This research aims to demonstrate the close connection between the Qur’an and the Sunnah, according to the analytical inductive method, with the aim of proving it in a way that refutes those who doubt and cast doubt on its existence, who see sufficiency in relying on the Holy Qur’an; as a fruit of the fruits of the theory (the Book of God is sufficient for us) based on the foundation of denying the need for the Noble Sunnah. Because the Qur’an, as it described itself Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it. It is sent down by One Full of Wisdom, Worthy of all Praise. Unlike the Sunnah, which has been subjected to distortion, forgery, falsification, fabrication, and other afflictions that necessitate the cancellation of its validity and confidence, which has necessitated the treatment of this problem as one of the objectives of this research.
In addition to its positive impact on establishing the connection between the Qur›an and Sunnah and addressing some of the essential issues in our lives, the researcher is required to exert his utmost diligence in presenting the topic and conducting a thorough analytical study.

Love and death have an impact on the souls of people in general and have a special taste among poets. I directed the search words towards the poet (Deek Al-Jinn), and I addressed his poetry from the stylistic aspects. Stylistics, with its ancient heritage and new dress, reveals the masks of beauty in the statement of texts, and standing closely in the statement of the poet’s brilliance and the capabilities he enjoys. The poet was a contemporary of the peaks of poets, and acquiring a lead in this field requires quality and brilliance in craftsmanship and composition.

The dowry is the cornerstone and one of the most important aspects of marriage in pre-Islamic Arab society, and even in later historical eras, up to the present day.
The dowry, known as the “sadaq” among pre-Islamic Arabs, was the most important pillar of marriage. Failure to pay it could lead to a social violation of the prevailing social norms at the time. At the same time, it was considered a guarantee of a woman’s right to a dignified family life, and a safeguard for her honor and status in society. Because of the importance of the dowry, God Almighty made it obligatory in the Holy Quran, and it became mandatory in later Islamic eras.
In this brief research, we will attempt to explain the meaning and importance of the dowry, as well as the choice of a wife and the types of dowries that were prevalent in Arab society before Islam. We will conclude the research with the types of marriage that are not valid without a dowry, and the other types that were prevalent without it.

This study analyzes the views of His Eminence Sayyid Ali al-Sistani (may his shadow endure) regarding a range of intellectual, political, security, and social issues, summarizing his positions on the Iraqi situation, focusing on his multiple roles in consolidating the pillars of civil peace, directing the political process, combating terrorism, defending human rights, and enhancing humanitarian values at the global level. The research sought to present the idea with utmost accuracy and honesty without exaggeration, omission, distortion, or fabrication, relying on what is stated in the book: «The Texts Issued by His Eminence Sayyid al-Sistani (may his shadow endure) on the Iraqi Issue,» authored by Haj Hamid al-Khafaf. The research concluded with a number of findings, the most important of which is that His Eminence Sayyid Ali al-Sistani represents a unique model of mature religious leadership that combines political rationality, religious wisdom, and a steadfast moral stance, which has granted him a wide influence both within Iraq and beyond.

The current research aims to investigate the effect of question-based teaching using the Wooclap platform on the achievement of fourth-grade science students in physics and their technical skills. To achieve this objective, instructional lessons were designed that incorporated the strategy of posing questions during class using the digital Wooclap platform, which enables real-time interaction between teacher and students via smartphones or computers, through various tools such as surveys, speed tests, multiple-choice questions, and interactive charts.
The study adopted an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design for two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The research sample consisted of 99 fourth-grade science students from a public school affiliated with the Al-Qadisiyah Directorate of Education – Afak District. The experimental group included 49 students taught using the Wooclap question-based method, while the control group consisted of 50 students who were taught using traditional methods. The experiment was conducted during the second semester of the 2023–2024 academic year.
A physics achievement test and another test to measure technical skills—specifically the use of interactive media and digital tools in learning—were developed. After statistically analyzing the data, results showed statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in both achievement and technical skills. This indicates the effectiveness of question-based teaching using Wooclap in enhancing cognitive performance and developing students› practical skills. The researcher recommended adopting the Wooclap-based questioning method for its positive impact on achievement and technical skills, along with training teachers and providing a supportive digital learning environment. The study also encouraged the development of evaluation methods and the implementation of similar studies in other subjects and educational stages.

