Abstract

This study examines feminism and gynocriticism in both “Emma” by Jane Austen and “That Long Silence” by Shashi. It does so by contrasting and comparing the two books through the lens of feminism. The purpose of this analysis is to contrast the writing styles of two novels, one written in English and the other in India.Gynocritique, one of the most significant subgenres of feminist criticism, is the focus of this study, which applies feminist theory to its analysis. In this study, the oppression of women is the root of the problem. The research presupposes that women have a lower status than men. The research demonstrates that two writers improve women’s status in society by showing their readers that women are just as capable as males.

Abstract

تبحث هذه الدراسة في النسوية والنقد الجنسي في كل من رواية “إيما” لجين أوستن ورواية “هذا الصمت الطويل” لشاشي. وهي تفعل ذلك من خلال مقارنة الكتابين من خلال عدسة النسوية. الغرض من هذا التحليل هو مقارنة أسلوبي الكتابة في روايتين، إحداهما مكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية والأخرى في الهند. إن Gynocritique، أحد أهم الأنواع الفرعية للنقد النسوي، هو محور هذه الدراسة، التي تطبق النظرية النسوية على فلسفتها. تحليل. وفي هذه الدراسة، فإن اضطهاد المرأة هو أصل المشكلة. ويفترض البحث أن المرأة لها مكانة أقل من الرجل. يوضح البحث أن كاتبين يعملان على تحسين مكانة المرأة في المجتمع من خلال إظهار لقرائهما أن المرأة تتمتع بنفس قدرة الرجل.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the contributions of incentive systems in the patterns and behavior of human resources and to improve the touristic services. The study tackled some previous studies the system of incentives and wages and improving individual performance to reaching to the job satisfaction and achieving the goals of touristic organizations. In fact, incentive represents one of the most important main pillars that contributed to achieving the quality of services and methods of applying incentive systems of all types, material and moral, as well as bonuses and promotions, and clarifying the concept of incentives, their origins and historical development from the traditional stages and the study of human relations reaching to the modern stages of management theories by objectives and their importance in achieving the goals of touristic organizations as well as the performance of workers in the touristic activity in terms of the origin and historical development of the workers’ performance, the importance of evaluating their performance, the factors affecting and improving performance, the means that must be available in workers, and the role of incentive systems in raising their performance, reaching to the most The researcher uses statistical analysis (SPSS) important conclusions.
 The human resources function is one of the most important functions of the organization because it is concerned with the efficiency of managing the human element.
 The concept of incentives is one of the basic concepts because being to link to the human element and has a direct impact on the performance and behavior of employees.
Based on its conclusions, the study was keen to propose some recommendations, including:
 It is necessary to pay attention to providing transportation, and to pay attention to granting loans in the social events, which motivates workers to perform their work with perfection.
 Enhancing a culture of working as one team to be a moral incentive to reach to the planned performance levels.

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اسهامات انظمة الحوافز في انماط وسلوك الموارد البشرية وفي تحسين الخدمات السياحية، تناولت الدراسة بعض الدراسات السابقة عن نظام الحوافز والاجور وتحسين الاداء الافراد وصولاً الى الرضا الوظيفي وتحقيق اهداف المنظمات السياحية، حيث ان الحافز يمثل أحد اهم الاركان الرئيسية التي اسهمت في الوصول الى جودة الخدمات وطرق تطبيق انظمة الحوافز بأنواعها المادية والمعنوية وايضا العلاوات والترقيات، وتوضيح مفهوم الحوافز ونشاتها وتطورها التاريخي من المراحل التقليدية ومدراسه العلاقات الانسانية وصولا الى المراحل الحديثة في نظريات الادارة بالأهداف واهميتها في تحقيق اهداف المنظمات السياحية. واداء العاملين في النشاط السياحي من حيث النشأة والتطور التاريخي لأداء العاملين واهمية تقيم ادائهم والعوامل المؤثرة على الاداء وتحسينها والوسائل الواجب توافرها لدى العاملين ودور انظمة الحوافز في رفع ادائهم، استخدم الباحث التحليل الإحصاء (SPSS) وصولاً لاهم الاستنتاجات
 وظيفة الموارد البشرية من اهم وظائف المؤسسة لكونها تهتم بكفاءة ادارة العنصر البشري.
 ان مفهوم الحوافز يعد من المفاهيم الاساسية كونها ترتبط في العنصر البشري ولها تأثير مباشر على اداء العاملين وتصرفاتهم.
حيث حرصت الدراسة اعتماداً على استنتاجاتها اقتراح بعض التوصيات منها:
 ضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير مواصلات نقل، والاهتمام بمنح القروض في المناسبات الاجتماعية مما يحفز العاملين على أداء عملهم بإتقان.
 ترسيخ ثقافة العمل بروح الفريق الواحد كحافز معنوي للوصول لمستويات الأداء المخطط.

تعد الصوائت، سواء أكانت طويلة أم قصيرة بمثابة الديناميكية التي تعطي للصامتِ روحًا فتجعله كما الهواء في الرئة صعودًا وانبساطًا ونزولًا، إذ تضفي عليه حياةً وجمالًا ورونقًا، فلا قيمة للصامت من دون الصائت. للصوائت دور مؤثر في تحديد المعنى وتنويعه، فغالبًا ما تتفق الصيغ في عدد الصوامت وترتيبها وحركاتها باستثناء حركة واحدة، وهذه الحركة الواحدة المختلفة ينتج عنها اختلاف في الدلالة المعجمية للمادة الواحدة. فالصوائت لها دلالة صوتية في البنية الواحدة، فهي ذات وظيفة فونيمية أقرب إلى وظيفة الحروف في تغيير معاني الكلمات، فالصائت صوت في الكلمة وجزء لا يتجزأ منها

Isolation and molecular identification of dermatophytes causing ringworm in Anbar Governorate

Abstract

In this study, 80 samples were collected from people infected with dermatophytes, clinically diagnosed by a dermatologist at Ramadi Teaching Hospital and Fallujah Teaching Hospital, in addition to private clinics from October 2022 to March 2023. The skin crust samples were taken with a glass slide. They were cultured on Sabouraud Dextrose Agar media for identification, relying on traditional methods and comparing them with molecular methods using primers specialized for dermatophytes and sequencing the nucleotides. Nine species of dermatophytes belonging to three genera were isolated after identifying them based on their morphological, microscopic, and molecular characteristics. The genus Tricophyton occupied the higher percentage, reaching 60.86%, followed in second place by the genus Microsporum, with a percentage of 31.88%, and then by the genus Epidermophyton which was less frequent, with a percentage of 7.24%. The study showed that the fungus Tricophyton mentagrophytes was the most frequent species, with a percentage of 39.13%, distributed into five clinical types: tinea corporis, tinea manuum, tinea cruris, tinea faciei, and tinea peadis. Molecular identification included the use of primers specific to dermatophytes, involving the primer pairs ITS1/ITS2, ITS3/ITS4, and ITS1/ITS4, derived from the nucleotide sequence in the ITS region. The sequence of the nucleotides of the dermatophytes was matched with the sequence of reference samples in Gen Bank. The results were identical to the morphological diagnosis for most study samples. This technique succeeded in diagnosing the isolate whose species we could not identify morphemically and microscopically.

Abstract

تم في هذه الدراسة جمع 80 عينة من أشخاص مصابين بالفطريات الجلدية، تم تشخيصهم سريرياً من قبل طبيب الأمراض الجلدية في مستشفى الرمادي التعليمي ومستشفى الفلوجة التعليمي، بالإضافة إلى العيادات الخاصة في الفترة من تشرين الأول 2022 إلى آذار 2023. وتم أخذ عينات القشرة الجلدية بشريحة زجاجية. . وتمت زراعتها على وسط سابورو دكستروز أجار للتعرف عليها بالاعتماد على الطرق التقليدية ومقارنتها بالطرق الجزيئية باستخدام البادئات المتخصصة للفطريات الجلدية وتسلسل النيوكليوتيدات. تم عزل تسعة أنواع من الفطريات الجلدية التي تنتمي إلى ثلاثة أجناس بعد تحديدها بناء على خصائصها المورفولوجية والمجهرية والجزيئية. واحتل جنس Tricophyton النسبة الأعلى حيث بلغت 60.86%، يليه في المركز الثاني جنس Microsporum بنسبة 31.88%، ثم جنس Epidermophyton الذي كان الأقل تواتراً بنسبة 7.24%. أظهرت الدراسة أن فطر Tricophyton mentagrophytes كان أكثر الأنواع انتشاراً بنسبة 39.13%، موزعاً على خمسة أنواع سريرية هي: سعفة الجسم، سعفة manuum، سعفة الساق، سعفة الوجه، سعفة البازلاء. شمل التحديد الجزيئي استخدام البادئات الخاصة بالفطريات الجلدية، والتي تتضمن أزواج البادئات ITS1/ITS2، وITS3/ITS4، وITS1/ITS4، المستمدة من تسلسل النيوكليوتيدات في منطقة ITS. تمت مطابقة تسلسل النيوكليوتيدات للفطريات الجلدية مع تسلسل العينات المرجعية في Gen Bank. وكانت النتائج مطابقة للتشخيص المورفولوجي لأغلب عينات الدراسة. نجحت هذه التقنية في تشخيص العزلة التي لم نتمكن من تحديد نوعها شكليا ومجهريا.

The phenomenon of internal displacement in lraqi camps as a result of the events of June 2014 is one of the most prominent challenges facing the international community and the region in general, which was represented by the terrorist organizations control over many lrapi regions and provinces, which caused the displacement of large number of residents of the provinces and areas that fell under The organizations control over various safe areas and governorates that the armed groups were unable to reach, due to their loss of security as a result of the threats, violence, and killing operations that the organization practiced against the residents of the areas controlled by the organization, this spatial movement of large numbers of displaced residents has caused government departments, mosques, and schools to be filled with displaced residents, as the local government and international organizations in the governorates hosting them have established camps to accommodate these large numbers of displaced people who were unable to live with their relatives or did not have the ability to pay, renting to live in independent houses, as the number of camps that have been established has reached(115) camps, this has resulted in many social, economic and health impacts on the level of the population living in internal displacement camps

تعد ظاهرة النزوح الداخلي في المخيمات العراقية جراء احداث حزيران عام 2014، من ابرز التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع الدولي والمنطقة بشكل عام ، والتي تمثلت بسيطرة التنظيم الارهابي على العديد من المناطق والمحافظات العراقية ، ما تسبب ذلك بحركة نزوح لإعداد كبيرة من سكان المحافظات والمناطق التي وقعت تحت سيطرة التنظيم إِلى مختلف المناطق والمحافظات الأمنة التي لم تتمكن المجاميع المسلحة من الوصول اليها ، وذلك بسبب فقدانهم الأمن جراء عمليات التهديد والعنف والقتل التي مارسها التنظيم بحق سكان المناطق التي سيطرة عليها ، وقد تسببت هذه الحراك المكاني للإعداد الكبيرة من السكان النازحين إلى امتلاء الدوائر الحكومية والمساجد والمدارس بالسكان النازحين ، إذ قامة الحكومة المحلية والمنظمات الدولية في المحافظات المستضيفة لهم بإنشاء مخيمات لاستيعاب هذه الإعداد الكبيرة من النازحين الذين لم يتمكنوا من السكن عند اقربائهم أو ليس لديهم القدرة على دفع الإيجار للسكن في منازل مستقلة ، إذ بلغ عدد المخيمات التي تم انشاءها (115) مخيماً ، فقد ترتب على ذلك العديد من الآثار اجتماعية واقتصادية وصحية على مستوى السكان القاطنين في مخيمات النزوح الداخلي .

The effectiveness of the Three T’s strategy in developing creative thinking among first intermediate female students in social studies.

Abstract

The current research aims to find out the effectiveness of the three Ts strategy in raising the level of thinking among first-intermediate female students in social studies. The researcher relied on an experimental design with partial control and used the pre- and post-test creative test for the two research groups, first-intermediate female students from the Princesses Secondary School for Outstanding Graduates in the Baqubah Center of the Directorate of Education. Diyala for the academic year 2022-2023, and for the purpose of implementing the experiment, where the sample consisted of 44 female students, the researcher rewarded a number of variables such as age calculated in months and the academic achievement of the fathers and mothers of the two research groups before starting the experiment. She formulated behavioral goals and study plans and confirmed the validity and reliability of the test after the end of the experiment. Using t_test, the results showed that there was a significant difference. Statistical significance at between the average grades of the experimental group who studied according to the Three T’s strategy and the average grades of the control group students who studied according to the traditional method.

يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة فاعلية استراتيجية التاءات الثلاثة في مستوى التفكير لدى طالبات الاول المتوسط في مادة الاجتماعيات , حيث صاغت الباحثة ثلاث فرضيات صفرية و اعتمدت على التصميم التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي فاستخدمت الاختبار الابداعي القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين لطالبات الاول المتوسط من ثانوية الاميرات في بعقوبة المركز التابعة لمديرية تربية ديالى للعام الدراسي 2022- 2023 لغرض تطبيق التجربة حيث تكونت العينة من 44 طالبة فكافأت الباحثة في عدد من المتغيرات كالعمر الزمني محسوبا بالشهور والتحصيل الدراسي لأباء وامهات مجموعتي البحث قبل البدء بالتجربة وصاغت اهداف سلوكية وخططا دراسية وتأكدت من صدق وثبات الاختبار بعد نهاية التجربة استخدمت اختبارt-test واظهرت النتائج وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية اللائي درسن باستراتيجية التاءات الثلاثة وبين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة التي درسن المادة وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية.

