Abstract

Chinese investments in Algeria are considered among the most important investment in African countries in general, and Algeria in particular, because of their important economic returns that bring mutual benefit between the two countries. These investments have witnessed several advances in Algeria, including economic ones such as infrastructure building schools, railways and hotels, and also in the field of cars, import and export, and also in the military field, especially with regard to the export and sale of weapons to Algeria.
In addition to the role of the two countries in confronting the obstacles facing each other addressing them in a way that serves their common interests hereafter.

Abstract

تعد الاستثمارات الصينية في الجزائر من أهم الاستثمارات على صعيد الدول الافريقية بصورة عامة، والجزائر خاصة، لما له من مردود اقتصادي مهم يعود بالمنفعة المتبادلة بين البلدين وشهدت هذه الاستثمارات مجالات عديدة في الجزائر، منها اقتصادية كالبنى التحتية، كبناء المدارس، وسكك الحديد، والفنادق، وأيضاً في مجال السيارات، والاستيراد والتصدير، وأيضاً في المجال العسكري، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتصدير الاسلحة وبيعها للجزائر. فضلاً عن دور البلدين في مواجهة العقبات التي تعترض كل منهما، ومعالجتها وفقاً بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة بينهما.

Decision-Making Mechanism in Sustainable Design: The Impact of Individual Values of Local Architects

Abstract

The idea of the research crystallized with the increasing interest in sustainable design methodologies and strategies for applying its standards as a prevailing concept in the current time, adopting various terms such as green design, healthy design, and environmentally friendly design. These propositions have intertwined, and formed complex hybrid concepts in architecture. The decision-making process is a fundamental component of the design process and holds a crucial position along the design process trajectory. The research aims to achieve a precise and comprehensive definition of the stages of decision-making in sustainable design and the strategies for dealing with its many components. These previously considered non-imposed design goals but are now constraints and that define the desires of the designer, client, and user within regulated frameworks to achieve a sustainable building outcome. The decision-making process in sustainable design is characterized by ambiguity due to the cognitive and personal values of the stakeholders, these values may lean towards laws and frameworks that are clearer in the context of communication with others, neglecting the individual values of decision-makers. The research methodology relied on surveying architectural professionals' perspectives regarding their interaction level with sustainability standards and which values hold greater importance, to gain a clearer insight into the extent to which this category adopts sustainability standards and criteria and within what parameters. The research concluded that there is a difference in decision-making mechanisms for sustainable design compared to traditional design. Moreover, there is a variation in architects' perspectives on sustainable design resulting from differences in experiences, awareness, and academic content in the job market.

وتبلورت فكرة البحث مع تزايد الاهتمام بمنهجيات واستراتيجيات التصميم المستدام لتطبيق معاييره كمفهوم سائد في الوقت الحالي، باعتماد مصطلحات مختلفة مثل التصميم الأخضر، والتصميم الصحي، والتصميم الصديق للبيئة. وقد تشابكت هذه المقترحات وشكلت مفاهيم هجينة معقدة في الهندسة المعمارية. تعد عملية اتخاذ القرار عنصرًا أساسيًا في عملية التصميم وتحتل موقعًا حاسمًا على طول مسار عملية التصميم. ويهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى تعريف دقيق وشامل لمراحل اتخاذ القرار في التصميم المستدام واستراتيجيات التعامل مع مكوناته المتعددة. كانت هذه الأهداف التي تم اعتبارها سابقًا غير مفروضة ولكنها أصبحت الآن قيودًا وتحدد رغبات المصمم والعميل والمستخدم ضمن أطر منظمة لتحقيق نتيجة بناء مستدامة. تتميز عملية صنع القرار في التصميم المستدام بالغموض بسبب القيم المعرفية والشخصية لأصحاب المصلحة، وقد تميل هذه القيم نحو قوانين وأطر تكون أكثر وضوحا في سياق التواصل مع الآخرين، مع إهمال القيم الفردية لمتخذي القرار . اعتمدت منهجية البحث على استطلاع وجهات نظر العاملين في مجال الهندسة المعمارية فيما يتعلق بمستوى تفاعلهم مع معايير الاستدامة وأي القيم لها أهمية أكبر، للحصول على رؤية أوضح لمدى تبني هذه الفئة لمعايير ومعايير الاستدامة وضمن أي معايير. وخلص البحث إلى وجود اختلاف في آليات اتخاذ القرار للتصميم المستدام مقارنة بالتصميم التقليدي. علاوة على ذلك، هناك تباين في وجهات نظر المهندسين المعماريين حول التصميم المستدام نتيجة لاختلاف الخبرات والوعي والمحتوى الأكاديمي في سوق العمل.

Take Your Veil Off: A feminist critique Study between Empowering and Degrading

Abstract

The paper is a direct critique of the prevalent Western perspectives towards Muslim women being oppressed by the veil. It aims to clarify how Western feminists\' biased perception of the oppressive form of veils, in addition to challenging the theological cultural view of veiling. the Western experience of \'Orientalism\' is presented a veil as a barrier of thinking for women\'s development and emancipation. Likewise, any other intellectual orientation, especially the Eastern Islamic view, is considered backward and confined to their freedom. It supports the call for women to remove their veil and be free, describing it as mere social legacies that have nothing to do with religion. However, Eastern thought may present a more progressive perspective on the appropriateness of veiling. Thus, the study illuminates the liberalist endeavor in stripping the veil from its religious contents and exploiting it in a socio-political and economic direction in so-called \"modernized women\". The jeopardy lies in deviating women from their essential role of family by Establishing a society where gender roles are determined by chance and competition rather than by mutual integration. Western attempts to shack the authentic principle of Islamic women of modesty, chastity, and purity and replaced them with women\'s commodification.

Abstract

The general research is a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of phenothiazine by oxidation and coupling reaction, using potassium chromate as an oxidizing agent for phenothiazine, which is then combined with in an phenothiazines acidic medium to form a stable product with an orange color, with the highest absorption at 450 nm. The molar absorption coefficient is 1474.598 l.mol-1.cm-1. Beer limits are (2-170) µg/ml.

Abstract

Getting students to be motivated to learn a language in an environment that mimics real life is a challenging issue for teachers of second languages. When students practice a second language with a partner who shares their nationality, they are more likely to be impacted by their mother tongue. However, since technology is a part of our life, educators should make use of all available resources to inspire learners to study about any subject. Thus, the outcomes can be unexpected if we incorporate technology into the methods we employ while teaching a second language and allow students to practice with foreign partners. Our students can work on their second language skills through various activities like as games, chats, text scanning, filling out forms, and more. Content teachers can also use these activities to enhance their students' learning of the subject matter. Various forms of computer-assisted language learning (CALL) have been used to teach languages ever since second language learners and teachers had access to computer technologies. Lately, the emergence of online technologies has encouraged CALL practitioners to incorporate this effective mode of instruction into language acquisition (Murugaiah & Thang, 2010). We might refer to the instruction provided over the Internet as "teaching through the Internet." Such instruction fosters interaction, which is sometimes lacking in typical classroom settings. It allows students who are geographically separated to learn together, share ideas and information, explore different learning options, and create their own learning styles. Additionally, this kind of instruction enables students to view topics from various angles. Special interest groups can communicate about their shared experiences despite geographical separation. The goals of this kind of learning, which is primarily utilized in higher education, show that students are encouraged to pursue distance learning. The interaction that Internet-based interactive environments provide helps students learn. Because they are not limited by space or time, students can cooperate and communicate with their peers, teachers, and tutors. Solidarity is a result of collaboration. The research that has already been done on these online language learning activities is compiled in this paper, together with the state of knowledge on the possibilities of Internet-based second language learning and teaching. Internet-based technology has been widely used in second language learning, according to the findings of a thorough analysis of studies on the subject. Furthermore, Internet-based technologies are useful teaching and learning resources for second languages.

Abstract

This study deals with the subject of the features of deduction according to the two imams Badr al-Din al-Aini al-Hanafi in his book Umdat al-Qari, Explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari, and Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani al-Shafi’i in his book, Fath al-Bari, Explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari, and their similarity in the method of hypothetical questioning and answering it, and the method of introducing and objecting. This modest research consists of presenting some of the Prophet’s hadiths that Imam Al-Bukhari narrates it in his book Sahih Al-Bukhari and the approach of the two imams in the method of deducing jurisprudential rulings from the Prophet’s hadiths, with an explanation of the two imams’ reliance on jurisprudential narrations from other schools of thought and supporting each of them with his opinion through reviewing the legal evidence and the sayings of the jurists on the issue and studying the statements from the jurisprudential aspect and giving weight to what supports them from the evidence. From the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet.This study included an introduction, a section, and a conclusion that included an explanation of the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing the topic, while the study included a preface related to the jurisprudential features of the two imams in terms of the question and answer to it, their use of jurisprudential narrations, and the method of introduction and objection.

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع معالم الاستنباط عند الامامين بدر الدين العيني الحنفي في كتابه عمدة القاري شرح صحيح البخاري وابن حجر العسقلاني الشافعي في كتابه فتح الباري شرح صحيح البخاري وتشابهما في أسلوب السؤال الافتراضي والجواب عنه واسلوب إلايراد والاعتراض ويتمثل هذا البحث المتواضع في عرض بعض الاحاديث النبوية التي يرويها الامام البخاري في كتابه صحيح البخاري ومنهج الامامين في طريقة استباط الاحكام الفقهية من الاحاديث النبوية مع بيان استعانت الامامين على النقولات الفقهية من المذاهب الآخرى وتأييد كل منها برأيه من خلال استعراض الادلة الشرعية وأقوال الفقهاء في المسألة ودراسة الأقوال من الجانب الفقهي والترجيح بما يعززه من الادلة من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. وقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة ومبحث وخاتمة أشتملت على بيان أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختيار الموضوع بينما اشتمل المبحث على التمهيد المتعلقة على المعالم الفقهية عند الامامين من حيث السؤال والجواب عنه واستعانتها بالنقولات الفقهية, واسلوب الايراد والاعتراض.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوجه نحو الحياة وعلاقته بقلق المستقبل لدى النساء المتأخرات عن سن الزواج ،فضلاً عن التعرف عن مستوى التوجه نحو الحياة وقلق المستقبل ،كذلك التعرف على الفروق في متغيري الدراسة حسب (المؤهل العلمي ، العمر )،وقد بلغت العينة (114) امرأة متأخرة عن الزواج ، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى متوسط من التوجه نحو الحياة وعدم وجود فروق في التوجه نحو الحياة وفقا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، مع وجود فروق في التوجه نحو الحياة وفقا لمتغير العمر ولصالح فئة (الأصغر سنا)،اما في يخص قلق المستقبل، أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى فوق المتوسط من قلق المستقبل لدى النساء المتأخرات عن الزواج بينما لا توجد فروق في قلق المستقبل تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، اما في ضوء متغير العمر كانت الفروق لصالح فئة (العمر الأكبر)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة احصائيًا بين التوجه نحو الحياة وقلق المستقبل ،.وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من المقترحات والتوصيات.

Abstract

This study investigates the Language Learning Strategies, which are used by an Arabic learner of English as a second language through a writing task. It discusses the main theories that inform language learning strategies, the impact of these theories, the learner characteristics and their influence on learning. It shows that the learner choice of the strategies is related to different effective variables and social factors. The results of this study showed that the participant used the metacognitive strategy type nine times, the social affective seven times and the cognitive strategies six times. In addition, this study explained the limitation of data and how the conclusions might not been accurate. In general, the study proved that gender, motivation, first language, ethnicity, and proficiency had significant differences on the use of the strategies. Based on these findings, the implication for further teaching with regard to this learner was defined. The strategies can be taught through well-designed learning strategy instructions. In addition, training should be given in using cognitive strategies by embedding them into regular classroom activities. The writing learning strategies should be so embedded to become second nature in order to enable the learner to perform them without much conscious thought. Finally, this study showed how important for the language teacher to know about his learner learning style, motivation, interests, etc.

Abstract

40 samples were collected from different cases ,the samples included 22sample an oral swabs taken from new babies suffering from Candidiasis those lay in the contaminated preterm affiliated to Bent Al –Huda ,18 sample which taken from children over the age of one with mouth infection who were lying in Bent Al-Huda General Hospital pediatric department .The results of the study showed that most of the oral isolates taken from two groups of children were Candida albicans, , with 24 isolates out of 40 isolates used under the study, followed by Candida trobicalis isolates 9 Followed by isolation C. parapsilbsis 3 and C. krusei 4 isolates .The results of the study showed that most of the Candida species were sensitive to the antifungal nystatin, as it recorded the lowest resistance rate of 8% and gave the largest diameter of inhibition, followed by the fungicide flucanozole, which recorded a resistance rate of 25%, and the size of the inhibitory diameter was medium, followed by the antibiotic amphotericin B, which recorded a resistance rate of 73% and an inhibitory diameter. The antibiotic gresiofulvin was small and recorded the highest resistance rate, reaching 100%, and no areas of inhibition of the antibiotic were observed on the plate. results of the statistical analysis using the square chi showed that the total number of Candida isolates which showed that the total number of Candida isolates which showed sensitivity to Nystatine anti fungal was significantly different At a probability level of p< 0.05.

