Abstract
This study deals with the style of modern learning by using modern educational means which are mainly characterized by speed and high precision and which have their significant role in t5the process of learning skills or taking decisions, smooth movements throughout the whole match. In fact, football requires that players should have special characteristics which enable them to perform certain skills and various movements involving certain abilities and motor skills related to this sport. And, for the work to be codified in a sscientific correct method, planning for developing these variables for various age groups to perform thewem correctly and well. The importance of this study lies in creating a training programs by using assistive means according to the (control-deficit) motivation method on the most important attention aspects and learning some complex skills for professional football players. In addition, it aims to create learning means for complex skills to measure the concentration and attention of football players aged (14-16) years.)

Abstract
This research deals with the teaching competencies and their relation to the professional performance of physical-education teachers in the middle Euphrates region. For this purpose, a scale for teaching competencies has been built up. It consists of four fields: cognitive, performance, individual and productive. A scale of professional performance is also built up. It includes four main fields and three secondary ones. These fields are: fields of personal, moral, organization and management, professional technical requirements. The professional teaching requirements include: skills of planning, implementation and evaluation. Steps of building up the scale in the light of the field procedures conducted by the researcher have been followed. Variables have been described and statistically analyzed to come up with the findings of the research.

This research deals with the educational, skill and cognitive method and the role it plays in the process of learning and to explore some of the basic skills of football. The importance of the research lies in the practice of the causative cognitive method with the players of the Athletic Academy to widen their scope as reflected in their application of the skill performance to get to a better level of learning trhe basic skills of football. As for the problem of the research, it revolves around the fact that many coaches focus on teaching the basic skills of football without paying attention to the cognitive processes that influence these skills. It can be seen that the application if the cognitive causative method is one of the necessities of the process of learning the basic skills of football. The study aims at : 1- exploring the causative relations among the cognitive processes and the basic skills, 2- preparing a cognitive educational method according to the causative model for learning skill performance, 3- preparing an 3ducational skill method in accordance with the causative model for learning skill performance, 4- preparing an educational cognitive skill method in accordance with the causative model for learning skill performance, and 5- exploring which one of these methods is the best for learning skill performance. The descriptive approach is used in thuis study to extract the cognitive causative model and the experimental method which greatly fits the solution of the problem of the research. The research sample includes (30) players from Al-Nahrain Academy, divided into three experimental groups the first using the the skilkl method, the second using the cognitive method, while the third using the skill cognitive method

The research aims to identify the impact of using the strategy (Express -Execute -Evaluat) in teaching students practical teaching methods. As for the research problem, it is manifested in the question “What is the effect of using the cross-implementation strategy on teaching practical teaching methods. The researcher identified a community and his research sample, who are students of the third stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year (2021-2022), and their number was (150) students, and the research sample amounted to (40) students (20) students for each group. The researcher used the experimental method by designing the two equivalent groups (experimental and control) to suit the nature of the research problem (the application of the experiment took (12) weeks, with one unit per week, thus the number of units reached (12) units. The educational curriculum included the integration of methods and techniques through a number of scientifically studied activities it aims to bring about the required changes in performance.

This study deals with the importance of methods of teaching in relation to the educational process, and their ability to deliver the material with the least effort and in the shortest time for the learner. This is due to the importance of academic teaching as one of the most important processes that play an essential role in the progress of countries, as it has a positive and comprehensive impact on the process of education as a whole. It also discusses the importance of distant education is and how it is linked to academics. The experiment is conducted by dividing the students into two experimental groups, each one working with a different electronic platform. Second-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / Al-Qadisiyah University for the academic year 2020/2021, are identified as the research community, and the entire community was chosen for the the main pilit experiment.

The research aims to identify the top variables of the electrical activity of the triceps and biceps brachii muscle and the accuracy index of the diagonal smash hit for the research sample members. As for the research problem, it revolves around the notion that the the coaches do not take into consideration the focus on the most important muscles during the development of the physical aspects of physical abilities. The research community and the research sample are represented by the Peshmerga club volleyball players, numbered (19) players, and (10) players were selected from the high smash hitters. Mobile (Iphon8 and speed (240 images/second) to ensure the accuracy of the results. The tests for the research variables were conducted on the research sample on Friday (27/1/2022) in the closed hall (Martyr Ahmed) in the Peshmerga Sports Club in Sulaymaniyah, the hour) 11) in the morning and with the help of the assistant work team. The results of the research which are statistically processed show that there is a significant correlation between the accuracy index and the variable of the summit, area and time, the electrical activity of the biceps brachii muscle in the research sample by training the striking arm according to the relationship of each muscle of the arm with the accuracy index.

The current research aims to build a psychological educational curriculum based on psychological integration and to build a scale of the perceived innovative environment for learners in the national centers for the care of sports talent from the age of (9-12) years and to explore the efficiency of this curriculum in learning the technical performance of some football skills. The experimental approach is used in the manner of equal groups. As for the research community, it consists of learners in the national centers for the care of sports talent at the age of (9-12) years in the governorates of (Al-Diwaniyah - Babylon - Al-Muthanna - Najaf), numbered (150) learners of football. It Includes a constructive sample of (100) learners. The main application sample amounts to (40) learners divided into two experimental and control groups, each group (20) learners. The data obtained have been processed by using the appropriate statistical methods such as (SPSS) program.

Abstract
The research aims to prepare an educational program according to the strategies of playing and competition on learning some offensive skills in basketball for students, as working with modern strategies greatly contributes to the progress of the educational process. The problem of the research lies in the fact that the methods already used do not give the learner a considerably great role in learning the skills well and the fact that the learner largely depends on the teacher. The 4xpewrimental method is used in the style of the three equivalent groups Pretests and posttests of the skills have been used. As for the research community, it includes (91) students, students of the first stage / College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Al-Qadisiyah. The research sample is represented by (60) students, divided into three groups (control, first and second experimental groups). The application of the experiment has taken(12) weeks with (12) educational units for each experimental group.

