The attributes of those whom God loves in the Holy Qur'an constitute a roadmap for every believer striving to attain God's pleasure and love.These attributes are achievable and subject to effort, and constitute the foundations for building a Muslim and a community of faith. There is a profound connection between them, as they all stem from the station of true servitude and embody the practical realization of faith in the life and behavior of Muslims.

يتناول هذا البحث أحكام الهبة بين الوالد وولده في الفقه الإسلامي؛ إذ إن علاقة الوالد بالأبناء والابناء بالوالد مما اهتمَّت به الشريعة الإسلامية اهتمامًا کبیرًا، ووضعت له من الأحكام ما يكفل إقامة علاقة سوية عادلة، فكما جعلت للوالد حقوقًا على ولده جعلت للولد حقوقًا على والده، ونظَّمت تلك الحقوق ولم تتركْها هَمَلا، يحكمها ميلُ الوالد لبعض أولاده دون بعض، رغم أن الله تعالى فطر الوالد على حب أولاده جميعًا، لكنه سبحانه أوصاه بهم وأوجب عليه رعايتهم جميعا حالَ حياته وبعد وفاته، ومن هنا تأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى بيان أحكام الهبة بين الوالد وولده في الفقه الإسلامي

Summary
Fiqh in religion is one of the greatest blessings bestowed upon His servants, and striving to attain it is one of the greatest acts of devotion and the most sublime acts of obedience. This research aims to produce a commentary on the commentary on al-Wiqayah by Mawla Muhyi al-Din Muhammad Ibrahim ibn Hasan al-Naksari (d. 901 AH), specifically the section on the Adhān (the call to prayer), which is part of the Book of Prayer in Ḥanafī jurisprudence. The chosen text is rich in scholarly additions and valuable commentary, reflecting the care that later scholars took in explaining and clarifying authoritative fiqh texts.The research is divided into two main sections:The first section includes an introductory study with two main subsections:Subsection One is devoted to the biography of the commentator, Shaykh al-Naksārī. It highlights his personal and scholarly life, his teachers, students, writings, and his standing among the scholars of his time.Subsection Two introduces the manuscript, covering its title, subject, available copies, physical description, and includes sample scanned pages.
The second section is dedicated to the critical edition (taḥqīq) of the marginal commentary on the Adhān chapter. This was carried out following established manuscript editing methodology, including cross-examination of manuscript copies, text verification, referencing statements, annotating necessary passages, and citing reliable Ḥanafī sources.In conclusion, Sharḥ al-Wiqāyah has gained a prominent status among Ḥanafī works. Its significance is evident in the scholarly attention it received, the abundance of commentaries and marginalia, and the frequent citations by later jurists and commentators.

إِن الفِقة في الدِّينِ مِنْ أعظمِ النِّعَمِ الَّتي يَمُنُّ الله بها على عباده، وإنَّ العمل على تحصيلِهِ مِنْ أعظمِ القُرْباتِ وأجَلِ الطَّاعات، حيث يهدف البحث الى تحقيق حاشية على شرح الوقاية للمولى محي الدين محمد أبراهيم بن حسن النكساري(ت 901ھ )، تحديدًا باب الأذان(دراسة وتحقيق)، وهو من أبواب كتاب الصلاة في الفقه الحنفي. وقد تم اختيار هذا النص لما فيه من إضافات علمية وتعليقات نفيسة تكشف عن مدى عناية العلماء المتأخرين بشرح وتوضيح المتون الفقهية المعتبرة.يتألف البحث من قسمين رئيسين:يتضمن القسم الأول الدراسة التعريفية، وفيه مبحثان:المبحث الأول : خصص لترجمة المحشي الشيخ النكساري، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على حياته الشخصية والعلمية، وشيوخه، وتلامذته، ومؤلفاته، ومكانته بين علماء عصره.أما المبحث الثاني : فكان للتعريف بالمخطوط، من حيث عنوانه، وموضوعه، ونسخه الخطية، ووصف مادي لمحتوياته، مع عرض نماذج مصورة لبعض صفحاته.أما القسم الثاني من البحث فهو مخصص لتحقيق نص الحاشية، وتحديدًا باب الأذان، وفق المنهج العلمي المتبع في تحقيق المخطوطات من مقابلة النسخ، وضبط النص، وتوثيق الأقوال، والتعليق على ما يحتاج إلى شرح، مع الإحالة إلى المصادر الفقهية المعتمدة، وفي الختام اكتسب شرح الوقاية مكانة كبرى بين كتب المذهب الحنفي، ومما يدل على أهمية الكتاب عناية العلماء به، وكثرة الحواشي والتعليقات عليه، وكثرة نقل المتأخرين من الشراح وغيرهم منه

