The research aims at:
- Identify both psychological rigidity and the trend towards competition
among athletes in Iraq.
- Identify the relationship between psychological rigidity and the trend
towards competition among athletes in Iraq.
The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method for
its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community
included athletics players participating in the Iraqi athletics clubs and
institutions championship for men, youth and young men and both sexes
for the sports season (2018 - 2019) and the number (905) players, as they
represent (52) A club. As for the research sample, it reached (109)
players, distributed among (18) clubs belonging to eight governorates, by
(1-5) clubs for each governorate, and with regard to the application
sample of (40) players, by (4) clubs. They represent (36,69%) of the
research sample, they were chosen deliberately because they represent
the southern region, the northern region, and the middle Euphrates region
among the clubs participating in the athletics championships in Iraq, The
psychological hardness measures prepared by (Farhan, 2017), and the
competition orientation measure prepared by (Allawi, 1998), which the
researchers adopted as a tool for data collection, and the scientific steps
and procedures were adopted in the validity and consistency of the two
measures, and the researchers used the statistical bag SPSS )) To obtain
the results (mean, standard deviation, Pearson's simple correlation
coefficient, Spearman-Brown equation, T-test, percentage, hypothesis),
the researchers reached a number of conclusions as follows:
- Athletics in Iraq are distinguished for having solidity and a
competitive approach.
- There is a significant correlation between psychological rigidity and
competition orientation in the research sample.

The research aimed to present an educational bag that contains the proposed educational curriculum, and the researcher used the proposed educational curriculum to develop transmission and front and back stroke skills in tennis with students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at Al-Mustansiriya University using the educational bag, She also used the experimental approach to its suitability of research procedures and treatment of
the problem, and (16) students selected a sample for random search from the original research community and they were (73) students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Science at Al-Mustansiriya University, and they
were divided into two equal groups by (8) students For each group it is suitable to represent the original complex, it's done ،The use of the experimental design with the experimental and control groups with pre and post testing, and the
researcher concluded that the use of this method of exercises according to the educational bag showed significant differences in favor of the experimental and control groups and for the experimental interests of the variables under study, and this educational method contributed to developing the skills under study in the accuracy of the transmission and the strike Front and back in learning the tennis skills of the sample individuals, and recommended the necessity of using educational methods in developing other skills of the sample members, and the use of special exercises according to the use of the educational bag in learning other skills and other activities.

The study aimed to: Construction a self-awareness scale for young Soccer players, Recognition the of the level of self-awareness among young soccer players. The researchers used the descriptive approach due to Its relevance to the nature of the research, while the research population may be included players of some clubs of western region governorates (Mosul, Anbar and Tikrit), according to the classification of the Central Iraqi Federation, and in order to verify the goals of the research, the researchers built a measure of self-awareness for young football players according to the scientific foundations Approved by building scales, and data obtained by researchers were processed using (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, t-test for one sample, t-test for independent samples, Spearman-Brown equation). These methods were extracted by relying on the two available systems (SPSS and Microsoft Office Excel) On the basis of statistical treatment, the researchers concluded the following: The self-awareness scale that the researcher built on young Soccer players is characterized by the correct scientific foundations, Young Soccer players have self-awareness through their answers to the paragraphs of the scale.

The study aimed to identify the level of leadership cadres and their role in the success of the administrative work mechanisms of the members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk, as well as to know the relationship between the leadership cadres and the success of the administrative work mechanisms of members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk. The scholar utilizes the experimental approach by devising two equivalent groups, which have pretest and post-test the Sample of the research contains (22) players of Education / Al- Karsh First and Third in Percentage 48-89% out of the Original Community.

In the light of the Conclusions, the Scholar recommends that it is necessary to depend on Skillful exercise according to Sensory Preference teatimes of Reaction.

