المقدمة
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين سيدنا ومولانا محمد بن عبد الله الصادق الأمين صلاةً وسلاماً دائمين متلازمين إلى يوم الدين.أما بعد:راعت الشريعة الإسلامية في نصوص القرآن الكريم ، الدالة على رفع الحرج عن الناس في جميع تشريعاتها وأحكامها من حيث المقدار الذي يتناسب مع الطبيعة البشرية ، محققةً في ذلك المصالح الإنسانية . وهذا دليل على أن الشريعة الإسلامية لم تقصد في أحكامها العنت والمشقة ، فربطت المشقة بإحكام التيسير ؛ كون رفع الحرج عن الناس وإرادة اليسر بهم من أصول الشريعة السمحة .فقد شرعت الرخص لمراعاة أعذار الناس ودفعاً للمشقة عليهم بهذا .وسبب اختيار عنوان البحث ( التيسير والتخفيف في القرآن الكريم ) للتيسير والتخفيف على الحياة البشرية والوقوف على سماحة الشريعة في أحكامها التشريعية .أما منهجي في هذا البحث : فهو بيان النصوص من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية فيما يتعلق بالتيسير والتخفيف ، لذا قسمت البحث على مبحثين : الأول : مفهوم التيسير والتخفيف ، وما يتضمنه من مطالب ، و الثاني : الأحكام التفسيرية المتعلقة بالتخفيف والتيسير ، وما يتضمنه من مطالب، ثم خاتمة لأهم نتائج البحث .ومن الله التوفيق

Research Summary
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and companions.The issue of the orphan is among the most compassionate causes that Islam emphasizes. The Qur'an and Sunnah both highlight the virtue of caring for orphans. Allah says, "So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]", and the Prophet ﷺ said, “I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,” and he held his index and middle fingers close together.When discussing whether sufficing the orphan's basic needs or fully sponsoring him is more important, we face a critical question: is it enough to provide food, clothing, and shelter? Or should we pursue comprehensive care, including education, upbringing, and emotional and social support?Undoubtedly, sufficing the orphan is an urgent necessity. However, it is not sufficient on its own to raise an independent and productive individual. Sufficiency may lead to dependency, while sponsorship cultivates ambition, instills values, and prepares the orphan to be a responsible and beneficial member of society.Therefore, sponsorship is more essential than sufficiency. It addresses the root of the issue, not just its surface. Sponsorship provides the orphan not only with survival but with the means to thrive. Let us carry this noble responsibility, driven not merely by emotion but by a conscious sense of moral and developmental duty.May Allah guide us to what is best.Sponsorship. Sufficiency. Orphan. Guardianship. Adoption

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.إن قضية اليتيم تمثل إحدى القضايا الإنسانية التي حثّ الإسلام على الاهتمام بها ورعايتها، وجعل لها منزلة عظيمة في نصوص الكتاب والسنة وفي خضم النقاش بين كفاية اليتيم وكفالته، يبرز سؤال جوهري: أيهما أولى؟ هل نكتفي بإشباع حاجاته الأساسية من طعام وكساء وسكن؟ أم نرتقي به إلى مستوى الكفالة الشاملة التي تشمل التربية والتعليم والرعاية النفسية والاجتماعية؟لا شك أن كفاية اليتيم ضرورة عاجلة، لكنها لا تكفي وحدها لصناعة إنسان مستقل منتج. فالكفاية قد تخلق التواكل والاعتماد، بينما الكفالة بمعناها الشامل تفتح له آفاق المستقبل، وتغرس فيه القيم، وتؤهله ليكون عضواً نافعاً في مجتمعه. إن كفالة اليتيم تعني بناء شخصية، وتأسيس وعي، وزرع طموح.من هنا، فإن الكفالة أولى من الكفاية، لأنها تعالج أصل المشكلة لا ظاهرها، وتمنح اليتيم أدوات الحياة لا مجرد بقاء الحياة. فلنكن ممن يحمل هذه الرسالة النبيلة، ليس بدافع العاطفة فقط، بل بروح المسؤولية التربوية والتنموية.والله ولي التوفيق

Abstract:
This study addresses the Islamic rulings related to women in the context of using social media, which are considered contemporary issues governed by the jurisprudence of new occurrences (Fiqh al-Nawazil), while emphasizing that these rulings remain within the framework of traditional Sharia methodology. The study reviews a set of jurisprudential rulings concerning women and their connection to modern communication tools, clarifying the necessary Sharia guidelines to ensure adherence to Islamic principles and regulations. It comprises an introduction, four main sections, and a conclusion, covering topics such as the ruling on disclosing secrets via social media, the ruling on virtual seclusion (electronic khalwa), and issues related to marriage and divorce conducted through these platforms. The study also presents the positions of the four major Islamic schools of thought regarding these matters, alongside a range of scholarly opinions.

