The researcher conducting this research to get to know the reality of the cognitive method (risk - Caution) among the players of Track and Field and the differences between the players in terms of the cognitive method, according to the type of activity, as well as to predict the athletic accomplishment through the cognitive method (risk - Caution) among the players.
In order to achieve the aims of the research, the research was conducted on a sample of advanced players from Track and Fieldclubs participating in the Iraq Clubs Championship, for the season 2014, using the descriptive approach withthe survey method (survey methods and correlations), and for that, the researcher prepared the test and the scale that was specified for the cognitive method (risk - Caution) among the players of Track and Fieldfollowing the necessary scientific steps to build standards, and the end of these measures, we had a scale of the Cognitive Method (risk - Caution) by (15) items.After the scale was ready, it had been applied to the sample and the data were treated statistically. The researcher reached the following conclusions:
1- The players of the activities (100 m - long jump) are characterized by the adventurous cognitive method, while the rest of the activities under study were characterized by cognitive method (caution).
The most important recommendations were:
1- The use of other cognitive methodsin team or individual sports activities, both in the educational process or other directions.

The activity of high jumping is one of the activitys that need to be high self-confident so that the student is able to attack on the bar and perform the skills relative to its passing through, and that the women students of theDepartment of Physical Education is usually reluctant to do trying to cross the bar and shows them the tensile stress while trying to perform the skill, which negatively affects the degree of practical achievement for the exam as well as the lack of mastering this important activity of Track and Field activities. The research aimed todevelop and implement a proposed program to relax and breathing regulation on the research sample; to identify the impact of the proposed program in the self-confidence development among the students of the Department of Physical Education; and to identify the impact of the proposed program to accomplish the activity of high jump among the students of the Department of Physical Education. The research sample was determined intentionally. They are students of the first phase, who were 20femalestudents.By discussing the results, the researchers concluded that there were statistically significant differences between the pre-tests and the post-tests the for the experimental group in the level of self-confidence and the completion of the high jump for the students; and there were statistically significant differences in the post test between the control and experimental groups in the level of self-confidence in favor of the experimental group. There was a lack of statistically significant differences in the post-test between the control and experimental groups in the completion of the high jump for the students. The researchers recommended that the Track and Field activities’ lecturershad to take advantage of relaxation and breathing regulation exercises as they help students increase self-confidence and the development of better achievement, and recommended to do further research and studies to identify the nature of the study on the activities of the rest of the Games track and field and conducting similar research on other activities and choose other psychological variables, such as the personal traits, motivation or aggressive behavior

Awareness of scientists and researchers, who are interested in studying the different relationships between the self and body, began to increase day after day, thanks to what happened from a scientific steady evolution in both areas so thatpsychological study nowadays flourished from both anatomical functional in comparison to the study of a body with respect to the psychological aspects. These mutual relationships accounted for what is called now psycho-physical studies or physiologic psychology.
The endocrine glands system is specialized to receive and send chemical messages through the bloodstream to regulate the activity of cells in different parts of the body, which is slower than the nervous system, as a means of chemical communication, as the chemical messages takes around (15) seconds to be received. These glands secrete chemicals called hormone, which is albumen substances produced by glands of specific and well-known areas in the body of the human being. hormones transmitted directly into the blood, For example, the cortisol hormone produced by the adrenal cortex in the adrenal gland.

