Abstract

his research aims to analyze John Edgar Hoover\\'s position on the civil rights movement, and explore the factors that influenced his decisions and how he affected the progress and course of that movement and its efforts to achieve justice and equality for African Americans. This prompted him to establish a secret project called (Project COINTELPRO) with the aim of monitoring the leaders of the movement, civil organizations, and followers of various methods to stop their progress and tarnish their reputation among individuals who believe in them as their representatives to demand what they deserve. The repeated accusation that Edgar directed at them was their affiliation with communism, at a time when the country was in a hidden war known as the (Cold War) with the communist camp in Soviet Russia.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل موقف جون أدغار هوفر من حركة الحقوق المدنية، واستكشاف العوامل التي أثرت في قراراته وكيفية تأثيره على تقدم ومسار تلك الحركة وجهودها في تحقيق العدالة والمساواة للأميركيين الأفارقة. مما دفعه لأنشاء مشروع سري بأسم (مشروع كوينتيلبرو) هدف من وراءه لمراقبة قادة الحركة، والمنظمات المدنية، وأتباع سبل شتى لإيقاف مسيرتهم وتشويه سمعتهم بين الأفراد الذين يؤمنون بهم بوصفهم ممثلين عنهم للمطالبة بما يستحقونه، وكانت التهمة المتكررة التي وجهها أدغار لهم هي انتمائهم للشيوعية، في وقت كانت فيه البلاد في حرب خفية عرفت ب (الحرب الباردة) مع المعسكر الشيوعي في روسيا السوفيتية.

The effect of teaching chemistry using the PLAN strategy on systematic thinking among fifth-grade science students

Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of the PLAN strategy in teaching chemistry on the development of systematic thinking among fifth-grade science students. To achieve this goal, the researcher developed the following hypothesis: \\"There are no statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study chemistry using the PLAN strategy and the average scores of the control group students who study the same subject in the traditional way in the systematic thinking test.\\" The First Rusafa Directorate was chosen as the body to implement the research, as Al-Zahour School was chosen, where Section (B) was appointed as an experimental group receiving instruction using the PLAN strategy with 40 students, and Section (A) as a control group receiving instruction in the traditional way with 40 students. The topics included the vocabulary of the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024. The researcher taught both groups herself. To measure the level of systematic thinking, and to verify this, I used the test prepared by (Al-Kubaisi, 2008) after verifying its validity and stability, and then, the results were statistically processed using the (T-test) for two independent samples. The results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group who received chemistry teaching using the PLAN strategy over the control group students who studied in the traditional way in the systematic thinking test.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير استراتيجية بلان (PLAN) في تدريس مادة الكيمياء على تنمية التفكير المنظومي لدى طالبات الصف الخامس العلمي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، وضعت الباحثة الفرضية الآتية: \\"لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي يدرسن مادة الكيمياء باستخدام استراتيجية بلان (PLAN) وبين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللواتي يدرسن المادة نفسها بالطريقة التقليدية في اختبار التفكير المنظومي. \\"اختيرت مديرية الرصافة الأولى كجهة لتنفيذ البحث، اذ تم اختيار مدرسة الزهور، حيث جرى تعيين شعبة (ب) كمجموعة تجريبية تتلقى التدريس باستراتيجية بلان (PLAN) بعدد 40 طالبة، وشعبة (أ) كمجموعة ضابطة تتلقى التدريس بالطريقة التقليدية بعدد 40 طالبة، وشملت الموضوعات مفردات الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2023/2024. قامت الباحثة بتدريس المجموعتين بنفسها. لقياس مستوى التفكير المنظومي ، وللتحقق من ذلك فقد استخدمت الاختبار الذي أعده ( الكبيسي ،2008) بعد أن تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته ، ومن ثم ، وقد عُولجت النتائج إحصائيًا باستخدام اختبار (T-test) لعينتين مستقلتين. أظهرت نتائج البحث تفوق المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي تلقين تدريس الكيمياء باستراتيجية بلان (PLAN) على طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللواتي درسن بالطريقة التقليدية في اختبار التفكير المنظومي.

Abstract

The practical study aims to study the relationship between time management and self-application with the students of the Babylon Education Directorate in the secondary stage, as well as distinguishing between the relationship between time management and self-application. It has good knowledge of the level of tolerance and self-efficacy and the characteristics of Thakkar has an eye, in addition to knowing the differences between its application depending on To gender type (males-inheritance). The technical research consisted of (200) Yemeni students The results showed that there is a positive relationship between time management and self-efficacy among the sample members. The results also showed that there is a positive relationship between time management and study habits among the sample members. The results of the study also showed that there are no differences between males and females in time management. The results of the current study also showed that there are differences between males and females in self-efficacy, towards males, and that there are differences between males and females in study habits, between males and females, towards females .

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بحث العلاقة بين ادارة الوقت والفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بمديرية تربية بابل, وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين ادارة الوقت وعادات الاستذكار لدى العينة اعلى ومعرفة مستوى التسامح والفاعلية الذاتية وعادات الاستذكار لدى العينة, بالإضافة الى معرفة الفروق بين المتغيرات المذكورة اعلى تبعاً إلى متغير النوع (ذكور- إناث). وتشكلت عينة البحث من (200) طالب وطالبة. أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة طردية بين ادارة الوقت والفاعلية الذاتية لدى افراد العينة, كما أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك علاقة طردية بين ادارة الوقت وعادات الاستذكار لدى افراد العينة. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في ادارة الوقت , كما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في الفاعلية الذاتية وذلك باتجاه الذكور, ووجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث في عادات الاستذكار بين الذكور والاناث وذلك بتجاه الاناث.

The Iraqi public relies on economic bulletins on satellite channels to learn about local economic news

Abstract

This study is an attempt to investigate and explore the methods on how to present economic television programs on Iraqi satellite channels. News bulletins were selected and the extent of their impact on the process of transmitting news to the public and what is the percentage of the public’s reliance on these news bulletins. A sample of students from the Mazaya University College was taken and an electronic questionnaire was presented to the students, which clarified a set of questions specific to the research topic, which were summarized in the percentage of reliance on economic news bulletins in terms of descriptive content “research sample”. The most important results reached by the research are: The nature of interest in the form of participation in the program episodes varied between participation via satellite “live” and participation via telephone, and the diversity in the specialization of the guests participating in the program between an expert or economic analyst and a government official. The callers also noted the importance of using technical aspects in audio or auditory effects such as music in order to reduce the intensity of Economic content, the use of visual effects such as images with graphs, and the distinction in the way of presenting rational uses in presenting numbers and statistics, as well as emotional uses because they contribute to attracting the attention of viewers by focusing on the sense of danger that threatens the economic future of Iraq.

إن هذه الدراسة هي محاولة للتحقيق واستقصاء الطرق حول كيفية تقديم البرامج التلفزيونية الاقتصادية في القنوات الفضائية العراقية، وتم اختيار النشرات الاخبارية ومدى تأثيرها في عملية نقل الاخبار للجمهور وما هي نسبة اعتماد الجمهور على هذه النشرات الإخبارية، حيث تم اخذ عينة من طلبة كلية مزايا الجامعة، وطرح استبانات إلكترونية على الطلبة، ووضعت مجموعة من الاسئلة الخاصة بموضوع البحث التي تلخصت في نسبة اعتماد النشرات الاخبارية الاقتصادية من حيث المضمون الوصفي \"عينة البحث. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج عديدة، أهمها: تنوع طبيعة الاهتمام في شكل المشاركة بحلقات البرنامج ما بين المشاركة عبر الاقمار الصناعية \"مباشر\" والمشاركة عبر الاتصال الهاتفي، والتعدد في تخصص الضيوف المشاركين بالبرنامج ما بين خبير أو محلل اقتصادي ومسؤول حكومي. كما أدرك القائمون بالاتصال أهمية استخدام الجوانب الفنية في المؤثرات الصوتية أو السمعية مثل الموسيقى من أجل التخفيف من حدة المضمون الاقتصادي، واستخدام المؤثرات المرئية مثل الصور بالرسومات البيانية، والتميز في طريقة عرض الاستمالات العقلانية في تقديم الأرقام والإحصاءات، وكذلك الأستمالات العاطفية لأنها تسهم في جذب انتباه المشاهدين من خلال التركيز على الإحساس بالخطر الذي يهدد المستقبل الاقتصادي للعراق.

Abstract

The extract is the responsibility of protecting the consumer, a guarantor responsibility starting from the producer, factory, supplier or importer, and the producer has the duty to disclose the necessary data in the way the product is used, and this may be required at all stages of the contract depending on the scientific state of the product. The liability of the producer, factory or manufacturing chain shall remain subject to warranty for all that arises from non-disclosure of what is necessary for this. The manufacturer is responsible for failing to warn the consumer of any dangerous use or instruct him on how to use the product properly, and these warnings are included in labels or warning materials, in addition to that, the product is responsible for warning consumers about every defect discovered after trading the product in the markets. Article V obliges to ensure the safety of consumers from the harms of dangerous goods, and Article VI indicates that consumers must be informed of the dangerous qualities of the good or service.

مسؤولية حماية المستهلك ، مسؤولية ضامنة تبدأ من المنتِج أو المصنع أو المجهز أو المستورد ، ويقع على عاتق المنتِج واجب الالتزام بالإفضاء بالبيانات اللازمة بطريقة إستعمال المنتوج ، وقد يتطلب ذلك في كافة مراحل العقد تبعاً للحالة العلمية للمنتوج . وتبقى مسؤولية المنتِج أو المصنِع أو سلسلة التصنيع رهن الضمان عن كل ما ينشأ عن عدم الإفصاح عما يلزم لذلك . ويتحمل المصنع مسؤولية الفشل في تحذير المستهلك من أي إستخدام خطير أو إرشاده إلى كيفية إستخدام المنتَج بالشكل الصحيح ، ويتم تضمين هذه التحذيرات في الملصقات او المواد التحذيرية ، بالإضافة إلى ذلك يتحمل المنتِج مسؤولية تحذير المستهلكين عن كل عيب يكتشف بعد تداول المنتوج في الأسواق . وقد الزمت المادة الخامسة ضمان سلامة المستهلك من أضرار السلع الخطرة ، كما أشارت إلى ذلك المادة السادسة بوجوب تبصير المستهلك بالصفات الخطرة في السلعة أو الخدمة .

Abstract

The research represented in a study of the novel \"The Dawn of a Wild Day\" realistic events that were filled with the shadows of the reality that the writer talked about. The writer dealt with the fictional character in its various dimensions and reflected to us through its employment several spectra that formed the patterns of daily life that her characters suffer. She also took from the minutes that surround those characters that she drew dimensions around them that take their radiant material from that character that she chose for the occasion of her narration. We have noticed that the writer used from her experience and suffering in that fictional narration as she interrogates herself through those characters that are almost never devoid of a set of the writer\'s qualities or some of them even with one characteristic. She only wrote to express her needs that are working within herself. The excellence of one of her characters almost reflects her ambitions and misfortunes in that excellence that perhaps suffered the difficulty of her reality and she began to embody it in her pen.

مثّل البحث في دراسة لرواية فجر نهار وحشي أحداث واقعية انشحت بظلال موجودات الواقع الذي تحدثت عنه الكاتبة, فقد تناولت الكاتبة الشخصية القصصية بمختلف ابعادها وعكست لنا من خلال توظفيها أطيافاً عدة شكلت انماط الحياة اليومية التي تكابدها شخصياتها, كما أخذت من الدقائق التي تطوق حول تلك الشخصيات التي رسمت حولها أبعاد تأخذ مادتها المشعة من تلك الشخصية التي اختارتها لمناسبة سردها. ولقد لمحنا أن الكاتبة استخدمتْ من تجربتها ومعاناتها في ذلك السرد القصصي إذ أنها تستنطق وهي ذاتها من خلال تلك الشخصيات التي لا تكاد تخلو إحداها من جملة من صفات الكاتبة أو بعض منها ولو بخصيصة واحدة فهي لم تكتب إلا لتعبر عن حاجاتها التي تعتمل في نفسها فالتفوق في شخصية ما من شخصياتها يكاد يعكس طموحاتها ونكباتها في ذلك التفوق الذي ربما عانت صعوبة واقعها فراحت تجسده في قلمها.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the impact of electronic projects on the technological performance skills of fifth-grade science students. The quasi-experimental experimental design was adopted with the experimental and control groups as the core of the post-test. The research sample consisted of (80) students in the fifth grade science divided into two experimental and control groups. To collect data, a scale of technological performance skills was constructed from (23) three-alternative report paragraphs. By statistically analyzing the results, the results revealed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the scale of technological performance skills, and a significant positive impact of electronic projects on technological skills Performance of fifth grade science students in biology.

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على اثر المشروعات الالكترونية في المهارات التكنلوجية الادائية لطلاب الصف الخامس العلمي، وتم اعتماد التصميم التجريبي شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذوات الاختبار البعدي. وتألفت عينة البحث من (80) طالب في الصف الخامس العلمي مقسمين إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة. ولجمع البيانات تم بناء مقياس المهارات التكنلوجية الادائية من (23) فقرة تقريرية ثلاثية البدائل، وبتحليل النتائج إحصائياً كشفت النتائج عن تفوق المجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة في مقياس المهارات التكنلوجية الادائية، وأثر إيجابي كبير للمشروعات الالكترونية في المهارات التكنلوجية الادائية لدى طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي في مادة علم الأحياء.