Linguistic approaches that employ contemporary methods of linguistic analysis—drawing in their theoretical foundations on the achievements and intellectual frameworks of the Western mind—represent one of the essential pillars that guided the work and preoccupations of most Arab modernists in their attempts to renew Arab-Islamic thought and heritage in general, and in the study of the structure and discourse of the Qur’anic text in particular. Among the most prominent figures embodying such modernist orientations is Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, whose contributions sought to rely on linguistic analytical methods to offer a contemporary interpretive understanding of the Qur’an. This study seeks to shed light on, and address, both the theoretical aspects and part of the applied dimensions of Abu Zayd’s linguistic engagement. It also aims to identify his methodological characteristics and the results that emerged from them in formulating a distinctive hermeneutical understanding of Qur’anic meanings. More importantly, the research undertakes a critical re-evaluation of the linguistic methods employed by Abu Zayd, highlighting the limits of their practical applicability in employing their findings for the study of the Qur’anic text To achieve this objective, and by adopting the critical-analytical method, the research follows three paths: Examining the impact of the linguistic approach on the project of renewing religious discourse and text in general. تُعد المقاربات اللغوية باستخدام مناهج التحليل اللغوي المعاصرة ، والتي تعتمد في مرجعياتها وأُسسها النظرية العامة على مكتسبات ومنجزات العقل الغربي من المرتكزات الاساسية التي وجهت عمل وانشغالات اغلب الحداثيين العرب في مقاربتهم لقضايا تجديد الفكر والتراث العربي الاسلامي بشكل عام ، والاشتغال على دراسة بنية وخطاب النص القرآني بشكل خاص .. وتعد اسهامات نصر حامد ابو زيد ابرز تمثيل لمثل هذه التوجهات الحداثية ، والتي حاولت الاعتماد على مناهج التحليل اللغوي في تقديم فهم تفسيري معاصر للقرآن الكريم.ان هذا البحث يحاول تسليط الضوء ومعالجة الجوانب النظرية وقسم من الجوانب التطبيقية للاشتغال اللغوي عند نصر حامد ابو زيد ، والتعرف على خصائصه المنهجية والنتائج التي ترتبت عليها على صعيد بلورة فهم تأويلي خاص للمضامين القرآنية ، والأهم من ذلك اعادة تقييم نقدي لتلك المناهج اللغوية التي اشتغل عليها نصر حامد ابو زيد ، وبيان حدود صلاحيتها الاجرائية على صعيد توظيف معطياتها في دراسة النص القرآني. وقد سلك البحث في سبيل الوصول الى هذه الغاية وعن طريق تبني معطيات المنهج التحليلي النقدي ثلاث مسارات ، الاول : معالجة اثر المقاربة اللغوية في مشروع تجديد الخطاب والنص الديني بشكل عام ، والمسار الثاني : التوقف عند معالجة طبيعة الاشتغال اللغوي على النص القرآني وخصائصه النظرية والمنهجية عند نصر حامد ابو زيد ، والثالث : اجراء تقييم نقدي عام لحدود الصلاحية للمقاربة اللغوية واثرها في تجديد فهم أبعاد النص القرآني عند نصر حامد ابو زيد.

