Abstract: The current research have aimed to identify "the effect of collective games in developing the social behavior of the kindergarten children". The researchers have used the experimental design with two equivalent groups, experimental and control, by pre and posttests. The research sample consisted of (50) children as 25 ones for each group, applying the collective games on the experimental group, then the researcher has conducted equivalence process between the two groups about several variables as age calculated with months, gender, and academic achievement of father and mother. Then the researcher has prepared the scale of social behavior which has been verified of its validity by introducing it to several experts, the reliability coefficient was identified by re test method amounted (0,82), as well as the researcher has prepared a program for collective games which has been verified of its validity by introducing it to several experts to decide the validity of each game for its specialized purpose and aim , then their opinions were re formulating some of these games in terms of linguistic items. The experiment continued 12 weeks by applying the tool on the two research groups to identify the effect of collective games in developing the social behavior for the kindergarten children, after data has been treated statistically by using t test for two independent samples and t test for two correlated samples, so the results have shown the following: " There is no statistical difference at significance level (0,05) in the mean of experimental group degrees in the pre and posttest to the scale of social behavior which has been prepared by the researchers. In the light of these results, the researchers have recommended researchers have the importance of preparing sessions for the teachers of kindergartens to enable them in giving assistance to select and put the programs of collective games, as well as the researcher has suggested conducting a study about the effect of collective games in reducing the aggressive behavior for the children of kindergarten

The present research aims to know the ability of kindergarten headmasters to take decision according to the administration principles in Ninava Government center 2010 - 2011 .
The researcher prepared two questionnaires consisted of 24 items for each . The validity was established . The reliability of the two questionnaires was 0.82 for headmasters Q and 0.78 for teachers Q .
T-test , Pearson coefficient , and probability means to analyze the results .
The results revealed that the headmasters have the ability to take decision . Also the results showed that there were no statistical significant differences between the mean scores of headmasters and teachers in evaluating the kindergarten headmasters in performing the administration work .

Abstract:The current study has aimed into identifying the level of emotional deprivation for the intermediate stage pupils in the city center of Thi Qar governorate, in addition to identifying the differences in the level of emotional deprivation for the intermediate stage pupils in the city center of Thi Qar governorate according to the variable of gender (male-female), identifying the level of self-efficacy for the intermediary stage pupils in the city center of Thi Qar governorate, and the differences in the level of self-efficacy for the intermediary stage in the city center of Thi Qar governorate according to the variable of gender (male-female), as well as this study has aimed into identifying the relationship between emotional deprivation and self-efficacy for the intermediary stage pupils , and identifying the differences in the level of relationship between emotional deprivation and self-efficacy for the intermediate stage pupils according to the variable of gender (male-female).The main research sample has consisted of (600) pupils have been chosen according to equal random method from (30) schools of Thi Qar governorate schools in the amount of (20) pupils from each school.In order to achieve the research aims, so the researcher has depended the scale of emotional deprivation prepared by (Al-J`affery, 2002), the researcher has verified the external validity of the instrument through introducing it for some experts including professors specialized in educational and psychological sciences, as well as he has verified of it reliability by two methods, the first one: is the re test method when the value of Pearson correlation coefficient (0,81), the other one by using alpha Cronbach equation amounting the value of reliability coefficient (0,85). The researcher has depended the scale of self-efficacy prepared by (Al-Khaldy, 2007), verifying its external validity through introducing it for some experts including professors specialized in educational and psychological sciences, , as well as he has verified of it reliability by two methods, the first one: it is the re test method when the value of Pearson correlation coefficient (0,82), the other one by using alpha Cronbach equation amounting the value of reliability coefficient (0,88). Data has been treated statistically by using alpha Cronbach equation, Pearson correlation coefficient, t test for one sample and two independent samples, t test for correlation coefficient, and z test.Then the researcher has reached several results:The pupils of intermediary stage has suffered emotional deprivation. There are statistical differences in the level of emotional deprivation for the pupils of intermediary stage according to gender (male-female) in favor of female.3. The pupils of intermediary stage have good level of self-efficacy.4. . There are statistical differences in the level of self efficacy according to gendre variable in favor of male. 5. There is positive and statistical correlation relationship between emotional deprivation and self efficacy for the pupils of intermediary stage. 6. There is statistical difference in the level of emotional deprivation and self efficacy for the pupils of intermediary stage according to gender (male-female) in favor of male.