Metacognitive skills and their relationship to cognitive procrastination among middle school students

Abstract

The research aims to identify \"metacognitive skills and their relationship to cognitive procrastination among middle school students\" for the variable (gender) and in order to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive approach was used. The research community consisted of (36047) male and female students from middle schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate, and the research sample consisted of (400) male and female students who were selected randomly. Four intermediate schools (two) boys\' schools and (two) girls\' schools were selected for the academic year (2023-2024). For this purpose, the researcher adopted the scale (Ibrahim, 2012) to measure metacognitive skills and extracted two indicators of validity: apparent validity and construct validity. The reliability of the scale was also extracted using the split-half method, so its calculated value reached (0.842). He also used the Cronbach\'s alpha equation, so the calculated reliability value reached (0.884), which are two high reliability values in educational and psychological sciences. As for cognitive procrastination, the researcher adopted the scale (Al-Shaqifi, 2022) after achieving apparent validity and construct validity. The reliability of the scale was extracted using the split-half method, so its calculated value was (808.0). The Cronbach\'s alpha equation was also used, so its calculated value was (877.0). The two scales in their final form became (30) items for metacognitive skills and (29) items for cognitive procrastination. By analyzing the data using the appropriate statistical methods for the research objectives using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) by computer, the results showed that middle school students have metacognitive skills. There are no statistically significant differences in metacognitive skills according to the gender variable (males - females). Middle school students do not have cognitive procrastination, and there is a difference in cognitive procrastination according to gender and in favor of males, meaning that males have more cognitive procrastination than females. There is no significance in the correlation between metacognitive skills and cognitive procrastination. In light of the results reached, the researcher presented a set of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.

يهدف البحث التعرف على \" مهارات ما وراء المعرفة وعلاقتها بالتلكؤ المعرفي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة \" لمتغير (الجنس) ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. تكون مجتمع البحث من ( 36047) طالباً وطالبةً من المدارسٍ المتوسطة التابعة الى المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة القادسية، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (400) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية . تم اختيار اربع مدارس متوسطة (اثنان) من مدارس البنين و(اثنان) من مدارس البنات للعام الدراسي (2023 –2024) ولهذا الغرض تبنى الباحث مقياس ( ابراهيم , 2012 ) لقياس مهارات ما وراء المعرفة وأستخرج له مؤشران للصدق هما الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء , كما أستخرج الثبات للمقياس باستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية فبلغت قيمته المحسوبة (0.842) كما استخدم معادلة الفا كرونباخ فبلغت قيمة الثبات المحسوبة (0.884) وهما قيمتان للثبات عالية في العلوم التربوية والنفسية. وأما التلكؤ المعرفي فقد تبنى الباحث مقياس(الشقيفي , 2022) وبعد تحقق الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء. استخرج الثبات للمقياس باستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية فبلغت قيمته المحسوبة ( 808,0) كما استخدم معادلة الفا كرونباخ فبلغت قيمته المحسوبة (877,0) وأصبح المقياسين بصيغتهما النهائية (30) فقرة لمهارات ما وراء المعرفة و(29) فقرة للتلكؤ المعرفي وبتحليل البيانات باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية المناسبة لأهداف البحث باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) بواسطة الحاسب الالي وقد أظهرت النتائج ان طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة لديهم مهارات ما وراء المعرفة . و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مهارات ما وراء المعرفة تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – اناث). و ان طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة ليس لديهم تلكؤاً معرفياً، ووجود فرق في التلكؤ المعرفي حسب الجنس ولصاح الذكور، بمعنى ان الذكور لديهم تلكؤ معرفي اكثر من الاناث . وعدم وجود دلالة في العلاقة الارتباطية بين مهارات ما وراء المعرفة والتلكؤ المعرفي . وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها قدم الباحث مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التوصيات والمقترحات .

Laboratory skills of secondary school biology teachers

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of laboratory skills among biology teachers in the preparatory stage, as the current research was limited to a sample of (150) male and female teachers of biology teachers for the preparatory stage in government day schools, preparatory, secondary and preparatory schools affiliated with the Diwaniyah Education Directorate from the morning study, and for the academic year (-2024-2023), they were chosen on the basis of the random method, and on the fluidity of the appropriate distribution. The researcher used the descriptive research method, and to achieve the goal of the research, the laboratory skills test was prepared, after reviewing previous studies and consulting experts to determine the areas of laboratory skills based on the theoretical definition and opinions of experts with (30) paragraphs (four alternatives), and the psychometric specificity of the test paragraphs was confirmed to be ready for final application, and the tables of the Statistical Package for Psychological and Social Sciences (SPSSsS)) were used in processing the data. The research concluded that male and female teachers possess laboratory skills in favor of biology teachers, and thus male teachers have a higher level of laboratory skills than female teachers.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف مستوى المهارات المختبرية لدى مدرسي علم الاحياء في المرحلة الاعدادية ، إذ اقتصر البحث الحالي على عينة مؤلفة من ( 150 ) مدرس ومدرسة من مدرسي علم الاحياء للمرحلة الاعدادية في المدارس النهارية الحكومية الإعدادية والثانوية والاعدادية العائدة لمديرية تربيه الديوانية من الدراسة الصباحية، وللعام الدراسي (-2024-2023)، اختيروا على أساس بالطريقة العشوائي، وعلى انسيابية التوزيع المناسب وقد استخدم الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعد اختبار المهارات المختبرية ، بعد مراجعة الدراسات السابقة واستشارة الخبراء ليتم تحديد مجالات المهارات المختبرية اعتماداً على التعريف النظري وأراء الخبراء بواقع (30) فقرة (باريعة بدائل) ، وتم التأكيد من الخصاص السيكومترية لفقرات الاختبار ليكون جاهز للتطبيق النهائي ، وقد تمت الاستعانة بالجداول الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم النفسية الاجتماعية SPSS)) في معالجة البيانات، وتوصل البحث إلى امتلاك المدرسين ومدرسات مهارات المختبرية ولصالح المدرسين في مادة الاحياء وبذلك فان المدرسين لديهم مستوى أعلى من المدرسات في المهارات المختبرية.

The research on the subject of “Wishes of the People of Paradise and the People of Hell in the Holy Qur’an” deals with highlighting the wishes that come true for the people of Paradise and are deprived of them for the people of Hell, as mentioned in the texts of the Holy Qur’an, and analyzing and studying these texts. To understand the meanings of wishes, I divided the topic into two sections: The first section: Theoretical framework: The first requirement: Definition of wishes linguistically and terminologically. The second requirement: The concept of afterlife reward. The second topic: Wishes of the people of Paradise and the wishes of the people of Hell. The first requirement: The difference between the wishes of the people of Paradise and the wishes of the people of Hell. The second requirement: The lessons learned from them, and the conclusion that It included the most important results and recommendations.I ask God Almighty to accept this research and make it a service to His Noble Book, and to bless us with useful knowledge and righteous deeds.

Abstract

This research aims to study the role of educational programs on Iraqi channels in promoting societal values and shaping audience value awareness. The study employed a descriptive analytical methodology, including surveys and content analysis of a sample of educational programs. The findings revealed that most participants follow educational programs to varying degrees and that these programs contribute significantly to promoting values such as cooperation, respect, and national belonging. However, educational programs face several challenges, primarily content quality, audience engagement, limited resources, and lack of government support. The study provided several recommendations to improve the effectiveness of educational programs, including enhancing content quality, adopting innovative presentation methods, and increasing governmental and financial support to ensure their sustainability and effectiveness in promoting societal values. This study highlights the importance of educational media in building a conscious and cohesive society.

Abstract

The study focused on highlighting the importance of the role of the external auditor in evaluating the internal control system according to the International Auditing Standard (ISA315) for business establishments by identifying the understanding of the establishment\\'s environment and nature and identifying the risks of material errors. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the basic components and factors that enhance the efficiency of this system and the role of the external auditor in evaluating it by expressing his neutral technical opinion on the financial statements of the establishment\\'s management and his decisions regarding choosing the appropriate evidence and proofs to support his opinion on the validity and fairness of the financial statements that he is auditing. The researcher believes that there are obstacles facing the work of the external auditor in the process of evaluating the control system in the establishments whose financial statements he audits through the weakness of the internal control procedures followed, as well as the weakness of the scientific and professional qualification and the necessary lack of training for some employees. This leads to their inability to understand the nature of the control procedures, which negatively affects the implementation of the establishment\\'s internal control procedures, in addition to not familiarizing them with the international auditing standards that have contributed greatly to bringing the viewpoints of individuals and professional organizations around the world closer together by unifying the appropriate procedures and policies that support the opinion of the external auditor regarding the financial statements of those Establishments. The researcher addressed the importance of evaluating the internal control system and its relationship to the international standard 315ISA in its theoretical and applied aspects. The study reached the following most important results: The duties of the external auditor include understanding the nature of the company\\'s activity and evaluating its internal control system, as this evaluation leads to reaching a personal judgment about the extent to which the work of internal auditors can be relied upon, the quantity and quality of evidence, and the extent of the ability to expand the work and size of the audit sample, in addition to the lack of familiarity of the financial department and the management of the control and internal audit department with international auditing standards and guidelines for internal audit work issued by organizations sponsoring the profession and their failure to prepare reports that include the department\\'s activity, in addition to not involving them in training courses. The study also concluded with the following recommendations: The necessity for the company to pay attention to internal control systems and provide the requirements for developing its performance in order to be able to achieve its goals, and in particular, competent employees who are scientifically and professionally qualified, as the success or failure of the system depends on the efficiency of the individuals who apply it..

Abstract

The current research aims to identify self-monitoring among outstanding students in schools for outstanding males and females in the city of Nasiriyah and to identify the significance of differences in self-monitoring among outstanding students. The research sample consisted of (486) male and female students for the intermediate stage. (216) male students and (216) female students were selected from the original community of students in a stratified random manner, totaling (486) male and female students. The self-monitoring scale adopted by the researcher, prepared by Saeed (2015), was used. The researcher extracted indicators of validity and reliability. The research concluded that outstanding students have self-monitoring with no statistically significant differences in terms of the gender variable.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of Osborne\'s model in the achievement of his students in the Colleges of Education in the Educational Psychology course. The researcher adopted the experimental method with an experimental design for two equivalent groups. The researcher randomly selected (College of Education/University of Al-Qadisiyah/Second Stage), and Section (A) randomly to represent the experimental group that will study the Educational Psychology subject according to Osborne\'s model, and Section (B) to represent the control group that will study the same subject in the traditional way. The total number of students in the two groups reached (64) male and female students; (31) male and female students in the experimental group, and (33) male and female students in the control group; The statistical comparison was made between the members of the two groups in the following variables: (chronological age calculated in months, previous information test, intelligence test, previous achievement scores of students), and the researcher determined the subject matter with the topics from the educational psychology course scheduled to be taught for the second stage of the first semester, and the behavioral objectives, and the tool was represented by building the achievement test, which consisted of (40) objective test paragraphs of the multiple-choice type, and the validity and reliability were verified; and its reliability was verified by the split-half method; and the researcher used the appropriate statistical means to extract the data, and the results showed the superiority of the students of the experimental group over the students of the control group in the achievement test, and in light of the research results, the researcher put forward a number of recommendations and proposals that were mentioned in the fourth chapter.

يهدف البحث التعرف على فاعليه انموذج ازبورن في تحصيل طلبه كليات التربية في مقرر علم النفس التربوي، واعتمد الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذا التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين متكافئتين، واختار الباحث عشوائياً (كلية التربية/جامعة القادسية/المرحلة الثانية)، وشعبة (A) عشوائياً لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية التي ستدرس مادة علم النفس التربوي على وفق انموذج ازبورن، وشعبة (B) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة التي ستدرس المادة ذاتها بالطريقة المتبعة التقليدية، وقد بلغ المجموع الكلي لطلبة المجموعتين (64) طالباً وطالبةً؛ بواقع (31) طالباً وطالبةً في المجموعة التجريبية، و(33) طالباً وطالبةً في المجموعة الضابطة؛ وقد كافأ احصائياً بين افراد المجموعتين في المتغيرات الاتية: (العمر الزمني محسوباً بالأشهر، واختبار المعلومات السابقة، واختبار الذكاء، درجات التحصيل السابق للطلبة)، وحدد الباحث المادة الدراسية بالموضوعات من مادة علم النفس التربوي المقرر تدريسهِ للمرحلة الثانية للفصل الدراسي الاول، والأهداف السلوكية، وتمثلت أداة ببناء الاختبار التحصيلي الذي تألف من (40) فقرة اختبارية موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد، وتم التحقق من الصدق والثبات؛ وتم التحقق من ثباتهِ بطريقة التجزئة النصفية؛ واستعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لاستخراج البيانات، واظهرت النتائج تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية على طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار التحصيلي، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث وضع الباحث عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تم ذكرها بالفصل الرابع.

