Modality as a Strategy of Solidarity in a Report Entitled “Why the Pope Is Visiting One of the Wor

Abstract

Positive discourse analysis attempts to find out one of the syntactic strategies positively used by New York Times in a report entitled “Why the Pope Is Visiting One of the World’s Oldest Christian Communities”, through which the ideology of solidarity is used to reflect unity and strengthen bonds among people, the strategy is Modality. PDA is a method that concentrations on how language is utilized to create positive social identities and make social change. It aims to highlight and analyze discourses that encourage solidarity. The present study is intended to find out the following questions: What the modal verbs used in the present data that reflect solidarity and which of them is the most frequently used? The study aims at finding out the modal verbs that are used positively and the most frequent one in the chosen report. It is hypothesized that will, must and may are used positively. Will is the most frequent one to reflect the willingness. The methodology of the present study is based on Fairclough (1989) and Quirk et al. (1989). It is concluded that will, would and could are used in the chosen data. The modal verb “will” is widely used intentionally to show future intentions and willingness.

تحاول دراسة تحليل الخطاب الإيجابي معرفة إحدى الاستراتيجيات النحوية التي استخدمتها صحيفة نيويورك تايمز بشكل إيجابي في تقرير بعنوان \"لماذا يزور البابا إحدى أقدم المجتمعات المسيحية في العالم\"، والتي من خلالها يتم استخدام أيديولوجية التضامن لتعكس الوحدة وتقوية الروابط بين الناس، الإستراتيجية هي الأفعال الناقصه. يعرف تحليل الخطاب الإيجابي على انه طريقة تركز على كيفية استخدام اللغة لخلق علاقات اجتماعية إيجابية وإحداث تغيير اجتماعي. وتهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على الخطابات التي تشجع على التضامن وتحليلها. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة الأسئلة التالية: ما هي الأفعال الناقصة المستخدمة في العينة الحالية التي تعكس التضامن وأي منها الأكثر استخدامًا؟ تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الأفعال الناقصة المستخدمة بشكل إيجابي والأكثر شيوعًا في التقرير المختار. من المفترض أن will و must و may تستخدم بشكل إيجابي. will هي الأكثر شيوعًا لتعكس التضامن. تتضمن منهجية الدراسة الحالية (1) مسحًا نظريًا لتحليل الخطاب الإيجابي، (2) تحليل البيانات المختارة نوعيًا وكميًا. نستنتج أن will وwould و could استخدمت في العينة المختارة. يُستخدم الفعل المساعد \"will\" على نطاق واسع عمدًا لاظهار الرغبه و النوايا المستقبليه.

Abstract

The study examines the effectiveness of the Question-Research-Outline-Write Strategy on EFL learners' performance in Methods of Research Course. It hypothesizes no significant difference between the experimental group receiving Research-Outline-Write Strategy and the control group receiving traditional method. The sample consisted of 98 students from the College of Basic Education/University of Babylon-Third Stage for the 2022-2023 academic year. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference at the 0.05 level in favor of the experimental group. The findings provide conclusions and recommendations.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية استراتيجية (ضع سؤال- إبحث- ضع خطة- أكتب) على أداء متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في مادة مناهج البحث (باللغة الإنجليزية). لتحقيق الهدف، يفترض الباحث أنه لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين أداء المجموعة التجريبية - أولئك الذين يدرسون باستخدام استراتيجية سؤال-بحث-خطة-كتابة - وأداء المجموعة الضابطة - أولئك الذين يدرسون المقرر بالطريقة الاعتيادية للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) تكونت العينة من 98 طالبا وطالبة مقسمين إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية (50 طالبا وطالبة) والمجموعة الضابطة (48 طالبا وطالبة) من طلاب المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية الأساسية/جامعة بابل.
(المتوسط والانحراف المعياري واختبار t) هي الأدوات الإحصائية المستخدمة. إن الفرق بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين المعالجتين ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وذلك حسب نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام صيغة الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين. وقد تم ذكر الاستنتاجات والمقترحات لأبحاث إضافية في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.

Abstract

In the constructivist perspective, learning is a process of the construction of knowledge. Learners actively construct their own knowledge by connecting new ideas to existing ideas on the basis of materials/ activities presented to them (experience). Now, when knowledge is viewed as produced rather than acquired, teacher educators anticipate that students will learn how to elicit ideas from their student-teachers and then utilize those ideas to help them develop new, more accurate, more disciplined, or more reasoned understandings. Teacher educators no longer educate teachers where they are only dispenser of knowledge ,and make them learn how to actively engage students in their classes. Teachers are expected to create an environment in the classroom that not only encourages, but also values student participation in classrooms. Teacher educators have to prepare teachers who can guide, shape and expand students' thinking. It becomes all more important to practice constructivism in the programs held for student-teachers opting for teacher education courses through their university education. This gains importance from the perspective of lesser time being structured to set these student-teachers to interact with teacher educators. This paper attempts to find out whether constructivist learning environment is being created in various interactional discourses such as; classrooms, counseling sessions, workshops, practicing teaching for student-teachers doing B.Ed. at the Colleges of Basic Education .It also tries to find the set of constructivist activities to be used by student-teachers in their classes, as practiced in their academic programs. The paper will also examine the shortcomings with regard to the resources and the environment for using the constructivist approach in teacher education program.

في المنظور البنائي، التعلم هو عملية بناء المعرفة. يقوم المتعلمون ببناء معارفهم الخاصة بشكل فعال من خلال ربط الأفكار الجديدة بالأفكار الموجودة على أساس المواد / الأنشطة المقدمة لهم (الخبرة). في الوقت الحالي، عندما يتم النظر إلى المعرفة على أنها تم إنشاؤها بدلاً من تلقيها، يتوقع الاساتيذ الاكاديميون من الطلاب-المعلمين أن يتعلموا كيفية استنباط أفكار الطلاب الحالية ، ثم استخدامها كأساس لمساعدتهم على بناء فهم جديد أكثر منطقية وأكثر دقة أو أكثر انضباطًا. لم نعد نعلم المعلمين ان يكونوا مجرد موزعين للمعرفة. نحن نجعلهم يتعلمون كيفية إشراك الطلاب بنشاط في فصولهم الدراسية. يُتوقع من المعلمين تطوير ثقافة الفصل الدراسي التي لا تدعو فقط مشاركة الطلاب في الفصول الدراسية، بل تقدرها أيضًا. يجب على الاساتيذ الاكاديميون إعداد المعلمين الذين يمكنهم توجيه تفكير الطلاب وتشكيله وتوسيعه. أصبح من المهم جدًا ممارسة البنائية في البرامج التي تُعقد للطلاب المعلمين في دورات تعليم المعلمين من خلال تعليمهم الأكاديمي الجامعي. يكتسب هذا أهمية من منظور تنظيم وقت أقل لتعيين هذه المجموعة من الطلاب المعلمين للتفاعل مع الاساتيذ الاكاديميون . نحاول في هذه الدراسة معرفة ما إذا كان بالامكان خلق بيئة التعلم البنائية في مختلف الخطابات التفاعلية مثل؛ جلسات استشارية وورش عمل والتدريس وما إلى ذلك للطلاب المعلمين اثناء دراستهم الاكاديمية للحصول على بكلوريوس تربية في كليات التربية الأساسية. كما سنحاول إيجاد مجموعة الأنشطة البنائية التي يستخدمها الطلاب المعلمون في صفوفهم وكما يمارسونها في برامجهم الأكاديمية. كما ستتناول أوجه القصور فيما يتعلق بالموارد والبيئة لاستخدام المنهج البنائي في برنامج إعداد المعلمين.

