachers in distance education requirements
• There is a direct relationship between professional skills and distance education requirements, or both.
The study concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions

Ignorance is one of the serious pests that societies may face, which causes enormous damage at the individual and societal level, the difficulty of distinguishing between right and wrong, and the inability to make sound and correct judgments, as ignorance is one of the most leading causes of poverty, and it is the closest thing known to being one of the common diseases that It is possible for the self to suffer from it in different societies, which means a lack of knowledge, information, experiences, or in understanding in particular, lack of awareness, lack of awareness and cognitive decline. Rather, it has become a kind of self-deception, as the self feels today that this type of ignorance is beneficial Because it avoids individuals from recognizing facts and facts, in addition to what we suffer today from educational ignorance and ignorance of the second illiteracy in which we see the lack of reading for those who read and write.

In this paper, we introduce some two weaks called βk-generalized and αk-generalized by using
βk-intuitionistic open and αk- intuitionistic open and investigate some properties . Finaly
we study the relations between this concepts .
