The current research sought to enhance the quality of the performance of the educational staff by trying to demonstrate the quality of performance in a sample of public schools in Nineveh Governorate, in order to enhance the organizational commitment of the educational staff in general. Asking the following questions clarifies the contents and directions of this research:
1. What is the position of the educational staff regarding each of the quality of performance and organizational commitment?
2.What is the nature of the relationship and impact between performance quality and organizational commitment?
The importance of the research is highlighted by the role of the Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate, which is considered the lifeblood of the city, with the provision of educational and educational services to students and the candle that illuminates the path of science and knowledge. The organizational goal of the educational cadres, and the main research objective is to diagnose and analyze the relationship and influence of the quality of performance in the dimensions of organizational commitment. Hypotheses have been set for research, the most prominent of which is that there is no correlation and effect of positive statistical significance between the quality of performance and organizational commitment combined in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh. The research relied on the descriptive approach. The analytical questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, and (12) schools from Nineveh education were selected, and a random sample consisting of 70 members of the educational staff was taken, using a set of statistical methods and using the statistical program V22 SPSS - the results were reached, the most important of which are: The quality of performance is considered as a basis that can be relied upon to achieve the required success of the educational and teaching staffs, as well as the existence of a correlation of positive moral significance between the quality of performance in general and the organizational commitment combined. The educational staff has presented many proposals, the most important of which are: The surveyed schools pay attention to the quality of the performance of school principals and educational staff through their participation in advanced technological training courses to produce a generation capable of assuming responsibility, as well as working to open a direct dialogue between school principals and educational staff to identify problems and the possibility of developing appropriate solutions to them

The research tests the impact of strategic leadership with its ten practices, namely: (strategic direction, strategic vision, human capital development, exploration of core capabilities, maintaining organizational culture, establishing ethical practices, a balanced control system, organizational creativity, strategic thinking, and strategic change), in the spirituality of the workplace in its four dimensions: (purposeful work, a sense of group, appropriateness between the values of the individual and the organization, and immersion in work), by testing three main hypotheses in the Diyala Governorate Office as Data were collected from 261 randomly selected individuals representing the research sample, and from different administrative levels. The research relied on the questionnaire as the main measurement tool, and adopted descriptive and inferential statistical methods to answer the problem, test hypotheses and interpret their results, and the results proved the impact of strategic leadership practices on the spirituality of the workplace, and the recommendations came to the need to adopt the research model in the governorate office in order to increase the spirituality of their workplace.

The current research aims to study the role of persuasive leadership in its dimensions (credibility, organizational commitment, personal attractiveness) in reducing the psychopathic personality in the workplace with its dimensions represented in (emotional response, cognitive response, psychological manipulation, selfishness) in the Baghdad Health Department Al-Karkh and a sample of administrative leaders consisting of (70) who have decision-making authority and according to the job description from the degree of head of department upwards with reference to dispensing with mentioning the details of the demographic aspects as they did not enter their details within the statistical analysis, as The questionnaire was distributed to them, the research problem was represented by several questions, the most important of which is to know what is the role of persuasive leadership in reducing psychopathic personality behaviors in the workplace. Several theoretical conclusions and recommendations have been reached, the most important of which is that the persuasive leadership style or style has a significant role and impact in reducing psychopathic personality behaviors in the workplace, due to the influence that the leader can have on the owners of these destructive behaviors. The current research recommends that the organization should recruit persuasive leaders who work to support and convince working individuals of the goals set and the required ways of working, and not lie and bias, in order to reduce the appearance of psychopathic personality behaviors in the workplace.

Developed countries are racing to give e-learning great importance. Since the sixties, they have been keen to pay attention to education in all its forms, and have taken care to develop educational competencies and provide operational time plans and comprehensive strategies. They have also adopted research in all areas of research and development to keep pace with the requirements of the modern era and the technical explosion in educational methods. This research aims to emphasize the integration of e-learning with traditional education through the combination between paper-based education and e-learning in classrooms and through electronic educational platforms and benefiting from modern technology methods in the educational system that characterized European countries, and accordingly Iraq\'s keenness to improve the process Education and its evaluation in a manner that suits the requirements of the modern era, and the student acquires sufficient experience in dealing with technical educational content, in return, he exercises information automatically and flexibly, commensurate with the goals of Vision 2030.The research, in its theoretical aspect, dealt with presenting the reality of e-learning in Iraq, in view of the reality of e-learning in Europe, and working on developing government strategies that focus on the role of digital technologies that contribute to the development of national platforms that work to disseminate information and access information sources. The research also relied on the method. Analytical descriptive in dealing with the reality of e-learning in Iraq and comparing it with e-learning in Europe. It is valid for statistical analysis, and the SPSS.24 program was used, and the results were that there was knowledge in the consulting office that was divided between the importance of implicit knowledge management and the need to turn from tacit to explicit. The competitive advantage of the quality of services and the reduction of costs to win the satisfaction of current customers to be continuous in the future.

