The study aimed to prepare an educational curriculum according to the method of training teaching in developing focus of attention and learning the skill of preparation from the top in volleyball, and to identify the effect of the training method of teaching in developing attention concentration and learning the skill of preparing from the top in volleyball. The researchers used the experimental approach by designing the experimental and control groups with two tests. Before and after for its suitability and the nature of the problem, the research sample was represented by the students of the Heet Education Department for the preparatory stage, which numbered (14) students, and they were divided into two groups, control and experimental. Developing concentration of attention and the skill of preparing from the top in volleyball, the researchers recommend that attention should be paid to reviewing modern teaching methods, especially the training method in learning skills.

The importance of the research highlights the role of the specialized supervisor in the educational process, It comes by carrying out its responsibility in continuous evaluation and development, with regard to the development of the teaching skills of the physical education teacher, because the physical education lesson as a subject equivalent to other subjects in its importance. Identify the reality of the supervision carried out by the specialized supervisor in terms of the directions and instructions that they focus on in supervising the physical education teacher. Identify the role of the supervisor in evaluating the physical education teacher during his class visits.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method, and the research community included physical education teachers, and their number in secondary schools is (312) teachers and schools, distributed among the schools of districts in Diyala Governorate, and the research sample amounted to (35) teachers and schools. The researcher adopted a measure of the reality of supervision on the physical education teacher, as the measure of the reality of supervision was (46) items. After collecting the data, and processing it using the SPSS statistical program, through the findings of the researcher, the most important conclusions are:
1. Supervision has an effective and positive role in the development of teaching skills and the continuous development of the educational process in all its aspects, and the refinement of the teaching capabilities and competencies of physical education teachers, in a way that increases his professional experience.
2. The supervisor’s dependence on evaluating the grades of physical education teachers on many objective dimensions, including (personal characteristics, lesson preparation and implementation, class management and class interaction.

The aim of the research is to prepare a questionnaire about the reality of blended learning for practical lessons in volleyball in colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad, and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the blended learning in Baghdad from the point of view of the faculty members, and the descriptive curriculum was adopted in a case study style , on a sample of (61) faculty members who hold (assistant teacher) scintific title and who teach volleyball in blended learning in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences for Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya and Al-Israa’a universities, who are on duty for the academic year (2020/2021). All of them were deliberately selected for the total research sample with a percentage of (100%), and then they were divided into three samples according to the requirements of the research. And processing the results using the (SPSS) system to be the conclusions and applications in that the blended learning techniques achieve the educational goals for learning volleyball skills, but they do not achieve the interaction required by the teaching process between the learner and the teacher, and the learners benefit from the availability of the videos teaching volleyball in the international information network, and from The attached theoretical file of their recorded lectures teaching volleyball on the platforms E-learning is part of blended learning, but they need to feel satisfied when they are taught by blended learning, and blended learning saves teachers a lot of time by reducing the explanation to the practical attendance lessons for teaching volleyball, but they are not satisfied with the correction because they believe that it is unfair in blended learning, and they do not support Continuing blended learning when teaching volleyball in the future, and it is necessary that the parties that called for blended learning provide all the technical requirements and what this type of learning needs, and it is necessary to spread a culture of blended learning productivity in normal and emergency conditions and improve the capabilities of teachersIn practical lessons when applied, it is necessary to create highly efficient committees to enable blended learning and its effectiveness for both the teacher and the learner in teaching practical lessons in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences.

The study aimed to prepare rehabilitation exercises for people with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament at ages (30-35) men, and to identify their impact on the motor range of the knee joint, and the experimental method of designing the experimental and controlled groups was based on a sample of people with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of men (30-35) years of age who attended the physical therapy center/Rafidain University College (12) injured and deliberately selected from their community of origin (100%), after determining measuring tools and preparing exercises applied with rubber ropes per rehabilitation week at a rate of (4) units per week, the total time period for the application of rehabilitation exercises (12) was 12 consecutive rehabilitation weeks, bringing the total number of sessions (48) rehabilitation units, and (4) rubber rope rehabilitation exercises were applied in one rehabilitation unit and the researchers verified the results of their study using the system Social Statistical Bag (SPSS) to be extracted and applied as a rehabilitation exercise application helps people with partial rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint improve the motor range of this joint in the cases of stretching and bending, and in reducing the degree of pain V.A.S. )) In the case of the extension of the joint and bending, and superior to their peers who received the exercises followed in the rehabilitation center, and the need for physiotherapy centers to focus on developing the experiences of their therapists on how to apply rehabilitation exercises according to the findings of this study, and to suit the degrees of Rubber ropes to the level of pain in patients when used in rehabilitation exercises