الخلاصة:
تتناول هذه الدراسة الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالمرأة في سياق استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي تُعد من القضايا المستجدة التي يختص بها فقه النوازل، مع التأكيد على أن هذه الأحكام لا تخرج عن إطار الشريعة ومنهجها التقليدي. وقد استعرضت الدراسة مجموعة من الأحكام الفقهية التي تخص المرأة وتتصل بوسائل التواصل الحديثة، موضحة الضوابط الشرعية الواجب اتباعها لضمان الالتزام بمنهج الشريعة وأحكامها. كما اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة، حيث تم تناول حكم إفشاء الأسرار عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وحكم الخلوة الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى مسائل الزواج والطلاق التي تتم عبر هذه الوسائل. كما بيّنت الدراسة آراء الفقهاء من المذاهب الأربعة في هذه المسائل، مع عرض لمختلف وجهات نظر العلماء في الموضوع

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الحجاب من خلال دراسة تحليلية معمّقة في روايات المعصومين (عليهم السلام)، بوصفها مصدرًا غنيًا في فهم التشريعات الإسلامية، لاسيما ما يتعلّق بلباس المرأة وحدود سترها. وقد سعى البحث إلى استجلاء الرؤية المعصومية لمفهوم الحجاب، من خلال تتبّع الروايات الواردة في كتب الحديث، وتحليلها ضمن سياقاتها الدينية والاجتماعية.أظهر البحث أن الحجاب لا يقتصر على كونه فريضة ظاهرية، بل يمثل نظامًا أخلاقيًا وسلوكيًا متكاملًا، يرتبط بالحياء والعفاف وضبط العلاقات في المجتمع الإسلامي. كما كشفت الروايات عن ارتباط الحجاب بمبادئ الهوية الإسلامية والكرامة الإنسانية، مؤكدين – أي المعصومين (ع) – على دوره في صيانة المرأة من الابتذال والانكشاف.اعتمدت الدراسة منهج التحليل الموضوعي للنصوص الروائية، واستندت إلى مصادر حديثية موثوقة عند الشيعة الإمامية، لتفسير دلالات الحجاب وتطوّره في الخطاب الروائي، وربطه بالمقاصد الشرعية الكبرى

ان الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات اعمالنا، من يهده الله فلا مضل له ومن يضلل فلا هادي له، واشهد ان لا اله الا الله وان محمدا عبده ورسوله وخيرته من خلقه وصفيه، صل اللهم وسلم عليه وعلى ال بيته الاطهار، وعلى صحبه الكرام الابرار، ومن تبعهم بإحسان الى يوم الدين، اما ابعد:تُعد اللغة العربية من أكثر لغات العالم ثراءً من حيث التصريف، وأجملها أسلوبًا وصياغةً وبيانًا، وقد تميزت بكثرة المجاز والاستعارة والكناية، حتى أصبحت من أكمل اللغات في البديع والمعنى. وقد نزل القرآن الكريم بهذه اللغة الكاملة، وهو في حد ذاته نعمة عظيمة وعبرة للمؤمنين، إذ جاء هاديًا ومخرجًا للناس من الظلمات إلى النور، كما قال تعالى: "ذلك الكتاب لا ريب فيه هدى للمتقين" (القرآن الكريم، البقرة، 3).ويُعد القرآن الكريم المصدر المقدس الرئيسي في الإسلام، ويؤمن المسلمون بأنه كلام الله المنزل على النبي محمد ﷺ، للتحدي والإعجاز، وقد نُقل إلينا بالتواتر (القطان، 1976). والذي يتعبد المسلمون بتلاوته ويؤمن المسلمون بأن القرآن أنزله الله على لسان الملك جبريل إلى رسولنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم وكان القرآن الكريم مصدر أحكام المؤمنين يحفظونه في صدورهم ويجعلونه امامهم في كل وقت وحين ولهذا أقبل عليه العلماء يدرسونه ويبحثونه. فمنهم من أقبل عليه مفسر بين معنى الفاظه ومراعى آياته، ومنهم من توفر على بحث جانب واحد من جوانبه الكثيرة كإعرابه او تفسير مشكلته او تكرار آياته او ناسخه ومنسوخه او استخلاص احكامه او قراءة احكامه وعلومه وامثاله وغيرها. ومن هذا المنطلق سنحاول من خلال دراستنا هذه والموسومة بـعنوان (سورة الانسان دراسة نحوية) وذلك لبيان المرفوعات والمنصوبات والمجرورات في سورة الانسان من ناحية نحوية وتناول اعراب الأمثلة الواردة في السورة