Analysis of literature topics and texts for the third intermediate grade according to the aesthetic approach

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the analysis of literature topics and texts for the third intermediate grade according to the aesthetic approach, for the academic year (2023-2024 AD). In order to achieve the research objective, the researcher used the descriptive approach as a method for analyzing the content. The explicit idea was the unit of analysis, and the research community was the Arabic language book, parts one and two for the third intermediate grade. A list of the analysis starters was prepared, which included five criteria, which were determined after the researcher reviewed the previous literature. It was presented to a group of experts and arbitrators specialized in Arabic language curricula, teaching methods, teachers and supervisors, to express their observations. In light of this, the researcher modified some paragraphs, deleted and added other paragraphs. The research tool was completed in the final form, from five criteria based on the aesthetic approach. The first criterion represents expressive language based on the aesthetic approach, which contains (7) indicators. The second criterion is the psychological space provided by the aesthetic approach from (7 indicators), and the third criterion is the presentation method based on the aesthetic approach from (8) indicators, while the fourth criterion was the evaluation based on On the aesthetic entrance of (7 indicators), and the last criterion is the artistic output based on the aesthetic entrance of (8 indicators), so that the tool in its final form has five criteria and (36 indicators). The researcher used statistical methods: Cooper’s equation to find the percentage of agreement between experts, and Holsti’s equation to find stability, And the percentage and The results indicated that the explicit ideas that indicate the criteria of the aesthetic approach amounted to (941) repetitions, distributed in varying proportions, as the criterion of the aesthetic presentation style achieved the highest percentage (30%), and the criterion of the psychological distance provided by the aesthetic approach came in second place with a percentage of (23%), followed by the criterion of expressive language based on the aesthetic approach with a percentage of (23%), while the artistic production based on the aesthetic approach obtained a percentage of (13%), and the evaluation based on the aesthetic approach obtained a percentage of (10%). Repetitions were used to calculate the criteria and their indicators. In light of these results, the researcher recommended emphasizing the importance of the aesthetic approach and the necessity of including it when developing curricula, due to its impact on increasing aesthetic understanding, raising the level of academic achievement and motivation to learn passionately, as well as expanding the activities that include the criteria of the aesthetic approach in each subject of literature and texts, according to an accurate specifications table that determines the relative weight of the criteria of the aesthetic approach, and repeating each indicator according to its importance and suitability for students of each class of the intermediate stage.

يهدف لبحث الحالي إلى التعرف على تحليل موضوعات الأدب والنصوص للصف الثالث متوسط على وفق المدخل الجمالي، للعام الدراسي (2023-2024م)، ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي، اسلوبا لتحليل المحتوى، فكانت الفكرة الصريحة، وحدة التحليل، وكان مجتمع البحث، كتاب اللغة العربية، الجزء الأول والثاني للصف الثالث متوسط، وتم اعداد قائمة بأداة التحليل، والتي تضمنت خمسة معايير، والتي حددت بعد إطلاع الباحث على الأدبيات السابقة، وقد عرضت على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين من المختصين بمناهج اللغة العربية، وطرائق تدريسها، والمدرسين والمشرفين، لإبداء ملحوظاتهم ، وفي ضوء ذلك ،عمد الباحث الى تعديل بعض الفقرات، حذف واضافة فقرات اخرى، اكتملت اداة البحث بالصورة النهائية ، من خمسة معايير قائمة على المدخل الجمالي، تمثل المعيار الأول، اللغة التعبيرية القائمة على المدخل الجمالي وفيه (7) مؤشرات ، والمعيار الثاني المساحة النفسية التي يوفرها المدخل الجمالي من (7 مؤشرات )، والمعيار الثالث اسلوب العرض القائم على المدخل الجمالي من (8) مؤشرات ، بينما كان المعيار الرابع التقويم القائم على المدخل الجمالي من (7 مؤشرات )، والمعيار الاخير الاخراج الفني القائم على المدخل الجمالي من (8 مؤشرات )، ليكون الاداة بصورتها النهائية خمسة معايير ، و(36 مؤشرا)، استعمل الباحث الوسائل الاحصائية: معادلة cooper لإيجاد نسبة الاتفاق بين الخبراء، ومعادلة Holsti لإيجاد الثبات، واستعملت النسبة المئوية والتكرارات لحساب المعايير ومؤشراتها. واشارت النتائج إلى أنّ الافكار الصريحة التي تدل على معايير المدخل الجمالي، بلغت ( 941 ) تكراراً، وزعت بنسب متفاوتة، اذ حقق معيار اسلوب العرض الجمالي على اعلى نسبة (30 ٪ ) وجاء معيار المسافة النفسية التي يوفرها المدخل الجمالي بالمرتبة الثانية بنسبة ( 24٪) وتلاها معيار اللغة التعبيرية القائمة على المدخل الجمالي على نسبة ( 23 ٪) في حين حصل الاخراج الفني القائم على المدخل الجمالي على نسبة ( 13٪) وحصل التقويم القائم على المدخل الجمالي على نسبة (10٪ ) وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث على تأكيد أهمية المدخل الجمالي، وضرورة إدراجه عند وضع المناهج لما لها من أثر في زيادة الفهم الجمالي، ورفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي والدافعية للتعلم بشغف ، ، وكذلك التوسع في الانشطة التي تتضمن معايير المدخل الجمالي في كل موضوع من موضوعات الأدب والنصوص ، على وفق جدول موصفات دقيق ، يحدد الوزن النسبي لمعايير المدخل الجمالي، وتكرار كل مؤشر حسب اهميته ، ومناسبته لطلاب كل صف من صفوف المرحلة المتوسطة .

Covering Terrorist Events in Iraq and Its Role in Shaping Public Opinion: An Analytical Study of the Iraqi Press

Abstract

This research aims to study the impact of media coverage of terrorist events in Iraq on shaping public opinion by analyzing the coverage methods used in Iraqi journalism. The study focuses on how headlines and images in the coverage influence audience emotions, such as fear and anxiety, and examines the objectivity of media coverage under political pressures. A descriptive analytical method was used to collect and analyze data from a sample of 400 participants, along with a content analysis of selected news articles. Results indicate that the majority of the public perceives media coverage as negatively affecting their sense of security and diminishing their trust in security forces, with a significant influence from political pressures on media credibility. Based on these findings, the research suggests enhancing objectivity and independence in media coverage, avoiding excessive sensationalism, and focusing on balanced awareness to strengthen trust between media and the public.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير التغطية الإعلامية للأحداث الإرهابية في العراق على تشكيل الرأي العام، من خلال تحليل أساليب التغطية المستخدمة في الصحافة العراقية. يركز البحث على كيفية تأثير العناوين والصور المستخدمة في التغطية على مشاعر الجمهور، مثل الخوف والقلق، ومدى موضوعية التغطية الإعلامية في ظل الضغوط السياسية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات وتحليلها من عينة مكونة من 400 مشارك، بالإضافة إلى تحليل محتوى بعض المقالات الصحفية. أظهرت النتائج أن غالبية الجمهور يرون أن التغطية الإعلامية تؤثر سلبًا على شعورهم بالأمان وتقلل من ثقتهم بالجهات الأمنية، مع تأكيد وجود تأثير للضغوط السياسية على مصداقية الإعلام. بناءً على هذه النتائج، يقترح البحث ضرورة تعزيز الموضوعية والاستقلالية في التغطية الإعلامية وتجنب الإثارة المفرطة، بالإضافة إلى التركيز على التوعية المتوازنة لتعزيز الثقة بين الإعلام والجمهور.

The derivative is one of the most prominent Quranic vocabulary, as words are one of the most important issues in the science of deriving Islamic rulings, and the derivative has two terms: grammatical, which means the pronunciation taken from another word with matching letters and order, while the presumption of the state is one of the secondary evidences in the science of the principles of jurisprudence. The current research uses Foucault\'s theory of panopticon and power to illuminate Benyamin\'s Goat Days, a moving story originally written in Malayalam. The research aims to analyze Benyamin\'s novel in the context of Foucault\'s theories of panopticon, power, and surveillance, uncovering how the story reveals issues of exploitation, isolation, and resistance within the Kafala system in the Gulf. It follows the harrowing journey of Najeeb Muhammad, an Indian migrant worker in Saudi Arabia who becomes imprisoned by an Arab sponsor. By examining the characters\' experiences, the paper seeks to emphasize the broader implications of the panopticon system and the impact of oppressive authority on individual agency and resistance. The study seeks to address the question: How does Benyamin\'s Goat Days embody Foucault\'s panopticon theory in depicting the experiences of migrant workers in terms of control and self-regulation within the Kafala system? It seems that Goat Days offers a compelling critique of systemic exploitation and the potential for resistance even after prolonged internalization.

Abstract

The current study aims to scientifically review and compare the results that studied the electronic projects variable. The community was identified with all research papers, articles, conference papers, master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and research and reports of institutions that studied electronic projects from the beginning of the concept until the current year (2024 AD). The sample consisted of (18) previous studies. Data were collected using a comprehensive survey of information sources. It was concluded that Arab scientific works related to electronic projects are still fewer in number and limited compared to scientific works Arabic related to electronic projects was published in international journals with an impact factor, or international conferences, most of which were published in Arab journals, while the foreign scientific impact received the attention of international inductive institutions, journals with an impact factor, and accredited electronic websites such as Clarivate, Web of Science, Scopus, Science direct. Pro Quest,. In light of the results, the conclusion was reached that the absence of funding institutions for Arab scientific works; The most prominent factor is the lack of these effects.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى مراجعة علمية ومقارنة النتاجات التي درست متغير المشروعات الالكترونية. وتحدد المجتمع بجميع الاوراق البحثية والمقالات وأبحاث المؤتمرات ورسائل الماجستير وأطاريح الدكتوراه وأبحاث وتقارير المؤسسات التي درست المشروعات الالكترونية من بداية ظهور المفهوم حتى العام الحالي (2024م). وتمثلت العينة بـ(18) دراسة سابقة، تم جمع البيانات بأسلوب المسح الشامل لمصادر المعلومات، وتم التوصل إلى أن الآثار العلمية العربية المتعلقة بالمشروعات لإلكترونية لا تزال أقل عدداً ومحدودة مقارنة بالآثار العلمية الأجنبية. كما لم تحظًّ أي من الآثار العلمية العربية المتعلقة بالمشروعات الالكترونية بالنشر في مستوعبات عالمية ذات معامل تأثير، أو مؤتمرات دولية، ونُشر أغلبها في مجلات عربية، في حين حظي الأثر العلمي الأجنبي باهتمام مؤسسات حثية دولية ومجلات ذات معامل تأثير ومواقع الالكترونية معتمدة مثل Clarivate, Web of Scince , Scopus, Scince direct ProQuest,. وفي ضوء النتائج تم الوصل إلى استنتاج أن غياب مؤسسات التمويل عن الآثار العلمية العربية؛ يعد أبرز عوامل قلة هذه الآثار.

We ask the Almighty God for ease and guidance in analyzing the verses of the Great Book and in clarifying the semantic aspects of the term \"Al-Hameem.\" After relying on God and seeking His assistance, we affirm that the language of the Quran remains the secret of its miraculous eloquence.Therefore, its meanings cannot be fully understood except by those who have mastered the sciences of eloquence with deep comprehension and understanding. The knowledge of the revealed Book of God is a speech in which falsehood cannot come from before it or behind it, a revelation from the Almighty, the Wise. Even if you dedicated your entire lifetime to it, you would not grasp all of its depth and there is no limit to His generosity and bounty.Our approach was based on the principle of selecting specific verses, then analyzing and explaining their meanings through Quranic dictionaries and interpretations. The research included an introduction where we outlined our methodology, and a conclusion in which we summarized the most important findings of the study.

Abstract

This study discusses the amendment of Article 384, Paragraph 2, of the Iraqi Penal Code No. 111 of 1969, as amended, which criminalizes disobedience to parents. The main objective of the amendment is to address legal loopholes that may limit the effectiveness of the current text in protecting parents from disobedience, whether physical or moral. The study shows that the current text mostly focuses on physical harm, while moral and psychological disobedience remains insufficiently covered in some cases. The study proposes expanding the concept of disobedience to include various forms of abuse, such as psychological harm and intentional neglect, and enhancing the penalties associated with these crimes in a manner commensurate with their seriousness and social impacts. It also highlights the importance of enhancing societal and legal awareness of the importance of respecting parents and the need for the legislator to provide them with full protection. The study concludes that the proposed amendment will contribute to promoting social justice and protecting traditional family values in Iraq, while emphasizing the role of the law in deterring crimes related to disobedience to parents.

تناقش هذه الدراسة تعديل المادة 384 الفقرة الثانية من قانون العقوبات العراقي النافذ رقم 111 لسنة 1969 المعدل، والتي تتعلق بتجريم عقوق الوالدين. يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من التعديل في معالجة الثغرات القانونية التي قد تحد من فعالية النص الحالي في حماية الوالدين من العقوق، سواء كان ذلك جسديًا أو معنويًا. وتوضح الدراسة أن النص الحالي يركز في الغالب على الإيذاء الجسدي، بينما يظل العقوق المعنوي والنفسي في بعض الحالات غير مغطى بشكل كافٍ .وتقترح الدراسة توسيع مفهوم العقوق ليشمل مختلف أشكال الإساءة، مثل الإيذاء النفسي والإهمال المتعمد، وتعزيز العقوبات المرتبطة بهذه الجرائم بما يتناسب مع خطورتها وآثارها الاجتماعية. كما تُسلط الضوء على أهمية تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي والقانوني بأهمية احترام الوالدين وضرورة توفير الحماية الكاملة لهم من قبل المشرّع. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التعديل المقترح سيسهم في تعزيز العدالة الاجتماعية وحماية القيم الأسرية التقليدية في العراق، مع التأكيد على دور القانون في ردع الجرائم المتعلقة بعقوق الوالدين.