Abstract

The current research aims to find out the effectiveness of the Ableton strategy in the achievement of geography by fifth-grade female students and their needs for knowledge, in a random way, with two divisions. Each classroom in the school of the experimental group is a division (B) whose students will study geography according to the Ableton strategy, and a division (B) to represent the control group. whose students will study the same subject in the usual way. The research sample was (60) of the first stage students, (30) for the experimental group, and (30) for the control group. They prepared an achievement test consisting of (30) items and (30) items for the need for knowledge scale and verified its validity and reliability. The researchers used) A t_test for two independent samples to extract the results. The results showed the effectiveness of the Ableton strategy in increasing female students’ achievement and need for knowledge.

البحث الحالي الى معرفة فاعلية استراتيجية ابلتون في تحصيل طالبات الصف الخامس الادبي لمادة الجغرافية وحاجاتهم للمعرفة ، بطريقة عشوائية شعبتين كل شعب في مدرسة مجموعة التجريبية شعب(ب) التي ستدرس طلابها مادة الجغرافية على وفق إستراتيجية ابلتون، و شعبة (ب) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة التي ستدرس طالباتها المادة نفسها بالطريقة الاعتيادية. بلغت عينة البحث (60) من طلبة المرحلة الأولى، وبواقع (30) للمجموعة التجريبية ، و(30) للمجموعة الضابطة ، أعدا اختباراً تحصيلياً مؤلفاً من (30) فقرة و(30) فقرة لمقياس الحاجة للمعرفة وتحقق من صدقه وثباته ، استخدم الباحثان )اختبار( t_test لعينتين مُستقلتين لاستخراج النتائج ، وأظهرت النتائج فاعلية إستراتيجية ابلتون في زيادة تحصيل طالبات و الحاجة للمعرفة .

This research is concerned with the study of the spatial heart in the speech of children phonetic study, and was relying on the audio section, and on the exits of sounds and qualities, children can not pronounce a lot of words that they hear every day Vqlboon some letters to letters easy to pro-nounce or change the positions of some letters in the word, to make it easier for them to pronounce. The research found that the spatial heart occurs be-cause of the similarity in the vocal qualities, as well as as the result of their convergence in the exit, as well as the similarity of the audio section after the heart with the section before the heart, which makes the child does not feel the difference; There is no proportion in meaning, it is a distortion of the word from its meaning before the heart, because the spatial heart in the clas-sical language in which the two words are used, and this does not apply to the heart in the colloquial dialect.

يُعنى هذا البحثُ بدراسة القلب المكاني في كلام الأطفال دراسة صوتية, وكان الاعتماد على المقطع الصوتي, وعلى مخارج الأصوات وصفاتها, فالأطفال لا يتمكنون من نطق الكثير من الألفاظ التي يسمعونها كل يوم فيقلبون بعض الحروف إلى حروف يسهل عليهم نطقها أو يغيرون مواضع بعض الأحرف في الكلمة, ليسهل عليهم لفظها.وتوصل البحث إلى أنَّ القلب المكاني يحدثُ بسببِ التشابه في الصفاتِ الصوتية, وكذلك نتيجةَ تقاربِها في المخرج, فضلًا عن تشابهِ المقطع الصوتي بعد القلب مع المقطع قبل القلب, مما يجعل الطفل لا يشعر بالفرق؛ لِما له من تناغمٍ وتجانسٍ بين المقطعين, وإنَّ القلبَ المكاني في اللهجة العامية يختلف في معناه الاصطلاحي عن القلب المكاني في اللغة العربية الفصحى, إذ لا يوجد تناسب في المعنى, فهو تحريف للكلمة عن معناها قبل القلب, لأنَّ القلبَ المكاني في اللغة الفصحى يكون فيه اللفظان مستعملين, ولا ينطبق ذلك على القلب في اللهجة العامية.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى التّعرف على اثر استراتيجية العروض العملية في تحصيل طلاب الصّف الثاني المتوسط في مادة اللغة العربية، اجريت الدّراسة في متوسطة الشّهيد عبد الصّاحب دخيل للبنين، تكونت عينة البحث من (64) طالباً من طلاب الصّف الثاني المتوسط في المدارس المتوسطة والثّانوية في مركز مدينة العمارة، اجريت التّجربة خلال الفّصل الاول من العام الدّراسي ( 2021- 2022 )، واستعمل الباحث التّصميم التّجريبي ذو الضّبط الجزئي، كما قام الباحث بصياغة الاهداف السّلوكية بواقع 48 هدفاً، وخطط تدريسية للمجموعة التّجريبية والمجموعة الضّابطة، وقام الباحث ببناء أداة للبحث التّي تمثلت باختبار تحصيلي، توصلت نتائج البحث الى تفوق طلبة المجموعة التّجريبية على المجموعة الضّابطة في الاختبار التحصيلي البعدي .

Anticipatory Social Behaviors and its relation to Rumination About an Interpersonal Offense among the Fifth Class of the Secondary School Students

Abstract

The following research aims to identify the anticipatory social behaviors and rumination about an interpersonal Offense among the secondary school students at their fifth class according to the variables of sex and the study branch, as well as the correlation between anticipatory social behaviors and rumination about an interpersonal Offense. The sample is consisted of (361) students of fifth class morning studies in governorate of Babylon, in the academic year of (2022-2023). To achieve aims, the researchers used the anticipatory social behaviors scale constructed by Adam et al.(2013) which consist of (12) items, and the rumination about an interpersonal Offense scale constructed by Nathaniel et al. (2008) which consist of (6) items, It was applied on a sample and making use of statistic package of social sciences (SPSS). The findings were as follows: There are statistical difference at (0.05) level according to sex and study branch in anticipatory social behaviors. There are statistical difference at (0.05) level according to sex and study branch in rumination about an interpersonal Offense. There are positive correlation between anticipatory social behaviors and rumination about an interpersonal Offense. Depending on these results, the researchers states some recommendations and suggestions.

هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف السلوكيات الاجتماعية التوقعية واجترار الاساءة البينية لدى طلبة الصف الخامس الاعدادي على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور- اناث) والفرع الدراسي (العلمي- الادبي)، فضلا عن تعرف العلاقة الارتباطية بين السلوكيات الاجتماعية التوقعية واجترار الاساءة البينية لدى طلبة الصف الخامس الاعدادي. وقد اقتصر البحث الحالي على عينة بلغت (361) طالبا وطالبة للعام الدراسي (2022- 2023). ولتحقيق اهداف البحث استعمل الباحث مقياس السلوكيات الاجتماعية التوقعية الذي اعده ادم واخرون Adam et al.(2013) والمتكون من (12) فقرة، ومقياس اجترار الاساءة البينية الذي اعده ناثانيل واخرونet al. (2008) Nathaniel والمتكون من (6) فقرات، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياسين تم تطبيقهما على عينة البحث، وعبر استعمال البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) توصل الباحث الى النتائج الاتية:- وجود فرق دال احصائيا في السلوكيات الاجتماعية التوقعية على وفق الجنس ولصالح الاناث وعلى وفق الفرع الدراسي ولصالح الفرع العلمي، ووجود فرق دال احصائيا في اجترار الاساءة البينية على وفق الجنس ولصالح الاناث وعلى وفق الفرع الدراسي ولصالح الفرع العلمي، وايضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين السلوكيات الاجتماعية التوقعية واجترار الاساءة البينية، وقد تم وضع عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث الحالي.

Abstract

South Africa's policy towards illegal immigration 1994-2002 "Historical Study"

Abstract

This study discusses South Africa's policy towards illegal immigration during the period 1994-2002, and identifies the goals and directions it took in confronting this phenomenon. It prompted the researcher to determine the geographical location of South Africa, the social composition of its population, and its economy, then address the causes and motives of illegal immigration and its history. The study then moved to British policy towards it, and the measures taken by the government after independence, then it traced political developments and its policy towards immigration during the specified period. It also explained the effects of immigration on the country, the impact of state policy on immigrants, the deportation of foreigners, and social intolerance, to conclude the study. Border Security Administration in South Africa. One of the most important results of the study is that South Africa’s policy towards illegal immigration was based on a balance between national security and immigrants’ rights. Although it has some weaknesses, however, the focus must remain on improving awareness and strengthening regional and international cooperation to combat illegal migration and promote the rights of migrants.

تناقش هذه الدراسة سياسة جنوب افريقيا تجاه الهجرة غير الشرعية خلال المدة 1994-2002، وتحدد الأهداف والتوجهات التي اتخذتها في مواجهة هذه الظاهرة، دفعت الباحثة الى تحديد الموقع الجغرافي لجنوب افريقيا، والتركيبة الاجتماعية لسكانها، واقتصادها، ثم التطرق الى اسباب ودوافع الهجرة غير الشرعية وتاريخها، ثم انتقلت الدراسة الى السياسة البريطانية تجاهها، والاجراءات التي اتخذتها الحكومة بعد الاستقلال، ثم تتبعت التطورات السياسية، وسياستها تجاه الهجرة خلال المدة المحددة، كما اوضحت ايضاً اثار الهجرة على البلاد، وتأثير سياسة الدولة على المهاجرين، وترحيل الاجانب، والتعصب الاجتماعي، لتختتم الدراسة ادارة امن الحدود في جنوب افريقيا، ومن اهم نتائج الدراسة ان سياسة جنوب أفريقيا تجاه الهجرة غير الشرعية كانت تقوم على التوازن بين الأمن القومي وحقوق المهاجرين. وعلى الرغم من ان لديها بعض نقاط الضعف، ومع ذلك، يجب أن يظل التركيز على تحسين الوعي وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي لمكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية وتعزيز حقوق المهاجرين.

Digital emotion contagion and its relation to attachment styles among university students

Abstract

The following research aims to identify the digital emotion contagion and attachment styles among university students according to the variables of sex and the academic stage, as well as the correlation between digital emotion contagion and attachment styles. The sample is consisted of (336) students of Faculty of Education for Human Sciences- University of Babylon in the academic year of (2022-2023). To achieve aims, the researchers used the digital emotion contagion scale constructed by Madison (2022) which consist of (15) items, and the attachment styles scale constructed by Abu Ghazal and Jaradat (2009) which consist of (20) items, It was applied on a sample and making use of statistic package of social sciences (SPSS). The findings were as follows: There are statistical difference at (0.05) level according to sex and academic stage in digital emotion contagion. There are statistical difference at (0.05) level according to sex and academic stage in attachment styles. There are positive correlation between digital emotion contagion and attachment styles. Depending on these results, the researchers states some recommendations and suggestions.

Semantic research in stylistic studies

Abstract

This study represents a demonstration of the impact of semantic research in some applied stylistic studies. The semantic level cannot be dispensed with in any case when studying poetic, prose, and Qur’anic styles, as well as working to point out the role of semantics in each of these studies according to the description and analysis carried out by each researcher in studying and analyzing the text as the model he has taken .There will be a balance between the mechanisms used in the theoretical side and the applied side of these studies. Because we notice in the stylistic applications under study a common factor, which is the introduction to the applied study with a theoretical side that includes multiple stylistic topics such as the statement of style and stylistics and the definitions related to them and some terms such as shift or deviation and some other phenomena such as the phenomenon of repetition, then entering into the applied side, which allows the room to study those. Applications, whether they are comprehensive or partial, and whether the subject of their study is general or specific in terms of the methods followed or in terms of the levels demonstrated by each of those applications, to know the role of semantic research in this, as the impact of semantics at the four levels on the analysis of the stylistic study of a particular text is not hidden. Then this study was based on analyzing and describing the studies of selected researchers, adopting the descriptive analytical method and supporting them with some examples, agreeing and correcting again and again with what is clear from the details of those studies and the methods used in them, such as the statistical method, or with what is related to some of the terms that were mentioned in some of them, as well as a statement. The significance of opposition and opposition, and the significance of condensing some vocabulary and other connotations that paint a unique picture and a distinctive style for us. The study of the selected models was preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion in which a summary of the most important results was presented.

تمثّل هذه الدراسة تبيانا لأثر البحث الدلالي في بعض الدراسات الأسلوبية التطبيقية؛ إذ لا يمكن الاستغناء عن المستوى الدلالي في حال من الأحوال عند دراسة الأساليب الشعرية و النثرية و القرآنية، وكذلك العمل على الإشارة إلى دور الدلالة في كل من تلك الدراسات على وفق الوصف والتحليل الذي يقوم به كل باحث من الباحثين في دراسة وتحليل النص النموذج المتخذ لديه. فتكون هناك موازنة بين الآليات المتبعة في الجانب التنظيري والجانب التطبيقي لتلك الدراسات؛ لأنّنا نلحظ في التطبيقات الأسلوبية قيد الدراسة عاملا مشتركا وهو التمهيد للدراسة التطبيقية بجانب تنظيري يشمل موضوعات أسلوبية متعددة مثل بيان الأسلوب والأسلوبية وما يتعلق بها من تعريفات وبعض المصطلحات كالانزياح أو الانحراف وبعض الظواهر الأخرى كظاهرة التكرار، ثمّ الدخول في الجانب التطبيقي، ممّا يتيح المجال لدراسة تلك التطبيقات سواء أكانت شاملة أم جزئية، وسواء أكان موضوع دراستها عاما أم مخصّصا من حيث المناهج المتبعة أو من حيث المستويات التي بينتها كل من تلك التطبيقات، لمعرفة دور البحث الدلالي في ذلك، فلا يخفى أثر الدلالة في المستويات الأربعة على تحليل الدراسة الأسلوبية لنص معيّن . ومن ثمّ قامت هذه الدراسة على تحليل ووصف دراسات الباحثين المنتقاة، سالكا فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومعززا لها ببعض الأمثلة، موافقا مرة وأخرى مصوبا بما يتضح من تفاصيل تلك الدراسات والمناهج المتبعة فيها كالمنهج الإحصائي، أو بما يتعلّق ببعض المصطلحات التي وردت في بعضها، وكذلك بيان دلالة التضاد والتقابل ودلالة تكثيف بعض المفردات وغيرها من الدلالات التي ترسم لنا صورة فريدة وأسلوب مميّز، وقد سُبِقت دراسة النماذج المنتقاة بمقدمة ولحق بها خاتمة أودعت فيها إيجازا بأهم النتائج .