عنوان البحث (صورة الذات العاشقة في شعر عمر بن ابي ربيعة)لقد استمتعتُ كثيراً بالمقومات الجمالية عند المرأة، وهيام عمربن أبي ربيعة المبالغ فيه بمحبوبته، وهذا الحب الغامر والعشق الثائر روحاً ونفساً وجسداً يأتي دائماً بغزل رقيق شفاف؛ يظهر فيه عاشقاً بلغة تفيض اعتداداً وعشقاً لنفسه واعتزازاً لذاته.فقد أليت على نفسي أن اخوض غمار جانب الغزل وشعر الحُب واستحساني للروح الشبابية التي يتمتع بها شاعر الحب والهوى عمر بن أبي ربيعة، فضلاً عن أسلوب جديد في الغزل، ألا وهو أسلوب القص والحوار الذي جعل منه ظاهرة اسلوبية في غزل شاعرنا عمر بن ابي ربيعة، وهذا الاسلوب لنا في استحضار ما دار بين شاعرنا عمر بن ابي ربيعة وبين صاحبته وبأسلوب طريف وجذاب المآخذة على عاتقها الحرية الاجتماعية في علاقتها بالرجل، وفي ضوء بناء العمل الشعري استطاع هذا الاسلوب ان يؤدي وظيفته، وتحليل الموقف الغزلي وأطراء عناصره ، ويتفرد عمر بن ابي ربيعة بطابع القص، ويكاد ان يكون منفرداً بهذا الاسلوب من بين شعراء بيئته حيث أنشأ قصائد غزلية المعروفة بالقصة القصيرة، وذلك بتوفير الاجواء النفسية والمادية لهذا العمل اضافة الى الشخصيات الاساسية واقامة الحوار بين الشخصيات .

Abstract

Abstract
Visions have played a significant role in shaping many historical, cultural, and religious events, influencing their course. They have also occupied a significant portion of the concerns and thinking of Islamic society, and their effects continue to this day. Indeed, many of today's inventions and civilizational achievements were, in the past, merely a kind of dream or imagination that perhaps haunted humanity and which it sought to realize in practical reality. Perhaps what has been written about visions has mostly dealt only with its religious aspects, and has not addressed its influence in shaping many historical events, nor has it addressed its moral and psychological aspects and its impact on the public. Civilizations and religions have been interested in visions because of what they hold for them of future matters, and they have passed down stories of visions and their events from one generation to the next, so they became part of their heritage and intellectual history. These stories were mixed with myths, superstitions and beliefs of ancient nations, until Islam came, and the indications were clear in the Holy Quran and the books of the Prophet’s Sunnah, which also came to explain and point to visions, their interpretation and cognitive significance. For this, specific conditions were set for those who interpret visions, some of which differ from what they were in the past according to the new concept and Islamic view of visions. As for the difference between visions and sightings, visions “are specific to what occurs in sleep, and the difference between them is in the feminine letter, such as closeness and proximity, which is the impression of the image descending from the horizon of the imagination to the common sense.”

