Abstract

Breast cancer diagnosis (WBCD) is an important, real-world medical problem. There are different artificial Intelligence techniques try to classify WBCD to help to minimize the errors that might occur when the doctors do not have adequate experience or because of stress . In this work , fuzzy genetic tool is used to present diagnostic system that classify WBCD cases automatically .The system provides two prime features: first, it attain high classification performance ; second, the resulting system consists of a few simple rules, and are therefore interpretable.

Abstract

When two entities are communicating with each other, and they do not want a third party to listen to their communication, so secure communication includes means by which they can share information and without being known to a third party. Accordingly, some may think that a secure channel of communication means its ability to transfer encrypted data, but in fact the encryption is one of the specifications of this channel For security purposes, we try to formulate a sheltered channel in a model satisfying its required real attributes (encryption, legalization and authentication) . The formulated model utilized TCP/IP as the interior transport layer which is liable to guarantee that packets of data are propelled to the intended recipient in the right arrange.in this paper we describe the structure of a Very Simple Secured Protocol (VSSP) that exists above the TCP/IP layer and has a major effect managing connection through a protected communication channel.

In this work large colored image is hiding in smaller colored image (at least three times) by compressing embedded image with Huffman method and then using Oring bits to obtained a sequence of 0 and 1 values, Then with method that changed from Image Downgrading is used to hide this compressed image , so this method of steganography is more effective and have more secret by the number of secret operator between the two sides, this program is implemented in visual basic 0.6.

Abstract

Information Retrieval is the science of searching information within documents. Documents are in huge quantity and still growing. It is very difficult to find the information according to requirements of user. So different algorithms are being proposed based on long research in information retrieval and data mining.Where in this paper we analyze the documents in the collection Sense and Sensibility available on the web page under the subheading “data files” we download these files and build programs that are able to index a collection of documents and calculate text statistics across the corpus. Text processing ( or document processing) includes tokenization, preprocessing (converting upper case letters to lower, Unicode conversion, and removing diacritics from letters, punctuations, or numbers), stop words removal, and stemming. These steps save indexing time and space, especially for a huge set of data. Also, the experiment results at the end of this paper approve the reliability and efficiency of the algorithms

Abstract

Steganography is an ancient art or conveying messages in a secret way that only the receiver knows the existence of a message. In this paper, a novel mechanism using mathematical modulus to incorporate the secret data (with audio form) into a cover-image .The modulus is a threshold value that determines how the embedded file is incorporated into the cover-image. The proposed method aims to meet most the requirements of any steganography system (like capacity, security and undetectability),we compress the embedded file in order to reduce the size of it and increase the security .Furthermore, the quality of stego-image measured by PSNR is acceptable to human vision system and stable for diverse cover-image processes

Abstract

Evolutionary algorithms (EAs) are modern techniques for searching complex spaces for on optimum . Genetic algorithms (GAs) are developed as random search methods, which have not so sensitivity on primary data of the problems. They can be used in estimation of system parameters in order to obtain the best result. This can be achieved by optimization of an objective function. Genetic programming is a collection of methods for the automatic generation of computer programs that solve carefully specified problems, via the core, but highly abstracted principles of natural selection. In this paper, genetic algorithms and parallel genetic algorithms have been discussed as one of the best solutions for optimization of the systems. Genetic and parallel genetic algorithms have been investigated in Visual basic 6 Environment Then an optimal binary search tree has been selected as a case study for decree sing of searching time. Also a dynamic programming method has been accelerated by using of a parallel genetic algorithm. In this case, by increasing the size of data, speed-up index will be increased.

more efficient. A lot of work has been done in the area of wavelet based lossy image compression. So the proposed methodology of this paper is to achieve high compression ratio in images using 2D-daubechies Wavelet Transform by applying global threshold for the wavelet coefficients
The proposed work is aimed at developing computationally efficient and effective algorithms for lossy image compression using wavelet techniques, where This paper proposes a modified simple but efficient calculation schema for 2D-daubechies wavelet transformation in image compression. The work is particularly targeted towards wavelet image compression using daubechies Transformation with an idea to minimize the computational requirements by applying global compression threshold for the wavelet coefficients and to improve the quality of the reconstructed image. The promising results obtained concerning reconstructed images quality as well as preservation of significant image details. The numerical results have been presented by using matlab programming.

