The effect of special exercises according to the (Karen) model on motor coordination and learning th

Abstract

The research aims to prepare special exercises according to the Karen model in motor coordination and learning the skill of serving with volleyball for students, and to identify the effect of special exercises according to Karen’s model in motor coordination and learning the skill of serving with volleyball for students, as well as to identify the differences between pre- and post-tests. The researchers used the experimental method, and this is what they consider consistent and compatible with the specifications of the study and achieving the research objectives. The research population was determined by the second-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kirkuk for the academic year (2023-2024), who numbered (91) students and were distributed into (2) divisions. The researchers chose the research sample in a deliberate manner. Failing students, deferred students, and students were excluded. They are not committed to working hours and transportation and are players. Division (A) was chosen as the control group and Division (B) in the experimental group. The number of each division was (15) students. As for the sample of the exploratory experiment, which numbered (5), they were excluded from interest in applying new models that carry with them methods based on behavioral and constructivist theories and meaningful learning that contribute to raising the level of students and developing the educational process.

يهدف البحث الى اعداد تمرينات خاصة وفق انموذج كارين في التوافق الحركي وتعلم مهارة الارسال بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب والتعرف على تأثير تمرينات خاصة وفق انموذج كارين في التوافق الحركي وتعلم مهارة الارسال بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب كذلك التعرف على الفروقات بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية. وأستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي وهذا ما يراه منسجما ومتطابقا مع مواصفات الدراسة وتحقيق اهداف البحث، وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث بطلاب السنة الثانية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة جامعة/كركوك للعام الدراسي (2023-2024) والبالغ عددهم (91) طلاب والموزعين على (2) شعب، وقد اختار الباحثان عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية قد تم الاستبعاد الطلاب الراسبون والمؤجلون وطلاب غير ملتزمين بالدوام والنقل ولاعبون، وقد تم الاختيار شعبة (أ) هي المجموعة الضابطة وشعبة (ب) في المجموعة التجريبية وبالغ عدد كل شعبة (15) طالب، اما عينة التجربة الاستطلاعية والبالغ عددهم (5) قد تم استبعادهم من الاهتمام بتطبيق نماذج جديد التي تحمل في طياتها من الاساليب القائمة على النظريات السلوكية والبنائية والتعلم ذي المعنى والتي تسهم في رفع مستوى الطلاب وتطوير العملية التعليمية.

Abstract

Through the researcher’s experience, reviewing and watching many tournaments, he noticed that many students who represent the university team suffer from being exposed to many pressures (the pressures of training and sports competition), in addition to the anxiety that accompanies the tournament and the fear of not achieving results, which leads to a weak level required in training or competition. Therefore, it was necessary to have a factor of psychological reassurance, which leads to working to raise the level of the student and reduce the impact of the negative factors that negatively affect the outcome of the match. Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare a (guidance-psychological) curriculum for students in football and the extent of its positive impact on the factor of psychological reassurance because Psychological exercises are one of the important factors that complement the physical and skill factors, which makes the player maintain an acceptable level in order to achieve good results. The research aimed to prepare a measure of the psychological reassurance of the Babylon University football team, as well as prepare a (counseling-psychological) approach to develop the psychological reassurance of the Babylon University football team, and to know its impact on developing the psychological reassurance of the Babylon University football team.

من خلال تجربة الباحث والاطلاع ومشاهدة العديد من البطولات لاحظ إن الكثير من الطلاب الين يمثلون منتخب الجامعة يعانون من تعرضهم للكثير من الضغوطات ضغوطات التدريب والمنافسة الرياضية) بالإضافة الى القلق المصاحب للبطولة والخوف من عدم تحقيق النتائج مما يؤدي الى ضعف المستوى المطلوب في التدريب أو المنافسة, لذا كان لابد من توفر عامل الاطمئنان النفسي والذي يؤدي الى العمل على الارتقاء بمستوى الطالب والحد من تأثير العوامل السلبية التي تؤثر سلباً في نتيجة المباراة, لذا ارتأى الباحث أعداد منهج (أرشادي – نفسي) لدى الطلاب بكرة القدم مدى تأثيره الايجابي على عامل الاطمئنان النفسي لان التمارين النفسية تعد أحدى العوامل المهمة والمكملة للعوامل البدنية والمهارية والتي تجعل اللاعب يحتفظ بمستوى مقبول من اجل تحقيق نتائج جيدة. وهدف البحث الى اعداد مقياس للاطمئنان النفسي لمنتخب جامعة بابل بكرة القدم, كذلك أعداد منهج (أرشادي– نفسي) لتطوير الاطمئنان النفسي لمنتخب جامعة بابل بكرة القدم, ومعرفة أثره لتطوير الاطمئنان النفسي لمنتخب جامعة بابل بكرة القدم.

