The research aims to know the empowerment of education and its relationship to the methods of dealing within the school among primary school students. The research community consisted of primary school students affiliated with the General Directorate of Rusafa/2, and the research sample consisted of (200) students distributed among (100) males, (100), females from The sixth primary stage, and the measure of enabling education consisting of (30) items, and the measure of methods of dealing within the school consisted of (30) items, two tools for research, and after applying them to the research sample, the results showed that the value of the calculated correlation coefficients was statistically significant, and this result indicates To the existence of a real correlation between both variables, in light of these results, it was concluded that primary school students possess a high level of educational empowerment by using them to constantly observe and monitor their behaviors and their ability to teach.

The current researcher aims to know the effect of peer teaching strategy on the achievement of students of the institute of Fine Arts, second stage, in the subject of aesthetic education. A null hypothesis was formulated, and the researcher used the experimental method with two groups and the research community was students of the institute of Fine Arts for Boys / Diyala, and the original and exploratory sample were selected from them. Nullity and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, and the development of a set of recommendations and proposals.

The current research aimed to study mental wandering and its relationship to Overexcitability mental Intellectual. On a sample of (200) male and female students from the Iraqi University, and the research tools were applied to the two measures of mental wandering and mental arousal on the mentioned sample, and using appropriate statistical methods, the results showed: There is a real direct relationship between mental wandering and mental arousal, that is, the higher the hyper excitability, the greater the wandering This indicates that mental processes are linked to one arousal line, and there are no differences according to gender and specialization in super arousal among university students, and that students from the scientific specialization have a higher level of mental wandering than students from the humanistic specialization

The present research aims to identify the mechanisms of employing the integration strategy in the technical work to train the teachers of art education on the skills of elements and foundations of the artistic work through:
1- Designing teaching plans according to this strategy.
2- Measuring the impact of teaching plans in developing the skills of the elements and foundations of the work of art through applying them to a sample of the teachers of art education for the primary stage.the main findings of the research are: The trainees who studied the elements and foundations of the technical work according to the strategy of integration in the technical work according to the content prepared in the teaching plan to measure the cognitive achievement according to the post-test prepared for this purpose.

There is a necessity for the existence of the field of government
administration in light of the challenges and difficulties that accompanied the changes in reality, as well as the emergence of technology and technology in the twenty-first century. The administration includes many laws, regulations and provisions that make administrative leaders and strategic experts in all fields, and such provisions require studies of situations in an objective scientific manner, and then develop innovative solutions to complex problems that hinder the work of government administration, and establish work that adheres to the foundations of decision-making as approved by management theories and practices It also ensures the implementation of those decisions, and establishes an effective system for evaluating them, knowing that these concepts can be applied at the level of societies and organizations.
The decision-making process also aims directly at harnessing the available resources and utilizing them to achieve various goals. As for the meaning of management, it is a branch of social sciences, which describes and explains administrative phenomena and human behavior that works in government institutions to achieve certain goals. It can grow and develop significantly in current times.
In light of this, I founded the title of my research tagged (The Evolution of Governmental Administration and Its Administrative Systems). The research consisted of an introduction through which it reviewed the management's ability to achieve goals by investing human resources and available capabilities in the best way, and thus reaching the desired success that depends mainly on achieving goals.
It established two sections, the first topic: Administrative systems related to government performance, through which it dealt with the mutual and common benefit between the government sector and the private sector, and administrative activities. The second topic: the administrative (governmental) concept, through which I dealt with the concept of legislation and the judiciary, and the development of the activities of administration and government agencies. The research aims to identify the difficulties facing science teachers for the sixth grade of primary school and to achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the research community consisted of science teachers, where the sample size was 304 male and female teachers from the directorates of education in the Rusafa side, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a tool The research (a questionnaire) included a number of paragraphs and was presented to a group of arbitrators in the fields of science and teaching methods to determine its fields. The research aims to identify the classroom teaching skills of middle school teachers and their relationship to the achievement of their students. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. The research was limited to mathematics teachers and third-grade intermediate students for the academic year 2019-2020. The first tool for research was the observation card consisting of (42) teaching skills distributed on ( 6) Domains with a five-graded gradation either and an achievement test in mathematics consisting of (40) items of the type of multiple test, verified. The results showed that there is a moderate direct correlation Between the classroom teaching skills of mathematics teachers and the achievement of their students and the weakness of the classroom teaching skills of mathematics teachers in middle schools. The current research aimed to identify the emotional regulation of educational counselors, and to identify the significance of the differences according to the gender variable, To achieve this the (Al-Shammari, 2019) emotional regulation scale was adopted according to the Cross model, which included the scale of 30 paragraphs, and used the method of declarative statements in drafting the paragraphs, and in front of each paragraph (5) graduated alternatives to the answer were (strongly agree, agree with a moderate degree, agree slightly , Disagree, strongly disagree) grades are given to her upon correction (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) respectively, The scale was applied to the research sample of (200) mentors and their mentors were chosen by the random stratified method, and the validity and reliability of the scale were verified ,.The results showed that educational counselors enjoy emotional regulation and that females enjoy more emotional regulation than males, and the study reached a set of recommendations.

The research aims to: Appreciating the efficacy of educational design in terms of the twenty keys of thinking in compromise thinking for science/biology fifth grade students.

The current research aims to know the effectiveness of the (KUD) strategy in the achievement of the students of the Institute of Fine Arts in the subject of artistic taste - developing the skills of analyzing artistic work. To study this, the researcher determined to build teaching plans for the subject of artistic taste - skills of analyzing technical work according to the (KUD) strategy.

Teachers and students should take advantage of computers technology and educational programs which provide efficient analysis of student information. In this paper, a model for student evaluation is presented to assist the teachers in their decision making process of student evaluation. The model consists of three stages, the first stage is reading the excel file due to the excel file is the most widely utilized by scientific departments that contains the student's grades. Also, the exams weights are reading in this stage to determine the weight of each exam. In the second stage, the student's averages are computed depending on the exams number and their weights. The last stage of model provides options which help teachers to adjust the average grades. The proposed model accurately calculates the student's performance with less time and effort than manual assessment. It's giving the teachers the ability to choose adjustment methods according to his requirements. As well as, the proposed model interfaces are simple, flexible and easy to use.