Abstract

An ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes (or routers) dynamically forming a temporary network without the use of any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. Nodes in an ad hoc wireless network are powered by batteries. Therefore, reducing power consumption is an important issue in ad hoc wireless networks We proposed a new protocol to save power in ad hoc network by finding the least busy routes where all intermediate nodes less busy. This paper also includes generating simulation environment to test the suggesting protocol . It was also compare the results with traditional ad hoc routing protocol.New protocol to save power in ad hoc network will be reactive (on demand) and vector protocol (hop-by-hop).Simulation results shows that proposed protocol can save power consuming more than traditional ad hoc routing protocol with little time delay.

Abstract

The study was conducted to investigat the prevalence of Cryptosporidium sp. in children who were attended to laboratories maternity and pediatrics general hospital in Al-Hilla city of Babylon province for the period from Septmber 2010 to May 2011. The age groups of children was ranged from less than 6 months to 5 years old and to show the effect of six plants extracts on the parasite that injected in Balb\c mice. The study was carried out on 605 fecal samples of children, 318 males and 287 females. Detection of Cryptosporidium oocysts was done by modified Ziehl-Neelsen methods.The results show the rate of Cryptosporidium infection was (9.42 %), it did not vary between males and females. The highest rate of infection was among age group less than 6 months to less than one year old. The distribution of infection was highest in September (23.75 %) followed by March (13.75 %) and November (10.3 %) and the lowest was in January (4.54 %). The effect of six plant extracts on the shedding of oocysts in experimental mice, decrease the shedding of Cryptosporidium oocysts in mice by using 250 mg / kg body weight, route it was shown that the efficacy of Peganum harmala (65.9 %) followed by Artemesia herba alba (56.5 %), Ricinus communis (34.3 %).and lowest was Thymus vulgaris (19.1 %). It was also shown that the efficacy of plants extracts (500 mg / kg body weight) was higher than (250 mg / kg B.W.) in shedding of the parasite oocysts.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the separation of the trachea-esophageal region (TE) in the chick embryos (Gallus domesticus L.). TE development was followed between stage (14) to stage (19) of Hamburger and Hamilton (H&H). Many debates were found in recent researches as attempts to fill the gaps to complete knowledge about the mechanisms involved during the earlier stages of trachea-esophageal formation.The present deals with the histogenesis of TE region in chick embryos. The histological study revealed different developmental morphology of the pharyngeal lumen in the serial transverse sections. The histological results also demonstrated lateral compression of the wide lumen of the pharynx that is probably produced by the massive bilateral sclerotomal development accompanied by deviation of the anterior cardinal veins and the fusion of dorsal aorta

Prevalence of Chlamydia trachomatis in women of Al-Diwanyia city

Abstract

This work included three groups of women who attended to the maternity and pediatrics hospital in the period march to July 2010, group A were healthy asymptomatic unmarried women included 168 sample, group B was 122 asymptomatic married women and group C included 123 women who were suffering from spontaneous abortion identified by gynecologist and sera samples were screened by anti-Chlamydia IgG Elisa kit . Obtained results showed that the total tested cases was 413 included 383 (92.74%) case were negative and 30 (7.26%) sample gave positive result to C. trachomatis . Most cases were recorded the highest ration during the age group 20-40 years old .Prevalence of C. trachomatis in healthy asymptomatic unmarried women was 4 (2.38 %) as shown in , while in the second group of healthy asymptomatic married women was 5 (4.09%) . The highest prevalence ratio was documented in the group of women who were suffering from spontaneous abortion ,about 21(17%) . Obtained results indicate the importance of chlamydia infections among women in which abortion and other medical complication could occur, which needs an early testing for the infection .

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is associated with hyperglycemia and oxidative stress. Oxidative stress which indicates the imbalance between reactive oxygen species (ROS) and defensive antioxidants system. In this work we study the relation between the conductivity of washing solution of erythrocyte membrane with induced diabetic rabbits (n=3) compare with rabbits control (n=3)after and before treatment with following antioxidants aspirin (n=3) ,GSH(n=3) ,Vitamin C (n=3) and with new derivative 4(1,2-di hydro -4,6-dihydroxy pyrimidine -2- yH thio)-3-hydroxy-5-(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl) furan-2(5H)one (3A) which believed as antioxidants, The results shows the conductivity of washing solution of erythrocyte membrane in diabetic rabbits a significant increased(p<0.000) as compare with control group and a significant decreased in treatment groups with aspirin, GSH, Vit C, and 4(1,2-di hydro -4,6-dihydroxy pyrimidine -2- yH thio)-3-hydroxy-5-(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl) furan-2(5H)one