Abstract

This research aims to shed light on the provisions related to the legal system of control exercised by the administration over economic organization during financial crises. This topic was studied by addressing the concept of economic activity and then explaining the forms of control over the organization of the economy and the areas related to it and the scope of the state’s actual intervention to achieve economic stability. The practice of economic activities by institutions and competent authorities has a significant impact on the progress of countries, as exposure to economic and financial crises leads to an impact on all fields and scopes. In conclusion, the study was summarized into a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which is that the administration should be considered one of the most prominent entities that is greatly and directly affected by the economic policies followed in the institutions to which it is affiliated, which requires it to exercise a highly effective regulatory and supervisory role in managing the affairs of the economy and organizing it in a proper manner which limits the financial crises that occur and the effects that result from them.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الأحكام المتعلقة بالنظام القانوني للرقابة التي تمارسها الإدارة على التنظيم الاقتصادي خلال الأزمات المالية، وتم دراسة هذا الموضوع من خلال التطرق إلى بيان مفهوم النشاط الاقتصادي ومن ثم بيان أشكال الرقابة على تنظيم الاقتصاد والمجالات المتعلقة بها ونطاق تدخل الفعلي للدولة لتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي.وإن ممارسة الأعمال الاقتصادية من قبل المؤسسات و الجهات المختصة له أثر كبير على تقدم الدول، حيث إن التعرض للأزمات الاقتصادية والمالية يؤدي إلى التأثير على كافة المجالات والنطاقات. وفي الختام لخصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، من أهمها أن تعتبر الإدارة من ابرز الكيانات التي تتأثر بشكل كبير ومباشر بالسياسات الاقتصادية المتبعة في المؤسسات التي تتبع لها، الأمر الذي يوجب عليها ممارسة دور تنظيمي و رقابي ذو فاعلية كبيرة في تسيير أمور الاقتصاد وتنظيمه بالشكل الذي يحد من الأزمات المالية التي تتم و الآثار التي تنتج عنها

The impact of climate change indicators on the spread of joint diseases and rheumatism in Dhi Qar Governorate

Abstract

The study examines the impact of climate change on the spread of some diseases in Thi- Qar Province through collecting and analyzing data about various weather elements and phenomena of some monitoring stations ( Nasiriyah ) for a high-temperature climatic cycle of 78 years (1941-2018). It is divided into seven consecutive and different time periods , 1941-1951, 1952-1962, and 1963-1973 , 1974-1984 , 1985-1995 , 1996-2006 , 2007-2018 . These elements and phenomena are solar radiation , temperatures (maximum and minimum), wind (Dust storm, rising dust, suspended dust), and the thermal extremes phenomenon (heat and cold waves) The research aims to reveal the reality of trends in climate of the province of thi qar , and find out the reality of the general trend of the elements of climatic different by relying on a series of evidence statistical number of climatic variables for the meteorological station in Nasiriyah especially temperature , wind speed , relative humidity and rainfall , and extreme dust The most important results of the research showed that temperatures trending upward in sync with a clear reduction in the amount of relative humidity and rainfall which threatens a sharp repeating the phenomenon of drought in the future . The research study has found that the City of Nasiriyah ranked first in human diseases for the period 2011-2020, as the reasons for this level of diseases include that Nasiriyah is subject to the recurrence of dusty weather phenomena due to its proximity to the Western Desert Plateau, as well as the lack of cultivated and water-covered areas. This city witnesses serious air pollutions due to the concentration of a large number of factories located near inhabited areas, as well as, the spread of brick factories in the regions of the city, such as, brick factories in the area of El-Islah. This is in addition to the building projects, deterioration of public services, sewage overflow, the spread of epidemics and insects harmful to human health, other climatic environmental pollutants, such as the spread of pollen, plant scents and air allergens, which contributed to the increase in the severity of skin diseases, climate eyes, arthritis and respiratory allergies. The city of Al-Shatra ranked second in the number of people with climatic diseases, Al-Rifai ranked third with infected cases, Souk Al-Shuyoukh ranked fourth, and finally Al-Jibayish ranked fifth and last in people with climatic human diseases for the period 2009-2018 in Dhi-qar province due to the same geographical, climatic, medical, and environmental causes indicated earlier.

توصلت الدراسة إلى إن مؤشرات التغير المناخي الشهري والسنوي لها اثر في انتشار امراض المفاصل والروماتيزم التي تصيب الإنسان في محافظة ذي قار ويتضح من خلال جمع وتحليل تغير الخصائص المناخية المختلفة الشهرية والسنوية لمحطة ( الناصرية ) الأساسية لمحافظة ذي قار ( منطقة الدراسة ) لدورة مناخية كبرى أمدها ثمانية وسبعون سنة للمدة (1941-2018) قسمت على سبع دورات مناخية صغرى بواقع 11 سنة لكل دورة باستثناء الدورة السابعة 12 سنة هي 1941-1951 ومن 1952-1962 ومن 1963-1973 ومن 1974-1984 ومن 1985-1995 ومن 1996-2006 ومن 2007-2018 ، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع اتجاهات مناخ محافظة ذي قار ، ومعرفة واقع الاتجاه العام لعناصر المناخ المختلفة كالإشعاع الشمسي ، ودرجات الحرارة (العظمى والصغرى والاعتيادية ) والضغط الجوي والرياح ، والأمطار، والرطوبة ، فضلاً عن ظاهرة الغبار بأنواعه (عاصفة ترابية ، غبار متصاعد، غبار عالق) وظاهرة التطرف الحراري (موجات الحر والبرد ) ، من خلال الاعتماد على سلسلة من البيانات الإحصائية لعدد من المتغيرات المناخية لمحطة الأرصاد الجوية في الناصرية الممثلة لمحافظة ذي قار ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن قضاء الناصرية احتل المرتبة الأولى بالإمراض التي تصيب المفاصل والروماتيزم ، إذ إن الأسباب التي جعلته يحتل المرتبة الأولى بالأمراض المشمولة بالدراسة منها تعرض قضاء الناصرية لتكرار ظواهر الجو الغبارية لقربه من الهضبة الغربية الصحراوية ، فضلاً عن قلة المساحات المزروعة والمغطاة بالمياه ، ويشهد القضاء تلوثاً جويا خطيراً لتركز أكبر عدد من المصانع التي تقع بالقرب من المناطق المأهولة بالسكان وانتشار معامل الطابوق في نواحي القضاء مثل معامل طابوق ناحية الإصلاح ، وأيضاً حملات الأعمار وتردي الخدمات وطفح مياه الصرف الصحي وانتشار الأوبئة والحشرات الضارة بالصحة البشرية وغيرها من العوامل المناخية والبيئية والملوثات الجوية الأخرى مثل انتشار حبوب اللقاح وأريج النباتات والمتحسسات الجوية أسهمت في زيادة حدة الإصابة بالأمراض التي تصيب المفاصل والروماتيزم والعظم والنخاع ، واحتل قضاء الشطرة المرتبة الثانية بإعداد المصابين بالإمراض المشمولة بالدراسة ، وقضاء الرفاعي احتل المرتبة الثالثة بالمصابين وقضاء سوق الشيوخ احتل المرتبة الرابعة وقضاء الجبايش احتل المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة بإعداد المصابين بإمراض الإنسان التي تصيب المفاصل للمدة 2009-2018 في محافظة ذي قار للأسباب الجغرافية المناخية الطبية البيئية المتظافرة مع بعضها البعض نفسها .

Abstract

The process of parliamentary oversight in its sense, objectives and constitutional nature is an essential part of the State's regulatory system. It is the inherent competence of the Parliament to exercise it by means of control mechanisms that are ranked or not in a position of political responsibility entrusted to it in relation to the work of the Government, in order to ensure the democratization process as an expression of popular will. Its implementation was therefore a fundamental requirement of the people and politicians who called for the amendment of the Constitution and responded to it with the adoption of the Constitutional Amendment of 2020, which was the inevitable result of recent events in Algeria. The Constitutional founder tried to address imbalances, balance the powers and restore to Parliament, especially in its oversight function of government activity.

تعتبر عملية الرقابة البرلمانية بمفهومها و أهدافها و طبيعتها الدستورية جزءا أساسيا في النظام الرقابي للدولة ، فهي اختصاص أصيل للبرلمان يمارسه بواسطة آليات رقابية مرتبة أو غير مرتبة للمسؤولية السياسية مخولة له تجاه عمل الحكومة ، ضمانا لعملية إرساء الديمقراطية باعتباره معبرا عن الإرادة الشعبية. لذلك كان تفعيلها مطلبا أساسيا من المطالب الشعبية و السياسية التي دعت إلى تعديل الدستور واستجيب لها بصدور التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 الذي كان نتيجة حتمية للأحداث التي عاشتها الجزائر مؤخرا ، حيث حاول المؤسس الدستوري معالجة مواطن الخلل وتحقيق التوازن بين السلطات و إعادة الاعتبار للبرلمان خاصة في وظيفته الرقابية لنشاط الحكومة ، وكان من أهم المستجدات التي أضافها ضم الإستجواب للآليات التي ترتب مسؤولية سياسية للحكومة ، ورغم ذلك هناك العديد من النقائص في مجال الرقابة كان ينتظر منه معالجتها في هذا التعديل .

Abstract

Thanks be to God, Lord of all worlds Morphology is one of the most important and difficult sciences of the Arabic language. What shows its importance is that all those working in Arabic need it whenever they need it, because it is the standard of Arabic, and by it the consonants of speech are known. Therefore, in my research, I dealt with this Arabic morphology from the historical point of view, and I noted some of the opinions of the modernists who specialize in this science and who see the shortcomings of the ancient study that the ancients followed, which is called standardization. Therefore, my research came under the title (Arabic morphology and the problem of standardization) and it was intended to be in an introduction and two sections. And in conclusion, In the introduction, I discussed the definition of morphology and normativity linguistically and terminologically, and the differences of opinions in defining them. As for the first section, it included the concept of morphology under the title (Arabic morphology), and I began with the first person to mention this term, and the topic for which it was developed. Then I moved to the originator of morphology and the differences around it, while mentioning some of the opinions that were expressed regarding its importance and purpose. Then I moved on to mention the linguistic lessons, and the relationship between them, and mentioned the phonetic and morphological lessons according to the ancients and moderns, while mentioning the modern terminology of this science. The second section included the phenomenon of normativity, entitled (Normativity in the Arabic Lesson), and it began with the normative tendency. I delved into the core of the normative approach and the rules on which it is relied upon and which are far removed from description. I also pointed out the foundations on which normativity depends, such as (analogy and reasoning), which grammarians adopted and considered the basic foundation of Arabic grammar and its issues. I concluded my study by mentioning the normative problems and their causes by the hadith scholars, especially the opinions of the hadith scholars. Perfect, Hassan. These investigations were followed by a conclusion that revealed the most important results I reached, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.

يُعد علم الصرف من أهم علوم اللغة العربية وأصعبها، فهو بناء لبناتها، وبه ظهرت خصائصها وعجائب مكنوناتها، وقد أطبق الأولون وثلة من الآخرين على شرف التصريف من بين علوم العربية، فكان في جمهرتهم أشرف العلم وأحراهم بالتقديم، والذي يبين أهميته احتياج جميع المشتغلين بالعربية إليه أيما حاجة لأنه ميزان العربية وتعرف به ذوات الكلم، ويحتل المنزلة الأولى في خدمة هذه اللغة، ولا ضير في تقدم النحو على الصرف في كثير من المؤلفات، ولا يعكس ذلك قلة الاهتمام بالصرف فهو يمس الجانب الاول في التركيب والكلام وهو بنية الكلمة، لذا تناولت في بحثي هذا الصرف العربي من الوجهة التاريخية ونوهت إلى بعض آراء المحدثين الذي يختص بهذا العلم والذي يرى قصور الدراسة القديمة التي انتهجها القدماء والذي يطلق عليه المعيارية، لذا جاء بحثي بعنوان (الصرف العربي ومشكلة المعيارية) وقد نهج إلى أن يكون في تمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة، تناولت في التمهيد التعريف بالصرف والمعيارية لغة واصطلاحا، واختلاف الآارء في تعريفهما عند القدماء والمحدثين ، أما المبحث الأول فقد تضمن مفهوم علم الصرف تحت عنوان (الصرف العربي) وابتدأته بأول من ذكر هذا المصطلح، والموضوع الذي وضع له، ثم انتقلت الى واضع علم الصرف والاختلافات حوله مع ذكر بعض الآراء التي قيلت في أهميته وغايته، ثم انتقلت إلى ذكر الدروس اللغوية، والعلاقة بين الدرس النحوي والدرس الصرفي، والسبب من تقديم النحو عليه، ونوهت الى الدرس الصوتي والصرفي عند القدماء والمحدثين مع ذكر المصطلحات الحديثة التي صيغت لهذا العلم، واشتمل المبحث الثاني على ظاهرة المعيارية بعنوان (المعيارية في الدرس العربي) وابتدأته بالنزعة المعيارية، وعرجت في صلب المنهج المعياري والقواعد التي يعتمد عليها والذي ينأى بها عن الوصف، ونوهت أيضا إلى الأسس التي تعتمد عليها المعيارية كـ(القياس والتعليل) والتي اعتمدها النحاة واعتبروها الركيزة الأساسية لقواعد العربية ومسائلها، وختمت مبحثي هذا بذكر المشاكل المعيارية وأسبابها من قبل المحدثين لاسيما آراء تمام حسان، واعقبت هذه المباحث خاتمة أبانت عن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، والحمد لله رب العالمين

Abstract

At the beginning of the royal era, agriculture represented the most important economic sector, and through it the state was able to build its foundations, especially in the period that preceded the era of the discovery of oil. This contributed to the development of the agricultural sector. It was a major development and had positive impacts on life and the economy. Despite all the efforts made, agriculture continued to suffer from some problems, the most important of which were feudalism and the lack of farmers’ rights. Abstract

Anyone interested in Abbasid affairs will find that most of the Abbasid preachers had a deep knowledge of the factors of psychological arousal and enthusiasm among their recipients, as evidenced by the fact that they used various means to awaken enthusiasm in them and achieve moral and social integration with them in an attempt to make them submit to them. Preaching is considered a fertile source for that influence, so it became a main theme and a pulsating engine. For the continuity of discourse and persuasion; Without it, speech cannot exercise its moral role, especially since from the first days preaching rose with rhetoric for important and difficult matters. Thus, the sermon has increased in volume, strength, and clarification of the images that the preacher wants to convey to the listeners, so we find them drawing from that preaching and distinguishing it with features and characteristics according to each political and social stage, in keeping with and influenced by the Qur’anic style.By calling for good preaching in word and deed, we attempt in this research to monitor these cultural preaching manifestations among Abbasid preachers in the first Abbasid era, in order to understand their literary and psychological self, their contradictions, and to draw the distinctive features of their preaching texts and the implications they provide that may have directed the reader to what he does not realize. Because of the magic of her statement and the sweetness of her words.