Abstract

This research deals with the absence of the father and its psychological impact on students in secondary school, which means that this research must monitor the means of influence and impact that the adolescent is subject to, especially in light of the impact of this absence on his psychological and academic adjustment, as the research sample consisted of 397 students. In this research, we focused on a number of important issues and matters in the context of showing the impact of the father\\\\'s absence on the adolescent in the city of Baghdad, and how to address the dominance of this impact on adolescents. Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of the Lorsbach model on the acquisition of educational concepts among students of colleges of education in the course of educational psychology and their simultaneous thinking. In light of the research objective, the researcher formulated the following two null hypotheses:
1) There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who will study the educational psychology course according to the Lorsbach model and the average scores of the students of the control group who will study the same subject in the usual way in the test of acquiring educational concepts.\"
2) There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who will study the educational psychology course according to the Lorsbach model and the average scores of the students of the control group who will study the same subject in the usual way in the simultaneous thinking scale.\"
A two-group experimental design with a posttest was chosen to test the acquisition of educational concepts and the synchronous thinking scale. To achieve the purpose of the study, male and female students (62) were purposively selected and divided into an experimental group (30) of male and female students and a control group (32) of male and female students. The students of the two study groups were equivalent in the following variables (by age, previous information, previous performance, intelligence test, synchronous thinking scale) in the first semester of the academic year (2023-2024). The researcher prepared the research instrument, the educational concept acquisition test: consisting of (36) objective paragraphs and four options, while the second instrument was the synchronous thinking scale: consisting of (five skills) with (6) paragraphs for each skill. Content validity was determined based on the consistency of the test with the content examined. The results showed that in the test of acquisition of teaching concepts, the students of the experimental group who learned using the Lohrsbach model outperformed the students of the control group who learned using the conventional method. As well as the degree of synchronous thinking, combined with the research results, the suggestions and recommendations mentioned in Chapter 4 were achieved..

وتم اختيار مجموعتين للتصميم التجريبي البعدي لاختبار اكتساب المفاهيم التربوية وقياس التفكير الموازي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من (62) طالبا وطالبة. توزعت على المجموعة التجريبية (30) طالباً وطالبة والمجموعة الضابطة (32) طالباً وطالبة. واستخدمت مجموعتا الدراسة المتغيرات التالية: (العمر الزمني، المعلومات السابقة، المعلومات السابقة). للعام الدراسي (2023-2024) درجات الفصل الدراسي الأول، واختبارات الذكاء، ومقياس التفكير المتزامن)، وأعدت الباحثتان أداتي بحث، اختبار اكتساب المفاهيم التربوية: المكون من (36) هدفاً. الأداة الثانية هي مقياس التفكير المتزامن: ويتكون من (خمس مهارات) بواقع (6) فقرات لكل مهارة، ويتم استخراج صدق المحتوى بناءً على مدى اتساق الاختبار مع المحتوى المدروس. تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين تعلموا وفق أنموذج لورسباخ على مقاييس اكتساب المفهوم التربوي والتفكير الموازي. ومن خلال البحث تم استخلاص التوصيات والتوصيات الواردة في الفصل الرابع..

Abstract

This research adopted the clarification of the issue of temporary marriage from the perspective of Orientalism, specifically Dutch Orientalism, by talking about visions specific to a model that represents this school, namely (George Alexander) (Wilken). This research was divided into an introduction and two sections. The first contained an explanation of the meaning of Orientalism, its definition, its origins, and its schools, and an explanation The content of the Dutch school, in addition to mentioning a group of orientalists who represent this school, with an explanation of the orientation of each of them. Abstract

The effect of both SCAMPER and SWOM strategies on the achievement of second-grade intermediate students in biology. The researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control to achieve the research objective. He also defined the current research community as second-grade intermediate students in secondary and intermediate government schools affiliated with the Baghdad Education Directorate / Al-Rusafa II for the academic year (2023-2024 AD). Equivalence was achieved between the three research groups in the variables (intelligence, chronological age, previous information). The researcher prepared an achievement test for the first three chapters of the biology book for the second intermediate grade, consisting of (40) test paragraphs (objective). After completing the experiment, the two tools were applied to the three research groups, then the students\' answers were corrected and processed statistically. The results showed a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the first experimental group taught according to the SCAMPER strategy and the average scores of the students of the control group taught according to the usual method of achievement, the first experimental group. There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the second experimental group that is taught according to the SWOM strategy and the average scores of the students of the control group that is taught according to the usual method in achievement in favor of the second experimental group. There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the first experimental group that is taught according to the SCAMPER strategy and the average scores of the students of the second experimental group that is taught according to the SWOM strategy in achievement. Through the results of the research that the researcher reached, he concluded that there is a positive effect of the strategies (SCAMPER) and ((SWOM that helped raise the level of achievement in biology for second-year middle school students compared to the usual method. In light of this, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals.

أثر كل من ستراتيجيتي SCAMPER و SWOM في تحصيل طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط في مادة علم الاحياء. واعتمد الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لتحقيق هدف البحث، كما حدد مجتمع البحث الحالي بطلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط في المدارس الثانوية و المتوسطة الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد / الرصافة الثانية للعام الدراسي (2023-2024م). تم اجراء التكافؤ بين مجموعات البحث الثلاث في متغيرات (الذكاء، والعمر الزمني، المعلومات السابقة). أعد الباحثان اختبارا تحصيليا للفصول الثلاث الأولى من كتاب مادة علم الاحياء للصف الثاني المتوسط مؤلفا من (40) فقرة اختبارية (موضوعية). وبعد الانتهاء من التجربة تم تطبيق الأداتين على مجموعات البحث الثلاث ثم صححت إجابات الطلبة وتمت معالجتها احصائيا إذ أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (05.0) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي تدرس وفقاً لاستراتيجية SCAMPER ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس وفقً للطريقة الاعتيادية في التحصيل المجموعة التجريبية الأولى . ووجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (05.0) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي تدرس وفقاً لستراتيجية SWOM ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس وفقاً للطريقة الاعتيادية في التحصيل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية. ولا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (05.0) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي تدرس وفقاً لستراتيجية SCAMPER ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي تدرس وفقاً لاستراتيجية و SWOMفي التحصيل. ومن خلال نتائج البحث الذي توصل إلیها الباحثان وضع استنتاج وجود أثر إيجابي لستراتيجيتي (SCAMPER) و((SWOM ساعد على رفع مستوى تحصيل مادة علم الاحياء عند لطلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط مقارنة بالطريقة الاعتيادية. وفي ضوء ذلك قدم الباحثان عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of the Gibbs model on the achievement of second-grade intermediate female students in science. To verify the research objective, the researchers formulated the hypothesis \"There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study according to the Gibbs model and the average scores of the control group students who study according to the usual method in achieving science.\" The experimental design with partial control was adopted to achieve the two research objectives. The current research community was determined by second-grade intermediate female students in government secondary and intermediate day schools for girls affiliated with the Third Karkh Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate. The sample consisted of (64) female students distributed into (32) students for the experimental group and (32) students for the control group. Equivalence was achieved between the two research groups in the variables (intelligence, chronological age, previous information), and the scientific material was determined by the first four chapters of the science book (first, second, third and fourth) scheduled to be taught to the second-grade intermediate for the year (2023-2024 AD). The researchers prepared a test for science achievement consisting of (40) test items (objective) according to the test map, and the psychometric properties of the test were verified, represented by validity and reliability, after presenting it to the arbitrators. After completing the experiment, the two tools were applied to the two research groups to obtain data and process it statistically. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in science achievement. There was a very significant effect of using the Gibbs model in teaching science. In light of the research results, the researchers reached the conclusion that the Gibbs model is an opportunity to improve the level of achievement in science for second-year middle school students. The researchers recommend emphasizing the role of the Gibbs model during teaching and providing the opportunity for students to participate and express their opinions interactively. In addition to emphasizing that teachers are aware of modern teaching strategies and methods, especially reflective teaching models.

هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على أثر انموذج جيبز في تحصيل طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط في مادة العلوم. وللتحقق من هدف البحث صاغ الباحثان الفرضية \"ليس هناك فرق ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللواتي يدرسن وفقاً لأنموذج جيبز وبين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللواتي يدرسن وفقاً للطريقة الاعتيادية في تحصيل مادة العلوم\". وتم اعتماد التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لتحقيق هدفي البحث، كما تحدد مجتمع البحث الحالي بطالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط في المدارس الثانوية والمتوسطة للبنات الحكومية النهارية التابعة لمديرية تربية الكرخ الثالثة في محافظة بغداد، وتألفت العينة من (64) طالبة موزعتين إلى (32) طالبة للمجموعة التجريبية و(32) طالبة للمجموعة الضابطة. تم اجراء التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات (الذكاء، والعمر الزمني، المعلومات السابقة)، كما حددت المادة العلمية بالفصول الاربعة الاولى من كتاب العلوم (الاول والثاني والثالث والرابع) المقرر تدريسه للصف الثاني متوسط للعام (2023 – 2024م). وأعد الباحثان اختبارا لتحصيل مادة العلوم مؤلفاً من (40) فقرة اختبارية (موضوعية) وفقاً للخارطة الاختبارية، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للأختبار متمثلة بالصدق والثبات بعد عرضه على المحكمين. وبعد الانتهاء من التجربة تم تطبيق الأداتين على مجموعتي البحث لاستحصال البيانات ومعاجلتها احصائياً، إذ أظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة في تحصيل مادة العلوم. ووجود أثر كبير جداً لاستعمال انموذج جيبز في تدريس مادة العلوم. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصل الباحثان إلى استنتاج أن انموذج جيبز فرصة لتحسين مستوى التحصيل في مادة العلوم لطالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط. ويوصي الباحثان بالتأكيد على دور انموذج جيبز أثناء التدريس وإتاحة الفرصة للطالبات للمشاركة وأبداء الرأي بشكل تفاعلي. فضلاً عن التأكيد على اطلاع المدرسين والمدرسات على استراتيجيات وطرائق التدريس الحديثة وبالأخص نماذج التدريس التأملي.

Abstract

Our study aims to determine the efficiency of drinking water services in Karbala city. The study showed that Karbala city is divided into three sectors, and the number of residential neighborhoods is 72, distributed among these neighborhoods 735485 people in a different way, and the highest percentage of population was in Al-Ghadeer neighborhood at 7.8%، and the lowest in Al-Mudarah, Al-Sumoud and Al-Ishan Al-Asker neighborhoods, at 0.3%.Karbala city is supplied with drinking water from four projects: Al-Safi Al-Kadeem project, Al-Hussein city, Al-Hussein neighborhood, and Al-Hussein neighborhood complexes، and water is distributed in Karbala city through a wide network of pipes. The efficiency of drinking water services varied in the city of Karbala, as the hours of water outage varied in the city, and drinking water in some neighborhoods showed bad odors and some impurities. The levels of satisfaction with the efficiency of drinking water services also varied between neighborhoods in the city of Karbala, as (51%) expressed their satisfaction with this service and (43%) of the population indicated their acceptance of the level of drinking water services, while (6%) of the population indicated that they were not satisfied with this service.

تهدف دراستنا إلی تحديد كفاءة خدمات مياه الشرب في مدينة كربلاء، بينت الدراسة أنّ مدينة كربلاء مقسمة إلی ثلاث قطاعات، وبلغ عدد الأحياء السكنية 72 حي سكني، يتوزع على هذه الأحياء 735485 نسمة بشكل متباين، وبلغت اعلى نسبة للسكان في حي الغدير بنسبة 7.8 %، وأقلها في أحياء المدراء، الصمود والإسكان العسكري، وبنسبة 0.3%.يتم تزويد مدينة كربلاء بمياه الشرب من أربع مشاريع هي: مشروع الصافي القديم، ومدينة الحسين، وحي الحسين، ومجمعات حي الحسين، ويتم توزيع المياه في مدينة كربلاء بواسطة شبكة واسعة من الأنابيب. تباينت كفاءة خدمات مياه الشرب في مدينة كربلاء، حيث تباينت ساعات انقطاع ساعات المياه في المدينة، كما ان مياه الشرب في بعض الأحياء تظهر فيها الروائح الكريهة، وبعض الشوائب، كما تباينت مستويات الرضا عن كفاءة خدمات مياه الشرب بين الأحياء في مدينة كربلاء، فقد أبدى (51%) رضاهم عن هذه الخدمة وأشار (43%) من السكان قبولهم لمستوى خدمات مياه الشرب، بينما أشار (6%) من السكان بأنها لعدم رضاهم عن هذه الخدمة.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed strategy based on the theory of cognitive representation in enhancing the achievement in the subject of Islamic Arab civilization history and the reasoning skills among fourth-grade literary students. To achieve the research objectives, a \"proposed strategy based on the theory of cognitive representation\" was developed using two methodologies: the descriptive method and the experimental method. The following null hypotheses were formulated:There is no statistically significant difference at the (0.05) significance level between the mean scores of the experimental group students who study according to the \"proposed strategy\" and the mean scores of the control group students who study using the conventional method in the post-achievement test.There is no statistically significant difference at the (0.05) significance level between the mean scores of the experimental group students who study according to the \"proposed strategy\" and the mean scores of the control group students who study using the conventional method in the reasoning skills measure. The experimental method was employed with a partially controlled design to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy on a sample of fourth-grade literary students at Al-Qadisiyah Science High School for the academic year 2024-2025. The students were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, ensuring balance between them in terms of criteria such as intelligence, age, and previous history achievement. After confirming the validity and reliability of the measurement tools used, the final achievement test and reasoning skills measure were administered. The researcher used the SPSS-20 program for data analysis. The results showed that students in the experimental group outperformed those in the control group in both achievement and reasoning skills, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed strategy in improving these areas.The researcher also suggested conducting future studies to determine the effectiveness of the strategy across other educational stages and for both genders, in addition to comparative studies between the effectiveness of cognitive representation strategies and other strategies to identify the most effective in developing thinking skills.

