The research aims to :
Identifying the difficulties that teachers face when formulating and preparing electronic questions and using them in electronic tests from a teaching point of view in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mosul.
The descriptive approach was used in the survey method, as the research community included the teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul for the academic year (2022-2023), and their number was (129), while the research sample included (78) teachers, representing a percentage of (60 %) of the research community, The research tool included preparing a questionnaire (formulation and preparation of electronic questions) and statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, default mean), and the statistical bag program (Spss) was used to process the data statistically .
The researcher reached the following conclusions :
-There are difficulties in formulating and preparing electronic questions when using electronic tests for teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul .
-The existence of difficulties among students when answering electronic questions through their participation in electronic tests .
-The existence of difficulties in the nature and volume of paper curricula through the formulation and preparation of electronic questions.
-The existence of difficulties in the technical and administrative support of the university administration when initiating the implementation of the formulation and preparation of electronic questions and their use in electronic tests among faculty members at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Mosul .

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is one of the most prevalent knee joint injuries worldwide, totaling about 250,000 cases annually. Therefore, the typical approach to ACL rehabilitation has shifted from complete immobilization after surgery to early restoration of strength and range of motion and increased Muscle activation. The research aims to prepare rehabilitative exercises, especially in the acute phase, for the players of the Al-Kut Sports Club in football, who have a cut in the anterior cruciate ligament after surgery, and to identify the extent of the effect of these prepared rehabilitative exercises (in increasing muscle strength, increasing the range of motion, and reducing the degree of pain). The researcher used the method The experimental group using one experimental group with pre and post measurement due to its suitability to the nature of the study, and the research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the players who underwent surgery to restore the anterior cruciate ligament, and their number was (8) players who were reviewing the specialized center for physical therapy and physical rehabilitation in the season (2021-2022).
The most important conclusions of the study were that rehabilitative exercises contributed to the improvement and development of (muscle strength, motor range, and pain reduction). The researchers recommended taking advantage of some rehabilitative exercises that they prepared when rehabilitating players with injuries other than knee joint injuries, and they also recommended conducting similar studies on games, samples, and other levels.

Technological development has had a significant impact in achieving many goals and in various fields, especially in the field of university and school education, and it has had an abundant share. Education using the mobile phone is an aid tool for students to acquire diverse information and knowledge, and university students are the most used segments of society compared to others in their daily lives and university studies. . Hence, the importance of the study emerged to research about the pros and cons of educational scientific management using the mobile phone for students. The research community included (1166) male and female students, and the total sample of the study was (142) male and female students were chosen randomly with a percentage of (12.18%) of the total research community. After collecting data from the study sample, special forms were entered and prepared for statistical work. Several results, the most important of which are: building a scale for the pros and cons of managing the educational process using the mobile phone, which consists of (34) items, and there are no significant differences for applying the scale to the research sample due to the variable (gender and school stages), and the most prominent of what the researcher recommended is to strengthen the role of using the scale. The mobile phone in the educational and teaching process, and urging students to benefit from the positive aspects of it in the field of education.

The aim of the research is to know the reality of the creative leadership of the deans of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences from the viewpoint of the faculty members. The current research community was identified by the two researchers with faculty members in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities (Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya) and the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in (Al-Jadiriyah - Al-Mustansiriya - Al-Waziriyah), where the research community reached (314) faculty members, where The researchers took the research community in a deliberate way and by (100%) of the continuing faculty members during the official working hours and for the academic year (2021-2022). The research problem, which emerged through the researcher being a player for this event, and through the researcher’s follow-up to many football leagues for the futsal, the researcher noticed that some coaches still train players in the traditional and recognized ways, which are devoid of the use of devices and auxiliary tools (such as rubber ropes or weighting). The importance of the research included the effect of exercises using an
electronic device intended to develop the accuracy of shooting stability for
basketball players for ages under 14 years. In particular, what is directly reflected
in the level of performance of this skill, knowing that the techniques contribute to
assisting the training staff in diagnosing immediate technical errors for the player
who performs the correction process to reduce technical errors. Therefore, the
researcher sought to find more possible means to determine the player’s ability to
shoot and thus work on evaluating the shooting process from stability. Shooting

