The aim of the research was to identify the size of the complaints phenomenon in the Iraqi Central Sports Federations and to identify the degree of complaint to each dimension of the phenomenon of complaint. The research society included the Olympic Central Sports Federations, which numbered 23, representing 219 people, (109) of whom (8) people for the exploratory experiment and (32) for scientific foundations and (69) for application. The scale of the effect of the complaint phenomenon on the behavior of decision makers was used by researcher Gamal Mohamed Ali from the Arab Republic of Egypt after making some amendments to it according to the opinions of ten experts. The validity of the scale was found on a sample of the research community itself. ) A paragraph distributed over six dimensions on the application sample on which the scale was distributed. After collecting the answers from the sample, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which was the spread of a phenomenon and it negatively affects the sports federations.

The present study aims at knowing the social cognition of Al Israa University College students who practice or who do not practice physical fitness. It assumes that since these students belong to a private sector college, their social cognition and intelligence differ from that of the state college students. This difference is based on the well established status of the state colleges and on the outlooks of the researchers in availing Al Israa students with proper atmosphere for communication through social cognition. Accordingly, a descriptive program was chosen which relies on a survey that works as a tool to solve the problem of the study.A specimen of 175 students were randomly selected in addition to using other procedures related to measuring social cognition. Some items of this measurement were amended to maintain validity, objectivity and stability in addition to the cognitive power, internal conformity and Korbach coefficient to access the social cognition measurement. Afterwards, the pioneering experiment was implemented. After ascertaining of the applicability of the measurement, it was distributed on the specimen. Then the results obtained were statistically treated, to let the researchers conclude the following : • College students practicing physical fitness are more characterized by social cognition as they are urged by their profession.•Non-practicing students reveal an ability of dealing with others through dialogue as the teaching process has a direct impact on their personalities.The researchers recommend to expand the study scope to include more number of students in order to understand the social cognition on a larger scale. A future study of the effect of physical fitness on the science and humanitarian sections is therefore suggested.

The aim of the research is to prepare special exercises to develop some of the physical abilities and basic defense skills of the footballing goalkeepers and to identify the impact of special exercises in developing some of the physical abilities and basic defensive skills of footballers. The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability and the nature of the problem and used one sample consisting of (9) goalkeepers of the category of beginners (air, police and industry) The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which are the special exercises, the affective effect, the physical abilities and the basic skills through the results of the tribal and remote tests and the benefit dimension in the search results, and that the use of the variety of special exercises in the special preparation and competitions commensurate with the capabilities of goalkeepers emerging from football. The researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on the use of special exercises because of their great influence in developing the physical and skill capabilities of the soccer goalkeepers. The scientific method should be followed in the preparation of the proposed exercises in terms of the sequence of exercises used and the amount of pregnancy given and the duration of breaks during the training module. Instructors of young goalkeepers use training curricula in their work based on scientific bases and not random work

The aim of the research was to identify the effect of self-confidence for the players of the first class volleyball clubs in Anbar province and to identify the effect of self-confidence on the effectiveness of the skill performance of the same sample. The researcher used the descriptive method in the analytical method to suit the objectives and nature of the research problem. The players of these clubs to identify the levels of players of those variables, and the effectiveness of skill performance has been identified levels through the shooting games and then analyzed and give results by experts and specialists, has been used researcher statistical bag (spss) to The researcher concluded that the weakness of attention by the club managers on the psychological side of the players and the lack of psychologists in these clubs led to a modest level of self-confidence and motor satisfaction and motivation achievement. The researcher recommended the appointment of psychologists as well as trainers to enhance the skills and psychological qualities of the players and the introduction Trainers in courses for psychological preparation, especially in clubs where there are no psychologists and attention to the psychological side by the club administrators

The purpose of the research is to prepare an educational curriculum in the style of the technique suitable for the research sample to develop the skill of transmission from the overwhelming position of the volleyball, to know the effect of the educational curriculum some basic skills of the volleyball, where the experimental method was used to suit the nature of the problem to be solved, In the province of Diyala, which was divided into two equal groups and in the drawing method. The number of each group was 6 players, which constituted 100% of the original research community

the research interested in the direction of management changing as a basis for the work of sports clubs. The problem of this research is the work in management of sports clubs and how they dealing with changing and what is their plans. The purpose of this study to identify about the reality of management of changing to improve sports club’s work from the view of the members of the Administrative Board. The sample consist of the Administrative Board in Baghdad (431) member that equal (03%) with (43) applications divided 4 main fields. The most important conclusions that Administrative Board has the main role to make success in all direction in clubs and what we find they are working in classical and traditional ways. The most important recommendations that to depends on management of changing as a mine thing to improve the clubs work and rebuild and reorganize their work and planning foe future.

The importance of the research to improve the volleyball players by controlling the necessary blood sugar in the body according to the knowledge of the appropriate impact of training is high intensity or low intensity and which are the changes within the body.The research objectives were , The effect of physical exertion (high intensity and low intensity) on the blood sugar ratio of the experimental groups between the tribal and remote measurement of advanced volleyball players.knowledge of differences in blood sugar between the experimental groups in the measurement of the distance of advanced volleyball players.The most important conclusions were, Sports training and the continuation of sports, whether high intensity and low intensity helps to increase blood sugar within the limits of natural and is important to increase energy in the body.high intensity of exercise increases the increase of sugar in the blood is normal and is important to upgrade the players and increase their energy in the duty-free Riyadh training and racing.It was recommended thatthe adoption of high-intensity training for volleyball players because it has a large role on the regulation and high sugar within the natural limits of the research sample.

