Abstract

Turkish-Iranian Relations Are Considered One Of The Important Axes That Played A Clear And Important Role In The Middle East Region. Our Study Sheds Light On The Most Important Events That Had A Clear Impact On The Arena Of Relations, Explaining The Turkish Position On The Islamic Revolution And How It Was Received By The Turkish Side, In Addition To The Framework Of Relations Between The Two Countries In The Axis Of The Iraqi-Iranian Military Clash. Turkey Was Keen To Remain Neutral In This Clash And The Other Roles That Turkey Played To Benefit From Developing The Internal Economic Reality In The Country By Pumping Consumer Goods Into The Iraqi And Iranian Markets That Were Busy In The Military Clash. In Addition To The Competition Between Turkey And Iran Within The Framework Of The Tension In Relations Between The Two Countries As A Result Of Several Issues, Most Notably The Kurdish Issue, Which Was An Obstacle For The Two Countries On Many Occasions. تعتبر العلاقات التركية الايرانية من المحاور المهمة التي لعبت دوراً واضحاً ومهماً في منطقة الشرق الاوسط اذ سلطت دراستنا على أهم الأحداث التي كانت لها تأثير واضح على ساحة العلاقات موضحاً الموقف التركي من الثورة الإسلامية في ايران وكيفية استقبالها من قبل الجانب التركي إضافة الى اطار العلاقات بين البلدين في محور الصدام العسكري العراقي الايراني. اذ حرصت تركيا على الوقوف على الحياد في هذا الصدام والأدوار الاخرى التي قامت بها تركيا للاستفادة لتطوير الواقع الاقتصادي الداخلي في البلاد من خلال ضخ المواد الاستهلاكية في الاسواق العراقية والايرانية التي كانت منشغلة في الصدام العسكري ،فضلاً عن التنافس بين تركيا وإيران في اطار توتر العلاقات بين البلدين نتيجة لعدة قضايا ابرزها المسالة الكردية التي شكلت عائقاً امام البلدين في كثير من الأحيان ، وبشكل عام كانت العلاقات بين البلدين تأخذ التعاون في مختلف الجوانب .الكلمات المفتاحية: ايران ، تركيا ، الثورة الاسلامية ، حرب الخليج الاولى والثانية .

Abstract

This study examines phonetic changes in Arabic dialects through the lens of sociolinguistics, a discipline that focuses on the interactive relationship between language as a living phenomenon and the social contexts in which it emerges and evolves. The research aims to explore how social, geographical, historical, and cultural factors influence the formation of dialectal diversity within the Arabic language, with a particular emphasis on the phonetic mechanisms resulting from this interaction. Prominent phonetic phenomena such as substitution, metathesis, and blending are analyzed as applied examples that reflect the dynamic nature of linguistic change within diverse social contexts, illustrating how language adapts to the needs and environments of its speakers.

