ABSTRICT:-
The international community, after a long period of silence that lasted for nearly half a century, during which no international criminal judicial mechanism to punish and prosecute the perpetrators of international crimes, its efforts to establish a permanent judicial authority to punish international crimes and war criminals led in 2002 to the establishment of the International Criminal Court. The Statute of the Court contains four international crimes, including war crimes.
But this system, which is the product of the consensual treaty between states, is not a complete system without obstacles. The jurisdiction of the court was restricted and limited according to the statute of the court, which has not included all serious international crimes on the one hand, and it has no authority to exercise its jurisdiction independently. For this, the international community and humanity needs to develop and amend the statute of the court in a way to include all forms of war crimes to secure a suitable situation to the ICC to carry out its tasks of achieving international criminal justice.

Abstract:-
Looking at jurisprudential and legal sources, we see those jurists and jurist, in many places, have used the discussion of prestige over specific or general human rules. For example, when a ruling on khums, zakat, or other charitable matters is issued to those who are supposed to receive another benefit from the person giving zakat or khums, then the recipient should consider a kind of zakat recipient or khums. The recipient must observe the necessary principles for this, one of which is the observance of his dignity and respect. Also, in the peace of the womb, which is one of the moral principles of the religion of Islam, it is necessary to observe the dignity of human beings and with whom people cannot travel, jurists offer opinions. From a legal point of view, the issue of reputation in punishment and the judge's verdict is raised in court. Another place where the dignity of human beings must be respected is the things that the officials of the society use to organize the economic situation of the country. For example, the aid that the government provides to the people, which must maintain the respect of the people of the society. Among the jurists, Imam Khomeini has opinions about the dignity of human beings, and this treatise is mostly based on his words. The present article is a descriptive-analytical and examines prestige using the library method. The results of the article indicate that Imam Khomeini believes in respecting the social dignity of man as a social being and has an inherent identity and personality. Accordingly, Imam Khomeini's view has indicated the dignity of the wife in the end of marriage, the dignity of the recipient of zakat and khums and alms in receiving alms, the dignity of the pilgrim in the pilgrimage, the dignity of the individual in daily travels and mercy

Abstract:-
One of the most important necessities of human social life is the law. The law is one of the most objective and first criteria in judging civilizations and reflects the wise thinking of the people and their leaders and shows the principles on which they have based their standards of life. What gives special importance to legal systems and legislative institutions is, firstly, the regularity of that system and the basis of laws on general principles and foundations, and secondly, its flexibility, so that it can play a role against possible changes in social change in human life. In the evolution of laws, considering the dignity of Islamic jurisprudence, independence, self-confidence, honor and dignity, we should test the issues with the divine religion and find a way out of the problems from the text of the religion and find a jurisprudential solution. The purpose of changing the law can be considered in being privileged, being able to compete with the future and looking at providing and protecting the rights of individuals. Conflict of laws with jurisprudential rules and general rules based on the positive principles of tradition, consensus and reason, as well as ambiguity in laws, can be the reasons for the evolution of laws. In Islamic jurisprudence, what causes the validity of testimony is in fact subject to the existential and negative conditions of the witness; In other words, the conditions of the witness are so difficult that it is necessary to accept less testimony in practice. But if a testimony is obtained with all its conditions, it can be a definitive document of the sentence. In the evolution of the laws on testimony, it can be said that the legislator has moved from a situation in which the value of testimony was drastically reduced to a situation in which the validity of testimony has been restored and a position similar to that in jurisprudence. It is a testimony.