تم جمع 40 عينة من حالات مختلفة، شملت العينات 22 عينة مسحة فموية مأخوذة من أطفال حديثي الولادة مصابين بداء المبيضات الذين يرقدون في الخدج الملوث التابع لمدينة بنت الهدى، و18 عينة مأخوذة من أطفال فوق عمر سنة واحدة مصابين بالتهاب الفم والذين كانت ترقد في قسم الأطفال بمستشفى بنت الهدى العام. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معظم العزلات الفموية المأخوذة من مجموعتين من الأطفال كانت Candida albicans، حيث بلغ عدد العزلات 24 عزلة من أصل 40 عزلة استخدمت تحت الدراسة، تليها Candida عزلات trobicalis 9 تليها عزلات C. parapsilbsis 3 و C. krusei 4. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معظم أنواع المبيضات كانت حساسة لمضاد الفطريات النيستاتين، حيث سجلت أقل نسبة مقاومة بلغت 8% وأعطى أكبر نسبة مقاومة. قطر التثبيط يليه المبيد الفطري فلوكانوزول الذي سجل نسبة مقاومة 25%، وكان حجم القطر التثبيطي متوسطا، يليه المضاد الحيوي أمفوتيريسين ب الذي سجل نسبة مقاومة 73% وقطر تثبيطي. وكان المضاد الحيوي جريسيوفولفين صغير الحجم وسجل أعلى نسبة مقاومة وصلت إلى 100%، ولم تلاحظ أي مناطق تثبيط للمضاد الحيوي على الصفيحة. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام مربع تشي أن العدد الكلي لعزلات المبيضات التي أظهرت حساسية لمضاد الفطريات النيستاتين كان مختلفا معنويا عند مستوى احتمال p<0.05.

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the illusion of superiority among graduate students at Al-Qadisiyah University and the significance of statistical differences in the illusion of superiority among graduate students according to the variables of gender (males - females), specialization (scientific - humanities), and stage of study (Masters - PhD). The sample of the current research consisted of: 400 male and female graduate students at Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year (2023/2024) were selected by the appropriate random stratified method. To achieve the research objectives, the two researchers prepared a scale for the illusion of superiority in light of the adopted (Dunning-Kruger) 1999 theory, which in its final form consisted of 30 items. By extracting its honesty and consistency. The validity of the scale was confirmed through (face validity and construct validity indicators), while the stability of the scale was confirmed through the retest method and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results indicated that graduate students enjoy a high illusion of superiority, and the researchers arrived at a set of results, recommendations, and proposals.

استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على وهم التفوق لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القادسية ودلالة الفروق الإحصائية في وهم التفوق لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور _ اناث) والتخصص (علمي _انساني ) والمرحلة الدراسية (ماجستير _دكتوراه).تألفت عينة البحث الحالي من ٤٠٠طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي (٢٠٢٣/٢٠٢٤) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية المناسبة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثتان بإعداد مقياس وهم التفوق في ضوء نظرية (دانينغ -كروجر)١٩٩٩المتبناة والذي تكون بصيغته النهائية من ٣٠ فقرة ففد قامت الباحثتان باستخراج صدقها وثباتها. اذ تأكد من صدق المقياس بواسطة (الصدق الظاهري ومؤشرات صدق البناء)في حين تم التأكد من ثبات المقياس من خلال طريقة إعادة الاختبار ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ. ودلت النتائج على ان طلبة الدراسات العليا يتمتعون بوهم تفوق عالي وتوصلت الباحثتان إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

Psychological compatibility is considered one of the important topics in the field of physical education, as it represents basic requirements for the personality of individuals in their various activities and specializations, and considering that evaluation is one of the important basic aspects of the educational, teaching and training process alike, so the researcher chose this topic with the aim of building a test to evaluate and measure psychological compatibility among people. Ground tennis players in various Iraqi clubs, The descriptive approach was used on a sample of 45 tennis players, and after completing data collection and statistical processing, a test was arrived at to measure the psychological adjustment of tennis players, while setting percentile standards for it, as well as standard. T-levels assigned to the characteristics of the standard moderation curve, both of which help in the evaluation. And judging the level of this important psychological aspect of the player’s personality, The researcher recommended applying this test to tennis players in a phased manner during the training process and adopting the test by the Central Iraqi Federation for Tennis and benefiting from it in selecting juniors in various Iraqi clubs, in addition to building other tests for the psychological compatibility of athletes in various sporting activities to contribute to laying the foundations. يعتبر التوافق النفسي من الموضوعات الهامة في مجال التربية الرياضية حيث يمثل متطلبات اساسية لشخصية الافراد في مختلف انشطتهم اختصاصاتهم وباعتبار ان التقويم يعد من الجوانب الاساسية الهامة للعملية التربوية و التعليمية والتدريبية على حد سواء لذا قام الباحث باختيار هذا الموضوع بهدف بناء اختبار لتقويم وقياس التوافق النفسي لدى لاعبين تنس الارضي في مختلف الاندية العراقية ،وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي على عينه قوامها 45 لاعبا من لاعبي التنس الارضي ،وبعد الانتهاء من جمع البيانات والمعالجة الإحصائية تم التوصل الى اختبار لقياس التوافق النفسي للاعبي التنس الارضي مع وضع المعايير المئينية له وكذا المستويات التائية المعيارية المعينية على خصائص المنحنى الاعتدال المعياري وكلاهما يساعد في التقويم والحكم على مستوى هذا الجانب النفسي الهام لشخصية اللاعب ، واوصى الباحث بتطبيق هذا الاختبار على اللاعبين التنس الارضي بطريقه مرحلية خلال العملية التدريبية واعتماد الاختبار من قبل الاتحاد المركزي العراق لرياضة التنس الارضي والاستفادة منه في انتقاء الناشئين في مختلف الاندية العراقية، بالإضافة الى بناء اختبارات اخرى للتوافق النفسي للرياضيين في مختلف الأنشطة الرياضية للمساهمة في ارساء الاسس العلمية لتقويم العملية التربوية والتدريبية.

After extracting its validity and reliability, the researcher applied the scale to the basic research sample mentioned above. The results showed that the middle school teachers’ assessment of brain-based learning applications came in at a moderate level, due to the presence of deficiencies in the application of these brain-based learning applications due to technical problems and The lack of specialists in creating educational content based on brain-based learning. The educational environment provided by the applications of the principles of brain-based learning theory. An educational environment rich in stimuli that makes learning more interesting and positive in an atmosphere of fun, enjoyment and happiness, away from the methods of fear, threats and psychological pressure through the display of pictures and posters. Watching educational films and using music, all of this is in harmony with the brain’s work according to this theory. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة لتطبيقات التعلم المستند إالى الدماغ في الموقف الصفي, أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة, حيث بلغت عينة البحث الحالي (95) مدرساً ومدرسةً لقسم تربية الناصرية للعام الدراسي (2022_2023), وبعد اطلاع الباحث على دراسات عديدة إعد الباحث مقياس (واقع ممارسة مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة لتطبيقات التعلم المستند الى الدماغ) لقياس متغير تطبيقات التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ والذي يتكون من (22) فقرة ويشمل على خمسة بدائل للإجابة (كبيرة جداً, وكبيرة, متوسطة, قليلة, قليلة جداً ), وبعد استخراج صدقه وثباته قام الباحث بتطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث الاساسية المذكورة اعلاه وقد اظهرت النتائج أن تقدير مدرسي المرحلة المتوسطة لتطبيقات التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وذلك لوجود قصور في تطبيق هذه التطبيقات الخاصة بالتعلم المستند إلى الدماغ وذلك بسبب مشكلات تقنية و قلة المختصين في صناعة المحتوى التعليمي المعتمد على التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ البيئة التعليمية التي توفرها تطبيقات مبادئ نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ بيئة تعليمية غنية بالمثيرات تجعل التعلم أكثر تشوقاً وإيجابية في جو من المرح والمتعة والسعادة بعيداً عن أساليب الخوف والتهديد والضغط النفسي من خلال عرض الصور و البوسترات ومشاهدة الافلام التعليمية واستعمال الموسيقى كل هذا يتناغم مع عمل الدماغ على وفق هذه النظرية , وكذلك أن طبيعة تطبيقات مبادئ نظرية التعلم المستند الى الدماغ تجعل المتعلم هو محور العملية التعليمية وليس كمل يحدث في الطريقة الاعتيادية التي يكون فيها هو القائد والمسيطر والناقل للمعرفة، بينما التعلم وفق تطبيقات مبادئ نظرية التعلم المستند الى الدماغ يتيح للمتعلم فرصة المشاركة الإيجابية النشطة في عملية التعلم ويوفر له قدراً من الإحساس بالمسؤولية والاهتمام.

Many applications have emerged as a result of this revolution, such as information technology and the global Internet, and their emergence has caused many conflicts. With the spread of the use of information and communication technologies in completing legal transactions, the focus began on settling these disputes. In the absence of a special legal regulation governing the settlement of disputes arising from information technology and the Internet, general rules for settling disputes are relied upon. These rules stipulate that dispute settlement must be in accordance with the express or implied will of the parties. In the absence of a clear will, the applicable law is determined based on the law that is closely related to the contract. The law that relates to the contract may be the law of the state from which the contracting parties originate, or the law of the state in which the contract was signed or performed, or the applicable law may be determined based on the place where the distinct performance is performed. Because of the challenges facing determining the law applicable to contracts related to information technology and the Internet according to traditional rules, jurisprudence has tended to rely on substantive rules. These rules consist of customs, traditions, model contracts and substantive rules issued by the national legislator. These rules are flexible and able to adapt to rapid technological progress, and are direct, qualitative, and categorical.

أن الشخص الثالث( إدخال الغير) في الدعوى المدنية يعتبر حقاً للخصوم، إذْ أنّ سلطة المحكمة تقتصر على رقابة توافر الشروط القانونية، في طلب الإدخال من عدمه، لذا ذهب الفقه( ) إلى اعتبار الإدخال حقاً للخصوم، أو رخصةً بمجرد استعمالهم لها، فإنها تنتِج آثارها القانونية، إذ هي تصرف قانوني بالإرادة المنفردة، ولا تحتاج إلى قبول الغير، إذ يصبح طرفاً في الدعوى، بمجرد تعبير أحد الخصوم عن رغبته في ذلك، بالإجراءات القانونية التي سبق بيانها. كما أنها لا تحتاج إذن من المحكمة، إذ كانت المحكمة عادةً ما تصدر حكماً، بقبول طلب إدخال الغير في الدعوى المنظورة.

Abstract

Delicate sounds are considered the balance of the Arabic language, as these sounds have the permissibility of belonging or not, especially for non-triliteral words. Threfore they do not give them the right of originality if they do not contain any of its letters and put them into the gate of innovation or foreignness. These sounds are distinguished by their Frequent in the structures of speech, whether in Arabic or other languages, It can be seen that the first thing a child pronounces (mama, papa) is due to the ease and lightness of the sounds and their closeness to the lip. Researc hers and others also notice the abundance of use of these sounds in Arabic such as interrogatives, exclamations, conditionals, relative nouns, pronouns and others. In this research, It is sought through the descriptive and analytical approach, to address the concepts of subtle sounds and some of the acoustic phenomena that they create or are specific to them. They also sometimes work to lift the weight that is caused by the extreme closeness or remoteness of the articulators, such as the phenomenon of assimilation, elision, inversion, etc., in addition to their ability to draw the phonetic rhythms, whether at the level of intervals or through their flexibility, which gives the reader sufficient space in intonation, extending the voice, and ease of breath in some nasal sounds such as the noon and the meem.

