Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of the environment In the light of the Holy Qur’an by analyzing the Qur’anic values governing the relationship between human beings and their surroundings, and by exploring the divine care given to environmental elements such as earth, water, plants, and animals. The study also discusses the thematic method of Qur’anic exegesis and its role in addressing contemporary environmental issues. Furthermore, it analyzes the efforts of two prominent modern exegetes, Ibn ‘Āshūr and al-Sha‘rāwī, highlighting their methodological approaches and interpretive perspectives. Abstract

This research is a collection and analytical study of selected narrations of Ṭalḥah ibn Nāfiʿ that were identified as defective (*muʿallal*) in Ibn Abī Ḥātim’s *Kitāb al-ʿIlal*. The study presents his scholarly biography and examines his defective narrations through collecting the various transmission chains of the ḥadīths and surveying the statements of hadith scholars. Abstract

The experience of exile is one of the most prominent human experiences that has shaped the sensibilities of poets throughout the ages. It expresses a profound psychological state in which feelings of longing, alienation, resentment, heartbreak, and the search for self intertwine.This experience has been strongly present in modern Arabic poetry, influenced by the political and social transformations that the Arab world witnessed in the twentieth century.The poet Muhammad Mahdi al-Jawahiri is considered one of the most prominent figures of modern Arabic poetry who embodied the experience of exile in its various dimensions, whether it be physical exile resulting from separation from one's homeland, or psychological exile stemming from the struggle with political and social realities. Al-Jawahiri lived through multiple phases of exile and alienation, which is clearly reflected in his poems, characterized by the sincerity of emotion, the power of expression, and the profound sense of homeland and belonging.This study aims to identify the representations of alienation in Al-Jawahiri’s poetry, and to analyze its artistic and thematic dimensions, by examining the most prominent texts that expressed this experience, and revealing the artistic methods that the poet adopted in portraying his suffering, as well as explaining the impact of political and social conditions in shaping this phenomenon in his poetry.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of an instructional design based on Productive Failure (PF) on mathematical representation among first-grade intermediate students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted an experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control). The research sample consisted of (74) first-grade intermediate students from Abnaa Al-Atheer School in the city of Mosul. The students were randomly assigned into two groups: an experimental group comprising (41) students taught according to the PF-based instructional design, and a control group of (33) students taught using the conventional method.The researcher established equivalence between the two groups in the following variables: chronological age, intelligence, and prior knowledge. Measuring the dependent variable required constructing a mathematical representation test. Its final version consisted of (20) objective multiple-choice items, distributed equally across five skills: concrete representation, graphical representation, tabular representation, symbolic representation, and verbal representation. The test's validity, discriminatory power, and reliability were statistically verified.The experiment was conducted during the second semester of the academic year (2025-2026) and lasted for approximately two months. Following data collection and statistical analysis using the independent samples t-test, the results revealed the following:

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر تصميم تعليمي قائم على الفشل المنتج (PF) في التمثيل الرياضي لدى طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط. ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمد الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعتين المتكافئتين (التجريبية والضابطة). تألفت عينة البحث من (74) طالباً من طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط في مدرسة أبناء الأثير بمدينة الموصل، وُزعوا عشوائياً وبواقع (41) طالباً للمجموعة التجريبية التي درست وفق التصميم التعليمي القائم على الفشل المنتج (PF)، و(33) طالباً للمجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية.أجرى الباحث تكافؤاً بين طلاب المجموعتين في متغيرات (العمر الزمني، الذكاء، والمعرفة السابقة). تطلب قياس المتغير التابع بناء اختبار للتمثيل الرياضي تألف بصيغته النهائية من (20) فقرة موضوعية من نوع الاختيار من متعدد، موزعة بالتساوي على خمس مهارات (التمثيل المحسوس، التمثيل البياني، التمثيل الجدولي، التمثيل الرمزي، التمثيل اللفظي)، وتم التحقق من صدقه وقوته التمييزية وثباته.طُبقت التجربة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي (2025-2026م)، واستمرت قرابة الشهرين. وبعد جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً باستخدام الاختبار التائي (t-test) لعينتين مستقلتين، أظهرت النتائج:

