In the present article,we simulate the type of semiconductor laser through the dynamics of quantum well laser by using Matlab program withRungeKutta method for the rate equation system. The resultsproduce the synchronization between the photon and carriers densities behaviors at the same time of the laser.We find that the system is produced stability and more periodicity dynamics at different values of parameters.The system of QW laser has affecting in its variables dynamics at varingparameters in the QW laser.

Three locations were chosen at Gharaf river in Thi Qar governorate southern of Iraq to study the changes monthly of the phytoplankton communities and a study of some physical and chemical properties . Samples were taken for 12 months on the beginning of January to December of the year 2015 . The results were showing that , the river water was hardness and slightly alkaline , also the electrical conductivity and good airation with more concentration of active nitrate in river water , whereas a low concentrations of active phosphate was recorded , whereas the highest values of the Silicate were recorded in the third station (107 - 149) μg /L. It were recorded ( 75) species of algae , the dominance of them are the Bacillariophyceae at the percent (%58.66) , after them the blue green algae(Cyanophyceae) at the percent (%17.2) , the green algae(Chlorophyceae) at the percent (%12) ,Euglenophyceae (%2.66) and Dinophyceae at the percent (%1.33) . A seasonal and geographical variations were noted in the total number of phytoplankton by two increases appeared during spring and autumn ,and the total number of phytoplankton ranged between (3.46 – 13.5) cell x103/cm3.

The present study was designed to investigated the effect of electromagnetic radiations emitted from mobile phone devices in some biochemical parameters and histopathological changes of kidney and liver for male laboratory rats Rattus norvegicus . Forty eight of male rats were divided randomly into eight groups and each group consist of six rats . Four groups of these were exposure to electromagnetic radiations by mobile phone that put in cages at different time periods included (1, 2, 3 and 6 month) while the other residual groups were considered as a control groups at same time periods . After ending up time periods of exposure , every animals were dissect and collected of blood samples for the purpose of biochemical parameters measurement . As such kidney and liver have eradication, which kept in proven solution (formalin 10%) to paving preparing tissues sections . Electromagnetic radiations caused an increasing in concentration of urea and creatinine for exposure animals groups when comparing with control groups . The results revealed a significant decrease ( P≤0.05) in liver enzymes which comprises ALT , AST and ALP in all exposure groups when comparing with control groups except (exposure2) group in ALP that did not observe significant difference compared to (control 2) group . The gradual decrease was observed in ALT , AST and ALP when comparing between all exposure groups . The results were indicated increase in level of cholesterol and triglyceride for all exposure groups compared to control groups , the increase was elevated between all exposure groups by progressive time exposure to electromagnetic radiations . In the other hand the kidney showed histopathological changes included congestion of vessels , haemorrhage was happened between renal tubules accompanied by inflammatory cells infiltration with breaking down of renal glomeruli while the contraction, absence of glomeruli and enlargement of space Bowman ,s capsule were observed in another tissue sections , the renal tubules was affected by electromagnetic radiations which breakage the walls of renal tubules and it loss the natural structure .The electromagnetic radiations exposure led to histopathological changes in livers of animal included congestion of the central vein , congestion of sinusoids with heavy infiltration of inflammatory cells , besides pathological changes were varied to involve haemorrhage of livers , vacuolation of hepatocytes as well as appearance edema statuses .