Abstract

The principle "hardship necessitates ease" is one of the major jurisprudential principles that clearly reflects the Islamic Sharia's keenness to remove hardship from those obligated to follow it when an unusual difficulty arises. This principle highlights the flexible approach of Sharia in providing relief and ease within its legal rulings, while observing precise controls that ensure the fulfillment of the requirements. The objectives of Islamic law and preserving its general spirit are principles that scholars have derived from numerous Quranic and Hadith texts, in addition to the practical application of Islamic rulings in various fields of jurisprudence. This principle is not limited to the theoretical aspect only, but its applications are clearly evident in various rulings concerning worship and transactions. For example, the concessions include those related to purification and prayer for the sick or traveler, and dispensations related to fasting and pilgrimage, in addition to easing some restrictions in transactions when needed or necessary. This reflects the comprehensiveness of the rule and its profound impact on facilitating the lives of Muslims and adapting Sharia rulings to practical realities.

Abstract
Many Biblical parallels can be identified in Lord of the Flies. Many critics consider the novel as a retelling of stories from the Bible. While this may be an oversimplification of the complex social issues explored in the book, the text does draw parallels with specific Christian themes and images. The Biblical imagery functions as a motif in the novel because the author does not explicitly refer to Biblical figures or incidences. An interpretation of the text, however, presents several Biblical delusions. The study uses conventional content analysis to examine Lord of the Flies and the Bible to identify Biblical delusions in the novel. The study finds that several Biblical delusions occur in the literary text. The findings of the study show that the view of Simon as a representation of Jesus Christ is a Biblical delusion. The substantial differences between Simon and Jesus indicate that Golding aimed to display a more complex story relating to humanity and not merely retell the Bible. The study also determines that the claim that the character of Jack is similar to Judas is a Biblical delusion. Jack is a sophisticated character that demonstrates the negative effects of the lack of rules. The research further shows that the consideration of the Pig’s Head as Satan is a Biblical delusion. The characters show how fear can be used to drive people to engage in evil acts. The analysis also finds that the island is not an accurate depiction of the Garden of Eden

Mapping Normalized Barbarism: Violence, Memory, and the Aesthetics of the Margin in Bolaño's 2666 and The Savage Detectives

In both works, The Savage Detectives and 2666 by Roberto Bolaño, a transnational literary cartography is created in a fine way exploring violence, memory, and exile in an international context and in Latin American context. These novels draw a border of the wild literary landscape that crosses over the national borders and is inhabited by poet-wanderers wandering across the scenery of displacement and violence, including in the novel of 2666, which strategically represents suffering in a globalized view, through the representation of the female murder in the fictional Santa Teresa in Mexico. The corporeal and symbolic violence is intertwined with the historical trauma and memory, as the idea of violence as a creator of freedom, identity, and language is conceptualized by Charles Tripp. The idea of destitute power, introduced by Giorgio Agamben informs the oeuvre by Bolanao, who makes his poet-protagonists twist up hegemonic narratives and make radical ungovernability a real thing. In this perspective, Bolaño criticizes nationalism and places his characters in the in-between world where the identity politics, memory, and globalization are questioned. His border-crossing poetics deconstruct textual frontiers that are artificial and are involved in theories of center-periphery relationships of world literature studies. Bolaño is depicted as an outsider to the metaphorical "Greenwich meridian" of the literary production, however, by his own inherently marginal and global visions, he re-defines this axis on an inestimable scale. The relevance of the literary cartography created by Bolaño, therefore, is that it challenges the normalized barbarism of the modern world and rejects the mindless history. Being displaced by military campaigns in his native land, M. offers a fragmented (fugal) account with many voices and open-ended stories that emphasize the ubiquity of the trauma and the ethical need to testify. In the end, fiction by Bolaño shows how literature can be used to map the points of violence, memory and transnationality, and thus highlight important points in the present global socio-political landscape. His work does not just defy the traditional literary structures but goes beyond the natural restrictions of literature and questions the very purpose of telling stories in the world of globalized injustice