Islam is a religion of power, activity, movement, advocacy, work and reform, and most of its worship are a movement, including Hajj, Umrah and prayer, and at the present time we see that the majority of women do not practice sports for many considerations, the most important of which are religious considerations. Men Thus opinions differed that some even became deprived of what God has permitted women to exercise in sport. Hence the problem of research emerged to identify the viewpoint of Islamic Sharia in the practice of women in sport.
The research aims to identify the following:-
1-The opinion of Islamic Sharia on women's exercise.
2-Public and private controls for women to exercise.
The research achieved its goals and came out with the conclusion of its text (Islam permits the participation of women in sporting events and competitions, provided that public and private controls referred to in the topic (3-3) are achieved), and it is recommended to work on establishing sporting events for Muslim women in which Islamic Sharia regulations are applied.

The aim of the research is to set up a system for visual real-time monitoring for a swimmer (50 meters) free, and to identify the effect of using this system to detect errors that the swimmer does not realize and which he believes to be correct, in the development of some mechanical conditions for some stages of performance. The research and its implementation in an accurate scientific manner, the research community was identified, they are the Iraqi National Team of Free Swimming (50m), the youth category, and they are (6) swimmers for the 2019-2020 season, and they represent the original community (100%). The mission aimed to identify the reality of the attitudes of physical education teachers in middle schools in Anbar governorate towards the educational means in their lessons, while preparing a questionnaire of the attitudes of physical education teachers in middle schools in Anbar governorate towards the educational methods in their lessons and its application, and knowing the impact of educational attainment, experience and age on their trends and knowing the benefits The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach in the research due to its suitability to the research requirements and procedures, and the overall research community included (194) teachers from physical education teachers in middle schools in Anbar province, and the research community was determined by an intentional method. The selection of the research sample is random, and they represent 100%. The researcher concluded that the questionnaire was suitable for measuring the attitudes of physical education teachers towards the use of educational aids in middle schools in Anbar Governorate, and that the use of educational aids in education should be viewed as an integrated education system, and that educational aids have a major role in helping the education process, as it is characterized by a great capacity in terms of speed. Accuracy and control in providing educational material, and I recommend that the Ministry of Education increase financial support to cover the expenses of providing educational aids in middle schools due to its importance in increasing understanding and education, and the need for the Ministry of Education and specialist supervision to give special importance to the use of educational aids in sports education lessons in middle schools throughout Iraq.

The aim of the research was to design a training curriculum to develop physical fitness components for fighters of the Federal Police Forces Command, and to know its impact on the development of fighters, and the two researchers used the experimental approach to design the equivalent groups by random testing for its suitability to the objectives and hypotheses of the research, and the research community was identified as the Special Forces Training School Rapid Response Division in Baghdad governorate The number of (250) fighters was chosen, and the research sample was chosen by the random lottery of classes with (30) fighters from the ranks, where the sample percentage constituted (12%) from the community of origin and ages from (23-26) years, in addition to the exploratory sample by (10) fighters without The research sample, with a percentage of (2.5), and the sample was divided by random numbers into two experimental and control groups. (15) fighters were divided for each group, and the research sample was homogeneous and equal, and the two researchers concluded that the special exercises have a positive effect on the development of physical and motor abilities, and that proper planning for building a physical base An integrated program that contributes effectively to enhancing the combat competence of fighters, and the physical reactions demonstrated by the experimental research group are an effective indicator for developing the level of performance in The tactical exercises, and raising the level of physical and mobility abilities of fighters contribute effectively to the development of combat skills, and I recommend the use of the proposed special exercises to train fighters in the Special Forces and the need to include them in the training curricula of all types of the armed forces, with attention to physical exercises used in the basic and development courses to prepare Federal Police fighters In general, and special forces in particular, to prepare for any duty.