People are being continuously exposed to ionizing radiations, there are many sources of radiation and radioactivity in the environment, radioactivity may be natural and artificial. The total amount of radioactivity in an environment should be accurately known and kept to a level as low as reasonably achievable.Laboratory based NaI(Tl) detector Gamma ray spectroscopy system was exploited to determine distribution of gamma emitting radionuclides (238U, 232Th and 40K) in surface soils for 21 locations within Qadissia district in Nassiriyah city, Thi-Qar province, Iraq. These sites were marked-out using Global Positioning System (GPS).The measured activity concentrations ranged from 26.03 ± 3.22 to 33.82 ± 5.32 (30.41 ± 4.28) Bq/kg for 238U, 19.76 ± 2.01 to 28.11 ± 3.16 (24.79 ± 3.23) Bq/kg for 232Th and 277.86 ± 11.86 to 368.92 ± 19.84 (316.51 ± 15.95) Bq/kg for 40K, with mean values enclosed in the brackets. The lowest value of Radium equivalent activity is 77.59 Bq/kg, while the highest value is 102.01 Bq/kg, with average value 90.24 Bq/kg, and the absorbed dose rate varied between 36.06 to 47.17 nGy/h, with an average value of 41.68 nGy/h. Also, in the present work are measured both (external and internal) hazard indices, they ranged from 0.209 to 0.275 with an average of 0.243, and from 0.279 to 0.365 with an average of 0.325 respectively. All the results that were obtained were within the permissible limits and in accordance with recent recommendations from the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effect of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR

This study aims to determine the level of lipoproteins and some blood parameters for women who practice sports activity,and taking contraceptive pills (Microgynon) then comparing it with another group of women taking these pills but do not engage in any physical activity. The research included a sample of (56) females (21 doing sports activity and 35 do not practice any sports activity).They were all in age (23-30 years), and taking contraceptive pills about (9-12) months and do not suffers from any genetic diseases. The blood samples were taken in the early morning after fasting (12-15) hours and checking the number of RBC and WBC and level of Hb, lipoproteins (total cholesterol, Triglycerides TG, High and Low density lipoprotein HDL &LDL) as well as leptin hormon. After making the statistical analysis, it was found that the number of RBCsand WBCs did not have any significantly difference, while the level of hemoglobin was high within women practice sport. Whereas the levels of total cholesterol ,TG, Low density lipoprotein and leptin were elevated, and the HDL was significantly decreased for women not practicing sport. The conclusion of this research shows that the practice of physical activity reduces the effects of the pill which can be considered as a preventive means of the side effects of contraceptive pills for women who taking them.

Diabetes has been known to cause fertility complications including male reproductive organs failure and infertility. However, many studies have examined the anti-diabetic effect of major component of garlic compounds, allicin, in both types of diabetes mellitus (DM), but to date, the role of allicin in male fertility protection throughout disease process of diabetes mellitus remains unclear. Objective: Hence this study has been undertaken to evaluate histological changes via allicin administration in the maintenance male reproductive system function in rats-exposed to diabetes mellitus. Methods: Thirty adult male rats have been divided into three groups (10 rats in each group). The two control groups, including diabetic rats (DM induced by intraperitoneal injection with a single dose of Streptozocin (STZ) 65mg/kg body weight) and normal rats, which were injected with normal saline, once daily for 21 days. The third group received allicin. Blood glucose levels were tested every day through 21 days of the experimental period. At the end of the experiment, testis tissues were taken from the rats for histological examination and they were fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution and hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained sections of testis were prepared for histopathological and Histomorphometric examination under light microscope. Results: The results were compared to the ones obtained from healthy and non-treated diabetic rats as well as allicin -treated diabetic rats. Histopathological examinations of stained testicular tissue sections showed necrosis and vacuolization of spermatocytes to be reasonably reduced in the diabetic treated rats as well as demonstrated abnormal spermatogenises but it was found to restore the testicular histology and components of spermatogenises to near normal in the allicin treated group. Subsequent histomorphometrical evaluation also showed a reduction in the diameter and height epithelia of seminiferous tubules in the diabetic control rats which were significantly improved in the allicin- treated diabetic rats (P < 0.05) which were comparable to normal rats. Conclusion these results indicate that the active compound of garlic plant may help in the prevention of the complications of diabetes and confer essential protection for male reproductive function as serious complication.