The antioxidant Effect of Allicin Nanoparticles in Some Physiological Parameters in Hyperthyroidism Experimental Induced Female Rats

Abstract

The present study has been designed to investigate impact of allicin nano particles and methimazole on female rats with induction of the hyperthyroidism. The study has been conducted on adult female rats at the department of physiology and pharmacology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Al-Qadisiya University during the period extended from October 2022 and Feb. 2023. Fifty mature female rats (aged 90 days and weighted 150±10 g) have been randomly assigned to 5 equal groups (10 each), C: group was drenched orally with1 ml drinking water as control group T1,T2,T3 and T4 groups were drenched orally with thyroxine (300mg/kg of B.W dissolved in 1 ml distilled water for 28 days ) for hyperthyroidism induction, T2 group was drenched orally with methimazole (2.5 mg/kg of B.W dissolved in 1 ml distilled water for 30 days), T3 group was drenched orally with allicin nano particles (50 mg/kg of B.W dissolved in 1 ml distilled water for 30 days) and T4 group was drenched orally with methimazole and allicin nanoparticles for 30 days. At the end of experiment the animals were sacrificed and blood samples were taken from the heart, serum samples were separated from blood for assessment of Antioxidants (SOD, GSH, CAT and MDA) and Lipid profile (Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL and LDL). The results showed a significant difference (p<0.05) in MDA level between experimental groups increasing in T1 group as compared with control group while decreasing in T2,T3 and T4 groups as compared with T1.The results illustrated a significant difference (p<0.05) in body weight and antioxidants(SOD,GSH and CAT) between experimental groups represented by decreasing these parameters in T1 group as compared with control group, while increasing in T2,T3 and T4 groups as compared with T1. The levels of HDL, Cholesterol and Triglyceride decreased in T1 group as compared with control group while increased in T2,T3 and T4 groups as compared withT1 group. LDL level indicated a significant increase(p<0.05) in T1 group as compared with control group while decreased in T2,T3 and T4 groups as compared with T1 group.

تم تصميم الدراسة الحالية للتحري عن تأثير جسيمات الأليسين النانوية و عقار الميثيمازول على إناث الجرذان المستحدث فيها فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية. تم إجراء الدراسة على إناث الجرذان البالغة في فرع الفسلجة والادوية/ كلية الطب البيطري / جامعة القادسية خلال الفترة الممتدة من تشرين الاول 2022 الى شباط 2023. تم اخذ خمسين حيوان (بعمر 90 يومًا ووزن 150 ± 10 جم) وتقسيمها عشوائيًا الى خمسة مجموعات متساوية (10 حيوان في كل مجموعة). المجموعة : C جرعت بماء الشرب كمجموعة سيطرة, المجموعات T1 و T2 و T3 و T4تم تجريعها عن طريق الفم بالثيروكسين (300 ملغم/كغم من وزن الجسم مذابة في 1 مل من الماء المقطر لمدة 28 يومًا) لتحفيز فرط نشاط الغدة الدرقية. المجموعة T2 جرعت عن طريق الفم بالميثيمازول (2.5 ملغم/كغم من وزن الجسم مذابة في 1 مل من الماء المقطر لمدة 30 يومًا). المجموعة T3 جرعت عن طريق الفم بجزيئات الأليسين النانوية (50 ملغم/كغم من وزن الجسم مذابة في 1 مل من الماء المقطر لمدة 30 يومًا). المجموعة T4 جرعت عن طريق الفم بالميثيمازول وجزيئات الأليسين النانوية لمدة 30 يومًا. في نهاية التجربة، تم التضحية بالحيوانات وأخذ عينات الدم من القلب، وتم فصل عينات السيروم من الدم لتقييم مستويات مضادات الأكسدة (SOD و GSH و CAT) و MDA وصورة الدهون (الكولسترول والدهون الثلاثية و HDL و LDL). أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق معنوي (P<0.05) في مستوى MDA بين المجموعات التجريبية حيث زاد في المجموعة T1 مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة بينما انخفض في المجموعات T2 وT3 وT4 مقارنة مع. T1 وأظهرت النتائج وجود فرق معنوي (P<0.05) في وزن الجسم ومضادات الأكسدة (SOD,GSH,CAT) بين المجموعات التجريبية ممثلة بانخفاض هذه المعايير في مجموعة T1 مقارنة مع مجموعة السيطرة، في حين ارتفعت في مجموعات T2,T3 وT4 مقارنة مع T1 انخفضت مستويات HDL والكوليسترول والدهون الثلاثية في مجموعة T1 مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة بينما ارتفعت في مجموعات T2 وT3 وT4 مقارنة بالمجموعة T1. أشار مستوى LDL إلى ارتفاع معنوي (p<0.05) في المجموعة T1 مقارنة بمجموعة السيطرة بينما انخفض في المجموعات T2، T3 وT4 مقارنة بالمجموعةT1.

Abstract

This research highlights the titles of the caliphs and ministers of the Fatimid state in Egypt, which is considered one of the titles of the Fatimid Caliphate. Titles occupied a large part of the attention of the Fatimid caliphs in Egypt, and the Fatimid caliphs followed the path of the Abbasid caliphs in Baghdad in adopting titles, and the ministers took titles. Some of them chose them for themselves, and some of them were granted by the caliphs to their ministers in exchange for their loyalty to the Fatimid state. We also seek through research the strength of the titles of the Fatimid caliphs in Egypt in the era. The first Fatimid era, and the official titles of ministers entered a period of political conflict as they took titles for themselves in the second Fatimid era, which witnessed forms of diversity and pluralism at the expense of the Fatimid caliphs, which will be demonstrated through the pages of this modest research.

Abstract

The current research aims to find out the effect of the flipped classroom strategy on the achievement of students of the College of Education in the subject of the curriculum and the textbook. The researcher adopted the use of the same partial control for two equal groups consisting of (52) male and female students in the second stage, and they were randomly divided into two control groups that were taught in the traditional (usual) method, consisting of of (25) male and female students, and the second experimental study was taught using the flipped classroom strategy, consisting of (27) male and female students. After applying the research procedures to the research sample, the arithmetic means, standard deviations and a t-test were extracted for the total scores of the sample members, and upon analysis Data: It was concluded that there were statistically significant differences in the achievement of the study sample in achievement due to the use of the flipped classroom strategy and in favor of the experimental group. In light of the results, the research concluded with several recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are:
1- Using the flipped classroom strategy, especially in the newly established scientific and humanities colleges, to overcome the difficulties and obstacles facing students.
2- There is an interest in creating many educational sites on the World Wide Web (the Internet) to allow teachers and students to benefit from this technology.

يهدف البحث الحالي لمعرفة أثر استراتيجية الصف المقلوبة في تحصيل طلبة كلية التربية في مادة المنهج والكتاب المدرسي ، اعتمدت الباحثة استخدام ذات الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين متكافئتين مؤلفة من (52) طالباً و طالبة المرحلة الثانية وتم تقسيمهم عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين ضابطة دُرست بالطريقة التقليدية ( الاعتيادية) مكونة من (25) طالباً وطالبة, والثانية التجريبية دُرست باستعمال استراتيجية الصف المقلوب مكونة من (27) طالباً وطالبة، وبعد تطبيق إجراءات البحث على عينة البحث , تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية , والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (t-test) للعلامات الكلية لأفراد العينة ، وعند تحليل البيانات تم التوصل إلى : وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التحصيل لعينة الدراسة في التحصيل تعزى إلى استعمال استراتيجية الصف المقلوب ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية ، وفي ضوء النتائج خلص البحث إلى عدة توصيات ومقترحات أهمها:
1- استخدام استراتيجية الصف المقلوب وخاصةً في الكليات العلمية والانسانية المستحدثة لتجاوز الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه الطلبة.
2- لاهتمام با نشاء الكثير من المواقع التعليمية على الشبكة العالمية ( الإنترنت) بما يتيح استفادة التدريسين والطلبة من هذه التقنية.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to discuss the transformations of discourse in Quranic readings from presence to absence at the level of a single signification. It became evident that the discursive transformation resulted in a new signification, different from the original one. As a result of this transformation and semantic change, the readings of the Quran changed. When the reading shifted from presence to absence, the signification also shifted from presence to absence. In other words, the reading changed from the letter of address to the letter of absence. This is because the meanings of words change with the change in discourse. Meaning is closely linked to the concept intended to be conveyed through discourse, and this meaning is influenced by the linguistic context. This demonstrates that meaning and signification are closely connected, as signification is determined through meaning and context.

هدفت هذه الدراسة بالحديث عن تحولات الخطاب في القراءات القرآنية من الحضور الى الغيبة على مستوى الدلالة المفردة فقط , حيث اتضح ان التحول الخطابي قد بخرج دلالة جديدة غير الدلالة الاساسية ونتيجة هذا التحول والتغير الدلالي هو قراءات القراء فعندما تحولت القراءة من الحضور الى الغيبة تحولت معها الدلالة من الحضور الى الغيبة اي تحولت القراءة من تاء المخاطبة الى ياء الغيبة ويقصد بالدلالة المفردة هو المعنى الذي تحمله اللفظة الواردة في سياق النص القرآني والذي اثر فيها التحول الخطابي وذلك لأن معاني الكلمات تتغير بتغير الخطاب وذلك لأن المعنى مرتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالمفهوم الذي يراد إيصاله من خلال الخطاب وهذا المعنى يتأثر بالسياق اللغوي , ويتضح من هذا ان المعنى والدلالة مرتبطان بشكل وثيق حيث يتم تحديد الدلالة من خلال المعنى والسياق.

Abstract

The research aimed to reveal psychological distress and its relationship to the management of emotions among students of the College of Education for the academic year (2023-2024) and to identify the significance of the statistical differences according to the following gender variable. A tool for distress and a tool for managing emotions were prepared for the above purpose, and after extracting the apparent validity, discriminatory power, and stability, the first tool settled in its final form. The second tool was based on (38) items, and the following statistical methods were used in processing the data: the t-test for one sample, the t-test for two independent samples, chi-square, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The researcher reached the following results: Low level of psychological distress among students. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological distress between the average scores of the sample members according to the gender variable. Possessing a good level of the emotion management scale. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members according to the gender variable and male advantage. There is an inverse relationship. Between psychological distress and emotional management. Through the results reached by the researcher, he presented a number of recommendations and proposals.

استهدف البحث الكشف عن المحنة النفسية وعلاقتها بادارة الانفعالات لدى طلبة الكلية التربوية للسنة الدراسية (2023ــ 2024) والتعرف على دلالة الفروق الإحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس الاتي تم اعداد أداة للمحنة وأداة لادارة الانفعالات للغرض اعلاه وبعد استخراج الصدق الظاهري والقوة التمييزية والثبات استقرت الاداة الأولى في صيغتها النهائية على(30)فقرة أما الاداة الثانية استقرت بصورته النهائية من (38) فقرة، استخدم في معالجة البيانات الوسائل الإحصائية الاتية, الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة, الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين, مربع كاي, ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وقد دلت النتائج على انخفاض مستوى المحنة النفسية لدى الطلبة, لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المحنة النفسية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس, امتلاك مستوى جيد لمقياس ادارة الانفعالات , وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير الجنس والصالح الذكور ,توجد علاقة عكسية بين المحنة النفسية وادارة الانفعالات. ومن خلال النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث قدم عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

Variable damage is considered to be of a special nature because it carries within it circumstances that differ from those surrounding fixed or stable damage, and therefore the damage may change from time to time, whether that period is from the time the damage occurred to the time the compensation is awarded or even the period that follows the pronouncement of the judgment and then it changes. Damage: What will happen to that change after the ruling is issued? Of course, the Iraqi legislator did not explicitly refer to such a situation unless the judge could extract rulings from the texts relating to the damage and the circumstances referred to in the law, while giving discretionary authority to the judge of the matter to deal with such a type of damage.

