The study aims to show the impact of human resources expertise and its reflection on innovation-based performance, represented in its dimensions (innovation, fluency, originality, and adaptability) for a sample of medical and nursing staff (private hospitals in the holy province of Karbala), where the size of the research sample reached (278) views and the total population of the research reached (985), and the researcher sought to achieve a set of goals, including the definition of human resources expertise and innovation-based performance as important and effective variables in strategic work. Questionnaire is the main tool for data collection, and a number of statistical methods have been used, such as Confirmation Constructivist Validity Analysis and Correlation Coefficient (Pearson) to measure the type and degree of relationship between research variables, Structural Stability Analysis of measurement performance (Cronbachs Alpha), and simple and multiple effect testing (Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), to determine the differences in the sample responses about the study variables.

The study seeks to analyze and evaluate the financial well-being of commercial banks, and in order to achieve the objective of the study, the study tested a sample of commercial banks, which were classified as private joint stock companies using the data extracted from the annual financial statements, and reports published on the websites of the Securities Commission and the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period (2010-2020). The sample included (10) ten listed commercial banks, and the study used the modified ALTMAN Z\"-Score model to measure and evaluate the financial well-being of the banks in the study sample. In order to process the data, several financial equations and statistical methods were used, and the results were extracted using a computer program (Excel). The most important findings of the study and the results obtained are that all commercial banks enjoy high prosperity except for the Middle East Bank of Iraq and the Bank of Baghdad, where the results of the Z-Score analysis indicated that they are in the gray area.

The administration uses the administrative decision as a means of producing the legal effects that it seeks to achieve, and by issuing it, it enters the world of law and becomes part of the legal organization of the state and begins from the moment of its issuance to produce the effects required of it, and the productive work may be long or short, but in all cases it cannot remain a producer of it forever, a moment will come when it stops producing antiquities either because it cannot produce it while remaining part of the legal organization but an ineffective part. inactive, or because of its demise from the world of law and legal regulation in the state, and we have made this requirement to illustrate both cases.

Diversity is a natural and common thing in societies and in institutions of all kinds, especially economic ones, and this diversity is receiving increasing attention nowadays as a result of the increasing demands for tolerance, equality, tolerance and acceptance of the other on the one hand, and the awareness of the impact that diversity and cultural diversity exerts on the development and growth of institutions, especially with the increase in the challenges facing institutions, and the renewed and increasing change in the environment of those institutions, and thus the increasing interest in diversity topics in the public and private sectors, with the aim of enabling them to provide excellent service to customers Maintaining competitiveness is related to the economic aspect, and the development of interest does not stop there, but it has reached the benefit of it as an important organizational resource that can be used positively to transform from a cause of conflict to an engine of creativity, and this puts the leaders of organizations in front of the need to realize what diversity is and ways to deal with it and benefit from it to achieve the set goals.

This research dealt with the study of random self-stimulation processes called Hawkes processes, where many events usually form data over time during their occurrence represented by the so-called cluster events, that is, the arrival or occurrence of the event is represented by cluster samples in which the occurrence of each event stimulates the occurrence of another event at an accelerated pace similar to a cluster, where it can be said that Hawkes operations are a type of random processes that can be classified in many types of data that are characterized by Its occurrence is followed by the occurrence of events in an accelerated manner, such as the occurrence of reversals after a certain earthquake or the occurrence of trades in a securities market or stock market after a certain jump in trading.
This research sought to study the behavior of Hawks processes using a method to estimate the parameters of the Hawkes process, where the standard of quality bias and standard deviation was used to judge the performance of the estimation methods in terms of the quality of the estimates, using data from Covid-19 patients.

There are many influential factors that made the city of Najaf prosper literarily and poetically and has a distinguished position in Arabic literature in general, and Iraqi literature especially in the religious rituals in Najaf for months, Ramadan, Hajj, and Muharram, and the performance of its ceremonies by the Najafi community made the city a center of literary and cultural radiation.
The research was divided into two topics, the first dealt with the religious influences in the poetry of Muhammad Hussein al-Saghir, while the second dealt with social influences in the poetry of Muhammad Hussein al-Saghir.

The title of this research (Reference and its Impact on the Interpretation of the Text Reading in the Poetry of Hazem Al-Tamimi) is located in the judgment of the text, as it occupies some of its elements that the scholars of the text have been humbled to limit to: lexical consistency, attribution, connection, deletion, and substitution, and since the research assumes that each of these elements has an impact on the interpretation of the meaning and directing the intention in it, and not just stylistic devices that contribute to the formal formulation of the text, and only to remove the fact that the element of reference was chosen to reveal its effect In the interpretation of the text, we have chosen for this matter the poetry of Hazem Rashak al-Tamimi as a field for conducting and analyzing.