يقوم النظام الديمقراطي في جوهره على التعددية الحزبية كأداة لتداول السلطة وإدارة شؤون البلاد؛ إذ تكمن الغاية الأساسية للأحزاب السياسية في الوصول إلى سدة الحكم، انطلاقاً من قناعة كل حزب بامتلاكه الرؤية والقدرة على إدارة مفاصل الدولة في جوانبها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالإضافة إلى إدارة ملف الحروب رغم كونها حالة طارئة. ويظل الأثر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي هو الأكثر بروزاً وتأثيراً في البرامج الانتخابية التي تركز على تطوير الواقع وتحسينه مقارنة بما كان عليه قبل توليها الحكم وذلك لإثبات كفاءتها أمام المواطنين بأن المستقبل سيكون أفضل تحت قيادتها. وبما أن الأحزاب السياسية نابعة من صلب المجتمع وتسعى لبلورة تطلعاته ضمن أهدافها فإنه يتحتم عليها استيعاب ثقافة المجتمع وفهم المرحلة التي يمر بها، لصياغة خطط منطقية وقابلة للتطبيق تراعي تنوع مكونات الشعب القومية والدينية.تتنوع الأحزاب السياسية بتنوع مكونات الشعب فمنها الأحزاب الدينية والعلمانية وغيرها، أو الأحزاب الفئوية التي تمثل اتجاهات معينة وأمام هذا التنوع والاختلاف لا ينبغي للحزب السياسي سواء كان في الحكم أو في المعارضة أن يدير ظهره لبقية المكونات بل يجب أن يكون حاضنة لجميع التوجهات وأن يعي كل حالة اجتماعية وفكرية فهو في نهاية المطاف يسعى لنيل رضا الجماعة

The International Court of Justice has significantly contributed to the development of International Law. Its Advisory opinion issued on May 2026, played a pivotal role in interpreting the provisions of the Freedom of Association and protection of the Right to Organise Convention 1948 (No. 87). The Court affirmed that the right to strike is protected under this Convention. Adopted by the International Labour Organization, thereby establishing it as a fundamental right of workers, in interpretation of Convention the Court employed the teleological method of interpretation. Abstract

The regulation of political parties is a fundamental issue in the Iraqi system, as it represents a fundamental guarantee for consolidating democratic practice and organizing political participation within a legal framework. Through Political Parties Law No. 36 of 2015, the Iraqi legislature has established substantive and procedural conditions for establishing parties, most notably obtaining an official license from the competent authority before engaging in any political activity. Establishing a political party without such a license is a crime that affects the state's political system, as it poses a threat to security and stability and violates the principle of legal legitimacy. يعد تنظيم الأحزاب السياسية من الموضوعات الجوهرية في النظام العراقي، اذ يمثل ضمانة أساسية لترسيخ الممارسة الديمقراطية وتنظيم المشاركة السياسية ضمن اطار شرعي. وقد حرص المشرع العراقي من خلال قانون الأحزاب السياسية رقم 36 لسنة 2015 على وضع شروط موضوعية واجرائية لتأسيس الأحزاب، من ابرزها الحصول على ترخيص رسمي من الجهة المختصة قبل مباشرة أي نشاط سياسي. ويعد انشاء حزب سياسي دون هذا الترخيص جريمة تمس النظام السياسي للدولة لما تنطوي عليه من تهديد للأمن والاستقرار وتجاوز لمبدأ الشرعية القانونية. لذلك يخضع مرتكب هذه الجريمة للمساءلة القانونية والعقوبة الجنائية.

This research explores the contributions of prominent exegetes to the science of Quranic Proportionality (Ilm al-Tanasub), focusing on three key figures: Al-Zamakhshari, Al-Razi, and Al-Alusi.The study highlights how Al-Zamakhshari laid the foundation for this field through his "Theory of Systems" (Nazm), demonstrating the eloquence in connecting the openings of Surahs with their endings. It then examines the pioneering role of Fakhr al-Din al-Razi, who established proportionality as a distinct facet of Quranic inimitability (I'jaz), relying on thematic unity and logical links between verses. Finally, it addresses Al-Alusi, who blended literal interpretation with subtle linguistic insights, paying close attention to verse endings (Fawasil) and the connections between consecutive Surahs.The research concludes that Quranic proportionality is not merely a sequence of verses, but a profoundly miraculous structure that proves the divine origin and perfect unity of the Quran across its diverse contexts