في روايتي المتحرّون المتوحّشون و2666 لروبرتو بولانيو، تتشكّل خرائط أدبية عابرة للحدود بأسلوب دقيق يستكشف العنف والذاكرة والمنفى في سياق عالمي وفي إطار أميركا اللاتينية. ترسم هذه الأعمال معالم مشهد أدبي بريّ يمتد عبر الحدود الوطنية، وتسكنه شخصيات من الشعراء-الجوّالين الذين يتنقّلون داخل فضاءات مليئة بالاقتلاع والعنف. ويظهر ذلك بوضوح في 2666، حيث تُقدَّم معاناة النساء في مدينة سانتا تيريزا المكسيكية المتخيّلة بوصفها انعكاسًا استراتيجيًا لرؤية معولمة للعنف.يتشابك العنف الجسدي والرمزي مع الصدمة التاريخية والذاكرة، بينما تُستدعى فكرة العنف بوصفه مُنتِجًا للحرية والهوية واللغة، كما تناولها تشارلز تريب. كذلك تُضيء مفهوم القوة المعدومة لدى جورجيو أغامبن أجزاء واسعة من عالم بولانيو الروائي، إذ يجعل أبطاله من الشعراء يُقوّضون السرديات المهيمنة ويحوّلون اللاقابلية للحكم إلى واقع فعلي.ومن هذا المنظور، يقدّم بولانيو نقدًا واضحًا للقومية، واضعًا شخصياته في مناطق "بين-بين" حيث تُساءَل سياسات الهوية والذاكرة والعولمة. وتقوم شاعريته العابرة للحدود بتحطيم التخوم النصّية المصطنعة، المستثمرِة في نظريات المركز والهامش في دراسات الأدب العالمي. ورغم أن بولانيو يُصوَّر ككاتب يقف خارج "خط غرينتش المجازي" للإنتاج الأدبي، إلا أنّ رؤيته الهامشية والعالمية تعيد صياغة هذا المحور على نحو لا يُقدّر بثمن.تكمن أهمية هذه الخرائط الأدبية التي يبتكرها بولانيو في أنها تواجه الهمجية المُطبَّعة في العالم الحديث وترفض التاريخ المُفرَّغ من المعنى. وبحكم تهجيره جرّاء الحملات العسكرية في بلده الأصلي، يقدّم بولانيو سردًا متشظّيًا (فوجاليًا) متعدد الأصوات، يمتلئ بنهايات مفتوحة تُبرز شمولية الصدمة والحاجة الأخلاقية للشهادة. وفي النهاية، تُظهر كتاباته كيف يمكن للأدب أن يرسم نقاط العنف والذاكرة والتجاوز عبر الحدود، وأن يسلّط الضوء على اللحظات المفصلية في المشهد الاجتماعي-السياسي العالمي المعاصر. فهو لا يكتفي بتحدّي البنى السردية التقليدية، بل يتجاوز القيود الطبيعية للأدب ويعيد طرح السؤال حول جدوى الحكي في عالم يسوده الظلم المعولم