الرؤيا قد لعبت دوراً مهماً في صناعة الكثير من الأحداث التاريخية والحضارية والدينية ، وأثرت في مجرياتها ، كما أنها شغلت حيزاً كبيراً من اهتمامات المجتمع الإسلامي وتفكيرهم ، لازالت آثارها إلى يومنا هذا . بل إن كثيراً من المخترعات والمعطيات الحضارية اليوم لم تكن بالأمس إلا نوعاً من الحلم والخيال ربما كانت تراود الإنسان ويسعى إلى تحقيقها على الواقع العملي . ولعل ما كتب عن الرؤيا لم يتناول في اغلبها إلا الجوانب الدينية منه ، ولم يتطرق إلى تأثيرها في صناعة الكثير من الأحداث التاريخية ولم يتناول جوانبها المعنوية والنفسية وتأثيرها على الجمهور . وقد اهتمت الحضارات والاديان بالرؤيا لما تحمله من أمور المستقبل لهم وتناقلوا قصص الرؤى وأحداثها جيلاً بعد آخر، فكانت جزءاً من موروثهم وتأريخهم الفكري ، وقد اختلطت هذه القصص بالأساطير والخرافات ومعتقدات الأمم القديمة ، حتى جاء الإسلام فكانت الإشارات واضحة في القرآن الكريم وكتب السنة النبوية هي الأخرى جاءت موضحة ومشيرة إلى الرؤيا وتعبيرها ودلالتها المعرفية ، ووضعت لذلك شروطاً معينة لمن يعبر الرؤيا تختلف في بعضها مما كان عليه في السابق على وفق المفهوم الجديد ونظرة الإسلام للرؤيا ، أما الفرق بين الرؤيا والرؤية فان الرؤيا "مختصة بما يكون في النوم والفرق بينهما بحرف التأنيث كالقربة والقربى وهي انطباع الصورة المنحدرة من أفق المتخيلة إلى الحس المشترك".

نظراً لوجود التطور الكبير الذي حصل للعلوم كافة ومنها تطور بناء النماذج الخرائطية وعلم الخرائط بشكل خاص نتيجة للتطور التقني الذي أسهم في اعتماد علم الخرائط بأساليب أكثر تطوراً وحداثة في إعداد وبناء وتمثيل النماذج الخرائطية ألا وهي برامج نظم المعلومات الجغرافية خاصة بعد الاعتماد على الخرائط الدقيقة، والتي تعطي الصورة الأكثر مثالية للواقع الطبيعي ، لذا جاءت نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وبرامجها كأساليب جديدة أكثر فائدة والتي تساعد على عملية التحليل والمقارنة فضلاً عن إمكانية خزن معلومات كبيرة في مساحة قليلة ان التطور في مجال البرامج التطبيقية ساعد بشكل كبير في امكانية تمثيل الخريطة كما يراها بعض الباحثين بانها لغة الجغرافية , ومن دونها لا يمكن فهم المكان, وذلك لأنها تحوي معلومات تغني عن تفسير كثير من الظواهر , اذا ان ارتباط الجغرافية ارتباطا وثيقا بكيفية تمثيل الظواهر على الخرائط فهذا جوهرها ,وقد دفع كثيرا من الجغرافيين الى القول بأن الجغرافية اذ لم تكن ممثلة على الخرائط فأنها معلومات وصفية تخرج عن نطاق الجغرافية, النتائج التي تحققها الخرائط المعدة باستخدام التقنيات الجغرافية يكون من المعتذر التوصل اليها في الخرائط المعدة بالطرق التقليدية, وقد اسهمت البرمجيات الحاسوبية في تسهيل الكثير من الصعوبات التي كانت تواجه اعداد هذا النوع من الخرائط , اذا قامت الدراسة بعملية تمثيل السكان بالخرائط التقليدية وخرائط المثلثات والمربعات و الكاروبليث ورسم نموذج ثلاثي الابعاد ومن ثم اختبار هذه النماذج ومنها استخرجنا النموذج الأمثل للتوزيع الجغرافي لسكان منطقة الدراسة