The researcher proposed special exercises in learning the kinetic compatibility in the free swimming, where the exercise works to develop the motor compatibility of the player until the stage of mastering the required movement,. The researcher used the appropriate experimental approach to the nature of the problem. The sample of the study included the swimmers of the school specialized in swimming (14) swimmers and were chosen by the intentional manner, ranging between 8-10 years were divided into two equal groups randomly to the control group, according to the curriculum adopted by the school specialized (7) ) Swimmers, and a pilot group operating according to the curriculum prepared by the researcher and the number (7) swimmers. The researcher used the appropriate statistical means to process the data statistically. The researcher concluded that the proposed special exercises led to the learning of motor compatibility with free swimming.

The study aimed to prepare special exercises within the limits of the anaerobic energy system of the physical effort in the volleyball game for the applicants and to identify its effect in some physical abilities and the skill of the wall of resistance to the volleyball players. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research and the design of the two groups with the two tribal and post-test. The research community consists of the players of the first class volleyball teams in Anbar province, which are (70) players, representing five clubs (Al-Qaim - Hit - Anbar). The sample of the research represented the experimental group of the research sample in the modern sports club. The control group represented Al Anbar Sports Club. The two groups underwent tribal and remote tests. After collecting and sorting the data, they were processed statistically.

In order to improve the overall level of sports and develop the possibilities, especially through the presence of researchers in the field and the fact that they are from the family of athletics and coaches national teams, the researchers noticed there is a weakness in the strength of the enemy of 400 m beginners to use the traditional methods during exercises for strength exercises so they used special exercises To develop this composite trait to develop this technique, the researchers conducted special exercises in force-bearing exercises in force-bearing exercises in 400-meter antagonists. The objective of the study is to prepare training with different weight balls in developing bio-mechanical variables concerning javelin for juveniles in which the researcher has used these trainings in order to develop of technical performance at shooters of cross bow and the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement that included the problem and the treatment in developing of explosive power of both arms and legs in crossbowand the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement in which the researcher has prepared special exercises of three training groups .Each group used special balls weight , achieving three training group at weight of 300gm. , second 500 gm. and the third 700gm .These three groups were compared with exercises and their impact in achieving cross bow and the speed and angle of shooting and the achievement for each weight of iron balls by using exercise, speed, angle and achievement that the three samples of the research ,objective of the research from cross bow , optimal speed , angle and achievement of javelin for the juveniles . The research included , hypotheses of the research and the objectives of the research to identify which of them more effective in using different weights of balls in cross bow ,shooting angle of efficacy of the sample of the research of national center talented and Olympic champion of ( 18 ) shooters , distributed into ( 6 ) six shooters for each group by using statistical instruments to deal with procedures of the research) T.TOS (and debate .The researcher reached several conclusions and recommendations at sample of the research during procedures of the research and its results.

The aim of the research is to identify the numbers of the educational curriculum using the training method in some physical variables of the muscles of the limbs and the strength of the transmission in the tennis game, as well as to identify the impact of the educational curriculum on the variables of the study , as well as to recognize the impact of the educational curriculum on the variables of the study, and given the special nature of the tennis game in terms of time and effort The tennis player needs to perform basic skills in general during the game and the skill of sending in particular, the tennis player must possess high physical abilities, especially the muscles of the parties, which must be used scientifically to serve the technical performance as the main element, The study sample consisted of students of the third stage (C and D) and( 30 ) students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, as well as The use of the appropriate tools, tools and devices. He urged for several most important conclusions of the curriculum of education prepared training and method instrumental in raising the physical level of the muscles of the parties to the technical and performance skill transmitters in the game of tennis for members of the experimental group, as well as the experimental group achieved a preference in the research variables compared with the control group. The researcher reached several recommendations, the most important of which is the use of the educational method using the training method in the courses of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences as it is commensurate with the physical and skill capabilities of the students and the need to give enough repetitions within the educational units by the workers in this field .

The first chapter included the introduction and the importance of research, where the performance of the skill and its impact was clearly discussed in a way that can not be dispensed with in learning, and the impact of the expectation on the failure of the educational process is determined by the research problem in the study of the expectation of failure and its impact on the skillful performance of handball game The second stage of the game of handball, the student face to face many situations where failure is expected.The goal of the research is to identify the type of relationship between the expectation of failure and the skill performance in the handball lesson of the research sample.And the imposition of the research was the existence of a relationship of significant correlation between both the expectation of failure and skill performance in handball for the members of the research sample.The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method, where the research sample was (25) where the questionnaire was distributed on the same eye, and the research was applied in the variables of length (weight, age). The results of the research were presented in (2 conclusions), including:1- The expectation of failure in the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (the second phase) has given a significant significance.2 - There are significant differences in the expectation of failure and skill performance in handball in the second stage students.

The objective of the research was to find out the actual time invested by the students of physical education and sports sciences in secondary schools in Anbar governorate.