نفذ هذا البحث لدراسة إمكانية تحفيز مقاومة نباتات الخيار ضد الإصابة بفطر البياض الدقيقي Podosphaera xanthii بواسطة حامض السالسليك، وفطر المقاومة الحيوية Trichoderma harzianum.ظهر أن المعاملة الوقائية لنباتات الخيار بحامض السالسليك (بتركيز 2 مليمولار) ضد فطر البياض الدقيقي أدت إلى انخفاض تجرثم الفطر بنسبة 90% مقارنةً مع معاملة السيطرة. في حين خفضت المعاملة العلاجية بنفس التركيز (بعد يومين من العدوى) مستوى التجرثم إلى حوالي 40% بالمقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة.تبيّن أن سقي النباتات براشح فطر المقاومة الحيوية T. harzianum أدى إلى خفض تجرثم الفطر P. xanthii على أوراق الخيار إلى حوالي 53% مقارنةً مع معاملة السيطرة، بينما كانت نسب انخفاض معدلات تجرثم الفطر لبقية المعاملات هي 57%، 60%، 63% و 70% لكل من معاملات رش المعلق الكونيدي بعد 4 أيام من العدوى، الرش بالمعلق الكونيدي للفطرين سويةً، مزج لقاح الفطر T. harzianum مع التربة والرش براشح الفطر T. harzianum ، على التوالي، بالمقارنة مع معاملة السيطرة.

لقد تم دراسة الكفاءة التثبيطية لنبات عرق السوس Glycyrrhiza glabra من خلال دراسة تأثير مسحوق جذور نبات عرق السوس ومستخلصاته المائية الباردة والمغلية في تثبيط الفعل السمي و التطفيري لعقار الميثوتركسيت MTX على الخلايا الجسمية و الخلايا الجنسية في الفأر الأبيض Mus musculus وبالاعتماد على التحليلات قصيرة الأمد المتمثلة باختبار مؤشر الانقسام الخيطي للخلايا الجسمية والخلايا الجنسية واختبار التغيرات الكروموسومية في الخلايا الجسمية واختبار تكوين النوى الصغيرة واختبار التشوهات في رؤوس الحيامن . استخدم مسحوق جذور نبات عرق السوس بالتراكيز بالتراكيز ( 150 ، 300 ، 450 ، 600 ) ملغم/كغم وزن الجسم واستخدمت المستخلصات المائية الباردة والمغلية بالتراكيز (100 ، 200 ، 300 ، 400) ملغم/كغم وزن الجسم لكلا النوعين ، في حين تم استخدام العقار MTX بجرعة مقدارها ( 3.25 ) ملغم/كغم وزن الجسم وقد استخدمت نوعين من المعاملات في الاولى يعطى مسحوق عرق السوس ومستخلصاته المائية قبل إعطاء العقار وتعطى في الثانية بعد العقار . لقد أظهرت النتائج انعدام التأثيرات السمية و التطفيرية لمسحوق جذور عرق السوس ومستخلصاته المائية وللتراكيز المستخدمة كافة فضلاً عن قدرتها في تحفيز الانقسام وخفض التردد التلقائي لتكوين النوى الصغيرة وامتلاك عقار الميثوتركسيت MTX القدرة في خفض مؤشر الانقسام واستحثاث ظهور التغيرات الكروموسومية وتكوين النوى الصغيرة وزيادة نسبة ظهور التشوهات في رؤوس الحيامن . كما أظهرت النتائج الكفاءة التثبيطية العالية لمسحوق جذور عرق السوس ومستخلصاته المائية تجاه التأثيرات السمية و التطفيرية لعقار الميثوتركسيت عند استخدامها قبل أو بعد العقار .

عزلت 42 عزله لبكتريا المتقلبات من 375 عينه سريريه . 26 عزله تم عزلها من 240 عينه أخذت من الاغشيه الحيوية الرقيقة للعدد الطبية العلاجية و 16 عزله تم عزلها من 135 عينه إدرار أخذت من القثاطر البولية لمرضى مصابين بالتهاب المجاري البولية. شخصت العزلات اعتمادا على خصائصها المظهرية ( الزرعيــة والمهجرية ) والاختبـارات الكيمـوحيويــة. بلـغ عـدد عــزلات Proteus mirabilis 38 عزله (.4890%) بينمـا كــانت 4 عـزلات .52)9%) عائدة للنوع P. vulgaris ولم تظهـر الأنواع الأخرى من المتقـلبات في العينـات المدروسـة . اختبـرت حساسية العزلات لخمسة من مضادات البيتالاكتم ( بنسيلين-ج ،أموكسلين ، سيفوتاكسيم، سفتازديم وامبنيم )، إذ أبدت عزلات الأغشية الحيوية مقاومـة عاليـة مقارنـة بعـزلات الإدرار. كانت تراكيز المثبط الأدنى لعزلات الأغشية الحيوية اعلى مما هو عليه لعزلات الإدرار، في حين كان لخلـط مضادات البيتـالاكتـم (اموكسلين و سيفوتاكسيم) مع الأمينـوكلايكوسـايد (اميكاسين و جنتامايسين) تأثيـرا تـأزريا تجـاه عـزلات المتقلبـات ذات المقاومة المتعددة . تبين هذه الدراسة إن للأغشية الحيوية المتكونة على العدد الطبيـة العلاجيـة دور مهـم في حمايـة البكتريـا من تأثيـر المضادات الحيوية وهذا قد يزيد من ظهور السلالات ذات المقاومة المتعددة

