This research seeks to try to identify the concept of religion and the concept of ideology, in addition to, the circumstances the word “ideology” invented by Destutt de Tracy in 1796 AD went through. In fact, it seems that ideology is not new except in the fact that it was known and became famous and had a name. As for its characteristics and uses, it goes back to ancient times, moreover, when taking into account its content and meaning instead of the name, it will be found that it is as old as the civilization. The research is also interested in highlighting the problems of the relationship between religion and ideology, by identifying the points of distinction, and observing the similarities and differences between them, as well as showing how to employ religion in the ideological frameworks, through theories and reasons of the transformation of
religion into an ideology.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the study was tested on a sample of industrial contributing companies, using the data published on the website of the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period from (2010-2020) and the sample included (10) listed industrial companies. It sought to test the sub-hypotheses related to the influence relationships between the variables of the current study, to answer the questions related to the problem of the current study and to reach the objectives set, and for the data processing I used many financial equations and statistics methods and extracted the results using (Eviwes-12) software and what I have reached was that most of the Iraqi companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange do not have sufficient financial health, which will negatively affect their financial performance..

The objective of the research was to highlight the concept and importance of social responsibility and the possibility of disclosure according to the Iraqi environment. The main objective of the study was to ascertain the extent of the commitment of Iraqi companies listed in the Iraqi market for securities to disclose social responsibility and its impact on the value of the company. The study showed consistency and integration between the level of disclosure of social responsibility and the value of the company, as well as the cost of each of the social activities applied within the selected research sample companies.

Objective: The current research aims to diagnose the level of interest of the ministry under study (the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports) in the research variables (organizational readiness, obstacles to strategic planning) in addition to testing the relationship of influence between them. Methodology: The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach with the help of researchers’ opinions in enriching the intellectual aspect of the research variables. The questionnaire form was organized as a main tool for collecting data and information, which consisted of (65) paragraphs distributed over the research variables, with (49) paragraphs for the organizational readiness variable and (16) paragraphs for the strategic planning obstacles variable. A sample of officials concerned with strategic plans in the ministry was tested, amounting to (120) individuals out of a community of (149) individuals.

Results: The researcher concluded that dedication in the workplace has a direct impact on career engagement through achieving organizational loyalty. Design/Methodology: The study depends on the analysis of the research data on a sample that included (88th issue) of employees in the oil products distribution company in Najaf Governorate and from various specializations. Perceived. The study assumes that dedication in the workplace affects the achievement of organizational loyalty through the mediating role of job immersion. These results were extracted using the computer program (SPSS) and the statistical analysis program (Smart Plus). Entire states are paralyzed , closed borders , and global economies have slowed , schools , institutions , companies , and factories shut down , as the pandemic does not differentiate between developed and developing countries . The eruption of this pandemic has exposed a state of human weakness in confronting it in order to prevent it from its spread , despite the scientific and technological progress that the world is witnessing today . The pandemic also revealed that most world countries suffer from the crisis of lack of interest in the science of crisis management , the absence of their strategic planning and the weakness of their strategic leaders , rendering this as a real and serious threat to international peace and security . This means that the main political , economic and social repercussions that resulted and spread globally will affect the future of the international order . As the crisis is complicated , cumulative and multi - lateral , thus its treatment must be comprehensive and integrated .

The research aims to know technological enlightenment and its relationship achievement to achievement in biology for middle school students, as the research sample consisted of (7) middle schools in the Muthanna Governorate Center with a percentage of (46.7) from the research community, as the researcher resorted to selecting a sample from The female students by the simple random method to homogenize the units of the research community. Accordingly, a sample of (500) female students from the middle school community in the Muthanna Governorate Center was selected, with a percentage of approximately (16.7) . The researcher : - used tools for her fourth grade research

Scale of 6 - Ethical Scientific Awareness (58) items Achievement tests, a multiple choice -type, and it includes (45) test items The researcher extracted the psychometric properties from the discrimination coefficient and validated both the apparent and constructive types by presenting her research tools to a group of experts and referees in the field of methods of teaching sciences, life sciences and educational psychology. As for stability, she extracted it by means of internal consistency by the method of half-segmentation of the tests . The results of the research, after statistical analysis, showed a low level of ethical scientific awareness and technological enlightenment, and there was a superiority in the answers to the achievement test for the subject . In light of the results of the research, the researcher reached several conclusions, including :- - The level of technological enlightenment and scientific moral awareness is low among fourth-grade students . The researcher recommended several :- recommendations, including - The necessity of returning the content of science curricula (biology) to the preparatory stage, taking into account the balance between the requirements of technological enlightenment and scientific moral awareness, in addition to the introduction of some new technologies in biology books . To complete the research, the :- researcher suggests proposals, including - A comparison between the level of technological enlightenment and the ethical scientific awareness of middle school students in the various countries of the Arab world .

The current research aims to measure the level of self-deception among university students. The researchers set five goals, and to achieve these goals, the researchers follow the steps of the comparative descriptive research approach. The research sample included Basra University students for the morning study for the academic year 2020-2021. Their number is (200) male and female, and a scale of self-deception is built. The scale consists of (35) items divided into three areas. Moreover, the psychometric properties of the scale are extracted, and the researchers use the statistical package for social sciences spss for data analysis. The results show that university students have self-deception, and it is also found that there are statistically significant differences between males and females in favor of males, and there are no statistical differences between students by specialization. Accordingly, the researchers present a set of recommendations and suggestions.

The study aims to Identifying : 1. generativity among the professors of Al-Qadisiyah University. 2. anxiety about aging among professors at Al-Qadisiyah University. 3. the correlation between generativity and anxiety about aging among professors at Al-Qadisiyah University. To achieve the aims above, the researcher does the following: 1. Preparing the generativity scale according to the theoretical model of (Mc Adams & Aubin, 1992 Mc), which its final form consists of 39 items, including seven aspects / dimensions of generativity according to the approved theoretical model: Inner Desire ,Culture Demand , Concerns For The Next Generation, Belief in The Human Species Commitment, Actions and Narrative. 2. Adopting Anxiety about Aging scale of (Lasher & Faulkender ,1993), which consists, in its final form, of 16 items, including four dimensions according to the theoretical model of Lasher and Faulkender 1993, which are: Fear of Old People, Psychological Concerns , Physical Appearance and Fear of loss. After verifying the availability of the two scales on the psychometric conditions required in psychological measures of facial validity, construct validity and the reliability by means of split-half and Alpha Cronbach, these two scales are applied through electronic search form on a sample of (290) professors from the University of Qadisiyah and of both genders, (186) males and (104) females, randomly selected from the research community. The data obtained from the research sample were subjected to statistical analysis by using the appropriate tools and functions in the SPSS Statistical Package of social sciences . Thus, the research reaches the following results: 1. The generativity of Al-Qadisiyah University professors is increased. 2. A high degree of anxiety about aging among professors at Al-Qadissiyah University. 3. There is no relationship between generativity and anxiety about aging among professors at Al-Qadisiyah University. The results of the research were interpreted according to the theories adopted and some previous studies that dealt with the research variables.