The ancient Yemenis had a special knowledge of planting times, seed season, and rainfall. They had precise technical calculations that determined the seasons suitable for agriculture. This played a significant and positive role in the agricultural renaissance, as they constructed dams and reservoirs and built terraces. Moreover, Yemen possessed abundant arable land, particularly in valleys and plains. All of this played an effective role in the development and advancement of the agricultural sector.

During the Qajar era, Iranian women did not obtain their natural rights, which enabled them to rise to their position alongside men, and to exercise their humanitarian, social and political role. Their role was limited to some social activities, such as participating in religious events and charitable gatherings, but this matter changed after 1911, as Her active participation in the Constitutional Revolution of 1905-1911 had a significant impact on the adoption of some personalities who completed their studies in Europe at the time of the issue of women›s rights, in addition to that, education and the establishment of women›s schools, contributed to the spread of awareness and culture among Iranian women, and accelerated their earnest quest to obtain Her rights, and the Iranian constitution that was enacted at that time included some simple rights for her, so women were able to follow the right path. Comparative literature is the science of moving from one country to another, from one language to another, and from one form of expression to another. It is a systematic art that searches for relationships of similarity, kinship, and influence. It also seeks to bring literature closer together with other fields of expression and knowledge, as well as to bring literary phenomena and texts closer together, whether they are far apart or not, in time and place. But on the condition of belonging to multiple languages and cultures in order to reach a more accurate description, and in order to understand and taste it better. The American critic Henry Remack defined comparative literature: “Comparative literature is the study of literature beyond the borders of a particular country, and the study of the relations between literature on the one hand and other areas of knowledge and belief on the other hand.”
Also, the term (comparative literature) is not precise in its meaning, because comparative literature is a method of study and not creative literature, and the correct thing to say in the term is: (the comparative study of literature) or similar terms, but the term (comparative literature) has become widespread and popular. Among researchers for its lightness and ease.
Comparison between the literatures or writers of one linguistic group, or different linguistic groups. Study literary influences that transcend linguistic, gender, and political boundaries. Example: studying romanticism in different literatures.

The enemies of Islam sought to fight it and undermine it with all the intellectual and literary tools they could in order to portray it as contradicting human foundations. These were represented by Orientalists and atheists who take every path to attack. So books that contain these poisons poured in, including the book (Anxiety in Faith) by its author Saeed Nasheed, which is a collection of articles he wrote in various Arab newspapers and published in a book by Dar Al-Tali›ah in Beirut. This book came with articles attacking the faith of Muslims, starting with monotheism and belief in Allah, passing through prophecies, prophets, heavenly books, the Holy Quran, and Islamic civilization. These ideas called for a response, and a statement of their dangers to the Muslim individual, and that they contradict the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He penetrates Islam from the thoughts of atheists to sow doubt in hearts and shake the faith that fills the soul. The Arabic novel, and the Egyptian novel in particular, is one of the most prominent prose techniques to have emerged in the literary and narrative arena. It is closely linked to Egyptian reality, expressing the inner events and essential techniques of the Alexandria Governorate. Personal dimensions appear in the Egyptian novel in a simple, persuasive language that reaches the reader in a simple style that blends classical and colloquial Arabic. The author witnessed social transformations and political upheavals, and presented the state of poverty, deprivation, and demonstrations to achieve demands and justice. We realized that the novel›s character contains certain psychological connotations, including expressions of emotion, anxiety, and tension, as well as what indicates the writer›s emotional state.