It contributes to comprehensive development, achieves the requirements of a civilized society, and makes education an effective and dynamic educational system, and the education strategy of the Ministry of Education must be applied free education for all segments of society, caring for people with special needs, and looking forward to the levels of education at the Arab and international levels.

This study aims to analyze the technical productivity indicators of Iraqi private banks (current accounts, deposits, basic capital) as inputs and (cash credit, investments, net profit) as outputs, and the results were obtained using the (Data Envelopment Analysis) softwareRelying on the method of data envelope in Iraqi private banks and also analyzing the financial performance indicators (return on equity rate, return on investment rate, earnings per share, return on assets) through the (Excel) program, the data were collected from the annual financial reports of Iraqi private banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and its sample consisting of (10) banks for a period of (2012-2020).

The present study seeks to measure the impact of the financing structure, with its subvariables (equity in book value to total assets, total short-term debt to total assets, market value of shares to total assets, retained earnings to total assets) as an independent variable, on value-based financial performance, which consists of (economic value added and monetary value added) as a dependent variable, and to determine the type of relationship between the study variables, in the industrial joint-stock companies sample the study, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study To answer their questions, the study tested a sample of joint stock industrial companies, using the data published on the website of the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period (2010-2020), and the sample included (12) industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.

The research links the past and the present, especially as we are in the midst of the resurgence of powerful global poles such as Russia and China and American attempts to weaken them, and it can be said that the Cold War will reappear in light of the division of the world on various issues.

Contemplation of the verses of the Holy Quran is a kind of methodology that has special foundations and principles, and it means trying to understand the wise order of the verses and discovering the purposes of the teachings of the Holy Quran, and contemplation is different from thinking and reasoning, and it differs from the knowledge of interpretation that is traditionally understood, it is the process of explaining the meanings and explaining the meaning and meaning of the text, and contemplation means diving into the depths of the meanings of the Holy Quran and the connotations of its verses, so contemplating the Holy Quran is contemplating its meanings, and staring at the thought of it, its principles and consequences, and the requirements for that expansion The verse refers to the context and the surah to the formation of the idea in which we can understand the only guiding purpose of each surah and communicate with it, and this type of contemplation has great and important consequences on the process of human integration, and the study dealt with the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of contemplation, and then we touched on the importance of contemplation in the Holy Quran and the noble narrations, as well as the difference between contemplation and interpretation, and also we discussed the principles and foundations of contemplation in the Holy Quran, and the method followed in this research is the descriptive-analytical method.

Transportation methods are different and multiple, each with pros and cons on the environment, but walking is one of the healthy means of transportation for humans and the environment, it is not polluting the environment and is considered one of the means of active transportation in urban environments, and from here it is imperative for planners to provide a sustainable pedestrian environment that raises the possibility of walking in the streets, as the city of Karbala suffers from neglect to plan pedestrian streets and achieve a sustainable pedestrian environment, so we assume the achievement of sustainable pedestrian streets including economic, social and environmental efficiency that increases the ability to walk Walking in the center of Karbala city, where the descriptive-analytical method is used in the research, so it deliberately extracts the indicators of the sustainable pedestrian environment based on pedestrian-based theories and studies the relationship between those indicators through the analysis of the multiple regression of non-parametric variables and their relationship with the independent variable (walkability) of a sample questionnaire, the research deliberately explained many concepts such as walkability and reviewed the literature related to pedestrians, and then extracted indicators to achieve a sustainable environment, and made a questionnaire to show the strength of expression and the relationship between indicators and addressing To analyze the center of Karbala.

The main purpose of the present research is to explore the nature of the relationship between three main variables, namely (psychological empowerment of employees, organizational nostalgia, and social loitering at work) in telecommunication companies in Najaf Governorate. The importance of the research stems from the scarcity of studies that tried to clarify the relationship between the research variables, especially the organizational nostalgia variable, and the current research is the first Arab study that dealt with this variable. The current study is considered an attempt to provide some management solutions in the telecommunication companies of the study sample. (85) A questionnaire on the employed individuals The number of unretrieved questionnaires reached (7), while the retrieved questionnaires valid for statistical analysis were (73) with a representation rate of (85%). The theoretical aspect showed a knowledge gap in the relationship between the psychological empowerment of workers, social loitering at work, and organizational nostalgia. On the practical side, its results showed that there are two types of relationships between the research variables, the first type shows the direct effect between the psychological empowerment of workers and social loitering at work.