تتناول هذه الدراسة كيفية بناء السلطة والقوة والتعبير عنهما تداولياً في المسلسل التليفزيوني \"بيت التنين\" وقد جرى توظيف نظرية أفعال الكلام لجين اوستن 1962 ونظرية التأدب لبروان وليفنسون 1987 كأداتين للتحليل، وذلك لأن جوهر مثل هذه التعبيرات غالباً ما يتجاوز معناها الحرفي. وتم اختيار ثلاث خطابات سمعية – بصرية من المسلسل للتحليل على المستويات القولية والانجازية والثأثيرية مع التركيز على شروط الملائمة والافعال المهددة وجهاً لوجه واستراتيجيات التأدب. تشير النتائج الى أن قوة المتكلم وسلطته تتوسطهما مكانته الاجتماعية واستجابة المخاطب والسياق التواصلي العام لممارسة السلطة بصورة مباشرة في التواصل المباشر الصريح دون المحاولة الى لتخفيف وقع الكلام. كما يلجأ المتكلمون الى استراتيجيات التصريح المباشر دون موارية او الإيحاء بالسلطة بطريقة ضمنية. ويتعمد اختيار الاستراتيجة المعروفة (خارج السجل الرسمي) حين يستخدمون استراتيجيات اللميح غير المباشر على شخصية المتحدث والغاية التواصلية المنشودة مثل الهيمنة والاقناع والتلاعب.

Abstract

Few questions in forensic science are asked as often, or answered as loosely, as whether two recordings carry the same voice. This paper reviews the contribution that forensic linguistics, together with its close relative forensic phonetics, makes to speaker identification, and it sets out to organise a field that has grown quickly but unevenly. The review has three aims: to distinguish the analysis of voice from the analysis of written language, both of which shelter under the label "forensic linguistics"; to gather what is known about where a speaker's individuality actually resides and how well each source of it survives disguise and poor recording conditions; and to place all of this inside the evaluative logic that now governs responsible practice, the likelihood ratio. Out of that synthesis I propose the Levels–Robustness–Evaluation (LRE) framework. LRE holds that the evidential value of a voice comparison depends on three things read together: the linguistic level at which an individuating cue sits, the robustness of that cue to disguise and signal degradation, and the way similarity is weighed against typicality in a relevant population. This paper is a conceptual review of the above. No new experimental data are described; it synthesises from the literature and provides a heuristic framework, propositions, and agenda for testing. The reasoning behind it is that both of these types of errors in speaker identification are weakly measured with lower bounds, and that the myth (the "voiceprint") — that every voice has one-of-a-kind acoustic like a fingerprint when identifying a specific individual by their respect to other individuals(W), is still the scientifically-worst false inference made about such a phenomenon, outside the absence of any similarity judgments for non-ancient humans.

