This research has shown what monotheism is, And that God Almighty sent messengers as evangelizers and enlightening, and he is the Great Creator, Among the signs of his oneness and ability to create the heavens and the earth in six days, On him we trust in every case while taking the reasons, for it is the support and refuge for the believer, The Almighty revealed the Noble Qur’an, the comprehensive book that mankind and the jinn were unable to come up with, And God Almighty is the Wise in His management and conduct, the insight of His servants, so they are not hidden from Him, granting man the freedom to choose, except that we are all bound to Him and we do not deviate from His judgment.

Self Learning Skills
To achieve the objectives of the research , the purdie measure of self – learning and editing ( Ahmed 2007 ) for the Arab environment consisted of (28 ) paragraphs evenly divided into four skills , and the stability factor was calculated by the alpha kronbach equation , where the stability factor of the self – learning scale ( 89 % )was calculated . The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the two variables self – regulated learning skills , in achievement and in the interest of males in the bioscience branch at the expense of males in the literary branch , In light of these findings , the research made some recommendations and suggestions

The relationship of the individualization of punishment to the principle of proportionality between crime and punishment is evident that the legislator, although he tried to apply the principle of proportionality by identifying the types of criminal acts and their specific and prescribed penalties for them, left the judge to single out the punishment between types of penalties on one side, and for a minimum and maximum on the other side; The complementarity between the individual punishment and the principle of proportionality requires taking into account that there is no longer a single, equal and consistent punishment for all perpetrators, but rather it has become a feature of criminal justice and the pursuit of the principle o That the penalties are individualized in type and amount in order to match the seriousness of the crime and the seriousness of the offender

The aim of the research is to develop the content of Islamic education for
the middle stage of the "third intermediate" grade in Iraq, and to achieve this, the researcher built the "questionnaire" tool, its verification and its stability, on a sample consisting of (42) teachers and schools in the schools of Salah al-Din Governorate, the descriptive curriculum, presented that this study represents in Study questionnaire: The content of the scientific material for the book, a method of presentation and a list of quality standards, the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS, frequencies, ratios, arithmetic averages, and the correlation coefficient (Pearson)). He reached the content area that obtained the highest average, while the content organization got
some criteria in some Publications and libraries in the schedules of Islamic education books, including books and other content on Islamic education

The aim of the current research is to identify the attitudes of teachers of the Arabic language and its teachers in the holy Karbala towards the use of educational methods in light of e-learning from their point of view.
To achieve the aim of the research, the researchers chose the descriptive and analytical approach. Being the most suitable for such studies. The research sample amounted to (143) teachers out of a total of (247), which is the total community. The research tool was developed by looking at similar studies where the questionnaire consisted of (20) items. The researchers used the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and T-test for two independent samples to obtain the results. It showed that the teachers' use of Arabic language teaching aids was of a moderate degree. There is a clear difference in usage in favor of females over males. And there is no clear difference in qualification and experience. In light of the results, the researchers prepared a number of recommendations and proposals.

It is known among scholars and those who have a consideration in the field of ijtihad that looking at the calamities and religious and worldly developments, and stating the truth of the jurisprudential restriction and adaptation of the issues enjoined by it has the highest position in Islam, because of its links with its origins and branches of the best and most luck. {وَإِمَّا يَنْزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوْا إِذَا مَسَّهُمْ طَائِفٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ تَذَكَّرُوا فَإِذَا هُمْ مُبْصِرُونَ} (الأعراف 201،200) .

1-Common behavioral problems among primary school students from the educational counselors' point of view
2-The common behavioral problems of primary school students from the educational counselors' point of view, depending on the gender variable (males - females). The following results were reached:
1-The existence of behavioral problems among elementary school students from the point of view of the counselors and arranged according to the weighted average and weight percentage.
2-It was found through the results that males are more prone to behavioral problems than females

The current study aimed to identify mathematical correlations in the fourth-grade mathematics textbook, and the researcher followed the analytical descriptive research methodology, and for this he prepared a questionnaire that included the mathematical coherence criteria of the National Council of Mathematics Teachers (NCTM) and after ensuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed to a group of teachers And mathematics teachers for the elementary stage in Iraqi schools affiliated with the directorates of education in Baghdad, and the results showed a mathematical correlation (68%), and accordingly a set of proposals and recommendations were developed.

