Abstract
The Muslim family constitutes the nucleus of a wholesome Islamic society, through which life becomes pleasant and morals are elevated in accordance with what Allah, the Exalted, has ordained. This is so by His choosing of the Muhammadan nation to be the chosen community. This nation is embodied in families that follow and draw nourishment from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), and that are distinguished by their noble morals and upright conduct, so as to differ from previous nations that strayed far from the teachings of the All-Wise Creator. For the Muslim family to attain happiness in both this world and the Hereafter, it is incumbent upon the parents—who form the core of this family—to adhere to the teachings of this true religion. This begins with choosing a righteous wife who knows the rights of her Lord and the mutual rights and duties of each spouse toward the other, by safeguarding honor and chastity, obeying her husband in what Allah has permitted for them, adorning herself for him, speaking kindly to him, attending to his feelings, and easing the burdens he faces from work and the hardships of life. She must also be knowledgeable in raising her children with proper upbringing in accordance with Islamic manners: worshipping Allah and fearing Him, adopting correct conduct in dress, food, and drink, seeking knowledge, and avoiding sins and transgressions. Likewise, it is incumbent upon both parents to exert their utmost efforts to ensure the happiness of their children by providing the necessities of a tranquil and fulfilling life.© 2026 JTUH, College of Education for Human Sciences, Tikrit University

Abstract
تعد الأسرة المسلمة نواة المجتمع الإسلامي النظيف ، الذي تطيب الحياة به ، وتسمو أخلاقه على وفق ما أراد الله سبحانه وتعالى ، بإختياره لهذه الأمة المحمدية لأن تكون الأمة المختارة ، وتتمثل هذه الأمة بالأسر التي نهجت ونهلت من كتاب الله وسنة رسوله محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ، وإمتازت بأخلاقها السامية وآدابها القويمة ؛ كي تمتاز عن بقية الأمم السابقة التي إبتعدت كل البعد عن تعاليم الخالق الحكيم ، ولكي تكون الأسرة المسلمة سعيدة في دنياها وآخرتها كان لزاما على الوالدين اللذين هم نواة هذه الأسرة أن يأخذا بتعاليم هذا الدين الحنيف ، إبتداءا من إختيار الزوجة الصالحة التي تعرف حقوق ربها وحقوق وواجبات كل منهما للآخر ، من خلال صيانة عرضه وشرفه ، وطاعته له فيما أحلَ الله لهما ، والتزين له وإسماعه الطيب من القول ، ومداراة مشاعره وما يواجهه من منغصات العمل وصعوبة الحياة ، ومعرفتها لتربية أبنائها التربية الصالحة على وفق الآداب الإسلامية من عبادة الله ومخافته ، وسلوك التصرف الصحيح في الملبس والمأكل والمشرب وتعلم العلم ، والإبتعاد والترفع عن المعاصي والآثام ، وعلى الوالدين بذل المستطاع من أجل إسعاد أبناء هذه الأسرة من خلال توفير مستلزمات الحياة الهانئة السعيدة