تم في هذه الدراسة عزل وتشخيص 30 عزلة بكتيرية تعود ل Staphylococcus auruse. و Bacillus subtilis وProtus sp من عينات تربة الحدائق (عند الجذور) في مدينة الحلة وقد وجد ان 7 عزلات اظهرت مقاومة للفينول بتركيز 10 ملي مولر وحدد جين مقاومة الفينول بكونه محمول على البلازميد من خلال تحييد بلازميدات العزلات المقاومة للفينول باستخدام الاكردين البرتقالي ثم نقل البلازميد المستخلص من العزلات المقاومة (غير المحيدة) الى الخلايا المحيدة (الخلايا المستلمة) بعملية التحول وقد لوحظ قابلية الخلايا المتحولة على اظهار مقاومة للفينول عند 10 ملي مولر

تم تنقية انزيم البروتيز المستخلص من بذور نبات الفاصوليا المنبتة Phaseolus vulgaris L. cv. Whiteجزئياً وشملت خطوات التنقية الترسيب بكبريتات الامونيوم 70%-90% وكروماتوكرافيا التبادل الايوني باستخدام المبادل الايوني ثنائي اثيل امينو اثيل سيليلوز DEAE-Cellulose والترشيح الهلامي على هلام السيفاكريل Sephacryl S-200 ,وأظهرت النتائج وجود صورتين إنزيميتين (C,A) لانزيم البروتيز وبلغ عدد مرات التنقية (4.09,88.49) وبحصيلة انزيمية (8.352,22.58)% لصورتي الانزيم (C,A) على التوالي. بينت نتائج توصيف الانزيم ان قيمة ثابت ميكالس Km (0.714,2.5) ملي مولار من المادة الاساس والسرعة القصوى Vmax (0.33,0.9) ملي مولار\دقيقة لصورتي الانزيم (C,A) على التوالي. وكانت قيم الرقم الهيدروجيني الامثل (8,5.8) على التوالي لصورتي الانزيم (C,A) في حين تراوحت قيم الرقم الهيدروجيني الامثل لثبات الانزيم (7-8.5) و(5-6.5)على التوالي للصورتين A و C, هذا وأظهرت الصورتان A و C لانزيم البروتيز أقصى فعالية عند درجة حرارة (37,42)م على التوالي بينما اظهرت الصورتان ثباتاً حرارياً بين (20-50)م و(20-60) على التوالي.

تم عزل 61 عزلة بكتريا Streptococcus sp. من مسحات بلعوم مرضى الجهاز التنفسي في مستشفيات مدينة الحله للفترة من تشرين الثاني 2010 – آذار 2011 . نقيت العزلات البكتيرية بطريقة الزرع الثانوي على وسط نقيع القلب والدماغ الصلب مع الدم لعدة مرات . وبعد الحصول على المستعمرات النقية , شخصت العزلات البكتيرية اعتمادا عـلــى الصفات الزرعيــة والفحوصات البايوكيميائيه . وقد بينت النتائج أن هذه العزلات كانت تابعة لخمسة أنواع من المسبحيات وهي S.pyogenes و S.mitis و S.equisimilis و S.salivarius و S.suis . وقد اختير النوع S.pyogenes المحلل للدم نوع بيتا لغرض دراسة إنتاجيتها لإنزيم الستربتوكاينيز المستخدم سريريا في علاج الخثرة الدموية . وقد درست الفعالية الإنزيمية للإنزيم الخام وقورنت مع فعاليته بعد ترسيبه بأملاح كبريتات الامونيوم بنسبة إشباع 80% مع الديلزه . وقد ازدادت الفعالية بعد التنقية حيث بلغت 490.625 U/ mlمقارنتا مع الفعالية قبل التنقية حيث بلغت 176.625 U/ ml .