Among these plants is the chamomile flower, which is the subject of our research. Sometimes man took it to treat some diseases that affected him and sometimes he used it for aesthetic purposes. The most important uses of the chamomile plant have been identified. It was used for medical purposes in treating some organic and skin diseases, and it was also used for aesthetic and architectural purposes. The image of the chamomile flower was used to decorate many cultural landmarks and it is still used to this day.

Abstract

This research studies the semantic multiplicity of the meanings of a single word referred to in texts narrated from Imam al-Rida (peace be upon him), which is a semantic multiplicity of some of the common attributes between God Almighty and His creation. The entry of those words into the space of semantic expansion was a natural result of the development of the mental perceptions of the linguistic community; since semantic multiplicity occurs in a single word by virtue of the fact that the expansion of the meaning of the word adds a new meaning to its meaning that is known from the context in which it is used. The research investigates the semantic analysis in the hadiths of Imam al-Rida (peace be upon him) in which he responded to the doubt of the liars, which is based on a perception that makes the meanings of some of the words with which God Almighty is described the same meanings when the one described by those words is a human being, which is an assumption that requires the words to have a single meaning. The way of Imam al-Ridha (peace be upon him) to dispel this doubt was to explain that these words are semantic ambiguities, and that there is a difference in the meaning of the word from the meaning that makes man its focus, and despite the difference in this meaning, it is closely linked to the other meanings.

يدرس هذا البحث تعدّداً دلاليّاً لمعاني اللفظ الواحد مشاراً إليه في نصوص رويت عن الإمام الرضا (عليه السلام) ، وهو تعدّد دلاليّ لبعض الصفات المشتركة بين الله سبحانه وتعالى وخلقه ، وقد كان ولوج تلك الألفاظ فضاء الاتساع الدلاليّ نتيجةً طبيعيّة لتطوّر التصوّرات الذهنية للجماعة اللغويّة ؛ إذ يقع التعدّد الدلاليّ في اللفظ الواحد بحكم أنّ اتّساع دلالة اللفظ يُضيف معنى جديداً لدلالته يُعرف من السياق المستعمل فيه . والبحث يتحرّى التحليل الدلاليّ في أحاديث الإمام الرضا (عليه السلام) التي ردّ فيها شبهة المكذّبين ، المَبْنيّةَ على تَصوّر يجعل معاني بعض الألفاظ التي وصِف بها الله سبحانه وتعالى هي المعاني نفسها حين يكون الموصوف بتلك الألفاظ الإنسان ، وهو افتراض يستلزم أن تكون الألفاظ أحاديّة المعنى . وكان سبيل الإمام الرضا (عليه السلام) لدفع هذه الشبهة بيان أنّ تلك الألفاظ من المشترك الدلاليّ ، وأنّ ثمّةَ اختلافاً في معنى اللفظ عن المعنى الذي يجعل من الإنسان محوراً له ، وعلى الرغم من اختلاف هذا المعنى إلّا أنّه يرتبط بالمعاني الأخرى برابطة وثيقة . ويعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفيّ التحليليّ في بيان معاني بعض الألفاظ التي ذكرها الإمام الرضا (عليه السلام) ، والتي اعتور دلالتها التعّدد ؛ لبيان سبيل الإمام (عليه السلام) في الردّ على المكذّبين ، وبيان المسارات اللغويّة التي ينبغي لقارئ نصوص الإمام (عليه السلام) الوعي بها لفهم كلامه في هذه المواضع ، ويظهر مبلغُ مشابهة التحليل الدلاليّ في نصوص الإمام (عليه السلام) الأطرَ النظريّة لنظرية التحليل الدلاليّ ببسط البحثِ الأطرَ النظرية لتحليل المكونات الدلاليّ ، وتطبيقها على نصوص الإمام (عليه السلام).

Abstract

Following the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq, this paper takes a look at how some Iraqi politicians have employed the concept \"Islamism\" (Political Islam) in their political speeches. The paper seeks to address the public concerns, legitimize authority, and direct public opinion by examining how Iraqi political figures use the concept of Islamism in their discourse. It integrates Critical Pragmatics (CP) and Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Using this integrated approach, an examination is made to the public political speeches of prominent religious and political personalities in Iraq to see how they benefit from Islamism to further their own ideological agendas. The examination mostly centers on a handful of famous and notable political figures. Some of the speakers and topics covered here are Nouri al-Maliki, Moqtada al-Sadr, and Ammar al-Hakim. This analysis aims to reveal the ways in which those political figures\' language is interwoven with the concept of Islamism. The study\'s goal is accomplished by applying the proposed dual technique to a collection of public statements made by those officials. Understanding how Islamism in language may mobilize the public and legitimize political decisions can be advanced by this approach.

في أعقاب الغزو الأمريكي للعراق عام 2003، تلقي هذا البحث نظرة على كيفية استخدام بعض الساسة العراقيين لمفهوم \"الإسلام السياسي\" في خطاباتهم السياسية. يسعى البحث إلى معالجة المخاوف العامة، وإضفاء الشرعية على السلطة، وتوجيه الرأي العام من خلال فحص كيفية استخدام الشخصيات السياسية العراقية لمفهوم الإسلام السياسي في خطاباتهم. توظف هذه الدراسة دمج كلا من التداولية النقدية وتحليل الخطاب النقدي. باستخدام هذا المنهج المتكامل، حللت الخطابات السياسية العامة للشخصيات الدينية والسياسية البارزة في العراق لمعرفة كيف يستفيدون من الإسلام السياسي لتعزيز أجنداتهم الإيديولوجية الخاصة. يركز التحليل في الغالب على مجموعة من الشخصيات السياسية الشهيرة والبارزة. بعض المتحدثين والموضوعات التي تمت تغطيتها هنا هم نوري المالكي ومقتدى الصدر وعمار الحكيم. يهدف هذا التحليل إلى الكشف عن الطرق التي تتشابك بها لغة هذه الشخصيات السياسية مع مفهوم الإسلام السياسي. ويتحقق هدف الدراسة من خلال تطبيق التقنية المزدوجة المقترحة على مجموعة من التصريحات العامة التي أدلى بها هؤلاء المسؤولون. ومن خلال هذا المنهج، يمكن تعزيز فهم الكيفية التي قد يعمل بها الإسلام السياسي لغويا على تعبئة الجمهور وإضفاء الشرعية على القرارات السياسية.

Abstract

The Russo-Ottoman wars witnessed a long series of conflicts between the Ottoman Empire and Russia from the sixteenth century until the beginning of the twentieth century. Throughout that period, Russia was noticeably superior, especially after the seventeenth century, where it achieved decisive victories that gradually weakened the Ottoman power, in addition to internal crises and regional challenges that contributed to the exhaustion of the Ottoman Empire and the depletion of its resources, which ultimately led to the undermining of its political and military influence. The study aims to discuss several hypotheses that attempt to find solutions to them, namely the Ottoman-Russian wars and the conclusion of the Treaty of Belgrade. The study attempts to answer the possibility of adopting the results arising from the degree of Ottoman-Russian relations. The study relies on the historical descriptive analytical method, the subject of the study, in which the focus is on historical information and its analysis according to scientific historical data that aims to clarify the importance of information that can be relied upon in studying this topic.1- Time limits: Relate to the historical period in which the study was determined 1739. \\2- Spatial limits: The location in which the study took place, which is the Ottoman Empire and Russia.

Self-compassion and its relationship to social persuasion among middle school students

Abstract

The current research aims to identify self-compassion among middle school students and examine differences in self-compassion based on gender (males, females) and specialization (scientific, literary). Additionally, the study investigates social persuasion among middle school students and explores differences according to gender and specialization, as well as the correlation between self-compassion and social persuasion. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used the Self-Compassion Scale developed by Mugher and Abbas (2023), comprising 20 items, and prepared a Social Persuasion Scale also consisting of 20 items. These tools were administered to a randomly selected sample of 300 middle school students. The results indicated that middle school students exhibit self-compassion, with no significant gender differences, but a specialization difference favoring literary students. Similarly, students demonstrated social persuasion, with no gender differences but a specialization difference again favoring literary students. Furthermore, a significant correlation was found between self-compassion and social persuasion.

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على: الرحمة بالذات لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية، والفروق في الرحمة بالذات تبعا للجنس (ذكور، اناث) وكذلك تبعا للتخصص (علمي، ادبي) ، ومعرفة الإقناع الاجتماعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية، والفروق في الإقناع الاجتماعي تبعا للجنس (ذكور، اناث) وكذلك تبعا للتخصص (علمي، ادبي)، وكذلك معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الرحمة بالذات والإقناع الاجتماعي. وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتبني مقياس (الرحمة بالذات) والمعد من قبل (مغير وعباس،2023)، المكون من (20) فقرة ، واعداد مقياس الإقناع الاجتماعي المكون من (20) فقرة. وقد طبقت الباحثة الاداتان على عينة البحث التي اختيرت عشوائياً والمكونة من (300) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن طلبة المرحلة الاعدادية لديهم رحمة بالذات، وليس هناك فرقا حسب الجنس، وهناك فرق حسب التخصص ولصالح الادبي. وطلبة الاعدادية لديهم اقناع اجتماعي، وليس هناك فرقا حسب الجنس، وهناك فرق حسب التخصص ولصالح الادبي، واظهرت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الرحمة بالذات والاقناع الاجتماعي.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify: the emotional display among students of the Institute of Fine Arts, the differences in emotional display according to the academic department, and to know the academic achievement among the students of the Institute of Fine Arts and the differences according to the academic department. As well as knowing the correlation between emotional display and academic achievement. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared the (emotional display) scale, consisting of (32) items, and adopted the academic achievement scale of (Al-Tamimi, 2023), consisting of (46) items. The researcher applied the two tools to the research sample that was chosen randomly and consisted of (160) Students, the results of the research showed that students of the Institute of Fine Arts have an emotional display, and there is no difference according to the academic department. The institute’s students have academic achievement, and there is no difference in academic department, and the results showed that there is a significant correlation between emotional display and academic achievement.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of the “Information Peg” strategy on imaginative thinking among fifth-grade literary students in the subject of history. To achieve the research objective, the following null hypothesis was formulated. There is no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 significance level between the mean scores of the experimental group students who studied using the Information Peg strategy and the mean scores of the control group students who studied using the traditional method on the imaginative thinking scale. The researcher adopted an experimental design involving two equivalent groups with a post-test for the imaginative thinking scale. The sample consisted of 40 students, with 20 students in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The researcher constructed an imaginative thinking scale comprising a total of 40 items. To test the research hypothesis, the researcher used an independent samples t-test and arrived at the following results. The experimental group students who were taught using the Information Peg strategy outperformed the control group students who were taught using the traditional method on the imaginative thinking scale. The researcher concluded the study with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

(لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05), بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا باستراتيجية وتد المعلومات ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا بالطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس التفكير التخيلي). لقد اعتمد الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعتين المتكافئتين من ذوات الاختبار البعدي لمقياس التفكير التخيلي الذي يتكون من المجموعتين التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة ولقد بلغ عدد طلاب عينة البحث(40) طالب بواقع (20) طالب المجموعة التجريبية أما المجموعة الضابطة فقد بلغ عددهم (20) طالب , بعد ذلك قام الباحث ببناء مقياس التفكير التخيلي ويتكون مجموع فقرات المقياس الكلي (40) فقرة, ولتحقيق فرضية البحث قام الباحث باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين فتوصل إلى تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية اللذين درسوا باستراتيجية وتد المعلومات على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة اللذين درسوا بالطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس التفكير التخيلي، ولقد قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات , والمقترحات .

Abstract

The aim of this paper was to determine the effectiveness of teaching using the Instrumental Enrichment Strategy in modifying alternative conceptions of physical concepts and cognitive flexibility for fourth-year scientific students in physics. The researcher arbitrarily selected Ibn Al-Nafis Secondary School for Boys, affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah. The study sample consisted of 70 students, with (35) students in the experimental group, which was taught using the Instrumental Enrichment Strategy, and (35) students in the control group, which was taught using the traditional method. The researcher equalized the two groups in several variables (age in months, intelligence test, prior knowledge, cognitive flexibility scale). The researcher organized 26 lesson plans for both the experimental and control groups and offered them to experts in the subject and teaching approaches. The researcher also prepared two particular tools for the study: a test for modifying alternative conceptions of physical concepts, consisting of 30 items, and a cognitive flexibility scale, consisting of 20 items. Both tools were assessed for validity and reliability. The experiment was conducted in the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. Upon concluding the experiment, the data underwent statistical analysis, revealing a statistically significant advantage for the experimental group, which was instructed using the Instrumental Enrichment Strategy, in addressing alternative conceptions of physical concepts and enhancing cognitive flexibility. Based on the findings, the researcher offered several recommendations and proposed suggestions for future studies.

