This research aims to analyze the image which Al-Arabi” Kuwaiti Magazine published about the Iraqi woman in the sectors of education and business, during the period (1958-1980). The Iraqi woman played important rule in the Iraqi society along the history, and there a great changes in her social, political and economic life.This study sheds light on the state of women's education in Iraq and the efforts undertaken to overcome the challenges they have historically faced in this domain. It also examines women's participation in the workforce and the initiatives aimed at empowering them to ensure their full contribution to the development of Iraqi society. Analysing the historical trajectory of Iraqi women's education and employment offers valuable insights into strategies for enhancing their opportunities and empowerment. These findings highlight the continued need for scholarly research and critical analysis of issues related to Iraqi women and their broader societal impact

الملخص:
يهدف البحث إلى تحليل الصورة التي قدمتها مجلة العربي الكويتية عن المرأة العراقية في قطاعي التعليم والعمل، خلال المدة (1958-1980). فالمرأة العراقية لعبت دورًا هامًا في المجتمع العراقي عبر التاريخ، وشهدت تغييرات كبيرة في مسيرة حياتها الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية.يسلط البحث الضوء على واقع تعليم المرأة العراقية وجهود تذليل العقبات التي كانت تواجهها في هذا الجانب. وتتبع عمل المرأة وتمكينها لضمان مساهمتها الكاملة في بناء المجتمع العراقي. اذ ان دراسة تاريخ التعليم والعمل للمرأة العراقية توفر رؤى قيمة حول كيفية تحسين فرص المرأة وتمكينها في المجتمع. وهو ما يؤكد الحاجة المستمرة للبحث والتحليل حول قضايا المرأة العراقية وتأثيراتها على المجتمع.

: اتسم القرن الثامن الهجري بالهدوء النسبي على الصعيدين السياسي والاجتماعي، ما سمح بفرصة كبيرة للفكر الشيعي للنمو والازدهار بعد سقوط الحكم العباسي في منتصف القرن السابع.لم يكن المغول مهتمين بالعقائد الدينية، مما سمح للمجتمع الشيعي بأن يعيش في أجواء من الاستقرار النسبي، إذ اتخذ السلطان غازان المغولي نهج التسامح الديني، بعد إعلانه الإسلام دينًا رسميًا في مناطق حكمه، وأصبح أكثر تسامحًا تجاه الشيعة، ما ساعد في نشر الفكر الشيعي.شهد هذا القرن أيضًا بروز حكومات شيعية محلية، كما برزت مدارس علمية كبيرة، مثل مدرسة الحلة في العراق ومدرسة جبل عامل في لبنان.كانت مدرسة الحلة مركزًا علميًا مهمًا في العراق، وكان للعلامة الحلي دور بارز في تطوير هذه المدرسة، كما تعد مدرسة جبل عامل مركزًا علميًا هامًا في بلاد الشام، اشتهرت أكثر بتخصصها في الفقه من غيره من العلوم، كما ان السيد أحمد بن طاووس والعلامة الحلي كانا من أبرز العلماء الذين أحدثوا تغييرات في طريقة تقييم الحديث وتصنيفه.كما شهد القرن الثامن الهجري ظهور محدثين بارزين مثل العلامة الحلي والشهيد الأول وفخر المحققين، الذين أثروا في مجال الحديث والفقه وألفوا العديد من الكتب القيمة.شهد القرن التاسع الهجري استمرارًا لحركة النشاط في مجال الحديث، إذ بعد وفاة تيمور لنك، اتبع الحكام الجدد نهجًا أكثر اعتدالًا، مما ساهم في استعادة الاستقرار السياسي والثقافي في المنطقة، ومن أبرز علماء هذا القرن الشيخ حسن بن سليمان الحلي، والشيخ رجب البرسي.بدأت الدولة الصفوية في إيران في بداية القرن العاشر الهجري بقيادة الشاه إسماعيل الصفوي، الذي قام بتوسيع سلطته وجعل المذهب الشيعي الإمامي المذهب الرسمي، وأدى هذا الأمر إلى جذب العلماء الشيعة من مختلف المناطق الإسلامية، مثل جبل عامل والعراق، إلى إيران حيث كانوا في حاجة إلى علمائهم لدعم بناء الدولة وتحقيق استقرارها السياسي والديني