Psychological security is considered a mental health issue, and it is usually expressed as personal security, as it is one of the primary needs of the highest order in human life. The researchers stated that the individual’s enjoyment of psychological security indicates his enjoyment of sound mental health, given that the safe person is characterized by psychological tranquility and interaction with the community with which he works with love, peace, security and safety, which makes him more giving and service to that community.The aim of the research is to identify the levels of psychological security among students of the first stage, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Diyala, and to identify the relationship between psychological security and the activities of the scouting movement among the members of the research sample.The descriptive approach was used in the survey method for its relevance to the objectives of the research, as well as the aspect of the correlation, and in light of the objectives of the research, the research sample was deliberately selected for students of the first stage, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Diyala, who numbered (297) students, divided into (6) people, who represented a community Search by (100%).Through the results that appeared, the researchers concluded that the psychological security scale is a tool for detecting the levels of psychological security among the members of the research sample. His participation in the scouting activities was good.Through the results that appeared, the researcher recommends the adoption of the psychological security scale in measuring the levels of psychological security at other universities, and the need to increase the interest of students in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the activities of the scouting movement and to identify the difficulties and problems they face and find appropriate solutions to them.

The study aims to :
- Building a high management inclusion scale for directors of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
- Evaluation of the high level of management containment, and the organizational prowess of managers of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul by finding the standard levels of the questionnaire.
- To identify the percentage of the contribution of high management containment to the organizational prowess of youth and sports managers in the city of Mosul.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in his survey and correlation style. As for the research sample, it was represented by the workers in the forums of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the city of Mosul, who numbered (150) workers, distributed in (8) forums distributed on both sides of the city of Mosul (3) forums on the right side, and (3) forums on the right side, and ( 5) Forums on the left side, and a high containment scale was prepared for management, and the organizational prowess scale was adopted as a means of data collection, and the data was processed statistically using the statistical bag (Spss IBM), and the researcher reached the following conclusions:

The researcher identified the research community, which was represented by the referees of the first degree in the Iraqi Handball Federation for the season 2021-2022, numbering (32). The aim of the research is to know the reality of the administrative work environment for workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from their point of view. Iraqi youth and sports. The current research community was identified from all workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, where the number of workers for the ten directorates was (345) and distributed over (10) directorates, where (80%) was taken from the community, and the research sample reached (276). The most important conclusions are that physical education teachers have a significant career recovery. Physical education teachers have happiness in the practice of work. There is a positive relationship between career recovery and a feeling of happiness among physical education teachers. The most important recommendations are to pay attention to the feeling of happiness among physical education teachers and to work on entertaining physical education teachers from time to time so that they have a feeling of happiness.

In football, the level of its spread is not even subject to the level of comparison in terms of spread and popularity, so the researcher noticed that the leadership styles and the leadership role played by the sports coach in specialized schools to nurture talent in Diyala Governorate varies according to the level of effectiveness and popularity. The prevailing management among coaches of some team games represented by volleyball, basketball and handball, which may contribute to understanding the coaches’ leadership styles and patterns and their understanding of the specificity of their role as sports leaders.The aim of the search is to:
1. Identifying the types of administrative leadership styles prevalent among coaches of specialized schools to nurture talent in Diyala Governorate in volleyball, basketball and handball.
2. Identifying the differences in leadership styles among trainers.
The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method, and therefore for its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The researcher recommends to prepare the trainers in a correct leadership manner through the scientific reality of the training process through their participation in training courses for the purpose of acquiring modern knowledge in training, and the need for trainers to pay attention to the dimensions of leadership behavior in a balanced manner because of their positive relationship on the team to achieve victory and achievement, and conduct Similar studies to study the administrative leadership styles of coaches of sports events that the study did not address, whether they were (individual or group) events.