The researcher noticed some weakness in the special endurance of the boxers, at the end of rounds, especially at the end of the last round, the researcher suggested special exercises using the method of shortening or lengthening the training rounds time, to develop special endurance on some physical and functional indicators, the researcher chose 14 boxers that were divided equally into two groups, control and experimental, the researcher used different time periods than the usual round time which is (3minutes) per round, the researcher used two types of time periods: short time periods (30 sec.), (60 sec.) and (90 sec.), with rest times between (15 sec. and 60 sec) and long time periods (4 minutes), (5 minutes), (6 Minutes) with rest times between (30 sec. to 90 sec.), The repetitions for each round were downwards according to the time period of the round, the researcher concluded that training using shortening and lengthening exercises time has a positive effect in developing the endurance level and some pulse indicators for boxers from the research sample

The study aimed to apply the measure of psychological defense deception for university students practices for sports, and to recognize the level of psychological defense deception among university students practices for sports, and the researchers adopted the descriptive curriculum by the survey method a sample of third-graders in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences /Baghdad University for the academic year (2020-2021) and the number of the students are (209) students, selected from them (189) students by (90.43%) In the random way of the main application sample, also (10) students were selected by (4,785%) in a random way of the exploration experiment sample, a recent specialized measure were adopted by the two researchers for the target sample of measurement, and the procedures were from a exploration experiment and a major survey in the research for the period between (2/3/2021 and 6/4/2021), as after the application of the measure by conducting the main survey they were mediated by paper forms, and the results were addressed by the statistical bag system (SPSS) (V26) to be the conclusions and recommendations that university students practice sports have an acceptable level of psychological defense deception, and need to raise the recommended level of compensation and projection of Psychological defense deception are characterized by surpassing, and it is necessary to increase interest in the mechanisms to encourage university students to exercise in student activities with the availability of reinforcement of various kinds, and it is necessary for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to ensure sports culture and its role in the psychology of female students in education courses Continuous and electronic activity platforms to communicate between faculty members.

The problem of the research in determining the appropriate angles in the strength of serve for tennis age (14-16) year according to the specific biomechanical conditions, and the extent of the relationship of each variable of the physical variables in the successful performance of the skill of serve, and achieving the strength of transmission for tennis age (14-16) year, and it is one of the biomechanical principles that can be used in evaluating the angles of body parts. age (14-16) year tennis players.
The aim of the research is to identify the percentage of the contribution of some physical variables of the straight serve for tennis juniors, and the percentage of the contribution of some corners of the body to the strength of serve for the tennis age (14-16) year (18) players.

Sports in the universities of the Middle Euphrates from the point of view of the teaching staff under the Corona pandemic and the evaluation of the administrative performance of the members of the councils of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates from the point of view of the teaching staff during the Covid-19 pandemic, the researcher used the descriptive approach with survey methods for their relevance to the nature of the study. The research community was determined by the teachers of some faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates area for the academic year (2020-2021), and their number is (247) teachers representing (4) faculties from the universities (Babylon-Kufa-Al-Qadisiyah). The exploratory experiment included (10) teachers from the University of Kufa, and the main experiment sample included (100) teachers from the research community, with (25) teachers from each college, and the scale was applied to them for the purpose of conducting the evaluation, after choosing the measure of administrative performance, the researcher applied the measure to the sample of (100) teachers of the research sample members for the sports year 2020-2021 on 28-31/3/2021, and through the results of the research, the researcher concluded that the reality of the administrative performance of the members of the boards of directors for the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates reflected a satisfactory perception and perception among the teachers in a clear and accurate way, which they expressed through their answers on the administrative performance scale