اجريت دراسة فعالية القلويدات للمدة من شهر ايلول 2010 ولغاية نيسان 2011 وبتراكيز (140 ، 240 ، 270) مايكروغرام / مل والفينولات بتراكيز (160 ، 260 ، 280) مايكروغرام / مل لنبات الدفلة Nerium oleander على حيوية الرؤيسات الاولية للمشوكة الحبيبية Echinococcus granulosus داخل الجسم الحي في الفئران البيض السويسرية Mus musculus سلالة Balb /c . جمعت الرؤيسات الاولية في الدراسة الحالية من اكباد الاغنام المصابة في مجزرة الحلة بمحافظة بابل وقيست حيوية هذه الرؤيسات باستعمال صبغة الايوسين المائية (0.1 %) اظهرت النتائج ان هنالك فروق معنوية حيث ان تركيز القلويدات 270 مكغم/مل/ فأر قد خفض قطر الاكياس (4.1) ملم مقارنة بالسيطرة الموجبة (6.0) ملم، اما الفينولات فكان التركيز 280 مكغم/ مل قد خفض قطر الاكياس (3.8) ملم مقارنة بالسيطرة الموجبة (6.0) ملم. وحقق تركيزي (270 ، 280) مكغم/ مل للقلويدات والفينولات على التوالي كفاءة علاجية نسبية مقدارها (55.17 % ، 48.27 %) على التوالي ايضا، وكذلك انخفض معدل وزن الكيس الواحد مقارنة بالسيطرة لكلا التركيزين الانفين الذكر . لوحظ انخفاض في معدلات اوزان ومعامل تضخم الاعضاء المصابة (الكبد والطحال والرئة) مقارنة بالسيطرة الموجبة .

تجربتان عامليتان منفصلتان بتصميم عشوائي كامل استخدمت في كل منها أربعة مستويات من (بذور السرو العادية والبذور الممغنطة وبذور الثويا العادية والبذور الممغنطة) والتي غمرت بنوعين من الماء (لماء العادي والماء المعالج مغناطيسيا) بفترات غمر (5 ساعات و10 ساعات و 15 ساعة) وبثلاثة مكررات وأجريت التجربة تحت درجة حرارة 15 ْ م ودرجة حرارة 20 ْ م ، وذلك لمقارنة نسبة الإنبات وسرعة الإنبات تبعا لعوامل الدراسة تحت درجتي الحرارة بعد 7 أيام و 14 يوما و 21 يوما و28 يوما .
أظهرت النتائج وجود فروقا معنوية عالية بين متوسطات عامل (نوعية البذور) على الصفات بعد 7 أيام و 14 يوما و 21 يوما و28 يوما حيث كانت المتوسطات (22.775 ، 18.263 ، 8.613 ، 9.233 ، 2.428) عند درجة حرارة 15 ْ م موازنة مع مثيلاتها عند درجة حرارة 20 ْ م والتي كانت (13.75 ، 15.00 ، 16.39 ، 8.125 ، 4.00) على التوالي . بينما لم يكن لعامل (حالة الماء) تأثير على الصفتين ضمن التجربة

استخدمت خمسة طرائق مختلفة لاستخلاص متعدد بيتا هيدروكسي بيوتاريت (PHB)من بكتريا Burkholderia cepacia المعزولة محليا وهي الاستخلاص بمحلول هايبوكلورات الصوديوم بتراكيز مختلفة و الاستخلاص بتكسير الخلايا بوساطة الموجات الصوتية الفائقةو الاستخلاص بالكحول الاثيلي والكلورفورم و الاستخلاص بالخرز الزجاجية و SDS وهايبوكلورات الصوديوم و الاستخلاص باستخدام هيدروكسيد الصوديوم(NaOH). بينت النتائج ان احسن طريقة للاستخلاص هي طريقة التكسير بالخرز الزجاجية مع المواد الماسخة SDS بوجود هايبوكلورات الصوديوم ﺇذ كانت النسبة المئوية لاستخلاص متعدد بيتا هيدروكسي بيوتاريت 57% من الوزن الجاف للخلايا في رقم هيدروجيني 11 وبدرجة 50 تلتها طريقة هايبوكلورات الصوديوم 51.3%. درس تأثير طرائق الاستخلاص في الوزن الجزيئي لـPHB المستخلص من بكتريا Burkholderia cepacia حيث لوحظ ان الوزن الجزيئي لـPHB المستخلص بطريقة الكلورفورم اعلى من غيره (المستخلص بالطرائق الاخرى) وكان105×4.7 دالتون ثم تلاه المستخلص بطريقة الخزر الزجاجية وSDS – هايبوكلورات الصوديوم 3.8×105 دالتون و×2.4 105دالتون بطريقة هيدروكسيد الصوديوم في حين انخفض الوزن الجزيئي عن هذه الحدود في طرائق الاستخلاص الاخرى