The 100 m Activity is one of the activities of fun and thrilling for spectators and players in terms of kinetic competition and performance, so these activities deal with the maximum effort of the racer and the performance accuracy from the first moment of the start to reach the finishing line. Therefore, the researcher intended to use the modern technology devices in the preparation of specialized exercises. By using a device (EMG),we can know the electrical activity of the muscle to stand up on the weaknesses in the working muscles and those which are adverse in order to prepare exercises that help in reaching the ideal muscular balance during doing the motor duty as diagnosing the weakness by the naked eye cannot be done without the use of modern technical equipment to develop the physical abilities (speed of response and the explosive ability of legs and arms) and the kinetic variables of represented in (amount of movement, work done, kinetic energy) for the ten meters in the first 100 m start due to the importance of this stage of achievement time. Thus study aimed to identify the impact of the stomach exercises according to the electrical activity of the femoral muscle in some physical abilities and kinetic variables for the first ten meters of the 100m runners. The research population was represented by the tracking and field players of Karbala Club among the young players for the activity of 100 m and totaling (20). The research sample was selected randomly, which consisted of (12) runners representing a set of clubs. The researcher used the experimental approach with the method of two equal groups and all the variables under study were collected. The researcher reached to a set of conclusions, including: that specialized exercises in accordance with the electrical activity had an effect in improving the physical capacity of the muscle (response speed and the explosive ability of the two legs and arms) for the first ten meters of 100 m start. In addition, the specialized exerciseshad an effect on the development of kinatic variables as a result of the evolution of the physical abilities of the first ten meters of 100 m start.

Reaching the athletic success depends on the physical, technical and tactical aspects, through the use of different training plans in the run-sports competitions period and with the evolution in the field of training, it became a duty on the coach not to leave out of the development of various principles of the psychological aspect, including the motivation features and the emotional balance.
By looking at the resources and the scientific references in the fields of sports psychology, the researcher found out that a few psychological studies were conducted on this topic. The research aims to:
1- Identify the motivation features and emotional balancingamong the advancedfootball players (Middle Euphrates region) for the sports season(2014-2015).
2- Identify the correlation between the motivation features and emotional balancingamong the advanced football players (Middle Euphrates region) for the sports season (2014-2015).

The method of interactive media is one of the important images of modern educational technology in teaching various sports skills and is an integrated educational system that interacts functionally through an education program to achieve specific goals. Through researchers experience, being the practitioners of the game of handball, it was noticed that many coaches did not take into account the media and modern methods in learning defensive skills in handball as the stage of skills learning is one of the most important and difficult stages. They must be taken into consideration. Therefore, the two researchers thought of using the interactive media in the development of tactical knowledge and learning some defensive skills among the players in handball for the purpose of gaining time and effort to be effective educational strategy used by coaches to achieve the best results.
The research aims to:
1- Prepare educational units based on the use of interactive media in the development of tactical knowledge and learning some defensive skills among the young players in handball.
2- Know the effect of the educational program in the development of tactical knowledge and learning some defensive skills among the young players in handball.

The research aims to identify the relationship between social interaction and Stressful Life activities among students of the Faculty of Physical Education. The researcher used the descriptive approach with correlation method. The research population was identified, who were the students of the Faculty of Physical Education / Al-Kufa University, totaling of (325), for the academic year 2014-2015.
The researcher had chosen the research sample randomly, who were the students of all levels and were 155 students. The main experiment was conducted by distributing the standards(Social interaction and Stressful Life Activities) on the mentioned research sample. The data was processed by using an appropriate statistical method: the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The researchers concluded that there was a significant correlation between social interaction and stressful life activities among the research sample as the mental health play a major and essential role in human behavior towards others by controlling the ability to self-control and interacting with the environment.

The importance of the research about the comparison between the personal characteristics of the students in the Faculty of Physical Education in comparison with their peers of the students Sports Department of Education in the Faculty of Education for Girls is an important way to get to know what distinguish the students in the Faculty of Physical Education and; therefore, know if there is anything distinguished them. The importance of the research lies in the attempt made by the researcher to identify the personality traits of the students in the Faculty of Physical Education and the Department of Physical Education in the Faculty of Education.
For the research methodology, the descriptive approach was used for its suitability to the nature of the problem. The research sample was from a group of students of the first phase of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Department in the Faculty of Education at the University of Al-Kufa .Then, the researcher prepared a questionnaire, which was containing 26 items, distributed onthe research sample, and then, the data was collected and processed statistically.
After that, the results were discussed over. On the light of the results, the researcher had many conclusions, including the female students of Physical Education had a better level of boldness and couragetraitsthan the female students of the Department of Physical Education. If the students of the Faculty of Physical Education were in middlelevel while the students of the Department of Physical Education were in the range of the low level in the audacity and courage traits.