تعتبر الأصوات الذلاقة ميزان اللغة العربية ، حيث تمتلك هذه الأصوات جواز الأنتماء من عدمه وخاصة للمفردات غير الثلاثية، فلا تمنحها حق الأصالة أن لم تحتوي على أحد من حروفها وتدخلها في بوابة المبتدعة أو الدخيلة، ونمازت هذه الأصوات بكثرة تداولها على اللسان في أبنية الكلام سواء في العربية أو اللغات الأخرى، حيث نرى أول ما ينطق الطفل بجزءٍ منها (ماما، بابا) لسهولة الأصوات وخفتها وقربها من الشفة، كما يلمس الدارسون وغيرهم غزارة أستخدام هذه الأصوات في العربية مثل الأستفهام، التعجب، الشرط، الأسماء الموصولة، الضمائر وغيرهم. نسعى في هذا البحث من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أن نتناول مفاهيم الأصوات الذلاقة وبعض الظواهر الصوتية التي كونتها أو اختصت بها ، كما عملت في بعض الأحيان على رفع الثقل الذي يسببه قرب المخارج أو بعدها الشديدين كظاهرة الإدغام أو الإخفاء أو الإقلاب وغيرها، إضافة على قدرتها في رسم النظم الصوتي سواءعلى صعيد الفواصل أو من خلال مرونتها التي تعطي القارئ المساحة الكافية في الترنم ومد الصوت وراحة النفس في بعض الأصوات الأنفية كالنون والميم.

In this research, the researcher aimed to determine the extent to which the Iraqi public relies on Iraqi satellite channels as a source of information and the resulting behavioral effects during the COVID-19 pandemic. The researcher employed a descriptive quantitative method, which is known for its flexibility, rigorous analysis, and comprehensive use of evidence and proof. The study primarily utilized the survey method, applying it to the general public in Baghdad through stratified random sampling, focusing on individuals who are literate and capable of reading and writing. By employing this methodology and its tools, the researcher sought to study the degree of public reliance on Iraqi satellite channels as a source of information during the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting behavioral effects. The study's main question was about the nature of the role played by Iraqi satellite channels during the pandemic and the behavioral effects resulting from it. The study yielded several results, the most significant of which were that the Baghdad public primarily relies on Iraqi satellite channels as their source of information during the pandemic. Regarding the role of these channels, they played a crucial role in providing the public with necessary information about COVID-19 and its consequences. They also helped the public acquire comprehensive knowledge about the pandemic. Study participants preferred television and satellite channels over other media outlets, citing their reliance on Iraqi satellite channels as a source of information due to their proximity to government sources, which distinguishes them in terms of delivering news related to the pandemic realistically. Iraqi satellite channels had a significant impact on the public by increasing their awareness of the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. They also played a major role in influencing behavior by creating a sense of obligation among the public to adhere to the imposed measures. Moreover, these channels increased the public's knowledge of how to deal with the pandemic and preventive measures to mitigate its spread.

سعت الباحثة في هذا البحث لمعرفة بيان درجة اعتماد الجمهور على الفضائيات العراقية كمصدر للمعلومات والآثار السلوكية المترتبة عليه أثناء تفشي جائحة كورونا مستخدمةً بذلك المنهج الكمي الوصفي أحد أهم المناهج المتكاملة كونه يتميز بالمرونة والتحليل الدقيق والشامل بالأدلة والبراهين، معتمدةً بذلك على أهم فروعه وهو المنهج المسحي، وعلى أداة الاستبيان من خلال تطبيقها على جمهور العاصمة بغداد باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية كونها من العينات التي تهتم بدراسة طبقة معينة، وبما أن دراستنا خصت من يجيدون القراءة والكتابة لذا فهي باعتقاد الباحثة الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، حيث سعت الباحثة من خلال استخدام هذا المنهج وأدواته إلى دراسة درجة اعتماد الجمهور على الفضائيات العراقية كمصدر للمعلومات أثناء جائحة كورونا والآثار السلوكية المترتبة عليه. وقد توصلت الدراسة من خلال سؤالها الرئيس المتمثل بما طبيعة الدور الذي تؤديه الفضائيات العراقية أثناء جائحة كورونا وما الآثار السلوكية المترتبة عليه إلى جملة من النتائج كان أهمها أن الجمهور البغدادي يعتمد على الفضائيات العراقية بشكل أساسي كمصدر لمعلوماتهم خلال الجائحة أما عن دور هذه الفضائيات فقد كان لها الدور الأكبر في إمداد الجمهور بالمعلومات اللازمة عنcovid-19 وتداعياته، كما ساعدت الجمهور بالإلمام الشامل لكافة ما يتعلق بجائحة كورونا، إذ فضل أفراد عينة الدراسة التلفزيون وفضائياته على غيره من وسائل الإعلام الأخرى معللين اعتمادهم على الفضائيات العراقية كمصدر للمعلومات كونها قريبة من مصادر الدولة، وهو ما يميزها بالواقعية في نقل الأخبار المتعلقة بالجائحة، وقد أثرت الفضائيات العراقية في الجمهور تأثيراً كبيراً من خلال زيادة معرفتهم بخطورة جائحة كورونا، وكان لجانب التأثير السلوكي دوراً كبيراً عبر ما خلقته هذه الفضائيات في الجمهور من ضرورة التزامهم بالإجراءات المفروضة، فضلاً عن زيادة معرفتهم بكيفية التعامل مع الجائحة وطرق الوقاية منها.

Abstract

Al-Hajjaj is an original creation in two dimensions, after remembering the link to precise inferences, and after it is linked to linguistic methods: grammatical, morphological, phonetic, or prosodic. It has a final psychological dimension through the linguistic representation of literary pieces of prose or poetry, when looking at their linguistic texts and the inferences based on them. These dimensions can participate with each other in a specific verbal agreement to influence the recipient within limits due to the presence of a widespread mask, so that the idea embedded in the speech can be accepted. In this research, the spotlight is shed on the psychological style in which Al-Hajjaj manifests himself through the emotions of love and sadness in Andalusian poetry, but Al-Hajjaj prevents his role in exploiting the recipient

الحجاج إجراء خطابي يتمثل في بعدين، بعد ذهني يرتبط بالاستدلالات العقلية، وبعد لغوي يرتبط بالأساليب اللغوية: النحوية أو الصرفية أو الصوتية أو البلاغية. وله بعد نفسي أيضاً يدرك عبر التمثل اللغوي للمجزات الادبية النثرية أو الشعرية، عند النظر الى نسيجها اللغوي وما ينطوي عليه من استدلالات. وهذه الابعاد يمكن أن يوظف بعضها في سياق كلامي معني للتأثير على المتلقي بدرج حجج من شأنها اقناعه، بحيث يمكن أن يتقبل الفكرة المُنضوية في الكلام. وفي هذا البحث تسلط الاضواء على الاسلوب النفسي الذي يتجلى به الحجاج عبر عاطفتي الحب والحزن في شعر العصبة الاندلسية، وكيف يأخذ الحجاج دوره في إقناع المتلقي.

Abstract

This research sheds light on the study of the migration of Andalusians and their pioneering role in the transfer of Andalusian civilization to the countries of the Islamic Maghreb. The migration from Andalusia to the countries of the Islamic Maghreb was a result of the weakness that befell the Andalusians due to the intensification of the burden of the Reconquest Wars on them, until groups of immigrants began to flock to the interior cities. Which is still in the hands of the Andalusian Arabs or foreign migration to the Maghreb as a result of the persecution practiced by the Spanish Christian authorities against the Muslims, which was likened to an epidemic of infection. When the Arab Muslims were infected, they fled in search of areas that would be safer and more stable to escape the persecution of the Spanish Christians.They were dispersed in various parts of Morocco by virtue of their geographical location, which was not far apart, which helped to communicate between them and move without obstacles, whether by coast or by land, which in turn helped encourage immigration, which became a reformative role for all administrative, economic, cultural and social activities. They worked as rulers of those countries in the country. The Nearest, the Middle, and the Farthest, to attract those groups that have effectively contributed to the field of civilizational development, and their competence has emerged from those who have literary, jurisprudential, and scientific expertise whose roots extend to their participation in various fields of life aspects of those countries to which they immigrated, so that these migrations had positive and negative consequences. Tangible results, whether for those who immigrated, or for those countries to which they immigrated. Among the immigrants were opinionated ministers, advisors, skilled craftsmen, soldiers, and merchants, who contributed to transferring the civilization of Andalusia to Morocco’s vast geographical scope, which was divided into three sections: Morocco. Near - Middle Morocco .

يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على دراسة هجرة الأندلسيين ودورهم الريادي بانتقال الحضارة الأندلسية إلى دول المغرب العربي الإسلامي، وكانت الهجرة من الاندلس إلى بلاد المغرب العربي الإسلامي نتيجة الضعف الذي أصاب الأندلسيين بفعل اشتداد وطأة حروب الاسترداد عليهم، حتى بدأت أفواج المهاجرين تتدفق على المدن الداخلية التي لا تزال بيد العرب الأندلسيين أو الهجرة الخارجية إلى بلاد المغرب نتيجة الاضطهاد الذي مارسته السلطات النصرانية الاسبانية بحق المسلمين الذي شبه بوباء العدوى فلما اصاب العرب المسلمين ففروا بالبحث إلى مناطق تكون اكثر امناً واستقراراً للخلاص من اضطهاد النصارى الإسبانيين . وتفرقوا في مختلف الانحاء بالمغرب وذلك بحكم موقعهما الجغرافي غير المتباعد الذي ساعد على التواصل بينهما والتحرك بدون عوائق سواء عن طريق السواحل أوعن طريق البر مما ساعد بدوره في تشجيع الهجرة التي اصبحت لها دور إصلاحي لجميع الأنشطة الادارية والاقتصادية والثقافية والاجتماعية ،فعملوا الحاكمين لتلك الدول في بلاد الادنى والاوسط و الاقصى، على استقطاب تلك الفئات التي ساهمت مساهمة فعالة في مجال التنمية الحضارية فبرزت كفاءتهم من الذين لهم خبرات ادبية وفقهية وعلمية امتدت جذورها في مشاركتهم بمختلف ميادين جوانب الحياة لتلك البلاد التي هاجروا اليها بحيث أصبح لهذه الهجرات نتائج ايجابية وسلبية ،فكانت لتلك الهجرة نتائج ملموسة، سواء على الذين هاجروا، أو على تلك البلاد التي هاجروا إليها، فقد كان من بين المهاجرين الوزراء ذوى الرأي ،والمستشارون والصناع المهرة والجنود والتجار، الذين أسهموا في نقل حضارة الأندلس إلى المغرب الواسع النطاق الجغرافي الشاسع الذي قسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام ،المغرب الأدنى - المغرب الأوسط - المغرب الأقصى.

The information about these projects, special crafts, specialized crafts, commercial transactions, and international trade, because they respond to the state’s natural resources and lands, and the reason for this special nature is that the state usually adheres to its national courts being the primary and only decisive factor in these contracts, and certainly this adherence will not have created The acceptance or approval of the other party in this contract, represented by the nationality and the view that you have seen in these contracts, Thus, we will be here in front of two conflicting interests that require weighting between them, and this weighting usually ends in favor of the national courts of the investing state, with some flexibility that may make the state waive its jurisdiction in settling disputes of investment in renewable energy contracts, If it finds that its public interest in concluding this contract depends on relinquishing its jurisdiction here with the addition of some conditions and guarantees that prevent infringing on its sovereignty. The second is concerned with demonstrating the effectiveness of the national judiciary in settling investment disputes in these contracts.

من المعلوم أن عقود الطاقة المتجددة تتسم بطبيعة خاصة تميزها عن غيرها من العقود الاستثمارية والتجارية الدولية لكونها ترد على موارد الدولة الطبيعية وأراض، وبسبب هذه الطبيعة الخاصة فأن الدولة عادة ما تتمسك بأن تكون محاكمها الوطنية هي الحاسم الاساسي والوحيد لهذه العقود ، وبالتأكيد فأن هذا التمسك لن يلقى قبولاً أو استحساناً من الطرف الآخر في هذا العقد المتمثل بالشركة المتعددة الجنسية والتي قد ترى بأن مصلحتها تقضي بأن تحكم منازعاتها في هذه العقود لمحاكم الدولة التي تنمتي إليها، وبذلك سنكون هنا امام مصلحتين متعارضين يقتضي الترجيح بينهما وعادة ما ينتهي هذا الترجيح لصالح المحاكم الوطنية للدولة المستثمرة مع توفر بعض المرونة التي قد تجعل الدولة تتنازل عن اختصاصها القضائي في حسم منازعات استثمار عقود الطاقة المتجددة، إذا وجدت إن مصلحتها العامة في ابرام هذا العقد تتوقف على التنازل عن اختصاصها القضائي هنا مع اضافة بعض الشروط والضمانات التي تحول دون المساس بسيادتها، وقد بحثنا ذلك من خلال مبحثين يختص الأول منهما في بيان المحاكم الوطنية المختصة في تسوية منازعات استثمار عقود الطاقة المتجددة، والثاني يختص في بيان فعالية القضاء الوطني في تسوية منازعات استثمار هذه العقود.

Abstract

In this study, the effectiveness of GPS/GPRS tracking devices used in ecological investigations is investigated in relation to fix interval and animal deployment. Our goal is to ascertain whether the devices' accuracy is improved by extending the fix interval and whether animal deployment has an impact on their functionality. In order to evaluate device accuracy, we carried out field deployments on a variety of animal species and environments. According to our research, longer repair intervals enhance device performance whereas animal deployment has no effect.