This research addresses the geopolitical implications of geographic isolation and analyzes how natural constraints shape regional and global power balances.The study aims to explore the political geography of landlocked states by examining various cases across Asia, Africa, and Europe, highlighting their challenges in accessing global markets, their logistical dependence on neighboring countries, and the strategic adaptations they undertake.The research employs a comparative analytical approach, supported by geopolitical mapping, regional transport agreements, and international treaties, with particular attention to cases such as Uzbekistan, Liechtenstein, Bolivia, and Afghanistan. تُعد الدول غير الساحلية (الحبيسة) من أبرز النماذج الجيوسياسية التي تتجلى فيها العلاقة المعقدة بين الجغرافيا والسياسة، حيث يؤثر غياب المنافذ البحرية بشكل مباشر على خياراتها الاقتصادية، وتحالفاتها السياسية، واستراتيجياتها الأمنية يعالج هذا البحث إشكالية الموقع الجغرافي المغلق للدول غير الساحلية، ويحلل كيف أن هذا القيد الطبيعي يتحول إلى عامل فاعل في إعادة تشكيل التوازنات الإقليمية والدولية يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الأبعاد الجيوسياسية التي تفرضها حالة الانغلاق الجغرافي، من خلال تحليل نماذج متنوعة من الدول الحبيسة في آسيا وإفريقيا وأوروبا، مع التركيز على التحديات التي تواجهها في الوصول إلى الأسواق العالمية، والتبعية اللوجستية للدول المجاورة، وتأثير ذلك في خياراتها الاستراتيجية, يعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي المقارن، مدعومًا بقراءة في خرائط جيوسياسية واتفاقيات نقل إقليمية ودولية، مع الإشارة إلى حالات مثل أوزبكستان وليختنشتاين وبوليفيا وأفغانستان , خلص البحث إلى أن العزلة الجغرافية لا تعني دائمًا ضعفًا سياسيًا، بل قد تتحول إلى دافع لتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي وبناء نماذج اقتصادية بديلة.

Abstract
The current study aimed to examine the effect of a training program based on the ARCS model on developing independent learning among female students at the Institute of Fine Arts in the Diyala Governorate. The study tested the following hypotheses:
1-There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean ranks of the experimental and control groups on the Independent Learning Scale after implementing the program.
2-There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean ranks of the experimental group on the pre-test and post-test of the Independent Learning Scale due to the application of the program.
3-There are no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean ranks of the experimental group on the post-test and follow-up test of the Independent Learning Scale one month after the program implementation.To test these hypotheses, a quasi-experimental design with an experimental and a control group was used, including pre-test and post-test measures. The study sample consisted of 30 female students who obtained the lowest scores on the Independent Learning Scale. They were randomly assigned to two groups (15 students each), with equivalence in intelligence, age, and initial scores on the scale.An Independent Learning Scale consisting of 20 items with scores ranging from 0 to 4 was developed, and its psychometric properties were verified through face validity, construct validity, item discrimination, and reliability using Cronbach’s alpha. Appropriate statistical methods, including Pearson correlation, t-test, Mann-Whitney test, and Wilcoxon test, were applied.The training program included various activities based on the ARCS model, and its face validity was confirmed. The study findings revealed the following:
1-There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test, in favor of the experimental group.
2-There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test, favoring the post-test.
3-There were statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-test and follow-up test, indicating the program’s lasting effect on enhancing independent learning

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من مدى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج ARCS في تنمية التعلم المستقل لدى طالبات معهد الفنون الجميلة في مركز محافظة ديالى. وقد صممت الدراسة لاختبار الفرضيات التالية:
1. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط رتب درجات أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس التعلم المستقل بعد تطبيق البرنامج.
2. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس التعلم المستقل نتيجة تطبيق البرنامج.
3. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية على القياسين البعدي والتتبعي بعد مرور شهر من تطبيق البرنامج.لاختبار هذه الفرضيات، استخدم البحث التصميم التجريبي المتمثل في مجموعتين (تجريبية وضابطة) مع اختبار قبلي وبعدي، حيث اختيرت عينة الدراسة من( 30 )طالبة حصلن على أدنى درجات في مقياس التعلم المستقل، وتم توزيعهن بشكل عشوائي على مجموعتين بواقع( 15 ) طالبة لكل مجموعة، مع تكافؤهن في متغيرات الذكاء، العمر، ودرجات مقياس التعلم المستقل؛ ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس التعلم المستقل المكونة من( 20 ) وببدائل اجابة ( 1،2،3،4)؛ والتحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية من خلال الصدق الظاهري، صدق البناء، الصدق التمييزي للفقرات، وثباتها بمعادلة ألفا كرونباخ. كما تم استخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة (معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الاختبار التائي، اختبار مان وتني، واختبار ولكوكسن).وتم تصميم البرنامج التدريبي وفق نموذج ARCS وتضمن أنشطة متنوعة مع التحقق من صدقه الظاهري. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن الآتي:
1. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة بعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي.
2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح الاختبار البعدي.
3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي بعد مرور شهر من تطبيق البرنامج، مما يدل على استمرارية أثر البرنامج في تعزيز التعلم المستقل الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تدريبي ، نموذج ARAS، التعلم المستقل.