Abstract

The Rocky Horror Show is a classic musical that was initially produced in 1973, acknowledged for its interactive audience contribution and appealing songs. The show was written by Richard O\\'Brien, who also acted as the character Riff Raff in the original production. This article seeks to investigate the transformative and insurrectionary nature of the cult classic musical The Rocky Horror Show in light of Michel Foucault\\'s theories on power, sexuality, and identity. By taking advantage of Foucault\\'s critical framework, the present research is going to reveal the ways in which the production confronts social standards and concepts, predominantly in relation to gender, sexuality, and power relations. The examination of the characters, plot, and themes in the musical uncovers a multifaceted interaction of power, discourses of sexuality, and the creation of identities. Through a Foucauldian outlook, the study will thus show how The Rocky Horror Show works as a site of confrontation and consideration, and how it demands the audiences to question and redefine traditional understandings of power, sexuality, and identity. This analysis not only acts to excavate our understanding of the musical\\'s cultural implication but also stimulates a larger consideration of the intersections of power, sexuality, and identity in the present society.

To verify this, the researchers adopted a quasi-experimental design and selected a research sample consisting of third-year students from the First Grade Teacher Department, College of Basic Education, University of Sumer. Two sections were chosen to represent the research sample for applying the study procedures. The researchers ensured the equivalence of the two groups in variables such as intelligence and prior knowledge. Subsequently, the content of the subject was specified, and objectives for the material were formulated. The researchers prepared teaching plans for both groups, totaling 14 instructional plans. يرمي البحث الى التعرف على فاعلية استراتيجية مقترحة وفق نظرية الفضول المعرفي في تحصيل مادة المناهج والكتب المدرسية والتفكير الوقائي لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية. ومن اجل التحقق من هذا الهدف صاغ الباحثان الفرضيات الاتية:

2-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون وفق الاستراتيجية المقترحة ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون بالطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس تفكير الوقائي.
وللتحقق من ذلك اختار الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي، وحددا عينة للبحث، المرحلة الثالثة في قسم معلم الصفوف الأولى/ كلية التربية لأساسية/ جامعة سومر. وقام الباحثان باختيار شعبتين لتكون عينه لبحثهما. ولتطبيق إجراءات البحث حيث قاما بأجراء تكافؤ مجموعتي البحث في المتغيرات (الذكاء والمعلومات السابقة). بعد ها تم تحديد المادة العلمية، وصاغ الباحثان أهداف للمادة، وخطط تدريسية لمجموعتي البحث، عددها (14) خطة تدريسية وتم عرض نماذج منها على مجموعة من المتخصصين في طرائق التدريس وعلم النفس التربوي بلغ عددهم (10) مختصين.

Abstract

The study discussed the issue of conflict and divisions between the Fatah and Hamas movements since the end of the eighties of the twentieth century and their impact on the course of the Palestinian issue, especially the peace negotiations, and identifying the historical roots of the division and its determinants and the positions of the main Palestinian factions towards it, and the Arab reactions towards the Palestinian reconciliation between the Fatah and Hamas movements .The legislative elections in 2006 witnessed one of the most important stages that the Palestinian issue has gone through, as it is an important turning point in the history of Palestine, as Hamas entered the political arena and competed with the Palestine Liberation Organization to lead the State of Palestine. The rise of Hamas to the premiership and the decline of popular support for the peace process helped lead to the events in the Gaza Strip, which centered on Hamas’s control and the closing of all doors towards progress in the peace process. The research necessity required dividing the study into three sections: The first section dealt with (the Fatah and Hamas movements, their establishment and launch), while the second section dealt with (the Mecca Agreement in February 2007), while the third section dealt with (the positions of the Arab Levant countries towards the Mecca Agreement), in addition to a conclusion that included the most prominent results that the research reached.

ناقشت الدراسة مسالة الصراع والانقسامات بين حركتي فتح وحماس منذ نهاية الثمانينات من القرن العشرين واثرها على مجريات القضية الفلسطينية لاسيما مفاوضات السلام، والتعرف على الجذور التاريخية للانقسام ومحدداته ومواقف الفصائل الفلسطينية الرئيسية منها، وردود الافعال العربية تجاه المصالحة الفلسطينية بين حركتي فتح وحماس. شهدت انتخابات التشريعية في عام 2006 مرحلة من أهم المراحل التي مرت بها القضية الفلسطينية، إذ تعد نقطة تحول مهمة في تاريخ فلسطين، ففيه دخلت حركة حماس المعترك السياسي ومنافسة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية لقيادة دولة فلسطين. ان صعود حركـة حماس إلى رئاسة الوزراء وتراجع التأييد الشعبي لعملية السلام ساعد في الوصول إلـى مـا وصلت إليه الأحداث في قطاع غزة، والتي تمحورت عن سيطرة حركة حمـاس وإقفال جميع الأبـواب نحو التقدم في العملية السلمية. اقتضت الضرورة البحثية تقسيم الدراسة الى ثلاثة مباحث: تطرق المبحث الأول إلى (حركتي فتح وحماس التاسيس والانطلاق)، اما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول (اتفاق مكة في شباط 2007)، في حين تصدى المبحث الثالث الى (مواقف دول المشرق العربي تجاه اتفاق مكة)، فضلاً عن خاتمة ضمت ابرز النتائج التي توصل اليه البحث.

يراد من هذه البحث الوقوف على أَساليب فداء وتحرير أسرى المسلمين في الأندلس، فالحروب ظاهرة طبيعية لازمت الإنسان منذ بدء الخليقة، اقتضتها متطلبات الحياة واستدعتها الأحوال البشرية، كانت الحروب بين المسلمين والنصارى خلال هذا العصر السمة العامة للعلاقات السياسية وتركت اثاراً سلبية على الجانبين تمثل بالأسرى، حيث اتبع المسلمون سياسة الرسول(ﷺ( في العفو ومعاملته للأسرى، إذ اطلقوا سراح من وقع في ايديهم، ولم يسترقوا المقاتلة ممن حاربوا واغاروا على بلاد المسلمين، واختلفت طبيعة هذا الممارسة مع الأسرى المسلمين الذي شكلوا نشاطاً اقتصادياً للنصارى للكسب الى جانب الغنائم، وتحولت لتجارة مربحة ومتخصصين بالتعامل بها، مستغلين ظروف الأسير ابشع استغلال كرقيق يباع وأَعمال السخرة، في ظروف من جوع وإذلال ديني ونفسي وسجن وتقييد وتشتيت شمل الأَفراد، لاسيما الأَهالي الذين يسقطون بيدهم، دفع لابتكار وسائل عديدة لتحرير الأَسرى ابتداء من جمع الأَموال وانتهاءً بتحريرهم.

Abstract

The present study is concerned with the evaluative language, with the subjective presence of speakers as they adopt stances towards what they present and those with whom they communicate. It is concerned with how speakers approve and disapprove, abominate and enthuse, praise and criticize. Specifically, it deals with the appraisal system of attitude. It is an attempt to conduct a contrastive linguistic analysis of appraisal devices of attitude employed by Jill Biden, the former First Lady of America and Queen Rania Al – Abdullah, the Queen of Jordan in commencement speeches delivered by them during 2024. The analysis is done by adopting Martin and White’s (2005) appraisal framework. The analysis reveals a variation in the use of appraisal devices of attitude by both Queen Rania and Jill Biden where the attitudes of affect are dominant in Jill Biden speech and those of appreciation are dominant in Queen Rania speech. Both speakers swing between negativity and positivity according to their desired goals . Moreover, the appraisal analysis of attitude in the selected speeches shows how Jill Biden and Queen Rania adopt certain emotional stances toward their ideology or the ideology of others. Resources of attitude of affect, judgment and appreciation prove effective in promoting nationalism and patriotism.

Abstract

This research addresses the strategies for developing public transportation systems in the city of Amara in Iraq, and highlights the current challenges facing this sector in the city, such as poor infrastructure, traffic congestion, and lack of public transportation. Through SWOT analysis, strengths were identified, such as the city\'s distinguished geographical location, in addition to opportunities associated with urban expansion and technological development. On the other hand, weaknesses showed the need to improve infrastructure and increase the number of buses, while threats are embodied in increasing congestion and lack of sustainable funding. Strategies were proposed to improve the public transportation system, including improving infrastructure by creating dedicated bus lanes and providing a new fleet of modern buses. The focus was also on improving the quality of service by applying modern technological systems such as GPS bus tracking systems. Awareness campaigns were also recommended to promote the culture of using public transportation, and expanding the network to include remote areas. In conclusion, the research recommended allocating sustainable funding and achieving cooperation between the government and the local community to achieve sustainable transportation goals and improve the quality of life of the city\'s residents. It also pointed out the importance of future research in enhancing the sustainability of public transportation.

An Analysis of Expressive Speech Acts in Two of Hemingway\'s Short Stories

The ability to communicate is vital to human existence. Since communication is the primary purpose of language, people need a language to express their ideas and feelings. People can communicate by speaking, which enables them to share their ideas, information, and feelings. The goal and significance of that sound are just as important as the sound itself. Expressives are speech acts whose illocutionary goal is \"to express the psychological state specified in the sincerity condition about a state of affairs specified in the propositional content,\" according to Searle\'s 1976 refinement of this category in his breakthrough taxonomy of speech acts. This study examines expressive speech acts in two of Earnest Hemingway\'s short stories \'\'Hills Like White Elephants\'\' and \'\'A Clean, Well-Lighted Place\'\'. This research is qualitative and descriptive. Searle\'s (1976) theory of expressive speech acts will be applied to the analysis of these statements. By analyzing these two stories, the study shows how Hemingway\'s spare writing style employs speech to portray nuanced emotional states. The study determines how characters use expressive speech to convey desire, regret, and existential misery by examining significant interactions. The findings of the research demonstrate that in Heming\'s two short stories, \"Hill Like White Elephants\" and \"A Clean, Well-Lighted Place,\" not every type of expressive speech acts is used in the conversation of the characters. In \'\'Hill Like White Elephants\'\', Hemingway employs some expressive speech acts like apologizing, thanking, greeting, and attitude explicitly in some situations and implicitly in others. In addition, the speech acts of congratulating and wishing are not used in this story. Also, in \"A Clean, Well-Lighted Place,\", Hemingway does not use all the expressive speech acts. He utilized apologizing, thanking, wishing, and attitude. There are no obvious use for the expressive speech act of congratulating and greeting.

يلقي هذا البحث الضوء على المحاولات البريطانية للسيطرة على جزر حنيش إبان الحرب العالمية الأولى (1914-1918) ويبين الأسباب التي دفعت بريطانيا لتلك المحاولات والتي يقف في مقدمتها الأهمية الإستراتيجية والاقتصادية لجزر حنيش، والتي جعلتها تحتل مكانة كبيرة في خارطة المنافسة الدولية في البحر الأحمر، والتي تعتبر الإشكالية التي دفعت إلى البحث في هذا الموضوع. عتمد البحث على المنهج التاريخي التسلسلي في صياغة الأحداث التاريخية والربط بينها وفق ما تقتضيه المنهجية العلمية. ولذلك تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. تضمن المبحث الأول توسع النفوذ البريطاني في البحر الأحمر قبل الحرب العالمية الأولى، وناقش المبحث الثاني التنافس الدولي على الجزر اليمينة، وتطرق المبحث الثالث إلى الخطوات الفعلية للإدارة البريطانية في تحريك أسطولها للسيطرة على جزر حنيش.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree to which teaching staff at the University of Shatrah practice applications of artificial intelligence. The descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study was applied to a sample consisting of (154) faculty members from various colleges of the University of Shatrah. They were chosen randomly. To achieve what the study aims to achieve, they were Using a scale for artificial intelligence applications. The scale consists of (30) items, \"Its validity and reliability were confirmed\", and the scale was applied. The study concluded that the total score for the areas of the artificial intelligence questionnaire as a whole achieved a score of (high), and that the general arithmetic mean for all fields reached (3.40), and that there was no statistically significant difference between the arithmetic means of the sample with a score. Teachers’ awareness of artificial intelligence by gender (male - female). As the results showed, there are no statistically significant differences in the specialization variable (scientific - humanities), According to the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations to develop teachers’ capabilities in using artificial intelligence applications, including the necessity of educating all teaching staff with knowledge of artificial intelligence applications and their importance in the educational process, and holding workshops and intensive training courses to teach professors how to use artificial intelligence applications.

