The problem is that the process of taking advantage of the natural, physiological, psychological, mental and physical variables in the development of education and skillful performance requires teachers and trainers to invest in these phenomena. Human physical efficiency varies throughout the day, which is high during 10 am and falls at 12 noon to evening. It is worth mentioning that this pattern does not apply to all individuals. There are more active individuals during the first half of the day and others are more active in the evening. Hence, the researchers noted that a problem that needs to be addressed is that most teachers and administrators organize their units equally throughout the daily exercise
Teachers and trainers are now required to learn about biorhythm pattern in order to control the learning process in light of their vital patterns. The research aims to identify: the types of biorhythm pattern for the sample, the levels of fitness according to the patterns for the sample, and the relationship between the biorhythm pattern and the level of fitness of the research sample.

In view of the importance of physical and motor attributes and abilities and their obvious effects in improving the physical, motor and athletic performance of individuals, especially athletes, it has certainly become a wide area for specialists and researchers to study and research, whether for problems or development. As a teacher in the college of physical education and sports sciences, the researcher noticed that there is little interest in knowing how the athlete describes his / her physical condition (which reflects part of his / her own concept) by the medium he belongs to, and the relationship he described to him with his physical and motor performance. This research shows the importance of self-description in the field of physical education and mental health. Therefore, the current research aimed to: Identifying the physical condition of the research sample, and identify the results of the performance of some physical and motor attributes and abilities of students.
The researcher used the descriptive method ( survey and correlative studies) to suit the nature of the problem. The research population was fourth year students in the faculty of physical education and sports sciences at Babylon university for the 2015-2016 academic year (115) students, while the sample size was (50) Randomly and by lot (43.48%). However, the researcher concluded that: There was a significant correlation of the physical and motor attributes and abilities of students.

The aims of the current study was to:
- Building a program of strategies to regulate emotion for the regulation of emotions for the Olympic Champion School players' in Nineveh province.
- Recognition of the degree of emotional intelligence among the students of the Olympic Champion School players' in Nineveh province.
- Identify the effect of using strategies to regulate emotions in the development of emotional intelligence of the Olympic Champion School players' in Nineveh province.
- Identify the differences in the post-test in the emotional intelligence between the experimental and control groups.
However, the researchers used the experimental approach (Equal groups design) with pre and post-tests. The research population involved the students of the Olympic Champion School in Nineveh province, totaling (40) players between( 13-17) years. The main sample of the research was (20) students, as (10) students represented the experimental group and (10) students represented the control group.
Nevertheless, the research results showed:
- The effect of using strategies to regulate emotions in the development of emotional intelligence of the Olympic Champion School players' in Nineveh province.
- There were a differences in the post-tests between the two groups and for the experimental in the emotional intelligence of the Olympic Champion School players' in Nineveh province.

The aim of the research was to identify the differences in some basic offensive skills between the various centers of play in the handball (sides, center, etc.). The researcher used the descriptive method in the method of causal comparison. The sample consisted of (24) players who represented the faculty of basic education in handball, and were tested of some basic offensive skills (dribbling, passing, and scoring), and the researcher used a suitable statistical laws.
The researcher concluded that:
1. There was a Convergence in skill level of the players according to their various centers of play (sides and center) in the basic offensive skills (dribbling, passing, and scoring).
2. The preponderance of the midfield players on both sides in some of the basic offensive skills of handball.

The aims of the research was to: Identify the effect of teaching methods using exercise (intensive, distributor) in learning shooting from jumping and blocking in handball. Identify the best style in learning shooting from jumping and blocking in handball.
However, the researchers used the experimental approach (Equal groups design) with pre and post-tests. The research sample involved(40) students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science-Kerbala University. Eight students in six groups. Nevertheless, the research results showed:
Preponderance the group that used the common style - distributor in learning shooting from jumping in handball and preponderance the group that used the reciprocal style - intensive in learning blocking in handball.

The study aimed to: Identify some physiological variables of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Al-Muthana university, and to identify the differences of some physiological variables of the female students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Al-Muthana university. The researcher used the descriptive approach ( survey) style to suit the nature of the research problem. The sample included students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences of Al-Muthana University (30) students in hall stages (except the first stage).
Adaptation to the heart muscle by practical lessons led to an increase in the efficiency of the oxygen maximum as well as a decrease in heart rate during rest. The continuous repetition of the practical lessons has a positive effect on the expansion of the rib cage, especially the elasticity of the muscles between the ribs and increase the volume of the lungs as well as the opening of blood vessels, and practical lessons have a positive effect in the development of the function of cells towards the absorption of oxygen to the maximum level.

The researchers pointed to the clear and influential role offered by exercise in general and swimming in particular in the treatment of many diseases and injuries and rehabilitation in most countries of the developed world. The problem of research is the large number of employees with back pain, as this category issue on the use of computer and sitting for long times, lack of mobility, and lack of exercise that lead to muscle weakness around the spine which cause of back pain. However, The study aimed to:
1. Preparing a training intervention using (free, back style) swimming in the strength of some muscles and lower back pain for ages (35-45) years.
2. Identify the effect of the rehabilitation intervention using free swimming in the strength of some muscles and lower back pain for ages (35-45) years.
3. Identify the effect of the rehabilitation intervention of using back-lift in the strength of some muscles and lower back pain for ages (35-45) years.
4. Identify the affectivity of using swimming (free, back) in the strength of some muscles and lower back pain for ages (35-45) years.

