Abstract
The research aims to: To recognize the degree and level of the role of the coach in the cohesion of the sports team from the perspective of the players of the clubs of the Iraqi Super League. The descriptive method was used in the scanning method and included the study sample. (243) Players representing (16) clubs playing in the Iraqi Super League for arena football, and to obtain data, a questionnaire form was designed to measure the role of the coach in the cohesion of the sports team in four dimensions: (Technical, administrative, psychological, social) It was applied after scientific conditions were true and consistent, and the data were dealt with statistically through the computational medium, the standard deviation, the percentage, the simple Pearson correlation, the Spearman-Brown equation, the Gutman equation and the alpha-Cronbach coefficient. The researchers concluded that:
The coaches of the clubs of the Iraqi Super League play a positive role in the cohesion of the sports team from the point of view of their players, drawn from the technical, social, administrative and psychological levels of this role, which have emerged at a high level. The researchers recommended some of these recommendations: The need for trainers to show greater attention to the use of technical, social, managerial and psychological areas as having a positive impact on the management and leadership of their teams, better performing their duties in order to achieve the objectives set in improving the performance of players and team results and achieving consistency, coherence and coherence among players. The need to encourage and follow up by coaches to develop and strengthen their thinking, behavior and principles and to place them at the center of the sport team cohesion.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ومستوى دور المدرب في تماسك الفريق الرياضي من وجهة نظر لاعبي اندية الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة قدم الصالات ،وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح وضمت عينة الدراسة (243) لاعباً يمثلون ( 16) نادياً تلعب في الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة قدم الصالات ، وللحصول على البيانات تم تصميم استمارة استبيان لمقياس دور المدرب في تماسك الفريق الرياضي وفق اربعة ابعاد هي : ( المجال الفني ،المجال الاداري ، المجال النفسي ، المجال الاجتماعي ) وتم تطبيقه بعد توافر الشروط العلمية فيه من صدق وثبات ، وقد عولجت البيانات إحصائيا، واستنتج الباحثون بأن مدربو اندية الدوري العراقي الممتاز لكرة قدم الصالات يلعبون دوراً ايجابياً في تماسك الفريق الرياضي من وجهة نظر لاعبيهم يستمد من مستوى كافة مجالات هذا الدور من النواحي الفنية ، والاجتماعية ، والادارية ، والنفسية والتي ظهرت بمستوى مرتفع ، وأوصوا ضرورة ابداء المدربين مزيد من الاهتمام بتوظيف استخدام المجالات الفنية ، والاجتماعية ، والادارية ، والنفسية بوصفها تؤثر ايجابياً في ادارة وقيادة فرقهم ، واداء واجباتهم بشكل افضل لتحقي الاهداف المحددة في تحسين اداء اللاعبين ونتائج الفريق وتحقيق الانسجام والتماسك والترابط بين اللاعبين مع تشجيع ومتابعة اللاعبين من قبل المدربين على تنمية وتعزيز تفكيرهم وسلوكياتهم ومبادئهم وجعلها تنصب في تماسك الفريق الرياضي .