هدفت الدِراسة الى التعرف على درجة ممارسة الهيئات التدريسية في جامعة الشطرة لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتم استعمال المَنهج الوَصفي، وتم تطبيق الدِراسة على عينة تكونت من (154) تدريسيا وتدريسيه ومن مختلف كليات جامعه الشطرة العلمية والانسانية اختيروا بصورة عشوائية، ولتحقيق ما ترمي اليه الدِراسة تم استعمال مقياس لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تكون المقياس من (30) فقرة، اذ تم التأكد من صدقه وثباته وطبق المقياس وقد توصلت الدِراسة الى ان الدرجة الكلية لمجالات استبانة الذًكاء الاصطناعِي ككل حققت درجه (عالية) ، وان المُتوسِط الحِسابي العام لجميع المجالات بلغ(3.40)، وعدم وجود اي فرق ذات دلاله إحصَائِية بين الاوساط الحسابية للعينه ب درجه وعي التَدرِيسيَّن في تطبيقات الذًكاء الاصطناعِي للجنس(ذكر - انثى)، كما اظهرت النتائج لا توجد هناك فروق ذو دلاله إحْصَائِية في مُتغِير التخصص(علمي - انساني) ، وعلى وفق النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات لتطوير قدرات التدريسين في استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنها ضرورة تثقيف جميع الهيئات التدريسية بمعرفة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي واهميتها في العملية التعليمية، واقامة ورش ودورات تدريبية مكثفة لتعليم الاساتذة لكيفية استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

Abstract

This research examined the role of tourism in promoting regional development in Iraq, focusing on major tourist sites such as Babylon, the Ziggurat of Ur, the southern marshes, and prominent religious sites in Karbala and Najaf. Data were collected from various sources, as detailed in Chapter Three, including official reports, geographical maps, field analyses, and the use of geographic information systems (GIS) to illustrate the spatial relationships between sites and infrastructure. The results showed that Iraq has great tourism potential represented by a mix of historical, religious, and natural sites, but weak infrastructure, lack of global tourism marketing, and security challenges are major obstacles to the development of the sector. The research also revealed significant geographical gaps in the distribution of tourism services, especially in the southern and remote areas. Accordingly, the research provided practical recommendations that included improving infrastructure by establishing new road networks and linking tourist sites to airports and railways, enhancing security at tourist sites, and developing marketing strategies targeting global markets. In addition, the importance of sustainable tourism was highlighted as a vital element in preserving the environment and achieving a balance between economic and social development. The research seeks to provide a comprehensive roadmap for developing tourism in Iraq in a way that contributes to enhancing economic growth and achieving sustainable development at the local and regional levels.

Abstract

Air is one of the most important components of the biosphere that makes up the human ecosystem، and any defect in the chemical composition leads to pollution that causes great harm to living organisms. Hence، our research aims to study the extent of air pollution in Kirkuk city، and to determine the causes of this pollution، and its effects on humans. This was done by analyzing the concentration of some heavy elements in the air، in addition to the concentration of some toxic gases that are present in the air as a result of pollution due to human activities. The study showed that the concentration of heavy elements in the study area increased above the globally permissible limit، especially cadmium، copper، and chromium. The concentration of carbon monoxide gases Co، carbon dioxide Co2، nitrogen dioxide No2، and sulfur dioxide SO2 also increased above the globally permissible limit، with seasonal changes in the concentrations of these gases resulting from the influence of climatic conditions represented by temperature، rain، and the most important of which is wind speed and direction.The high levels of air pollution have been reflected on humans through the high levels of respiratory diseases and allergic diseases.

يعد الهواء من اهم مكونات الغلاف الحيوي المكون للنظام البيئي للإنسان، وأي خلل في التركيب الكيميائي يؤدي إلى حدوث تلوث يلحق أضرار كبيرة بالكائنات الحية، ومن هنا يهدف بحثنا إلى دراسة مدى تلوث الهواء في مدينة كركوك، وتحديد أسباب هذا التلوث، وتأثيراته على الإنسان، وتم لك من خلال تحليل تركيز بع العناصر الثقيلة في الهواء، بالإضافة إلى تركيز بعض الغازات السامة التي تتواجد في الهواء نتيجة التلوث بفعل الأنشطة البشرية. بينت الدراسة ارتفاع تركيز العناصر الثقيلة في منطقة الدراسة عن الحد المسموح به عالمياً وبشكل خاص عنصر الكادميوم، النحاس، والكروم، وكذلك ارتفع تركيز غازات أحادي أكسيد الكربون Co، وثنائي أكسيد الكربون Co2، ثنائي أكسيد النتروجين No2، ثنائي أكسيد الكبريت SO2 عن الحد المسموح به عالمياً، ومع وجود تغيرات فصلية في تراكيز هذه الغازات ناتجة عن تأثير الظروف المناخية المتمثلة بالحرارة، والأمطار، وأهمها سرعة الرياح واتجاهها. وانعكس ارتفاع مستويات التلوث في الهواء على الإنسان من خلال ارتفاع مستويات الأمراض بالجهاز التنفسي، وأمراض التحسس.

The differences in religious Orientations among graduate students according to some variables

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the prevailing religious orientations among graduate students and the significance of the differences in those orientations according to the variables of gender, academic specialization, and academic level. To achieve this, the researcher prepared a scale with three religious orientations: the Intrinsic religious orientation, the Extrinsic religious orientation according to the Allport perspective , and the Quest religious orientation according to the Batson perspective. The scale was applied after completing the statistical analysis processes and meeting the conditions of validity and reliability on (161) graduate students at Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year 2023/2024. They were randomly selected from both sexes and from the humanities and scientific specializations and from the levels of higher diploma, master\'s and doctorate. The results showed that the Intrinsic religious orientation came in first place among the sample members, followed by the Quest orientation and then the Extrinsic orientation. The differences were not significant in the three orientations among the sample members according to the gender variable, while the difference was statistically significant in the Intrinsic religious orientation according to the variable of academic level and in favor of doctoral students compared to higher diploma students. The difference was statistically significant in The Quest orientation in favor of students of humanities specializations compared to scientific specializations. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تعرف التوجهات الدينية السائدة لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا ودلالة الفروق في تلك التوجهات وفق متغيرات الجنس , التخصص الدراسي , والمستوى الدراسي , ولتحقيق ذلك اعد الباحث مقياسا بثلاثة توجهات دينية هي التوجه الديني الجوهري والتوجه الديني الظاهري وفق منظور البورت , والتوجه الديني المتسائل وفق منظور باتسون , وطبق المقياس بعد استكمال عمليات التحليل الاحصائي وتوفره على شروط الصدق والثبات على (161) طالب دراسات عليا في جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي 2023/ 2024 اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية من الجنسين ومن التخصصات الإنسانية والعلمية ومن مستويات الدبلوم العالي والماجستير والدكتوراه , واظهرت النتائج ان التوجه الديني الجوهري جاء في المرتبة الأولى بين افراد العينة يليه التوجه المتسائل ثم التوجه الظاهري , وكانت الفروق غير دالة في التوجهات الثلاثة لدى افراد العينة وفق متغير الجنس , فيما كان الفرق دال احصائيا في التوجه الديني الجوهري وفق متغير المستوى الدراسي ولصالح طلبة الدكتوراه مقارنة بطلبة الدبلوم العالي , وكان الفرق دال احصائيا في التوجه المتسائل لصالح طلبة التخصصات الإنسانية مقارنة بالتخصصات العلمية . واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات .

Abstract

The study aimed to find out the effect of teaching using TRIZ theory and its impact on physics achievement and critical thinking among fourth-grade scientific students.The researcher chose the experimental design with partial control, and in order to verify the research objectives, the research sample was selected from the fourth-grade scientific students at Salah al-Din Secondary School for Boys affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Al-Rusafa I for the academic year 2023-2024. The number of members of the group was (50) students, distributed into two sections, one of which represents the experimental group studied according to the TRIZ theory, and the other group represents the control group studied according to the usual method, where the equivalence process was carried out between the two research groups in the variables (chronological age in months, intelligence, previous achievement and the measure of critical thinking). The researcher prepared an achievement test after verifying its validity and reliability and applied it to the two research groups. He adopted a scale for critical thinking and presented it to a group of experts to verify its validity and reliability. By using the T-test to determine the results, the researcher concluded that teaching with the TRIZ theory has an effective impact on achievement and critical thinking for the experimental group compared to the control group.

هدف البحث التعرف على (التدريس باستخدام نظرية TRIZ واثره في تحصيل الفيزياء والتفكير الحاذق لدى طلاب الصف الرابع العلمي) اختار الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي ، ولغرض التحقق من اهداف البحث ، تم اختيار عينة البحث من طلاب الصف الرابع العلمي في اعدادية صلاح الدين للبنين التابعة للمديرية العام لتربية بغداد / الرصافة الاولى للعام الدراسي (2023-2024) ، بلغ عدد افراد المجموعة (50) طالباً ، توزعت الى شعبتين احدهما تمثل المجموعة التجريبية دُرس على وفق نظرية TRIZ والمجموعة الاخرى تمثل المجموعة الضابطة دُرست على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية ، حيث اجريت عملية التكافؤ بين مجموعتي البحث في متغيرات (العمر الزمني بالاشهر ، الذكاء ، التحصيل السابق ومقياس التفكير الحاذق) ، اعد الباحث اختباراً تحصيلياً بعد أن تأكد من صدقه وثباته وطبقه على مجموعتي البحث وتبنى مقياساً للتفكير الحاذق وعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء للتأكد من صدق وثباته ، وباستعمال الاختبار التائي (T-test) لمعرفة النتائج ، توصل الباحث الى أن التدريس بنظرية TRIZ له اثر فعال بالتحصيل والتفكير الحاذق بالنسبة للمجموعة التجريبية مقارنة مع المجموعة الضابطة.

Abstract

Reception Theory is one of the most important theories that emerged after modernity. It appeared in 1960 in Germany, specifically in the (Constance) School. Its goal is to restore interest in the recipient after previous approaches such as contextualism deprived him of his supposed right to be a partner in the creative process. These approaches were interested in studying texts through an external context, such as social, historical, or psychological, or the systematic or textual approaches that are interested in studying the text from within through the internal linguistic system. Reception theory challenged traditional critical traditions, and focused on the reader and made him an active center in the creative process. Hans Jauss and his theorizing about the (horizon of expectations) represented one of the poles of this theory, while Wolfgang Iser and his theorizing about the (gap) represented the second pole, where the recipient opens a new horizon in the interpretation and production of literary texts. Reception theory came to complete the role started by structuralism, which worked to deprive the text of aesthetics. Structuralism could no longer tolerate the deficiency and deprivation in the literary text and the killing of important pillars in the creative work, the first of which is the author according to Barthes. It was necessary to return to the recipient and his relationship with the text, and that the latter is a message from a sender to a receiver and has a positive, creative and shaping role for the aesthetic text. The task of the research is to identify the horizon of expectations and the aesthetic distance that the author deliberately plants in his literary text, and how to fill the gaps? And who is the implied reader?

نظرية التلقي واحدة من اهم النظريات التي ظهرت ما بعد الحداثة، ظهرت لأول مرة عام 1960 في ألمانيا وتحديدا في مدرسة (كونستانس) هدفها إعادة الاهتمام بالمتلقي بعد أن حرمته المناهج السياقية من حقه المفترض أن يصبح شريكا في العملية الابداعية، تلك المناهج التي اهتمت بدراسة النصوص من خلال سياق خارجي كأن يكون اجتماعي أو تاريخي أو نفسي، أو المناهج النسقية أو النصية التي تهتم بدراسة النص من الداخل من خلال النسق اللغوي الداخلي. لقد تحدت نظرية التلقي التقاليد النقدية التقليدية، وركزت على القارئ وجعلته مركزا فاعلا في عملية الابداع، ومثل هانز ياوس وتنظيره عن (افق التوقع) أحد أقطاب هذه النظرية، وفي الطرف الآخر مثل فولفغانغ إيزر وتنظيره عن (الفجوة) القطب الثاني، حيث يفتح المتلقي آفاقا جديدة في التأويل والانتاج للنصوص الأدبية، فجاءت نظرية التلقي لتكمل الدور الذي بدأته البنيوية التي عملت على حرمان النص من الجمالية، فلم تعد البنيوية تحتمل النقص والحرمان الحاصل في النص الأدبي وقتل أركان مهمة في العمل الابداعي وأولهم المؤلف بحسب بارت، فكان ولا بد من عودة المتلقي وعلاقته بالنص، وإن الأخير رسالة من مرْسل إلى مستقبل وله دورا ايجابيا مبدعا ومشكلا للنص الجمالي، مهمة البحث التعرف على افق التوقعات والمسافة الجمالية التي يزرعونها عمدا في النص الادبي، وكيفية ملء الفجوات؟ ومن هو القارئ الضمني؟ .

Abstract

The study examines the concept of trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) as a deterioration endeavor Iraqi people experienced during and aftermath War in Ahmed Saadawi’s (1973- ) novel Frankenstein in Baghdad through psychoanalytic analysis. This study illustrates that the protagonists, Elishva and Hadi, have experienced permanent repercussions from the atrocities of war, estrangement and loneness they experienced in Iraq. Furthermore, it emphasizes the capacity of a nurturing social circle to mitigate their distress. It tries to understand Saadawi\'s insightful treatment of trauma and (PTSD), through the innovative theory of Relationality by Stephen A. Mitchell. The lack of safe connections impedes the body\'s natural healing process and increases the strain on already fragile mental faculties. The new reading attempts to approve that Relationality is a psychoanalytic therapy sufficient enough to provide opportunities for recovering from emotional disturbances, enabling them to develop healthy mental frameworks to replace traumatic ones.