The aim of the research is to prepare an educational curriculum with the Thelin model to learn the skill of shooting basketball according to the classification of the two fields (cognitive, contemplative and impulsive), and to identify the differences between the pre and post tests in the two fields (contemplative and impulsive) in the skill of correction and mental and functional variables before and after the educational curriculum, while identifying the differences In tests and postures between the two fields of (contemplative and impulsive) in the skill of correction and mental and functional variables after the educational curriculum with the model of Thelin, the researcher used the experimental curriculum, and the research community deliberately chose them as middle school students in the second stage. The researcher used the experimental method as its nature of the research, pre and posttest Have conducted on a sample from the third-year students the of College of Physical Education & Sport Sciences at Salahaddin university for the year 2018-2019. These students were chosen from the students, total research amount which reached to (125) students, divided into four classes. After excluding the students who left the study, the sample reached (40) students, and these were divided into two experimental groups and the control group numbering (20) for each, where the experimental group has been taught by the Using the Cube Strategy in Development of Achievement, while the control group has been taught according to the traditional method.

The aim of the research is to identify some of the physical abilities of volleyball players of the ages of 16-18 years, and some functional responses of volleyball players at the age of 16-18 years, and to identify the relationship of some physical abilities to the functional responses of volleyball players of the ages of 16-18 years, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of studies The survey is due to its relevance to the nature of the research, and the research sample was chosen by the deliberate method from the players of the Sports Industry Club for the youth volleyball category. The strength was 20 players, and their ages ranged between 16-18 years during the 2019-2020 season. The homogeneity of the research sample was conducted in the basic variables. The aim of the research is to prepare a specialized training curriculum for bodybuilding players using free weight training and modern devices, to reveal the effect of a specialized training curriculum in bodybuilding using free weights on a number of muscular strengths in some components of bodybuilding between the pre and post tests of the first experimental group. The effect of a specialized training curriculum in building bodies using modern devices on a number of muscle strengths in some components of the body building between the pre and post tests of the second experimental group, and identifying the differences in some components of bodybuilding between bodybuilding players who use free weights and modern devices between the two post tests of the two groups The first and second experiments, and they used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research. Then the training curriculum adopted in the research was implemented, and the researchers concluded that free weight training has an effective (positive) role in (increasing muscle mass) better than it is in modern device training except for the circumference of the forearm, and that modern equipment training has an effective (positive) prominent role in reducing the percentage of Fat and increased muscle cuts are better than in free weight training except for the thickness of the skin fold behind the forearm and leg fat, and I recommend emphasizing the use of free weights training when developing maximum strength and obtaining muscle mass for bodybuilders with the use of modern devices when developing muscle stretching and obtaining Muscle segments.

The research aims to: Identify the effect of ice-bath on anaerobic ability of basketball players.
Research hypothesis:
1- There is statistically significant differences between the results of pre and post- tests for both experiment and control groups in physical tests and recovery of basketball players after ice-bath.
The researcher used the experimental approach which appropriates with the nature of the research. The research population includes basketball players in Erbil Governorate, whom play within the clubs (As, Akkad, Qila, Hersh, Johan) and included (60) players as a total number population. The research sample was chosen from within population that numbered (12) players, at a rate of (20%) of the total population. The researcher used the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) to analyze the data and the following formulas were used: (average, standard deviation, difference coefficient, independent samples T-test, percentage, ANOVA, and equation for the least significant difference “LSD”).
Results:
1.Ice bath developed the achievement of the following physical capabilities of basketball players (throwing medical ball, counter movement jump (vertical jump), transition speed 30 meters, agility) between the pre and post-tests of the experimental group.
2. A decrease in the lactic acid concentration when comparing pre-test (post-stress) and post-test (after ice bath) of the experimental group.

The research aims to identify the difference between the Fryer model and the method used in the cognitive achievement of material in the methods of teaching physical education and developing scientific thinking. The researcher used the experimental approach. The research sample consisted of third stage students - Department of Physical Education and Mathematical Sciences - College of Basic Education - Al-Mustansiriya University, where the research sample consisted of (32) students. They were chosen by simple random method, they were divided into two groups, one of which was experimental, studied according to the Fryer model, and the other was examined according to the followed method. The research tools were determined by the achievement test in the subject teaching methods of physical education and the test of scientific thinking, and the validity and reliability of the two tools were confirmed. The researcher took into account the provision of internal and external safety for the experiment, and the researcher prepared an educational program consisting of 24 educational units distributed to 12 educational units for each group. The program was also implemented according to the Fryer model of the experimental group and that of the control group. And by two educational units per week. After completing the implementation of the program, the two tests were accomplished, and the scientific thinking and after obtaining the data and treating them by statistical means represented by the test (t) of independent samples of equal number. - The members of the experimental group that were studied according to the Friar model surpassed the members of the control group that studied according to the method followed in the cognitive achievement test of the course of teaching methods and the development of scientific thinking. The researcher recommended emphasizing the use of the Fryer model as a better method than the method used in obtaining teaching methods and developing scientific thinking.

