Abstract
The attention Of International Organizations was focused on satisfying the basic requirements of Sustainable human development, especially in developing countries.
The aim of this paper is to shed light on the indicators of Sustainable human development in Arab countries,(Education ,health, environmental, protection).
The hypothesis adopted in this paper states that “there is a positive relationship between public expenditure and growth rates of indicators of Sustainable human development in Arab countries”.
The papers concluded that Sustainable human development indicators were declined, in comparison with developed countries, which had a negative reflection upon economic growth.

The purpose of current research Hoakoshv extent Totirmohrki creativity of both of (passion to learning and knowledge and mental and psychological qualities) as an independent variable in promoting minds wise skills as the dependent variable, so centered research problem is the limited awareness of the research community to the effects of the availability of innovation engines that are consistent with the potential of individuals in among other works carried out by including future plans offered by all of the ministries, and its Toterfi promotion and expansion of Perception and skills wise individuals. For this purpose, a key theory formulated, and in order to test it, the researcher used the applied study and applied it to a sample of managers, and in the part of the questionnaire the personnel have been selected carefully to get precise and impartial answers. Overall, the number of the participant in the sample has reached to 50 individuals. Also, a number of statistical methods has been used for data processing, including center arithmetic mean and standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for the purpose of the sample description, in addition to using simple linear regression to choose influencing hypotheses. Through the study, the researcher has reached to a set of conclusions most important of which is that the results did not indicate any significant effect of the engines of creativity used by managers which includes( passion to learning and knowledge and mental and psychological qualities) in promoting social and moral skills of individuals, and also to freedom and independency. Therefore, we recommend the directors to review the methods that they have been using which often fails to achieve any effect socially and morally to their members level of thinking as well as the importance of taking serious steps by the administrators to adopt an open-door policy, which means the right of the employee to interview senior management and discuss with them any order of work things according to the managerial rules and regulation. That’s to say that; freedom in the exercise ones rights without overtaking on the rights of others.

This study aims to specify the Variables effecting on Psychological Burnout through thirty five questionnaires prepared for this purpose, depending on (SPSS) to do statistical analysis of data, the hypothesis of the study is : there is a relationship and effect between some Variables lotion ship and Psychological Burnout to Faculty Members in the Education College, The study submitted a number of conclusions from them:
-There is a positive and strong correlation relationship among independent Variables.
-There is a positive and strong correlation relationship between independent Variables and Psychological Burnout.
Finally the research finished to a number of the important of them is that, it is necessary to focus on Psychological Burnout to increase the feeling of belonging and stability and accomplishment

يهدف هذا البحث الي اجري في الشركة العامة لصناعة البطاريات الى بيان مدى اهمية التصنيع الاخضر في تحقيق سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء وعلاقته ببقية مكونات السلسلة، وبالشكل الذي يؤدي الى رفع الاداء البيئي ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم اجراء استبانة من اجل الحصول على بيانات لاختبار معنوية العلاقة بين التصنيع الاخضر وبقية مكونات سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء وتحديد درجة اهمية كل عنصر من عناصر السلسلة .توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من بينها أن التصنيع الاخضر مهما ومؤثرا لعناصر سلسلة التجهيز الخضراء وفي المحافظة على البيئة والصحة العامة.وقد اوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام الشركة المبحوثة بالمحافظة على الصحة العامة من خلال تقليل الغازات المنبعثة من معاملها ( معمل الرصاص ومعمل البطاريات) ،وبتبني التصنيع الاخضر

Human societies during doing Economic development activities, Caused a lot of environmental problems, which led to increasing criticism and voices calling for the need to put an end to the neglect of environment, and the imperative to associate development with the environment in order to preserve the continuity of human life, and the life of other living and natural organisms threatened by extinction, Result of Misuse Resources available.
Problematic: In this study, we try to analyze the problematic relationship between the developmental dimension and the environmental dimension by focusing on the importance of environmental planning as a pillar of sustainable development. Also we will see the most important environmental legislation of Algeria and the extent of its conformity with international efforts mentioned above.

The research aims at the relationship between marketing strategies test as a variable independent of by appointment its dimensions (offense marketing strategy, defense marketing strategy) and competitive advantage as a variable dependent orientation proactive as a variable and the mediator helps the organization to achieve competitive advantage as a variable dependent, and thus it was necessary to answer the question the basis that: Is there a correlation between the number and impact of marketing strategies ratings and orientation proactive relationships and competitive advantage? To investigate the contents of the answer, selected a group of employees in Asia Cell Company for Mobile Communications and its subsidiaries, encompassing the study sample group of employees number (50) as employer, and adopted the study descriptive analytical method, and promised resolution main tool to collect the required data which analyzed the adoption of statistical software (Spss.18) and many of the statistical methods, The study found the group's conclusions, including: a relationship directly and the impact of marketing strategies in the proactive approach that proved a direct impact on the competitive advantage, as well as indirect effects of marketing strategies in competitive advantage, which indicates the role of marketing strategies to reach proactive orientation and then achieve competitive advantage.