قلّما نجد سؤالاً في العلوم الجنائية يُطرح بتكرار -أو تُقدم له إجابات تفتقر إلى الدقة المنهجية- مثل السؤال عما إذا كان تسجيلان صوتيان يعودان للشخص نفسه. تستعرض هذه الورقة مساهمة "اللسانيات الجنائية" -إلى جانب تخصصها الشقيق "الصوتيات الجنائية"- في مجال تحديد هوية المتحدث، وتهدف إلى تنظيم هذا المجال الذي شهد نمواً سريعاً ولكنه غير متوازن. وللمراجعة ثلاثة أهداف: التمييز بين تحليل الصوت وتحليل اللغة المكتوبة (وكلاهما يندرج تحت مظلة "اللسانيات الجنائية")؛ وتجميع المعارف المتاحة حول مكامن التفرد الصوتي لدى المتحدث ومدى صمود كل مصدر من مصادر هذا التفرد أمام محاولات التمويه وظروف التسجيل الرديئة؛ ووضع كل ذلك في سياق المنطق التقييمي الذي يحكم الممارسات المهنية المسؤولة حالياً، ألا وهو "نسبة الاحتمالية" (likelihood ratio). وانطلاقاً من هذا الطرح التجميعي، أقترح إطار عمل يرتكز على ثلاثة محاور: المستويات (Levels)، والمتانة (Robustness)، والتقييم (Evaluation)، ويُشار إليه اختصاراً بـ (LRE). يرى هذا الإطار أن القيمة الإثباتية لمقارنة الأصوات تعتمد على ثلاثة عناصر تُقرأ مجتمعة: المستوى اللغوي الذي تقع فيه السمة المميزة للهوية، ومدى متانة هذه السمة وقدرتها على الصمود أمام التمويه وتدهور جودة الإشارة الصوتية، وكيفية الموازنة بين التشابه والنمطية (أو الشيوع) ضمن المجموعة السكانية ذات الصلة. تُعد هذه الورقة مراجعةً مفاهيميةً لما سبق ذكره؛ فهي لا تعرض بيانات تجريبية جديدة، بل تجمع وتصيغ ما ورد في الأدبيات العلمية لتقدم إطاراً استرشادياً، ومجموعة من الفرضيات، وخطة عمل للاختبار المستقبلي. ويستند هذا الطرح إلى حقيقة أن كلا نوعي الخطأ في تحديد هوية المتحدث يُقاسان بضعفٍ (من خلال تقدير الحدود الدنيا للخطأ)، وأن الخرافة القائلة بوجود "بصمة صوتية" فريدة لكل شخص -على غرار بصمة الإصبع- تظل أسوأ استنتاج علمي خاطئ حول هذه الظاهرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللسانيات الجنائية؛ الصوتيات الجنائية؛ تحديد هوية المتحدث؛ مقارنة الأصوات؛ نسبة الاحتمالية؛ تمويه الصوت؛ تحديد نسبة النص للمؤلف؛ اللهجة الفردية (Idiolect).

Abstract

מחקר זה שואף לספק ניתוח השוואתי וביקורתי של מושגי האלימות נגד נשים במחשבה האסלאמית והיהודית, ואת השפעתם של מושגים אלה על חקיקה ופרקטיקות חברתיות עכשוויות. המחקר מתמקד באופן שבו מושגים אלה עוצבו באמצעות פרשנויות טקסטואליות היסטוריות, וכיצד השפעתם נמשכת בחברות עכשוויות למרות תמורות חברתיות מודרניות. מחקר זה מכיר בגיוון הפרשנויות בתוך כל דת ונמנע מהכללות לא מדויקות. הוא גם מדגיש את חשיבות ההבחנה בין עקרונות דתיים לבין מנהגים תרבותיים שעשויים לסתור את ליבת התורות הדתיות.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل نقدي مقارن لمفاهيم العنف ضد المرأة في الفكرين الإسلامي واليهودي، وتأثير هذه المفاهيم على التشريعات والممارسات الاجتماعية المعاصرة. تركز الدراسة على كيفية تشكل هذه المفاهيم من خلال التفسيرات النصية التاريخية، وكيفية استمرار تأثيرها في المجتمعات المعاصرة رغم التحولات الاجتماعية الحديثة.تعترف هذه الدراسة بتنوع التفسيرات داخل كل ديانة، وتتجنب التعميمات غير الدقيقة. كما تؤكد على أهمية التمييز بين المبادئ الدينية والممارسات الثقافية التي قد تتناقض مع جوهر التعاليم الدينية.كلمات مفتاحية : العنف ، المراة ، الفكر الاسلامي واليهودي.

Nature in the poetry of Muhammad Al-Fayez

هدفت البحث الحالي إلى التعرّف على مستوى التفكير التكاملي لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في التفكير التكاملي وفقاً للجنس (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص (علمي، إنساني)، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها (600) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة الأنبار للعام الدراسي 2025-2026، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية ذات التوزيع المتناسب، واستخدم الباحثان مقياس التفكير التكاملي الذي أعده (سونغ وجيانع ،2015) (Song & Jiang, 2015) بعد ترجمته وتطويره والذي يتكون من (45) فقرة وسبع ابعاد وبدائل خماسية تأخذ الأوزان من (1-5)، وتمّ التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، أظهرت النتائج أن طلبة الدراسات العليا يتمتعون بتفكير تكاملي بمستوى جيد، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التفكير التكاملي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، في حين وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير التخصص ولصالح طلبة التخصص العلمي، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود تأثير دال إحصائياً للتفاعل بين الجنس والتخصص.