This study deals with the impact of a rehabilitation program on the psychological state of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome by building up a psychological scale called “The Irritable Bowel Syndrome”, and that these exercises play a major role in raising the level of serotonin and fat acids, and thus leads to an improvement in the psychological state by raising the ratio of the hormone of happiness to the injured. In fact, a program of specific movements and sports are very necessary to human body. The importance of the research is demonstrated in the use of physical exercises of low intensity and to explore the extent of its impact on the psychological state. The higher the proportion of the hormone of happiness is, the lower or more d3creased symptoms we have. Thus, stress, depression and anxiety are reduced for the injured. The experimental method is used for patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome with three groups: the first group using drug therapy with physical exercises, the second group using physical exercises only, and the third group drug treatment. We have ten patients in each experimental group, and the duration of the experimental curriculum is eight weeks, five training units per week. The total number of the experimental units in the curriculum is (40) training units. The SPSS statistical bag is used after the post-tests for the three groups.

Mental alertness plays an important role in the field of sports because it makes the player more attentive and focused on everything that surrounds him and overcome many of the difficulties that he may face. In fact, all sports need mental alertness because itenables the player drawing attention to A specific stimulus, whether it is the opponent, the ball, or the referee, etc. For example, the amount of attention for a football player may include both the ball and the competing players and some fellow players and the referee. The research problem is shown through the researcher’s reviews of many proposed training programs and his personal observation to find that both types of mental alertness (with signal - without signal) do not receive much attention from the coaches by preparing special exercises to develop and invest them in the application of technique and tactical tactics, especially as players at this age need exercises that help them to develop their mental abilities and thus lead to the development of the basic skills in football. To study this aproblem, compound skill exercises have been preoared according to modern technology of Rehacom system and conducting an experimental study.

The use of modern computer-supported technologies is based on more accurate scientific foundations through which many obstacles are overcome and thus obtain accurate and direct results, including the RehaCom Cognitive system. It is called the comprehensive system because it contains comprehensive examination tools in measuring psychological variables. . The speed of the reaction is an emergency response to choosing the appropriate position that the player will take, such as running with the ball or handling the colleague, and the player's possession of the reaction speed enables him to disturb the opposing team's players and their inability to possess the ball. As for the research problem, it lies in answering the following question: Do the exercises of reaction speed in the Rehacom system have an effect on developing the tactical behavior of Al-Qadisiyah University futsal players?The experimental method is used in the manner of two equal groups because it greatly fits the nature of the research problem. The research community and sample are identified and represented by the players of the Qadisiyah University futsal team and by a comprehensive inventory method, (14) players to form a percentage (100%) of the research community.

Abstract
learning has its own positive and comprehensive impact on the upbringing of a new generation armed with scientific foundations. The hierarchical learning method is linked to improving the cognitive growth rate of learners. There are educational objectives that help raise the players’ motivation rate and link previous experiences with the experiences expected to be adopted, which leads to measuring practical learning through combinatory abilities that may have a positive impact on the player’s learning of the skills to be performed. Handball has many capabilities of harmony so that the player can perform the required skills according to their correct technical performance. The importance of this study is to prepare a curriculum according to certain scientific bases that follow the hierarchical model of learning. As for the research problem, it revolves around he researchers’ observations concerning the players of specialized schools of handball that there is a sense of negligence of the aspect of knowledge which constitutes the main piullar and the key to solving those problems that stand in the way of achieving any sense of development in this sport. Additionally, there is the weakness of the capacities of compatibility of handball players which has become today one of the most important aspects affecting both on (the player or the team as a whole). This is reflected in negatively in the level of the players. The experimental approach is used in the manner of two equal groups because it greatly fitsa the nature of this study and the problem that it handles. The research community and sample are identified and represented by the players of specialized schools of handball for the 2021-2022 sports season.

Abstract
The importance of this research is reflected in the design of an electronic mechanical device that provides easy control of multiple resistances that shed on the swimmer from outside the pool and at different distances with the possibility of the player maintaining the correct performance. Parts of the swimmer's body during swimming, which cause a defect in the laws of buoyancy, in addition to the change in the correct paths of these parts.
Three local swimmers have been selected to conduct the test on the device designed as a weighting system to resist the swimmer during performance inside the pool, and it consists of several mechanical parts whose work is to project known weight resistances on a reel that the swimmer pulls through a belt tied to his body, and it was chosen through the exploratory experiment (10%) ) of the swimmer's weight as a weight system. It is concluded that the test is successful through the significance of the (calculated P) values, as the level of significance between regions was less than (0.05)

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the level of some physical and biomechanical abilities of the University of Baghdad handball players, and also to identify the relation between some physical and biomechanical abilities and the accuracy of shooting from jumping in handball. Players from the University of Baghdad handball team. To achieve the goal of the research, tests for some of the physical and biomechanical abilities of female handball players have been prepared. The results of these test show the absence of a significant correlation in the variables of flexibility and the angle of advancement and the accuracy of shooting among handball players, as well as the presence of a significant correlation between the variables of explosive power and the speed of the approximate sprint and the accuracy of shooting among handball players. It is recommended giving information to the players about the ideal movements of shooting to reduce the errors, and to emphasize the importance of strength exercises and the approximate speed of shooting steps from jumping by reducing the time of the step to gain a large horizontal speed and this leads to the speed of performance of the correct movement with the handball.
