The research problem shaped through the entry of complex exercises with the introduction of scientific devices as a Random Shot, and the electronic goal when applying goalkeepers’ exercises for the national football team for halls. Through the experience of the researchers in the field and academic field, and on students, researchers and personal interviews with football coaches, as well as their follow up on the training course. The two researches noticed that there was a variation in the movement response and ability of the goalkeepers' feet. This may be attributed to the lack of interest of trainers in training these two abilities. As well as, the lack of equipment and tools that accompany exercises which allow for diversity and change to occur, it is regarded as one of the important rules in training.
Therefore, this study came to shed light on such exercises according to the scientific foundations that are related to the actual training components that are related to the characterized by physical and movement capabilities for the purpose of bringing about development in the level of these capabilities for goalkeepers by introducing training methods and assistive devices like the electronic goal and Random Shot. As well as, applying complex exercises accompanied by audio and visual effects to spread enthusiasm and move away from boredom and monotony for the trainees in an effort to develop the physical and movement side. An objective of research and monotony for the trainers were preparing compound exercises using Random Shot and electronic goal in developing the speed of the motor response and the rapid ability of the feet of the football goalkeepers for halls.
As for imposing search, there are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post-tests of the kinetic response and rapid ability to the feet of the goalkeepers of the youth football team for halls. As for the research sample was deliberately chosen, consisted of four goalkeepers where the reconnaissance experiment was conducted on two goalkeepers within the research sample. After that, pretests were conducted for the research sample, and then, apply exercises using assistive devices where they were implemented in the main part of the training unit, with 24 units divided into 3 training units per week for a period of 2 months. After that, the posttests of the research sample were performed. Statistical methods were used to process the data.
The two researchers concluded that combined exercises using devices helped effectively to develop the speed of movement response and the rapid ability of football goalkeepers’ feet for halls. One of the most important recommendations is the necessity of using modern training methods and the emphasis on the aspect of developing the speed of movement response and rapid ability of the goalkeeper, because it is one of the most physical characteristics on which the defensive and offensive duties of a goalkeeper depend.

The game of volleyball is one of the competitive team games that took the lead in terms of its spread in the world, and the game of volleyball relies on basic skills as an important base on which this game is built to advance in the level of performance Performance and among these skills the skill of spiking and blocking wall, the research aims to identify the extent of the relationship of decision-making to the performance of spiking and blocking in volleyball for junior players. The sample was chosen from volleyball players for the Junior Specialized School of Sulaikh Sports Club / Baghdad Governorate for the season 2020 The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research community was composed of (42) players. The two researchers prepared a decision-making scale consisting of 22 items. Percentages were calculated, the arithmetic average and hypothesis were calculated. The reliability coefficient was found using the half-segmentation method and Alpha Cronbach to know the test stability and correlation coefficient. Pearson Validity Discrimination of Paragraphs and the t-test In light of the results of the research, conclusions were reached, where the critical thinking of the players was found to have a positive relationship in the skills of hitting and crushing wall. The researcher also recommends conducting more research on decision-making skills in other variables in the game of volleyball.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of plank exercises on the lipid component and the metabolic rate (bmr) of the female students of the Higher Institute for Security and Management Development.
As for the third chapter, the two researchers used the experimental method on a sample of the female students of the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development, as their number reached (10) students, represented by one experimental group.
The two researchers prepared the plank exercises according to the variables, and the number of training units was (24) units, and the two researchers used the ready-made statistical bag (SPSS).
The two researchers found a positive effect on the lipid component and the metabolic rate (bmr) of the experimental group, in addition to that the use of plank exercises contributed to the development of the physiological variables of the members of the research sample.
The two researchers concluded by relying on the training curriculum of the Planck exercises when training the physiological variables of the members of the research sample, in addition to conducting similar studies for different physiological variables.

The researchers used the descriptive approach with the two methods of survey study and correlational relations, and the research community was identified with the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa, their number was (26) students, then a sample of (20) students was chosen, then after that the scale was selected and applied and the offensive skills tests in volleyball On the research sample, then the scientific foundations were extracted and the appropriate statistical treatments were used to reach the results, after which the results were presented, analyzed and discussed. 1- Recognizing the degree of self-programming of information in volleyball among female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa.
2- To identify the degree of offensive skills in volleyball among female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa.
3- Knowing the relationship between the degree of self-programming of information and the degree of offensive skills in volleyball among female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa.