The study aimed to identify the role of environmental art in increasing enviwemmental awareness among students of the College of fine art at the university of Diyala The researcher used the descriptive approach. The study Population consisted of professors from the College of fine Art at the University of Diyala, numbering (100) male and female professors. The study. Sample Consisted of (40) male and Female professors who wear Selected Using a simple random method to achieve the study objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire Consisting of three axes, each of which included Several relevant phrases. The data were collected and statistically analyze using the statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss). The Study reached the following results: Art education professors' and specialist use of environmental art forms in Lived reality to benefit from it in solving environmental issues was moderate, with an arithmetic mean of (2.50). The professors vision for inclucling content that includes environmental art in the prescribed curricula was moderate, with an arithmetic mean of (2.47). هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع توظيف الفن البيئي في تعزيز الوعي البيئي لدى طلبة كلية الفنون الجميلة بجامعة ديالى ،استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة كلية الفنون الجميلة - بجامعة ديالى البالغ عددهم (100) أستاذ/أستاذه، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) أستاذ وأستاذة تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صممت الباحثة إستبانة تكونت من ثلاثة محاور وكل محور شمل عدة عبارات ذات صلة ،وتم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: اتجاهات أساتذة الفنون الجميلة نحو دور الفن البيئي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.48)، درجة استخدام الأساتذة والمختصين لأشكال الفن البيئي في الواقع المعاش للاستفادة منه في حل قضايا البيئة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.50)،رؤية الأساتذة لإدراج محتوى يتضمن الفن البيئي في المناهج المقررة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.47)، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في درجة استخدام أشكال الفن البيئي من قبل الأساتذة و المختصين في الواقع المعاش للاستفادة منه في حل قضايا البيئة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة تبعاً لمتغير ) النوع( لصالح فئة )الذكور( بمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.50)،لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في درجة استخدام أشكال الفن البيئي من قبل الأساتذة و المختصين في الواقع المعاش للاستفادة منه في حل قضايا البيئة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة تبعاً لمتغير )المؤهل العلمي) وأوصت الدراسة ب: ترسيخ قيم المسئولية الفردية والجماعية تجاه قضايا البيئية ومهدداتها عبر المناهج الدراسية المقررة، الاهتمام بالأبحاث المتعلقة الفن البيئي، وتشجيع الباحثين ومساعدتهم على دراسة القضايا البيئية والاستفادة من نتائجها في خدمة المجتمع، التأكيد على تطبيق الفن البيئي على طلبة كلية التربية الفنية بالجامعة كمقرر أساسي ، كما وضعت الدراسة بعض المقترحات

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the effect of the project-based learning strategy on the development and acquisition of sustainable development concepts among first-year students in the Department of Biology, within the subject of Principles of Educational Psychology. The importance of this research stems from the growing challenges facing societies in light of environmental, social, and economic transformations, which call for a reconsideration of teaching methods to align with the requirements of sustainable development.The study adopted the experimental method using a quasi-experimental design (equivalent groups with pre- and post-tests). The research sample consisted of first-year students in the Department of Biology, divided into two groups: an experimental group taught using the project-based learning strategy, and a control group taught using the traditional method. A test tool was constructed to measure the concepts of sustainable development, ensuring its psychometric properties in terms of validity, reliability, and comprehensiveness.The results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two groups in favor of the experimental group, indicating the effectiveness of the project-based learning strategy in enhancing the acquisition of sustainable development concepts. The researcher recommends adopting active, learner-centered strategies and integrating sustainable development concepts clearly into curricula, along with training teachers on how to implement them effectively in classrooms

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشاريع في تنمية واكتساب مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة لدى طلبة المرحلة الأولى في قسم علوم الحياة، ضمن مادة علم النفس التربوي, وجاءت أهمية هذا البحث من التحديات المتزايدة التي تواجه المجتمعات في ظل التحولات البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، مما يستدعي إعادة النظر في أساليب التدريس بما ينسجم مع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة.اعتمد البحث المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي (المجموعات المتكافئة ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي)، حيث تم اختيار عينة البحث من طلبة المرحلة الأولى في قسم علوم الحياة، وقُسموا إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية دُرّست وفق استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشاريع، وضابطة دُرّست بالطريقة الاعتيادية. تم بناء أداة اختبارية لقياس مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة، وقد رُوعيت فيها الخصائص السيكومترية من صدق وثبات وشمولية. كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يدل على فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم القائم على المشاريع في تعزيز اكتساب مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة. وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة توظيف الاستراتيجيات النشطة والمرتكزة على المتعلم، وتضمين مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة بشكل واضح في المناهج الدراسية، مع تدريب المعلمين على كيفية تطبيقها داخل القاعات الدراسية..