في هذه الدراسة، تم التحقق من فعالية أجهزة التتبع GPS/GPRS المستخدمة في التحقيقات البيئية فيما يتعلق بتحديد الفاصل الزمني ونشر الحيوانات بعد زرع الاجهزة فيها. هدفنا هو التأكد من تحسين دقة الأجهزة من خلال تمديد الفاصل الزمني للإصلاح وما إذا كان نشر الحيوانات له تأثير على وظائفها. من أجل تقييم دقة الجهاز، قمنا بتنفيذ عمليات نشر ميدانية على مجموعة متنوعة من الأنواع الحيوانية والبيئات. وفقًا لبحثنا، فإن فترات الإصلاح الأطول تعمل على تحسين أداء الجهاز، في حين أن نشر الحيوانات ليس له أي تأثير.

Escalating Enigmatic post-colonialism in Ahmed Saadawi's Frankenstein in Baghdad: A Lacanian Study

Abstract

This research tries to scrutinize Ahmed Saadawi's Frankenstein in Baghdad (2013)", focusing on the monstrous creature's repulsive physical representations, the novel's investigation into themes of justice and violence, and the aforementioned elements. By adopting Lacanian psychoanalysis, the current study examines this novel in relation to Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. It shows the binary oppositions in the novel such as justice and revenge, good and evil, life and death, peace and destruction, order and disorder, innocence and criminality, and truth and lies. "The Whatsitsname," an unnamed monster created by Saadawi, is formed through an unintentional yet noble endeavor: Hadi, the protagonist, assembles fragments of corpses discovered in the streets of Bagdad into a single entity for the purpose of performing "a proper burial" and restoring the deceased's dignity. It is noteworthy that although the Iraqi government views the creature as an adversary, the general populace views him as a savior their sole prospect for halting the violence and attaining justice. This work speculates that Saadawi utilizes the metaphor of Frankenstein's monster is not only depict the dystopian atmosphere of Baghdad after 2003, but also to challenge the lamentable realities, and repercussions of war. In addition to the broader implications of colonialism. Furthermore, Saadawi's embodiment of the monster metaphor in Frankenstein actualizes a novel literary function for the monster represents the idea of the Other. In this instance, Frankenstein's body symbolizes the complete Iraqi literary community. Equally significant is the fragmented appearance of his body, which is literally composed of various body parts from various individuals; this may represent the critical necessity for unity in Iraq.

Abstract

The heavy metal contamination of soil has become an important problem due to its both direct and indirect impacts on human health in many parts of the world. In the modern world, metals—and particularly Trace medals represent a major category of contaminants that mostly originate from manufactured and natural sources because of their toxicity and danger to both human life in the ecosystem heavy metal contamination in the environment has gained significant attention trace medals are considered as common pollutants and in recent decades human activities and inputs have substantially raised the concentration of these metals in the environment.The study included collecting soil samples from four locations in the city of Al-Fajr ,Thi-Qar Province to study an evaluate the impact of concentrations of certain heavy metals these elements include lead cadmium copper arsenic and zinc in addition to measuring acidity, TDS ,salinity and electrical conductivity according to the findings the soils had mild alkalinity with pH. values ranging from (7.5 - 7.8), TDS ranging from (1.18 - 6.67 mg/L),salinity (1.36-4.38 mg/L), and EC (2.46–3.3 mmos. /cm) The concentrations of the following heavy metals ranged: Zn (81.3–122.7 ppm), Cu (20.11–41.7 ppm), Cd (0.001–0.012 ppm), As (0.54–1.75 ppm), and Pb (5.41–11.7 ppm). The concentration of the metals in the soil samples exhibited variation in accordance with the subsequent pattern: Zn demonstrated higher concentration than Cu, followed by Pb, As, and Cd.. The findings indicate the differences in the concentrations of heavy elements in most of the stations. It was observed that copper exceeded the critical limits, and zinc exceeded the global standard limits. This requires a quick review and comprehensive assessment in those areas.

أصبح تلوث التربة بالمعادن الثقيلة مشكلة مهمة بسبب آثاره المباشرة وغير المباشرة على صحة الإنسان في أجزاء كثيرة من العالم. في العالم الحديث، تمثل المعادن - وخاصة المعادن النزرة فئة رئيسية من الملوثات التي تنشأ في الغالب من مصادر مصنعة وطبيعية. بسبب سميتها وخطورتها على حياة الإنسان في النظام البيئي، فقد حظي التلوث بالمعادن الثقيلة في البيئة باهتمام كبير. تعتبر المعادن النزرة من الملوثات الشائعة، وفي العقود الأخيرة، أدت الأنشطة والمدخلات البشرية إلى زيادة كبيرة في تركيز هذه المعادن في البيئة. تضمنت الدراسة جمع عينات التربة من أربعة مواقع في مدينة الفجر بمحافظة ذي قار لدراسة وتقييم تأثير تراكيز بعض المعادن الثقيلة وتشمل هذه العناصر الرصاص والكادميوم والنحاس والزرنيخ والزنك، بالإضافة الى قياس الدالة الحامضية ،التوصيل الكهربائي ، المواد الصلبة الذائبة و الاملاح .ووفقا للنتائج، كانت الترب قلوية خفيفة مع قيم pH تتراوح بين ( 7.5 - 7.8) ، المواد الصلبة الذائبة (1.18 - 6.67 ملغ/لتر)، الملوحة (1.36-4.38 ملغ/لتر)، والتوصيل الكهربائي (2.46-3.3 مليموس/سم). وقد سجلت معدلات تراكيز العناصر القيـم التالية: }الزنك (81.3-122.7)، النحاس (20.11-41.7)، الكادميوم (0.001-0.012)، الزرنيخ (0.54-1.75)، والرصاص (5.41-11.7( جزء في المليون{. أظهرت تراكيز المعادن في عينات التربة تباينا وفقا للنمط التالي: الزنك يظهر تركيزا أعلى من النحاس، تليه الرصاص والزرنيخ والكادميوم. تشير النتائج إلى الاختلافات في تراكيز العناصر الثقيلة في معظم المحطات. لوحظ أن النحاس تجاوز الحدود الحرجة، وتجاوز الزنك الحدود العالمية القياسية مما يتطلب أجراء مراجعة سريعة وتقييم شامل في تلك المناطق.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to detect verbal aggressiveness and its frequency in Iraqi female EFL learners by using Infante & Wigley, (1986) VAS (verbal aggressiveness scale). Data was collected and analyzed by conducting a questionnaire on a sample of 80 students .The study seeks to answer the following questions: (i) To what extent do Iraqi EFL female learners use verbal aggressiveness? (ii) What is the most frequently used type of aggressiveness by Iraqi EFL female learners? The study concludes that females tend to be using moderate degrees of verbal aggressiveness. They also resort to using positive more than negative types of aggressiveness.

الغرض الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن العنف اللفظي وتواتره لدى متعلمات اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة اجنبية في العراق باستخدام مقياس انفانت و ويجلي (1986) للعنف اللفظي. تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها من خلال إجراء استبانة على عينة مكونة من 80 طالبة . تسعى الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية (ا) الى اي مدى تستخدم متعلمات اللغة الانجليزية في العراق العنف اللفظي؟ (ب) ما هو النوع الأكثر استخداما من العنف اللفظي من قبل متعلمات اللغة الإنجليزية العراقيات؟ وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الإناث تميل إلى استخدام درجات معتدلة من العنف اللفظي. كما يلجأون إلى استخدام أنواع العنف اللفظي الإيجابية أكثر من السلبية.

Abstract

Automatic person recognition using ear shape images is an active field of research within the biometric community. Similar to other biometric traits such as fingerprints, face and iris, ear also has numerous specific and unique features that aid in person identification. In this present worldwide pandemic of COVID-19 situation, most of the facial identification systems has almost failed due to the mask wearing scenario. The human ear is a perfect source of data for passive person identification as it does not involve the cooperativeness of the individual whom recognition is being attempted for and it is more easily captured at a distance. A human ear image acquisition is also easy as the ear is apparent even the users’ wearing masks. In an automatic human recognition system, an ear biometric system can be integrated as a supplement to other biometric systems and offer identity cues when other system information is unreliable or even unavailable. In this paper, a comprehensive review of growing research field of feature extraction techniques and the classification technique of deep learning using convolutional neural network (CNN) was conducted to exhibit the rate of accuracy for person recognition systems using ear shape images.

يعد التعرف التلقائي على الأشخاص باستخدام صور شكل الأذن مجالًا نشطًا للبحث داخل مجتمع القياسات الحيوية. على غرار السمات الحيوية الأخرى مثل بصمات الأصابع والوجه وقزحية العين، تتمتع الأذن أيضًا بالعديد من الميزات المحددة والفريدة التي تساعد في التعرف على هوية الشخص. في ظل الجائحة العالمية الحالية لكوفيد-19، فشلت معظم أنظمة التعرف على الوجه تقريبًا بسبب سيناريو ارتداء القناع. تعد الأذن البشرية مصدرًا مثاليًا للبيانات لتحديد هوية الشخص السلبي لأنها لا تنطوي على تعاون الفرد الذي تتم محاولة التعرف عليه ويمكن التقاطها بسهولة أكبر عن بعد. يعد الحصول على صورة للأذن البشرية أمرًا سهلاً أيضًا حيث تكون الأذن واضحة حتى لدى المستخدمين الذين يرتدون الأقنعة. في نظام التعرف الآلي على الإنسان، يمكن دمج نظام القياسات الحيوية للأذن كمكمل لأنظمة القياسات الحيوية الأخرى ويقدم إشارات الهوية عندما تكون معلومات النظام الأخرى غير موثوقة أو حتى غير متوفرة. في هذا البحث، تم إجراء مراجعة شاملة لمجال البحث المتنامي لتقنيات استخراج الميزات وتقنية تصنيف التعلم العميق باستخدام الشبكة العصبية التلافيفية (CNN) لإظهار معدل الدقة لأنظمة التعرف على الأشخاص باستخدام صور شكل الأذن.

Abstract

Abu Hamid al-Ghazali is considered one of the most famous Muslim jurists and political pioneers who paid great attention to politics and established important foundations for governance in order to reform the nation and move it towards progress, explaining that the rulers and sultans’ reliance on the foundations of governance, such as justice, good selection of those in positions of power in government, humility, abandoning arrogance, and not oppressing the subjects, all of these matters bear fruit by forming an effective government to manage the affairs of the people and achieve their sovereignty. The effectiveness of the carousel strategy among first-year intermediate school students in biology and straight thinking

Abstract

The goal of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of the carousel strategy among first-year intermediate school female students in biology and linear thinking, and for the purpose of verifying the goal of the research, the following null hypothesis was developed: “There is no statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the average grades of the female students of the experimental group.” Those who will study according to the carousel strategy and the average grades of the control group students who will study according to the usual method (interrogation) in the straight thinking scale.”The researcher relied on an experimental design with partial control, which is (the design of the experimental group and the control group with the posttest), and the researcher chose first-grade middle school students from the school (Rabi’ Al-Mustaqbal School for Girls) affiliated with the General Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar Governorate/Al-Rifai Education Department for the academic year (2023 AD). -2024 AD) for the purpose of implementing the experiment, and the sample consisted of (60) female students, with (30) female students in the experimental group taught using the (carousel) strategy and (30) female students from the control group studying using the usual method (interrogation).Through a random drawing method, Shabaa (A) was chosen to represent the experimental group that will study biology according to the (carousel) strategy, while Shabaa (B) represents the control group that will study biology according to the usual method.The researcher conducted equivalence between the female students of the two research groups before starting the experiment in a number of variables: (chronological age calculated in months, previous information test, intelligence test (Raven), straight-line thinking scale).The scientific subject to be taught was determined, which included the first and second units of the biology textbook scheduled to be taught to the first intermediate grade for the academic year (2023-2024), and the researcher formulated the behavioral objectives for the topics to be studied, which number (120) behavioral objectives according to Bloom’s classification of the cognitive domain at its levels ( Remembering, understanding, application, analysis), and I prepared daily plans for teaching the two research groups and presented two of them to a group of arbitrators to determine their suitability and suitability for first-year intermediate students.The researcher prepared a research tool, which was the Straight Thinking Scale, consisting of (40) items according to a five-point Likert scale, and its validity, reliability, and psychometric properties were confirmed.After the end of the experiment, the researcher applied the straight thinking scale to the two research groups, and after analyzing the results statistically using a t-test for two equal independent samples, the results of the research resulted in the female students of the experimental group being superior to the female students of the control group in the achievement test and the straight thinking scale.Based on the results, a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals were reached, which were mentioned in Chapter Four.

هدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على فاعلية استراتيجية carousel لدى طالبات الصف الاول المتوسط في ماده الاحياء والتفكير المستقيم لديهن، ولغرض التحقق من هدف البحث تم وضع الفرضية الصفرية الاتية: "لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي سيدرسن على وفق استراتيجية carousel ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي سيدرسن على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية (الاستجواب) في مقياس التفكير المستقيم". اعتمدت الباحثة على التصميم التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي وهو (تصميم المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة ذات الاختبار البعدي)، واختارت الباحثة طالبات الصف الأول المتوسط من مدرسة (مدرسة ربيع المستقبل للبنات) التابعة الى المديرية العامة لتربية محافظة ذي قار/قسم تربية الرفاعي للعام الدراسي (2023م-2024م) لغرض تطبيق التجربة، وتكونت العينة من (60) طالبةً، بواقع (30) طالبةً في المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس باستراتيجية (carousel) و(30) طالبةً من المجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس بالطريقة الاعتيادية (الاستجواب). وبطريقة السحب العشوائي اُختيرت شبعة (أ) لتمثل المجموعة التجريبية التي ستدرس مادة الاحياء على وفق استراتيجية (carousel)، في حين مثلت شبعة (ب) المجموعة الضابطة التي ستدرس مادة الاحياء على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية. اجرت الباحثة التكافؤ بين طالبات مجموعتي البحث قبل البدء بالتجربة في عدد من المتغيرات هي: (العمر الزمني محسوباً بالشهور، اختبار المعلومات السابقة، اختبار الذكاء (Raven)، مقياس التفكير المستقيم). وحُددت المادة العلمية المراد تدريسها والتي تضمنت الوحدة الأولى والثانية من كتاب الاحياء المقرر تدريسهِ للصف الاول المتوسط للعام الدراسي (2023-2024)م، وصاغت الباحثة الاهداف السلوكية للموضوعات التي ستدرسها ويبلغ عددها (120) هدفاً سلوكياً وفق تصنيف (بلوم) للمجال المعرفي بمستوياتهِ (التذكر، الفهم، التطبيق، التحليل)، وأعدت خططاً يومية لتدريس مجموعتي البحث وعرضت اثنين منها على نخبة من المحكمين لمعرفة صلاحيتها وملائمتها لطلاب الصف الاول المتوسط. أعدت الباحثة اداة للبحث، تمثلت بمقياس التفكير المستقيم المكون من (40) فقرة وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وتم التأكد من صدقهِ وثباتهِ وخصائصهِ السايكومترية. وبعد انتهاء التجربة قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس التفكير المستقيم على مجموعتي البحث وبعد تحليل النتائج احصائياً باستخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين متساويتين، اسفرت نتائج البحث إلى تفوق طالبات المجموعة التجريبية على طالبات المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار التحصيلي ومقياس التفكير المستقيم. واستناداً الى ما افرزته النتائج تم التوصل الى عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات التي تم ذكرها بالفصل الرابع.

Feasibility studies are one of the strategic planning tools that contribute to the process of setting the necessary standards in rationalizing good investment decisions, and achieving the optimal use of available economic resources in conditions characterized by risk and uncertainty. The economic feasibility study is the scientific basis in the process of evaluating projects, and these studies are of great importance, especially In developing countries that suffer from scarcity of resources, which requires them to choose good projects that achieve the greatest economic return. At present, the private sector is the main focus in the process of economic and social development. This makes thinking about establishing projects belonging to this sector important, and making expansions in it requires preparing a feasibility study that studies the project well, and is appropriate for the work environment of these projects, taking into account the degree of competition between products in the markets, which makes them vulnerable to risks that can be reduced by improving the level of these. Studies help them overcome the problems imposed by internal and external changes, contribute to rationalizing investment decisions, and stimulate the attraction of foreign and local financing sources. The bulk of private sector projects are investments and small and medium enterprises, and these projects are the backbone of the economies of many countries. Abstract

The research deals with the phenomenon of alienation as a literary and philosophical phenomenon that is widespread in the literary text in general and the fictional text in particular. This phenomenon was formed through intellectual, cultural, social and literary features and manifestations related to the self present in the fictional text, and the extent of the effectiveness of this phenomenon in influencing the data of those selves and showing the extent of their ability to Producing a text that we can call an alienated text through its characters, and we can determine this after investigating the forms of alienation in the characters of the novel (Pragmatic Love) by the Iraqi novelist (Alia Mamdouh), which is the subject of this study and an attempt to uncover several alienations, by pursuing their forms such as social alienation and estrangement. Psychological .The research did not neglect the most important causes of alienation and its manifestations, as it is considered a product of social, political and cultural rifts. This is what we can notice in the novel (A Pragmatic Love), as the concept of alienation in all its forms is rooted in the characters of the novel. Therefore, the research was divided into two sections and an introduction. The introduction presented the linguistic and terminological meaning of alienation and the employment of the latter meaning in the fictional text and the extent of benefiting from it. The first section deals with (social alienation) as a result of the novel’s characters’ estrangement and distance from each other and from their place of origin, and the extent of the impact of this distance on the stages of the estranged character. The second topic was entitled (Psychological Alienation), which appears clearly on the features of the character in the novel from the internal and external structure of those characters. The motivation behind this research is the richness of the expatriate experience in the narrative text, especially the Iraqi narrative text, and to demonstrate the depth of this phenomenon.

يتناول البحث ظاهرة الاغتراب بوصفها ظاهرة أدبية وفلسفية شاعت في النص الادبي بشكل عام والنص الروائي بشكل خاص, وتشكلت هذه الظاهرة عبر ملامح وتجليات فكرية وثقافية واجتماعية وادبية تتعلق بالذات الحاضرة في النص الروئي , ومدى فاعلية هذه الظاهرة في التأثير على معطيات تلك الذوات وبيان مدى قدرتها في انتاج نص يمكن ان نسميه نصاً مغترباً عبر شخصياته, ويمكن لنا الوقوف على ذلك بعد التحري عن اشكال الاغتراب في شخصيات رواية (غرام براغماتي) للروائية العراقية (عالية ممدوح) وهي موضوع الدراسة هذه ومحاولة الكشف عن اغترابات عدة, عبر ملاحقة اشكالها مثل الاغتراب الاجتماعي والاغتراب النفسي ولم يغفل البحث عن اهم المسببات للاغتراب وتجلياته اذ يعد نتاجاً للتمزقات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية . وهذا ما يمكن ان نلحظه في رواية (غرام براغماتي) اذ تأصل مفهوم الاغتراب بكل اشكاله عبر شخصيات الرواية. لذا قسم البحث على مبحثين ومقدمة, عرضت المقدمة المعنى اللغوي والاصطلاحي للاغتراب وتوظيف المعنى الأخير في النص الروائي ومدى الاستفادة منه. ويعالج المبحث الأول (الاغتراب الاجتماعي) نتيجة لغربة شخصيات الرواية وبعدها عن بعضها وعن موطنها الأصل, ومدى اثر هذا البعد في اطوار الشخصية المغتربة. والمبحث الثاني جاء بعنوان (الاغتراب النفسي) الذي يبدو واضحاً على معالم الشخصية في الرواية من جانب بناء تلك الشخصيات الداخلي والخارجي. والدافع وراء هذا البحث هو ثراء التجربة الاغترابيّة في النص الروائي , ولاسما النص الروائي العراقي, وبيان مدى عمق هذه الظاهرة.

The study dealt with the reality of applying the dimensions of strategic balance from the point of view of administrative leaders: “An exploratory study in selected private universities in northern Iraq.”, and the aim of the study is to detection the availability of the dimensions of strategic balance among administrative leaders in universities, and a methodology was developed for the current study according to the following context:
The first axis. Study methodology.
The second axis. Theoretical framework.
The third axis. Field framework.
The fourth axis. Conclusions and proposals.
The importance of the study is highlighted in the light of the possibility of enhancing the strategic balance of the Private universities, "The descriptive analytical approach" was adopted, whose data were compiled by the check list prepared for this purpose, which was distributed to a random sample of (260) persons representing leaders in the studied universities, from which (241) a valid questionnaire was recovered, and the response rate was (82.3%). The data were statistically processed by software (SPSS: V.26 (Statistical methods for completing the field side of the study were by applying both the percentage, the arithmetic medium, the standard deviation, and the response ratio, as well as the study hypothesis test compared to the computational medium of each dimension and the weighted computational medium.
Several results have been reached, the most important of which There is the availability of the environment dimension in the studied universities in a very good manner, which indicates that the university administration takes all environmental variables into consideration when choosing its business strategy to achieve its goals, while attention to the dimension of flexibility has been poor, which indicates that the studied universities are not always they have the full ability to deal with pressures and constantly adapt to fluctuations in circumstances.
The research concluded with a number of suggestions for studied universities, the most important of which is that the studied universities should benefit from the strategic levels by focusing on procedures, practices, work methods and activities that support their educational services, and then work diligently to accurately evaluate the strengths and internal weaknesses, to seize opportunities, avoid threats and reach a position Strategic balance.

تناولت الدراسة موضوع تشخيص مدى توافر أبعاد التوازن الإستراتيجي من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية: "دراسة استطلاعية في جامعات أهلية مختارة شمال العراق"، والهدف من الدراسة الكشف عن مدى توافر أبعاد التوازن الإستراتيجي لدى القيادات الإدارية في الجامعات، وجرى وضع منهجية للدراسة الحالية على وفق السياق الآتي:
المحور الأول. منهجية الدراسة
المحور الثاني. الإطار النظري
المحور الثالث. الإطار الميداني
المحور الرابع. الاستنتاجات والمقترحات
وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في ضوء إمكانية تعزيز التوازن الإستراتيجي للجامعات الأهلية، وجرى اعتماد المنهج الوصفي تحليلي، الذي جُمعت بياناته بوساطة قائمة الفحص المعدة لهذا الغرض، والتي تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من (260) شخصاً يمثلون القيادات في الجامعات المدروسة، وأسترد منها (241) قائمة صالحة، وكانت نسبة الاستجابة (82.3%). وقد تم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً بواسطة البرامج (SPSS:3 V.26)، وتمثلت الأساليب الإحصائية لاستكمال الجانب الميداني للدراسة بتطبيق كل من النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، ومؤشر الأهمية النسبية، فضلاً عن اختبار فرضية الدراسة بالمقارنة بين الوسط الحسابي لكل بُعد والوسط الحسابي الموزون.
وجرى التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها توافر بُعد البيئة في الجامعات المدروسة على نحوٍ جيد جداً، مما يدل إن إدارة الجامعة تأخذ جميع المتغيرات البيئية بالاعتبار عند اختيار إستراتيجية أعمالها لتحقيق أهدافها، فيما جاء الاهتمام ببُعد المرونة على نحوٍ مقبول، مما يدل إن الجامعات المدروسة ليست دائماً تمتلك القدرة الكاملة للتعامل مع الضغوط، والتكيف المستمر مع تقلبات الظروف.
واختتمت الدراسة بعدد من المقترحات للجامعات المدروسة من أهمها على الجامعات المدروسة الاستفادة من مستويات الإستراتيجية وذلك بالتركيز على الاجراءات والممارسات واساليب العمل والانشطة التي تدعم خدماتها التعليمية، ومن ثم العمل الدؤوب على تقييم نقاط القوة، ومكامن الضعف الداخلية بدقة، لاقتناص الفرص وتجنب التهديدات والوصول إلى وضع التوازن الاستراتيجي.