Abstract

The importance of the research came from the use of new theories that call for adapting educational situations to the nature of the brain. Among the most prominent of these theories is the theory of brain-based learning and its strategies, especially the 4-mat strategy, and its use in cognitive achievement and learning the artistic performance of the net lift. The research aims to prepare educational units according to the (4mat) strategy and to identify the effect of the educational units according to the (4mat) strategy on cognitive achievement and learning the technical performance of the net lift. The researchers used the experimental method by designing the experimental and control groups to suit the nature and problem of the research. The research community was represented by students of the first stage/College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences/University of Diyala, for the academic year (2022 - 2023), as the research community included the students of the first stage, numbering (141) students, and the researchers chose the control group from Division (A), numbering (37). (15) students by lottery, in light of the results obtained by the researchers, the researchers concluded that the educational units are in accordance with the (4mat) strategy in cognitive achievement and learning the technical performance of raising the net.

جاءت أهمية البحث من خلال استخدام للنظريات الجديدة التي تدعو الى تكييف المواقف التعليمية مع طبيعة الدماغ ، ومن ابرز هذه النظريات هي نظرية التعلم المستند الى الدماغ ، واستراتيجياتها، وخاصة استراتيجية الفورمات (4mat)، واستخدامها في التحصيل المعرفي وتعلم الاداء الفني لرفعة النتر، ويهدف البحث الى اعداد وحدات تعليمية وفقاً لاستراتيجية(4mat) والتعرف على تأثير الوحدات التعليمية وفقاً لاستراتيجية(4mat) في التحصيل المعرفي وتعلم الاداء الفني لرفعة النتر، استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لملاءمتها لطبيعة ومشكلة البحث، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بطلاب المرحلة الاولى/كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة/جامعة ديالى، للعام الدراسي (2022 – 2023)، اذ شمل مجتمع البحث طلاب المرحلة الاولى والبالغ عددهم (141) طالبٍ واختار الباحثون المجموعة الضابطة من شعبة (أ) والبالغ عددهم (37) طالباً عن طريق القرعة (15) طالباً، في حين اختار الباحثون المجموعة التجريبية من شعبة (ج) والبالغ عددهم (36) طالباً عن طريق القرعة (15) طالباً، وشملت اجراءات البحث الميدانية اجراء التجارب والاختبارات التي شملت (اختبار التحصيل المعرفي لرفعة النتر، تقييم الاداء الفني لرفعة النتر)، قام الباحثون بوضع الوحداتٍ التعليمية الخاصة استراتيجية الفورمات نموذج مكارثي (4 MAT)، للمجموعة التجريبية وبما يلاءم موضوع وعينة البحث، اذ بدأ تطبيق الوحدات التعليمية يوم الاثنين الموافق2/10/2023 وتم الانتهاء من تطبيقها يوم الاثنين الموافق 13/11/2023 وبمعدل وحدة تعليمية في الاسبوع بمجموع (8) وحدات تعليمية، اذ بلغ الزمن المستغرق للوحدات التعليمية ككل بلغ (540 دقيقة) ومدة الوحدة التعليمية الواحدة (90 دقيقة) موزعة على اقسام الوحدة التعليمية اذ تم تطبيق استراتيجية الفورمات نموذج مكارثي (4 MAT) والمتكونة من أربعة مراحل وفقًا لأنماط التعلم الأربعة، كل مرحلة منها مقسمة إلى خطوتين، بالتالي فإن النموذج كله يتضمن ثمان خطوات، وفي ضوء النتائج التي حصل عليها الباحثون استنتج الباحثون الى إِنَّ الوحدات التعليمية وفقاً لاستراتيجية(4mat) في التحصيل المعرفي وتعلم الاداء الفني لرفعة النتر