Summary
This study explores the life of Qanbar Abu Hamdan, one of the most loyal companions and servants of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him). Qanbar was a remarkable figure who combined physical service with deep emotional and intellectual devotion to the Imam. He was born a slave or a freedman and was emancipated by the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him). Yet, he transformed from a mere servant into a model of loyalty, piety, courage, and insight, to the point that his name became inseparably linked with the legacy of Imam Ali in Shi‘a tradition، This study examines Qanbar's social and intellectual background, his relationship with Imam Ali, and focuses particularly on his origins, the circumstances of his upbringing, and how, as a freed servant, he joined the service of Imam Ali. This reflects the nature of social relations between free men and freedmen in early Islam, especially within the Alid environment

تتناول هذه الدراسة سيرة قنبر أبو همدان، أحد أبرز خلص أصحاب وخدام الإمام علي بن أبي طالب (عليه السلام)، وهو شخصية متميزة جمعت بين الخدمة الجسدية والولاء القلبي والفكري العميق للإمام. وُلد قنبر عبدًا أو مولى، وأُعتق على يد أمير المؤمنين (ع)، لكنه تحوّل من تابع إلى أنموذج للولاء والورع والشجاعة والبصيرة، حتى أصبح اسمه ملازمًا لسيرة الإمام علي في التراث الشيعي، وتستعرض دراستنا النشاة الاجتماعية والعلمية والعلاقة مع الإمام علي عليه السلام محور أصول قنبر، وظروف نشأته، وكونه من الموالي الذين التحقوا بخدمة الإمام علي، ما يعكس طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأحرار والموالي في صدر الإسلام، وخاصة في البيئة العلوية

Domestic violence is considered one of the most serious social issues that threaten family cohesion and societal stability, requiring effective intervention from various entities, most notably community policing. This research aims to shed light on the role of community police in addressing domestic violence through preventive and awareness-based approaches in addition to traditional security measures. The study explores the concept of community policing and its mechanisms, as well as the most prominent strategies used to reduce domestic violence, such as enhancing cooperation with civil society institutions, implementing awareness programs, and providing psychological and social support to victims.The research also highlights successful experiences in this field and emphasizes the importance of building trust between the police and citizens to achieve effective and sustainable outcomes. The study concludes that strengthening the role of community police contributes to the early detection of domestic violence cases and helps address them in more humane and comprehensive ways, which in turn supports the reduction of this phenomenon and promotes social security

يعد العنف الأسري من القضايا المجتمعية الخطيرة التي تهدد تماسك الأسرة واستقرار المجتمع، وتتطلب تدخلاً فعالًا من مختلف الجهات، ومن أبرزها الشرطة المجتمعية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الشرطة المجتمعية في التصدي لظاهرة العنف الأسري، من خلال اعتماد نهج وقائي وتوعوي إلى جانب الإجراءات الأمنية التقليدية. ويتناول البحث مفهوم الشرطة المجتمعية وآليات عملها، إضافة إلى أبرز الاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها للحد من العنف الأسري، مثل تعزيز التعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، وتنفيذ برامج توعوية، وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للضحايا. كما يستعرض البحث تجارب ناجحة في هذا المجال، ويُبرز أهمية بناء الثقة بين الشرطة والمواطنين لتحقيق نتائج فعّالة ومستدامة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تعزيز دور الشرطة المجتمعية يُسهم في الكشف المبكر عن حالات العنف الأسري، ويساعد على معالجتها بطرق أكثر إنسانية وشمولية، مما يسهم في الحد من هذه الظاهرة وتحقيق الأمن المجتمعي.

