Evaluation is an important aspect of administration and management so as to identify the teacher’s performance. The aim of the research is to identify physical educators’ performance from the supervisors’ point of view. The subjects were (68) specialized supervisor in Iraq (excluding Kurdistan). The questionnaire for physical educators’ criteria was presented by specialized team in the ministry of Education in Iraq electronically using google forms on supervisor. The questionnaire included (3) major fields (academics, skills, values and attitudes) distributed on (20) items. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that the supervisors’ evaluation of knowledge field was good yet was lower than skill. Values and attitudes on the other had ranked high compared to other two fields

In this research, the researcher referred to interval training after using it in different times on the first effort area and its effect on some physical and skill variables for young handball players in the Shaab Youth Center. Over time in developing the physical and skill abilities of the players, and from here and based on this idea or problem, the researcher aimed his research to identify the following points :
1-The effect of interval training using the first effort area (ATP - PC) the first, second, third and fourth time on some physical variables (strength characterized by speed, transitional speed) and skill (passing speed, shooting from the bottom) immediately after the effort and during the recovery period .
The researcher assumed the following :
1-There are significant differences in some physical and skill variables after the effort and in the recovery period for handball players between the pre and post tests and in favor of the post tests .
Thus, the researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research, as the sample population was chosen in a deliberate manner from the players of the handball team for the People’s Youth Center, and their number was (20) players who were divided into two experimental groups in the manner of identical pairs. The first effort area time (first, second, third and fourth) has brought about a development in all the physical and skill variables in the research sample. Interval training also led to an increase in the pulse rate after the effort directly and to a decrease during the recovery period and after obtaining these results from the current researcher’s procedure, the researcher recommended: the following points :
1-The trainers depend on the schedule of the periodic training guide when building any training program .
2-Use the first and second effort zone intermittent training program in the period of special physical preparation .
3-Adoption of the interval training program, the second effort area, the third and fourth time, during the general physical preparation period

The study aimed to identify the effect of using the simultaneous training method on some of the physical and skill abilities of the fencing players on fixed chairs. And the control group of each group was (5) players. The duration of the training program was implemented for (8) weeks and by (3) training units per week. The researchers stressed the need to use this type of training method as it is compatible with the nature of the game and the type of sample.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method. The research sample consisted of (85) young players. The researcher applied the Raven scale to measure the level of intelligence and the tests of handling and scoring. The SPSS system was used to obtain the results of the research. In addition to devising a final predictive equation that can predict the skill of handling accuracy and scoring in terms of the level of intelligence of football players for the youth category. , So the researcher recommends the need for the attention of coaches mental aspect (intelligence) as one of the basic requirements that affect the performance of sports

Materialized the research problem: Through Researcher experience, practice of the game Volleyball and watch the Volleyball match between the woman's teams, I noticed the weakness in the performance each of defending, attacking and prepared players. Where the performance of player in general weak and inaccuracies and focus in the performance and of those skills characterized by fast performance accuracy and the best achievement to win the points as well as the lack of balance and control of internal and external emotions such as (anxiety, low stimuli, lack of perseverance and sports training under pressure) All were apparent within their performance skills in the championship within the League clubs. Due to that the researcher wanted to study the emotional side of the players clubs of Kurdistan region and the extent of the relationship side of the movement response and some accuracy performance skills for volleyball player.
As regards to the methodology of research and field procedures: The used the descriptive approach by survey manner in the way that appropriate with the nature of the research, where the research sample consisted of senior players (premier Grade and First Grade) for Kurdistan region Clubs and totalling players are (215), randomly has been divided for the purpose of legalization measure as well as the experience of the first and second exploratory.
The use of appropriate statistical data processors after presenting the results which the researcher reached her discussed several conclusions, the most important:
Used emotional intelligence scale for the detect the characteristic of male and female players and scale the Intelligence on regular basis and organize their emotions to arbitrate of themselves in all stressful situations. Through statistical processing, results of research and discussion, the researcher concluded as follows: The appearance of good results when using emotional intelligence in a sample rationing measure. There is a significant correlation between the level of emotional intelligence and fast movement response relationship among the research sample. Based on the findings of the researcher during the current study recommends the following: Despite the many studies that have given to the topic( emotional intelligence) In the local environment, however, the researcher considers inadequate modernity subject, There for she recommends that these studies continue, especially in the field of measuring the phenomenon, the different categories of sportsmen
and women and for both sexes and for all sporting activities, The researcher recommends a rationing measure other psychological and applied on female and male player community in Kurdistan