Abstract

Nowadays, Computer-assisted instruction is a symbol of technology (CAI). Although more research is showing that CAI improves learning outcomes, several studies have found no effects at all or detrimental consequences. This study looks at the causes of these variations and, more crucially, what has to be in place to guarantee that CAI improves learning outcomes. Research questions: (1) What are CAI benefits? (2) what are CAI cons? (3) what are the factors influencing the results of CAI interventions?. The aims of the present research are: answering the research questions as well as showing the pros and cons of CAI and presenting factors influencing the results of CAI interventions. To achieve these aims, it is hypothesized that: (1) CALI has significant pros. (2) CALI has significant cons. (3) There are eleven factors influencing the results of CAI interventions. The procedures that followed in this study are: (1) presenting a comprehensive description of CAI. (2) making teachers’ questionnaire and conducting interview with teachers. (3) analyzing the data. The most significant outcomes are as follows: One of CAI's benefits is that it offers individualized attention, encourages active engagement and the usage of the target language, and simplifies difficult subjects. The drawbacks of CAI include potential cost, implementation challenges for educators, and activities that do not necessarily align with the objectives of the teacher. The operating environment, stakeholder engagement, infrastructure, technological trust, CAI tool design, content creation, student engagement, classroom integration, teacher capacity, student capacity, and data collection and use are the eleven factors that affect the outcomes of CAI interventions. Furthermore, the main benefits of CAI are its ability to provide students with instant feedback and a variety of alternate teaching methods; on the other hand, its main drawbacks are its isolation from human interaction and high initial cost.

في الوقت الحاضر، يُنظر إلى التعليم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر باعتباره رمزًا للتكنولوجيا. وعلى الرغم من أن المزيد من الأبحاث تُظهر أن الكمبيوتر يحسن نتائج التعلم، إلا أن العديد من الدراسات لم تجد أي تأثيرات على الإطلاق أو عواقب ضارة. تبحث هذه الدراسة في أسباب هذه الاختلافات، والأهم من ذلك، ما يجب أن يؤكد ضمان أن الكمبيوتر يحسن نتائج التعلم. أسئلة البحث: 1- ما ايجابيات التعلم بالكمبيوتر؟ 2- ما سلبيات التعلم بالكمبيوتر؟ 3- ما العوامل التي تؤثر على نتائج تدخلات الكمبيوتر في عملية التعلم؟ اهداف البحث الحالي: الاجابة على اسئلة البحث فضلا عن اظهار ايجابيات و سلبيات التعلم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر وتأكيد العوامل التي لها دور في نجاح او فشل التعلم بمساعدة الكمبيوتر. الاجراءات التي اتبعت في هذه الدراسة هي: 1- تقديم وصف شامل للتعلم بالكمبيوتر. 2- عمل استبيان للمعلمين. وعمل مقابلة معهم لمعرفة آرائهم لمدى فعالية التعلم بالكمبيوتر 3- تحليل البيانات. النتائج الاكثر اهمية هي كما يأتي: تتمثل إحدى فوائد في أنها توفر اهتمامًا فرديًا، وتشجع على المشاركة النشطة واستخدام اللغة المستهدفة، وتبسط الموضوعات الصعبة. تشمل عيوب التكلفة المحتملة، وتحديات التنفيذ للمعلمين، والأنشطة التي لا تتوافق بالضرورة مع أهداف المعلم. البيئة التشغيلية، وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة، والبنية الأساسية، والثقة التكنولوجية، وتصميم أداة ، وإنشاء المحتوى، وإشراك الطلاب، ودمج الفصول الدراسية، وقدرة المعلم، وقدرة الطلاب، وجمع البيانات واستخدامها هي العوامل الحادية عشر التي تؤثر على نتائج تدخلات . وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن الفوائد الرئيسية لطرائقـ هي قدرتها على تزويد الطلاب بملاحظات فورية وخبرات متنوعة التدريس البديلة؛ من ناحية أخرى، تتمثل عيوبها الرئيسية في عزل الطالب عن التفاعل البشري والتكلفة المادية المرتفعة.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the extent of the impact of interactive e-learning on the achievement of social studies and cognitive cunosity among sixth – grade primary school students, In this research, the researcher relied on the experimental method based on a quasi – experimental design with two groups, reaching (67), which was divided in to (34), The experimental group and (33), The control group, and (3) students were statistically excluded from them because they studied the same subjects, The final number of members of the sample became (64) students after the exclusion, distributed in to two groups, The first group was taken as the experimental group and the second group was taken as the control group, also in a random manner, and the table no (2) explained this, and after transcribing the responses of the sample members and tabulating them, the researcher processed them statistically using frequencies, percentages, and averages, and using the statistical program (SPSS), The results of the research indicated that the reality of electronic science is still in the stages of development in order to apply it in schools, E-Iearning is of great importance in teaching social subjects, and there are a high percentage of obstacles in e-learning, In light of this, the researcher recommended the necessity of relying on e-learning in our schools in order to keep pace with scientific, technical and technological progress, and to benefit from successful global approaches in the field ot e-learning .

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى أثر التعـلـم الإلكتروني التفاعلي في تحصيل مادة الاجتماعيات والفضول المعرفي, لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي, اعتمدت الباحثة في هذا البحث على المنهج التجريبي القائم على التصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعتين حيث بلغت(67), و قد قسمت إلى (34) المجموعة التجريبية و(33) المجموعة الضابطة ولقد استبعد منهم (3) تلميذاً احصائياً لكونهم درسوا المواضيع ذاتها لقد أصبح عدد افراد العينة النهائي (64) تلميذاً بعد الاستبعاد موزعين على شعبتين, اتخذت الشعبة الاولى المجموعة التجريبية والشعبة الثانية المجموعة الضابطة وبالأسلوب العشوائي ايضاً, والجدول رقم (2) وضح ذلك, وبعد تفريغ استجابات افراد العينة وتبويبها, عالجت الباحثة احصائياً باستخدام التكرارات, والنسبة المئوية, والمتوسطات, وباستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS), وأشارت نتائج البحث أن واقع العلم الالكتروني لا زال في مراحل تطويره من اجل تطبيقه في المدارس, وأن للتعلم الالكتروني أهمية كبيرة في تعليم المواد الاجتماعية, وأن هناك معوقات بنسبة عالية في التعلم الالكتروني: وفي ضوء ذلك اوصت الباحثة, على ضرورة الاعتماد على التعلم الالكتروني في مدارسنا من اجل مواكبة التقدم العلمي والتقني والتكنولوجي, والاستفادة من التجاب العالمية الناجحة في مجال التعلم الالكتروني .

The Effect of the choice board strategy on The Achievement of sixth-grade primary school students in Science And creative thinking for them

Abstract

The current research aims to find out the effect of the choice board strategy on the achievement of sixth-grade primary school students in science and creative thinking for them . for the purpose of verifying the goal of the research and then formulating the two mini hypotheses, we subjected us to experimentation.
The research was also limited to sixth-grade primary school students at Al-kifl primary school for boys, affiliated with the the Babylon Education Directorate for the second semester of the academic year (2023-2024)AD.
The Researcher used an experimental design with partial control the research sample consisted of (54) students distributed in to two groups, the first was experimental and studied according to the choice board strategy, and the other was control, and was taught according to the usual method through this, the students of the two research groups were equalized in chronological age variables, calculated in months, the academic achievement of the parents (the mother, the father), and the grades of fifth-grade primary school students in science,( intelligence) ,and the researcher formulated(110)behavioral objectives that represent the cognitive aspect of BLOOMs taxonomy the two research tools were the construction of an achievement test of the multiple choice type(40)items and a test of creative thinking (24)items distributed on the skills of fluency ,flexibility, originality, and detail the researcher used the following statistical method to process the results, the second test for two independent groups, variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, standard deviation, chi-square ,discrimination coefficient, Keuder-Richardson equation 20, difficulty coefficient , Spearman-Brown corrective equation ,as and effectiveness of the wrong alternatives. The experiment began on Sunday, 18-2-2024 and ended. On Monday, 29-4-2024, the researcher concluded that adopting the choice board strategy has a positive effect in raising the level of academic achievement and in expanding their creative thinking

يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة (اثر استراتيجية لوحة الاختيار في تحصيل تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في مادة العلوم والتفكير الابداعي لديهم) ولغرض التحقق من هدف البحث تم صوغ الفرضيتين الصفريتين اخضعتا للتجريب ، كما اقتصر البحث على تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في مدرسة الكفل الابتدائية للبنين التابعة لمديرية تربية بابل للفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي (٢٠٢٣-٢٠٢٤) م تم استعمال التصميم التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي ،اذ تكونت عينة البحث من (٥٤) تلميذاً موزعة على مجموعتين كانت المجموعة الاولى تجريبية ودُرست وفقاً لاستراتيجية لوحة الاختيار والاخرى ضابطة دُرست وفقاً للطريقة الاعتيادية من خلال ذلك كوفئ تلاميذ مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات (العمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور، التحصيل الدراسي للوالدين (الام ، الاب)، درجات تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مادة العلوم ،الذكاء) وصاغت الباحثة (١١٠ )هدفا سلوكيا مثلت الجانب المعرفي من تصنيف بلوم وكانت اداتي البحث بناء اختبار تحصيلي من نوع اختيار من متعدد(٤٠) فقرة واختبار للتفكير الابداعي( ٢٤) فقرة موزعة على مهارات (الطلاقة،المرونة، الاصالة، التفصيل) واستعملت الباحثة لمعالجة النتائج الوسائل الاحصائية الاتية (الاختبار التائي للمجموعتين المستقلتين ،التباين ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون ،الانحراف المعياري ،مربع كاي ، معامل التمييز ،معادلة كيودر- ريتشادسون ٢٠، معامل الصعوبة ،معادلة سبيرمان براون التصحيحية اذ و فاعلية البدائل الخاطئة اذ بدأت التجربة يوم الاحد١٨ /٢/٢٠٢٤ وانتهت يوم الاثنين ٢٩/٤/٢٠٢٤ استنتجت الباحثة ان اعتماد استراتيجية لوحة الاختيار لها تأثير ايجابي في رفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي وفي توسيع تفكيرهم الابداعي

Abstract

This research deals with the effect of meaning in directing controversial grammatical issues. Grammarians have given meaning great importance when creating their grammatical rules, and it has played a major role in directing differences between grammarians. Based on that, the research initially showed the concept of the issue in language and terminology, the reasons for grammatical disagreement and its nature, then the importance of meaning and its position in grammatical studies since ancient times were discussed, so that the research moves to presenting applied models that show the effect of meaning in directing grammarians’ disagreements in some issues and how to rely on meaning in interpreting some grammatical phenomena. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the issue is an issue based on principles and pillars and may be the result of proof, and therefore it was natural for disagreement to occur due to the difference in the researchers’ approaches to it.

تناول هذا البحث الحديث عن أثر المعنى في توجيه المسائل النحوية الخلافية، فقد أولى النحويون المعنى أهمية كبيرة عند وضع قواعدهم النحوية، و كان لهم دورلإ كبيرٌ في توجيه الخلافات بين النحويين، و انطلاقًا من ذلك فقد بيَّنَ البحثُ بدايةَ مفهومِ المسألةِ في اللغة و الاصطلاح، و أسباب الخلاف النحوي و طبيعته، ثم جرى الحديث عن أهمية المعنى و مكانته في الدراسات النحوية منذ القديم، لينتقل البحثُ إلى عرض نماذج تطبيقية تبين أثر المعنى في توجيه خلافات النحويين في بعض المسائل و كيفية الحمل على المعنى في تفسير بعض الظواهر النحوية، و قد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها أن المسألةَ قضيةٌ تقومُ على أصولٍ و أركانٍ و قد تكونُ نتيجةٌ لبرهان، و لذا كان من الطبيعي أنْ يَحْدُثَ خلافٌ تَبَعًا لاختلاف مناهِجِ الباحثينَ فيها.

Abstract

The issue of Muslims celebrating Christian holidays is one of the important topics. There was a close relationship between Muslims and Christians, so Christians contributed to building the Arab Islamic state in various aspects of political, administrative, social, economic and intellectual life. Therefore, the celebration of Christian holidays was not limited to Christians only, but some Muslims participated in it. , whether by coming to the place of celebration and the participation of Christians in their feasts, or celebrating them in their homes and performing the same rituals that Christians perform, so some rulers were preventing Muslims from participating in Christians in their feasts. In Iraq, among these feasts are Palm Sunday, Easter, the Monastery of the Foxes, Barbara, Sunday, and Saint Ashmouni. As for the second topic, it studied the Muslims’ celebration of the Christian holidays in Egypt, and these holidays are Epiphany, Palm Sunday, the Cross, the Martyr, and Thursday of the Covenant (Khamis Al-Ads). And Saturday of light, and Nowruz, and olives, and the emergence.

يعد موضوع احتفال المسلمين بأعياد النصارى من الموضوعات المهمة فقد كانت هناك علاقة وثيقة بين المسلمين والنصارى فساهم النصارى في بناء الدولة العربية الاسلامية في مختلف جوانب الحياة السياسية والادارية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والفكرية، لذلك فان الاحتفال بالأعياد النصرانية لم يكن قاصر على النصارى فقط وانما شاركهم فيها بعض المسلمين ، سواء من خلال الحضور الى مكان الاحتفال ومشاركة النصارى في اعيادهم ، او الاحتفال بها في منازلهم والقيام بنفس الطقوس التي يقوم بها النصارى، لذلك فان بعض الحكام كان يمنع المسلمين من مشاركة النصارى في اعيادهم ، و تضمن البحث مبحثين تناول المبحث الاول احتفال المسلمين بالأعياد النصرانية في العراق ومن هذه الاعياد عيد احد الشعانين ، والفصح ، ودير الثعالب ، وبربارة ، والاحد، والقديسة اشموني ، اما المبحث الثاني فدرس احتفال المسلمين بالأعياد النصرانية في مصر، وهذه الاعياد هي عيد الغطاس، واحد الشعانين، والصليب ، والشهيد، وخميس العهد( خميس العدس ) ، وسبت النور، والنيروز ، والزيتونة ، والظهور .

Abstract

Several systems such as DETER and DEGRAD monitor deforestation and forest degradation in the Brazilian Amazon. Still, they are not designed to determine the consequences of disturbances on forest degradation in the medium and long term but are more specific to events related to strong disturbances in annual photosynthetic activity. In this study, we review the methods widely used to estimate forest degradation over a large area of the Brazilian Amazon, which is the largest unadapted to forest disturbances such as selective cutting and cumulative damage assessment over time. We then apply the study approach based on the analysis and use of the vegetation index time series (MODIS) with the Bfast package, which has proven to be efficient in determining the time and intensity of disturbance, however, mapping this state is essential for the regulation of conservation and restoration policies and more generally for land management, especially in these areas of leading deforestation fronts. The method gave a high accuracy in determining the time and intensity of forest degradation at the pixel scale, the recovery time from damage and the total number of disturbances during the study period.