في البحث الحالي تم دراسة بعض الخواص الريولوجية والميكانيكية لمتراكب البولي أستر غير المشبع - نشارة الخشب حيث تم معالجة كيماوية لنشارة الخشب باستخدام محلــول (NaCl) بنسبة 0.5 عند درجة الحرارة 85oC)) لمدة أربعة ساعات ولمختلف التراكيز ml/g (2-10)% مع بقاء معدل الحجم الحبيبي لنشارة خشب ثابت في جميع المجموعات مقداره μm. 50 أن الخواص الريولوجية اشتملت الكثافة واللزوجة القصية التي قيست بواسطة استخدام مقياس اللزوجة أستولد.أما الخواص الميكانيكية لمتراكب البولي أستر – نشارة الخشب فقد تم قياس سرعة الموجات فوق السمعية باستخدام تقنية الموجات فوق السمعية ذو التردد (26khz) وتم نظريا حساب معامل الامتصاص وزمن الاسترخاء وسعة الاسترخاء الانضغاطية ومعامل المرونة والممانعة الصوتية النوعية للموجات فوق السمعية عند درجة حــرارةالغرفة (20 oC). أظهرت النتائج أن جميع الخواص المذكورة آنفاً لمتراكب البولي أستر غير المشبع - نشارة الخشب تزداد مع زيادة التركيزأسيا اوخطيا أما السرعة والممانعة الصوتية النوعية ومعامل المرونة لمتراكب البولي أستر غير المشبع - نشارة الخشب حيث وجد أنها تتناقص مع زيادة التركيز.وهذه النتيجة تبين وجود اندماج داخلي بين الجزيئات البولي أستر وجزيئات النشارة وكذلك بين جزيئات البولي أستر وحده.

Abstract

The extrution method was different used to prepare melt blends of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE), after extraction the mixture were molded into sheets and left in air to cool. The samples of thickness (5mm) were cut to preform tensile test according to (ASTM D638). All the samples were subjected to gamma irradiation in presence the oxygen. The absorbed doses were ( 50, 100 and 150 Gy) at irradiation dose rate 19.8 rad/min, the tensile test preformed for non-irradiated and irradiated samples, then from the stress-strain curves we obtained the value of elongation at maximum, tensile strength and young's modulus. The result showed that there is significant effect of the blended rates and the radiation doses on the mechanical properties of the polymers.

In this research ,the relation between the images of scanning tunneling microscopy and all of the current and voltage tip for graphite surface has been studied .The results show that the best value of voltage of the tip that led to better relation between the tip and graphite surface is (100 mV) while, the best value of the current between graphite surface and the tip is ( 1nA ) .The increasing of the current value leads to appear direct contacts between the tip and the sample surface .For this reason, the ability of the analysis depends on the number of points or atoms (number of data) per unit area that arrives the sensor in the device ,where by increasing it , the quality of the image is increased .The images of STM show the arrangement of hexagonal atoms and different resolution .

Abstract

The lightly doping of Al and As with germanium material were prepared using thermal co-evaporation technique to deposit SMS film junctions with (0.1wt%) concentration and (800±10nm) thickness. The prepared films were exposed to environment, natural radionuclide (Ra226) emitted alpha and (Sr90) emitted beta particles after heat treatment with various fluences .The (J-V) characteristics refer to high shifting in both forward and reverse biases consisted of three different parts corresponding to different current mechanisms. The first part of (J-V) characteristics correspond to low bias and shows an ohmic behavior which depends on the possible parallel conductance of defects which can be found in the film layers. The second part where V= f-1(J) relationship is exponential, is due to the schottky diode, which results from the contact of semiconductor-metal. The third part is related to bias of relatively higher voltage and is described by linear with ohmic contact. The space charge region is expanded and lead to perturbation in bulk resistivity and its percentages and damage percentages in forward and reverse biases as a result to environment ,increase in bulk resistivity and its percentages, saturation current density, breakdown voltage as result to alpha fluences, As the radiation fluence increases, the concentration of defects, which are introduced by radiation, increase resulting the decrease in current., but it was observed that the bulk resistivity and its percentages, damage percentages decrease after every stages of beta exposure, the damage coefficients (DJ) or (DV) are decrease as the influence of beta particle increase. The film is showed to be very sensitive to environment and radiation, so that its properties change after every dose.