يستجلي هذا البحث بشكل نقدي استخدام توماس بينشون لتقاليد أدب الجريمة في روايتيه الأخيرتين حتى الآن، "الرذيلة المتأصلة" (2009) و"الحافة النازفة" (2013). تميل الأبحاث الموجودة حول هذا الموضوع إلى التركيز حصريًا على كيفية إعادة صياغة بينشون لهذه التقاليد من خلال مفاهيم ما بعد الحداثة. يسلك هذا البحث مسارًا مختلفًا من خلال توظيف مبادئ نظرية الأنواع الأدبية لتحديد تقاليد الادب القصصي البوليسي الكلاسيكي التي استخدمها بينشون في "الرذيلة المتأصلة" و” الحافة النازفة". بما أن بينشون ليس كاتبًا في أدب الأنواع، تفترض الورقة أن بينشون كيّف تقاليد النوع الفرعي لأدب الجريمة بطرق تناسب أجندته ما بعد الحداثية. لذلك، سيستجلي البحث هذه القضية من منظور نظرية الأنواع الأدبية بدلاً من منظور الادب القصصي البوليسي ما بعد الحداثي. يجد البحث أن بينشون يطبق تقاليد النوع الفرعي للأدب البوليسي ولكنه يضعها في غايات مختلفة في كلتا الروايتين بحيث يستفيد من بنية الأدب البوليسي لخلق مساحة نقدية لدراسة المخاوف المعاصرة في أمريكا القرن الحادي والعشرين.

Abstract:
Dependency phonology implies a great deal of interface between syntax and phonology that it shows interrelations at different levels of analysis. Thus headedness is the most important tie that holds the two fields. The current study deals with uncovering headedness at both modules of analysis syntax and phonological Form in order to define that kind of complementary aspect. Texts are taken from academic lectures on YouTube and analyzed in Praat to show prominence and parallelism with projection of syntactic tree diagram. Added to that, metrical trees are added to affirm the juxtaposition between headedness in syntax and phonology.

Abstract

This paper explains the mechanisms behind impolite speech acts and how conventional indirect speech acts help prevent offense. It focuses on linguistic forms of politeness, underlying assumptions, and cultural dependency, using English examples. Language is seen as a vital social tool enabling human interaction. Chaer & Agustina (1995, p. 19) note that communication would be nearly impossible without it, as language expresses emotions, desires, and opinions. Language uses meaningful spoken symbols reflecting real-life experiences. In communication, speakers choose strategies to maintain politeness, which is essential for smooth, effective interaction.

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية الكيفية التي قد تؤدي بها الفروقات في استخدام صيغ الأدب في اللغتين الإنكليزية والعربية إلى حدوث سوء فهم ثقافي. فعلى الرغم من أن اللغتين قد تشتركان في تعبيرات متشابهة، إلا أن هذه التعبيرات غالبًا ما تختلف في قوتها الإنجازية وفي ما تفرضه من توقعات اجتماعية. فعلى سبيل المثال، لا يتطابق التعبير الإنكليزي "Thank God" دائمًا مع نظيره العربي "الحمد لله" من حيث الاستخدام أو المعنى. وفي اللغة العربية، تتطلب بعض السياقات ردودًا مهذبة إلزامية، في حين قد يُفضل في الإنكليزية رد محايد أو حتى عدم الرد. تقدم هذه الدراسة إطارًا منطقيًا لفهم كيفية ظهور أفعال الكلام بصيغة غير مهذبة، وكيف تسهم الصيغ غير المباشرة في تجنب الإساءة. وتركّز الدراسة على الأفعال الكلامية غير المباشرة التقليدية، من خلال تحديد المعتقدات الكامنة وراءها، وبيان دور استراتيجيات الأدب في الحد من الإساءة المحتملة. تتكون الورقة من أربعة محاور: السُلطة ومبدأ التعاون، استراتيجيات الأدب، نظرية أفعال الكلام، والتحليل والمناقشة.