تتناول هذه الدراسة التغيرات الصوتية في اللهجات العربية من خلال إطار علم اللغة الاجتماعي، وهو علم يركز على العلاقة التفاعلية بين اللغة كظاهرة حية والسياقات الاجتماعية التي تنشأ وتتطور فيها. تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيفية تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية، الجغرافية، التاريخية، والثقافية في تشكيل التنوع اللهجي داخل اللغة العربية، مع التركيز على الآليات الصوتية التي تحدث نتيجة هذا التفاعل. يتم تحليل الظواهر الصوتية البارزة مثل الإبدال، القلب المكاني، والنحت كأمثلة تطبيقية تعكس ديناميكية التغير اللغوي في سياقات اجتماعية متنوعة، حيث تُظهر هذه الظواهر كيف تتكيف اللغة مع احتياجات المتحدثين وبيئاتهم.تستعرض الدراسة تعريف علم اللغة الاجتماعي كفرع يدرس اللغة في ارتباطها بالمجتمع، مستندة إلى آراء علماء بارزين مثل وليام لابوف وجوشوا فيشمان، اللذين أكدا على أهمية ربط المتغيرات اللغوية بالعوامل الاجتماعية مثل الطبقة، الجنس، العرق، والموقع الجغرافي. كما تبحث في مفهوم اللغة وعلاقتها بالمجتمع، موضحةً أن اللغة ليست مجرد أداة تواصل، بل نظام رمزي يعكس الهوية الاجتماعية ويتأثر بالتغيرات في البنية الاجتماعية. من هذا المنطلق، تُعرّف اللهجة كجزء من اللغة يتميز بخصائص صوتية ودلالية خاصة تنشأ في بيئة اجتماعية محددة، مما يجعلها انعكاساً للظروف المحيطة بالجماعات المتحدثة بها.تاريخياً، تتتبع الدراسة نشأة اللهجات العربية منذ العصر الجاهلي، حيث كانت اللغة العربية تنقسم إلى لهجات قبلية متعددة مثل لهجة قريش، هذيل، وتميم، متأثرةً بالعزلة الجغرافية، الاحتكاك التجاري، والتفاعل الثقافي. ومع نزول القرآن الكريم بلغة قريش، بدأت هذه اللهجة تكتسب مكانة مركزية، لتصبح أساس اللغة العربية الفصحى، بينما استمرت اللهجات الأخرى في التطور المحلي. في العصر الحديث، تبرز الدراسة أهمية دراسة اللهجات العربية كمصدر لفهم تاريخ اللغة وتطورها، حيث تحتفظ هذه اللهجات بمفردات وصيغ قديمة تعكس مراحل تطور اللغة العربية، كما تساهم في تتبع حركة الهجرات القبلية وتأثير الاحتكاك اللغوي مع لغات أخرى.من الناحية المنهجية، تعتمد الدراسة على تحليل تطبيقي لأمثلة من اللهجات العربية القديمة والحديثة، مثل ظاهرة الإبدال. كما تناقش الدراسة أسباب نشأة اللهجات، مثل اختلاف البيئات الجغرافية، تنوع الظروف الاجتماعية، والاتصال البشري الناتج عن الهجرة أو الغزو، مما يؤدي إلى صراع لغوي قد ينتج عنه اندماج أو اندثار لهجات معينة.في الختام، تؤكد الدراسة على أن التغيرات الصوتية ليست مجرد تحولات عشوائية، بل نتاج تفاعل معقد بين اللغة والمجتمع، مما يجعل دراسة اللهجات العربية من منظور اجتماعي مدخلاً حيوياً لفهم طبيعة اللغة، تطورها، وعلاقتها بالهوية الثقافية. وتبرز أهمية هذا البحث في تعزيز اللغة الفصحى من خلال استيعاب التنوع اللهجي، وربط الحاضر بالماضي اللغوي للأمة العربية.الكلمات المفتاحية: علم اللغة الاجتماعي، التغيرات الصوتية، اللهجات العربية، السياق الاجتماعي، التطور اللغوي.

This indicates the breadth of his knowledge and the value of his interpretation, in addition to his combination of interpretation by tradition and interpretation by opinion, so he quoted the sayings of the Companions and Followers, may God bless him and grant him peace. مكانة الإمام الهرري كمـفسر بين المفسرين، ومعرب، وصاحب لغة، فهو يجمع الآراء، وينـاقشها، ويفند ويرد عليها، ويرجح، وهذا يدل على سعة علمه، وقـيمة تفسيره، فضلاً عن جمعه بين التـفسير بالمأثور، والتفسير بالرأي، فنـقل أقوال الصحابة والتابعين ، والعلماء السابقين، ويستـدل باللغة، والإعراب، والشواهد الشعرية، تأثر بمن سبقه من المـفسرين، ونقل كثيراً عنهم، وصرح بمـن نقل عنه من المصادر، وأحياناً لا يصرح، وكان موفقاً للصواب فـي أكثر ترجيحاته التفسيرية، بـينما لم يوفق في عدد قليل منها، مع أنه لم يخرج عن القواعد الصحيحة في الترجيح.

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة الرواة الذين وصفهم الإمام أبي زرعة الرازي (ت 264هـ)، بمصطلح «اضرب على حديثه»، وبيان دلالته وموقعه ضمن مراتب الجرح والتعديل، مع المقارنة بين استعماله واستعمال غيره من أئمة النقد.وقد خلص البحث إلى أن عبارة «اضرب على حديثه» من أشد عبارات الجرح عند أبي زرعة، وأنه لم يستعملها إلا في حق عدد محدود من الرواة الذين اتفق النقاد على ضعفهم الشديد أو اتهامهم بالكذب والوضع، مما يدل على تحرزه ودقته في اختيار الألفاظ. كما تبين أن هذه العبارة تقارب في دلالتها قولهم: «متروك الحديث»، وأنها تكشف عن منهج أبي زرعة في بيان مراتب الرواة.وبذلك يسهم البحث في إبراز جهود أبي زرعة الحديثية، ويدعو إلى مزيد من الدراسات المتخصصة في مصطلحات النقاد الفردية، بوصفها مدخلًا لفهم مناهجهم في نقد الحديث

