Abstract:
The current study aims at identifying the psychometric properties of the scale of engagement among the preparatory school students. The sample consists of (500) preparatory students; (250) males, (250) females. The scale of engagement was built on the basis of polling the opinions of a sample of preparatory school students and reviewing the previous studies and the theoretical background of the subject.
The results show that the level of engagement among the preparatory school students is higher than the average. This indicates that the preparatory school students have the characteristic of engagement. The apparent validity of the scale has been confirmed through consulting a group of experts. As far as the reliability is concerned, all the scale items are proved to be statistically significant. As for the stability, it is calculated by using the application and re-application method. The correlation coefficient is calculated to be (0.876). The Alpha Kronbach value of the stability coefficient is (0.888), hence all the data is verified with statistical indicators.

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify social exclusion among students of the Kindergarten Department? Proceeding from the importance of the subject of the research, the importance of the research sample and its variables, it set goals for the research, and it included:
1- Social exclusion among students of the Kindergarten Department.
2- Differences in social exclusion, according to the stage of study.
3- Differences in social exclusion according to the trend towards studying in the department.
The researcher has adopted the relational descriptive approach in completing her research, and the research sample included (500) students from the kindergarten students, who were randomly chosen stratified, in order to achieve the goals of the research, it was necessary to have a tool through which to collect data and relevant information With the research, the researcher built a scale (social exclusion), and to extract the apparent honesty, the researcher presented the paragraphs of the scale in its preliminary form, on a number of arbitrators and their number reached (18) arbitrators, the social exclusion scale has lost the number of its paragraphs (22) paragraph and alternatives (applies to Always, it applies to me often, it applies to sometimes, not t Applied to me, it does not apply to me at all (degrees) (5,4,3,2,1). A student calculated the results and was:
1- There is a difference between female students who have social exclusion, as the high percentage (19%), the low (18%), and the middle (62%) constitute.
2- There were no differences in social exclusion among female students, according to the variable of the school stage.
3- There were differences in social exclusion among female students according to the variable of desire to study in the department for a benefit without desire.

Abstract
The current research aims to know the relationship between self-knowledge and attitudes of students of the College of Education towards specialization according to the variables of gender, specialization and stage.
For the purpose of verifying the goals of the research, the researcher prepared a self-knowledge scale consisting of (21) and a measure of the trend towards specialization that is (24) The researcher applied it to a sample of (196) students of the College of Al-Mustansiriya Education, chosen randomly.
After statistical processing and data analysis, the results showed that students have a high level of self-knowledge and their attitudes towards specialization are positive, and that there is a difference in the relationship between self-knowledge and the trend towards specialization according to the variable of specialization (scientific - human) and for the benefit of humanity and according to the stage variable in favor of the fourth stage, and that it is not There is a difference in the relationship between self-knowledge and the trend towards specialization depending on the gender variable (male - female).
In light of the results, the researcher reached a number of recommendations and proposals.

Abstract
Positive thinking plays a major role in all human activities, and it is a basic factor in learning, education, administration, and all human, social, economic and creative activities for people in general, and it contributes greatly to the direction, progress, and advancement of life. The family that has positive thinking is the family that has awareness and knowledge of the rights of the child and is eager to achieve these rights in full.
The current research aims to: know the rights of the child, social change, and positive thinking among the parents of children, and the correlation between knowledge of the rights of the child and positive thinking and social change among the parents of children.
The sample of the research consisted of (400) individuals from the parents of children in the city of Baghdad, with both sides Karkh and Al-Rusafa.

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the effect of family behavior therapy (according to the Fallon model) in preventing relapse in psychosocial rehabilitation among depressed patients at Ibn Rushd Psychiatric Hospital - Baghdad The researcher discussed a theoretical framework that included all research variables and to achieve the goal of the research, a psychological and social rehabilitation measure was built Then, using a statistical sample of (200) with depression disorder.
I have followed the scientific steps to build the scale as well as extract the indicators of honesty and consistency.
One case was diagnosed who obtained the lowest scores on the scale to apply the program to it as well as building the therapeutic program according to the problems presented in the scale according to the family behavior therapy theory (Fallon model), as one session was taken from the treatment program sessions and after completing the application of the treatment program by the individual treatment method On the research sample, the results showed that the program was effective in preventing relapse in psychosocial rehabilitation and the return of pathological symptoms in patients with depression.