This study examines the legal framework governing mergers of multinational companies through a comparison of the legal systems in Iraq and Lebanon, in light of the increasing challenges posed by these transnational entities to national legislation. The central problem stems from the adequacy of local laws to address the complexities of mergers involving such companies, and the resulting legal implications affecting legal personality, contractual obligations, and the rights of shareholders and workers, as well as the economic and regulatory dimensions of these transactions.
The study adopted a comparative analytical approach aimed at identifying similarities and differences in the way Iraqi and Lebanese legislators deal with this phenomenon. This approach was based on analyzing applicable legal texts and drawing on relevant judicial rulings and international standards. The study found clear legislative gaps and the absence of a unified legal framework capable of regulating foreign company mergers in line with the requirements of economic globalization. It also highlighted the weak coordination between trade and investment laws and the declining legal response to the cross-border effects resulting from such mergers.
Based on these findings, the study recommends updating national legislation to accommodate the legal specificities of these companies, enhancing international and regional cooperation in this area, and incorporating effective oversight mechanisms to protect the state›s economic sovereignty and national interests, while maintaining a balance between encouraging foreign investment and protecting the integrity of the local legal environment.

The aim of this research was to identify the following:
1- Measuring social threat among government employees.
2- Identifying the differences in social threat between males and females.
3- Measuring prejudice among government employees.
4- Identifying the differences in prejudice between males and females.
5- Identifying the relationship between social threat and prejudice among government employees.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher employed a scale for both variables and applied it to a sample of 400 employees from the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, consisting of( 180) male and( 180 )female employees during the academic year 2024–2023. The findings were as follows:
1-Government employees suffer from a high level of social threat.
2-Government employees experience prejudice.
The study concluded with a discussion of the results, and presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Studying the conditions of non-Arab countries that converted to Islam and remained under its shadow is considered one of the important things that made a great contribution to religious Islam And it had a role in building the Islamic civilization, as those peoples were characterized by strength, courage, and fanaticism, which made them a force that confronted the Arab conquerors of the Maghreb for more than seventy years. However, we find that the Berbers played a major role, especially after they embraced Islam in the Islamic conquests, whether in the rest of the Maghreb or in Andalusia. This study examines the civil liability of online electronic information providers from a comparative perspective between Iraq & Lebanese legislation. It attempts to define legal framework governing the relationship between the provider and the electronic consumer by analyzing contractual and tortious liability aspects that may result from a breach of civil obligations. The information provider may be an individual or entity that provides or distributes digital content that may be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of the rights of others. This calls for examining legal basis for their liability. This study comes in light of the increasing reliance on e-commerce and digital services, the growing legal problems associated with them, and the absence of a precise definition of provider in many legislations, which opens the door to a broad interpretation of its concept. The study focuses on comparing the Iraqi and Lebanese legal regulations of liability, the availability of legal and judicial mechanisms to protect the consumer, and role of modern legislation in each of them in supporting this liability. It concludes with results that reflect the disparity and shortcomings in legal regulation, and recommends the need to develop legislation and activate judicial oversight to enhance the protection of the digital consumer.

This study aims to examine the life, poetic world, and literary personality of Abdülaziz Semîn Bayatlı, one of the prominent figures and folk poets of Iraqi Turkmen literature, as well as to analyze his works from a linguistic perspective. Within the scope of this research, a thematic analysis is conducted on the theme of “the transience of the world” as reflected in Bayatlı’s collection Religious Poems and Hymns, particularly in the poems included in this work. The meaning universe shaped by concepts such as death, the temporariness of worldly life, the struggle against the self (nafs), and eternal life based on the poet’s religious and afterlife-oriented worldview is explored in detail. Bayatlı stands out as a poet who often integrates folk beliefs into his poetry. This article offers an in-depth thematic analysis of this theme through selected examples, especially focusing on the poem The World is Mortal. In Bayatlı’s Religious Poems and Hymns, his poems generally revolve around themes of tradition, moral advice, devotion to Ahl al-Bayt, and love for the Prophet Muhammad and Imam Husayn.