The importance of research lies in the school administration and that the school is the main cell of the educational system and its ultimate goal, and therefore modern education requires the presence of sophisticated leaders represented in educational administration at various levels. Administrative leaderships and the two researchers' belief that the institution’s ability and success or failure depend on a special type of leader who is highly effective and efficient, directing workers ’behavior towards creativity and achievement in order to achieve the goals of the institution in serving the educational bodies, increasing the effectiveness of leadership and developing the creative behavior of secondary school principals in Al-Karkh Al-Thania directorate of education. The aim of the research was to determine the creative behavior of principals and the effectiveness of the administrative leadership of the principals. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method on a sample of secondary school principals, whose number (20) principle were distributed, and a measure of creative behavior and administrative leadership was prepared. Al-Karkh Al-Thania principles enjoy a good degree of creative behavior as well as they have a good degree of administrative leadership, and the two researchers recommended urging school principals to participate in development courses and conferences that contribute to raising their level in administrative work.

The importance of this study is reflected in the fact that it is an attempt to identify attentional control and its relationship to the accuracy of some types of basketball shooting for youth players for Iraqi Premier League clubs for youth for the season (2020-2021).
The problem of the research is to identify the level of some mental abilities, including attentional control, represented by attentional focus, attentional shift and attentional flexibility and their relationship to the accuracy of some types of basketball shooting for the Iraqi players of youth clubs.
The study aimed to identify the relationship between attentional control and the accuracy of the performance of some types of basketball shooting for youth basketball players for the 2020-2021 season. The two researchers adopted the descriptive curriculum in a survey style and correlational relationships. The research community was determined by the Iraqi youth basketball players, who numbered (160) out of (16) clubs and these clubs are (Al-Amarah, Dijlah, Dhi Qar, Samawah, Al-Kut, Al-Sharqiya, Nasiriyah, Baghdad, Al-Mina, Al-Karkh, Al-Ittihad, Al-Naft, Adhamiya, Al-Shurta, Al-Tadamon, Naft Al-Janoub) and then a sample of (50) players selected in a random way and they are club players of (Al-Amarah, Baghdad, Al-Karkh, Al-Naft, Al-Adhamiya) and they were tested on the attentional control scale and after processing the results, it was found that some of the young basketball players have a high level of attentional control and the accuracy of performing some types of shooting in youth basketball.
Therefore, the two researchers recommend the necessity of paying attention to mental processes, including (attentional focus, attentional shift, attentional flexibility), as well as adopting the attentional control scale as tools to identify the level of some of the mental abilities that players possess

The aim of the research is to build a cognitive burden scale for the methods of teaching physical education for male and female teachers of Al-Karkh Al-Thania Education Directorate, and to identify the details of the level of cognitive burden for the methods of teaching physical education for them. And the descriptive curriculum was adopted using the analytical survey method , on a sample of physical education teachers (male and female) in schools of Baghdad Al-Karkh Al-Thania, educational directorate numbering (59) individuals, all of them were chosen deliberately at a rate of (100%), and then they were divided into three samples (construction, exploratory and application) according to the requirements of the research, and a specialized cognitive burden scale was built for the sample and the specificity of this research is according to the determinants of measurement and evaluation, and its application in a paper form with direct measurement, as the time period for procedures and application took from 5/1/2021 to 28/2/2021, and after data was obtained, it was processed using the (SPSS) system to be the only extracts and applications from this research in that Teachers of physical education in middle school need to schedule and properly codify the information they receive about how to evaluate, and they need to rely on official sources about virtual classroom information and e-learning by reducing its momentum on their minds, and it is necessary that continuous development courses have realistic goals and do not cause a cognitive burden. and exhausting them, and it is necessary to find open channels of communication to help them identify useful information from non-improvised scientific sources.