This research aims to edit a delicate manuscript on metaphor. The title of this manuscript is "Tahsil al-Mafaz fi Tafsil al-Majaz" (The Attainment of the Ultimate in the Detail of Metaphor). This work is written by an eminent scholar namely Sheikh Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ja'far al-Qadi al-Damiyati al-Shafi'i (1295 AH).The sheikh in this writing divided discourse into two meanings literal and metaphorical, then he sub classified literal meanings into two categories: rational and linguistic. He also subdivided metaphors into two categories: rational and linguistic, which is the intended meaning of this manuscript according to Sheikh al-Qadi al-Damiyati.The study has two sections; the first is about the author while the second is the manuscript itself followed by the researcher’s edited text of the manuscript

يعنى هذا البحث بتحقيق رسالة لطيفة في المجاز، وعنوانها (تحصيل المفاز في تفصيل المجاز) للعلامة الشيخ محمد بن أحمد بن جعفر القاضي الدمياطي الشافعي المتوفى: (بعد 1295هــ).وقد قسّم الشيخ الكلام على حقيقة ومجاز، ومن ثمَّ قسّم الحقيقة على قسمين: عقلية، ولغوية، وكذلك قسّم المجاز على قسمين: عقلي، ولغوي، وهو المقصود بهذه الرسالة بحسب قول الشيخ القاضي الدمياطي. وكانت الدراسة على مبحثين، الأول: ومضات على المؤلف، والثاني: الرسالة، ومن ثمَّ النص المحقق.

Translation has always been an evolving process that incorporates the contemporary practices of the time. As society progresses, new technologies and methodologies emerge that will inevitably change the landscape of translation. While AI translation systems pose difficulties for human translators, it also opens new avenues that can be explored while questioning the fundamentals of translation. Humans have an innate ability to understand meaning and intent beyond the literal, and although AI translation systems have advanced tremendously, they still lack this human quality. However, it is important to note that AI translation systems are trained through human translation data, so the validity of a human translations accuracy is questionable if the translation systems output is not significantly inferior. As technology continues to advance, it is probable that AI translation systems will eventually match, if not surpass, human translation systems in regards to the ability to accurately translate text. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the ethics surrounding translation and the best course of action going forward. AI translation systems that are free for public use currently do not credit the author of the original text, nor do they consider the translation to be copyrighted, as it is modified from the original text. This study will deal with the change that happens to meaning when performing human and AI translation to a no-specialized text

This paper aimed at specifying the leading obstacles which faced by Iraqi EFL secondary school teachers in teaching English language. According to studies and observations, lack of adequate materials, overcrowding classrooms, lack of infrastructures, and low job satisfaction are the main barriers to English language teaching in Iraq. Data were collected from 130 EFL teachers from Iraqi schools through a standard questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a descriptive statistic to summarize and present it in a meaningful way. The findings supported previous studies regarding the classroom overcrowding, lack of teaching aids and materials, and dilapidated facilities. Furthermore, regarding job dissatisfaction and salary, interesting and eye-catching results emerged as teachers expressed complete dissatisfaction with salary and motivation to teach which impacted their method of teaching as well as students' outcomes. This paper suggest that overcrowding classrooms must be decreased, provide educational materials, enhance schools’ facilities, teacher training must be focused on, and finally teachers' salaries must be improved

هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد أبرز المعوقات التي تواجه معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس المتوسطة العراقية عند تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية. ووفقًا للدراسات والملاحظات، فإن نقص المواد الكافية، واكتظاظ الفصول الدراسية، وضعف البنى التحتية، وانخفاض الرضا الوظيفي، هي العوائق الرئيسية أمام تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في العراق. جُمعت البيانات من 130 معلمًا ومعلمة من مدارس عراقية من خلال استبيان معياري. وحُللت البيانات باستخدام إحصائية وصفية لتلخيصها وعرضها بطريقة هادفة. ودعمت النتائج الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة باكتظاظ الفصول الدراسية، ونقص الوسائل والمواد التعليمية، وتدهور المرافق. علاوة على ذلك، وفيما يتعلق بعدم الرضا الوظيفي والراتب، ظهرت نتائج لافتة للنظر، حيث أعرب المعلمون عن استيائهم التام من الراتب ودوافع التدريس، مما أثر على أسلوبهم في التدريس وعلى نتائج الطلاب. وتقترح هذه الورقة البحثية الحد من اكتظاظ الفصول الدراسية، وتوفير المواد التعليمية، وتحسين مرافق المدارس، والتركيز على تدريب المعلمين، وتحسين رواتبهم.