تستخدم عدة انظمة مثل DETER وDEGRAD لرصد إزالة الغابات وتدهورها في منطقة الأمازون البرازيلية، ولكنها غير مصممة لتحديد عواقب الاضطرابات على تدهور الغابات على المدى المتوسط والطويل، بل هي أكثر تحديدًا للأحداث ذات الصلة بالاضطرابات القوية في نشاط التمثيل الضوئي السنوي. في هذه الدراسة نستعرض الأساليب المستخدمة على نطاق واسع في تقدير تدهور الغابات على مساحة كبيرة من منطقة الأمازون البرازيلية، التي لا تتكيف الى حدا كبير مع اضطرابات الغابات مثل القطع الانتقائي وتقييم الأضرار التراكمية بمرور الوقت. ثم سنطبق نهج الدراسة القائم على تحليل واستخدام السلاسل الزمنية لمؤشر النبات (MODIS) مع حزمة (Bfast) الذي اثبت كفاءة في تحديد وقت وشدة الاضطراب، ومع ذلك فإن رسم خرائط هذه الولاية ضروري لتنظيم سياسات الحفظ والترميم وبشكل أعم لإدارة الأراضي، لا سيما في هذه المناطق من الجبهات الرائدة الازالة الغابات. أعطت الطريقة دقة عالية في تحديد وقت وشدة التدهور الذي لحق في الغابة بنطاق البكسل، وكذالك وقت التعافي من الضرر وعدد الاضطرابات الكلية خلال فترة الدراسة.

Abstract

When we review structure of old Iraqi art, we will find that it carrying imagined data with a serially show, human being often resorted to imaginary in order to create neutralizing imagination with a group of circumstances and events that turn around him, that had a clear reflection on the results of the art that we found them don’t represent direct witness to the reality, but the imagined witness and the mental imagination of the existence. That matter makes for the imagined art artificial and conceptual enrichment, described as producing imaginations and aspects have no similar one in world of sense and reality, so it is opened, changeable and modifiable. منذ اللحظات الأولى لولادة المعرفة الإنسانية كان جدل الواقع والخيال يشكّل هاجساً لتكوين تلك المعرفة، وكثيراً ما يكون للواقع سطوته المُحكمة على ذات الإنسان وتفكيره، وفي حين آخر يكون للخيال الحر اشتغالاته المؤثرة والفاعلة في ذهن الإنسان وتصوّراته للكون والظواهر.
وحينما نستعرض بنية الخطاب البصري للفن العراقي القديم، نجده محمّلاً بمعطيات متخيلة باظهار سريالي، إذ إن الإنسان في كثير من الأحيان يلجأ إلى المخيلة لخلق تصورات معادلة مع مجموعة الظروف والحوادث التي تحيط به، وهذا ما كان له انعكاس واضح على نتاجات الفن التي نجدها في الأغلب لا تمثل العيان المباشر للواقع، بل العيان المتخيل والتصور الذهني للوجود. هذا الأمر جعل لمنطقة الفن المتخيل غنى شكلي ومفاهيمي، لذا فهي منفتحة وقابلة للتغيير والتحوّل. وفي جوانب التشكيل الفني العراقي القديم، فإن البنية الفنية تنظّم أشكالها على وفق رؤى الفنان الذاتية، وما تحمله من تخيّلات وفق ابعاد سريالية تأسست عبر التقاط المخيلة صور الظواهر المحيطة، إذ تتشكّل بنية المتخيل وتصورات الذهن للأحداث والظواهر الفنية تبعاً لمؤثرين رئيسين، هما: مؤثر خارجي ومؤثر داخلي .

Abstract

The African continent has not escaped the control and ambitions of the major powers since the beginning of the nineteenth century, due to the strategic importance that this continent has created for those countries, and in order to control the global shipping routes, which are considered the key to controlling the capabilities of all countries of the world. Britain was one of the first countries in its desire to be It has a foothold in the regions of southern and eastern Africa, and indeed its influence began to extend to countries such as Rhodesia, Mozambique and other countries that sought to own settlements from southern Africa to the city of Cairo. At the beginning of the twentieth century, white settlers were able to control vast lands of Rhodesia. However, this expansion was met with rejection by the local tribes in Rhodesia, which forced the British government to grant those tribes autonomy and form a government in Ronesia that expresses the aspirations of the people in Rhodesia. However, over time, that government wanted to declare its complete independence. From Britain, and this existing conflict between the two countries remained until 1977 when Southern Rhodesia gained its independence from Britain, at a time when Rhodesia was not far from the American political perception and its external sphere. It was not supportive of the independence decision taken by the Rhodesian government, and it translated this rejection When US President Jimmy Carter announced an economic boycott, out of a desire to contain the escalation of the armed struggle against white supremacist minority rule in Southern Rhodesia.

لم تغب القارة السمراء عن سيطرة وطموحات الدول الكبرى ومنذ مطلع القرن التاسع عشر، لما شكلته هذه القارة من اهمية استراتيجية لتلك الدول ، ومن اجل السيطرة على الطرق الملاحية العالمية التي عدت مفتاح التحكم بمقدرات دول العالم بأجمعها ، كانت بريطانيا من الدول السباقة في رغبتها بان تكون لها موطئ قدم في مناطق جنوب وشرق القارة الافريقية ، وبالفعل بدأ نفوذها يمتد الى دول مثل روديسيا وموزمبيق وغيرها من الدول التي سعت في امتلاك مستوطنات لها من جنوب القارة الافريقية حتى مدينة القاهرة ، في مطلع القرن العشرين استطاع المستوطنون البيض من السيطرة على اراضي شاسعة من روديسيا الا ان هذا التوسع كان قد جوبه برفض من قبل القبائل المحلية في روديسيا ، الأمر الذي اضطرت معه الحكومة البريطانية إلى أن تمنح تلك القبائل حكماً ذاتياً وتشكيل حكومة في رونيسيا تعبر عن طموحات الشعب في روديسيا ، الا انه بمرو الوقت ارادت تلك الحكومة ان تعلن استقلالها التام عن بريطانيا ، وبقي هذا الصراع القائم بين الدولتين حتى عام ١٩٧٧ عندما نالت روديسيا الجنوبية استقلالها من بريطانيا ، في الوقت الذي لم تكن فيه روديسيا بعيدة عن المدرك السياسي الأمريكي ومجالها الخارجي ، فهي لم تكن مؤيدة لقرار الاستقلال الذي اتخذته حكومة روديسيا ، وقد ترجمت هذا الرفض عندما اعلن الرئيس الأمريكي جيمي كارتر إلى المقاطعة الاقتصادية لها، رغبة منها في احتواء تصاعد حركة النضال المسلح ضد حكم الأقلية العنصرية البيضاء في روديسيا الجنوبية.

The peaceful revolution that took place in the Philippines in 1986, in which most segments of the Filipino people participated, was able to end the dictatorial rule and political violence that Ferdinand Marcos established for more than twenty years from the time he took power in the Philippines in 1965 until 1986. Through it, true democracy based on democratic principles was restored. Voting and electoral entitlement, not fraud and the buying of positions, led to the flight of Ferdinand Marcos to the United States of America and Corazon Aquino assuming government administration in the country, and the beginning of a new political phase in Philippine history.

Abstract

Legal protection is one of the important topics in the social aspect، but it is marred by the lack of legal regulation. Therefore، there must be an analytical study of the texts that identifies the main problems. Therefore، in our study، we dealt with scientific attempts to establish a legal classification for the title in Iraqi legislation، while explaining legal lapses that may be the source of change. Judgments over time.
In the conclusion، the most important findings and recommendations were stated، which may pave the way for researchers for the purpose of developing and legally qualifying the texts. The most important of them was that we recommend that the Iraqi legislator adapt the legal texts in a manner that is consistent with and develops society، which may be nothing but an implicit waste of the right of the title holder to object or file lawsuits، and this is not the case. Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the concept of the learning cycle model, identify how to raise and increase learners’ performance and develop their thinking skills, as well as determine the importance of applying the learning cycle model in the educational process to develop learners’ thinking skills in physics, and raise their performance and academic achievement.
The study relied on the use of the descriptive analysis method by referring to many scientific sources and references.
The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the learning cycle model is an important method for learning and teaching, especially in physics, as it relies on the principle of inquiry and focuses on developing and improving the thinking skills of learners. The learning cycle model also allows students to take responsibility by arriving at solutions on their own, which It increases their motivation and helps develop analytical and organizational thinking skills, by motivating students to think about answers and solutions to the questions and problems they encounter, and by carrying out experiments and discussing the results they reach. The results also showed that applying the learning cycle model increases students’ academic achievement as a result of developing their knowledge and thinking skills.

توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن نموذج دورة التعلم هو طريقة مهمة للتعلم والتعليم خاصة في مادة الفيزياء، فهي تعتمد على مبدأ الاستقصاء وتركز على تطوير وتنمية مهارات التفكير لدى المتعلمين، كما يتيح نموذج دورة التعلم لطلاب تحمل المسؤولية من خلال وصولهم للحلول بأنفسهم، مما يزيد من دوافعهم ويساعد في تنمية مهارات التفكير التحليل والتنظيم، وذلك عن طريق تحفيز الطلاب على التفكير في إجابات وحلول للأسئلة والمشاكل التي تعترضهم، وقيامهم بتنفيذ التجارب ومناقشة النتائج التي يتوصلون إليها. كما بينت النتائج أن تطبيق نموذج دورة التعلم يزيد من تحصيل الطلاب الدراسية نتيجة لتطوير معارفهم وتنمية مهارات التفكير لديهم.

Abstract

The study was currently conducted in Iraqi Classical Schools 2024 and followed descriptive analytical layers, for its suitability to this research, and conducted a questionnaire through an unspecified selection from within the physical education subject in Iraqi schools, where the sample size reached 115 teachers of the physical education subject, representing all teachers of this subject.
The research found that there are significant differences between the responses and there is agreement among the answers of physical education teachers that the most important obstacles that are associated with the teacher and affect his lack of use of technology in teaching physical education are the lack of incentives for the teacher to use technological teaching methods and means in the physical education lesson, and the lack of qualified trainers to train. أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مدارس العراق للعام الدراسي 2024 واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لملائمته لهذا البحث، وجرى إجراء استبيان عبر اختيار عينة عشوائية من ضمن مدرسي مادة التربية الرياضية في مدارس العراق، إذ بلغ حجم العينة 115 مدرس لمادة التربية الرياضية مثلت كل مدرسي هذه المادة، وتوصل البحث الى وجود فروق معنوية بين الاستجابات وجود اتفاق بين إجابات معلمي التربية الرياضية على ان أهم المعوقات التي ترتبط بالمعلم وتؤثر في عدم استخدامه التكنولوجية في تدريس التربية الرياضية هي عدم وجود حوافز للمعلم لاستخدامه طرق ووسائل التعلــيــم التـكـنـولوجيـــــة بدرس التربية الرياضية، وعدم توافر المدربين المؤهلين لتدريب المعلمين على استخدام التكنولوجية التعليميــــــة المختلفة.

Abstract

Karl Marx places the law in the autonomy of intersubjectivity and Marx thus declares a “new modernity.” Intersubjectivity, as an important dimension highlighted by modern Western philosophy, has become a hot topic occupied by academic circles at home and abroad and has received widespread attention. Subjectivity to intersubjectivity for modern philosophy is a kind of thinking and transcendence of the plight of subjectivity. Because the modern era focuses on the subjectivity of epistemology in philosophy, because only from the perspective of epistemology, excessive emphasis on human rationality, plunging into a kind of paradox of the dichotomy between subject and object, makes a person's subjectivity truly unproven, the result of which is subjective rational monologue. It only leads to the topic of “idealism.” This is what causes - from Husserl To Habermas - Contemporary philosophers have turned to the intersubjective dimensions, since modern philosophy searches for solutions to the absence of the relationship between the self and the self. But when it emphasizes the relationship between the self and the other party: a complete denial and abandonment of the relationship between the self and the object, which makes the intersubjective thought lose the basis of reality. As a result, these cannot fundamentally present the problem of intersubjectivity. However, Marxist philosophy from the perspective of practical materialism, from the basis of social practice, makes the perspective of intersubjectivity a more plausible interpretation: in Marx's view, Intersubjectivity is inherent in practice. That is, the unity of subjectivity and intersubjectivity in human practice, and the realization of “subject-subject” and “subject-object” relationships, in order to avoid the “empty subject.” Therefore, the intersubjectivity of Marx's philosophy in practice expands the new significance of the theory, enriches the theoretical system of Marxist philosophy and solves the problem of time to provide us with new possibilities. As well as the West's analysis of the theory of intersubjectivity, the Western theory of intersubjectivity summarized difficulties, and even the features of itself are difficult to solve the problem of multiple contradictions, and with Marx's perspective of practical materialism in the West for the theory of intersubjectivity, the Marxist philosophy of intersubjectivity in the ability of reasonable theoretical interpretation and the requirement of theoretical and real society is of great importance.

يضع كارل ماركس القانون في استقلالية ذاتية بينية ويعلن ماركس هكذا "حداثة جديدة" فقد أصبحت الذاتية البينية، باعتبارها بُعدًا مهمًا سلطت عليه الفلسفة الغربية الحديثة، موضوعًا ساخنًا تشغله الدوائر الأكاديمية في الداخل والخارج وتحظى باهتمام واسع النطاق. الذاتية إلى الذاتية المتبادلة بالنسبة للفلسفة الحديثة نوع من التفكير والتجاوز لمحنة الذاتية. نظرًا لأن العصر الحديث يركز على ذاتية نظرية المعرفة في الفلسفة، لأنه فقط من منظور نظرية المعرفة، فإن التركيز المفرط على عقلانية الإنسان، والغرق في نوع من مفارقة الانقسام بين الفاعل والموضوع، يجعل ذاتية الشخص غير مثبتة حقًا، ونتيجة ذلك هي المونولوج العقلاني الذاتي. لا يؤدي إلا إلى موضوع "المثالية". وهذا ما يسبب – من هوسرل إلى هابرماس – تحول الفلاسفة المعاصرين إلى الأبعاد الذاتية البينية، منذ الفلسفة الحديثة التي تبحث عن حلول لغياب العلاقة بين الذات والذات. ولكن عندما يؤكد العلاقة بين الذات وتجاه الطرف الآخر: إنكار كامل للعلاقة بين الذات والموضوع والتخلي عنها، مما يجعل الفكر الذاتي البيني يفقد أساس الواقع. ونتيجة لذلك، فإن هذه لا يمكن أن تقدم مشكلة الذاتية المتبادلة بشكل أساسي. ومع ذلك، فإن الفلسفة الماركسية من منظور المادية العملية، من واقع أساس الممارسة الاجتماعية، تجعل من منظور الذاتية المتبادلة تفسيرًا أكثر منطقية: في رأي ماركس، الذاتية المتبادلة متأصلة في الممارسة. أي وحدة الذاتية والذاتية المتبادلة في الممارسة الإنسانية، وتحقيق علاقات "الذات-الذات" و"الذات-الموضوع"، وذلك لتجنب "الموضوع الفارغ". لذا فإن الذاتية البينية لفلسفة ماركس في الممارسة توسع الدلالة الجديدة للنظرية، وتثري المنظومة النظرية للفلسفة الماركسية وتحل مشكلة الزمن لتتيح لنا إمكانيات جديدة. وكذلك تحليل الغرب للنظرية البينذاتية، لخصت النظرية الغربية للذاتية البينية صعوبات، وحتى معالم نفسها يصعب حل مشكلة التناقضات المتعددة، ومع منظور ماركس المادية العملية في الغرب للنظرية البينذاتية، إن الفلسفة الماركسية للذاتية المتبادلة في القدرة على التفسير النظري المعقول واشتراط المجتمع النظري والواقعي لها أهمية كبيرة.