The research aimed to prepare a proposed preventive program for treating spinal deviations for middle school students of the age group (7-11) years in Salah al-Din's education, while revealing the effect of the proposed preventive program on the variables (height - weight - degree of convexity on the vertical surface of the spine, and physical characteristics) The researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the study, and the research sample was of (10) pupils with hunchback, and through the results the researcher concluded that the practice of the rehabilitation program has a positive effect on improving the spine deviations and on the length and weights of the sample members, and recommended the application The proposed rehabilitation program for middle school students to reduce the spread of disease cases resulting from heavy loads, especially on the spine.

The research aims to revealing the effect of using some basic skill exercises on the accuracy of long-distance scoring for second-hand students. The researchers used the experimental approach to its relevance and the nature of the research. The sample population included the fourth stage students - College of Physical Education and Sports Science - Mosul University for the season (2019 - 2020) and the number (40) students, after the students who were left behind on the training (5) Students, and (5) students, an exploratory experiment. The research sample was divided into two experimental and control groups, each consisting of (15) players, by lot.
In light of the research sample and the method used in the research, and after the results were presented and discussed, the following conclusions were drawn:
- The exercises used within a proposed and regular program have an effective effect in raising the skill level of the scoring accuracy skills of consistency and jumping (for the experimental research sample).
- There were significant differences in the pre and post tests for the control and experimental groups, and for all the search variables.
- There were significant differences in the dimensional tests, in favor of the experimental group, and for all research variables. Recommend working on the use of other exercises and exercises to develop other aspects in the basic skills of the game of handball, with the need for teachers to use and enter tools and assistive devices and take advantage of the case of time reduction of these devices in addition to the excitement factor that it causes in the overall educational and training process of the basic motor skills of the game.

The research aims to identify the effect of mental and motor exercises in fitness among middle school students in the Directorate of Education, Baghdad, the first Rosana. Where the researcher used the experimental approach to implement the exercises of playing in different areas of the stadium in a manner of mental perception and field application, due to its relevance and the nature of the research. The community and the research sample were identified from the students of the first Rosana education, represented by Baroda School specifically, and the sample included 80 students from the second stage, where 4 students were excluded from the injury, 3 students did not want to participate, and 3 students did not possess the required physical structure, where the researcher used 10 students for the exploratory experiment from outside the main research sample Thus, the research sample consists of 60 players from the second stage of Baroda intermediate school for the academic year 2019-2020. The aim of the research was to prepare a training curriculum in a simultaneous manner for young tennis players, and to identify the effect of this approach in developing explosive ability and flexibility of their arms. The researcher adopted the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups on young players at the Jadriya Tennis Academy in Baghdad for the sports season (2019). 12) Players, all of them were intentionally chosen to represent the study sample by (100%), and then they were divided into two experimental and control groups, each group of them (6) players, who are the community of the phenomenon observed in the study problem itself, and after determining the tests, the researcher prepared the exercises to synchronize the development of flexibility with The explosive power of the arms, by using rubber ropes and medical balls, in a manner similar to playing the front blow and backstroke with tennis, and by adopting high loads in their codification by the method of repetitive training according to the specificity of the simultaneous method, as the beginning of the main section of the training unit is targeted, at a rate of (3) units per training week for a period of (8) Consecutive training weeks, so that the total of training units for these two physical abilities becomes (24) Unity, taking into account starting from easy to difficult and gradual training load and waving in it, and I concluded that applying the simultaneous method in training young tennis players helps them in developing the explosive ability of the arms, and that applying the simultaneous method in training young tennis players helps them in developing the motor flexibility of the muscles of the shoulders, and recommended The need to properly choose the training methods that are suitable for simultaneous training in a way that takes into account the commonality among the capabilities to be developed among young tennis players.