The research aims at investigating the level of Quality of Life of Counselors, and the differences according to variables of sex(male\ female) and years of service in Nineveh Governorate, The sample consisted of (150) Counselors,(77)male, and(73) female, for the purpose of investigating the objective of the research aims, the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (56) items. The researchers have used number of statistical tools for to analyze data such as: Pearson, t-test for One sample, and t-test for two sample, and ANOVA One way, grindings show that, Counselors have high level of Quality of Life, and a female Counselors have higher score than male Counselors in level of Quality of Life, also there is no significant statistical difference between Counselors in Nineveh Governorate concerning period of occupation in regards to level of Quality of Life. In the light of the result, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.

The research aimed at exploring the " Effect of Strategy (Think- Match- Participate) on the Achievement of Second Intermediate Students in Biology and Developing their Scientific Tendency " The sample consisted of (62) students of Aledrece for boys, they are divided randomly in two groups and one of them is chosen randomly to represent the experimental group which includes(31) students who study according to the Strategy (Think- Match- Participate), the second group represent the riterion group which includes(31)students who study according to the common method. The two groups are equal in certain variables(student`s age counted by months, marks obtained in Biology subject of the year half, intelligence outcome, scientific tendency mark of the pre- test). The researcher confines the scientific material of the tow chapters namely(seventh and eighth) of the Biology text book of the second intermediate class during the academic year (2013- 2014) , the researcher coined behavioral aims of the tow chapters: (302) aims and prepared(18) plans for the experimental group and (18) plans for the criterion group. As for the tools of the research, she prepared two tools: an achievement test of(50) items was formed and the scale of zaytoon(1987) is adopted to measure the scientific tendencies which contains(45)item. The results of the study of the two samples in the( T-test) of the indepent samples, show the following:1- The pupils of the experimental group who study according to the Strategy (Think- Match- Participate), are superior to the pupils of the criterion group who study according to the common method in the test of acquiring Biology concepts. 2- The pupils of the experimental group who study according to the Strategy (Think- Match- Participate), are superior to the pupils of the criterion group who study according to the common method in the scientific tendency scale.

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of employing the classification matrix strategy in the teaching of fifth grade students in the Islamic education field in order to give them concepts and develop their visual thinking. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher randomly selected secondary school of boys, (B) To represent the control group that studies the subjects of Islamic education according to the usual method, the sample of the research consist of (50) students, (25) students in Division (A), and (25) students in section B , conducted Statistical equivalence among students of the two research groups in the following variables: (the age of the students calculated in months, the general grade of the fourth grade, the degree of Islamic education in the fourth grade, the IQ, the test of tribal visual thinking and the educational achievement of the parents.

The aim of the current research is for knowing the activity of selecting counseling program in reducing feeling guilty for College of Basic Education students, the sample consisted of (36) students of special education department third stage with high feeling of guilt. The experimental design was chosen with two groups (experimental group) in random shape and distracted in two groups. Depending on critical of (Badhia, 2002) for feeling guilty it consisted of (64) paragraphs. Extract reliability through exposure to specialist community the steadily are accounted by re-test (0,79) the exposition the experimental counseling program and leaving the control group for statistical comparison take two months the number of seening (13) seenisation the period between (45) minute. By using the (test-t) through statistical case. The empirical appear difference with abstract for empirical group (0,05) this means the positive effect a knowledgment and suggestion.