The research aims to identify the role of empowering workers in reducing training risks. Therefore, the researcher sought through his research to show how he can apply the empowerment of workers in reducing the risks of training, and testing the correlation and influence in the relationships between the two variables, the research problem was embodied by answering the following question: (What is the role of Tamkeen in reducing the risks of training in the Nineveh Health Department)? Based on this question, the research has occupied great importance through the studied phenomenon of reducing the risks of training in the department under research by empowering workers, which has become a necessary requirement for the Nineveh Health Department, as it used the descriptive approach to describe the data collected from the respondents, and the analytical approach for the purpose of analysis, and the questionnaire was adopted as a major tool in the collection of data and information and distributed to workers in the center of the Nineveh Health Department, which amounted to (234) valid for statistical analysis, and the research concluded For many results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and a moral impact enabling workers to reduce training risks, the researcher reached through analysis and testing a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation and moral impact to enable workers to reduce training risks.

The Research aims to analyze The Role of Visionary Leadership in Managing the Reputation of the Organization and their impact on organizational excellence at the level of the research sample, based on the hypothetical model that takes into account the nature of the relationships between the research variables represented by visionary leadership in its dimensions (defining direction, focusing on the customer, empowerment, values) and managing reputation The organization (creativity, social responsibility, quality of service) and organizational excellence, and the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences program (v.25 SPSS) was used. In line with the foregoing, a sample of the teaching staff was selected in the College of Administration and Economics - Salahaddin University, and (120) questionnaires were distributed to the teaching staff in the researched college. The research recommended the need to maintain high levels of dimensions of research variables.

The Knowledge Management driven Internet of Things (KM driven IoT) is gaining increasing momentum in the healthcare sector worldwide. However, its acceptance in developing countries, such as Iraq, is still limited. This study aims to explore the factors affecting the acceptance of KM driven IoT in the Iraqi healthcare sector, guided by the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. A survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to doctors and nurses who work in Iraqi healthcare institutions. A total of 405 valid responses were obtained and analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicated that social influence, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and effort expectancy have a positive and significant impact on the acceptance of KM driven IoT in the Iraqi healthcare sector. Additionally, the study found that knowledge sharing and collaboration among Iraqi healthcare specialists play a crucial role in enhancing the acceptance of KM driven IoT. The results of this study can be used by policymakers and healthcare managers in Iraq to promote the use of KM driven IoT and improve the quality of healthcare services1 .Does the surveyed organization have a clear perception of the concept of green marketing and its dimensions?

Based on the strategic importance of women leaders in universities and society in general, the current study aims to shed light on job competencies and diagnose their reality in addition to studying their impact on women’s empowerment. Which contribute to the empowerment of women and thus achieving the goals of organizations by improving performance and achieving a competitive advantage, and job competencies were considered an independent variable for research. Empowering women is considered a dependent variable, and in general, the research tried to answer the following question: Is there an effect of job competencies on empowering women, A questionnaire was adopted and designed to target women leaders, At the University of Mosul with a sample of (86), and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Job competencies have a significant impact on empowering individuals and groups working at the University of Mosul, especially women, which will be reflected on their outcomes and decisions in achieving the university’s goals. The current research seeks to know the attitudes of managers of administrative units working in the health sector in the medical city of Al-Hussein (PBUH) in Karbala Governorate, towards organizational development in order to identify the extent of these managers\' support for development, which has become one of their most important responsibilities in the present. The research also seeks to identify the extent of the influence of the organizational personal factors of managers of administrative units towards organizational development. In order to achieve these goals, the researchers carried out the appropriate calculations and statistical analysis for the research, including the weighted arithmetic mean, percentage weight, and standard deviation. The research sample represented (52) individuals representing managers of administrative units, divisions, and departments in the medical city of Al-Hussein (PBUH) in Karbala Governorate, and it was revealed through the suggestive results of the research. There is a trend among managers of administrative units towards organizational development in the researched sample, which is characterized by positivity and a higher degree than the arithmetic mean, as the total weighted arithmetic mean for the fields of organizational development reached (6.44), which is higher than the hypothetical mean of (3) and with a percentage weight for the intensity of the answer of (76.70%).), which is higher than the hypothetical weight percentile of (60%).