يعتبر الضرر المتغير ذو طبيعة خاصة لكونه يحمل في طياته ظروف تختلف عن تلك التي تحيط بالضرر الثابت او المستقر , وبالتالي قد يتغير الضرر من وقت الى اخر سواء كانت تلك الفترة من وقت حصول الضرر الى وقت الحكم بالتعويض او حتى الفترة التي تلي النطق بالحكم ثم يتغير الضرر فما مصير ذلك التغيير بعد صدور الحكم؟ بطبيعة الحال لم يشر المشرع العراقي صراحتةً إلى مثل هكذا وضع إلا ان يمكن للقاضي استخلاص الاحكام من النصوص المنضمة للضرر والظروف الملابسة التي اشار اليها القانون مع اعطاء سلطة تقديرية لقاضي الموضوع لمعالجة مثل هكذا نوع من الضرر.

Abstract

Despite the multiplicity of means of pressure and surveillance, this was not beautiful in the face of their activity and effectiveness, as whenever they reached The authority has reached a clarity through which it expects to limit their contact with their bases, whenever they come up with new techniques and then on that participation, as it appears in practice by tracking the clear communication that the imams were clearly interested in communicating with poets because of their appreciation of the importance of poetry, its role in the media, and its ability to convey the relevant issues.

Abstract

Based on the methodology of the purified Sunnah and its benefits for all humanity, the research addressed the issue of the call to security and safety, and established its goals from a modern perspective on the basis of the noble hadiths reported from the Prophet Muhammad and his family (may God bless him and his family), as Islamic society in ancient and contemporary times has deteriorated greatly, in which the scales have been turned. Corruption and chaos prevailed, and injustices appeared in all aspects of life. Because of the lack of security, the spread of misguidance, and ideological deviation, which raised fear among societies, the research turned to include the conducive to security and safety in the purified Sunnah, and because it is of great importance in the requirements of man’s journey and his presence on earth, it is assumed that the lives of people in their societies are organized, with all meanings of security, peace, and stability. And harmony, because their Creator guided them to what He sees and benefits them. So why do the motives of evil and the fear that follows it prevail in the behavior of creatures? Is there a weakness in people's ability to ignore the temptations of devils? Are the requirements of security and stability, and the endeavors that lead to them, not consistent with what the Creator wants from his creation? These matters were approved in the course of the research, which was titled: The Concept of Security in the Purified Sunnah, which it divided into four axes, then the conclusion with the most important results, and a list of sources and references that were adopted in this research.

انطلاقاً من منهجية السُنَّة المُطهرة ومنافعها للبشرية جمعاء عالج البحث مسألة الدعوة إلى الأمْن والأمان, وأسس مراميه من منظور حديثي على أساس الأحاديث الشريفة الواردة عن النبي محمد وآله (صلى الله عليه وآله) , إذ أن المجتمع الإسلامي قديماً ومعاصرةً تدهور تدهوراً كبيراً, قُلبَت فيه الموازينَ, وساد فيه الفساد والفوضى, وظهرت فيه المظالم في كل جوانب الحياة؛ بسبب انعدام الأمْن وتفشي الضلالة, والانحراف العقدي, مما أثار الخوف في وسط المجتمعات فاتجه البحث ليشمل مفضيات الأمْن والأمان في االسُّنَةِ المُطهرة, ولأنه من الأهمية بمكان في متطلبات مسيرة الإنسان, ووجوده في الأرض, فيفترض أنْ تنتظم حياة النّاس في مجتمعاتهم, بكلِّ معاني الأمْن والسلام والاستقرار, والوئام, لأنَّ خالقهم هداهم لما يبصرهم وينفعهم, فلماذا تطغى في سلوك المخلوق دوافع الشّر, وما يتبعه من خوفٍ؟ فهل هُناك ضعف في قدرة النّاس على تجاهل مغريات الشياطين؟ وهل متطلبات الأمْن والاستقرار وما تفضي إليه من مساعٍ, لا تتفق مع ما يريده الخالق من مخلوقه؟ تلك الأمور تمَّ إقرارها في مجريات مسارات البحث: الذي حدّد عنوانه: مفهوم الأمْن في السُّنَة المُطهرة, والذي وطناه في أربعة محاور, ثمَّ الخاتمة بأهم النتائج، وأردفت قائمة من المصادر والمراجع التي أّعتِمدت في هذا البحث.

Abstract

The research on the Algiers Agreement 1975 has many dimensions, foremost of which is the excessive rights of Iraq in the Shatt al-Arab, so I tried to touch as much as possible on certain topics that we mostly have and carry accurate perceptions of their realities, there is no study, for example, on the Algiers Agreement or its subtleties and the previous secret talks, the research aims to shed a light on the disclosure of the subtleties of negotiations and the position of Iraqi parties close to power or opposition, and the position of some Arab and international countries of the agreement in light of what was covered in their press. The research raised the presentation of the provisions of the agreement that imposed Iraq's rights in half of the Shatt al-Arab, and concluded the research with a statement of the impact of the Algiers Agreement on the internal situation of Iraq, and the position of Arab and foreign countries on the Algiers Agreement 1975 through its press.The Iraqi-Iranian relations have not witnessed stability as they did after the signing of the Algiers Agreement, which melted the differences in relations and the long era, because it gave what Iran aspires to in exchange for ending the Kurdish insurgency, which drained the strength of the Iraqi state, and with the arrival of the second Baath of power, which tried to reform the internal political, economic and social - The international powers find it an opportunity to intervene in Iraqi affairs, including (the United States of America) through the Shah of Iran, who was preparing a bridge to supply the Kurds with weapons, and the Baath also used the last paper after the weapon of force was exhausted, namely negotiations, and there was a series of mediations between Iraq and Iran dating back to the beginning ۱۹۷۰ which culminated in the Algiers Agreement of 1975, which remained under the auspices of Algeria in order to implement the terms of the agreement, perhaps one of the most prominent results of which ended the deteriorating relations between Baghdad and Tehran for decades.

ان البحث في اتفاقية الجزائر ۱۹۷۵ له ابعاد كثيرة في مقدمتها تفريط الحقوق العراق في شط العرب، لذا حاولت التطرق قدر المستطاع الى مواضيع معينة لدينا في الغالب وتحمل تصورات دقيقة عن حقائقها، فلا توجد على سبيل المثال دراسة تناولت اتفاقية الجزائر او خفاياها وما سبقتها من محادثات سرية، يرمى البحث تسليط الضوء على كشف خفايا المفاوضات وموقف الاحزاب العراقية القريبة من السلطة أو المعارضة، وموقف بعض الدول العربية والدولية من الاتفاقية في ضوء ما تم تناوله في صحافتها. وأثار البحث في عرض بنود الاتفاقية التي فرطت بحقوق العراق في نصف شط العرب، واختتم البحث ببيان أثر اتفاقية الجزائر في الوضع الداخلي للعراق، وموقف الدول العربية والأجنبية من اتفاقية الجزائر 1975 من خلال صحافتها. لم تشهد العلاقات العراقية الايرانية استقراراً كما شهدته عقب توقيع اتفاقية الجزائر التي اذابت حدة الخلافات في العلاقات والحقبة طويلة كونها اعطت ما تطمح اليه ایران مقابل انهاء التمرد الكردي الذي استنزف قوة الدولة العراقية، وبوصول البعث الثاني للسلطة الذي حاول اصلاح الأوضاع الداخلية السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية الترميم صورته أمام الشعب، وعليه كانت في الحقيقة اتفاقية الجزائر نتيجة الحرب الشمال مع الحركة الكردية المسلحة فأيقنت الحكومة العراقية بأنه لا جدوى من التفاهم السلمي - العسكري لإنهاء القضية الكردية التي اقلقت مضاجع الحكومات العراقية المتعاقبة، لتجدها القوى الدولية فرصة للتدخل في الشأن العراقي ومنها (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية) عن طريق شاه ايران الذي كان يعد جسراً لمد الاكراد بالسلاح، وكذلك استخدم البعث آخر ورقة بعد ان استنفذ سلاح القوة وهي المفاوضات وكانت هناك سلسلة من الوساطات بين العراق وايران تعود لبداية ۱۹۷۰ والتي توجت باتفاقية الجزائر 1975 والتي بقيت تحت رعاية الجزائر من اجل تنفيذ بنود الاتفاقية ولعل من ابرز نتائجها انهت العلاقات المتردية بين بغداد وطهران لعقود طويلة.

Which Is More Melancholic "The Solitary Reaper" or "The Lady of Shalott"

Abstract

According to Ruth Parkin Gounelas, melancholy is endemic inside all beings but in some situations, especially those of losses, it can be converted into creative emergence or process. In her Literature and Psychoanalysis: Intertextual Readings (2000), Gounelas returns to Freud's theory of mourning and also adopts the opinion of the psychologist Melanie Klein who refers to the idea that language starts with depression going in line with mourning. Klein also thinks that creative products or activities are tendencies to repair what is destroyed by destructive internal or external elements. (Gounelas 56 ) . This paper tries to apply this psychoanalytic opinion concerning literature on two of the most famous English poems: "The Solitary Reaper"(1807) by William Wordsworth (1770-1850) and " The Lady of Shalott" (1833) by Alfred Tennyson (1809 –1892). It aims at showing who is more effective in showing his melancholy.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the roles of vocational education teachers in promoting digital citizenship values among their students from the teachers' own perspectives. It also seeks to explore statistically significant differences in their views based on gender (male, female) and academic achievement variables (bachelor's degree – postgraduate studies). The research is limited to male and female teachers of the Vocational Education Department at the General Directorate of Education in Dhi Qar Governorate for the academic year (2023 – 2024). To achieve the research objective, the researcher relied on the following:
1- Utilizing the descriptive analytical method to investigate the roles of vocational education teachers in promoting digital citizenship values among their students from the teachers' own perspectives.
2- Developing a questionnaire based on an open question to understand the teachers' opinions on the concept of digital citizenship and the teachers' role in enhancing it among their students. Based on their responses and after reviewing literature and previous studies, the questionnaire was finalized after verifying its validity and reliability, consisting of (22) items.
Furthermore, the researcher applied the questionnaire to the primary research sample of (120) teachers from the Vocational Education Department in Dhi Qar Education. The research found several key results:
1- The existence of roles for vocational education teachers in enhancing digital citizenship among their students from the teachers' own perspectives was rated (high) on the questionnaire items.
2- No statistically significant differences were found in the research sample's responses to the questionnaire based on the gender variable (male – female). In light of the research results, the researcher offered a number of recommendations and suggestions.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة أدوار مدرسي التعليم المهني في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبتهم من وجهة نظر المدرسين أنفسهم، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في وجهات نظرهم تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور، أناث) ومتغير التحصيل الأكاديمي (بكالوريوس – دراسات عليا). ويتحدد البحث الحالي بمدرسي ومدرسات قسم التعليم المهني في المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة ذي قار للعام الدراسي (2023 – 2024). ولتحقيق هدف البحث اعتمد الباحث على ما يأتي:
1- استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في البحث عن أدوار مدرسي التعليم المهني في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبتهم من وجهة نظر المدرسين أنفسهم.
2- إعداد استبانة بالاعتماد على تقديم سؤال مفتوح لمعرفة آراء المدرسين والمدرسات في مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية ودور المدرسين في تعزيزها لدى طلبتهم، وفي ضوء إجاباتهم وبعد الاطلاع على الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة تمَّ بناء الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية بعد التثبت من شروط الصدق والثبات لتتكون من (22) فقرة، واستكمالاً لذلك طبّق الباحث الاستبانة على عينة البحث الأساسية البالغة (120) مدرساً ومدرِّسةً من قسم التعليم المهني في تربية محافظة ذي قار. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:
1- وجود أدوار لمدرسي ومدرسات التعليم المهني في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبتهم من وجهة نظر المدرسين أنفسهم بمستوى تقدير (مرتفعة) عن فقرات الاستبانة.
2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة البحث على الاستبانة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور – أناث). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

Pre-Islamic literature was closely associated with Bedouin, and derived its identity and artistic characteristics from it. Whoever reads the poetic blog finds it full of manifestations of Bedouin, and finds a lively interaction between man and his surroundings , and this is due to the persistence and isolation of the desert environment, the barrenness of nature forced the Bedouin to center around the tribe in which he found the permanence and survival of his life. Barrenness also imposed on him holding into material things that ensure his existence and qualify him to face the harsh environment, so the camel, the tent and the water were the most valuable thing that the Bedouin ward off the danger of annihilation and death, so he stationed around it and derived from them his living methods and culture (because the environmental component is the most established component in the emergence and development of human consciousness and culture), so Bedouin was considered a prominent feature of the Arabs of Jahiliyyah, from which they gained their character, behavior and culture. Literature had a share of it. Bedouin had a great place in the critical system , as it was derived from a literary standard and scales that had an active role in documenting and evaluating poetic texts. Critics made the Bedouin words and meanings equivalent to the concept of purity and literary integrity. They also made the pre-Islamic expressive methods a balance for the Bedouin of poetic texts . Early critics told the methods of Jahiliyya poetry and its methods of expression with their tastes and knowledge. With these queens, they were able to separate Bedouin poetry from urban and produced poetry.