تناول البحث الحالي دراسة المؤسسة الصحية بكونها واحدة من اهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية التي تقوم بتقديم مختلف الخدمات الطبية للأفراد في المجتمع وهي تتألف من مجموعة من الاشخاص الذي يقومون بممارسة الادوارالتي تقع على عاتقهم والمهن التي يمارسونها ولها دور كبير في الوقاية من الامراض الوبائية ، ومن هذه المنطلق فقد تحددت مشكلة البحث بمعرفة دور المؤسسات الصحية في الوقاية من الامراض الوبائية ، و انواع الامراض الوبائية وطرق الوقاية منها ، فيما يتعلق باهداف البحث فتمثلت في التعرف على مفهوم الامراض الوبائية ، اسباب انتشار الأمراض الوبائية ، التعرف على انواع الامراض الوبائية وخطورتها . وقد تمثلت اهمية البحث في معرفة اهمية المؤسسة الصحية ودورها في الوقاية من الامراض الوبائية . ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية واستخدام اداة استمارة الاستبيان وطبق البحث على عينة من المرضى والاطباء والممرضين البالغ عددهم 90 مفردة في مستشفى الديوانية , وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتي من اهمها :1-اغلب افراد عينة البحث كانوا من الذكور واغلب المصابين بالفشل الكلوي كانوا من المتزوجين 2-اكدت نتائج البحث ان الشخص حامل الفايروس هو الشخص المسؤول عن نقل الأمراض الى الاخرين أي هو الشخص المعدي , كما اكدت نتائج البحث ان اللعاب هو السائل الذي يحتوي على الفايروس 3-ان ارتفاع درجات الحرارة هي من اهم الاعراض التي تظهر على الأفراد المصابين بالمرض الوبائي 4-يتم الكشف عن الأمراض الوبائية من خلال التحاليل الطبية 5- ان فايروس كورونا هو من اكثر الأمراض الوبائية انتشاراً

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify "the effectiveness of a proposed strategy according to grammatical investigative activities in the achievement of first-year middle school students in the Arabic language and enhancing fragmented thinking skills. To achieve the objectives of the research, the two null hypotheses were formulated. The experimental design was adopted for two equivalent groups. The researcher chose (first-year middle school) intentionally, and equivalence was conducted for the two groups in the variables: (chronological age in months, intelligence test, previous information test). The researcher prepared two tools. The first was to prepare an achievement test consisting of (32) paragraphs, while the second tool was a fragmented thinking skills test consisting of (20) paragraphs. Validity and reliability were calculated, and the results showed the superiority of students in the experimental group who study according to the investigative activities strategy over students in the control group who study according to the usual method in the achievement test and fragmented thinking skills test. In light of this, the The researcher made a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions that were mentioned in the fourth chapter.

هدف البحث التعرف إلى فاعلية استراتيجية مقترحة على وفق أنشطة استقصائية نحوية في تحصيل طلبة الصف الأول متوسط لمادة اللغة العربية وتعزيز مهارات التفكير المجزوء ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم صياغة الفرضيتين الصفريتين، اعُتمد التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين متكافئتين، اختار الباحث (الصف الأول متوسط) بصورة قصدية، وتم اجراء التكافؤ للمجموعتين في متغيرات: (العمر الزمني بالأشهر، اختبار للذكاء، اختبار المعلومات السابقة)، واعد الباحث أداتين فتمثلت الاولى في إعداد اختبار التحصيل المكون من(32) فقرة اما الأداة الثانية اختبار مهارات التفكير المجزوء المكون من (20) فقرة، وتم حساب الصدق والثبات، وأظهرت النتائج تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية اللذين يدرسون على وفق الاستراتيجية الأنشطة الاستقصائية على طلاب المجموعة الضابطة اللذين يدرسون على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل واختبار مهارات التفكير المجزوء، وفي ضوء ذلك خرج الباحث بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات التي تم ذكرها بالفصل الرابع.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify (the effect of the mind maps strategy on the achievement of Arabic grammar among fourth grade students at the Institute of Fine Arts for Boys). To achieve the research objective, the researcher set the null hypothesis (there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average achievement scores of the experimental group students who study Arabic grammar with (the mind maps strategy) and the average achievement scores of the control group students who study Arabic grammar in the traditional way). The researcher adopted the experimental approach and chose the experimental design for two experimental and control groups and a post-achievement test from the Institute of Fine Arts for Boys in Najaf Governorate. Using the random drawing method, he chose Section (A) to represent the experimental group that studied Arabic grammar using the mind maps strategy, and Section (B) to represent the control group that studied Arabic grammar using the traditional method. The research sample amounted to (50) students, with (25) students in the experimental group and (25) students in the control group. The researcher identified the study topics that would be studied during the experiment period, and formulated behavioral objectives for these topics. He prepared teaching plans for the topics to be taught during the experiment period. The researcher trained a teaching colleague to apply the experiment to the two research groups throughout the experiment period, which lasted (8) weeks. He prepared a post-achievement test in Arabic grammar consisting of (30) paragraphs. The researcher verified its validity, reliability, the level of difficulty of its paragraphs, the effectiveness of its incorrect alternatives, and the strength of its paragraph discrimination. After the end of the experiment period which lasted (8) weeks, the researcher applied the achievement test to the students of the experimental and control research groups, and after analyzing the results of the students\' answers and processing them statistically using the t-test for two independent samples (t-test) to know the significance of the difference at the level (0.05) between the two research groups, the following became clear: There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the two research groups, in favor of the students of the experimental group who studied the Arabic grammar subject using (the thinking maps strategy). In light of the results reached by this research, the researcher concluded a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

يهدف البحث الحالي تعرّف (اثر استراتيجية خرائط التفكير في تحصيل قواعد اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف الرابع في معهد الفنون الجميلة للبنين ). ولتحقيق هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضية الصفرية (لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) بين متوسط درجات تحصيل طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بـ(إستراتيجية خرائط التفكير ) ومتوسط درجات تحصيل طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون قواعد اللغة العربية بالطريقة الاعتيادية ). اعتمد الباحث المنهج التجريبي واختار التصميم التجريبي لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة واختبار تحصيلي بعدي .من معهد الفنون الجميلة للبنين في محافظة النجف الاشرف وبطريقة السحب العشوائي اختار شعبة (أ) لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية التي دَرست مادة قواعد اللغة العربية باعتماد استراتيجية خرائط التفكير، وشعبة (ب) تمثل المجموعة الضابطة التي دَرست قواعد اللغة العربية باعتماد الطريقة الاعتيادية ، وقد بلغت عينة البحث (50) طالباً بواقع (25) طالباً في المجموعة التجريبية و (25) طالباً في المجموعة الضابطة .حدد الباحث الموضوعات الدراسية التي ستدرس أثناء مدة التجربة، وصاغ أهدافاً سلوكيّةً لهذه الموضوعات . وأعدّ خططاً تدريسيّةً للموضوعات المقرر تدريسها أثناء مدة التجربة، وقد درب الباحث زميلة للتدريس للتطبيق التجربة لمجموعتي البحث طيلة مدة التجربة التي استمرت (8) اسابيع . وأعدّ اختباراً تحصيلياً بعدياً في قواعد اللغة العربية مكون من (30) فقرة ، تثبَّتَ الباحث من صدقه وثباته ومستوى صعوبة فقراته وفاعلية بدائله غير الصحيحة وقوة تمييز فقراته . وبعد انتهاء مدة التجربة التي استمرت (8) أسابيع، طُبقَ الباحث الاختبار التحصيلي على طلاب مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة, وبعد تحليل نتائج إجابات الطلاب ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين (t-test) لمعرفة دلالة الفرق عند مستوى (0.05) بين مجموعتي البحث اتضح ما يأتي: وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات لطلاب مجموعتي البحث, ولمصلحة طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا مادة قواعد اللغة العربية بـاستعمال (إستراتيجية خرائط التفكير) . وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث استنتج الباحث عدداً من الاستنتاجات و التوصيات والمقترحات .

Abstract

The aim of the research is to Identify the level of psychological burnout among obese adolescent girls. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was adopted. The sample included 50 obese adolescent girls who were selected from middle school students in government middle schools affiliated with AlQadisiyah Education Directorate. 22-paragraph burnout scale was used. The research results showed a high level of psychological burnout among obese adolescent girls. The results showed no differences between adolescent girls in the level of psychological burnout. The research recommended the need for psychological and social support for adolescent girls and the development of programs to reduce psychological stress among adolescent girls.

Abstract

The Battle of Tabuk, or the Battle of Al-Asrah, is the battle that the Messenger (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) embarked on in the month of Rajab in the ninth year of the Hijra after his return from the siege of Taif. This battle is considered the last of the battles that the Messenger (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) fought, and it was the result of the Romans’ mobilization to fight. The Muslims were considered a major force threatening the entity of the Byzantine state, so the Roman armies came out in numbers and equipment that exceeded the number of Muslims. So the Messenger went out to them during a critical period, due to the lack of supplies, the difficulties of the road, and the intense heat, and in a situation in which the Muslims were waiting to harvest the fruits of their orchards and go to rest, but they responded to the call of the Messenger and proved their obedience and steadfastness, except for a few. A few people of hypocrisy and laxity, This battle ended without a clash or a fight because the Roman army had dispersed and retreated for fear of confrontation. Which caused changes in terms of military power and dominance in the region, and led to the Roman allies abandoning their inclusion under the Roman mantle, and allying themselves with the Muslims as the first power in the region. Therefore, the purpose of this invasion was achieved despite the fact that the battle did not take place with the Romans, who withdrew north, so the Muslims achieved a victory without shedding a drop of blood, after the Roman army vacated their positions for the Islamic state, and the submission of Christianity, which owed allegiance to the Roman state, such as the Emirate of Dumat al-Jandal, and the Emirate of Eila, and the Messenger wrote a book between him and them explaining their rights and duties towards the Islamic State. The Qur’an has exposed those who remained behind in that raid with many verses from Surat al-Tawbah. Historians believe that the Battle of Tabuk is the most frequently mentioned raid in the noble Qur’anic verses, due to the many details mentioned that accompanied it, the condition of the Muslims, and the differences in their positions on it.

غَزْوَةُ تَبُوك أو غزوة العسرة هي الغزوة التي خرج لها الرسول (صلى الله عليه وآله) في شهر رجب في السنة التاسعة للهجرة بعد عودته من حصار الطائف، وتُعد هذه الغزة آخر الغزوات التي خاضها الرسول (صلى الله عليه وآله)، وكانت نتيجة لتحشد الروم لقتال المسلمين باعتبارهم قوة كبيرة تهدد كيان الدولة البيزنطية، فخرجت جيوش الروم بعددها وعدتها التي تفوق عدد المسلمين، فخرج لهم الرسول في فترة حرجة، من قلة المؤونة وصعوبات الطريق وشدة الحر، وفي ظرف كان المسلمون ينتظرون فيه قطف ثمار بساتينهم، والخلود الى الراحة، لكنهم استجابوا لنداء الرسول واثبتوا طاعتهم وثباتهم إلا قلة قليلة من أهل النفاق والتراخي، وقد انتهت هذه المعركة بلا صدام أو قتال لأن جيش الروم كان قد تشتت وتراجع أدراجه خوفًا من المواجهة؛ مما أحدث متغيرات على صعيد القوة العسكرية والهيمنة في المنطقة، وأدى الى تخلي حلفاء الروم عن انضوائهم تحت عباءة الروم، ومحالفة المسلمين كقوة أولى في المنطقة. لذلك، تم تحقيق الغرض من هذه الغزوة على الرغم من عدم وقوع المعركة مع الروم الذين انسحبوا شمالًا فحقق المسلمين انتصارًا دون إراقة قطرة دم، بعد ان أخلى جيش الروم مواقعهم للدولة الإسلامية، وخضوع النصرانية التي كانت تدين بالولاء لدولة الروم مثل إمارة دومة الجندل، وإمارة إيلة ، وكتب الرسول بينه وبينهم كتابًا يبين حقوقهم وواجباتهم تجاه الدولة الاسلامية، وقد فضح القرآن الذين تخلفوا عن تلك الغزوة بآيات كثيرة من سورة التوبة، والتي يرى المؤرخون ان غزوة تبوك هي أكثر الغزوات ذكرا في الآيات القرآنية الشريفة، نظرا لكثرة ما ذكر من التفاصيل التي رافقتها، وحال المسلمين وتباين مواقفهم منها.

The first thought from which the myth arose was important in the study of human thought because it - the myth - was one of the first attempts in the history of human thought to develop philosophical concepts aimed at developing solutions to the secrets of nature and its phenomena. When he wondered about the cosmic manifestations that bring goodness, such as crops and the sun, and the cosmic manifestations that bring him anxiety Like lightning and thunder, all of these phenomena are linked to distant, unseen forces that control and control them. Myth is a means for man to try to add an intellectual character to his experiences. Therefore, myth can be considered a manifestation of internal motives in an objective form.

Abstract

وفقاً لثقافة وعقائد وواقع المجتمع تشكلت الاساطير، فلكل مجتمعٍ اساطيره الخاصة به، فالفكر الاول الذي نشأت منه الاسطورة كان ذا أهميةٍ في دراسة الفكر الانساني لانها-الاسطورة- من أولى المحاولات في تاريخ الفكر البشري لوضعِ مفاهيمَ فلسفيةٍ تهدف الى وضع حلولٍ لاسرار الطبيعة وظواهرها، فالانسان عندما تساءل عن المظاهر الكونية التي تجلب الخير مثل الزرع والشمس والمظاهر الكونية التي تجلب له القلق مثل البرق والرعد ربط كل هذه الظواهر بقوىً غيبيةٍ بعيدةٍ تسيطر عليها وتتحكم فيها، فالاسطورة وسيلةٌ لمحاولة الانسان في ان يضيف على تجاربه طابعاً فكرياً، لهذا يمكن ان تعتبر الاسطورة اخراجاً لدوافعَ داخليةٍ في شكلٍ موضوعيٍّ.