بما أن اللغة بحد ذاتها هي ترجمة، فإن فعل إعادة خلق اللغة من خلال عملية القراءة يشكل شكلاً آخر من أشكال الترجمة وهذا لا يعني أن المترجم ملزم بتكييف ترجمته مع الثقافة المنتفعة منها وإنما يعني أنه يملك هذا الخيار إذا ما اضطر إليه اعتمادا على ذلك .من بين تلك الخيارات المحاكاة والأقلمة والاقتباس والاستلهام وإعادة الصياغة… الخ وبناء على ذلك تبنى الباحث اختيارتوظيف المحاكاة التي تعد احدى ثلاثة أنواع أساسية من الترجمة صاغها (جون درايدن (تعتمد على درجة كبيرة من التصرف بحيث لا يبقى من النص الأصلي إلا فكرته الرئيسية وهذا يعني"التخلي" عن الكلمات والمعنى؛ وهو بذلك يتوافق مع الترجمة الحرة وهو تكيف إلى حد ما - أداة لإختبار فاعليتها في ترجمة النصوص الأدبية غير المشكولة (التي تخلو من (الحركات)من خلال اجراء مقارنة التحليل اللفظي للكلمة والجملة داخل سياقها في نصوص ادبية مختارة مترجمة من العربية الى العبرية وبالعكس

Abstract

This research aims to identify and respond to the objections of Orientalists to the writing of the Prophet's Sunnah. This research is based on descriptive and analytical study، by shedding light on what the Prophet's Sunnah is and its authority in Islamic legislation، tracing what Orientalism is، its objectives and the means of Orientalists to reach those objectives، then the most important objections of Orientalists to the writing of the Prophet's Sunnah، and responding to them، leading to conclusions and recommendations that achieve the desired benefit from this research One of the most prominent conclusions of this research was that in order to properly understand Islam، it is necessary to respect the mystical source (revelation) of the Prophet's message، and then to adopt an objective position that avoids prejudice; overcoming all projections that hinder the process of understanding، and the need to be aware of the tools of scientific research، and the mistakes of the Orientalists، although they managed the latter، they did not respect the mystical source and did not adopt an objective position.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف مطاعن المستشرقين في كتابة السنة النبوية، والرد عليها، ويقوم هذا البحث على الدراسة الوصفية والتحليلية، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على ماهية السنة النبوية وحجيتها في التشريع الإسلامي، وتتبع ماهية الاستشراق وأهدافه ووسائل المستشرقين للوصل إلى تلك الأهداف، ثم أهم مطاعن المستشرقين في كتابة السنة النبوية، والرد عليها، وصولا إلى النتائج والتوصيات التي يتحقق بها الفائدة المرجوة من هذا البحث، وكان من أبرز النتائج التي خلص إليها البحث أنه حتى يفهم الإسلام فهما صحيحا لا بد من احترام المصدر الغيبي (الوحي) لرسالة النبي ﷺ، ومن ثم اعتماد موقف موضوعي يبتعد عن الأحكام المسبقة؛ ويتجاوز كل الإسقاطات التي تعرقل عملية الفهم، وضرورة الإحاطة بأدوات البحث العلمي، وأخطاء المستشرقين وإن تمكنوا من هذه الأخيرة؛ إلا أنهم لم يحترموا المصدر الغيبي ولم يعتمدوا موقفا موضوعيا.