The research deals with the study of the phenomenon of captivity of women in ancient history, and among different nations, such as the civilization of the ancient Iraqis, the Greeks, the Romans, the Persians, the Jews, and the Abyssinians. And the results of this phenomenon, and the study of what this subject came to during the era of prophecy, and the narrations that were mentioned in this aspect in order to find out their truth, and the extent of their validity or misrepresentation of reality, and to understand what was mentioned in the teachings of the Islamic religion of verses related to the subject of captivity, relying on the two most important sources of legislation Islam, which are the Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, so captivity is a result of wars. Knowing that there is no verse in the Qur’an that enjoins captivity and slavery, but there are several verses that call for kindness, sympathy, and good treatment with women, captives, and prisoners of war, so that, after several stages of education, he will rise and implant Islamic morals among Muslims, as the Messenger and his household, may God’s prayers be upon them all, did with the captives and captives in their release. The release of prisoners is an act of worship to God Almighty and encourages people through this to free and release the prisoners and give them freedom, because God Almighty created man free to be a caliph in his land, and to worship Him, Glory be to Him, and such goals undoubtedly need man to be free to carry out his mission, and from On the other hand, the symbol of human humanity is his rights, and the most important of his rights is his freedom. يتناول البحث دراسة ظاهرة سبي النساء في التاريخ القديم، وعند مختلف الأمم، كحضارة العراقيون القدامى، واليونان والرومان والفرس واليهود والأحباش، ثم ينتقل البحث لدراسة ظاهرة سبي النساء عند العرب قبل الإسلام ومن ثم ظاهرة السبي عند العرب بعد ظهور الدين الإسلامي، مع البحث في أسباب ونتائج هذه الظاهرة، ودراسة ما آل إليه هذا الموضوع خلال عهد النبوة، والروايات التي وردت في هذا الجانب للوقوف على حقيقتها، ومدى صحتها أو مغالطتها للواقع، وفهم ما ورد في تعاليم الديانة الإسلامية من آيات تختص بموضوع السبي, معتمدين في ذلك على أهم مصدرين للتشريع الإسلامي وهما القرآن والسنة النبوية الشريفة، فالسبي يكون كنتيجة من نتائج الحروب، مع العلم أن ليس هناك آية في القرآن يأمر بالسبي والرق وإنما هناك آياتٍ عدة تدعو بالرفق والتعاطف والمعاملة الحسنة مع النساء والسبايا وأسرى الحرب ليقوم بعد عدة مراحل من الثقيف وزرع الأخلاق الإسلامية في المسلمين كما فعل الرسول وأهل بيته صلى الله عليهم أجمعين مع الأسرى والسبايا في العتق وإطلاق سراح الأسرى قربة إلى الله تعالى وتشجيع الناس عن طريق ذلك في عتق وإخلاء سبيل الأسرى وإعطائهم الحرية، لان الله سبحانه تعالى خلق الإنسان حراً ليكون خليفة في أرضه، ولعبادته سبحانه وتعالى، ومثل هذه الغايات لا شك تحتاج أن يكون الإنسان حراً ليقوم بمهمته، ومن جهة أخرى فرمز إنسانية الإنسان هي حقوقه، وأهم حقوقه هي حريته. فقد بين البحث معنى السبي، وجذوره التاريخية، وأبرز الألفاظ الدالة عليه، والشيء الخاص في هذا البحث مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن مناهج السبي لم يتم رفضها، ولا بد من شرح منظور القرآن الكريم والموروث الروائي في هذا الصدد

Including higher-order thinking skills in geography books for the middle school

Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the levels of inclusion of high-ranking thinking skills in the geographical curriculum for the preparatory stage, and in order to achieve the intention of the study we relied on the descriptive approach to content analysis, and therefore we are obliged to prepare a list of high thinking skills with their indicators, by reviewing the theoretical literature with the study of studies relevant to our current topic, and it is noted that we found different classifications adopted by the researcher (Marzano et al., 1988), high-ranking thinking skills, which includes (5) of which are main and ( 15) Sub-skill, and this classification includes the following skills:
1. Organization skills include four sub-skills: comparison, ranking, classification, and acting.
2. Analysis skills: It includes four sub-skills: the skill of identifying features and components, identifying key ideas, identifying patterns and relationships, and identifying errors.
3. Integration and integration skills: It has two sub-skills: summarizing and rebuilding.
4. Generation skills: These skills include three sub-skills: the skill of inference, forecasting, expansion.
5. Evaluation skills: Here include two sub-skills: building standards, and verification.
The study sample consisted of (157) pages of the curriculum of the geography book for the sixth grade of literature.
Where the results of the study resulted in: The high-ranking thinking skills are not included in the content of the geography books for the preparatory stage (study sample) combined compared to the spoken ratio adopted in this study. In light of the results of the study, we recommend directing curriculum designers to reconstruct the content of the two curricula Geography book for the fourth and fifth grades of literature, and design them according to the inclusion of high-ranking thinking skills, but in balanced proportions and without neglecting any of them.

إنَّ هدف الدراسة هو التعرف على مستويات التضمين لمهارات التفكير العالية الرتبة في منهج الجغرافية للمرحلة الإعدادية , ولأجل تحقيق مقصدية الدراسة إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل المحتوى , وعليه فإننا ملزمين باعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير العالية مع مؤشراتها ,عن طريق مراجعة الأدب النَّظري مع ما تقدم الدراسة من دراسات ذات صلة بالموضوع الحالي , ومن الملاحظ أننا وجدنا تصنيفاتٍ مختلفة فتبني الباحث (مارزانو وآخرون،1988)، مهارات التفكير عالي الرتبة والتي تضم (5) منها رئيسة و (15) مهارة فرعية، ويشمل هذا التصنيف المهارات الآتية :
1- مهارات التنظيم تشمل اربع مهارات فرعية هي: المقارنة ، الترتيب, التصنيف , التمثيل.
2- مهارات التحليل: وتشمل أربع مهارات فرعية: هي مهارة تحديد السمات والمكونات, تحديد الأفكار الرئيسة ، تحديد الأنماط والعلاقات, وتحديد الأخطاء.
3- مهارتي الدمج والتكامل: وفيها مهارتين فرعيتن هما : التلخيص، وإعادة البناء
4- مهارات التوليد: وتشمل هذه المهارات مهارات فرعية ثلاث وهي : مهارة الاستدلال ، التنبؤ ، التوسع
5- مهارات التقويم: وهنا تشمل مهارتين فرعيتين هما : بناء المعايير ، والتحقق.
أمَّا عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من (157) صفحة من منهج مادة كتاب الجغرافيا المقرر للصف السادس الأدبي.
حيث اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على:
إنّ مهاراتِ التفكير عالي الرتبة غير مُتضمِّــــنةً لمحتوى كتب الجغرافية للمرحلة الإعدادية (عيّـــنة الدراسة ) المجتمعة مقارنةً بالنّــــسبة المحــكّـــــية المعتمدة في هــــذه الدراسة .
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة نوصي بتوجيهُ مُصمِّــــمي المناهجَ الـــدّراسية إلى إعادة بناء محتوى المنهجين كتاب الجغرافية للصفين الرّابع والخامس الأدبي، وتصميمها على وفق تضمين مهارات التفكير عالية الرتبة ,لكن بنسب متوازنة ودون اهمال لأي منها.

Folkloric reference in poetic work For the poets of Nasiriyah

Abstract

The poets’ poetic experience is full of many diverse cultural references that do not stop at a certain point, because the references have an important role in constructing the poetic text, which in turn is based on Arab culture. Therefore, this study was based on explaining those folkloric cultural references in the poetic work of the poets of Nasiriyah and for the period between (2010) to (2022) and its role in shaping literary production, as we found poets’ use of (songs, proverbs, songs, and popular poetry), and the study concluded that their poetry is replete with a wide variety of cultural references due to their cultural stock and their mastery of textual tools. Some of them used Arabic proverbs (folk and classical), as an indication of their Arab affiliation, connection, and closeness to society. Their texts were given semantic dimensions, and some poets’ poems were sculpted to employ prevailing folk tales, as they tried to give them the character of modernity by projecting them onto issues that concern society, as well as They resorted to using old Iraqi songs in their poetic productions. Because of the impact this culture represents on the poet’s soul first and second, the recipient, some poets also invoked popular poetry, which confirms their ingenuity and ability to conjure these cultural references and make them part of the formation of their poetic structures.

إنَّ تجربة الشعراء الشعريَّة تحفل بالعديد من المرجعيَّات الثقافيَّة المتنوعة التي لا تتوقف عند حد معيَّن، لما للمرجعيَّات من دور هام بناء النص الشعري والتي بدورها تستند إلى الثقافة العربية، لذا قامت هذه الدراسة على بيان تلك المرجعيات الثقافية الفلكلوريَّة في منجز شعراء الناصريَّة الشعري وللفترة ما بين (2010) إلى (2022) ودورها في تكوين النتاج الأدبي، إذ وجدنا توظيف الشعراء لـــ (الأهازيج والأمثال والأغاني والأشعار الشعبيَّة)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ شعرهم يزخر بمجموعة متنوعة وكبيرة من المرجعيات الثقافيَّة وذلك لما يمتلكونه من مخزون ثقافي وتمكنهم من أدوات النص، ولجأ بعضهم إلى توظيف الأمثال العربية (الشعبية والفصحى)، دلالة عن انتسابهم العربي وارتباطهم وقربهم من المجتمع، فمنحت نصوصهم أبعاد دلالية، ونحت بعض قصائد الشعراء لتوظف الحكايات الشعبيَّة السائدة، إذ حاولوا أن يكسونها طابع الحداثة من خلال اسقاطها على القضايا التي تهمُّ المجتمع، فضلا عن لجوؤهم إلى توظيف الأغاني العراقية القديمة في نتاجهم الشعري؛ لما تمثله هذه الثقافة من أثر على نفس الشاعر أولا والمتلقي ثانيا، كذلك استدعي بعض الشعراء الأشعار الشعبية، مما يؤكد براعتهم ومقدرتهم في استحضار تلك المرجعيات الثقافية، وجعلها جزء من تكوين بناهم الشعرية.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إيضاح مفهوم الفانتازيا في رواية (حاموت)، من خلال جدلية الحياة والموت، التي شكلت ثيمة بارزة في النص اتكأت عليها الروائية، للتعبير عن الواقع المتهالك والظروف العصيبة -التي مر بها البلد بعد الاحتلال الأمريكي-بتقنياتٍ وأساليب جديدة تحاكي الواقع وتعبر عن مشاكلهِ وتناقضاته، فكانت الفانتازيا خير وسيلة لتجسيد هذه القضايا بما يعتمل فيها من عنف وظلم وتهميش، باعتمادها عناصر جديدة ومغايرة تحيل الواقع المعيش إلى واقع افتراضي يعجز العقل عن تصديقه، ولاسيما أنّ الرواية العراقية بعد 2003عام أخذت على عاتقها مواكبة جميع المتغيرات التي عصفت بالمجتمع وخلفت مضامين متعددة، استدعت أشكالاً فنية حديثة تتماهى مع الواقع الجديد بكل تناقضاته.

Abstract

This study seeks to know the relationship of the self-regulated learning strategy to the educational inclinations of middle school students, and whether there is a difference in students’ inclinations to use organized learning strategies from the perspective of middle school students for the academic year 2016-2017. The study was descriptive and correlational. Therefore, the applied objectives of the research and the method of application are formulated through The descriptive research approach, for which this study includes middle school students in the city of Nasiriyah, the center of Dhi Qar Governorate, and their number is 1813 male and female students. 216 male and female students were selected through the Cochrane formula and through the random sampling approach, then all data in this study through field examination and examination of books and documents. So the necessary information for the research background and theoretical foundations was collected by referring to books, university theses, fields, libraries and research centers in order to obtain data and information, then using the field method by distributing the questionnaire for the study and a questionnaire consisting of 37 items to measure organized education and 24 to measure educational tendencies. Two sections (perceptible competence and perceptible barriers, in the size of five-liter liters, and in order to measure the questionnaire, the method of multiplying the Alpha-Croppach equation was used), meaning that the questionnaire multiplied the advantages of spontaneous learning by about 89% and the spontaneous motivation by 87%, and the estimator had at the 1% level for speaking, and this indicates High reliability of the measurement tool, then analyzing the data of this study through the (SPSIN) program at the descriptive and inferential levels.
In the descriptive statistics section, which used many statistical indicators, such as the level ratio, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the explanatory graphics table, and in the field of conclusion in using according to the level of data measurement and using research hypotheses from the t-test for one category, the paired t-test, the independent t-test, and analysis of variance.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفه علاقة استراتيجية التعلم المنظم ذاتيا بالميول التعليمية لدى طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية وهل هناك اختلاف في ميول الطلاب استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم المنظم من خلال نظره الطلبة الإعداديات للعام الدراسي 2016- 2017 وكانت الدراسة وصفيه ارتباطيه ولهذا تتم صياغة الأهداف التطبيقية للبحث وطريقه التطبيق من خلال المنهج الوصفي البحثي ، عنه هذه الدراسة تشمل طلبه الاعداديات في مدينه الناصرية مركز محافظه ذي قار وعددهم 1813 طالب وطالبه تم اختيار 216 طالبا وطالبه من خلال صيغه (كوكران ) ومن خلال منهج العينة العشوائية ثم جميع البيانات في هذه الدراسة من خلال الفحص الميداني وفحص الكتب والمستندات بحيث تم تجميع المعلومات اللازمة لخلفيه البحث والأسس النظرية عن طريق الرجوع إلى الكتب والرسائل الجامعية والمجالات والمكتبات ومراكز البحوث من اجل الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات ثم استخدام الأسلوب الميداني من خلال توزيع الاستبانه من اجل الدراسة ولاستبانه مكونه من 37 عنصر لقياس التعليم المنظم و24 لقياس الميول التعليمية وعلى قسمين ( الكفاءة المحسوسة ، والحواجز المحسوسة ، في مقاس ليكرات الخماسين ، ومن اجل قياس الاستبانه استخدام أسلوب ضرب معادله إلفا – كروبتاخ ) أي تضمن ضرب الاستبيان في امتيازات التعلم التلقائي نحو 89% والدافع التلقائي 87% ولدى المقدر في المستوى 1% للإلقاء وهذا يدل على الثبات الكثير لأداه القياس ثم تحليل بيانات هذه الدراسة من خلال برنامج ( spsin ) في مستوين الوصفي والاستنتاجي . في قسم الإحصاء الوصفي الذي استخدم مؤشرات إحصائية كثيرة كالنسبة المستوية والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري وجدول الرسومات التوضيحية وفي مجال الاستنتاج في استخدام حسب مستوى قياس البيانات واستخدام فرضيات البحث من اختبار t لفئة واحده واختبار t الزوجي اختبارt المستقل وتحليل التباين.