Abstract:-
The sense of resemblance is assumed as one of the foremost cornerstones in simile as a figure of speech and it denotes finding similarity between both sides. Among rhetorical aspects of Holy Quran, given the presuppositions and intellectual rules of exegetes, the sense of resemblance and related different roles are considered as one of the important issues in literal and mystic exegeses. With respect to this point, on the one hand, silent nature of literal-mystic reasoning of exegetes has been affected by literal tendencies; and on the other hand, mystic exegeses cover monographs based on interpretive rules, which may provide growth and excellence in various dimensions of ethical interactions under the aegis of both sides of simile and their sense of resemblance- either with direct efficiency or inverse yield so that the main problem of present research is that how is literal and mystic approach exposed to sense of resemblance in Quranic verses? Using comparative-contrastive method at this study, the common and different borders of sense of resemblance are classified in these Quranic exegeses based on attribution to authority of apparent cases in literal interpretations and by means of hermeneutics in mystic exegeses after extensive conceptual interpretation of sense of resemblance from perspectives of literal and mystic exegetes in Quranic verses. It was concluded at the end of this study that although mystic and literal approaches are close together in terms of identifying the sense of resemblance, by reviewing accurately in contents of literal and mystics exegetes that cover prescriptions in the fields of literature and mysticism regarding sense of resemblance, one could recognize boundaries of this cornerstone.

Abstract:-
Interrogation has an important position in the preliminary stages of investigation because it is a method to achieve the truth and judge the accused. The discussion and interrogation of the accused include two cases: Ether he voluntarily confesses to the accusations and as a result, he will be punished, and this is one thing. It means that achieving justice causes the offender not to escape from the law, as well as fear and deterrence for those who think like him and intend to do what this deviant has done, and in addition, society will be safe. We find that there is a competent authority that prosecutes, confronts and punishes the offender, but if the accused does not know the crime to which he is charged, he cannot defend himself and rejects the evidence that confronts him with the guarantees of Sharia and the law. It also includes achieving justice by not punishing an innocent person and preventing him from taking revenge by the victim or his relatives, and this investigation distinguishes between interrogating the accused and responding him to the competent authorities in each of these cases. Legal and legal guarantees are mentioned in detail, and Islamic Sharia has been ahead of man-made laws in terms of time and content in the guarantees.

Abstract:-
Despite familiarity of all people with Siasah (Politics) word as a well-known one, but its meaning isn’t clear because it hasn’t been well explained verbally and colloquially. The explanation of the word’s verbal meaning and analysis of its colloquial meaning with emphasizing on Islamic approach will describe the different applications of the word and will pave the way for critical analysis of politics with focus on Islamic view. The examinations show that according to philologists as verbal meaning of politics is changing, it has also different colloquial meanings based on different presumptions; and according to colloquial meanings with emphasizing on the relation of each meaning to religion’s function, a power-centered politics or leader-centered politics can’t provide a perfect well-being as a thing intended by God, thus only a guidance-centered or divine politics can fulfill a perfect happiness for human being if it takes its presumptions from religious resources. Therefore, the Islam prophet’s traits are as foundations for politics and guiding people and all shi’a leaders were killed by opposite politicians because their endeavors have been aimed a right politics and divine guidance.

Abstract:-
Investigate and general comparing of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods in Iranian legal system and the UK are the first aims of this thesis. Explaining some of the most popular methods of ADR, especially mediation and conciliation are the second goal. There might be similarities and differences between both of the legal systems as they are in a different place and they have different legal system as well. Since, Iranian law is referring to civil law and the UK laws refer to common law. Using ADR methods are in high level in the UK as these methods are going to be used in a compulsory way of fulfillment. While, utilizing methods of ADR in Iran have not been used much. This might make some negative and positive sides for both of the systems of law. As, some new kinds of problems could be made because of a great amount of communication locally and universally among the countries. Both of the determined countries might look for the other alternatives in order to solve the present and future coming up disputes. The rate of the disputes are increasing globally not only domestics and, that makes massive problems for the courts to recover all disputes. Thus, in terms of applying ADR systems, especially mediation and conciliation in Iran and in the UK might need a good grounds and perfect evaluation. In Iran, some alternatives are there which parties might depend on when they have a problem such as Musalaha and Sharia. Third person who is making the decision is usually belong to the religions, custom and culture rather than the law. Since, ADR forms are working well in the UK and in the most of the countries where using ADR forms, therefore it will be good for countries as such Iran to quote their experience regarding to resolve their domestic and international problems by ADR methods. Hence, as ADR forms are not been used properly in Iranian legal law and they relied on Sharia, Solh, and culture to solve problems. Some ideas have been summarized to explain the most suitable system for applying ADR in Iran. Finally, some recommendations and the UK experiences have been explained in this paper to, in order to propose proper ground for ADR methods.