“There are certain expressions used by the Imams that imply a paucity of narration in some of them, or a paucity of narrators from them, indicating the narrator’s limited fame or weak standing among the hadith scholars; for example: ‘He was not narrated from,’ ‘Nothing was written about him,’ ‘No one reported from him,’ or ‘Not a single senior scholar heard from him.’ This study aims to clarify the connotations of these expressions, compare their meanings in the sources of hadith critics, and show how they appeared with the Imams, along with real examples concerning certain narrators. My research has concluded that, despite the variety of these terms, they all point to a similar concept: either the scarcity of narrations from that narrator or the weakness of those who narrated from him. It also demonstrates that these terms reflect the narrator’s status in terms of fame and acceptance among the senior hadith transmitters.

هناك بعض العبارات التي استخدمها الأئمة توحي إلى قلة الرواية عند بعضهم، أو قلة الرواية عنهم والتي تشير إلى قلة شهرة الراوي، أو ضعف منزلته عند علماء الحديث، مثل: (لم يرو عنه، أو: لم يكتب عنه، أو: ما حدّث عنه، أو: لم يسمع عنه كبير أحد)، ويهدف البحث إلى توضيح دلالات هذه العبارات ومقارنة معانيها في مصادر نقاد الحديث، وبيان كيفية ظهورها عند الأئمة ونماذج واقعيتها على بعض الرواة، وقد توصلت في بحثي هذا إلى أن هذه العبارات وإن تنوعت فهي تدلّ على معنى متقارب ألا وهو: قلة الرواية عن هذا الراوي، أو ضعف مَن روَوا عنه، وتبيّن أيضًا أنّ هذه المصطلحات تعكس منزلة الراوي من حيث الشهرة والقبول لدى كبار رواة الحديث.

تناول هذا البحث قضية مهمة تتعلَّق بأهم العبادات بعد الشهادتين، وهي حكم التشهد الأوسط في الصلاة, إذ استعرض البحث آراء العلماء وأدلَّتهم في حكم هذه الجزئية من الصلاة, وما يترتب على تركها أو نسيانها, من صحة الصلاة من عدمها.وتبيَّنَ من خلال البحث أن العلماء انقسموا إلى فريقين: فريق يقول بوجوب التشهد الأوسط, بينما ذهب الفريق الآخر أنه سنة, وكانت أدلة الفريق الأوّل عامَّة خصَّصها دليل الفريق الثاني الذي كان رأيه هو الراجحُ, وأن التشهد الأوسط سنَّةٌ لايؤثر تركهُ أو نسيانُهُ على صحة الصلاة, ويُسنُّ للمصلي سجود السهو ولايجب عليه.وتكمن أهمية البحث في ضرورة احاطة المصلين _منفردين ومجتمعين بحكم هذه الجزئية من الصلاة كي يكونوا على بصيرةٍ من أمر صلاتهم, ولكي ينتهي النقاش والجدال_ لاسيَّما_ في المساجد, وحلقات العلم في حال نسيان الإمام أو المأموم لهذه الجزئية من الصلاة

: يهدف البحث إلى توظيف أسلوب تجاهل العارف بوصفه معيارًا تحليليًّا يكشف عن الملامح الجمالية في النص، ولا سيما أن الطبيعة التكوينية لهذا الأسلوب تقوم على الاستفهام الذي ينتمي إلى البنى التركيبية اللغوية الفاعلة في الخطاب اللغوي والأدبي؛ وذلك لطبيعة المعاني التي يمكن تحصيلها منه، إذ لا يخفى الاتساع الدلالي الذي يتركه الاستفهام وانتظار الإجابة التي قد تتمظهر على نحو إبداعي يتطلب من القارئ مضاعفة الجهد وإنعام القراءة للتوصل إلى طبيعة المعاني ومقصدياتها الإبداعية، ولا سيما أنَّ اشتغال تجاهل العارف يقوم على القيم التشبيهية، والتشكيكية المتوارية في البنى الاستفهامية. وقد تم إسقاط الدراسة على أنموذج شعري ثري بهذا المجال، وهو ديوان "زمان بِلا نوعية" للشاعر اليماني "عبدالله البَرَدُّوني" الذي تميز شعره بالبنية اللغوية القوية التي تضم في ثناياها مفارقات المجتمع بين الواقع والمأمول. فسنتوقف عند المعاني المتوارية في النص، التي تكررت فشكلت سمة أسلوبية جديرة بتحليلها.

