The teacher of physical education is the basic basis on which the
educational process depends.
The importance of research in the statement of the importance of technology
in the administrative side and its close relationship in the performance and work
of the teacher of physical education, as the problem of research is reflected by
the lack of a standard measure of administrative techno among teachers of
physical education, so this study came to codify a modern scientific measure of
administrative techno to be used as an important scientific method in data
collection Which relates to the current study. The aim of this research is to
codify the administrative techno-scale of physical education teachers in Diyala
province. Research areas on the human field included physical education
teachers in Diyala province. The time domain from 3/4/2019 to 29/4/2019, and
the spatial field included middle and middle schools in Diyala province.
The researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method because it
is more appropriate to the nature of the problem.
The research community included (767) teachers of physical education
distributed among the districts and districts schools in Diyala province for the
academic year (2018 - 2019) .The research sample included (450) teachers and
(58.67) of the total number of teachers. They were randomly selected from each
district of Diyala.

The administrative techno scale consisting of (40) words was applied to the
members of the rationing sample from 3/4/2019 to 29/4/2019. The researchers
corrected the answers of the standardization sample and the use of statistical bag
(spss) to extract the standards of the scale, and the researchers conclude from
their research that the teachers of physical education have the desire and ability
to deal with modern equipment and tools to reach the educational and scientific
outputs sober. The researchers recommend the need to use modern equipment
and techniques in all Educational areas to keep pace with the progress and
development in the educational process, as well as the researchers recommend
the need to introduce cadres periodic courses on the use of modern equipment
and technologies of all kinds.

Research Summary:
This research deals with the history of the emergence of the game
of wrestling in civilizations and ancient historical times and how man
invented this game in that era and what is the purpose of its practice.
The research contains three chapters, including the first (definition of
research), which included (Introduction and the importance of research)
and ( The problem of research) and (research objectives) and (research
method) The second chapter has been the study of the history of the

emergence of wrestling in ancient civilizations has contained six topics,
the first of which included a brief introduction to (eras and historical
civilizations), while the other five investigations included the study of
history ( Wrestling in the civilization and Mesopotamia and the country
and De Nile and the Greeks and Romans), respectively, while the
inclusion of Chapter III (Conclusion) and in which the researcher cited
summary of its findings from his study of the subject

The steps of success in all sports activities require a correct scientific method that
achieves the goals set by the trainers and experts to reach the best achievements. Volleyball
game is one of the games that require research and continuous study because of the
multiplicity of skills and the many variables that occur during the matches, they need to
diversify the exercises to be more proficient and more stable in the performance of skills. And
these skills skill beating overwhelming are also basic skills of offensive nature and The first
offensive weapon in modern volleyball because of its influence on the formations of the
opposing defensive team to prevent the arrival of the ball to the player prepared easily and
thus have affected his offensive plans and facilitate the task of the wall of rebelling and repel
the ball coming Of the opposing team or to obtain a direct point. Based on the results of the
studies conducted to analyze sports preparation in various developed countries, the volleyball
game is one of the world's games, which is subject to a new method of training. This method
is the hyperbolic training which depends on increasing the size The training must also be
based on increasing the similarities between the conditions of training and competition
through the multiplicity of means of recovery and increasing the volume of the training load
on the competition. Volleyball players should realize that beating is not just passing the ball
over the net, And the achievement of points through which the most important conclusions
were/

development of some skillful skills.
2-Traditional methods that are not competitive also help to develop the skills of the volleyball