إن مرحلة التفاوض قبل العقد مرحلة ذات أهمية بالغة اذ تلعب دور واسع في مجتمعاتنا، وهي لا تخلوا من بعض الالتزامات التي يجب على المتفاوضين التقيد بها، بحيث يؤدي الإخلال بها نشوء ما يسمى بالمسؤولية المدنية التي يرتب عليها القانون أثرا أساسا يتمثل في التعويض للطرف المضرور عن الضرر الذي لحق به. لا بد من محاولة تحديد الطبيعة القانونية للمسؤولية الناتجة عن الأخطاء فيها، أين نجد موقفين أساسيين لها، الأول يعتبرها مسؤولية عقدية، وموقف يربط الطبيعة القانونية لها بوجود عقد تفاوض من عدمه، وهو ما سنتناوله بالدراسة مع محاولة إسقاط الأحكام العامة للمسؤولية بما يتوافق وخصوصيات هذه المرحلة.

Abstract

This chapter aims to demonstrate textual cohesion in Surat At-Talaq by studying some of the cohesive devices present in the surah. This surah was chosen in particular because it contains legal rulings from beginning to end. It became clear to us that the cohesion in this surah is represented in the following axes : .

Abstract

Cyberbullying and its relationship to psychological cohesion among university, middle and middle school students

Abstract

The current research aims to identify:
1- Cyberbullying and its relationship to psychological cohesion among students in the middle stages (middle school, middle school, and university)

To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the research tool for the purpose of measuring (electronic bullying), relying on the theoretical framework of Antonovsky’s theory (1987), which was adopted by (Hassoun, 2016) to build her research tool, and after the researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale by extracting validity. The discriminatory power and correlation coefficient between the item score and the total score of the scale, as the reliability of cyberbullying reached (0.89) by the retest method, and the number of items in the scale in its final form reached (30) items. The researcher also adopted the research tool for the second variable for the purpose of measuring (psychological cohesion), relying on (Al-Hayali and Kaki, 2016), and after the researcher verified the psychometric properties of the scale by extracting the validity, discriminatory power, and correlation coefficient between the score of the item and the total score of the scale, it reached stability. Psychological cohesion (0.85) by re-testing, and the number of items of the scale in its final form reached (13) items. The researcher applied the scale to a random sample of university, middle, and middle school students, amounting to (300) male and female students, according to the gender variable (males, females), stage (University, middle school, middle school), and after collecting the data and processing it statistically using the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, and the Pearson correlation coefficient, the researchers arrived at the following:
1. Members of the current research sample suffer from cyberbullying at a very high level.
2. There are no statistically significant differences in cyberbullying according to gender variables (males - females), and there are statistically significant differences according to stage variables (university - middle school - middle school).
3. The members of the current research sample enjoy psychological cohesion at a very high level.
4. There are no statistically significant differences in cyberbullying according to gender variables (males - females), and there are statistically significant differences according to stage variables (university - middle school - middle school).
The research came out with a set of recommendations and proposals.

وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث، قامت الباحثة بتبني اداة البحث لغرض قياس (التنمر الالكتروني)، معتمدة على الإطار النظري لنظرية انتونوفسكي (Antonovsky,1987) والتي تبنتها (حسون ،2016) لبناء اداة بحثها، وبعد أن تحققت الباحثة من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من خلال استخراج الصدق والقوة التمييزية ومعامل الارتباط بين درجة الفقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، اذ بلغ ثبات التنمر الالكتروني (0,89) بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، وبلغ عدد فقرات المقياس بصيغته النهائية (30) فقرة، كما قامت الباحثة بتبني اداة البحث للمتغير الثاني لغرض قياس (التماسك النفسي)، معتمدة على (الحيالي وكاكي ،2016)، وبعد أن تحققت الباحثة من الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس من خلال استخراج الصدق والقوة التمييزية ومعامل الارتباط بين درجة الفقرة والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، إذ بلغ ثبات التماسك النفسي (0,85) بطريقة اعادة الاختبار، وبلغ عدد فقرات المقياس بصيغته النهائية (13) فقرة قامت الباحثة بتطبيق المقياس على عينة عشوائية من طلبة الجامعة والمتوسطة والإعدادية بلغت (300) طالبا وطالبة، وفقاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، المرحلة (الجامعة، المتوسطة، الإعدادية)، وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة ، الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين ، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، توصل الباحثان إلى ما يأتي :
1. يعانون افراد عينة البحث الحالي من التنمر الالكتروني وبمستوى عال جدا.
2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر الالكتروني تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس (ذكور – إناث) ، و توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيرات المرحلة (الجامعة – المتوسطة- الإعدادية) .
3. يتمتعون أفراد عينة البحث الحالي بالتماسك النفسي وبمستوى عال جدا.
4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر الالكتروني تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس (ذكور – إناث) ، و توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيرات المرحلة (الجامعة – المتوسطة- الإعدادية).
وقد خرج البحث بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات .

Abstract

The issue of the principle of legality in the criminal offense of the administrative employee is an important issue, given the great importance of the personnel sector in developed countries, especially after the change in the role of the state, and its intervention in providing services directly in most areas, which necessitated this. Increasing the number of employees to carry out the work and tasks it is concerned with. The state, with its interest in the personnel sector, requires a lot of effort and organization, in order to reach the best possible, because the employee is the state's tool in achieving its goals. The public servant is the pillar upon which the state is based, and the custodian of the public interest is attributed to him for the good of the government’s administration, when he performs the duties imposed on him by the legislator better, and he bears them. Responsibility for the corruption of this department, if he neglects or fails to perform his duties, which entails disciplinary or penal accountability for the employee by the competent authority. Since the employee is accountable, the legislator has surrounded him with a set of guarantees granted to him whether at the stage of investigation, trial or even after imposing punishment on him in line with the rules of legal justice that must always be present in everyone's minds. The importance of the research is to clarify the legality of the penalties for the criminal offense of the administrative employee in both Iraq and Iran. And the statement of the legal basis for the penalties for the criminal offense of the administrative employee in both Iraq and Iran. In addition to addressing the impact of criminal judgments on disciplinary decisions, the research follows the comparative descriptive analytical method by allowing the analysis of the principle of legality in the criminal offense of the administrative employee, which precludes the necessity of using the comparative method to analyze and compare this issue between Iraqi and Iranian law. During the research, the researcher reached several results, including that the principle of legality is related to the idea of the legal state, which means that the state in all its forms of activity and behavior is subject to the law in its broad sense, and this means that the administration’s respect for the principle of legality means two concepts: In conformity with the legal rules in force, as long as they exist and have not been modified or canceled. And that the study was represented by several recommendations, including that it is necessary to address the topics in detail in relation to the crimes of the employee and the validity of his punishment for the crimes he commits.

يعد موضوع مبدأ المشروعية في الجريمة الجنائية للموظف الإداري من القضايا المهمة ، نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة لقطاع الموظفين في الدول المتقدمة ، خاصة بعد التغيير في دور الدولة ، وتدخلها في تقديم الخدمات بشكل مباشر في معظم المجالات ، الأمر الذي استدعى ذلك زيادة عدد الموظفين للقيام بالأعمال والمهام التي تختص بها. فالدولة ، مع اهتمامها بقطاع الموظفين ، تتطلب الكثير من الجهد والتنظيم من أجل الوصول إلى أفضل ما يمكن ، لأن الموظف هو أداة الدولة في تحقيق أهدافها. الموظف العام هو الركن الذي تقوم عليه الدولة ، وينسب له حافظ المصلحة العامة لخير إدارة الحكومة ، عندما يؤدي الواجبات التي فرضها عليه المشرع بشكل أفضل ، وهو يتحمل المسؤولية عن فساد هذه الإدارة ، إذا أهمل أو فشل في أداء واجباته ، مما يستتبع مساءلة تأديبية أو جزائية للموظف من قبل السلطة المختصة. وبما أن الموظف يخضع للمساءلة ، فقد أحاطه المشرع بمجموعة من الضمانات الممنوحة له سواء في مرحلة التحقيق أو المحاكمة أو حتى بعد توقيع العقوبة عليه بما يتماشى مع قواعد العدالة القانونية التي يجب أن تكون دائمًا حاضر في أذهان الجميع. وتتمثل اهمية البحث في بيان مشروعية العقوبات للجريمة الجنائية للموظف الإداري في كل من العراق وإيران. وبيان الأساس القانوني لعقوبات الجريمة الجنائية للموظف الإداري في كل من العراق وإيران. فضلا الى التطرق الى أثر الأحكام الجنائية على القرارات التأديبية , ان البحث يتبع المنهج التحليلي الوصفي المقارن من خلال انه يسمح بتحليل مبدأ المشروعية في الجريمة الجنائية للموظف الإداري وهو ما استعدى ضرورة استخدام المنهج المقارن لتحليل ومقارنة هذه المسألة بين القانون العراقي والإيراني. وخلال البحث توصل الباحث الى عدة نتائج منها انه يرتبط مبدأ المشروعية بفكرة الدولة القانونية التي تعني خضوع الدولة في جميع صور نشاطها وتصرفاتها للقانون بمعناه الواسع ، ويعني ذلك إن احترام الإدارة لمبدأ المشروعية يعني مفهومين: المفهوم الموضوعي : يعني أي تصرف يصدر من الادارة يجب أن يكون مطابقاً للقواعد القانونية النافذة ، طالما كانت قائمة ولم يتم تعديلها أو إلغاؤه. و المفهوم الشكلي : يعني كل سلطة أو جهة تريد أصدار قاعدة قانونية عليها أن تراعي القواعد القواعد القانونية الصادرة عن السلطات العليا . وان الدراسة تمثلت بتوصيات عدة منها انه من الضرورة تناول المواضيع في تفصيلها فيما يتعلق بجرائم الموظف والحجية في عقوبته عما يرتكبه من جرائم.

The effectiveness of using modern educational technology in developing critical thinking skills in the Holy Qur’an and Islamic education among fifth-grade scientific students

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using modern educational technology. In developing skills. Critical thinking in Islamic education among fifth-grade primary students. To verify the validity of the research objectives, the researcher adopted an experimental design with equal groups with a pre-test and a post-test. According to this design, fifth-grade students in the literary department at Rusafa First Preparatory School in the Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad were selected as a target group for the academic year 2023/2024, and the study sample included (50) students from the group. The experimental group (24 students) and the control group (26 students) were taught in the usual way. The researcher evaluated a number of relevant variables between the two study groups, namely: age in months, performance in the fourth grade, Islamic education performance in the fourth grade, intelligence tests, parents’ educational level, and a pre-test in critical thinking. To conduct the experiment, the researcher employed a test consisting of the five abilities mentioned above. These abilities consist of (10) situations, each situation contains (3) items, and the total number of items is (30) items. The test is characterized by honesty, distinction, and consistency. The critical thinking scale was applied in advance after preparing the research tools, and the researcher began on Sunday (January 11, 2023) with two groups. Two studies of students. The experiment began with the two study groups. The experiment was conducted twice a week for the two study groups, and ended on Tuesday (February 2, 30, 2024). After the end of the experiment, the researcher applied the tool to the two study groups, and collected data and analyzed it statistically using the statistical program (SPS), using statistical methods appropriate for the purpose of the study, which showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the post-test of critical thinking, and in the pre- and post-test of critical thinking. Based on the results, the researcher presented recommendations and proposals.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى فاعلية استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الحديثة . في تنمية مهارات . التفكير الناقد في التربية الإسلامية لدى طلاب الصف الخامس الابتدائي. وللتحقق من صحة أهداف البحث، اعتمد الباحث تصميمًا تجريبيًا بمجموعات متساوية ذات اختبار قبلي وآخر بعدي: ووفقًا لهذا التصميم تم اختيار تلاميذ الصف الخامس بقسم الأدبي بإعدادية الرصافة الأولى بمديرية تربية الرصافة في بغداد كمجموعة مستهدفة للعام الدراسي2023/2024وعينة الدراسة, (50) تلميذاً من المجموعة التجريبية (24تلميذاً) والمجموعة الضابطة(26تلميذاً) الذين تم تدريسهم بالطريقة المعتادة. كافأ الباحث عددًا من المتغيرات ذات الصلة بين مجموعتي الدراسة، وهي: العمر بالأشهر، والأداء في الصف الرابع، وأداء التربية الإسلامية في الصف الرابع ،واختبارات الذكاء، والمستوى التعليمي لأولياء الأمور، واختبار قبلي في التفكير الناقد. ولإجراء التجربة قام الباحث بتوظيف اختبار يتكون من القدرات الخمس المذكورة أعلاه. وتتكون هذه القدرات من(10) مواقف، كل موقف يحتوي على(3) فقرات ومجموع الفقرات(30) فقرة، ويتميز الاختبار بالصدق والتميز والثبات، وتم تطبيق مقياس التفكير الناقد مسبقاً بعد إعداد أدوات البحث، وبدأ الباحث يوم الأحد(11يناير2023)ب مجموعتين دراسيتين من الطلاب بدأت التجربة مع المجموعتين الدراسيتين وأجريت التجربة مرتين في الأسبوع للمجموعتين الدراسيتين، وانتهت يوم الثلاثاء(30/2فبراير2024). وبعد انتهاء التجربة طبق الباحث الأداة على مجموعتي الدراسة، وقام بجمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائياً باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي(SPSS)، مستخدمة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لغرض الدراسة، والتي أظهرت تفوق المجموعة التجريبية على الضابطة في اختبار التفكير الناقد البعدي .و في اختبار القبلي والبعدي للتفكير الناقد.وبناءً على النتائج، قدم الباحث التوصيات والمقترحات .