Abstract
This study attempts to uncover the features of narrative fiction in the poetry of an important group of pre-Islamic poets. They are the group of vagabond poets who were ostracized and excluded by their tribes. They were unable, in turn, to assimilate into the social system and comply with its values. An examination and analysis of poetic texts reveals that these poets employed some narrative fiction in their poetry, and resorted to They also employed various types of stories and tales in the service of the meanings and ideas that they sought to reach and convey to the recipient. Their harsh lives, which were full of harsh experiences and full of violent, bloody events, provided them with rich material suitable for establishing a solid narrative structure, as their poetic texts were mixed with various forms of stories that They were exposed to some of it in their real lives, and their broad imagination helped them in the fictional and dramatic events of the other part of it.

سَعت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن ملامح السَّرد القصصي في شعرِ طائفة مهمة من شعراء العصر الجاهلي وهم جماعة الشّعراء الصعاليك الذين نبذتهم قبائلهم وأبعدتهم عنها ولم يستطيعوا بدورهم أنْ ينصهروا في بوتقة المنظومة الاجتماعية وأنْ يمتثلوا لأوامرها القيميّة، أو أَنْ ينضبطوا بضوابطها ومحدداتها السلوكية، ذلك أنَّ استقراء النصوص الشعرية وتحليلها يكشف للدارس أنَّ هؤلاء الشعراء قد استخدموا شيئاً من السّرد الحكائي في شعرهم، ولجئوا كذلك إلى توظيف أنماط متنوعة من القصص والحكايات في خدمة المعاني والأَفكار التي كانوا يرومون بلوغها وإيصالها إلى المتلقي، وقد أَمدّتهم حياتهم القاسية التي كانت حافلة بالتجارب المريرة ومليئة بالأَحداث العنيفة الدامية بمادة دسمة تصلح لإقامة بناء قصصي متين، إذ امتزجت نصوصهم الشعرية بأشكال متنوعة من القصص التي تعرضوا لقسم منها في حياتهم الواقعية، وأسعفهم خيالهم الواسع في صياغة الأحداث الخيالية والدرامية للقسم الآخر منها

With the rise of Arshir Babakan to power and the formation of the Sassanid Empire, political ties and marriages within the Sassanid dynasty took on a new form due to the new political and social circumstances of the period. The influence of women during this period was so significant that their role was depicted in inscriptions, seals, and metal inscriptions. With Khosrow Parviz's rise to power, women such as Gardiyeh, Maria, and Shirin gained an important role in the Sassanid court and played a clear and significant role in the political, military, religious, and cultural developments of this period in particular. As a result, Christians in the Sassanid lands enjoyed prosperity and affluence, as some of them, like Gardiyeh, courageously suppressed the king's opponents, while, on the other hand, they caused conflicts and disputes within the Sassanid dynasty. Shirin's support for her son, Mardan Shah, to succeed Khosrow Parviz led to a dispute among the Sassanid nobles, ultimately leading to the rebellion and disobedience of his crown prince, Qubadh II

مع صعود أردشير باباكان إلى السلطة وتشكيل الإمبراطورية الساسانية، اتخذت الروابط السياسية والزيجات داخل الأسرة الساسانية شكلاً جديدًا بسبب الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية الجديدة التي شهدتها تلك الفترة , إذ كان تأثير النساء في هذه الفترة له اهمية كبيرة لدرجة أن دورهن كان مصورًا في النقوش والأختام والنقوش المعدنية, ومع صعود خسرو برويز الى سدة الحكم، اكتسبت نساء مثل گردية وماريا وشيرين دورًا مهمًا في البلاط الساساني ولعبن دورًا واضحًا ومهمًا في التطورات السياسية والعسكرية والدينية والثقافية في هذه الفترة بالذات, وعلى اثر ذلك تحقق الازدهار والرخاء للمسيحيين في الأراضي الساسانية حيث أن بعضهن مثل گردية، قمعن بشجاعة معارضي الملك من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى، تسببن في صراعات ونزاعات داخل الأسرة الساسانية , فقد ادى دعم شيرين لابنها مردان شاه لخلافة خسرو برويز الى نشوب نزاع بين النبلاء الساسانيين وادى في نهاية المطاف إلى تمرد وعصيان ولي عهده قباذ الثاني، وبعد ذلك قُتل خسرو الثاني على يد ابنه شيرويه