The research problem lies in the fact that the exercises given in teaching the skill of throwing a ball in basketball lacked the tools or educational assistance and were limited to the traditional methods and this might limit the rapid and good learning process, not to mention the lack of the existence of the thrill and excitement factor. The importance of the research lies in the attempt of the researcher to establish educational exercises combined with assistant tools, according to the physical and the motor abilities, and to know the impact of teaching the skill of throwing a ball for the female students in the first academic year in the department of physical education in the Faculty of Education for Girls at Al-Kufa University.
The researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability to the research problem. It included the research population, which was represented by the female students in the first academic year, who were 21 female students. The research sample was divided randomly into two groups of 9 students for each group. The research conducted the experiment, the pretests and the educational syllabus by using the educational tools. After that, the researcher conducted the posttest, in addition, he used some of the statistical tool.
The research aimed to
- Identify the most important physical and kinetic abilities, which were effective in the learning the skill of throwing a ball in basketball for the female students.
- Identify the effect of the combined educational exercises by using the assistant tools in teaching the skill of throwing in basketball.

As a result of the close and great link existing between the physical preparation and the skill preparation in football, it became necessary to consider the explosive power of speed, which is one of the special physical abilities that is affecting the success f the performance of the basic skills in football. For emphasizing in the training sessions through performing different quick and repeated jumps, either with a ball or without it, are the best training methods to achieve the functional adaptation and getting speed level higher, which reflect the success in applying the different skills in football, including the defensive skills, as these skills are considered in the same training system with the speed power training on one hand. On the other hand, the speed power is the one causes the continuity of the quick movement, going off, and going on more by the coaches, especially for the junior players. The research aimed to identify the impact of the training syllabus on the body weight. The research important lies the training, on the body weight and on the different quick and repeated jumps, leads to increase the level of the players physically and in their skills, especially, the defensive skills for the development of the explosive power of speed and some defensive skills in football. The research used the experimental approach with the intentional method on 24 players in the training positions in football, for the ages 15-17. The researcher concluded that the method of training for the explosive power of speed had achieved thrill and rush, which caused a clear development for the special physical abilities among the defenders in football for juniors

The research aims to identify the relationship between some of the cardiac indices (the size of the left ventricle and the length, width, and efficiency of the heart) with the body mass index. The research problem indicated that upgrading the functional concepts and finding relationships between them, in addition to shedding light on them, which would lead undoubtedly to open new horizons to many researchers on one hand, and use ideally for those concepts on the other hand, as evaluating one of the functional variables through using another functional variable would bring more accurate dimensions on the variables. The methodology which was appropriate for the research was determined, which was the descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of 5 players from the Iraqi national team (three swimmers, one judo player, and one squash player). The measurement of the research variables was conducted by adopting the law of body mass index, in addition to the device of measuring the cardiac indices, which was the Echocardiography device and the instruments used to collect the information; the researcher used SPSS software for processing the data. The results of the research was reviewed, analyzed and discussed for the research sample as the results showed that there was a significant relationship between the cardiac indices and the body mass index.

The research aims to:
1- Identify the contribution percentage of the motor abilities in the accuracy of defensive skill performance in volleyball.
2- Identify the contribution percentage of sportsmanship in the accuracy of the defensive skill performance in volleyball.
The research sample was determined by advanced female players from theSports Baghdad Girl Club female in volleyball, who were (12) players. After discussing the results, the researcher reached the following conclusions: -
1- The contribution percentage of the motor ability was balanced in the accuracy of the defensive skills performance in the field.
2- The contribution percentage of the motor ability was in harmony between the eyes and arms in the accuracy of defense wall skills performance.
3- The contribution percentage of sportsmanship in the accuracy of the defense wall skills performance.
4- Predicted equation was concluded for the accuracy of the defensive skills in the field and the defense wall players in terms of the contribution percentage of the motor abilities of balancing and harmony between the eyes and arms.

