Abstract
The great development in sports achievements in most
countries of the world for various games indicates
progress in the good link between different sciences,
women’s training. Athletics is distinguished from
other games in that it is competitions between

individuals to show their efficiency, and this is
reinforced by the use of aids in the training process,
especially in the effectiveness of Run the barriers,
including training on the rhythm and through the use
of a clock (the metronome), which is one of the means
that regulate the rhythm. The players and the
researcher concluded that the exercises have an effect
in increasing the reduction of completion time.

أن التطور الكبير في الانجازات الريتضية في اغلب دول العالم لمختلف الالعاب يدل على التقدم في الربط الجيد بين علوم المختلفة تدريب النساء وتمتاز العاب القوى عن غيرها من الالعاب بأنها عبارة عن منافسات بين الافراد لاظهار كفائتهم وما يعزز ذلك استخدام الوسائل المساعدة في عملية التدريب وخاصةً في فعالية ركض الحواجز ومنها التدريب على الايقاع ومن خلال استخدام ساعة ( metronome ) وهي من الوسائل التي تنظم الايقاع ويهدف البحث على معرفة تاثير تمرينات الايقاع باستخدام الساعة ( metronome ) على الايقاع الزمني بين الحواجز واستخدمة الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم العينه الواحدة وتم اجراء التدريبات بارتداء الساعة من قبل اللاعبات وستنتجت الباحثة ان التمرينات لها تأثير في تقليل زمن الانجاز .