Abstract

تكمن اهمية البحث اهمية البحث في اعداد تمرينات خاصة من خلال التصرف الخططي وتجربتها للتعرف على فاعليتها ومدى تأثيرها في تطوير الهجوم المبكر بكرة السلة. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجاميع المتكافئة لملاءمته لطبيعة ومشكلة البحث وتم تحديد مجتمّع البحث من لاعبي نادي الحلة الناشئين بلعبة كرة السلة في البالغ عددهم (16) لاعب لأبناء الاختبار، وقسمت الى عينتين الاولى (عينة استطلاعية) بعدد (6) لاعبين، اما (العينة الرئيسية) فكانت بعدد(10) لاعبين، وقسمت الى مجموعتين تجريبه بواقع (5) لاعبين، ومجموعة ضابطة بواقع(5) لاعبين. أما العينة فيتمّ اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة, واجرى الباحثان الاختبارات القبلية لمجموعة البحث البالغين (10) لاعبين في يوم 15/6/2023 الاختبارات الخاصة بقياس الهجوم المبكر بكرة السلة ، في القاعة الرياضية المغلقة (قاعة الموهبة) في بابل، وبدأت بتطبيق التمرينات المناسبة وضمن متطلبات المهارة على المجموعة التجريبية يوم السبت الموافق 24/6/2023 ولغاية 16/8/2023 بواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الاسبوع وزمن التدريبات الخاصة والخططية في الوحدة التدريبية الواحدة (40-45) دقيقة، وبعدها اجرى الباحثان الاختبارات البعدية بعد الانتهاء من البرنامج وبمساعدة كادر العمل المساعد الاختبارات البعدية لعينة البحث بعد الانتهاء من تطبيق التمرينات الخاصة , وفي يوم الاحد الموافق(20/8/2023)

Abstract

يسعى العاملون في مجال التربية والتعليم الى إيجاد أقصر السبل والطرق لبلوغ غاياتهم التربوية والتعليمية، لذلك نلحظ دائماً يجربون كل ما هو جديد لتنفيذ خططهم واستراتيجياتهم بغية الوصول الى الهدف المرجو بأقل جهد ووقت ممكنين. ولا يخفى على أحد أن علوم التربية الرياضية علوم مرتبطة ارتباط وثيق مع بعضها البعض سواء كانت العلوم النظرية أم التطبيقية منها على حد سواء. هدف البحث الى إعداد تمرينات خاصة معده على وفق أسس ميكانيكية لطلاب فريق ثانوية النجف الاشرف للمتميزين المشاركين في بطولة الساحة والميدان لتربية المحافظة والتعرف على تأثيرها. إذ تم تحديد مجتمع البحث من طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية للصف (الخامس والرابع) في ثانوية النجف الاشرف للمتميزين الذين يرومون الاشتراك في سباقات الساحة والميدان لتربية النجف للعام الدراسي 2023 – 2024 م، وتم استعمال مجموعة من الاختبارات القبلية الخاصة على (40) طالب لتشكيل فريق الثانوية للمرحلة الإعدادية وتم انتقاء أفضل (20) طالب ممن جمعوا أعلى تنقيط وبعد تحديد هذا الفريق لتمثيل الثانوية ب (14) فعالية من فعاليات الساحة والميدان تم تطبيق تمرينات معدة لمدة (6) أسابيع، شملت ال(3) أسابيع الأولى منها وحدات تعليمية خاصة بتكنيك الأداء فقط للفعاليات المختارة وهن (10) فعاليات وعدم التنافس ب (4) فعاليات لعدم توفر الأدوات الخاصة بها وعدم وجود ساحة كبيرة لبعضها الآخر، أما ال(3) أسابيع الثانية فتم التدريب على ما تم تعليمه في الوحدات الاولى من خلال وضع الشدد والازمان والمسافات المعينة كمستوى صعوبة للأداء

Abstract

The problem of the research lies in answering the following question: Do skill exercises according to the level of information processing have an effect on mental rotation and learning some basic football skills for students? Yes or no. The research aims to classify students according to the level of information processing, as well as determining skill exercises according to the level of information processing in mental rotation, and learning basic football skills for students in each of the research groups. And identifying which of the levels of information processing is better in rotation. Mental, and learning some basic football skills for students. The researcher assumed that skill exercises according to the level of information processing have a positive effect on mental rotation and learning some basic football skills for students. Also, skill exercises according to the level of information processing have an advantage over the curriculum used in mental rotation, and learning some basic football skills for students in the post-test. The researcher used the experimental method because it suits the nature of the research using three equal experimental groups, as it is the appropriate method to solve the research problem and achieve its objectives. After processing the results, the researcher concluded that the skill exercises according to the level of information processing that were applied to the three experimental groups had a positive impact on developing mental rotation and learning some basic skills in football.