Analysis of the content of the physics book for the fourth scientific grade according to higher-order thinking skills

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to:
1-Determine the higher-order thinking skills that must be present in the content of the physics book for the fourth scientific grade.
2-Identify the extent to which the physics book for the fourth scientific grade includes higher-order thinking skills.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a list of higher-order thinking skills after reviewing sources, studies, and research that dealt with higher-order thinking and its skills. He arrived at a preliminary list of skills whose veracity was confirmed after presenting them to a group of arbitrators. The list, in its final form, consisted of (9) skills. The main ones are: (assumptions, interpretation and understanding, relying on the rules of logic, evaluation, fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to problems, details) distributed into (48) sub-skills. Then the researcher analyzed the physics book for the fourth scientific grade for the academic year (2022-2023 AD), as the number of analyzed pages reached (153) pages after the researcher excluded a number of pages, which include introductions, questions, and indexes according to the prepared list, relying on the explicit idea and recording the results through repetitions. And percentages using the descriptive approach (content analysis method), and the stability of the analysis was confirmed by agreement between the researcher with external analysts and the researcher himself over time, as the researcher relied on the Cooper equation to calculate stability as a statistical method. After the data was collected and processed using the Spss statistical package, and some statistical methods were used, including: percentages and the Cooper equation, the results of the research resulted in:
1-The physics book for the fourth scientific grade received a varying percentage of inclusion, as the first skill, “Assumptions,” the second skill, “Interpretation and Understanding,” and the last skill, “Details,” received an acceptable percentage of inclusion, and the rest of the skills received a weak percentage of inclusion.
Based on the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals mentioned at the end of the fourth chapter.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى :
1-تحديد مهارات التفكير عالي الرتبة الواجب توفرها في محتوى كتاب الفيزياء للصف الرابع العلمي.
2-التعرف على مدى تضمين كتاب الفيزياء للصف الرابع العلمي لمهارات التفكير عالي الرتبة.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير عالي الرتبة بعد الإطلاع على المصادر والدراسات والبحوث التي تناولت التفكير عالي الرتبة ومهاراته، وتوصل إلى قائمة أولية بالمهارات التي تم التأكد من صدقها بعد عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين ، فتكونت القائمة بشكلها النهائي من (9) مهارات رئيسة هي: (الافتراضات ، التفسير والفهم ، الاستناد الى قواعد المنطق ، التقويم ، الطلاقة ، المرونة ، الاصالة ، الحساسية للمشكلات ، التفاصيل) موزعة على(48) مهارة فرعية . ثم قام الباحث بتحليل كتاب الفيزياء للصف الرابع العلمي للعام الدراسي (2022- 2023م) اذ بلغ عدد الصفحات المحللة (153) صفحة بعد أنْ استثنى الباحث عدد من الصفحات والتي تشمل المقدمات والأسئلة والفهارس وفقاً للقائمة المعدة ، معتمداً على الفكرة الصريحة وتسجيل النتائج عن طريق التكرارات والنسب المئوية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب تحليل المحتوى) ، و تم التأكد من ثبات التحليل بإتفاق الباحث مع محللين خارجين و الباحث نفسه عبر الزمن اذ اعتمد الباحث على معادلة كوبر لحساب الثبات كوسيلة احصائية . وبعد أن تم جمع ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية Spss ، واستخدام بعض الوسائل الإحصائية منها: النسب المئوية، معادلة كوبر فقد أسفرت النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث عن:
1- حصل كتاب الفيزياء للصف الرابع العلمي على نسبة تضمين متفاوته حيث حصلت المهارة الاولى "الأفتراضات "والمهارة الثانية" التفسير والفهم " والمهارة الاخيرة "التفاصيل "على نسبة تضمين مقبول وباقي المهارات على نسبة تضمين ضعيفة.
وبناء على نتائج البحث ، قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات المذكورة في نهاية الفصل الرابع.

Abstract

The study aimed at identifying The effectiveness of the cognitive
modeling strategy in the achievement and appreciation of scientific value
among second-year intermediate students in mathematics.
To achieve the goal of the research، the following two yellow
researchers developed:
 There is no statistically significant difference at the level of
significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students in the
experimental group who will be taught according to cognitive
modeling and the average scores of the students in the control group
who will be taught according to the normal method of mathematics
achievement.
 There is no statistically significant difference، at the level of
significance (0.05) between the average scores of the students in the
experimental group، who will be taught according to cognitive
modeling and the average scores of the students in the control group
who will be taught according to the usual method in assessing the
scientific value of mathematics.
To achieve this، the experimental approach was chosen as a research
approach، and the Karbala Governorate Center was identified as a place to
conduct the research. The students of the Second Outstanding Secondary
School were selected as the research sample from the academic year (2023-
2024)، the second semester. The sample was chosen intentionally، which
amounted to (68) students and consisted of Two groups، the first
experimental and numbering (34) students، and the second control group
numbering (34) students. Equality was conducted with a number of
variables (previous achievement، chronological age، intelligence test،
previous knowledge). The research tool was built، an achievement test in
mathematics and a scale for assessing the scientific value of mathematics.
At the end of the experiment، the researcher used appropriate statistics
using the Spss statistical package and concluded that there was a difference
in favor of the experimental group in achievement and appreciation of the
scientific value of mathematics.

We touched on the remarkable and prominent development that accompanied this function as a result of the development of markets in the Fatimid era, the expansion of trade, and the growth of crafts and industries, which were clearly reflected in the hisbah. The study on the hisbah in Egypt in the Fatimid era concluded that it combined the religious and administrative function at the same time, and that the caliphs The Fatimids paid great attention to the Hisbah, no less than their counterparts in the judiciary and wrongdoings, because of their importance in establishing their authority and elevating their status, to the point that their successors took it over to manage its affairs himself.