Abstract

Some physical properties of high viscosity Carboxy Methyl Cellulose dissolved in distilled water had been studied. The study includes mechanical properties by using ultrasonic wave system of frequency (40 KHz). These properties are ultrasonic velocity, ultrasonic absorption coefficient, compressibility, relaxation time, relaxation amplitude, specific acoustic impedance and bulk modulus and shear viscosity.
Results show that all these properties were increasing with the increase of the ultrasonic velocity except compressibility was decreasing with the ultrasonic velocity. Results show that ultrasonic make degradation to the polymer chains, and the free radicals rebounded to make entanglement interactions which is responsible for increasing the properties. The aim of this research is to find different properties of this polymer and determine its different industrial applications according to these properties.

تم دراسة متانة الانضغاط للخرسانة الكونكريتية المسلحة و التحليل الكيميائي لمكوناتها . إذ اشتملت على إيجاد متانة الانضغاط للخرسانة المسلحة كواحدة من أهم الخصائص الميكانيكية للأجسام الكونكريتية ، وقياس الحجم الحبيبي لكل من الرمل والحصى باعتبارهما من المكونات الأساسية للخلطة الكونكريتية وإيجاد تأثير إضافة الألياف الفولاذية على متانة الانضغاط للخرسانة الكونكريتية.بينت النتائج إن هناك تأثير واضح لنسب الألياف الفولاذية على متانة الانضغاط ، حيث تزداد متانة الانضغاط مع نسب الألياف الفولاذية المضافة وصولا الى نسبة محددة والتي يكون فيها زيادة نسبة الكسر الحجمي سببا في تقليل تجانس الخلطة الكونكريتية، وهذه النتيجة مقبولة من الناحية العملية . كما ويهدف البحث الى إجراء تحليل كيميائي وإيجاد بعض الخواص الفيزيائية للاسمنت البورتلاندي المتوفر بالأسواق ومقارنة النتائج بالمواصفة القياسية العراقية

اجريت تجربة عاملية في الظلة خلال الموسم 2009/2010 بهدف دراسة تاثير طريقة اضافة السماد الورقي Amcolon على نباتات الشبوي صنف َQuarantine ذات الازهار البيضاء ، شملت الاضافة الارضية ثلاثة تراكيز هي 0 ، 4 ،8 غم/لتر والرش الورقي باربعة تراكيز من هذا السماد هي 0، 1.5 ، 2.5 ، 3.5 غم/لتر والتداخل بينهما في بعض الصفات الخضرية والزهرية لنبات الشبوي . واستعمل التصميم العشوائي الكامل (CRD) وبثلاثة تكرارات وبواقع ( 5 سنادين للتكرار) . اظهرت النتائج ان لطريقة اضافة السماد ارضا والرش به والتداخل بينهما تاثيرا معنويا في صفات النمو والازهار وقد حقق تداخل اضافة 8 غم/لتر من السماد ارضا مع الرش به بتركيز 2.5 غم/لتر اعلى معدل لارتفاع النبات وعدد الاوراق والمساحة الورقية للنبات وعدد الازهار والثمار وقطر الزهر اذ بلغ 32.53 سم و42.13 ورقة و1107.36 سم2 و36.00 زهرة و 2.46 سم و31.33 ثمرة على التوالي بينما بلغ اقل معدل لهذه الصفات 14.79 سم و22.20 ورقة و211.62 سم2 و11.43 زهرة و 1.51 سم و9.13 ثمرة على التوالي.

استهدفت التجربة دراسة تأثير احلال نوعين من المصادر البروتينية النباتية وهي مسحوق الباقلاء وبروتين الصويا بنسبة 10و20% لكل منهما محل لحم الرومي في التركيب الكيميائي والصفات الحسية والمظهرية للبيركر المصنع . وقد اظهرت النتائج ارتفاع تدريجي بنسبتي الرطوبة والبروتين بينما انخفضت نسبتي الدهن والرماد كلما ازداد مستوى الاحلال لكل من مسحوق الباقلاء وبروتين الصويا ولاسيما عند مستوى احلال 20% في البيركر المصنع ، اما نتائج التقويم الحسي والتذوقي واللون المظهري ، فقد بينت النتائج ارتفاع عالي المعنوية(P<0.01) في صفات كل من نكهة الحبوب واللون المظهري والعصيرية والطراوه ودرجة التقبل العام بزيادة مستوى الاحلال لكل من مسحوق الباقلاء وبروتين الصويا مقارنة بمعاملة السيطرة .
يستنتج مما تقدم امكانية الاحلال الجزئي عند مستوى 20% لمسحوق كل من الباقلاء وبروتين الصويا المعاد ترطيبهم الذي يسهم في تحسين الصفات الكيميائية والحسية والمظهرية للبيركر المصنع من لحم الرومي .