Abstract:Research identifles the impact of obstetric education strategy in the achievement of second grade students in Islamic education and research goal the following hypotheses were formulated ;(no significant moral difference when level (0.05)between the average grades of students in accomplishing and the average score for students in the control group check for Islamic education). The sample search (80) astudent selected by ksdia researcher from the research community has been divided into two groups;The first experimental;(40)a student studied and searched as obstetric strategy; second officer (40) a student studied and searched on the way.I was awarded my group searching for a number of variables that may affect the safety of experimental design to look like the chronological age level of intelligence; degrees achievement in Islamic education second grade average in the first semester of the year (2013-2014) the overall average grade students Degrees in the first semester for all subjects of (2013-2014) and the educational level of the parents ;and the experimental design chosen two powerful brokers; test post search goal May request an instrument representing the achievement test in Islamic education (researcher)final test of (36) paragraph of multiple choice type ;handout and persistence were extracted using kiodr equation Richardson(20) . after collecting and analyzing data using statistical test two t-independent researcher concluded; A statistically significant difference between the standardized experimental group examined obstetric learning strategy and the average control group collection examined according to the traditional method of collection testing for experimental group.

The study aimed at evaluating Islamic Education teachers' mastery of tajweed rules they teach in the preparatory schools .
The sample consists of 60 male and female teachers of Islamic education , 30 males and 30 females teachers chosen randomly from the population .
The researcher prepared two instruments for this study . The first one was a written test of 25 multiple choice items . The second was a performance test. The validity and reliability of the two tests have been fulfilled , in addition to some information about giving marks .
After analyzing data by using the suitable statistical means , the findings were :
Performance level of Islamic education teachers in each theoretical and performance knowledge was less than 80% .

The research aims to investigate the effect of with reciprocal strategy on the achievement of fourth grade fenale students in mathematics . To verify thisain null-hypothesis has been formulated , The sample consisted of fourth practical grade fende students in secondary (HOMS) in Mosul City in (2013-2014) , the total sample are (74), divided into two groups , first of them are (36) and the another are (38) . The researcher uses the equivalence process , (the age, the general average, the degree of mathematics for third-class, the Intelligence) . They have been teaching under the strategy of reciprocal teaching and the another group under the conventional method . The researcher prepared an test in mathematics of (10) variety questions . The level of difficulty and strength of power discrimination of paragraphs and effectiveness of alternatives , were vsel .The implementation of the lessons of the two groups started on Tuesday 01/04/2014 and continued to Thursday 01/05/2014 , where opplid the test on Monday 05/05/2014 , analyzed statistically using between the (t-test) for two independent samples .The results showed that there is statistically significant difference between the average achievement of students for the bereft of experimention group .

After a long personalities of private schools in the city of Mosul, lasted nearly thirty years, some of Mosul's well-known establishment able to open a private school in the city in the name of " Al Awael Primary mixed school " since its when it opened its doors to students in the 2005-2006 school year (but now A mixed elementary and secondary school for boys and girls has been opened inIn one building in the AL-Arab district adjacent to the monastery of St.). Later, it opened a class for the first intermediate in independent building adjacent to the primary school in 2009, and the primary school taught the curriculum of the Ministry of Education similar to the official schools, but it obtained the approval of the Directorate of Education province intended to add the English language and the computer used by the students after a full explanation of the methods used by the teachers responsible for the computer, where some books were programmed on the computer and became electronic books easy to use by students, such as reading, mathematics and science.The study dealt with the historical beginning of the emergence of private schools in the city of Mosul, how to crystallize the idea of establishing AL- Awail Primary School in Mosul, obtaining the official from the Ministry of Education to open it. This study aims at shedding light on the mythical Influence in Abi - Alala’s Elegies Sakt Azzand. The study consists of an introduction and two sections. The introduction tackles the close relationship between the poetry and myth. The first section is devoted to the influence of animal myths on this diwan. Abstract: The research focuses on foregrounding the vocabulary in Arabic grammar, explaining its meaning and some of its various rules. It looks with more details into articles of offer and exhortation since they are among the utterances that always come in the foreground. They affect speech and change its content. Thus, they have the full right to be foregrounded. These utterances appear in Sahih al-Bukhari in forty-three places in the speech of the Prophet ,The articles for offer and exhortation are dealt with through Sahih al-Bukhari. We studied these utterances syntactically and semantically to reveal the forms of their occurrences in their sentence and identify their different meanings through context. The study falls into two chapters preceded by a preface and followed by a summary. The preface addresses the concept of foregrounding in Arabic grammar and some of its rules. Chapter One is entitled “The Concept of Offer and Exhortation and Proof for their Foregrounding”. Chapter Two is entitled “Articles of Offer and Exhortation”. This Chapter defines each of these articles, to show the types of sentences foregrounded by each article in the holy Hadiths and reveal their different meanings through the context of those sentences.