Abstract:-
The issue of leadership has been considered by communities for a very long time. All communities need a leader to prevent chaos through regular planning so people can go about their daily business without struggle. A leadership above all exists, called jihadi leadership uses scientific tools and technology in line with the divine’s will to lead a community. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to analyze the jihadi leadership model based on Hazrat Amir al-Momenin’s (AS) leadership model. The results show that in leadership, principles such as God-centeredness, human-centeredness, integrity, realism, right-centeredness and Velayat-centeredness are important. In the Alawite model, an efficient leader must have characteristics to lead the society in the right direction during chaos, such as: high tolerance in hardships, fair treatment of subordinates and peers, attention to the employees’ conditions, orderliness, commitment to purpose, ability to know oneself and one's strengths and weaknesses, awareness of one's surroundings and social environment, opportunities and threats, clearing the environment of flatterers, gentility, consultancy, criticism , moderation in affairs, encouraging and punishing leadership practices, etc.

Abstract:-
In this paper, we explore the dominance of the topic of Abyss by reading the novel, Maggate Dougas. Where there is a duality and doubling in the events, scenes, characters, and dialogues in Modrato Cantabelle's novel. It turns out that the writer merges the events of the present with the memories of the past. Besides, most of the text covered by the novel revolves around the narration of a novel within another story, by highlighting the existence of two worlds for a single character. Note that this character is one from the past, the second from the present, one real, and the second fictional. Where everything mixes to give a new shape to the abyss.

Abstract:-
It is proposed that negotiation is an interpersonal interaction in which the people involved try to arrive at an agreement to resolve a conflict. Negotiation is prevailing in the political field where politicians frequently appeal to it in order to resolve conflicts and get at the best outcomes. The present study investigates negotiation from a pragmatic point of view in peace treaties. It hypothesizes that negotiators employ a panorama of strategies in order to achieve their negotiation outcomes. Additionally, it aims at answering the following questions: What are the functions of negotiation produced in the data under study? What are the types of negotiation resorted to by the participants involved? What is the pragmatic structure of negotiation produced in the data under scrutiny? And what are the pragmatic strategies of negotiation utilized in peace treaties?

Abstract:-
This paper selects the great British novelist Jane Austen's work Pride and Prejudice as a text to apply two linguistics theories: Halliday's (1994; 2014) Processes of Transitivity and Fowler-Uspensky Model of Point of View to emphasize more how the linguistics theories open further gates to the reader in understanding the British society at the end of the eighteen century and early nineteen century, as the selected theories reveal many aspects in human nature such as the psychological and ideological aspects. Moreover, because of the lack of space, the researchers analyze only four different sketches from all over the novel to reach a general understanding of the use of these two theories in Austen's work.

Abstract:-
Case syncretism refers to the co-occurrence of two cases spelled out by one morpheme. The present study attempts to shed lights on this phenomenon by describing Arabic data which received little attention in the literature. Arabic nouns inflect for three cases: nominative, accusative and genitive. These cases show two patterns of syncretism: accidental and non-accidental. The former is assumed to be caused by phonological processes while the latter is universal.
The adopted approach (nanosyntax) assumes that syncretism is universal and systematic. It is governed by specific case sequence and adjacency condition. Caha (2009) developed a decompositional model which analyses case into atomic features and submorphemic Components. Furthermore, a fundamental difference is made between synthetic and analytic case. The former refers to morphological case while the latter refers the use of preposition to express un grammaticalised cases.
The study shows that Arabic exhibits two types of syncretism: accidental and non-accidental. Accidental syncretism occurs in Arabic due to phonological aspects. The defective nouns are not marked for case because they end with a vowel. Thus, they show of non-adjacent cases. Non-accidental syncretism occurs in dual, masculine plural, and feminine plural. Singular nouns do not show any type of syncretism.

