Abstract
Urban planning is considered a vital tool in shaping the urban environment and influencing individual behaviors. Studies indicate that there is a close relationship between city design and crime rates. To understand the influencing factors in urban planning that may contribute to the emergence of urban crime, with a focus on social, economic, environmental, and design aspects, this study aims to analyze the role of urban planning and integrated sustainable development in reducing urban crimes and achieving social and economic justice.
To analyze the factors affecting the rise in crime rates, including economic factors such as unemployment and poverty, social factors such as class disparity and weak community ties, and environmental and urban factors such as unsustainable planning, the study focuses on the importance of sustainable policies and legislations capable of addressing urban crimes.
As spatial factors influencing the rise of crime rates were analyzed, the research relied on the descriptive analytical approach through official and statistical reports, field study, and spatial analysis methods.
The conclusions revealed that there are four main factors that explain criminal behavior and social problems: providing job opportunities, education, recreational services, and security, while weak development increases problems.
The results, when analyzing the relationship between negative indicators and developmental variables, showed a correlation coefficient between them (+0.7).
As for the recommendations, they were to improve infrastructure and enhance sustainable urban planning to achieve urban security.

Abstract
يُعَدُّ التخطيط الحضري أداةً حيويةً في تشكيل البيئة الحضرية وتأثيرها على سلوكيات الأفراد. تُشير الدراسات إلى أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين تصميم المدن ومعدلات الجريمة فيها. ولفهم العوامل المؤثرة في التخطيط الحضري التي قد تسهم في نشوء الجريمة الحضرية، مع التركيز على الجوانب الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية، والبيئية، والتصميمية ،تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور التخطيط الحضري والتنمية المستدامة المتكاملة في الحد من الجرائم الحضرية، ، وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ولتحليل العوامل المؤثرة في ارتفاع معدلات الجريمة ، ومنها العوامل الاقتصادية مثل البطالة والفقر ، والعوامل الاجتماعية مثل التفاوت الطبقي وضعف الروابط المجتمعية ، والعوامل البيئية والعمرانية مثل التخطيط غير المستدام ، والتركيز على أهمية السياسات والتشريعات المستدامة الكفيلة بمعالجة الجرائم الحضرية ، حيث تم تحليل العوامل المكانية المؤثرة في ارتفاع معدلات الجريمة، أعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي من خلال التقارير الرسمية والإحصائية ،والدراسة الميدانية وأساليب التحليل المكاني . وكانت الاستنتاجات هناك اربعة عوامل رئيسية تفسر السلوك الإجرامي والمشاكل الاجتماعية هي , توفير فرص العمل، والتعليم، والخدمات الترفيهية، والأمن ، في حين أن ضعف التنمية يزيد المشكلات ظهرت النتائج عند تحليل العلاقة بين المؤشرات السلبية والمتغيرات التنموية ، يُظهر معاملات ارتباط بينهما (+0.7) اما التوصيات كانت تحسين البنية التحتية وتعزيز التخطيط الحضري المستدام لتحقيق الأمن الحضري.