Abstract:Islamic history plays an important role in recording the events and dates of the Islamic world. The documentation of these events stems from the religious faith and belonging to this nation. The Holy Qur'an recorded many of the historical records of the countries and peoples. The research deals with the history book of the Musli historian in documenting important aspects of the history of the Atabian state and the political history of the Phoenician family that ruled the city of Mosul and its wars with the Crusaders. This book is an important source of local history, which was adopted by many scholars of ancient and new Islamic history. The research section of the history of Al-Atheer and writing in the history of the Atabic state is divided into three axes. The first topic deals with the life of the historian, the son of the aether, in terms of his name, surname, birth, family, scientific status and death, as well as highlighting his elders and students. As for the second axis, he referred to Ibn al-Atheer's resources in the narration of his historical narratives: oral resources, editorial resources, documents, speeches, reports, letters, etc. He was an eyewitness to some of the urban sites in Mosul described in his book. As for the third axis of the research, the researcher described the approach of Ibn al-Atheer in his history book in terms of its use of rhetorical expressions such as masjid, metaphor and graphic methods, as well as its tendency to shorten the narration of events and the use of proverbs, poetry,The researcher relied on a number of primary sources, such as the mortality of the high-caliber of Ibn Khalkan, the Ibn al-Adim plant in order to request and the milking of milk, the son of the deceased, the history of Arbel, and also the Safadi classification of mortality and others.

In this study, which included five topics, the first topic included the methodology of research, while the second included the concept of marriage and its nature and the third section theories of marriage and choice of partner. Abstract: The Mosulic people are ready to celebrate a feast before it comes by many days. Women are cleaning their houses, buying clothes and feast’s needs . They are making pastry ( klaycha) and its special spicies, besideof its necessary needs which is considered as social cultural phenomena , which is also considered as something deer rooted . these people make a lot of pastery for their families and their guests . some of these pastry were distributed to neighbors and poor people. For fast feast and greater bairam in Mosuliccity, the visit of graves , the visit of relatives by children to celebrate a feast and take money from their families and their relatives , is considered as a phenomena of a feast ( Eed) . The children , with their new clothes , are going to swaying and lonapark. The members of the family gather together with their relatives to eal lunch in grandfathers house , during the days of a feast , especially in the first day of feasts days. After that, and according to special habits in mosulic society , the visit of relatives , which includes the gouger and older oyez. The data were statistically processed using percentage. mean. standard deviation. alpha coefficient equation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The researchers concluded the following:The weakness of the level of implementation of elements of the administrative process in the sports sector in the local government from the point of view of the sports federations in the province of Kirkuk.- There are positive and negative indicators in the level of implementation of the contents of the elements of the administrative process in the local government in the province of Kirkuk from the point of view of sports federations were:1. And through the various exploratory studies and exploratory visits to some sports clubs through the examination of some references in this area can be raised the problem of research as follows: How do some handball trainers look at the role of maximum oxygen consumption in picking handball players? We selected 15 trainers from the departments of Qasr Subeihi and Ain Malila. We chose the sample randomly, because it is the simplest way to select the sample, and use the descriptive approach because it is the most suitable for the subject of our study. Abstract: Most trainers rely on the determination of errors in the skills of the swimmer on the simple self-observation and their decision depends on their self-evaluation, which is flawed by some of the shortness due to the speed of movement and the multiple stages and variables. The research aims to identify the values of some biochemical variables in the technical performance of the track start swimming, And to identify the relationship between some biochemical variables in the technical performance of the track start the swimming and the time of completion of the track start. The researchers used the descriptive approach to its suitability to the nature of the problem. The sample of the research was the team of Nineveh province for the youth in the sport of swimming and consisted of (7) swimmers. The researchers used measurement, scientific and technical observation, and kinematic analysis, methods of data collection to obtain search variables. To achieve the technical scientific observation, digital photography was used by a digital camera placed at a distance of 5 meters and the focus of the lens was 1 meter above the ground. The biochemical variables (vertical and horizontal displacement, yield and height of the center of the body weight from the jumping platform for the stages of propulsion, flight, landing, water entry angle, extraction of time and the average speed of the three stages)The researchers concluded that the angles (knee and ankle) 2 of the front foot have a good effect on the prolongation of time and the greater the landing time the greater the total performance time of the start because it is the largest time of the other stages (push and flight)