تهدف هذه الدراسة (الحسبة على الأسواق في مصر الفاطمية), الى الوقوف على هذه الوظيفة الادارية والدينية في العصر الفاطمي منذ دخولهم البلاد المصرية وحتى نهاية حكمهم في نهاية القرن السادس للهجرة, وما طرأ على الحسبة من تغيير في رسومها وتوليتها في الفترة المذكورة, وقد أشتملت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من المفردات التي حوالنا فيها بمقدر مااتيح لنا من نصوص تاريخية من معرفة نظم الحسبة ومن تولاها وطرق العمل بها من ادوات التنفيذ ووسائل المساعدة التي اتيحت للمحتسبين في العصر الفاطمي من القيام بها في ألاسواق تنفيذا لمبدء الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر.
وتطرقنا الى ما صاحب هذه الوظيفة من تطور ملحوظ وبارز نتيجة لتطور ألاسواق في العصر الفاطمي وتوسع التجارة ونمو الحرف والصناعات التي أنعكست بشكل واضح على الحسبة, وقد تكونت هذه الدراسة من عدة محاور يقع في مقدمتها تعريف الحسبة في اللغة والاصطلاح ثم دراسة الوظيفة بشكل موجز في القران وعصر النبي الكريم محمد(ص), والخلفاء الاربع من بعده ثم تطرقت الدراسة الى المحتسب وتوليته في العصر الفاطمي ونظم عمله, وبعدها تناولت بشيء من التعداد أسواق القاهرة والفسطاط في عصر الدولة الفاطمية للوقوف على أهم مراكز الحياة التجارية في العصر الفاطمي باعتبارها مكان عمل المحتسب والدراسة ايضا, ثم أشرنا الى الحسبة والمحتسبين في العصر الفاطمي ابتداءً من بداية الحكم الفاطمي لمصر في القرن الرابع الهجري حتى نهاية حكمهم للبلاد المصرية, وتوصلنا من خلال دراسة الحسبة في مصر في العصر الفاطمي الى, أنها جمعت بين الوظيفة الدينية والادارية في أن واحد, وأن الخلفاء الفاطميين قد أولوا الحسبة من الاهتمام شيئا كبيرا لا يقل عن نظيرتها من وظائف القضاء والمظالم, لما لها من أهمية في تثبيت سلطانهم وعلوا شأنهم, حتى أن تولاها من خلفائهم لإدارة شؤونها بنفسه, أما عن المصادر التي اعتمدت في الدراسة فالمصادر الخاصة بالحسبة كانت في مقدمتها كالأحكام السلطانية للماوردي وأبي يعلى كونها تناولت بشيء من التفصيل هذه الوظيفة بنظمها وترتيبها وطرق القيام بشؤونها منذ بداية الدولة الاسلامية في عهد الرسول الكريم محمد, ثم المصادر التاريخية التي تناولت الدولة الفاطمية كالخطط المقريزية للمقريزي الذي يعتبر بحق مؤلف الفاطميين ومدون تأريخهم السياسي والحضاري والاداري في مصر, وكذلك كتاب أخبار مصر للمسبحي الذي اظاف الى الدراسة مالم نجده في الكتب الاخرى, واخيرا ماكتبه المؤرخين المصريين المتأخرين عن الخلافة الفاطمية في مصر كالنظم الفاطميين ورسومهم في مصر لعبد المنعم ماجد وكذلك الاسواق في العصر الفاطمي للمؤلف عبد المنعم سلطان وغيرهم.

Praise be to God alone, and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet. And after: This is a scientific research entitled: ((The sharp statement in the fight against corruption is a vision A contemporary Qur’anic study - an objective study -)), the product of contemplation and research within the scope of the verses of the Holy Qur’an, which is the words of the Lord of the Worlds, the Creator of human beings and knows their secrets and secrets. He knows who He created, and He is Kind to His servants, Knowing of them, among the purists of corruption in them so that they may beware of the dangerous slide that leads to His wrath and punishment, and he warned against corruption because it is the means of crime, and people are only a believer who does good deeds and is pious among the righteous, and the corrupt, corrupt, and immoral infidels are among the evil criminals. The importance of the research comes within the framework of researching the causes of corruption, the danger of corruption in the land to the tillers and offspring, and examining the final say in the Holy Qur’an that does not awaken the sense of faith as Muslims and to be guided by the clear light of God, to remind the Muslim and alert the heedless, and guide the one who is devoted to corruption, and rebuke those who persist in corruption, in the dark. The soul that leads to evil is corruption and the condemnation of the corruptors and their number in the group of those who are hated by the Lord of the Worlds. The method followed in the research was to study the verses that mentioned the root of the word (fasad) according to the order in which they were mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and the order of its surahs that are before us, according to which the community has agreed upon. Study it, classify its status, address its claim, and cite books of interpretation regarding the meanings of its context and its connection to its precedents and suffixes, then Its relationship to the surah and its focus. Deducing the jokes and benefits from the verses to indicate the danger, ruling and corrupt character in them.

Abstract

The Haitian Revolution (1791–1804) came as one of the defining moments in history, leading to the success of the first slave revolution and the establishment of a free republic ruled by former slaves. This summary explores the causes, key events, and effects of this fundamental uprising. The revolution began with the harsh conditions of slavery under French colonial rule, as an event sparked the Bois Cayman ceremony in 1791, in which enslaved African slaves planned a united uprising against their colonizers. Toussaint Leverture and later Jean-Jacques Desalegn led the rebels using irregular warfare tactics and allied with outside powers, eventually defeating French, Spanish, and British forces. Haiti was proclaimed in 1804 as the first black-led, independent state in the Western Hemisphere, challenging prevailing notions of racial hierarchy and inspiring similar movements globally and echoing the legacy of the Haitian Revolution as a symbol of resistance against oppression and a glimmer of hope for marginalized groups seeking liberation and equality.

جاءت الثورة الهايتية (1791-1804) كواحدة من اللحظات الحاسمة في التاريخ، مما أدى إلى نجاح ثورة العبيد الأولى وإنشاء جمهورية حرة يحكمها العبيد السابقون، و يستكشف هذا البحث أسباب الثورة الأساسية والأحداث الرئيسية وآثارها، إذ بدأت الثورة بظروف العبودية القاسية في ظل الحكم الاستعماري الفرنسي، حيث أشعل حدث احتفال بوا كيمان في عام 1791، حيث خطط العبيد الأفارقة المستعبدون لانتفاضة موحدة ضد مستعمريهم، و قاد توسان لوفرتور ولاحقًا جان جاك ديسالين المتمردين باستخدام إستراتيجيات حربية غير نظامية، وتحالفوا مع قوى خارجية، وهزموا القوات الفرنسية والإسبانية والبريطانية، في النهاية، تم إعلان جمهورية هايتي في عام 1804 كأول دولة مستقلة يقودها السود في نصف الكرة الغربي، متحدية المفاهيم السائدة للتسلسل الهرمي العرقي وملهمة حركات مماثلة على مستوى العالم وتردد إرث الثورة الهايتية كرمز لمقاومة الاضطهاد وبصيص أمل للفئات المهمشة التي تسعى إلى التحرير والمساواة.

Evaluation of the Arabic language book for the sixth grade of middle school from the point of view of male and female teachers

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify (the evaluation of the Arabic language book for the sixth grade of middle school from the teachers' point of view and schools)
To achieve the research objective, the researcher selected
(40) male and female teachers from the education directorates in Babil Governorate to be a field.To apply the search. In order to prepare the research tools,the researcher reviewed the literature and previous studies and presented an open questionnaire to male and female teachers. This questionnaire included the difficulties and positives.
And the existing suggestions related to the book, and then a closed questionnaire was presented to determine the difficulties and suggestions related to this approach and to determine the appropriate statistical means from the weighted mean and the percentage weight and to interpret the results that help in the conclusion and recommendations.
The research results showed that the field of Arabic language exercises obtained the highest percentage among the other fields, with a weighted average with a percentage weight.of (78%) (235)
The least field of fields is the field of activities that has obtaine gle Lens

هدف البحث الحالي التعرف (تقويم كتاب اللغة العربية للصف السادس الإعدادي من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمدرسات)
ولتحقيق هدف البحث اختار الباحث (40) مدرساً ومدرسة من مديريات التربية في محافظة بابل لتكون ميداناً لتطبيق البحث.
ولأجل إعداد أدوات البحث اطلع الباحث على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة وقدم استبانة مفتوحة إلى المدرسين والمدرسات وتتضمن هذه الاستبانة الصعوبات والايجابيات والمقترحات الموجودة التي تخص الكتاب، وبعد ذلك قدم استبانة مغلقة لتحديد الصعوبات والمقترحات الخاصة بهذا المنهج وتحديد الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة من الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي وتفسير النتائج التي تساعد على الاستنتاج والتوصيات.
فتبين من نتائج البحث ان مجال تمرينات اللغة العربية قد حصلت على اعلى نسبة بين المجالات الاخرى قد حصل على متوسط مرجح (235) بوزن مئوي (78%).
وان اقل مجال من المجالات هو مجال الانشطة قد حصل على متوسط مرجح (168) بوزن مئوي (58%). وتباينات المجالات الاخرى بين هذين المجالين.