ارتبطَ الادبُ الجاهلي ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالبداوة، واستمدَ هويتَه وخصائصه الفنية منها. ومن يَطَّلِعُ على المدونة الشعرية يجدها حافلة بمظاهر البداوة، ويجد تفاعلاً حياً بين الانسان ومحيطه.ومرد ذلك استحكام البيئة الصحراوية وانعزالها، فقد فرضَ قحلُ الطبيعة على البدو التمركز حول القبيلة التي وجدوا فيها ديمومة وبقاء حياتهم. كما فرض عليهم القحل التسمك بالأشياء المادية التي تضمن وجودهم وتؤهلهم لمواجهة البيئة القاسية، فكانت الناقة والخيمة والماء اثمن ما يَدْرَأ به البدو خطر الفناء والنفود فتمركزوا حلوها واستمدوا منها اساليب معيشتهم وثقافتهم (لان المكون البيئي أرسخ المكونات في نشأة وتطور وعي الانسان وثقافته) لذلك عُدَتْ البداوةُ سمة بارزة لعربِ الجاهلية اكتسبوا منها طباعهم وسلوكهم وثقافتهم. وكان للأدب نصيب منها فقد حَظِيتْ البداوة بمكانةٍ كبيرة في المنظومةِ النقدية بما استمدَتْ من معايير ومقاييس ادبية كان لها دور فاعل في توثيقِ النصوصِ الشعريةِ وتقييمِها ،اذ جعلَ النقادُ من بداوةِ الالفاظِ والمعانِي معادلاً لمفهومِ النقاءِ والسلامةِ الادبيةِ، كما جعلوا من الاساليب التعبيرية الجاهلية ميزاناً لبداوةِ النصوصِ الشعريةِ ، اذ خَبِرَ النقادُ الاوائلُ اساليبَ الشعرِ الجاهلِي وطرقِ تعبيره بما يمتلكون من ذائقةٍ ودرايةٍ معرفيةٍ،واستطاعُوا بهذهِ الملكاتِ فصل الشعرِ البدوي عن الشعرِ الحضرِي والمولدِ.

Abstract

Peace in Islam is the rule, and war is a necessity imposed by certain circumstances that are necessary to complete the call to God, the One and Only, and to preserve human dignity and freedom. There is no doubt that when God Almighty initiated jihad and gave permission for it, it was for reasons that were originally defensive, as it defends noble rights and goals and Islam. A conqueror and universal in himself due to his consistency with nature and the simplicity of his teachings. This explains the speed of his spread and people’s embrace of him, even Christians, despite the fact that they were divine laws that were spread in various ways under the name of proselytization. Since the Orientalists searched in Islamic history for different purposes and goals, they accused the Islamic conquest of having been achieved through force, coercion, etc. It is nothing but an expansionist movement, the primary goal of which is the spoils and wealth of the countries neighboring the Islamic State, forgetting the methods of evangelism that have affected the Christians themselves and the rest of the peoples whom they used as an excuse to proselytize.

Abstract

This research is an attempt to study the relationship between the effectiveness of monitoring the constitutionality of laws and the concept of constitutional alliance and starting from that point to the development of the concept of violation within the scope of constitutional judiciary after it adhered to the letter of the constitutional texts as a basis for violation and positive action as its scope. If its rulings move to another scope, it finds its basis. In the principles and values that transcend the constitutional texts, on the one hand, they excelled, and in researching abstention when it independently embodies a constitutional violation, the researcher finds that clarifying the violation by the constitutional judiciary has become subject to standards that are not related to the constitutional text itself, but rather to the foundations on which that text is based, which is a serious issue. يعد هذا البحث محاولة لدراسة العلاقة بين فاعلية الرقابة على دستورية القوانين ومفهوم المحالفة الدستورية والانطلاق من تلك النقطة الى التطور في مفهوم المخالفة في نطاق القضاء الدستوري بعد ان كان يتمسك بحرفية النصوص الدستورية كأساس للمخالفة وبالعمل الايجابي كنطاق لها، اذا انتقلت احكامه الى نطاق اخر يجد اساسه في المبادئ والقيم التي تفوق النصوص الدستورية سموا من جهة ، وفي البحث في الامتناع عندما يجسد بشكل مستقل مخالفة دستورية، ليجد الباحث ان استجلاء المخالفة من قبل القضاء الدستوري بات يخضع لمعايير لا تتعلق بالنص الدستوري ذاته انما بالأسس التي يقوم عليها ذلك النص ، وهي مسألة بالغة الاهمية في نطاق فاعلية الرقابة الدستورية .

Abstract

A reader of Al-Hutai'ah's poetry would not find what he is used to find in Arabic poetry in terms of fixed values, themes, or meanings. Perhaps this is the reason why critics have labeled his poetry evil and vile, whose author has departed from the traditional path of hospitality, ascription culture, and honoring families, kings, and caliphs. This research seeks to understand Al-Hutay’ah’s poetry in a way that challenges critics and chronicles. It is hard for a researcher to enter into a poem or collection empty-minded of what previously learned and studied. Nonetheless, we will make this clear conflict between letting go prejudices and then committing to integrate these prejudices into our thinking as an interpretive method for understanding al-Hutai'ah's poetry. Our focus will be on the tragic side of his poetry — a side which has manifested itself clearly in a group of topics, which can be summarized as follows: good and evil, the ethics of obedience, pessimism and optimism, satire, body and mind, and poetic violence. We will then relate these topics to questions like, what are the qualities that have been given to al-Huttay’ah’s poetry then and now? How is his poetry any different? What is the reason that drives the poet to such bleak picture?
The research ends with a number of conclusions that can be learned while reading and analyzing the texts, perhaps most noticeably is that the satirized ego in al-Hutay’ah’s poetry was hardly marked by an evil propensity, and that ancient Arab criticism has read al-Hutay’ah beyond the boundaries of its poetic text.

لا يجد قارئُ شعر الحطيئة ما تعوّد أن يجده في الشّعر العربي من قيمٍ ثابتة أو موضوعات أو معان ثابتة أيضاً، ربّما هذه الميزة كانت السبب وراء نظرة النّقاد إلى هذا الشّعر بأنّه شعرُ شرّ ولؤم، وبأنّه شعرٌ انحرف به صاحبه عن طريق الشّعراء من كرم الضيف، والفخر بالحسب والنسب، وعدم هجاء الأهل والملوك والخلفاء، وهذا البحث سوف يجهد نفسه إلى فهم شعر الحطيئة خارج كلام النّقاد وكتب الأخبار، وإنّه لأمرٌ صعبٌ أن تفرغ ذهنك تماماً –كباحث- قبل الدخول إلى قصيدةِ شاعرٍ أو ديوانه مما تعلمته ودرسته سابقاً؛ وسوف نجعلُ من هذا التّعارض القائم بين عملية التخلي عن الأحكام المسبقة ثم ضم هذه الأحكام مرّة أخرى إلى تفكيرنا طريقة تأويليّة لفهم شعر الحطيئة، وسينصبُ تركيزنا على الجانب التراجيدي في شعره، وهو جانبٌ يتّضحُ بشكلٍ واضحٍ في شعر الحطيئة عن طريق مجموعة موضوعاتٍ، ويمكن تلخيصها بما يأتي: قيمتا الخير والشّر، أخلاق الطاعة، التّشاؤم والتّفاؤل، الهجاء، الجسد والعقل، العنف الشّعريّ، ثم نحاولُ أن نربطَ أثر هذه الموضوعات على الأوصاف التي لحقت شعر الحطيئة في القديم والحديث؟ وما المختلف في شعره؟ وما السبب الذي جعل الشّاعر بهذه الصورة التشاؤميّة؟ ينتهي البحثُ إلى جملة نتائج يمكن معرفتها أثناء قراءة النّصوص المدروسة في هذا البحث، لعلّ أبرزها أن هجاء الانا عند الحطيئة لم يكن وليد نزعة شريرة، وإن النّقد العربي القديم قرأ الحطيئة خارج نصّه الشّعري.

Abstract

The method of politeness is important in our social life, as it strengthens relationships between speakers, takes into account feelings, and reduces the strength of the impact of the word on the recipient.
Through our study, we learned about the extent to which the poets of the Umayyad era used their poetry to express the disgust or fear that was on their minds through symbolism and suggestion, which is the most effective expression. In addition to knowing what is meant by elegance and how it was used by poets of an era characterized by sophistication and civilization, The poets of the Umayyad era used images of nature as euphemisms to approximate and convey the emotional state of the recipient to influence him.
The most euphemistic terms were (the crow denotes pessimism - the sea denotes limitless generosity - the rope denotes connection - and the dream denotes sobriety).
The poets proved, by their kindness, how civilized they were in this style.
The researcher adopted the analytical approach to study this method. The study included four sections in addition to the introduction and conclusion:
The first section included: the nature of kindness, its causes and means
The second section: includes the situations that the speaker intends to use as a polite method
The third section: includes an overview of the Umayyad era
The fourth section: It included examples of the style of elegance of the poets of the Umayyad era, confirming with these examples the extent of the poets of that era’s civility in their elegance, whether it was optimism, pessimism, glorification, or contempt for the recipient.

لا سلوب التلطف أهمية في حياتنا الاجتماعية إذ يقوي العلاقات بين المتكلمين ويراعي المشاعر ويخفف قوة أثر اللفظة في المتلقي تعرفنا بدراستنا هذه عن مدى تلطف شعراء العصر الأموي في أشعارهم للتعبير عن ما يجول في خواطرهم من اشمئزاز أو خوف بالرمز والايحاء وهو أبلغ تعبير ، فضلا عن معرفة المقصود بالتلطف وكيفية توظيفه من قبل شعراء عصر امتاز بالرقي والتحضر، فقد استعان شعراء العصر الأموي باسلوب التلطف بصور من الطبيعة للتقريب ولنقل الحالة الشعورية للمتلقي للتأثير فيه.وأكثر الألفاظ تلطفا كانت في (الغراب الدال على التشاؤم ـــ و البحر للدلالة على الكرم الذي لاحدود له ــــ والحبل للدلالة على الوصل ـــــ والحلم للدلالة على الرزانة ).أثبت الشعراء بتلطفهم مدى تحضرهم بهذا الاسلوب .إعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التحليلي لدراسة هذا الاسلوب فشملت الدراسة أربعة مباحث إضافة إلى المقدمة والخاتمة : تضمن المبحث الأول : ماهية التلطف وأسبابه ووسائله
أما المبحث الثاني : شمل المواقف التي يعمد لها المتكلم لاسلوب التلطف
والمبحث الثالث: تضمن نبذه عن العصر الأموي
والمبحث الرابع : : شمل نماذج عن اسلوب التلطف لشعراء العصر الاموي مؤكدة بتلك النماذج مدى تحضر شعراء ذلك العصر في تلطفهم سواء كان تفاءلا او تشاؤما او تعظيما او تحقيرا للمتلقي .

The semantic difference between words with similar meanings in the Holy Qur’an

Abstract

The semantic difference is a linguistic phenomenon that has preoccupied scholars in ancient and modern times, and what is meant by it are those precise meanings that the linguist searches for between words with similar meanings, so he thinks they are synonymous. Because these meanings are hidden except to the most eloquent speakers of the language, this similarity in connotations and closeness in meanings was noticeable among the ancient Arabs, but with the passage of time and the length of the era; Due to the frequent use, these words developed, and people began to use them with one meaning, not paying attention to the subtle differences between them, nor taking into account the differences in them according to their origin in the language, out of neglect of them, or ignorance of them, so it was that several words were synonymous with one meaning as a result of the development in usage. The linguistic dictionary is sufficient to reveal these semantic peculiarities, and by tracing the Qur’anic usage, those special connotations become clear, that is, the Qur’anic context. The research included a definition of the concept of difference linguistically and terminologically. Then some words are defined, including: between two words that are close in general meaning and different in context and wording, and among them: between more than two words that are close in general meaning but different in context and wording. There are many words, but I will adopt examples of them. The research concluded with a conclusion that included its results, followed by a citation of the research’s sources and references.

الفرق الدلاليّ ظاهرة لغويّة شغلت الدّارسين قديمًا وحديثًا، ويراد منها تلك المعاني الدّقيقة التي يلتمسها اللغويّ بين الألفاظ المتقاربة المعاني، فيُظنُّ ترادفها؛ لخفاء تلك المعاني إلاّ على متكلمي اللغة الأقحاح، فقد كان هذا التّشابه في الدّلالات والتّقارب في المعاني ملحوظًا لدى العرب الأقدمين، بيد أنَّه بمرور الزّمن وطول العهد؛ ولكثرة الاستعمال تطوّرت هذه الألفاظ، وأصبح النَّاس يستعملونها بمعنى واحد، غير مكترثين لما بينها من فروق دقيقة، ولا مراعين التّباين فيها بحسب أصلها في اللغة، إهمالاً لها، أو جهلاً بها، فكان أنْ ترادفت ألفاظ عدّة على معنى واحد نتيجة التّطوّر في الاستعمال. والمعجم اللغويّ كفيل بالكشف عن تلك الخصوصيّات الدّلاليّة، ومن تتبّع الاستعمال القرآنيّ تتّضح تلك الدّلالات الخاصّة، أي السّياق القرآنيّ. اشتمل البحث على تعريف بمفهوم الفرق لغة واصطلاحًا؛ ومن ثَمَّ تحديد بعض الألفاظ، منها: بين لفظتين متقاربتي المعنى العام مختلفتي السّياق والسّبك، ومنها: بين أكثر من لفظتين متقاربات في المعنى العامّ مختلفات في السّياق والسّبك. والألفاظ كثيرة ولكني سأعتمد نماذج منها. وأختم البحث بخاتمة تتضمن نتائجه، أعقبها ثبت بمصادر البحث ومراجعه.