It included the current study to isolate and diagnose some types of bacteria that cause inflammation of the urinary tract urinary tract infection, where the disease is a most serious health problems facing large numbers of people each year, has included health research case study for (116) individuals of questionable contracting infection of the urinary tract and the auditors Huda girl to a hospital in Dhi Qar and samples were taken for Oammarmokhtlvh and both sexes the incidence of diagnosed during lactation examine microscopically and Zraeia and make samples for drug screening sensitivity. Diagnosed 38 samples belonging to the genus Escherichia coli and 30 sample belonging to the genus Staphylococcus and 13 sample back to the Streptococcus and 9 samples belonging to the genus Proteus and 9 samples belonging to the genus Klebsiella and 7 samples belonging to the genus Enterobacter and 6 sample back to Candida albicans and 4 sample back to the Aeromonas. The results ofthe current studyshowedthat the highestinfection ratein the age group(1-10years)andwerehigherin femalesthan males, reaching 48.3% in females, while maleinjuryrate was43.5%with the lowestinjuryrate wasin the age group(61-70) a year andthe proportion offemaleinjurywhile3.3%did not recordthe injuryin malesin this age group. Drugsensitivityassaywas conductedonbacterialsamplesdiagnosedusingLifeantibioticsshowedbacteriaE.coliandStaphylococcusbacteriahighest-resistant strains whileAeromonasCandida albicansandshowedlessresistanceratio.

Burn injuries are common and major health problem throughout the world. The burn wound represents as a favorable area for opportunistic colonization of microorganisms with exogenous and endogenous origin. In burns patients infections arise from multiple sources. Burn wounds become initially colonized bacteria, mainly Staphylococci, that are superseded during the second week by Gram negative bacteria. this study was aimed Isolation and identification of bacteria from burn injuries by 16S rRNA Gene . Materials A total of 107 wound samples Who admitted to referral of Hussein Teaching Hospital of the period from 2016 to 2015. All the samples were cultured on medias MacConkey agar , Blood agar, Nutrient agar and mannitol salt agar for the isolation of Gram negative bacteria and Gram positive bacteria. After confirmation through colony characteristics and biochemical tests, API20 and Viteck2,as well as to molecular dignostics using 16S rRNA gene. all the isolates were evaluated against commonly used antibiotics, for their susceptibility using Viteck system. As for the screening test sensitivity was shown the results of the current study that the most effective antibiotics against both Gram-negative bacilli bacteria and Gram- positive cocci were Ceftazidin, Ciprofloxacin, Amicacin while most of isolates showed high resistance to Ticarkcillin, Gentamicin, Impenen.

In this paper we study some subsets of intuitionistic fuzzy ideal topological space like intuitionistic fuzzy regular-I-closed set, intuitionistic fuzzy A_I-set, intuitionistic fuzzy f_I-set and intuitionistic fuzzy-I-locally closed set. Also, we characterizeτ-codense intuitionistic fuzzy ideals in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy A_I-set, intuitionistic fuzzy regular-I-closed set and intuitionistic fuzzy-I-locally closed set and prove some result about them.

This study includes isolating and dignosing fungus that cause palm disease from varieties of dates (quntar , shwathi and khadrawi ) of Thi – Qar province ( center city , saieddkeel , soq al shuak ) . The sample were collected ( pollen and parts of brushes for the period of February to April 2016 . Two types of fungus were Isolated that causes the disease are Mauginilla scaetae and Fusarium spp . The results showed that rosemary officinalis leaf extract inhibitory ability against fungi isolated . The highest rate was at 200 mg lml against Mauginilla scaetae averages of their 2.51cm , while the lowest rate was at 50mg ml against Fusarium spp averages of their 2.10 cm