Abstract:

1- Measuring psychological stability among middle school students .
2- Measuring the acquisition ideas of middle school students .
3- The relationship between psychological stability and acquisition ideas is known to middle school students .
The resercher used two tools to achieve the goals of the current research . The researcher adopted the psychological stability scale of (Sadiq , 2012) , and the researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale , The researcher also built a scale of acquisition ideas , which consists of (23) paragraphs , and the researcher used all the procedures related to building the scale , The research reached the following results :
1- The prep students have a high degree of acquisition ideas .
2- Middle school students with obsessive thoughts suffer from psychological instability .
3- There is a strong relationship between obsessive thoughts and psychological stability in middle school students . In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends :
1- the necessity of focusing scientific studies and research on the family and school environments
2- holding training sessions for counselors and parents in which professors specialized in psychology lecture in order to train them on how to deal with students who have obsessive ideas and other disorders.
3- confirm the role of the educational counselor in caring for the cognitive , social and emotional aspects .

Abstract
The search aims to identify :
1. The level of Psychological immunity among university students .
2. The level of academic adaptation for university students .
3.The relationship between psychological immunity and academic adaptation for university students .
4. Differences in the relationship between psychological immunity and academic adaptation according to the gender of the students (male-female) .
The research sample consisted of (400) students from the university students, Who were withdrawn by the stratified random method, according to the gender and the size of the students at the university, as the number of students who appeared in the sample was male (132) and female (268) .
The following results have been reached:
That university students suffer a real decrease in the level of psychological immunity, a decrease in the level of academic adaptation among university students, areal direct correlation between psychological immunity and academic adaptation , that psychological immunity is more related to the maturity of goal in females than to males and immunity psychology is more related to skills in males than in females .

Abstract
The job performance of the employees is the final result that all organizations seek to achieve, which is an indication of the organization's performance and its failure, as the level of job performance for workers depends on several factors that affect it, including: environmental factors, and other personal and functional factors, and others consider that job performance is a key factor of identity Humanity, many experimental researches were conducted on the importance of job performance mainly by psychologists and management scientists, where they observed that measuring job performance gives a picture of the nature of the work assigned to man and how satisfied he is with what he is doing, and the current research aimed to identify performance Career with officers of the Ministry of Interior, and to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher adopted the job performance scale for Al-Azzawi (2012), which consisted of (33) paragraphs in his final form after he was subjected to statistical analysis and extracting his psychometric properties, and after applying the tool to the research sample consisting of (240) officers from The Ministry of the Interior, who were chosen by the stratified random method with proportional distribution, the results of the research indicated:
1- The presence of a high level of job performance among Ministry of Interior officers.
2- There are differences in the relationship in job performance according to the variable of the type of work assigned to the officer (administrative - field) in favor of those with administrative work and with statistical significance.
In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals for subsequent research.

Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to know the meaning of the concept of job satisfaction or not, and to know its level and degree of intensity in its positive and negative manifestations among employees of research centers affiliated with the University of Baghdad - Al-Jadiriya Complex, from both sexes and different scientific and career ranks, for the academic year (2018/2019). The research sample consisted of (85) research associates from the adult research community (108) associates in research centers at the university, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data on job satisfaction for this sample, which consisted of (45) words with three alternatives to answer are (always (Sometimes, rarely), and I enjoyed the logical and apparent honesty by (14) arbitrators and experts, and the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (0.75), and the weighted mean equation for measuring the degree of sharpness and the weighted values of the questionnaire phrases, most of which obtained degrees of sharpness higher than the hypothetical mean Likely in two ways, the first represents a feeling of job satisfaction, which is predominant over them by the number of phrases and their content, which were imposed by the method of democratic interaction between them and good human relations and their cooperation in good and bad times with almost every course of daily work and its requirements And trying to overcome them in one way or another, and the second, which is the least in the number of expressions, but it is very emotional and financially affecting them, and is represented by a feeling of job dissatisfaction from circumstances outside the limits of the research centers to which they are affiliated, related to the lack of objectivity in the application of their research work instructions, and in the application of the university service law from The parties concerned accepted this matter, made very important recommendations and proposed several proposals to address the consequences of this problem.