يهدف البحث الى التعرف طبيعة توزيع الصيدليات في مدينة دهوك وتحديد نمط التوزيع عبر استخدام ادوات التحليل الكمي في برنامج Arc Gis ، مما يساعد في كشف طبيعة توزيع الخدمة والعمل على انتاج الخرائط لهذه الخدمة المهمة والتي ترتبط بحياة الانسان، واعتمد الباحثة على منهج الاستقرائي من خلال جمع البيانات وتوزيعها المكاني وتحليلها والخروج بنتائج نهائية باستخدام تطبيقات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية المتمثلة في اعتماد على ادوات التحليل الإحصايي المكاني، واتضح ان توزيع الاتجاه لفعلي للصيدليات أخذ شكلا بيضاوياً امتدت في محور جنوب شرق الى شمال غرب، وبداخلة( 65%) من مجموع الصيدليات توجد داخل الدائرة، وهو ما يتفق مع كثافة توزيع الصيدليات، كما اتضح أن نمط التوزيع الجغرافي للصيدليات هو نمط( المتجمع ).

Quantitative and Qualitative Variation of Municipal Solid Waste in Al-Ishaqi City

Abstract
This research aims to examine the impact of a training program within an adapted educational environment on the development of movement behavior among children with special needs from the blind category. The training program was designed to include a set of structured motor activities based on verbal guidance, touch, and the use of sounds and vibrations as alternatives to vision, in order to enhance children’s perception of their surroundings and improve their fundamental motor skills.The study employed the experimental method by dividing the sample into two groups (experimental and control) of blind children aged between 15 and 10 years. The experimental group participated in a structured training program within an educational environment equipped with supportive tools (tactile pathways, auditory signals, and educational games), while the control group continued with traditional activities. The results revealed a significant improvement in movement behavior and the performance of basic motor skills, such as balance, mobility, and motor orientation, among the experimental group compared to the control group. This confirms that training programs designed according to the needs of blind children within a supportive educational environment effectively contribute to developing their motor abilities, enhancing their independence, and supporting their integration into daily and educational activities .The study recommends the wider implementation of motor training programs in educational institutions for blind children, while ensuring the provision of educational environments rich in auditory and tactile stimuli, which contributes to improving their educational and social quality of life. هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير برنامج تدريبي في بيئة تعليمية مهيأة على تطوير سلوك الحركة لدى أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من فئة المكفوفين. تم إعداد البرنامج التدريبي ليتضمن مجموعة من الأنشطة الحركية المنظمة التي تعتمد على التوجيه اللفظي، اللمس، والاعتماد على الأصوات والاهتزازات كوسائل بديلة عن الرؤية، وذلك من أجل تعزيز إدراك الأطفال لمحيطهم وتحسين قدراتهم الحركية الأساسية .اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج التجريبي من خلال تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين (تجريبية وضابطة) من أطفال مكفوفين تتراوح أعمارهم بين (15–10 سنوات). خضعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج تدريبي منظم داخل البيئة التعليمية المهيأة بالوسائل المساعدة (مسارات ملموسة، إشارات صوتية، وألعاب تعليمية)، بينما استمرت المجموعة الضابطة بالأنشطة التقليدية أظهرت النتائج وجود تحسن ملحوظ في سلوك الحركة وأداء المهارات الحركية الأساسية مثل التوازن، التنقل، والتوجه الحركي لدى أطفال المجموعة التجريبية مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة. ويؤكد ذلك على أن البرامج التدريبية المصممة وفق احتياجات المكفوفين في بيئة تعليمية داعمة تسهم بشكل فعّال في تنمية قدراتهم الحركية، وتعزز استقلاليتهم، وتدعم اندماجهم في الأنشطة اليومية والتعليمية يوصي البحث بضرورة تعميم استخدام البرامج التدريبية الحركية في المؤسسات التربوية الخاصة بالمكفوفين، مع مراعاة توفير بيئة تعليمية غنية بالمثيرات السمعية واللمسية، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة حياتهم التعليمية والاجتماعية الكلمات المفتاحية برنامج تدريبي بيئة تعليمية السلوك الحركي الاحتياجات الخاصة المكفوفين

The effect of the collaborative listening strategy on the achievement of history among fifth-grade literary students