The Researcher has studied these Investigations in an Analytical and Evaluative manner, discussing them Scientifically and stating the Researcher's point of view regarding the paper's problem without derogating one of the Scientists or considering one than the other unless supported with evidence. Finally, the main results were displayed.

The research shows the importance of the fundamentalist rule, which is an approach followed by the mujtahid when deriving the legal ruling with the aim of not making mistakes. They are rules based on evidence, and they serve as a balance by which the scientific material is weighed, and through them he arrives at knowledge of the legal ruling, which is the basis for worldly and hereafter happiness, and the evidence for these rules. In this research, they are the verses of the stories in Surat Al-Kahf, which God, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned in his Holy Book, which is the first source of the original sources of legislation. The importance of these verses lies in people’s knowledge of the lessons and sermons from the stories that the Lord of Glory told us in His Holy Book. Abstract

Existence: a proven attribute of God Almighty and it is called the psychological attribute. Because it indicates the essence without anything additional to it, and Muslim scholars have followed many methods in researching proving the existence of God Almighty and belief in Him, and they have presented rational evidence of what God has revealed to them that supports what they went to, and supports their doctrinal thought, and they presented narrational evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. Honorable as well, it is worth noting that knowledge of God and proof of His existence is extremely apparent among those with sound common sense that is not tainted by the impurities of atheism, stubbornness, and denial. And those who deny the existence of the Creator; It was not because they denied his existence; Except for mere argumentation, arrogance, and atheism only, the rational proofs that will be mentioned indicate people of insight and deep thinking among the students of knowledge. الوجود : صفة ثبوتية لله تعالى وتسمى بالصفة النفسية ؛ لأنها تدل على الذات من دون شيء زائد عليها , وقد سار علماء المسلمين على طرائق كثيرة في البحث في إثبات وجود الله عز وجل والإيمان به , وقدّموا أدلة عقلية بما فتح الله لهم تؤيد ما ساروا إليه , وتؤيد فكرهم العقدي , وقدموا أدلة نقلية من الكتاب والسنة الشريفة أيضاً , فالجدير بالذكر أن معرفة الله  وإثبات وجوده في غاية الظهور عند أصحاب الفطرة السليمة التي لم تشوبها شوائب الإلحاد والعناد والإنكار , وإن الذين أنكروا وجود الخالق ؛ لم يكن لإنكارهم لوجوده ؛ إلا مجرد المجادلة والمكابرة والإلحاد فقط, فالبراهين العقلية التي ستذكر, تدل على أهل النظر , والفكر العميق من طلاب العلم, ويتضمن هذا البحث الاستدلال على وجود الله عز وجل ؛ ثم في الدور والتسلسل , ثم عن العلة والمعلول.

This study was based on a foreword and a prelude, which included the definition of Al-Qaida, and then three investigations; Its theme was as follows: First Research: Meaning of the Rule, then Second Research: Mention of the authenticity of the Rule in Fundamentalists, as well as within the Hanafi Doctrine, and Third Research: Mention the evolution of the inference of the Rule taking into account the order of evidence according to its appearance on the hands of tap scientists, and then conclude in some research findings and prospects.Allah asks his writer, his reader aid and payment, thank God the Lord of the two worlds, and may Allah pray and hand over our Prophet Muhammad, Allah, his companions and followers.

فهذه دراسة متواضعة من الباحث: سالم القرني، عنيت باستقراء الدَّليل عند السَّادة الحنفية في قاعدة من قواعد حروف المعاني؛ وهي قاعدة: ("الفاء" للوصل والتَّعقيب)، بعد إثبات حجيتها لدى الأصوليين عمومًا، ثمَّ لدى الحنفية على وجه الخصوص، وقد خلصت إلى ستة أدلة لهذه القاعدة، من السُّنَّة دليلا واحدًا، ومن اللغة خمسة أدلة، وقد تأسس الاستدلال لها على يدي العَالمين الجليلين: الإمام الجصاص، والبزدوي -رحمهما الله-، وتابعهم في هذا الاستدلال جملة من علماء الحنفي ممن جاء بعدهما، وقد قامت هذه الدِّراسة على مقدمة، وتمهيد، اشتمل على التعريف بمفردات القاعدة، ثمَّ ثلاثة مباحث؛ كان موضوعها على النَّحو الآتي: المبحث الأول: معنى القاعدة، ثمَّ المبحث الثاني: فيه ذكر حجية القاعدة عند الأصوليين، وكذلك داخل المذهب الحنفي، ثمَّ المبحث الثالث: وفيه ذكر تطور الاستدلال للقاعدة مراعيًا في ذلك ترتيب الأدلة حسب ظهورها على إيدي علماء الحنفية، ثم خاتمة في بعض نتائج البحث وآفاقه.

The Role of Effective Reading Skill in Learning Arabic as a Second Language

Abstract

This research seeks to clarify the importance of effective reading skill in Second Language learning and the role of effective reading elements in acquiring listening skill among students at the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers at King Abdulaziz University. It also explores how to develop these skills among second language learners. Eighty-eight learners participated in the evaluation of a nine-item questionnaire designed to measure the impact of effective reading skills on Arabic language learning as a second language. It was found that the importance of introducing the read texts before at the beginning by giving a general idea about their subject. Moreover, these texts should not only meet the needs of the learners but also be attractive and interesting. They also should be appropriate to learners’ linguistic, cultural and age level in terms of content and presentation. Furthermore, the main ideas contained in these read texts should be presented and discussed with the learners after reading. It highlighted the significance of measuring the extent of learners’ understanding and familiarity with the content and details of the read texts through comprehension questions. The study also revealed that this skill can be developed by enlightening the influential factors on the acquisition of reading skill: environmental, mental, social, cultural, or educational and strengthening them. Challenges and obstacles must be taken into consideration by teachers and they must understand and know how to deal with them scientifically.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أهمية مهارة القراءة الفعالة في تعلم اللغة الثانية، ودور عناصر القراءة الفعالة في اكتساب مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب معهد اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز. وكيفية تطويرها لدى متعلمي العربية لغة ثانية. شارك ثمانية وثمانون متعلمًا في تقييم استبيان الدراسة المكون من تسعة عناصر لقياس دور مهارة القراءة الفعالة على تعلم المتعلمين للغة العربية لغة ثانية. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: أهمية التمهيد للنصوص المقروءة قبل البدء في قراءتها وذلك بإعطاء فكرة عامة عن موضوعها، وأن تكون هذه النصوص ملبية لحاجات المتعلمين، وجاذبة وشيقة، وأن تتناسب مع مستواهم اللغوي والثقافي والعمري من حيث المضمون والطرح. وأيضًا عرض ومناقشة الأفكار الرئيسة التي تتضمنها تلك النصوص المقروءة مع المتعلمين بعد القراءة. وأهمية قياس المعلم لمدى فهم وإلمام المتعلمين بمحتوى وتفاصيل النصوص المقروءة عن طريق الأسئلة الاستيعابية. كما وأفادت الدراسة أن هذه المهارة يمكن تطويرها بتحسين العوامل المؤثرة في اكتسابها وتقوية هذه العوامل سواء كانت عوامل بيئية، أو عقلية، أو اجتماعية، أو ثقافية، أو تعليمية. وكما يجب مراعاة التحديات والعقبات وفهمها، ومعرفة كيفية التعامل معها علميًا.

يمر الإنسان بين الحين والآخر بمشاعر وأحاسيس متنوعة من الفرح والحزن، فهي فطرة موجودة في كل إنسان كما قال تعالى: "وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَى" (النجم: 43)، وقد تناول الدين الإسلامي هذه الحالات كما تناولتها الديانات الأخرى كالديانة اليهودية ، فبينت للإنسان بماذا يفرح وكيف، وبماذا يحزن وكيف؟ وما هي آداب الفرح وآداب الحزن؟ وإلى غير ذلك من الموضوعات الأخرى، وكل دين من هذه الديانات ميز الفرح والحزن عن الديانة الأخرى بما يحقق العبودية والإخلاص لله تعالى، وقد ذكر ابن القيم "رحمه الله" أهمية الفرح وخطورة الحزن فقال: "الفرح أعلى أنواع نعيم القلب ولذته وبهجته، والفرح والسرور نعيمه، والهم والحزن عذابه". (ابن قيم الجوزية، 1973، ص 158). ولأهمية موضوعيْ الفرح والحزن، أهتم العلماء بهما، فمنهم من أفرد له أجزاءً ومنهم من أفرد له ابواباً في مصنفاتهم وكتبهم، ولم يتوقف اهتمام علماء أهل اللغة على الفرح والحزن بل حتى علماء الطب والنفس اهتموا بهذا الموضوع قديماً وحديثاً، ووضعوا له نظريات نفسية متعددة، تهدف إلى تحقيق سعادة الإنسان والقضاء على همومه وأحزانه. وفي مجمل الأمر فإن دراسة مثل هذه المواضيع مهمة وشيقة للغاية؛ خصوصاً ونحن بحاجة إلى إثبات الحق بأدوات الحق، والحجة والبرهان والدليل بعيداً عن الاستنفار أو الاستهجان العصبي، حتى وإن كان هو الحق، فدراسة اللغة العبرية واستخدام شواهد نصوص العهد القديم ومقارنتها بالنصوص العربية في القرآن الكريم، تثري الدراسات اللغوية المقارنة، وتعطي أدلة واضحة وبراهين ناصعة لجميع العلماء والرد على مخالفيهم رداً علمياً. لذلك عزمنا التوكل على الله تعالى أن نكتب عن هذا الموضوع العام، سائلين الله تعالى التوفيق والسداد، وأن يجعل فيه الفائدة والنفع لنا ولجميع طلبة العلم.

The Christian churches do not approve Barnabas as a Gospel, yet it is the most controversial book since its existence, and the different parties who do not approve it, due to the religious background of each of them, are either a group that completely rejects it, or completely refutes it; Or a group that believes it, defends everything in it, and considers it an absolute truth.
There is a great importance in its texts. Some see it as a hierarchy of the Christian faith, while the others see it support Islam point of view.
The research is divided into six sections: The first section deals with: Who is the writer of Barnabas Gospel? The second one: It is about the Barnabas Gospel and the history of its writing. The third: is devoted to the manuscript of Barnabas Gospel and its translations. The fourth: deals with the thought and philosophy of Barnabas Gospel (the mysticism of Barnabas Gospel); The fifth: is about the faults in Barnabas Gospel. The sixth is: about Barnabas Gospel and Islam (criticism and belief). The research introduces the most important conclusions which were found by the researcher, accompanied by a list of the most important sources and references used in writing this research.

تعد الاذاعة الكردية في العراق هي ثالث اذاعة تأسست خلال العهد الملكي بعد اذاعة بغداد واذاعة قصر الزهور كإذاعة تنطق باللغة الكردية، وكان تأسيسها نتيجة للعوامل والاحداث السياسية التي شهدتها المنطقة بسبب الحرب العالمية الثانية، باعتبار ان الاذاعة وسيلة اعلامية مهمه في توجيه الرأي العام، وايصال الاخبار الى الشعوب، وما يدور في العالم من احداث وتطورات على مختلف الاصعدة، وتوجيه الكثير من الاذاعات الى الشعب الكردي. قدمت الاذاعة الكردية مواضيع متنوعة في مناهجها كالاحاديث الدينية والتربوية والاجتماعية والصحية والاناشيد الوطنية والمونولوجات، اذ استمرت تلك الاذاعة في توسيع برامجها وخاصة في حقبة الاربعينات لتقدم تعليقات عن الحوادث العالمية وادخالها للمواد الثقافية في منهاجها.

Abstract

Language is a system subject to a network of grammatical, semantic, and contextual relationships. This system is represented by several linguistic structures. Among them is the sentence that the grammatical lesson has covered with study and detail in its issues and problems. Perhaps the most important phenomenon that governs the construction of the sentence is linking, as it is achieved by many means, including: linking with pronouns and linking with articles, or whatever they do, and linking may create cohesion in the text by pulling its elements together. If we say: Muhammad came and then took out a book from his bag, then the conjunction (then) creates a chronological and event sequence in what Muhammad did. The role played by this tool for syntactic connection formed a force in the text that was not there before this tool. Because the text is a succession of sentences based on the connection between them, the conjunctions work to link these sentences together. The connection is not achieved unless there is a semantic relationship between the two elements.
The structure in speech is according to linking relationships that link the elements of linguistic components with links that are either verbal, which the individual perceives when they appear on the surface, or moral, which is only perceived as a conclusion based on the logical relationship between these components, and the verbal links are more apparent in speech. In this research, I will work to explore its impact in directing the connotations of descriptive poetry.