Abstract:-
This study examined the effects of COVID-19 on English language teaching in Iraq. There were many challenges faced by Iraqi University teachers in their teaching through online platforms during the pandemic. Furthermore, this study investigated the strategies followed by those teachers to overcome these challenges and also this study sought to identify their feelings toward teaching. A semi-structured interview was carried out for data collection purposes. The number of participants was 30 full-time faculty members at different Iraqi Universities. The findings of this study revealed many challenges faced by Iraqi EFL University teachers while teaching through online platforms. Furthermore, it has been noticed that most teachers have negative feelings toward teaching in regard to the status of higher education in Iraq during the pandemic. So COVID-19 has strong effects on teaching and the methods used by teachers. An implication for this is the possibility to move into in-person classes especially after students and teachers were vaccinated and the virus became low-prevalence.

Abstract:-
The city of Suq al-Shuyukh had actively contributed to the course of social and political events witnessed by the areas of the Middle Euphrates in general and the Muntafiq district in particular, through the tribal movements that prevailed in those areas in the first half of 1935. The beginning of this movement was represented by demonstrations and protests by the tribes of Suq al-Shuyukh, after the spread of incidents throughout the areas of the Middle Euphrates. Their most prominent demands were to cancel “Sarkala” and get rid of these heavy revenues, which did not exist in the rest of the Iraqi cities.
Members of the Al-Hajam tribe in Suq al-Shuyukh had fired shots at the police patrol, then the tribes attacked the police stations and started violent clashes that led to the withdrawal of the police through the earthy roads surrounding the city of Suq Al-Shuyoukh. Then, the revolutionaries had broken into the governmental palace in the city, and the whole city became under their control. Then, after the martial administration was declared in the city, the government gave orders for warplanes to bomb the Suq al-Shuyukh district. Then, after the government forces took control of Al-Hamar and Al-Jbayish regions, the government asked the tribal sheikhs loyal to them to mediate for the withdrawal of the revolutionaries and not confront the government forces, and indeed that happened, and the government forces entered the city of Suq al-Shuyukh without a fight.

Abstract:-
The rhetorical levels of imagination in photography is a technique based on highlighting the contradiction between two opposite images, either from contemporary conditions or between some legacies and some contemporary situations. The poet sometimes resorts to this method for the purpose of highlighting his esoteric thoughts through speaking in a covert manner, and by finding the relationship between the inconsistency in the poem, he proves the incompatibility between the actual circumstances and the ideal state. Hence, the rhetorical levels of imagination in photography are considered one of the most important backgrounds of the political and social poetry of Kamal Ahmed Ghoneim, as he addresses through them intelligently and sometimes indirectly to criticize the challenges that exist in his society. And by noting the extent of the extent of the second form of the rhetorical levels of imagination in photography and given the recall of characters, stories, heritage texts and their contradictory disturbances, as well as noting the intensity of the hidden meaning in the presence of the second form; The poet has benefited more than the second type of rhetorical levels of imagination in photography. Kamal Ahmed Ghoneim chose this method more in the field of confronting the injustice of rulers and political tyranny, creating vigilance, and urging to confront colonialism, and... Abstract:-
The requirements of Total quality management have attracted the interest of writers and researchers in the field of management in general and production and operations management in particular. This coincided with the radical transformations witnessed by the world during the 1980s and 1990s From the last century and the beginning of the twenty-first century towards the age of information, knowledge and communication economics. These developments have created challenges for the banking industry, most notably the launch of the liberalization of financial and banking services, which means the opening of the global market to financial and banking organizations, as well as developments and changes in technology, information and the consequent change in the nature of banking performance. These challenges require the banking industry to adopt new approaches, including the requirements of TQM because of their impact on banking performance. This study is an attempt to demonstrate the impact of TQM requirements in reducing the risk of financing in Islamic banks. This issue is of relatively significant importance because of its impact on the general direction of banking organizations. That Islamic banks as part of the banking system in many countries are invited to pay attention to the application and adaptation to the principles of its work, where it is necessary to establish the structures necessary to apply, as well as the adequacy of financial financing and greater than the specified percentage. On the other hand, Islamic banks still suffer from several problems in implementing TQM requirements.