تكمن مشكلة البحث بالإجابة عن التساؤل الآتي: هل للتمرينات المهارية وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات تأثير في التدوير العقلي وتعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب؟ نعم او بلا , ويهدف البحث الى تصنيف الطلاب وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات, كذلك تحديد التمرينات المهارية وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات في التدوير العقلي، وتعلّم المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب في كُلّ مجموعة من مجموعات البحث.و التعرف على أي من مستويات تجهيز المعلومات أفضل في التدوير العقلي، وتعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب. وافترض الباحث ان للتمرينات المهارية وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات تأثير إِيجابي في التدوير العقلي وتعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب. كذلك للتمرينات المهارية وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات أفضلية عن المنهاج المتبع في التدوير العقلي، وتعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم للطلاب في الاختبار البعدي. واستعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملائمته طبيعة البحث بأسلوب ثلاث مجموعات تجريبية متكافئة كونه المنهج الملائم لحل مشكلة البحث وتحقيق أهدافه، واشتملت عينة البحث على (30) طالبًا من طلاب/المرحلة الاولى – (كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية/جامعة ديالى). وبعد معالجة النتائج توصل الباحث إِلى أَنَّ للتمرينات المهارية وفقًا لمستوى تجهيز المعلومات التي طبقت على المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث كانَ لها أثر إيجابي في تنمية التدوير العقلي وتعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية في كرة القدم.

Abstract

Foot drop, also known as drop foot, is a condition characterized by the inability to lift the front part of the foot, leading to a risk of tripping and difficulty in walking. This symptom is often indicative of underlying neurological, muscular, or anatomical issues, such as nerve damage, motor neuron diseases, or anatomical abnormalities affecting the peroneal nerve and surrounding structures.[1][2] The significance of foot drop lies in its impact on mobility and quality of life, particularly among individuals with chronic conditions like multiple sclerosis, stroke, or traumatic injuries. Effective management of foot drop includes a variety of essential exercises aimed at improving strength, coordination, and mobility. These exercises focus on enhancing dorsiflexion and eversion—the key movements required for safe and effective walking. Rehabilitation strategies often incorporate basic balance exercises, functional and strengthening routines, and stretching techniques to facilitate recovery and maintain independence.[3][4] Furthermore, neuroplasticity-based exercises offer a holistic approach that addresses the interconnections between the muscles, brain, and nervous system, fostering long-term improvements in motor function.[3] Despite the benefits of exercise regimens, individuals may face challenges in adhering to prescribed therapies, particularly due to discomfort from orthotic devices, financial constraints, and psychological barriers such as lack of motivation.[5][6] These factors can impede recovery and necessitate a comprehensive support system that emphasizes consistency and addresses patients' concerns regarding comfort and progress.[7] Thus, an understanding of foot drop, coupled with an informed approach to exercise and rehabilitation, is crucial for enhancing patient outcomes and promoting mobility. In summary, foot drop is a multifaceted condition requiring targeted interventions to manage its underlying causes and improve functional abilities. Ongoing research and clinical practices continue to evolve, emphasizing the importance of personalized rehabilitation programs and the integration of innovative therapies to support those affected by this condition.

Abstract

The research aims to prepare exercises using educational means in learning and retaining the skill of scoring in indoor soccer, and to identify the effect of exercises using educational means in learning and retaining the skill of scoring in indoor soccer. The researchers used the experimental method with two experimental and control groups as it is the most appropriate method to address the research problem. The research community was chosen intentionally, which is the first-year female students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for the academic year 2023/2024, divided into two sections (I, Y), totaling (78) female students. The research sample was chosen by lottery, Section (I) was divided into two experimental and control groups, with (18) female students for each group. Thus, the final total of the research sample individuals is (36) female students, representing a percentage of (46.15%) of the research community.