Rumors are a social phenomenon that is similar to all the phenomena that may appear in a society and it has been in all ages and that it grows and flourishes with the needs of man in life, and rumors appear at the beginning of it is simple, but they spread very quickly, causing fear and terror among the members of the society, and due to the situation in Iraq, it was necessary to research the subject of rumors and their impact from various aspects, including the legal aspect, specifically the legal aspect, and we find that the Iraqi legislator organized this crime under the title of Crimes harmful to the public interest. We want to know whether the criminal legal texts covered the subject or not, and whether the texts were sufficient in terms of preventive or injunctive measures, the extent of proportionality, whether they contributed to combating this crime, awareness, prevention and treatment, especially after the enormous and frightening scientific and technological progress, and that rumor crimes are deliberate formal crimes.

The crime of money laundering remains an old criminal phenomenon that continues to cause concern in various countries of the world, as it has become a problem rooted in international legislation systems. The legislation in each country takes into account the serious consideration of this issue, so that it becomes a major subject of concern for judges and jurists, and is considered a major challenge for the justice and security services. In addition, the issue of money laundering is a major challenge in the management of banks and financial institutions, especially with the tremendous advances in communication and technology used in this sector. Banks and financial institutions are more at risk of exploitation in the implementation of money laundering activities, which is why the legislative authorities in Iraq and Qatar have sought to regulate legal provisions to address this type of crime.

Livestock production is an important pillar of the national economy of many countries in the world, as it is of great importance to provide food for millions of people from meat, milk and its derivatives, as well as to provide other raw materials for important industries (such as wool, leather, and fertilizer).
The research aims to study the impact of climatic factors (solar radiation, temperature, wind, humidity and precipitation) and their effects on the breeding and productivity of ruminants. The research concluded to divide the effects of climate elements on the breeding and productivity of ruminant animals into direct effects of the animal itself and indirect effects that affect grazing and fodder crops that the animal depends on for its food, and the research concluded that temperature is the most important element in the breeding and productivity of ruminants. This is because of its direct impact on animal life and its control over other climatic elements.

The research seeks to test the role of smart leadership in achieving strategic success in colleges at Salah Al-Din University - Erbil, and the research aimed to determine the correlation and impact relationships between its variables, and the research included two main hypotheses, and the research adopted personal interviews and a questionnaire to collect information, the questionnaire form was addressed to the members of the college councils in (10) colleges out of a total of (16) In total, (93) forms were distributed, and the research sample reached (86) members, i.e. the response rate reached (92.47%). The research used a set of statistical tools and tools for the purpose of processing the data and testing its hypotheses, and the statistical results were extracted by means of the SPSS v.25 statistical package software.The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive moral correlation between smart leadership and its dimensions and strategic success, as well as the existence of a moral effect of smart leadership at the macro level in achieving strategic success.

The research revolves around the study of the impact of the geographical area in its urban and rural dimension on the mechanisms of work and efficiency of civil society organizations operating in Iraq after 2003, which means that the process of monitoring such an impact – through statistics, percentages and maps – will reveal to us not only the process of dimensions of geographical distribution in civil society institutions for the central, southern and northern governorates of Iraq, but also the nature and limits of tasks, activities and programs that are compatible with the nature of such distribution. In other words, it will reveal the functional and organizational dimension of such institutions, the nature of their activities and programs, and their connection to the nature of the geographical space in which such institutions move and spread.

This study sought to build the Teaching Tasks Scale, which consists of (30) paragraphs in its final form, and from this point of view, this study came to investigate the availability of the standards of the quality of teaching tasks for the faculty member in the faculties of education in their scientific and human departments in order to achieve the research objectives.
The scale was presented to experts and arbitrators and the honesty and consistency was calculated to confirm the readiness of the scale for application, the questionnaire of the scale was applied to the research sample of faculty members amounting to (674) in the faculties of education at the University of Kufa with its scientific departments amounting to (302) and humanities (372), and the study came out with a set of recommendations and proposals for developing, improving and expanding the teaching competencies of the university professor in a comprehensive and advanced way in university education. This achieves the quality of tasks, the ethics of the university profession, and the performance of teaching in the overall quality standards.