Abstract:-
Th e pictorial paradox, in the past and the present, was on of the important elements in the poetic text and it can help convey the ideas that the poet wants to show the audience easily. These ideas that the poet has in his poetic imagination and artistic sense in forming an image of the pictorial paradox. This study aims to use the pictorial paradox and analyze the symbols in Mohamed Saed Al habooby\'s poetry whose poetry spreads and he wants to brings the attention to his poems so the pictorial paradox is a mutual process between the creator and the environment. It is formed in Mohamed Saed Al habooby through his life experiences and political conflicts. Pictorial paradox has a wide range in Alhaboby\'s poems through the study of levels of the pictorial paradox and apply the non personal paradox, simple paradox then the understimating the self, drammatic paradox, two dimensioned paradox and the historical paradox. Alhaboby used pictorial paradox in his poems in many different shapes to become a basic sign in his psychological and cultural sentiments and his vision of his real life as a means of his symbolic experience

The faith of the nation in God Almighty requires commitment to what is commanded by him and to leave what the Almighty forbade him. He has commanded to preserve not to violate its sanctity, and to forbid bad ethics , in order to achieve a community of affection and love among its members.

Abstract:-
Lamentation is one of the most prominent and oldest arts of Arabic poetry throughout the ages, and since the tragedy of Andalusia is one of the painful tragedies that swept the Islamic world, the poets described this great tragedy, and portrayed the conditions of the people of Andalusia with the most gentle methods of sadness and the most painful expressions. Ibn al-Abar al-Quda’i al-Balani (d. 595 AH) is one of the most famous poets of the Almohad era, and he has a long poem in the lamentation of Andalusia, in which he praised the Tunisian Sultan Abi Zakaria ibn Abi Hafs, and expressed the misfortunes that befell Andalusia and asked him for help to save it. In this research, we will study a stylistic study of his Hamziyah in order to assess the poet's ability to sing lamentations and determine its artistic characteristics, as well as determine the impact of the loss of Andalusia on poets.
One of the most important findings of this research is that the content of the poem includes the praise of Muslim leaders and the lament of Andalusia, describing its bad conditions and asking for help to save it from the hands of the enemies, and that the poet pays great attention to internal and external music, and that the poem’s coming to the letter Roy is the hamzeh followed by the letter “H.” And "a" is completely identical with the content of the poem, and the poet's use of phrasal verbs, especially past verbs, is much greater than the nominal sentences, as there is complete harmony and compatibility between the linguistic, intellectual, and literary levels.

Abstract:-
The rule of Dar’ is the one which is derived from the procedure of gratitude of the Islamic lawgiver in enforcing the hadd punishments. Most Islamic jurists, both Shia and Sunni, agree on the abolition of the punishment of theft due to suspicion. However, there is disagreement on the inclusion of the rule on the abolition of ta'zir punishments. Considering the importance of the rule of dar’ in criminal law, and considering that in Islamic law, based on the conditions of robbery, two types of punishment have been considered for it, in this research through descriptive-analytical method, different views on the inclusion of the rule on the punishment for theft has been investigated.
According to the result, most Shiite jurists have developed the circle of hadd in the rule of Dar’ and have considered the scope of its application beyond the hudud punishments to include ta'zir. But Sunni jurists have considered it alone with the same meaning of the term hadd. Accordingly, in the crime of robbery, the punishment of which is hadd and ta'zir, the Shiite view is that both types of punishment are avoidable in case of suspicion, and the Sunni opinion is that the rule removes only the hadd punishment.

