The study aims to determine the relationship and the impact of transformational leader ship in management strategies organizational conflict at the level of means clothing factory in Najafi, but the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study divided into six sections, brows the first scientific methodology of study, which included the second and third showing theoretical variable of the study ,while the fourth has touched to describe and analysis of the results, and brows the fifth hypothesis testing and analysis of the results, while the sixth pointed to the conclusions and recommendations, and then use the questionnaire and distribute in to(45) a sample of administrative leadership in the factory , and indicated analysis using correlation and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses of study and sub in the organizational study population , among the most prominent conclusion is that the success of transformational leadership is linked to the elements and specification of behavior and cognitive and moral, and that this concept is one of the most concepts of leadership appropriate management strategies organizational conflict, the study fouler a set of recommendations was the most prominent of the need to invest positive cases of conflict construction in order to be constructive tool in the development of creative capabilities individual working the factory .

The aim of this research is to know the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors. This research has been identified by an independent variable represented yb organizational justice and a dependent variable which is organizational citizenship behaviors. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used and a questionnaire form was developed to obtain data and information targeting a random sample of employees in the research area of (500) employees. The questionnaire form was distributed to the sample members and (400) questionnaires were retrieved, i.e. (80%). The researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and other statistical methods to analyze the questionnaire data that were collected for research purposes. After analyzing the data and interpreting the research results, it was found that there is a positive impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors, and it also showed that there is a statistically significant impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors

Electronic payment systems are considered an influential factor in performance indicators within the banking sector. The banking sector in Iraq, particularly since the beginning of the 21st century, has witnessed rapid technological advancements. These developments have highlighted the need to study such transformations to determine their impact on banking efficiency and performance, as well as to analyze the role of electronic payment systems in enhancing the efficiency of financial operations.
The research also aims to identify the challenges facing the adoption of electronic payment systems in Iraq. The research problem lies in the challenges hindering the adoption of electronic payment systems, the extent to which these systems impact the enhancement of financial operations\' efficiency, and the role of economic and regulatory policies in improving the necessary infrastructure for these systems. The study was based on thehypothesis that the development of electronic payment systems
contributes to improving the performance and efficiency of financial operations in the banking sector.
The research employed an inductive approach to examine economic phenomena, adopting a descriptive method alongside modern analytical tools in economics. To achieve the research objectives, a set of advanced economic and analytical techniques was utilized.
The study found a weakness in the ratio of total loans to deposits, attributed to poor utilization of banking resources. This ratio remained below the optimal level (80%-90%), despite slight improvements in certain years, such as 2016 and 2020, reflecting fluctuations in banking activity during the research period.

The research reviewed digital technologies using effect in money laundering operations on the banking system in Iraq. A questionnaire was conducted to obtain the opinions of (100) samples of bank employees, experts of anti-money laundering, auditors, branch managers and banks. By the software spss-v23 they analyzed the information, as well as the descriptive statistics and demographic distribution of the sample members were conducted, so the researcher found out that banks face difficulties in tracking digital transactions after adopting hard technical methods via money laundering gangs. We recommend using advanced tools to detect money laundering operations, especially with the acceleration of the use of artificial intelligence, which allows for accurate digital transactions with less risks.

The current study seeks to diagnose the impact of brand experience in its dimensions (emotional experience, behavioral experience, cognitive experience, sensory experience) in enhancing emotional commitment. The problem of the study was represented by a main question, which is: Is there a significant relationship between brand experience and emotional commitment? Two main hypotheses were developed, and several hypotheses branched out from them to measure the level of association and influence by analyzing the relationship betweenthese variables. The return of customers of smart phone brands was selected in the field for the study and testing of its hypotheses. The questionnaire form was adopted as the main tool in collecting data related to the field aspect of the study. The sample size was (284) customers of smart phone brands, using a statistical program such as (25SPSS.V.). A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that the brand experience has a correlation and a significant effect on emotional commitment. The study concluded with a set of recommendations

There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership and competitive advantage, and there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial leadership on the dimensions of competitive advantage in the department, the field of research, and based on the conclusions reached by the research, appropriate recommendations were presented

This alignment can only be achieved by activating fiscal policy tools, including both expenditure policy and tax policy, through an economic reform that safeguards the country from the dangers of a one-sided economy with negative consequences. Such reforms can only be implemented through the overhaul of the country's tax system, including its framework, legislation, and management

Electronic payment has recently become a popular method in Iraqi society, as financial organizations seek to automate shopping and payment processes for employees and other segments of society. Despite the importance of this trend, the behavior of users of this method remains unclear in terms of their convictions and conscious use. This is in addition to the difficulties that many segments of society may face when completing shopping transactions using this method.It has become increasingly apparent, and the research problem is embodied in the lack of awareness of shoppers' convictions and behaviors regarding the use of electronic payment cards when purchasing products. Accordingly, this research explores the contribution of electronic payment methods to purchasing decisions from the perspective of shoppers in the Mobile City. In order to achieve this goal, the research adopted the quantitative approach, and the survey method was used as it is one of the methods that enable the researcher to collect data from a large number of participants, by designing a paper questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of shoppers in shopping centers in the city of Mosul, amounting to (600) participants. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the hypotheses were tested by simple and multiple regression analysis using the program (SPSS). At the macro level, the study found that electronic payment cards have an impact on product purchase decisions. From a micro level, the study found that ease of use, conviction, and satisfaction had a significant impact on the purchase decision. The current study is expected to have positive implications for electronic payment card issuers by improving the use of this method and developing this practice.