Research objectives are:
- Preparing the kinetic games program to develop some cognitive-kinetic abilities for second grade primary students.
- recognize the effect of using the Kinetic Games program in developing some cognitive abilities - the kinematic for the second elementary grade students.
Research hypotheses:
- There are statistically significant differences between pre and posttests of the experimental and control group.
- There are statistically significant differences between the post-tests of the experimental and control groups and in favor of the experimental group.
The experimental method was used, and the curriculum was applied to the second elementary class students (40) students, and they were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups, and at a rate of (20) students in each group, the experimental group applied the motor games program prepared by the researcher, either The control group applied the traditional physical education program of the school. The two programs were implemented with (9) educational units each and by two educational units in the week.

What is the effect of the modeling technique on reducing the behavior of bullying among middle school students?
The research gains its importance by putting the method in the handbook of educational counselors to benefit from it.
The current research aims to:

And to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher formed a null hypothesis which states that there are no statistical differences between the experimental and control groups
The current research is determined for intermediate secondary and middle school students in Diyala / Baquba city center.
To achieve the research goals, the researcher adopted a benign scale and the specialists in this field who confirmed that it was applied to a sample of (400) students of the second grade to restore the truth and stability, from the ground up, the re-evaluation (0.85) and error with stability (0.83) and then the scale is ready for implementation and the total number of paragraphs (44) paragraph and thus assumed by (87).
Two schools were chosen from the community schools in a deliberate manner, measuring (100) students randomly selected and (50) students from each school (32) students were selected from students who scored above the average, after ruling out the students who didn’t want to participate, the rest of the students were not evaluated then they were grouped into two groups, an experimental group and control group as (10) students in each group. The researcher chose the design of the experimental and control groups with post-test, while the control group didn’t receive any processing, the program has been built according to the planning, programming and time system, and may have a number of sessions (14) as (2) sessions per week. Search results shown the modeling technique effect in reducing the bullying behavior and thus the researcher came out with a number of resolutions and proposals

The importance of research lies in building and applying a scale to evaluate e-learning as one of the new patterns to compensate for the stoppage that accompanied the educational process as a result of the crises the world is going through during the Covid-19 pandemic, as the need to continue the educational process to enhance effective participation among learners through electronic platforms to bypass the difficulties and challenges facing the educational process. As for the research problem, it became clear in the evaluation of e-learning and the suggestion of the best ways to develop and identify the obstacles facing students, what are the strengths to support them, and to find the weaknesses and eliminate them and propose treatments, and the goal of the research is to build and apply a scale for e-learning to assess from the face The students of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad considered, and the two researchers hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between the responses of students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad. As for the research methodology, the two researchers used the descriptive curriculum by the survey method. The research community were determined by the students of college of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (Jadriya - Waziriyah) / University of Baghdad, whose number is (2293) male and female students. The two researchers came to a set of conclusions, the most important of which are, the scale is suitable for measuring E-learning of Wadad Kazem Al-Zuhairi - Hadi Amin sacrificed, and they made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to pay attention to e-learning as an alternative to in-person education in the Covid-19 pandemic

The importance of the study lies in building the Scout Public Service Scale for first-year students in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. The research aimed to: Building the Scout public service standards for the first-year students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates area. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of the survey study to identify the scouting public service for the students of the first stage of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates area (Kufa, Al-Qadisiyah, Babylon, Al-Qasim Al-Khadra, and Kerbala) for the academic year 2020-2021, which numbered (624) male and female students. The sample of the exploratory experiment for the Scout Public Service Standards consisted of (15) students, at a rate of (5.68%) from the research community. They were chosen by random method, and a sample was chosen to build the two Scout public service scales, consisting of (250) male and female students at a rate of (40.06%) from the research community, with (50) male and female students from each college. As for the application sample of the Scout Public Service Standards, it included (100) students, (20) male and female students from each college representing (16.02%) of the research community.
Under the results of the current research, and the subsequent explanations, we can come up with several conclusions, the most important of which are the following: The ability of the Scout public service scales with (48) paragraphs, which was built on measuring the Scout public service among students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, Under the results of the research and its conclusions, the current study reached the most important recommendations, and they were as follows: Taking advantage of the Scout Public Service Scale, which the two researchers built and applied to detect the Scout public service among students of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the universities of the Middle Euphrates area, the need to give qualitative lectures to students Faculties of physical education and sports sciences during scouting camps by a specialist in guidance and direction