اجريت هذه التجربة على (10) نعاج عواسي بعمر (2ـــ 3) سنة ، قسمت الحيوانات عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين حقنت المجموعة الأولى بعقار(Prosolvin) وبجرعة مقدارها (5,7) ملغم ، في حين حقنت المجموعة الثانية بعقار (Estrumate) بالعضل وبجرعة (125) ملغم ، تمت مراقبة علامات الشيق على الحيوانات في اليوم الثاني للحقن وعلى مدى خمسة أيام ، اعيد الحقن للمجموعتين وبالعقارين وبنفس الجرعة السابقة ، وفي اليوم التاسع من حقن الجرعة الأولى سفدت النعاج حال ظهور علامات الشيق خلال فترة المراقبة وباستخدام كبش يتراوح عمره (3) سنوات.أظهرت النتائج بأن العلاج بإحدى نظائر (PGF2) والمعروف بالبروسولفين(Luprostiol) قد أخفق في عملية تزامن الشيق لدى النعاج مقارنةً بالعقار الثاني استروميت ((Cloprostenol الذي أدى إلى تزامن الشيق لدى النعاج بنسبة 60% . بينت نتائج تحليل هرمون البروجيستيرون بعد العلاج بالعقار(Luprostiol) كانت معدلات تركيز الهرمون في دم الحيوانات قبل حقن الجرعة الأولى هو (318,0+ 057,0) نانوغرام/مل وقبل حقن الجرعة الثانية بلغ (238,0 + 262,0 ) نانو غرام/ مل ، حيث كانت معدلات البروجيستيرون أثناء العلاج بالعقار كانت واطنة . أما نتائج تحليل هرمون البروجيستيرون أثناء العلاج بالعقار (Cloprostenol) فكان معدل تركيز الهرمون في دم النعاج قبل حقن الجرعة الأولى (28,1 + 630,0) نانو غرام/ مل وقبل حقن الجرعة الثانية بلغ (57,1 + 580,0) نانو غرام / مل .

صُمَمَ البحث بهدف التنبؤ بالاداء الانتاجي والتناسلي للنعاج العواسيه المحلية من اشكال ونسب توزيع وقياسات الصبغين الجنسي في كريات الدم البيض العدلة , لعينة مكونة من60 نعجة في الموسم الثاني من انتاجها لعام 2009 عائدة لمحطة الاغنام والماعز في ابوغريب والتابعة للهيئة العامة للبحوث الزراعية / وزارة الزراعة. سحبت عينات الدم من النعاج وفحصت بعد تحضيرها وتم تثبيت وجود الصبغين و شكله وقياساته المتمثلة بالطول الافقي والعمودي ومساحته وعدد فصوص النواة . بلغت النسب المئوية لاشكال عصا الطبال وبروز بدون ساق ودمعة العين والهراوي 24.27 و 64.49 و 9.25 و 1.89% على التوالي , وصل المتوسط العام للطول الافقي والعمودي ومساحة وعدد فصوص الصبغين 1.32مايكرون و 1.26مايكرون و0.943 مايكرون مربع و4.18 فص بالتتابع. كان هنالك تاثير عالي المعنوية ((p<0.01 لشكل الصبغين الجنسي في انتاج الحليب الكلي وطول موسم الحليب ونسبة الخصوبة ومعنويا (p<0.05) في معدل الخصب , ولوحظ انحدار سالب ومعنوي( p<0.05)لانتاج الحليب الكلي على البعد الافقي والعمودي ومساحة الصبغين الجنسي بينما كان موجبا على عدد الفصوص .اظهر البحث ان انحدار نسبة الخصوبة ومعدل الخصب على جميع ابعاد الصبغين موجبا ومعنوياp<0.05)) . وصلت تقديرات المكافئ للبعد الافقي والعمودي ومساحة وعدد فصوص الصبغين الجنسي 0.68 و0.74 و0.85 و0.55 على التوالي.