The research aims to test the relationship between management by roaming as an independent variable and organizational development as a dependent variable, and thus it was necessary to answer a question based on the benefit, is there a correlation and influence between the dimensions of management by roaming and organizational development? Universities are among the most important centers for preparing and spreading knowledge and scientific research in all sciences and contributing to the development of societies. Teaching and professionals staff deemed as underlying pillars to support universities due to their efforts deduced to raise university performance, therefore universities management should pay attention to provide appropriate job benefits that enable them to be creative in order to make various developmental changes. From this perspective, the importance of this study stems from taking into account job benefits in university and the extent of their reflection on job withdrawal. The study applied on teachers of Salaheddin University/ College of Administration and Economics in Erbil City. 120 questionnaires were distributed and 93 were returned. The study used the questionnaire as a main tool to measure the variables of the study. The statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important finding are: There is a significant negative correlation and impact between job benefits and job withdrawal in the field of study, and there are statistically significant differences in the extent of the study sample\'s awareness of job benefits during the two periods (2008-2013) and (2014-2020).

The research aims to determine the impact of strategic clarity on the development of human skills at Al-Imam Ja\'afar Al-Sadiq University in Kirkuk. A questionnaire was designed based on relevant previous studies, and the researchers used a descriptive analytical approach to match the nature of the study. The total research population was (134) individuals within the middle and lower levels, and the questionnaire was distributed to them. The number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was (117). The statistical analysis software (AMOS26) was used, and the research reached several results, including the statistically significant impact of clarity of goals and clarity of organizational structure on the development of human skills. The research concluded with several recommendations, including the necessity of focusing on the clarity of resource utilization due to its importance in improving the development of human skills in the study community, as well as providing a supportive and motivating organizational environment for individuals towards developing their skills and making them happier and more capable of resisting pressures and threats in their workplaces

Purpose: The current research aims to know the nature of the relationship between the cross-functional teams and project Success, as well as the impact of the independent variable, the cross-functional teams with its three dimensions (specialization, reliability and coordination), which was measured using the scale (Kotlarsky et al, 2015:15) on the dependent variable on the project Success. In its four dimensions (Meeting design goals, Benefits to the customer, Benefits for the development organization, Benefits to the defense national product), which was measured using scale (Lipovetsky et al., 1997:100).
Design/methodology: The research was applied to the oil companies operating in southern Iraq, and a simple random sample of (143) workers in the oil companies was selected as the study sample. Research importance: The importance of the current research emerges from the scarcity of studies concerned with studying the relationship between cross-functional teams and the success of projects in the oil sector.
Results: The research reached conclusions, including the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the variables of the current research and the existence of a statistically significant effect between the cross-functional teams and the success of the project.
Recommendations: Selecting projects that contribute to the development of companies and their employees, and that the project has economic and positive impacts on society and the environment

An electronic questionnaire to the workers at Al-Mustaqbal university, and they got (41) responses from (380) of teachers, that were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The purpose of the research is an attempt to reveal the nature of the role played by job insecurity in the occurrence of the state of organizational withdrawal, where the two variables represent a dangerous phenomenon in organizations that could threaten the infrastructure of any organization and make organizations operate under the influence of uncertainty and high risk. In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researchers distributed (100) questionnaires for workers at Al-Mustaqbal University College. (78) questionnaires were retrieved, of which the valid ones were for analysis (73). They were analyzed using the advanced statistical program SmartPLS V.4 as well as the SPSS V program. 26 The research concluded that job insecurity contributes Significantly in the occurrence of the phenomenon of withdrawal from the workplace, morally or financially, or both, so the research recommends the need to avoid putting workers under job insecurity in order not to lose these workers

Purpose-The study aims to uncover the relationship between a leader\'s golden thinking and innovative performance through strategic purity. Although there is a significant correlation between a leader\'s golden thinking and innovative performance, empirical studies suggest inconclusive results, so the study attempts to test the mediating role of strategic purity.
Design / Methodology / Methodology – This study works to activate the golden thinking of the leader after him from the strategic variables to achieve innovative performance, as the researcher sent an electronic questionnaire to the employees of the organization sample of the study, and (53) responses were obtained that were analyzed by adopting the advanced statistical program (Smart PLS).
Results – The primary finding of this study is that some variables such as the leader\'s golden thinking are closely and positively correlated with strategic purity. Strategic purity morally affects innovative performance.
Originality/Value – This study illustrates the resource-based view that a valuable, priceless, and irreplaceable asset such as a leader\'s golden thinking leads to enhanced innovative performance through strategic purity

This research aims to explore the extent to which quality education contributes to achieving sustainable development goals by analyzing the performance of Iraqi universities using the ranking of the world\'s most famous universities by the Times Higher Education Foundation. The research identified the main quality indicators of education along with evaluated their impact on achieving sustainable development goals. Through a comprehensive analytical study of Iraqi universities listed in the mentioned ranking, the research shed light on the challenges they face in providing quality education and achieving sustainable development goals. The research reached some conclusions that can benefit decision-makers in addition to directing efforts to improve quality education and contribute to achieving sustainable development goals in Iraq, including the need to encourage and support the development of national and institutional strategies in the field of higher education to address issues related to curriculum development, learning outcomes, assessment, quality assurance reviews, in addition to necessary procedures to address current and future challenges in society.