( Dünyanın Faniliğini Taşıyan Şiirler Üzerine Tematik Bir Yaklaşım)
Özet
Bu çalışma, Irak Türkmen edebiyatının önemli isimlerinden ve halk şairlerinden biri olan Abdülaziz Semȋn Bayatlı’nın hayatı şiir dünyasını tanımak, edebi şahsiyetini ortaya koymak ve eserlerinin dil yönünden analizini yapmak amacıyla ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamız kapsamında, Bayatlı’nın “Dini Şiirler ve İlahîler” adlı eserinde ve özellikle de bu eserdeki şiirlerinde geçen “Dünyanın Faniliği” temasını tematik bir düzlemde ele alınmaya amaçlanmıştır. Şairin dini ve ahiret merkezli bakış açısıyla kaleme aldığı şiirlerde; ölüm, dünya hayatının geçiciliği, nefisle mücadele ve ebedi hayat gibi kavramlar çerçevesinde şekillenen anlam dünyası değerlendirilecektir. Abdulaziz Semin Bayatlı, şiirlerinde genellikle halk inancını buluşturan bir şair olarak ön plana çıkar. Bu makalede, özellikle “Fanidir Dünya” şiiri başta olmak üzere diğer şiirlerinden seçilen örneklerle bu tema ayrıntılı biçimde incelenecektir. Bayatlı’nın “Dini Şiirler ve İlahiler” adlı eserinde şiirleri genelikle, gelenek, nasihat, Ehl-i Beyt sevdası, Hz. Muhammed, Hz. Hüseyin ve ahlaki öğütler ekseninde şekillenmektedir.

This study aims to explore the image of the self in Ibn Abdoun›s poetry, and the intellectual visions and human aspirations it contains within a mysterious and profound poetic world. The poetic text, in essence, is a manifestation of the inner interactions of the psyche and its responses to the feelings and obsessions raging in the creator›s conscience. The poetic self appears in its relationship with the other and existence, flexible with changing circumstances and transformations of political, social and economic reality. The poet does not separate himself from his surroundings; rather, he delves into its details, investing them to construct a vibrant personal discourse. From here, our study of (The Image of the Self in the Poetry of Abdul Majeed bin Abdoun) emerges to reveal the most prominent aspects and manifestations of the self in his poetry, such as frustration and brokenness due to the injustice of time and anxiety about death, and a sense of alienation and isolation. The meanings of the proud and arrogant self also emerged to express a fragmented conscience under a troubled reality.

The topic of socialization is a prominent one that no society can neglect, given its impact on family structure, the preparation of children, and the teaching of the traditions and customs of their fathers and grandfathers. Pre-Islamic Arabs paid great attention to socialization, especially the family, which is the fundamental building block of society. However, the topic of socialization has taken on new terminology and multiple dimensions due to the evolution of modern social life, which has moved beyond the family sphere to other spheres, such as school, the media, places of worship, work, and friends.

This research deals with the influence of the Gauls on the Roman civilization. The importance of this topic lies in the fact that it sheds light on important events in the history of the Roman and Gallic civilizations across different historical periods. The Gauls influenced the Roman civilization since the era of the Roman Republic, through the Gauls launching invasions of Rome, the most famous of which was in 390 BC, which almost destroyed the Roman civilization, but it was an incentive for the Romans to develop their civilization to reach a high level that placed them at the top of ancient civilizations. After Julius Caesar’s conquest of Gaul, there were important results that affected political events in Rome, and it was a civilization that played a major role in the Roman Empire.

The research problem is defined as: “Preparing training units according to the Dual Coding Theory to develop the skills of Fine Arts Institute students in the subject of design.” The research aimed to:
1. Prepare training units based on the Dual Coding Theory.
2. Measure the impact of these training units on developing the design skills of Fine Arts Institute students.
The first objective was achieved in the research procedures (Chapter Three), and the second was verified through the following null hypotheses:
1. There are no statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental group (taught using the training units based on the Dual Coding Theory) and the control group (taught using traditional methods – presentation and modeling) in the post cognitive test for the design subject.
2. There are no statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post skill performance test for the design subject.
The research population consisted of students from the Fine Arts Institute. The research sample was selected from third-year morning class students in the Design Department, totaling 30 students. The researcher adopted an experimental design with two groups (experimental and control) and pre/post testing. To implement the research procedures, the training units were prepared based on the key principles of the Dual Coding Theory and were reviewed by experts to ensure their validity and appropriateness for the intended goal.
The researcher also developed two research tools: a cognitive test and a skill performance test. To analyze the results, the researcher used several statistical methods including: Smirnov test, Mann-Whitney test, item discrimination coefficients (Ebel), Spearman’s equation, and Pearson correlation coefficient to calculate the reliability of the tests. Results showed the following:
1. Statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level were found between the experimental and control groups in the post cognitive test, in favor of the experimental group.
2. Statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level were also found in the post skill performance test, again in favor of the experimental group.
The study concluded that the use of training units: Helps reduce the difficulties faced by instructors, Saves time and effort, Achieves positive outcomes in skill development.
Recommendations: The researcher recommends applying the training units based on the Dual Coding Theory in educational colleges and institutes for teaching and training learners in various academic fields. The theory’s reliance on verbal and non-verbal encoding allows for more effective processing of auditory and written information.
Future Research Suggestions: Conduct studies on the impact of training units based on the Dual Coding Theory on developing students’ skills in the subject of analysis and criticism.