The study was designed to study the effects of conserving the serum in a freezing and cooling manner at different time intervals for some biochemical variables (total cholesterol, glucose concentration, total protein, and serum pH). Thirty-five random blood samples were collected from healthy people aged( 21-55) years. They were divided into two groups. The first consisted of 20 samples and was stored in the freezing apparatus at 80 ° C and classified into group A before storage and group B after storage. The refrigerator was kept at 5 ° C and was classified into the second group (C) was stored for 24 hours, and the second group (D) was kept for 4 days. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the level of total cholesterol, a significant decrease in the concentration of glucose and total protein and a slight increase in serum acidity in the first group when comparing before storage and after storage at the level of probability( P≤0.05). In addition to a significant increase in the level of cholesterol and glucose and decrease in the concentration of total protein in the second group when comparing the preservation of serum for 24 hours and conservation of 4 days.

Abstract: This study carries out a strategic analysis of a religious text namely Moses story with Pharaoh which has been analyzed within the framework of meta pragmatics as a perspective. It aims at investigating the psycholinguistic strategies implemented by AL-Taguts in the Glorious Qur'an to influence their people. The study also documents various types of strategies as well as points to important differences between the strategies used by Pharaoh and those used by Moses. This study is based on the hypothesis that Al-Taguts are tyrants or oppressors who adopt an oppression policy to control their people by force. The results of the analysis show that Pharaoh uses destruction strategies while Moses uses reformulation ones. Al-Taguts’ desire to be worshipped destroys civilizations, beliefs, values and the whole ideologies of their nations and eventually leads to their fatal destiny. The same conclusion has been arrived at in all Shakespeare’s tragic plays. This is why the analyzed story makes use of such literary devices as flashback and foreshadowing. Flashback has been used to remind Pharaoh and his people of the fate of past tyrants and disbelievers. Foreshadowing has been used figuratively as a symbol or sign for the victory of Moses and the end of Al-Taguts dreams and ambitions. It has also been found that there is also frequent use of offensive and unpleasant words in the language of Pharaoh . Moreover, Pharaoh violates all Grice’s maxims of conversation. As such ,Pharaoh uses the language of fear whilst conversely Moses chooses words of hope because his message is to guide people and lead them to the right track.

Abstract:The present study describes Mosuli Arabic consonants according to Distinctive Feature Theory. It tries to describe these consonants one by one according to the following features : Major Class Features which can be divided into Consonantal, Sonorant and Syllabic. The second one is Laryngeal Features which also can be divided into Voice, Closed Glottis (CG) and Spread Glottis (SG) . Place Feature is the third class, it has categories which are Labial, Round, Coronal, Anterior and Strident . The forth class is Dorsal which has High, Back and Low categories. The final one is Manner class which is divided into Nasal, Continuant, Lateral and Delayed Release. What is worth mentioning is that we gave many examples in this study and all the consonants in these examples are shown according to distinctive oppositions. They are arranged according to the positions of consonants, transcribed and translated.