And the aim of the research is to prepare and identify physical exertion exercises using electrical muscle stimulation in developing some physical and functional characteristics of women aged (40-45) years old, and the researchers used the experimental method of pre and post testing for the experimental and control groups, and the research community was identified as trainees in the student club hall Sports Activity / University of Baghdad, for the training season 2019-2020, whose number is (18) trainees, as the research sample was selected using the comprehensive inventory method and the sample was divided into two experimental groups and the control group with (9) trainees for each group. Physical effort was applied using electrical muscle stimulation on the experimental group for a period of time. Eight weeks, with three training units per week, and they used the SPSS statistical bag to process the data and obtain the results, from which the researchers came to the most important conclusions. Exercise physical exertion using electrical muscle stimulation has a positive effect on the development of some physical and functional characteristics of women aged (40-45) years

The important of present study is to design rehabilitation program by using hypermedia for some injuries of smooth tissues in shoulder joint. This joint is most important to help badminton players in achieving their daily and sport tasks due to upper limp movements depend on health and active of this joint. Experimental approach with a manner of equal single station was used in present study and study simple consisted of 6 badminton players from Babylon and Al-Mahaweel clubs who have less sharp tissue smooth injury such (muscles, ligaments, pocket). We used (SPSS) to analyses pre, medal, post-tests data. In conclusion, hypermedia is positive benefit to rehabilitee of injuries of smooth tissues in shoulder joint for badminton players and we recommend that the important of using hypermedia by computer to rehabilitee injury players in other sport events.

The aim of the research is to identify the extent of the impact of the learning strategy in order to be able to learn the skill of the skills Setting in volleyball for female students, and the two researchers hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests and the control and experimental groups in addition to the post test on the study variable, and they used the experimental design of the equivalent experimental and control groups, and they determined The research sample after excluding the students who had failed and the practices of the game, so that the total number of the sample became (40) students by (20) students for each group, and the duration of the curriculum lasted (3) weeks by two educational units per week on two days (Sunday, Monday) so that the total number of units became (6) (Educational units), and the curriculum was implemented by giving a period of (1) hour for electronic learning to enhance learning through the computer and the duration of the educational unit was (60) minutes. T-test) for the related samples, and (T-test) for the independent samples, and they concluded that the strategy has proven its effectiveness in the skill of preparing students at a level greater than the traditional method, and the level of fatigue Why the study variable and statistical significance in the experimental group is better than the control group, and the effectiveness of learning and development increases with the use of visual and video techniques and means of communication because it provides a large room for review, knowledge of errors and their return and reinforces the feedback for them, and recommendations for the need to use the learning strategy in order to be able to other skills that need to be More complex skills abilities such as crushing, blocking wall, defending the stadium, in addition to other games, and the need to increase the use of modern visual and video means and computer technologies because they increase feedback and enhance learning, and that includes even traditional methods of learning to be more effective.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the emotionality of achievement with the results of cognitive and skill learning of the two preparation skills from the top and the bottom in volleyball, and to identify the percentage of the contribution of the emotional achievement in the two outcomes of cognitive and skill learning to the two skills of numbers from the top and bottom in volleyball. Corresponding to the nature of the research problem, while the research community and sample are represented by the second stage students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Faculty of Knowledge - Anbar University for the academic year (2020-2021) and their number (69) students. The research samples were chosen randomly. The study found that the emotionality of learning acquisition has a positive role in the cognitive and skill learning outcomes for the performance of the two numerical skills from the top and from the bottom. The study aimed to acknowledge the impact of caffeine on the improvement of muscle strength of students in the college of physical education and sports at Al-Aqsa University, the researchers used the descriptive method, and the sample (21 students) were a first-year physical education and sports students. The most important result was that one hour after the caffeine were taken, there was a significant change in the results of the muscle force tests, as follows: For strength endurance, the stomach test had time (30 seconds), the improvement rate was 11.45%. For pressure testing, the rate of improvement was 11.45%. And the pressure of the inclined recline test, the improvement rate was 13.51%, As for the speed, the broad jump test, the improvement rate reached 7.27%, To test the thrust of the medical ball, the improvement rate was 7.91%, As for the maximum strength component of the dead lift test, the improvement rate was 9.53%, and for the knee bending test, the improvement rate was 7.5%. For chest push ups testing, the improvement rate was 10.64%. Caffeine was used as a nutritional supplement containing caffeine anhydrous in an amount of 200 mg, from 2.5 to 3.5 mg/kg each dose of student's weight. The research aimed to applicate the European standards of excellence in Secondary Schools from the technical Supervisors Point of View in Baghdad. The researcher used the descriptive method on (143) supervisor. The researcher designed a special scale for the Iraqi ministry of education with three fields; social services, students’ satisfaction and procedural operations. The data was collected and treated using SPSS to conclude that social services field require from physical educators to collect information to cope with institutional reality inside school. Students’ satisfaction field shows that physical educators should pay more attention to individual differences among students. Procedural operations field showed that educators should create an environment rich with love, cooperation. Finally the researcher recommended paying attention to students and involving them in problem solving and decision making to create a loving environment inside class.