It was recommended that volleyball coaches should pay attention to the use of the educational bag in developing educational processes in both the practical and theoretical aspects.

The aim of the research was to design and build some tests of the kinematic abilities of the study sample with building a test battery to measure some general motor abilities of intermediate students in the Heet district. And after inquiring about the total community size in the Hit District Center, the total number of students reached (1750) students, and through the use of the percentage law, the research sample was determined in the exploratory experiment and (15) students and the building sample was (180) students represented in the building sample. For the battery, as this percentage reached (10.28%) of the total size of the community, and the researchers concluded that (5) factors were reached, and in light of the factor analysis they were rotated orthogonally in the manner (the basic components of Harold Holing) according to Henry as Iskar's test, so (5) factors were reached, and that Factor analysis: The interconnection matrix for physical tests for middle school students one year in the Heet district, and in light of the terms of acceptance of factors, five kinetic factors that formed the battery vocabulary were recommended. The absentees .The results were presented and analyzed using the statistical bags PSs The researcher concluded the existence of the effectiveness of the computerized program for teaching handball for the first stage and the development of their cognitive achievement ,and the presence of statistically significant differences in students ’attitudes towards computerized education for the experimental group of the pre and post test of the scale and was in favor of the post test .There is also a positive correlation between the achievement of students in the subject of handball and their attitudes towards computerized education and recommends the work of an educational program for various curricula that can be programmed in the computerized education method and interest in training teachers in courses in the use of the computerized education method in student education.

The researcher used the experimental method to design a single group with tribal and dimensional tests and the research sample consisted of five injured athletes who were tested in a deliberate manner. The research methodology lasted for 12 weeks and two units per week and the research included several stages.
The first phase included physical therapy using two devices (dry cupping) and thistle wave if the dry cupping was used by one session and for three weeks and the duration of the session was between (3-5) minutes and the use of shock waves in one session weekly and for three weeks. The second session was 1500-2000 pulses and frequency (14)Hz and pressure (1.6) bar, while the third session was 2500 beats and frequency (16) Hz and pressure (2) bar. It was used for the first time in the treatment and rehabilitation of lower back pain inthe spine.
In the second phase, the rehabilitation program was implemented in three stages as well and divided according to the chosen exercises and their time. The researcher concluded that there is a positive effect of some of the methods of physical therapy used in the rehabilitation of spinal injuries in the indication of the research variables dependent, and recommended the use of the method on a sample of patients with lower back pain and for different layers of age and sex.

The aim of the research is to influence the use of educational exercises in the method of cooperative learning in order to be able to learn the skill of free swimming by swimming and to retain it for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Diyala , and the researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature and problem of the research. The aim of the research is to know the effect of intensive training associated with real- time feedback on learning some skills in basketball, to know the effect of distributed training associated with real- time feedback on learning some skills in basketball, and to the researchers' use of the experimental approach to suit the nature of the chosen problem, and a sample was chosen The research sample was chosen from the fifth year middle school students in Al- Quds Prep for Boys, the number of which is ( 40) students, and ( 10) students were excluded, and the sample was chosen by the deliberate method, and then it was divided into two experimental groups, each group of ( 15) students was formed. First pilot: take intense training, And the second experimental group: takes distributed training+ real- time feedback ( continuous), and the researchers concluded that the two training ( intensive and distributed) combined with real- time feedback had an effect on learning the two skills of low puckering and chest handling with basketball, and that the distributed training accompanying the instantaneous feedback is the best in learning My low- key skills and bra handling with basketball, And recommended the necessity of widespread use of the distributed training method accompanied by real- time feedback with other skills in the basketball game, and the use of different learning methods ( scheduling exercise) in learning other skills in basketball, and other sports games.