The research aimed to determine the degree of possessing the life skills among the research sample of physically disability challengers, who were practicing sports activities; to know the role of practicing sports in the development of some of the life skills under discussion. The descriptive approach was adopted due to its suitability for the research topic. The research sample consisted of 31 physically disabled individuals, who were practicing basketball on wheelchairs during the season of 2014-2015 in the states (Saeedah, Ain Tamoshent, and Reqlah. The instrument used in the research was the life skills scale, as some axes were adapted, which were represented in communication, group work, taking responsibility, characteristics, and the skill and physical skills. The research tool was distributed on a sample of some basketball physically disabled players on wheelchairs. After the results were processed statistically, the researcher concluded that practicing sports has an effective role in the development of the life skills under study among the physically disabled research sample. The degree of possessing the life skills, under study, was very high among the research sample.

The strategic management is the compass that guides administrative work and shall establish the right direction, which the deans should be following in the higher education institutions through putting out work between the members of the administrative and teaching stuff, forcing them to focus their thinking and efforts for the success of their missions, and help them to create innovations and new ideas and for the emergence of their competence, abilities and expertise to serve the administrative work service. The importance of research was reflected in the study of the extent of the use of the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education for the strategic management to accomplish his tasks in order to improve the Faculty level and reach the highest level.
But, there were a lot of indicators, including the lack of regularity and continuity to develop the potential of some deans, according to their levels, abilities, needs, desires and ambitions and that would create an atmosphere full of grudges and hatred and lack of harmony, understanding and acceptance with working with them, and ,then, there would be a confusion, cracking and double work because they did not apply the strategic management, which would affect directly in achieving their goals. The research aims to:
1- Prepare a measurement for the strategic management for the Deans of the faculties of the Iraqi Universities.
2- Know the degree that the Dean of the Faculty of the Physical Education for the fields of strategic management from the lectures’ perspective.

Taekwondo is one of the individual competitive sports activities that involve defensive and offensive methods, in which the player is required to have high level of skills. It has its own rules and basics in which different arts are used to achieve the best efficiency for mind and body. Taekwondo matches are linked to the response speed that is relative in the movement speed and its strength as success and failure experiences varies from time to another in the same situation. The Taekwondo player shows responses to those situations as a result of his physical, skill, and psychological preparation in order to achieve the best level ever in these matches. The researcher intended to design assistant facility to increase the kinetic response speed, which can be taken advantage for both sexes, all ages, and the different weight categories. Because the researcher was an ex-player and a federal referee in Taekwondo, he noted that the levels of players were relatively close except in the response speed and the kinetic reaction for the skills performance, and because it is an important factor in gaining scores and for winning in matches, the researcher decided to attempt an assistant facility in order to increase the kinetic response speed.
The research aims to:
- Increase the response speed and the kinetic reaction among the players through the assistant facility.

The faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science are integrated institutions that include, in its structures, administrative units, departments, staff and administrators working in order to achieve the objectives of this Faculty. That requires the availability of the administrative leaders and employees who are highly aware of the administrative skills in their work and because they are important institutions that have a positive impact on the development of any society. The process of preparing the human resources of these faculties requires the availability of the comprehensive quality management, which reflects on the performance and the output of these faculties. The importance of the research lies in determining the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University; and in realizing the extent of these requirements were available to improve them and have a future vision of the faculty based on these requirements. Based on the above mentioned, the problem of this study can be summarized in the following question: To what extent the comprehensive quality management is available in the faculty of physical education and sports science at Diyala University, and what is the level of its implications?
The research aims to identify the most important requirements of the comprehensive quality management in the faculty of physical education and sports science from the employees’ perspective. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the questionnaire method due to its suitability to the problem intended to be solved.

The application of psychological adjustment prepared by the researcher to the students in the faculties of Physical Education and Sports Science to identify students with psychological adjustment and good students who are suffering from poor psychological adjustment for them with adequate educational curricula scale .Development of mental capacity along with the physical and skill capabilities of the students using the exercises prepared for this purpose to attain the highest level .attention to the preparation of special exercises to develop the rest of the mental and motor abilities and other work on the study and development of other skills.