The researchers used the experimental approach .The research population involved the staff of Karbala University patients with chronic low back pain of (26) employees, and therefore the sample was selected in the form of 10 employees and were divided equally into two experimental groups each group of (5).

The objectives of the research included the preparation of special exercises to develop the skeletal muscle mass of handball players, to recognize the effect of special exercises in the development of the skeletal muscle mass based on the level of urinary creatinine for handball players, to identify the effect of special exercises in the development of muscle mass structure based on the rate of muscle metabolism For handball players, and the researcher used the experimental method of the two groups. In addition to the training component, the food program has an effective role in achieving achievement. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the problem of the research. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of a diet program accompanied by special exercises in weight gain and muscular development of the muscles of the arms and chest of the two young players for building objects in the Hashemite Sports Club and the aim of the research to develop a diet program accompanied by special exercises for young players to build And to find out the effect of the proposed program on increasing muscle growth and weight for the muscles of the arms, chest and legs of the sample. The study sample consisted of (5) players of the youth club of Al-Hashimiya Sports Club. The players were selected in a deliberate manner. The proposed program was implemented for eight weeks. The researcher took into consideration the correlation of some foods that fit the physiological characteristics of the players. After the researcher collected the data for the tests, (Weight - muscle circumference) and processed statistically, he reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which:
1. The program prepared a positive effect in weight gain.
2. The program has a positive effect in increasing the growth of the arms (humerus) and the circumference of the chest and legs.
The researcher recommended a number of recommendations: Use of the program designed to gain weight for bodybuilding players.

The research aims to:
1. Design of two tests to measure the explosive power and the force speed power of armed arm with the Foil players of Iraq clubs applicants.
2. Standardize the two tests and find the appropriate standard grades.
The descriptive approach was adopted by the survey method to suit the nature of the problem and the objectives of the research. To achieve these objectives, the research society was chosen in a deliberate manner by the players of the Karbala and Maysan (57). The sample was divided by (10) sample players for the experimental (47) sample of the main experiment (create), and sample (47) as a sample for standardization.
The validity of the tests and the achievement of their scientific characteristics (honesty, consistency and objectivity), as well as their ability to distinguish the sample of the research, the appropriate statistical treatments were conducted.
The study reached the following conclusions:
In light of the results of the study, the following conclusions were reached:

The researcher use a new training method, which is the application of different payment exercises in the style of plaumetric against the body weight of the two young football players in a water to develop some physical variables related to this activity. Explosive ability and speed characteristic of legs is one of the most important physical abilities associated with the performance of most of the skills in the game of football halls and since the modern style of play is characterized by strength and speed and the way to play in defense and attack throughout the game, so it is imperative to pay attention to developing these capabilities and using exercises to be effective In the development of this development, and after the researcher learned a lot of studies and research and through watching the Premiership it became clear that there is weakness in the explosive ability and speed characteristic of players, which reflects the cause of low and poor performance of And thus the negative impact on the outcome of the game, which is an obstacle in the performance of some skills with the speed and strength required and special skill scoring as the border between winning and loss, so the researcher considered the study of this problem through the establishment of exercises in the method of ballistic training in a standardized and using scientific means Through which the development of physical abilities (explosive ability and speed characteristic) and their impact in the development of skill scoring football clubs. The aim of the research to:
1. Preparation of a training curriculum in the form of ballistic training to develop the explosive ability and speed legs and the skill of scoring for football players.
2. Identify the explosive and distinctive speed of legs and the skill of scoring for football halls players.
3. Knowledge about impact of ballistic training method in developing explosive ability and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football players.
The researcher used the experimental method. The research community defined the clubs of Al-Qasim and Al-Mahdahiyah as football clubs. The class of applicants is 28 players and a randomly selected sample of (20) players were selected and divided into two groups. The main conclusions were:
1. The training curriculum of the control group has improved the explosive capacity and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football halls players.
2. The ballistic training curriculum prepared for the experimental group had the advantage in developing the explosive ability and speed of legs and skill of scoring for football players.
3. explosive ability and speed advantage of legs have a positive impact to develop the skill of accuracy of scoring for football halls players.

The learning of basic skills is the most important and difficult stage to pay attention to. Therefore, the researchers felt that the use of audiovisual aids in providing feedback to players at different times helps to reduce individual differences. Each player is different from the other in the speed of receiving the information provided by the trainer. This helps in developing the basic skills to gain time and effort. The sample of the research team players Babil province basketball youth category ages (16-18) years.
The researchers reached the following conclusions:
1. possession of young basketball players excited emotional high.
2. There is an inverse relationship between the emotional arousal and accuracy of correction of basketball jump to the sample of the study.

Students of the first stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Dhi Qar. The sample was divided into two groups with 20 students per group. The experimental group is studying the integrated strategy and the congruent group according to the strategy followed. And to use the appropriate statistical means in order to arrive at the results, analyze them and discuss them in order to know the best of these strategies in order to increase the motivation to accurately perform the skills and analyze them and discuss them according to the research objectives. The researchers found a number of conclusions, including: The use of the strategy has a direct impact on the performance of students, which led to increased motivation to learn the skills of students well.