Abstract

Research Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the effect of the collaborative listening strategy on the achievement of fifth-grade literary students in history. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher formulated the following hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of students in the experimental group studying social studies using the collaborative listening strategy and the average scores of students in the control group studying the same subject using the traditional method in the post-achievement test. The research community consisted of fifth-grade literary students studying in government daytime middle and secondary schools for boys affiliated with the General Directorate of Education of Diyala Governorate for the academic year (2024-2025). The researcher applied the experimental method, adopting a partially controlled experimental design with two groups (experimental and control). The researcher intentionally chose Kanaan Intermediate School for Boys in Kanaan District, affiliated with Baqubah District, as a sample to implement the experiment. The school included two sections for the fifth literary, and the number of its students was (46). Using the random drawing method, students from section (A) were chosen to represent the students of the experimental group, and their number was (23) students, who studied using the participatory listening strategy, and students from section (B) were chosen to represent the students of the control group, and their number was (23) students who studied using the traditional method. The researcher prepared an achievement test in the history subject consisting of (40) test items, including (35) multiple-choice questions and (5) essay items with specific answers, focusing on measuring Bloom's levels (analysis, synthesis and evaluation). The researcher verified the validity and reliability of the test as well as its psychometric properties (difficulty coefficient, discriminatory power, effectiveness of false alternatives). The researcher applied the two research tools to the students of the two research groups a week before the end of the experiment, which lasted (13) weeks. The researcher built a scale for systematic thinking consisting of (36) items composed of three areas: the first is collecting information, the second is understanding situations, and the third is finding solutions. The researcher used appropriate statistical methods. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the achievement averages of the students of the experimental and control research groups at a significance level of (0.05) in favor of the experimental group that studied the history subject according to the participatory listening strategy. يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على : اثر استراتيجية الاستماع التشاركي في تحصيل مادة التاريخ لدى طلاب الصف الخامس الادبي ، ولتحقيق هدف البحث صاغ الباحث الفرضية الاتية: لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) بين متوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الذين يدرسون مادة التاريخ على وفق استراتيجية (الاستماع التشاركي) ومتوسط درجات طلاب المجموعة الضابطة الذين يدرسون المادة ذاتها على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في الاختبار التحصيلي البعدي. و تكون مجتمع البحث من طلاب الصف الخامس الأدبي الذين يدرسون في المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية النهارية الحكومية للبنين التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة ديالى للعام الدراسي (2024 – 2025) , طبق الباحث المنهج التجريبي معتمداً تصميماً تجريبياً ذا ضبط جزئي ذو المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة) , واختار الباحث إعدادية كنعان للبنين في ناحية كنعان التابعة لقضاء بعقوبة بصورة قصدية عينة لتطبيق التجربة , وكانت المدرسة تضم شعبتين للخامس الأدبي وبلغ عدد طلابها (46) وبطريقة السحب العشوائي تم اختيار الشعبة (أ) ليمثلوا طلابها المجموعة التجريبية وبلغ عددهم (23) طالباً ويدرسون باستراتيجية الاستماع التشاركي و الشعبة (ب) ليمثلوا طلاب المجموعة الضابطة وبلغ عدد طلابها (23) طالباً درسوا بالطريقة الاعتيادية.وأعد الباحث اختباراً تحصيلياً في مادة التأريخ يتكون من (40) فقرة إختبارية منها (35) فقرة من أسئلة اختيار من متعدد و (5) فقرات مقالية ذات الإجابات المحددة , تركز في قياس مستويات بلوم (( المعرفة ، الفهم ، التطبيق ، التحليل ، التركيب ، التقويم )) , وتحقق الباحث من صدق الاختبار وثباتة وكذلك من خصائصه السيكومترية (معامل الصعوبة , القوة التميزية , فاعلية البدائل المخطوءة) . وطبق الباحث اداتي البحث على طلاب مجموعتي البحث قبل نهاية التجربة بأسبوع والتي استمرت (14) اسبوعاً. وبنى الباحث مقياساً للتفكير النظامي مكون من (36) فقرة مؤلف من ثلاث مجالات الأول جمع المعلومات والثاني فهم المواقف والثالث إيجاد الحلول , واستعمل الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة , أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي التحصيل بين طلاب مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة عن مستوى دلالة (0.05) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي درست مادة التأريخ على وفق استراتيجية الاستماع التشاركي . وقدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات

There is a close connection between the rules of international law and human rights, particularly the right to digital privacy. This connection stems from the emphasis placed by various international legal instruments on the importance of protecting and respecting this right. However, the developments that the right to privacy has undergone as a result of technological advancement have raised questions about the adequacy of existing international legal frameworks in ensuring effective protection that aligns with ongoing digital transformations.
The shifts in the nature of privacy and the evolving means of violating it have, in turn, led to corresponding developments in international legal norms. The digital revolution—marked by the rise of the internet and the proliferation of various devices throughout the year, such as surveillance tools, recording equipment, imaging technologies, publishing platforms, photo-editing software, and artificial intelligence—has significantly impacted individuals’ right to digital privacy in a profound and often hazardous manneFor this reason, international and regional declarations and conventions have guaranteed the protection of digital privacy in all its forms, recognizing it as a fundamental human right that may only be restricted under specific circumstances. Accordingly, this study aims to clarify the international protection of the right to digital privacy by dividing the discussion into three main sections. The first section explores the concept of digital privacy, the second addresses the international regulatory framework for its protection, and the third examines the key rights that may conflict with the right to digital privacy.

Translating proverbs can be challenging because a literal translation may not always convey the intended meaning. Therefore, translators must employ various strategies such as equivalent proverbs, explanation or paraphrase, and cultural substitution to ensure that the meaning of the proverb is accurately conveyed in the target language. The selection of the translation strategy must be based on a careful consideration of the cultural and linguistic context of both the source and target languages, as well as the intended audience. Team Teaching as an Effective Strategy on EFL College Student’s Achievement and Motivation in TEFL Textbook

Abstract
This study investigated the effectiveness of Team Teaching as a strategy on EFL college students’ achievement and motivation in a TEFL textbook course. A quasi-experimental design was employed with two groups: an experimental group (n=14) taught through team teaching and a control group (n=14) taught through the traditional single-teacher method. In this study, students’ motivation toward learning English was measured using the Motivation Scale developed by Gardner (1985), whereas their academic achievement was evaluated through a pre-test and post-test specifically designed for the course. Findings from independent samples t-tests demonstrated statistically meaningful distinctions between the two cohorts, favoring the treatment group on both the post-assessment achievement measure (t (26)=2.347, p=0.027, d=0.88) and the post-assessment motivation measure (t(26)=3.112, p=0.004, d=1.17). The study concludes that team teaching is a highly effective strategy for enhancing both achievement and motivation in EFL teacher education. It is recommended that university administrators and teacher trainers incorporate this strategy to improve learning outcomes and better prepare future teachers

This research explores how Dunya Mikhail’s poetry deals with cultural memory as a site of defying war, cultural deletion and exile. Relying on Pierre Nora’s concept of (lieux de mémoire) or (sites of memory), the research investigates how Mikhail employs folklore, myths, and historic fundamentals to establish poetic scope of resistance. Through tentative examination of Mikhail’s selected poems, from her most cited collections, namely: The War Works Hard (2005), The Iraqi Nights (2014) and In her feminine signs (2019), the research uncovers how Mikhail revives ancient Mesopotamian characters and cultural tales not as regretful act, but as an assertion of cultural endurance and continuity. Her poetry transforms fragmented remembrance into symbolic persistence. It bridges Iraqi distant past with its unstable present. Acting as such, Mikhail’s poetry constructs what Nora views as symbolic sites of memory as imaginative spaces that preserve national identity and confront the severity war and exile. Thus, the present research locates Mikhail’s poetry within the wider framework of post-colonial artistic resistance, arguing that her manipulation of cultural memory transcends mere poetic expression. يستكشف هذا البحث كيفية تعامل شعر دنيا ميخائيل مع الذاكرة الثقافية كموقع لتحدي الحرب والمحو الثقافي والمنفى. وبالاعتماد على مفهوم بيير نورا لـ (lieux de mémoire) أو (مواقع الذاكرة)، يبحث البحث في كيفية توظيف ميخائيل للفولكلور والأساطير والمقومات التاريخية في تأسيس النطاق الشعري للمقاومة. من خلال الفحص المبدئي لقصائد ميخائيل المختارة، من مجموعاتها الأكثر استشهاداً، وهي: الحرب تعمل بجد (2005)، الليالي العراقية (2014)، وفي علاماتها الأنثوية (2019)، يكشف البحث كيف يعيد ميخائيل إحياء شخصيات بلاد ما بين النهرين القديمة والحكايات الثقافية ليس كعمل مؤسف، ولكن كتأكيد على التحمل الثقافي والاستمرارية. يحول شعرها الذكرى المجزأة إلى إصرار رمزي. فهو يربط بين الماضي العراقي البعيد وحاضره غير المستقر. ومن هذا المنطلق، يبني شعر ميخائيل ما تعتبره نورا مواقع رمزية للذاكرة، كمساحات خيالية تحافظ على الهوية الوطنية وتواجه شدة الحرب والمنفى. ومن ثم، فإن البحث الحالي يضع شعر ميخائيل ضمن الإطار الأوسع للمقاومة الفنية ما بعد الاستعمار، بحجة أن تلاعبها بالذاكرة الثقافية يتجاوز مجرد التعبير الشعري. وبدلاً من ذلك، فهو بمثابة تأكيد حيوي على التحمل الثقافي والاستمرارية الوطنية