The research focused on artificial intelligence, which is no longer just a technological luxury or a future tool. Rather, it has become a practical reality used in the most delicate and important areas of life, including criminal justice. It plays a pivotal role in simplifying and accelerating procedures, improving their accuracy, and raising the efficiency of justice institutions by analyzing vast amounts of data and predicting crime patterns in a way that was previously impossible. This paves the way for a radical shift in traditional concepts of criminal justice. Artificial intelligence has begun to be used as a tool to support judicial decision-making by providing accurate, analytical recommendations based on judicial precedents and mathematical models. However, overreliance on this technology has threatened to dehumanize judicial rulings, which may raise concerns about the impartiality of algorithms and the credibility of the data used. This may require reconsidering the role of judges as final decision-makers, not simply implementers of algorithmic suggestions. The study recommends the introduction of comprehensive training and qualification programs for judges, investigators, and public prosecutors on how to handle and utilize artificial intelligence technologies ethically and legally. This training contributes to raising the efficiency of judicial sector workers and provides them with the necessary understanding to address emerging technical challenges. It also recommends enhancing international cooperation between legal organizations and countries to exchange relevant and necessary expertise and establish unified international standards for the use of artificial intelligence in criminal matters. This could ensure unified efforts and avoid conflicts between different legal systems, especially in criminal cases with a cross-border dimension.

The increase in the number of higher education institutions, their size, and their diversity around the world have created a need for administrative systems. Hence, interest has arisen in the management of these institutions, and the bureaucratic model has been a successful model for managing these institutions.
This research explores the use of bureaucratic systems in higher education institutions, such as universities and institutes, and the effectiveness of attempts to identify the positives and negatives resulting from the use of this system. The researcher also adds what he deems appropriate for the Iraqi experience in his evaluation of it, in terms of the positives, and what he finds to be negatives that he prefers to eliminate.

This study analyzes the opinions of scholars of interpretation regarding the meanings of strange words in the Holy Quran, focusing on the application of Surah Yusuf, as it is a surah rich in strange vocabulary that requires clarification of the meanings of Quranic words that are difficult for the reader to understand from the surface alone. Linguistic and interpretive sources were also used, the most important of which are the book Gharib al-Quran by Ibn Qutaybah and the book Al-Mufradat fi Gharib al-Quran by Al-Raghib Al-Isfahani, in addition to the interpretations of Al-Tabari, Al-Zamakhshari, Ibn Ashur, and Al-Shaarawy. A comparison was made between the interpreters’ statements regarding the meanings of strange words that appear in Surah Yusuf, such as (boys, watering place, dirhams, numbered, I’tasim, their trick, his shirt, etc.). The study also revealed the different approaches followed by interpreters. Some focused on rhetoric and Quranic context, others on linguistic analysis, while others combined linguistic opinions and transmission from the ancients. The study concludes that the linguistic interpretation of strange words in Surah Yusuf Yusuf is an important tool for understanding the Qur’anic text and highlights the valuable efforts made by scholars of interpretation in this field

The current study aims to improve the academic performance of female students at the Institute of Fine Arts for Girls in Baghdad – Al-Karkh in the subject of Voice and Delivery. The research was initiated after identifying a problem of student weakness in this subject. The study targeted students in the general stage who study the Voice and Delivery course. The researcher adopted the experimental method and prepared a test to measure honesty and reliability. After teaching and applying the auditory model to the students using appropriate teaching methods, the results showed that there was a significant impact of the auditory model on increasing student performance, and it was recommended to adopt it.