تعد شخصية البابا كليمنت السابع من الشخصيات المهمة في عصر النهضة الاوربية ، كونه قادة مرحلة مهمة تمثلت في عدم الاستقرار السياسي والازمات التي عصفت بالدولة الاوربية في القرن السادس عشر ، اذ تم انتخاب كليمنت السابع عام 1524 في نهاية عصر النهضة الإيطالية رئيس للبابوية ، وسبقها ان عمل مستشاراً للبابا ليو العاشر (1513-1521) ، والبابا أدريان السادس (1522-1523)، ثم تولى البابوبة وتمكن كليمنت السابع من ادارة الأزمات الدينية التي واجهت الكنيسة الكاثوليكية ، لا سيما مع انتشار الإصلاح البروتستانتي، واقتراب الكنيسة من الإفلاس، وهجوم القوات الأجنبية لإيطاليا، فحاول توحيد العالم المسيحي من خلال صنع السلام بين العديد من القادة المسيحيين ، كما استطاع من تحرير إيطاليا من سيطرة الدول الاوربية عليها .

The effect of using podcast technologies in developing students’ performance in the Arabic language subject

Abstract

In this research, the impact of podcasting techniques on developing students’ performance in the Arabic language subject in the intermediate stage was identified. The study is applied to 102 male and female students distributed into two groups. The differences in performance in the Arabic language subject are identified by dividing them into two experimental groups that are taught the Arabic language by Podcasting and control techniques were taught traditionally, and an Arabic language test is applied to measure the students’ performance in the skills (listening, speaking, writing, and reading). The differences in the students’ performance were studied according to their gender, class, and the two study groups, arriving at the following results: the gender, class, and study groups of students had no effect on their performance score in the Arabic language test. podcasting techniques significantly increased students’ performance in listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills in the Arabic language. The study recommended the need to pay attention to podcasts as an educational tool, not only in learning the Arabic language, but also in learning the rest of the subjects, in addition to the necessity of integrating this method with other educational methods and strategies to reach better results.

تم في هذا البحث التعرف على أثر تقنيات البودكاست على تطوير أداء الطلاب في مادة اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة وطبقت الدراسة على 102 طالب وطالبة موزعة على شعبتين وتم التعرف على الفروقات في الأداء في مادة اللغة العربية من خلال تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية تم تدريسها اللغة العربية بواسطة تقنيات البودكاست وضابطة تم تدريسها بشكل تقليدي وطبّق اختبار للغة العربية لقياس أداء الطلاب في مهارات (الاستماع والتحدث والكتابة والقراءة) وتم دراسة الفروقات في أداء الطلاب بحسب جنسهم وشعبتهم ومجموعتي الدراسة التوصل إلى عدم تأثير جنس الطلاب وشعبتهم ومجموعات الدراسة على درجة أدائهم في اختبار اللغة العربية.وأن تقنيات البودكاست رفعت من أداء الطلاب بشكل ملحوظ في مهارات الاستماع والقراءة والكتابة والتحدث في اللغة العربية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالبودكاست كأداة تعليمية ليس فقط في تعلم اللغة العربية وإنما في تعلم بقية المواد بالإضافة إلى ضرورة دمج هذه الطريقة مع طرق واستراتيجيات تعليمية أخرى للوصول إلى نتائج أفضل.

Abstract

The Purpose of this Paper: This paper focuses on the pragmatic language skills of dyslexic individuals, to highlight how its findings can enhance the development of appropriate intervention strategies. Accordingly, it tries to investigate and evaluate the pragmatic language skills in individuals with dyslexia by addressing the following research questions: How do individuals with dyslexia demonstrate in a pragmatic dimension? (b) How do these difficulties rates when compared to non-dyslexic ones? (c) What are the determinants of pragmatic language disorders? (d) What do such findings imply for the type of intervention approaches that could be effective? The main aim of this study is to address the lack of information about some Pragmatic Language problems encountered by people with dyslexia which is a very important area to be covered, and implied a big gap. Findings of this study will bear practical implication in design and execution of targeted interventions that would enhance communication and social interaction outcomes of people with dyslexia.

Abstract

Presently, the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors have been significantly affected by sustainability concerns. Sustainable construction is regarded as one of the critical and essential decisions that aids in minimizing building environmental impacts and energy consumption. and as a consequence, enhancing overall building sustainability levels. this research attempts to account for contemporary considerations towards sustainability and higher environmental performance of buildings, and aims to investigate the impact of applying smart glass in building envelop on building environmental performance, explore the capabilities of BIM in building sustainability and environmental performance assessments, and develop an integrated framework for sustainable building design with enhanced environmental performance. For this purpose, a building with large glazing area envelop in Erbil as case study. Building modeling is generated using Autodesk Revit and sustainability assessments are performed using Insight for Revit. Results indicate that smart glass consideration for building envelopes greatly influences the building design in terms of building energy consumption and overall building environmental performance.

وفي الوقت الحاضر، تأثرت قطاعات الهندسة المعمارية والهندسة والبناء بشكل كبير بمخاوف الاستدامة. يعتبر البناء المستدام أحد القرارات الحاسمة والأساسية التي تساعد في تقليل الآثار البيئية للبناء واستهلاك الطاقة. ونتيجة لذلك، تعزيز مستويات الاستدامة الشاملة للمبنى. يحاول هذا البحث مراعاة الاعتبارات المعاصرة نحو الاستدامة والأداء البيئي العالي للمباني، ويهدف إلى دراسة تأثير تطبيق الزجاج الذكي في غلاف البناء على الأداء البيئي للمبنى، واستكشاف قدرات BIM في تقييم استدامة البناء والأداء البيئي، وتطوير إطار متكامل لتصميم المباني المستدامة مع تعزيز الأداء البيئي. لهذا الغرض، تم تصميم مبنى ذو مساحة زجاجية كبيرة في أربيل كدراسة حالة. يتم إنشاء نماذج البناء باستخدام Autodesk Revit ويتم إجراء تقييمات الاستدامة باستخدام Insight for Revit. تشير النتائج إلى أن مراعاة الزجاج الذكي في أغلفة البناء يؤثر بشكل كبير على تصميم المبنى من حيث استهلاك المبنى للطاقة والأداء البيئي العام للمبنى.

Abstract

The isolated vegetative buds of excised of two varities of Dianthus namely: Jeanne Dionis Blano and Marie Chaboud Jaune. After breaking the dormancy phase, which sterilized with 2% Sodium hypochlorite for 15 minutes and cultured in the MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg\L of NAA with different concentration of BA or Kin revealing the vegetative branches and the apparent vitrification percentage as well as control treatment in the initation stage, while different concentration of NAA or IBA (0.0, 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5) mg\L in the MS medium in the percentage of rooting their numbers and lengths. The result showed that Jeanne Dionis Blano cultivars at 4.0 and 3.0 mg\L BA +0.2mg\L NAA, The highest mean number of branches gave 6.17 and 5.86 plant\ bud and highest vitrification percentage for buds gave a value of 83.2% and 67.5%, and the highest height of vegetative growth was 3.68cm in the comparison treatment. Compared to Marie Chaboud Jaune which gave the highest average number of branches amounted to 3.94 plant\bud, and highest percentage of vitrification of regenerated buds a value of 77.5% in medium with 4.0mg\L BA+0.2mg\L NAA. The highest height of vegetative growth reached 4.96cm for the treatment supplemented with 1.0mg\L Kin+ 0.2 mg\L NAA. And gave the highest rooting 82.2% on MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg\L NAA, and the highest root number 7.26 root\ shoot. The average root length was 2.8 cm on the MS medium supplied with 2.5mg\L NAA of Jeanne Dionis Blano cultivars. While the cultivar Marie Chaboud Jane exclled in gaving the highest rooting rat of 97% and the highest root number was 9.2 root\shoot at 1.5mg\L IBA and average root length was 1.57cm at the 0.5mg\L NAA on respectively.

استؤصلت البراعم الخضرية المعزولة لصنفين من نبات القرنفل(الازهار البيضاءوالازهار الصفراء) بعد تعقيمها بهايبوكلورات الصوديوم تركيز%2 مدة 15 دقيقة وزرعت في الوسط الغذائيMS. درس تأثير اضافة NAA بالتركيز0.2 ملغم/لتر مع تراكيز مختلفة من BA او Kin في تكشق الافرع الخضرية ونسبة التزجيج الظاهرة بالاضافة الى معاملة المقارنة. كما درس تأثير اضافة تراكيز مختلفة من NAA او IBA (0.0,0.5,1.5,2.5,3.5)ملغم/لتر الى الوسط الغذائي MS واخذت البيانات عن النسبة المئوية للتجذير واعدادها واطوالها على التوالي. اظهرت النتائج تفوق الصنف الازهار البيضاء عند التركيز 4.0 و3.0 ملغم/لترBA +2.0 ملغم/لتر NAA أذ اعطت اعلى متوسط لعدد الفروع قيمة بلغت 6.17 و5.86 برعم/نبات، واعلى نسبة تزجيج للبراعم بلغ %83.2 و %67.5 وافضل ارتفاع للنمو الخضري بلغ 3.68سم وكانت في معاملة المقارنة على التوالي. مقارنة بالصنف الازهار الصفراء الذي اعطت اعلى متوسط لعدد الفروع بلغ 3.94 برعم/نبات واعلى نسبة تزجيج للبراعم المجددة %77.5 في الوسط المدعم بـ 4.0 ملغم/لتر BA+ 0.2 ملغم/لتر NAA وبلغ اعلى ارتفاع للنمو الخضري 4.96 سم للمعاملة المزود بـ 1.0 ملغم/لترKin +0.2 ملغم/لترNAA. واعلى نسبة تجذير بلغ %82.2 على الوسط المزود بـ 0.5 ملغم/لتر NAA واعلى متوسط لعدد الجذور 7.26 جذر/جزء نباتي ومتوسط طول جذر بلغ 2.8 سم على الوسط المزود بـ 2.5 ملغم/لتر NAA للنصف الازهار البيضاء. في حين تفوق الصنف ازهارالصفراء الذي عطى اعلى نسبة تجذير %97 واعلى متوسط لعدد الجذور بلغ 9.2 جذر/جزء نباتي عند التركيز 1.5 ملغم/لتر IBA ومتوسط طول جذر بلغ 1.57 سم عند التركيز 0.5 ملغم/لتر NAA على التوالي.

Abstract

This research is to study the relationship between the society's social, cultural, economic condition and reproductive health as a mutual relationship, as it affects and is negatively affected by the spread of illiteracy and unemployment, and by the traditions, customs, beliefs and values of society. It is also affected by the family environment and the intertwined relationships between its members. Reproductive health is also linked to several factors and social and economic variables, where these factors overlap and intertwine, and it becomes almost impossible to separate them. These factors often cause changes in social frameworks that require the ability to adapt for both the individual and the family. Variables in the substitution of values and the disappearance of others through the transformations and changes that society is witnessing. The current research is descriptive and analytical.