Art plays a major role in a person’s life after it has become a major language through which a person expresses his feelings and satisfies his needs, and conveys his ideas and his visions to the social surroundings, in order to achieve integration and adaptation to that milieu and thus success in the employment and development of his capabilities in a way that suits the needs and conditions of society. Thus, the aim of the research can be limited to revealing the aesthetic response to the theatrical show directed at the child. Its theoretical framework included two topics, the first: the intellectual abilities of the child as an input to achieve the aesthetic response, and the second topic: the child's theater and aesthetic reception. The current research procedure has included the descriptive analytical approach, and the research community has been the theatrical presentations presented at the Al-Husseini Festival for Child Theater in its fourth session, which was held in the city of Karbala for the year 2018.
The sample of the research consisted of one theatrical performance that have been chosen randomly. TV drama is a means to convey certain ideas via words uttered by certain people expressing the upcoming existing event and within the senses. Because of the television, one of the strongest mass media amongst people and its popularity in addition to other factors effecting the nature of work that drama could be more than a tool through which the society could convey the patterns of its behaviors to the individuals. It could be an instrument of thinking and comprehension. There are many types of drama that are adopted to be close to the viewer.
From that point, the researcher has chosen the patterns of confrontation to the dubbed series and how adolescents are accepting

It is undoubtedly that the reality of the poetry is not separated from the social and political domain , it moves toward producing world of life and it does not fall into the picture directly; moreover, it materialistically re-produces the reality, and it goes toward intensifying the example to weave another world in place, it does not resemble the picture of reality as that explained in the poetry of (Hays Bies).It seems the example formed across doubling its indication energy with imagination and explanation and getting away from the visual world to an imagined world through the poetic conversion from disappearance into appearance, from ambiguity into the transparency to be as an example in the poetic reality and as a reality in the imagined example. It breaks ferocity of time in the reality that has not been achieved, but it expressed about that poetically via concentrating about the example the poet formed .

The research shows the study of assertion in the Arabic Language in the supplication of ( Abi Hamza al- Thamali) . The researcher depends on the grammatical significant analysis , the selection of assertion topics in supplication of Abi Hamza and his grammatical significant analysis. The work of the school principal requires attention to school planning and developing his skills in dealing with his subordinates and coordinating their efforts. The research aims to know the level of school planning among middle school principals, and to know the level of performance of preparatory principals. The descriptive research approach was relied upon as a method on which the research is based, and the research reached a set of recommendations, including conducting training courses for preparatory principals, all of them, especially in school planning to raise their level of effectiveness in managing their schools and the necessity to provide the basics of school work, including school buildings and material requirements necessary for the success of administrative work . The research also reached a set of proposals, including conducting a study on administrative work obstacles in preparatory schools, and conducting a study on the necessary school development for preparatory .

The present research aims at identifying decision – making and with organizational success for school primary principals. 1- There is decision – making in school primary principals.

The research aims to study the obstacles to practicing extra-curricular activities for preparatory school students in the city of Kirkuk. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method. The sample was selected from preparatory school students, with a strength of (350) students, the most important results were reached: To implement the students ’favorite sports activities There is a weakness in establishing extra-curricular activities (playgrounds - halls - locker rooms ... etc.) in schools, and one of the most important recommendations was the need for educational institutions to take care of overcoming obstacles to participating in extra-curricular activities, and the interest of officials and teachers in the Ministry of Education in school activity, the necessity Providing the material and human resources necessary for the exercise of extra-curricular activities.

In my research entitled: (Looking for Alshismeh / Semiotic Narrative Approach in (Frankenstein in Baghdad), I try to answer the question: How the Semantics is formed in (Frankenstein in Baghdad), by the (Iraqi) novelist (Ahmed Saadawi, who won the Arabic version of (Poker))?
In my approach, I use semiotics narrative bases and structures. It consists of foreword, theoretical introduction, performance and conclusion.