Abstract:-
Defective consent in Transactions and execution guarantee in Iran Law and British Law has been studied in this study. In Iranian law consent literally means agreement and authority, and in the term, the desire for a legal act that has already been done, is now being done, or will be in the future. In the opinion of some jurists, Consent is a bargaining chip. In jurisprudential texts, it is also commonly argued that, rather than consent, authority is the condition of the transaction, which also implies the intended meaning. Defective Consent is a term that refers to specific circumstances and causes to be discredited or low-credited and consequently the contract and execution guarantee of defective consent is in Iran law is the invalidation of contracts and transactions and distinction between intention and consent in the guarantee of execution is unjustified and the lack of intention and defective consent resulted duress and mistake causes to invalidate the contract. But execution guarantee of defective consent is based on the voidable contracts and transactions in British law and consent is a key element of contracts but its role in contract law is unclear and due to the lack of distinction between the will and the consent, defective consent and will have been referred to in one general sense and mistake, misrepresentation, undue influence, duress and illegality are considered as defective consent, with the potential for revocation and voidable of the transaction.

It is part of comparative literature that studies aspects of communication and the relationship between all literatures and searches for the extent of influence and influence between them. Literary translation plays the most important role In the cultural interaction between Persian and Arabic. Therefore, we try in this study to shed light on a relationship between literary translation and comparative literature and show its importance in the comparative study between Persian and Arabic literature. We also try to address the many distortions that have occurred in literary translations from Persian into Arabic.

This research is an attempt to find out the seriousness of racial discrimination in society, and it focuses on the fact that racial discrimination is hated, ostracized, and fought in Islamic law, and that Islam has for many years fought those who practice this racial discrimination against others, and stood against arbitrariness, injustice, tyranny, and discrimination between people, peoples and tribes, and declared that people are equal in Rights are like the teeth of a comb, and the more Islam is a ruler, the rights of people are preserved, and racial discrimination is less.

As for the areas where Islam was not a ruler; We see dirty examples of inhuman practices, whether with Muslims or with others, because there is a spirit of racism in that place and time, as the Europeans did to Muslims in Andalusia and other European circles, and as the communists did during seventy years towards the Muslims of Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, and Chechnya. What we have seen of the heinous crimes in Yugoslavia with the Bosnians and Albania; because they belong to Islam for no other reason, or what the Hindus did against the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir, and what was done to the Muslims of Burma.
This injustice was not limited to Muslims due to their different religion and religiosity, but it transgressed against peoples due to their different nationalities, that is, simply because he is Persian, Kurdish or Turkish, he is persecuted.Under the pretext of belonging to a different nationalism.
This research also strengthens Islamic principles by listing internationally agreed clauses in combating racial discrimination, whether Islamic, European or international and it appears through these clauses that Islamic law has preceded all international and regional laws and charters to develop programmed strategies to combat racial discrimination.

Abstract:-
After the transformation of Iraq from a unitary state to a federal state based on what was stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005، which adopted federalism as a new form of the state، since after the recognition of the Kurdistan region as a federal region، this was followed by another declaration establishing the formation of new regions out of the irregular governorates in a region. The constitutional document consists of a specific officer statement on the basis of which regions are formed in the future، which requires us to highlight the impact of the absence of the basis for forming new regions and its obstacles in practical implementation.