Production systems are one of the means that many industrial companies rely on to implement their production processes in an attempt to improve production, reduce lead times, and meet the requirements of customers at the right time and place. Perhaps the most prominent of these systems is the rapid response manufacturing system, as companies that adopt such systems limit the failures that may result in crises that lead to the loss of their position and market reputation.

The research aims to identify the role of green human resource management practices in achieving sustainable development, as most of our Iraqi organizations suffer in general from weakness in applying the requirements of sustainable development, so organizations try by relying on a set of green human resource management practices in their quest to achieve development The research relied on the case study approach in applying the practical side, as it is the most appropriate approach through which a specific organization can be studied. The Kufa Cement Factory was chosen to be the study sample. The questionnaire was used as a source for data collection, as (220) questionnaires were distributed, of which (187) were valid.) and were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The research aims to explore the relationship between two variables, namely, the organizational climate and job happiness, and to demonstrate the impact of the organizational climate on job happiness for a random sample that included (76) employees from the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate. The researcher tested three hypotheses using statistical analyzes through the statistical software SPSS for the data collected through a questionnaire distributed in the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate. The research concluded that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and job happiness, and that there is an effect of the organizational climate on the job happiness of the employees of the Nineveh Education Directorate.

The current research aims to reveal the relationship and influence between strategic renewal in its dimensions (investment strategic renewal, exploratory strategic renewal) and academic accreditation in its dimensions (management, beneficiary satisfaction, scientific research). The academic, as a hypothetical research model was formulated based on previous studies in order to verify the validity of the main hypotheses. The current research seeks to determine the contributions of the lean leadership approach with its dimensions (humility, calmness, wisdom, objectivity, confidence, patience) in enhancing the quality of health service in Nineveh governorate hospitals, based on describing the concept of lean leadership, which is one of the methods used in dealing with problems and threats. The current research sought to diagnose the level of possible leadership practice at Al-Qasim Green University (under study) and to determine the level of loneliness in the workplace, as well as to test the effect between the two variables. The research stemmed from a realistic problem represented by the weakness of social communication and the feeling of emotional deprivation among some of the workers in the researched university. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach by providing an intellectual explanation for the variables of the research, and then designing a questionnaire to collect the necessary information about the main and sub-research variables. If the questionnaire included (29) items distributed among the research variables by (16) items for the independent variable, the empowering leadership, and (14) for the loneliness in the workplace. Al-Qasim Green University represented a field for the applied side of the research by selecting a random sample of the administrative cadres, whose number was (145). The research adopted the SMART pls statistical program to test its hypotheses. The research found that there is a relative awareness of the importance of possible leadership practices, in addition to that relying on these practices in their general form reduces cases of loneliness at work among university employees. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that there is a significant impact relationship between strategic leadership and strategic superiority, which means that the behaviors of the department's management, the research sample concerned with the characteristics of strategic leadership, have a clear role in promoting superiority in the long run. And he reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which was giving utmost importance to strategic leadership, given that today's institutions operate under constantly changing environmental conditions and it is difficult to predict and know those variables. The current study sought to identify the impact of authentic leadership in enhancing the spirituality of the workplace at the Mosul Technical Institute. In order to achieve what the study sought, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted in presenting intellectual and theoretical frameworks, data processing, analysis, and then interpretation, as this study relied on the data collected through the questionnaire, and the study population was represented by the faculty members at the Technical Institute / Mosul It is one of the formations affiliated with the Northern Technical University, which number (173) teachers, and a random sample of them was selected, amounting to (109) teachers, which is a representative sample of its community. In order to test the hypotheses of the study, a set of statistical tools and methods were used to analyze the practical side, using the SPSS V26 software. This study examined for the first time the effect of authentic leadership on workplace spirituality in the education sector at the level of Iraq. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a significant direct effect of the authentic leadership in enhancing the spirituality of the workplace in it.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the future of high streets and malls in Iraqi Kurdistan, with a focus on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on participants' preference for online shopping. Scholars have emphasized that high streets and malls are disappearing rapidly, and little research has been conducted on this topic. To understand this problem, a literature review was conducted, which included a discussion on the "new normal" resulting from the digitalization of the market and the Covid-19 pandemic. A deductive approach was used, and a self-response survey questionnaire was distributed online through Google Forms. Out of 450 questionnaires sent out, only 231 were deemed fit for further analysis. The data collected were quantified, and statistical evaluations were conducted to determine the future of high streets. The results show that businesses and policymakers must work together, involving communities, youth, and the voluntary sector in future plans and decision-making processes, for high streets and malls to remain relevant and increase their foothold. The challenges facing town centers are diverse and can be divided into several categories. The combined forces of E-commerce and the Covid-19 pandemic can expedite the disappearance of high streets and malls. This research provides critical insights that need further investigation