This research aims to find what kinds of dimensions of strategic planning available in the Abu Ghraib Dairy Company, the Ministry of Industry and the most important of the company, find out the relationship and influence between strategic planning and the economic intelligence, the use of system the (SPSS) statistical to get to the results, was selected dairy Abe company strange the Ministry of Industry field as a study of the search, and it was the study population consisting of (Director of the Division, Head of the Department, assistant general manager, general manager) and the number (30) individuals, drafted a key link between strategic planning and intelligence economic hypothesis branches of which four hypotheses subset, as formulated premise effect between strategic planning, intelligence and economic ramifications, including all four hypotheses subset impact, research found that the best dimension of strategic planning is the message and the most important dimension of economic intelligence is strategic intelligence, and that all hypotheses link and influence among the key variables and Sub is a powerful and are significant moral as it recommended search a number of recommendations, including: the need to hold seminars and conferences on the topic of strategic planning and economic intelligence for the advancement of the work and to avoid any negative impact on the work, configure specialized companies in the study of the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and external environment points (opportunities and threats) work on hiring and directing new technologies towards the establishment of a communications network and information between various departments and divisions between them and its affiliated departments.

The current research is trying to prove the effect of net income in the share price for a sample of the listed Iraq Stock Exchange companies, which they have been selected due to style cluster sampling by extracting correlation coefficients and regression for the period from 2012 until 2015. Exception the Asia-Cell Telecom, which it has only 12 samples for the time series began in the first quarter of 2013 until the fourth quarter of 2015.
The research was based on main assumptions which it has been substantiated using quantitative curriculum standard, as stated below:
No significant correlation between the net income of the companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and the stock price.
The research has come to the subordination of five economic sectors shares which are listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange to corporate earnings (net income), while the three sectors based on non-scientific methods in determining stock prices
The research recommend that the Iraq Stock Exchange forewarn investors to the importance of net income as an indicator to assess the stock price to various economic sectors.

This research aims to study the impact of demographic factors in the Jordanian consumer shopping malls in the city of Amman through the independent variables include (gender, age, income, educational level, and the number of family members).
To achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses have been a simple random sample of the study population composed choose from (602) questionnaire from end consumers in a number of shopping centers (malls) in the city of Amman, on the basis of the ease and convenience of access to them and under certain conditions, the rate of recovery of 86%. Spss program has been used in order to know the results of the hypotheses.
The study found that there are significant differences between income groups and the decision to choose the shopping center and the impact of the difference is due to the income category (less than 200 dinars) and (601-1000 dinars) for the category of less than 200 dinars. There are significant differences between the number of family member of age and educational qualification and sex on the choice of the shopping center.

This study aims to investigate the impact of oil price fluctuations on the investment budget in Iraq for the years (1999-2008).
This study used and applied discreptive and analytical methods in addition to other statistical techniques such as simple regression analysis and others.
The study showed a number of results; the most important result was: the significant impact of price fluctuations oil prices.
The study recommended that there is a need to reduce dependence on the oil sector revenues in the economic development process,which can be reached through activation of other economic sectors

The consumption is one of the most important economic activities, in addition to the savings and investment, production and trade. It can be considered one of the economic objectives which aim to satisfy human needs through utilizing the goods and services.
This paper aims to measure and analyze the relationship between the total public expenditure of the family budget and the spending on goods and services during the year 2012, and then to analyze the reality and pattern of the Iraqi family consumption. It found that there was a clear change in the consumption pattern of the Iraqi family. It arrived to find that the consumption behavior was heading toward satisfying the needs and desires of goods and services which were not available before the year 2003 because of the change in the purchasing power of citizens. Moreover, the results of statistical analysis showed that more half of the surveyed calculated correlation coefficients of the variables with the average Iraqi family spending was a very strong evidence of the moral approaching zero levels and that all correlation coefficients were proportional, and this is consistent with economic theory.
The researcher suggests that it is necessary to make economic and social surveys of the family in average with three years, and need to improve the status of the food ration of card program, besides the increasing of government support for its items of what the food represents with high ration in the household expenditure levels work on improving the situations of the income distribution between the classes of society. It has a direct impact on the consumption patterns and the equitable distribution among the members of the community will create a kind of equivalence.

Digital Watermarking is a technique for embedding personal or confidential information within an image; video or text .The paper proposes an embedding method that implements multiple pseudo random number generators the cover image file will be segmented into number of block each contains a specific pixels length. The first PRNG is used to generate secret key by chaotic map for encrypting the logo image before the embedding process, the second PRNG generates random number that to be used for randomly selecting the pixels from each block to be modified with watermark bits by LSB method. The randomness of the keys has a strong impact on the system’s security strength for being difficult to be predicted, guessed, reproduced, or discovered by a cryptanalyst. Obtained results were satisfactory and suggest that, this technique would be suitable for applications involve cryptography, steganography, and copyright protection

In this study, different estimators were used for estimating scale parameter for Exponential distribution, such as maximum likelihood estimator, moment estimator and the Bayes estimator, in six types when the prior distribution for the scale parameter is: Levy distribution, Gumbel type-II distribution, Inverse Chi-square distribution, Inverted Gamma distribution, improper distribution, Non-informative distribution. Under El-Sayyad\'s loss function .we used simulation technique, to compare the performance for each estimator, several cases from Exponential distribution for data generating, for different sample sizes (small, medium, and large). Simulation results shown that The best method is the bayes estimation ,when the prior distribution for is improper distribution with (a=9, b=1) and for the values for the parameters of the El-Sayyad \'s loss function is ( ),when the true value of ( ).And the non-informative distribution with ( c=8) and for the values for the parameters of the El-Sayyad \'s loss function is ( ), when the true value of ( ).Also the non-informative distribution with ( c=8) and for the values for the parameters of the El-Sayyad \'s loss function is ( ),when the true value of ( ), according to the smallest values of MSE for all samples sizes (n) comparative to the estimated values by using Maximum likelihood estimation method (MLE) and Moment estimation method (ME).