يمكن تناول العلاقة بين العصر الرقمي والأدب ما بعد الاستعماري من زوايا عدة: منها عدم المساواة في الوصول إلى المعلومات، والفجوات في المهارات الرقمية، والممارسات الثقافية المتصلة بالفضاء الرقمي. كما يمكن التفكير في الكيفية التي أعادت فيها التوترات بين المركز والهامش تشكيل المجال الرقمي كما أعادت تشكيل الفضاءات الاستعمارية السابقة. ويُطبَّق في هذا السياق مفهوم الرقيم الرقمي الذي يرى التقنيات الرقمية فضاءً مزدوجًا يتيح فرصًا للحفظ والوصول، وفي الوقت نفسه يهدد بإدامة التسلسلات الهرمية الاستعمارية والأحكام المسبقة.يعتمد هذا الاستعراض على إسهامات الإنسانيات الرقمية ودراسات ما بعد الاستعمار والدراسات النقدية للخوارزميات لفهم الوضع المتنافس للأرشيفات الرقمية بوصفها مساحات يمكن أن تكون إمّا مواقع للاستعادة وإمّا أدوات للمحو. وتتضح المشكلة خصوصًا عند العمل على المواد ما بعد الاستعمارية، حيث يصبح النص قابلًا للتحليل، لكنه يفقد في كثير من الأحيان سياقه التاريخي والثقافي بسبب هشاشة موقعه واحتمالية إلغائه.كما يناقش البحث الطرق التي تقوم بها أنظمة التنسيق الخوارزمي ذات التحيزات البنيوية بدور "حراس البوابة" فيما يتعلق بظهور الأدب ما بعد الاستعماري وتلقيه، الأمر الذي قد يسهم في تعزيز ما يُعرف بـ الاستعمارية الرقمية. وتشمل الانشغالات الرئيسة التي يعالجها البحث أخلاقيات التمثيل في البيئات الرقمية، وتحديات الانحياز الخوارزمي، والحاجة إلى بناء ممارسات نقدية للحياة الرقمية تقوم على مبادئ إلغاء الاستعمار.ويختتم الاستعراض بالتأكيد على ضرورة التعاون البين-تخصصي واليقظة الأخلاقية لضمان أن تُستخدم التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتمكين الأدب ما بعد الاستعماري لا لإسكاته، مع الإشارة إلى إمكانات الدراسات المستقبلية حول بنى رقمية أكثر عدالة ومحو أمية خوارزمية أكثر نقدًا

Since life does not move at a single pace and change and renewal in its patterns are inevitable and unavoidable. They bring with it the necessity of keeping pace with these changes to meet the collective need for services and satisfy these needs, especially the regularity of the individual's life within the society and the speed of response to his requirements. This was the impetus for the emergence of administrative decentralization. It is also a subject of change from being a way of distributing the administrative function between the center and the authorities to an administrative system for the bodies independent of the center and the abandonment of dependency Administrative and the shift to federal relations even in simple countries.The Constitution of the Republic of Iraq of 2005 confused the authority of the regions with the authority of the provinces and tried to equate the two, while there is a fundamental difference between the federal system and the system of decentralized administration. The provincial councils are not subject to the control and supervision of the central authority, as stipulated in Article 122 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq in 2005. This is contrary to the principle of administrative decentralization

لما كانت الحياة لا تسير على وتيرة واحدة وان التغير والتجديد في انماطها امر حتمي ولا مناص منه الامر الذي يستجلب معه وجوبية مواكبة هذه التغييرات لسد الحاجة الجماعية من الخدمات واشباع هذه الحاجات وعلى رأسها انتظام حياة الفرد داخل المجتمع وسرعة الاستجابة لمتطلباته الامر الذي كان دافعاً لظهور اللامركزية الادارية التي هي ايضاً مَحِلاً للتغير من كونها طريقة لتوزيع الوظيفة الادارية بين المركز والهيئات الى نظام اداري خاص بالهيئات بمعزل عن المركز وهجر التبعية الادارية والتحول الى العلاقات الاتحادية حتى في الدول البسيطة.وان دستور جمهورية العراق لسنة 2005 قد خلط بين سلطة الأقاليم وسلطة المحافظات وحاول ان يساوي بين الاثنين بينما هنالك اختلاف جوهري بين النظام الفدرالي ونظام الإدارة اللامركزية وان عدم خضوع مجالس المحافظات لسيطرة واشراف السلطة المركزية وذلك حسب ما نصت عليه المادة 122 من دستور جمهورية العراق 2005 وهذا يتعارض مع مبدأ اللامركزية الإدارية.

Fundamentally, deictics are words whose meaning varies depending on the context or discourse. They create a variety of words, including prepositions, articles, and pronouns. The problem arises due to the idea that native and foreign languages interfere in some aspects. The linguistic models adopted are Lyons, J. (1977) Semantics and Al-Shahry, A. D. (2004). Strategies of Speech. The objective of this study is to examine how deictic phrases are essential for translators, educators, and diplomats since they are employed in social relations and diplomacy.