The present study was conducted at Sheep and Goat Research Station/ Al-Shatra/ Dhi-Qar Agriculture Directorate/ Ministry of Agriculture. The study was done during the period 25/5/2016 to 25/8/2016. The aim was to study the effect of giving different levels of Yeast daily to Arabi lambs to enhancethe intake of baggas and itseffect on lambs performance. A total of 17 Arabi male lambs aged 3 – 4 months with an average weight of 20.54 ± 2.57 kg. the lambs were distributed randomly in to three feeding groups. The first group (5 lambs) fed a control ration , consist of 20% wheat powder , 25% wheat bran , 25% barely , 20% crushed corn , 7% soya bean meal and 3% vitamin and minerals. As well as baggas treated with urea and molasses ad libtium. Lambs was fed a concentrate as 2% of their live body weight. The second group (6 lambs) fed a control ration with 3 gm yeast/animal/day. The third group (6 lambs) fed a control ration with 5 gm yeast/ animal/day. The results showed that RBC and Hb did not significantly differ due different groups. However, PCV revealed a significant (p˂0.05) differences among treated groups. A group of lambs received 3 gm yeast/head/day highest value in comparison with control and 5 gm yeast/head/day (22.18, 17.62 and 18.82 respectively). There was no significant differences in WBC, while differential counts showed significant differences in lymph cell (71.54, 67.82 and 67.66%) for groups of 3 gm yeast/head/day, 5 gm yeast/head/day and control groups. All studied biochemical parameters significantly decreased due to treatments except globulin significantly increased.

The study aimed to find principles information aboutphysical and chemical properties of buffalo’s milk and its impact with the change of sex of birth in the marshlands of southern Iraq. Fourteen samples of milk were collected from the villages of Suq-Al-Shiukh city in Thi-Qar province, Iraq and it divided into 7 was born male and 7 was born female. The results showed a significant increase (p <0.05) in the percentage of fat in milk of buffalo when it was born male compared with milk of buffalo when it was born female. The results showed a significant increase in the percentage of solids and the freezing point buffalo’s milk when it was born female compared with buffalo’s milk when it was born male. While there was no clear influence of the sex of birth in the proportion of each humidity, density quality, the proportion of protein and lactose of buffalo’s milk.

The use of expert systems Techniques were still have a great importance in the diagnosis of diseases, thyroid disease diagnosis is one of the important classification problems because thyroid hormones help regulation of the body’s metabolism. In this paper, hybrid intelligent model for diagnosis is proposed which is able to assist the physicians to take effective decisions. The behavior of two models has been described in classification of thyroid disease and diagnosis its state (normal, hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism). Firstly, training of fuzzy neural network have been used trial and error approach, then combining it with Genetic algorithm to obtain the best parameters using the proposed representation for the chromosomes and fitness function. Training the two models was on the same dataset that are available on UCI dataset. The experimental results show high classification accuracy for both systems , but the best results have been gotten when combining with genetic algorithm obtaining smaller structure with less number of both hidden layer and neurons for each one , also much less error for training and testing . That is mean the proposed model can be used to facilitate thyroid disease diagnosis in more accuracy.

The present study describes the application of Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME WQI) for irrigation uses for the 3 stations located along with Southern Part of Main out Fall Drainin Al-Nassiryia city, Iraq. The field work was conducted during the period from summer 2014 to spring 2015.CCME WQI was applied using nine water quality parameter (Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR), Electric conductivity , pH value, Bicarbonate, Chloride Ion, Boron Ion, Lead, Iron, Cadmium). Based on the results obtained from the index, the values of water quality index for irrigation uses of Southern Part of Main out Fall Drain ranged between(3.96 – 27)which indicate that river has poor quality for irrigation. The highest deviation occurred in,Cl-, EC.

This study deals with the measurement of environmental radiation level in the river that is Crosse Nassir city of Iraq by using chemiluminescences technique. The measurement is based on that lionizing rays cause the analysis of water in to free radicals that gives its energy to chemical sensitizing particle, i.e. lucigenin that moves from anaxiating state in to ground state.This case emits light with 440 nm wavelength – such is called chemiluminescences. This thesis contains various directions some are field (practical), others are experimental.However through the former (i.e. field) radiation dose – me try is put in to selected of river. Whereas through the latter (ie experimental work) samples of water are gathered from the same stations of water in the first study; it has been measured in the laboratory. Results show that the radiation level measured by chemiluminescence is (3.16 µrad).

In this paper, sometimes-pool shrinkage estimation procedure is suggested to estimate the entropy function of the exponential distribution with Type II progressive sampling scheme under symmetric and asymmetric loss functions. Two types of loss functions are considered; squared error and LINEX loss function. We obtain that the proposed estimators have good performance comparing with a classical estimator in terms of relative risk.