The presence of US forces in Iraq dates back to 1991 AD, when the United States of America relied in its war on Iraq on the resolutions of the UN Security Council and imposed an air blockade over Iraqi lands. The UN Security Council No. 1483 in 2003 as a justification for its presence in Iraq as an occupied country, and after achieving part of its strategic goals, handing over power to the participating parties that obtained popular legitimacy through the elections that took place in 2005, after which a new constitution for the country would be enacted and it obtained the legal acceptability Also, the US and Iraqi sides discussed the issue of the withdrawal of US forces under an agreement called "Sofa" in 2008, and the strategic framework agreement was signed in 2011.
The US-Iraq strategic dialogue came based on the 2008 agreement, and at the invitation of the former US Secretary of State, "Mike Pompeo", especially after the important developments that occurred in the region and the intensification of the US-Iranian conflict in Iraq, the US forces withdrew in 2011, usually to Iraq in the occupation of ISIS land in 2014.
Then the strategic dialogue was launched in June of last year 2020, and the strategic dialogue witnessed four rounds to discuss the future of the US military presence and the nature of the future relationship between the two countries.

The purpose of the present research is to explore the impact of the development of emerging leaders on the sustainability of their overall innovate capabilities, while the problem of the research is characterized by a lack of interest in sustainability of the creative capabilities of the emerging leaders and the weakness of the processes of sustainability compared to their importance and therefore difficult to keep pace with rapid environmental development and the resulting negative consequences and threats Serious performance leaders and then on their organizations.
The research population is targeted to all graduate students in the faculties of administration and economics from the universities of the Euphrates Middle (University of Kufa, University of Babylon, University of Qadisiyah), within the competence of (strategic planning, local administration) for the year 2017-2018. Targeted (face to face) of (80) individuals, and received (76) form valid for statistical analysis. A number of statistical methods and tools (SPSS, Smart-pls) were used in order to reach the required results. In addition, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses.
The findings of the researchers showed that there is a positive moral impact on the development of emerging leaders in the sustainability of overall innovation. A number of conclusions were drawn, the most important of which was the provision of effective development programs for emerging leaders as they would contribute to the development of leaders and the sustainability of their innovate capabilities and to meet the needs of the Organization of emerging innovative leaders on an ongoing basis. The researchers came up with a set of recommendations, most notably, sustainability of the overall innovate capabilities of emerging leaders needed an effective and non-traditional development process that could be included in the current graduate curriculum.

Da'bal Khoza'i is one of the Shiite poets, who lived simultaneously with four Imams. So, he was one of the hadith narrators. His poems is mainly related to praising the hospitality and blaming the enemies of Ahlal-Bayt. Also his poems includes the hadith of Ahlal- Bayt (AS) and the Holy Quran. One of his popular poems is “Madares Ayat Qasida” or “Tasieh Kobra”, which Imam Reza (AS) added to it. Emami completed his poets. He courageously mocked the Abbasid caliphs.When people asked him “why you are not afraid?, he said, "I have been carrying a gibbet with myself for forty years, then do not see anyone who could execute me”. He lovingly praised the family of the Prophet.

The mechanism of speech and the linguistic connotations of the Holy Qur’an, especially in the field of Qur’anic stories, are still the subject of debate among commentators and researchers. Hence, it is sometimes noted that due to insufficient accuracy in the methods of studying the stories of the Noble Qur’an, which are all historical facts that occurred in the outside world, different points of view and opinions are presented about them. Among these matters, we can refer to the verse “...They said, Shall you place in it one who will cause mischief in it and shed blood...” (Al-Baqarah: 30), in which the commentators referred to various evidence and reasons for how the angels understood the issue of bloodshed and human corruption on earth. This article aims, depending on the analytical descriptive approach, to study the mentioned verse in terms of structure and according to the stories of the Prophet Moses and Mary, peace be upon them, in the Holy Qur’an. The results showed that God Almighty had previously described to the angels the subject of bloodshed and corruption.