Abstract

Every study of Arabic poetry in any era must be based on an accurate knowledge of the nature of Arabic poetry in its first stage, I mean the stage of the pre-Islamic era, as pre-Islamic poetry is what laid the foundation on which all Arabic poetry was based and represents the stage in which pure Arab genius was manifested without deep influence or pure imitation of other cultures. Today, we are in dire need of this poetry because it contains and includes our authentic Arab values, which must be resurrected in order for the new generations who have become alienated from it to know it to understand its depth and originality, and this can only be done by appreciating this poetry, paying attention to it and going to it. The fact of pre-Islamic poetry that it represents the roots and foundation of Arab culture, which is the origin and nucleus, and overflows with a flowing sense and a fresh word, and constitutes an important stage of the elevation of the word, and is indispensable, so it is necessary to communicate between the old and the modern in order to obtain the proper development of the nation's culture, thought and literature. It is worth noting that research in the religious thought of any people is closely related to the search for human feelings

إنَّ كلَّ دراسةٍ للشعر العربيّ وفي أيِّ عصرٍ مِن عصوره يجب أن تُبنى على علمٍ دقيق بطبيعة الشعر العربيّ في مرحلته الأولى، أعني مرحلة العصر الجاهلي، فالشعر الجاهليّ هو الذي وضع الأساس الذي قام عليه الشعر العربيّ كُلّه ويُمثِّل المرحلة التي تجلَّت فيها العبقرية العربيَّة الخالصة دون تأثيرٍ عميقٍ أو تقليدٍ خالصٍ لثقافاتٍ أخرى.
واليوم نحن بأشدِّ الحاجةِ إلى هذا الشعر لما يحويه ويضمّه مِن قِيمنا العربيَّة الأصيلة التي لا بدَّ أن تُبعث مِن جديد من أجل أن تتعرَّفها الأجيال الجديدة التي صارت مُغتربة عنها؛ لتفهم عمقها وأصالتها، وما يكون ذلك إلَّا بتقدير هذا الشعر والاهتمام به والانصراف إليه.
فحقيقة الشعر الجاهليّ أنَّه يُمثِّل جذور الثقافة العربيَّة وأساسها، وهو الأصل والنواة، ويفيض بالإحساس المُتدفق والكلمة العذبة، ويُشكِّل مرحلةً مهمةً مِن مراحل ارتقاء الكلمة، ولا غِنى عنه، فلا بدَّ مِن التواصل بين القديم والحديث حتَّى يحصل التطور السليم لثقافة الأمَّة وفكرها وآدابها.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أمراض القلب النفسية في الشخصية اليهودية حيث اتصف اليهود بأمراض وسمات وصفات عجيبة رسخت واستقرت في قلوبهم ونفوسهم رسوخاً واستقراراً ثابتاً لعلها لم ترسخ مثلها في أمم أخرى، واتخذت من هذه الرذائل والقبائح والنقائض والمفاسد والآفات والأمراض خطوطاً ثابتة، ومسارات مستقرة في النفسية اليهودية ، وعلامات بارزة تمثلت في قسوة القلب وفي جنون العظمة والحرص على الحياة والجبن والحسد.
وتوصلنا إلى عدة نتائج فأن القرآن الكريم ذكر منها الكثير من قبائح اليهود وصفاتهم الرذيلة،رغم إرسال الكثير من الأنبياء والرسل إليهم وتحذيرهم من قبائحهم الرذيلة، لكنهم يصرون على فعلها، كما أن الغاية من ذكر هذه القبائح من أجل تجنبها والابتعاد عنه، وأن لا يسلكوا سلوك اليهود في إتباعها.

Abstract

Arab theater in Khuzestan is at the beginning of its artistic and technical formation path and requires research and study around it in order for all its aspects to be studied and for it to flourish more and more. This research is concerned with studying the studies and research that were written about the art of Arab theater in Khuzestan. This research initially examines the research and studies that studied Arab theater in Khuzestan, including articles, books, theses, and university dissertations. Then he studies the limits reached by researchers in their research and identifies these researchers as well. Among the results of this research is that most of these researchers are from Iran, and there are two Iraqi researchers. The researchers' interest was more in the theatrical performance than in the theatrical text. Most of these studies were descriptive and non-analytical. Most of these studies lack the theoretical framework of the research, except for a few of them, such as the university thesis that was discussed at the University of Shiraz, which followed a rigorous scientific method.

إنّ المسرح العربي في خوزستان في بداية مسيره التكويني الفنّي والتقني ويتطلّب البحث والدراسة حوله حتّى تُدرس جميعُ جوانبه ويزدهر أكثر فأكثر. فهذا البحث يهتمّ بدراسةِ الدراسات والأبحاث التي کُتبت حول فنّ المسرح العربي في خوزستان. فيدرس هذا البحث بدايةً الأبحاث والدراسات التي قامت بدراسة المسرح العربي في خوزستان من المقالات والكتب والرسائل والأطاريح الجامعيّة. ثم يدرس الحدود التي وصلها الباحثون في أبحاثهم ويحدّد هؤلاء الباحثين أيضًا. ومن نتائج هذا البحث أنّ أکثر هؤلاء الباحثين من إيران ويوجَد باحثان عراقيّان. وکان اهتمام الباحثين بالعَرض المسرحي أکثر من النص المسرحي. کما کانت أکثر هذه الدراسات وصفيّة غير تحليليّة. وتفقد أكثر هذه الدراسات الإطار النظري للبحث إلا القليل منها، مثل الرسالة الجامعيّة التي نوقشت في جامعة شيراز التي سارت على منهج علمي محكّم.

Abstract

Religious tourism represents an important and prominent economic and social activity that has received the attention of many countries because of its importance at all levels and in various areas of life and a way to develop the regions related to it, according to the correct future visions, with the possibility of harnessing natural and human potentials to advance the religious tourism reality of the region to reach the optimal state that Meet the requirements of religious tourism and remove obstacles to its development. The research aims to know the reality of religious tourism in Al-Kifl District, shed light on those places and know the number of visitors coming to them, diagnose the obstacles to religious tourism and find appropriate solutions within the future vision. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which were: the large number of tourists who visit Religious places, as their number reached (3,367,000) visitors annually, with the low level of services provided, poor infrastructure, lack of interest in the media aspect, and the lack of museums and libraries. Several proposals were put forward to develop religious tourism in the study area.

تمثل السياحة الدينية نشاطاً اقتصاديا واجتماعياً مهما بارزاً نال اهتمام الكثير من الدول لما له من اهمية على جميع الاصعدة ولمختلف مجالات الحياة وسبيلا لتنمية الاقاليم ذات الصلة بها, وفق الرؤى المستقبلية الصحيحة, مع امكانية تسخير الامكانات الطبيعية والبشرية للنهوض بالواقع السياحي الديني للمنطقة وصولاً للحالة المثلى التي تلبي متطلبات السياحة الدينية وازالة المعوقات التي تعترض تنميتها. ويهدف البحث الى معرفة واقع السياحة الدينية في قضاء الكفل , وتسليط الضوء على تلك الاماكن ومعرفة اعداد الزائرين القادمين اليها, وتشخيص معوقات السياحة الدينية وايجاد الحلول المناسبة ضمن الرؤيا المستقبلية.وقد توصل البحث الى عدد من الاستنتاجات كان من أهمها: العدد الكبير من السائحين الذين يرتادون الأماكن الدينية اذ بلغ عددهم (3,367,000) زائر سنويا, مع انخفاض مستوى الخدمات المقدمة وسوء البنية التحتية وعدم الاهتمام بالجانب الإعلامي, وانعدام المتاحف والمكتبات, وتم وضع عدة مقترحات لتنمية السياحة الدينية في منطقة الدراسة.