Online advertisements (henceforth) (Oads) are essential tools for organization looking to expand internationally in the age of global digital marketing. In order to establish credibility, appeal to target groups, and elicit emotional reactions, these commercials frequently rely significantly on colloquial language. However, there are some obstacles to overcome when translating colloquial language from source languages (SL) into English as the target language (TL), such as contextual appropriateness, cultural variances, and grammatical nuances. The purpose of the study is to examine the language employed in these commercials and evaluate how well they are translated into EnglishThe study has three hypotheses: (1) the translation of Commercial Expressions as colloquial expressions used Oads can pose many cultural and structural difficulties in translation process , (2) rendering advertisements involving idioms, and collocations tends to be more challenging in translation than advertisements which are devoid of such expressions, and (3) The multimodal tools used in commercial Oads seem to be influential and helpful to the translator objectively based on Reiss' model of translation assessment (2000). The study concluded that the translation assessment reveals that 46.25% of the translation functions are informative. Meanwhile, 23.75% of the translation serves an expressive purpose. The operative aspect accounts for 18.75%, and 11.25% relates to audio-media qualities. It is difficult to colloquial expressions used in Oads can pose cultural difficulties. The translation curve attached in (Chart No.(1) shows the trends that tend towards the type of text.

تُعدّ الإعلانات الإلكترونية (المشار إليها فيما يلي باسم "Oads") أدواتٍ أساسيةً للمؤسسات التي تسعى للتوسع دوليًا في عصر التسويق الرقمي العالمي. ولبناء المصداقية، وجذب الفئات المستهدفة، وإثارة ردود الفعل العاطفية، غالبًا ما تعتمد هذه الإعلانات بشكل كبير على اللغة العامية. ومع ذلك، هناك بعض العوائق التي يجب التغلب عليها عند ترجمة اللغة العامية من اللغات المصدر (SL) إلى الإنجليزية كلغة الهدف (TL)، مثل ملاءمة السياق، والاختلافات الثقافية، والفروق النحوية الدقيقة. الهدف من الدراسة هو دراسة اللغة المستخدمة في هذه الإعلانات وتقييم مدى جودة ترجمتها إلى اللغة الإنجليزية.تتضمن الدراسة ثلاث فرضيات: (1) إن ترجمة التعابير التجارية باعتبارها تعابير وكلمات وعبارات عامية وعن طريق الانترنت يمكن أن تشكل العديد من الصعوبات الثقافية والبنيوية في عملية الترجمة، (2) إن تقديم ترجمة الإعلانات التي تتضمن التعابير الاصطلاحية والتراكيب اللفظية المستخدمة عبر الانترنت والوسائط الالكترونية يميل إلى أن يكون أكثر تحديًا في في عملية الترجمة من الإعلانات التي تخلو من مثل هذه التعابير، و(3) أن الأدوات المتعددة الوسائط المستخدمة في الاعلانات التجارية عبر سبكى الانترنت هي مؤثرة ومفيدة للمترجم بشكل موضوعي بناءً على نموذج عالمة اللغة والمنظّرة رايس لتقييم الترجمة (2000) كونها قسمت النصوص الى اربعة انواع ووضائف هي (وظيفة اعلامية و وتعبرية وتنفيذية وسمعية وبصرية ).لخصت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم الترجمة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي 46.25% هي وظيفة إعلامية، بينما تقدم نسبة 23.75% منها غرضًا تعبيريًا. ويمثل الجانب التشغيلي (تنفيذي ) 18.75%، بينما تكون نسبة 11.25% من النص كخصائص الوسائط السمعية . حيث يواجه المترجم صعوبة في ترجمة التعبيرات العامية ، وقد تُشكل صعوبات ثقافية وبنية تركيبية لغوية وكما موضح في الرسم البياني المرفق رقم (1) .