Abstract:
The aim of this research identify ( The effectiveness of rapid learning in mental motivation of the fourth grade students in biology). The researchers chose the semi-experimental design with the partial tuning ( Experimental group and Officer group ) the same post-test in mental motivation , his eye research was chosen from Al-Fawz secondary School for Girls followers to the General Directorate of Education Baghdad / Rusafa 1 , which included ( 65 ) student distributed over two research groups, Choose us in a way of clouds one of them represents the experimental a group included ( 32 ) students studied according to rapid learning , as for the second group included ( 33 ) studied according to the usual way represented the control group , the two research groups has been rewarded ( Raven intelligence test , and mental motivation ) , where researchers prepared measure the mental motivation of the scientific fourth , the scale is corrupted from ( 60 ) paragraph is positive and some negative , the psychometric properties of a scale were calculated and the data were analyzed and statistically processed using equation ) t - test ) for two separate samples, and its equivalent Alpha Kronbach , and Pearson correlation coefficient , and standard deviation , and correlation coefficients for each paragraph of the mental motivation scale). The results indicated the existence of rapid learning activity in the mental motivation of the fourth scientific students in biology for the experimental group A number of recommendations and proposals have been developed .

Abstract:
The current research aims to identify:
1- The use of information and communication technology by the university professor,
2- The significance of the differences in the use of information and communication technology according to gender and the scientific title.
3- The work life conflict of the university professor.
4- The significance of the differences of work life conflict, according to gender and the scientific title.
5- The correlation between use of information and Communication Technology and the work life conflict of university professor.
To achieve the aimes of this research, researchers adopted a scale of used information technology and communications prepared by (Rosen etal, 2013), consists of (17) items, and used the scal of work life conflict prepared by (Kristensen, et al , 2005), consists of (18) items , have been verified ratified translated standard, after its application to the research sample of (204) respondents were obtained data processing from a statistical sample, and reached the following results:
1- university professors use means of information and communication significantly
2- University professors do not suffer from the conflict of work life
3- There are no differences in the use of information and communication technology, and the coflict of work life according to two variables (gender, scientific title).
4- The use of information and communication technology is not related to the work life conflict of the university professor. Based on the results of the current research, the two researchers came up with a set of recommendations and proposals

Abstract
The current research aims to identify: -
Migration among young people from university students Psychological security among young students of the university
Statistically significant differences in migration among young people according to gender (male / female) and specialization (scientific, humanitarian). Statistically significant differences in psychological security for young people according to gender (males / females) and specialization (scientific, humanitarian)
The relationship between immigration and psychological security among young university students, as the results showed the trend of migration in general and psychological security in general, is statistically significant, but it is negative in the amount (- 0.554), which means that young people have a tendency towards immigration offset by psychological security little and vice versa, and the reason for that can be traced back. To one or more of the following reasons: Young people suffer from the deteriorating security and economic situation, unemployment and lack of job opportunities
The relationship between psychological security in general and the levels of migration trend are also different, and the statistically indicative of it is only one, which is the relationship between psychological security in general and the low level of immigration trend and its amount (-0.46), due to the increase in the ability of young people to perceive the nature and details of painful situations It increases its ability to face situations, and that increasing youth experience is considered a "helpful" factor in identifying the nature of the obstacles and circumstances that stand in the way of satisfying their needs, so that it works according to her previous experience to avoid or accept them.

Abstract
The research aims to: Measuring psychological panic in children. The researcher built a scale for psychological panic during the current time consisting of (56) paragraphs.
To achieve the goals of the current research ,the following was done, Building a cognitive counseling program to reduce psychological panic in children during the current time
1- Knowing the effect of the counseling program on reducing psychological anxiety in children during the current time By checking the zero hypothesis is rejected and alternative theory accepted :
2- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups on the psychological scare scale for children - (the research sample) is controlled by psychological scare in the daily treatment.
3- The effectiveness of methods of reality therapy theory in reducing mental anxiety panic for Primary school pupils .
4- need (the research sample) to guide methods to develop positive thinking for them, and refute thinking with psychological anxiety and realistic rational thinking, and this is what the researcher observed through the relaxation method of children's songs and stories and linking them with the School decisions and the recycling of safe waste for the environment and the work of models to create a state of interaction with the family.
5- The interaction of the (research sample) with the activities presented during the sessions, which helped reduce their panic.