Imam al-Reza (peace be upon him), like other infallible imams (peace be upon them), was more careful and recommended to recite the Noble Qur’an, interpret it and use its commands and concepts as the most important divine source. Because of his great love for the divine book, he has always followed the Quranic teachings in various individual and social dimensions and advised others to put Quranic concepts in mind in life. In this research, “good character” is studied as a Quranic component that has been manifested in the words and behavior of Imam al-Reza, peace be upon him, and a comparison is made between the Quranic verses and some good moral aspects such as: fluency in the face, altruism, humility and popularity, forgiveness and tolerance, love and kindness in the family, spending benevolence and openness; Which was mentioned in the biography of the Imam, peace be upon him. The study of these cases clearly shows the secret of the success of that Imam, peace be upon him, in attracting people's hearts to him and the foundation of the culture and Qur'anic knowledge of humanity in the way of life of his time and its extension to his future.

Our research tagged with (Illusions of Al-Ghadami) is classified as a critique of criticism, and we approached Al-Ghadami’s alleged (cultural) project with a cultural approach, by examining the critical implications that Al-Ghadami presents in his book (Cultural Criticism: Reading in the Arab Cultural Forms), as well as examining Al-Ghadami’s (modernist) allegations in In his book (The Tale of Modernity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), we browsed through the pages of these two books, and examined the details of Al-Ghadami's speech to reveal its contradictions.
In the first level, we revealed the dogmatism of Al-Ghadami’s critical discourse, and its contradiction with the statements of cultural criticism in a detailed and accurate manner, and we reinforced this with a detailed table in which we picked up the vocabulary of Al-Ghadami’s dogmatic discourse.
In the second level of research: We observed one of Al-Ghadami’s remarkable paradoxes, which is his frequent referrals to Geertz and his opposition to him at the same time, as Geertz chose religion as the highest embodiment of culture; While Al-Ghadami claims that poetry is the most important thing in Arab culture and at this level of application - also - we traced Al-Ghadami's (cultural) assessment of Al-Jahiz, where he praised him a lot. The Iraqi legislator laid down a set of conditions for the custody of the child. If one of these conditions fails, the custody shall be forfeited. It has been stated in the Iraqi legislation that among the conditions of custody are puberty, reason, honesty, and the ability to raise and maintain the child, just as custody is lost if the child is harmed by staying with the custodian. Custody can be abolished because of the age of the child and when the custodial mother marries another person. In Iranian legislation, custody is forfeited if the child’s physical health or moral upbringing is endangered due to harmful addiction to alcohol and narcotics, notoriety for immorality, immorality, affliction with mental illness according to the diagnosis of a legal doctor, mistreatment of the child, or forcing him to work in immoral acts, repeated beatings, or Injury beyond the customary limit and the insanity of the custodial mother or her marriage to another during the period of her custody of the child, and for this reason the custody of the custodian is forfeited. Custody may be abolished because of the age of the child in custody, or if the custodian is infidels, afflicted with communicable and contagious diseases, or his inability to keep the child or carry out his affairs, or because the custodian is not residing in a fixed place.

This research presents the efforts of Al-Ghalayini in his book, Jami`al-Durus al-Arabiya, in explaining the grammatical opinions of scholars, grammarians, and investigators, and the grammatical, morphological and linguistic opinions contained in the famous books. Also, his position towards these opinions, between supporters, neutrals and non-acceptance. The study circles since childhood and his teaching profession that made him a professor with a great deal in the sciences of grammar. These efforts in order to find the most likely and simplest opinions in the minds of students, he made his book Jami`al-Durus al-Arabiya familiar with all the pillars of the language and its details, detailing the issues in an introductory manner. Then giving examples to clarify the idea, discuss grammatical, morphological, and linguistic issues, and express the most likely and easiest opinions, to bring the idea and love of the Arabic language closer to the hearts of its students. The language of the Holy Qur’an, which it strived to serve, and to clarify the opinions of the visual and Kufic doctrines and the schools that follow them. Also, highlight the points the dispute between these two schools through the issues outlined in a manner far from excessive narration, capped by beautiful phrases with meanings expressing a particular idea in a short and adequate manner.