تعد اللغة نظاما يخضع لشبكة من العلاقات النحوية والدلالية والسياقية ، وهذا النظام يتمثل في عدة أبنية لغوية ؛ منها الجملة التي أشبعها الدرس النحوي دراسة وتفصيلا في قضاياها وإشكالاتها ، ولعل أهم ظاهرة تحكمت في بناء الجملة هي الربط إذ يتحقق بوسائل عديدة ، منها : الربط بالضمير والربط بالأدوات أو ما يجري مجراهما ، وقد يُحدثُ الربطُ تماسكًا في النصِّ من خلالِ شدِّ عناصرِه بعضِها إلى بعضٍ، فلوْ قلْنَا: جاءَ محمدٌ ثمَّ أخرجَ كتابًا من حقيبتِه، فإنَّ حرفَ العطفِ (ثمَّ) أحدثَ تسلسلًا زمنيًا وحدثيًا، فيما فعلَه محمدٌ، فالدورُ الذي قامتْ به هذه الأداةُ الخاصةُ بالربطِ التركيبيّ شكَّل قوةً في النصِّ لمْ تكنْ فيه قبلَ هذهِ الأداةِ. ولأنَّ النصَّ عبارةٌ عنْ توالي الجملِ مستندًا في ذلكَ إلى الترابطِ فيما بينَهما، فإنَّ أدواتِ الربطِ تعملُ على ربطِ هذهِ الجملِ معَ بعضِها. ولا يتحققُ الربطُ إلَّا إذا كانَ هناكَ علاقةٌ دلاليةٌ بينَ العنصرينِ. فالتركيبُ في الكلامِ يكونُ وفقَ علاقاتٍ رابطةٍ تربطُ عناصرَ المكوناتِ اللغويةِ بروابطَ إِمَّا لفظية يدركُها الفردُ لدى ظهورِها على السطحِ، وإِمَّا معنوية لا تدركُ إلَّا استنتاجًا بناءً على العلاقةِ المنطقيةِ بينَ هذهِ المكوناتِ، وتكونُ الروابطُ اللفظيةُ أظهرَ في الكلامِ. وهي التي سأعمل في هذا البحثِ على استشرافِ أثرِها في توجيهِ دلالاتِ شعرِ الوصفِ.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the extent to which Arabic language books were included in the intermediate stage of life skills from the point of view of their teachers. and identified the problem of the study in answering its questions:
1- What life skills should be provided in the Arabic language book for the intermediate stage ?
1- To what extent are Arabic language books included in the middle stage of life skills from the point of view of teachers? This sub-question is divided into the following sub-questions:
A- What is the extent of inclusion of the Arabic language book for the intermediate stage of social skills from the point of view of teachers?
B- What is the extent to which the Arabic language book is included in the intermediate stage of mental skills from the point of view of teachers?
C- To what extent is the Arabic language book included for the intermediate stage of self-management skills from the point of view of teachers?
3- Are there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) for the extent of inclusion of Arabic language books in the intermediate stage of life skills from the point of view of their teachers due to gender variables, years of experience?
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach as the most appropriate method for this study. The study population consists of all the fourth grade teachers in the center of Dhi Qar governorate. The number of teachers is 80 and there are (28) male (52) According to the statistics of the planning department in Dhi Qar Directorate. The study tool included a list of the life skills that must be available in the Arabic language book for the intermediate stage. The results were explained by the necessary statistical means and the Arabic language textbooks for the middle stage did not include the social skills While the mental skills included skills to a very large and medium in one sentence, indicating the keenness of the curriculum developers to develop the mental abilities of the students, and it turned out that the Arabic language textbooks for intermediate stages do not include the skills necessary for self-management. The study recommended the inclusion of all life skills curricula, a list of the necessary skills and urging those who develop and teach the curricula to recognize the importance of life skills and their role in the curriculum. Mieh integrated personal aspects of learners and make education more motivated and realistic.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج الأنسب لهذه الدِّراسة يتكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من جميع مدَّرسي الصف الرابع الأدبي في مركز محافظة ذي قار وبلغ عددهم (80) مدَّرساً ومدَّرسة من العاملين في مديرية تربية ذي قار بواقع (28) من الذكور(52) من الإناث تبعاً لإحصائيات قسم التخطيط في مديرية ذي قار, واشتملت أداة الدراسة على قائمة بالمهارات الحياتية التي يجب توافرها في كتاب اللغة العربية للمرحلة المتوسطة , وجرى تفسير النتائج بالوسائل الأحصائية اللازمة وتبين أنًّ كتب اللغة العربية للمرحلة المتوسطة لم تتضمن على المهارات الاجتماعية اللازمة, في حين تضمنت المهارات العقلية المهارات بدرجة كبيرة الى كبيرة جداً ومتوسطة في عبارة واحدة , وهذا يبين حرص واضعي المناهج على تنمية القدرات العقلية لدى الطلبة , واتضح أنّ كتب اللغة العربية للمراحل المتوسطة لا تتضمن المهارات اللازمة لأدارة الذات وهذا يدل على عدم مراعاة واضعي المناهج لمعايير تضمين المهارات الحياتية وعدم اهتمامهم بالتنمية الذاتية لدى الطلبة, واوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضمين المناهج للمهارات الحياتية كافة وتحديد قائمة بالمهارات اللازمة وحث القائمين على وضع المناهج وتدريسها على ضرورة التعرف الى أهمية المهارات الحياتية ودورها في تنمية جوانب الشخصية المتكاملة للمتعلمين وجعل التعليم اكثر دافعية وواقعية .

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the Effect of Computerized Learning Cycle on the Acquisition and Retention of Grammatical Concepts among Second grade middle school Students in Iraq. In order to achieve the goal of the study the researcher developed a study instrument in the form of a test that measures the performance of students in the acquisition of the grammatical concepts; further, he prepared a computerized program for the topics based in accordance with the learning cycle in teaching from his choice which includes three grammatical topics (Subject and the Predicate, 'Inna' and its related particles, 'Kana' and its related particles) of the prescribed curriculum. These subjects were taught for the (experimental group) while the control group was taught these subjects in the usual way. The study population is composed of the total of the regular Second grade middle students in the preparatory schools of the Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar governorate in Iraq for the academic year 2014/2015. The study sample consists of 121 male and female students selected randomly from both Alhaqiqa Secondary School for Boys and Alkarama Preparatory School for girls. The schools were selected by the intentional manner to the fact that one of the two schools is the researcher's workplace and the second is near his residence, and the availability of an appropriate number of sessions, as well. The fail students were excluded from the statistical processes of the study, then the study sample becomes (117) male and female students. For the purposes of this study, the sample was divided into two main groups: the first, experimental of (57) male and female students divided into two secondary groups, one for males of (26) students, and another for females of (31) students. The second, control group and of (60) students divided into two secondary groups, one for males of (27 students), and the other for females of (33) students.The study findings showed that there is a significant difference attributed to the impact of the way of teaching of Arabic grammar in favor of the experimental group that was taught Arabic grammar using the computerized learning cycle while there is no significant difference attributed to the impact of the interaction between the method and gender.In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended training the male and female teachers of Arabic language on the modern teaching strategies, models and methods including teaching strategy of the computerized learning cycle in the various stages, and also the inclusion of the computerized learning cycle as a method of teaching the Arabic language curriculum and its pedagogies in the educational colleges.

تهدف الدّراسة إلى معرفة أثر استراتيجية دورة التعلم المحوسبة في اكتساب المفاهيم النحوية والاحتفاظ بها لدى طلبة الصف الثاني المتوسط في العراق ، قام الباحث بإعداد أداة للدراسة حيث تكون اختباراً يقيس مقدرة الطلبة على اكتساب المفاهيم النحوية، وحيث جرى بناء وتصميم برنامجا محوسبا للموضوعات مستنداً إلى دورة التعلم في التدريس وجرى اختيار، ثلاثة موضوعات من كتاب اللغة العربية وهي : (المبتدأ والخبر، كان وأخواتها، إنَّ وأخواتها) وعمل على تدريس تلك الموضوعات للمجموعة التجريبية ،أما المجموعة الضابطة فقد جرى تدريسها وفقاً للطريقة الاعتيادية، وكان منهج البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، واختبار قبلي وبعدي ، وجرى تحقق صدق الاختبارين وثباتهما وتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية كانت من خارج عينة الدراسة وقد طُبّق على مجموعتي الدّراسة الحالية (التجريبية، والضابطة) قبل التنفيذ وبعد نهاية التجربة.وكان مجتمع الدِّراسة مكوناً من طلبة الصف الثاني المتوسط المنتظمين في المدارس الإعدادية التابعة لمديرية التربية في محافظة ذي قار في العراق للعام الدراسي 2014/2015 ، أما عينة الدّراسة فكانت مكونة من (121) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية في مدرستي الحقيقة للبنين، وثانوية الاحرار للبنات وكان اختيار المدرستين وفقاً للطريقة القصدية، حيث كانت إحدى المدرستين هي مكان عمل الباحث والمدرسة الاخرى تقع قرب محل سكنه، وجرى بعد ذلك استبعاد الطلبة الراسبين من إجراءات المعالجات الإحصائية للدّراسة أصبح عدد العينة (117) طالباً وطالبة. ولأغراض الدّراسة الحالية قُسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين: الأولى تجريبية وعددها (57) طالباً وطالبةً، بواقع شعبة للذكور بلغ عددها (26) طالباً، وأخرى للإناث بلغ عددها (31) طالبةً. أما المجموعة الثانية فكانت ضابطة وعددها (60) طالبا وطالبة ، مُقسّمة على شعبة ذكور بلغ عدد أفرادها (27) طالباً، وأخرى للإناث عددها (33) طالبة. وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة فرقاً ذا دلالة إحصائية يعزى إلى أثر الطريقة المعتمدة في البحث في تدريس قواعد اللغة العربية، وجاء الفرق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي أتبعت طريقة تدريس قواعد اللغة العربية باستخدام دورة التعلم المحوسبة، وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أيضاً أنَّه لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية يعزى لأثر التفاعل بين الطريقة والجنس. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بتدريب مدرسي ومدرسات مادة اللغة العربية على الاستراتيجيات والنماذج والطرائق التدريسية الحديثة ومنها استراتيجية التدريس دورة التعلم المحوسبة, واستعمالها في المراحل المختلفة ، وكذلك تضمين دورة التعلم المحوسبة كطريقة تدريس في مناهج اللغة العربية .

Abstract

The research aims to address one of the attributes of God Almighty, which is the attribute of the divine will, and to find out what disagreement occurred regarding it between the Mu’tazilites and the Ash’aris, with an emphasis on the source of the disagreement, and to know whether the divine will is absolute or restricted, ancient or recent. The researcher relied on the comparative analysis approach with a presentation of the opinions and evidence of both the Mu'tazilites and the Ash'aris. The research addressed the issue of the study by focusing on the following aspects:
- The first section: The theory of the Mu’tazilites, which includes an explanation of the meaning of will according to them, an explanation of the extent of their agreement on that, and proof of the attribute of will to God Almighty, and it includes three demands:
1- Denying that God wants Himself. 2- Denying that God wanted an ancient will. 3- Denying that the will exists in a place.
- The second section, the Ash’ari theory: It contains an explanation of the Ash’ari views on will, and includes three demands:
1- Will between origin and occurrence. 2- The generality of the divine will. 3- The divine will includes disbelief and sin.
With a conclusion, it shows the most important results of the research.

- المبحث الثاني نظرية الاشاعرة: وفيه بيان لاراء الاشاعرة في الارادة، ويشتمل على ثلاثة مطالب:
1ــ الارادة بين القدم والحدوث. 2ــ عموم الارادة الالهية. 3ــ شمول الارادة الالهية للكفر والمعاصي.
مع خاتمة تبين اهم النتائج التي انتهى اليه البحث.

Abstract

The opinions of the Orientalists differed according to their goals in studying the Islamic religion. We find some of them acknowledging the universality of this divine religion, and some of them limited it to a specific group of people, so it is not universal. As for the third group, it stopped and did not acknowledge or deny the universality of this religion. The researcher will deal with a comprehensive and complete review of all these sayings. Then we seek to critically study everything that contradicts our true religion through the rational evidence that all people believe in, without distinction between any of them. Therefore, the importance of this thesis lies in showing the opinions expressed by the fair orientalists praising the Islamic message and explaining the most important evidence that they rely on. It has to prove the universality of this religion, and the path that led them to say its universality. Therefore, there are many rational and textual proofs that address every human being with his humanity to prove the universality of this heavenly religion. The researcher will try to criticize the evidence of the orientalists who deny the universality of the Islamic religion, and the importance of this message aims to stand On the Islamic logical foundations that prove and confirm the universality of the Islamic religion, and the method that the researcher followed is the descriptive method and the critical method, and one of the most important results reached by the current study is that the Islamic religion is a universal religion through the evidence and proof that proves its universality, and also that The signs of this religion have reached Europe, Asia, Africa, and most parts of the globe. All the accusations made by the Orientalists are false accusations not based on logical or rational evidence, as the researcher was able to refute these accusations through evidence and proof that the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace) He is a prophet sent to the worlds, and this is what he proved through this message by reviewing the Qur’anic verses and many prophetic hadiths that prove this.

اختلفت آراء المستشرقين تبعا لأهدافهم في دراسة الدين الإسلامي فنجد بعضهم يقر بعالمية هذا الدين الرباني، وبعضهم حدده بفئة محددة من الناس، فهو غير عالمي، اما الفئة الثالثة فقد توقفت فلم تقر ولم تنكر عالمية هذا الدين، سيتناول الباحث استعراض شامل و كامل لجميع هذه الأقوال ومن ثم السعي الى الدراسة النقدية الى كل ما يخالف ديننا الحنيف من خلال الادلة العقلية التي يؤمن بها جميع الناس دون تفرقة بين احد منهم، ولذا فإنَّ أهمية هذه الرسالة تكمن في إظهار ما كان يبديه المستشرقون المنصفون من آراء تشيد بالرسالة الإسلامية وبيان اهم الأدلة التي يعتمدون عليها في اثبات عالمية هذه الدين، والسبيل الذي دفعهم الى القول بعالميته، لذا يوجد كثير من البراهين العقلية والنقلية التي تخاطب كل انسان بإنسانيته لإثبات عالمية هذا الدين السماوي، و سيحاول الباحث نقد أدلة المستشرقين الناكرين لعالمية الدين الإسلامي، وإنَّ اهمية هذه الرسالة تهدف الى الوقوف على الأسس المنطقية الإسلامية التي تثبت وتؤكد عالمية الدين الإسلامي، وإنَّ المنهج الذي سار عليه الباحث هو المنهج الوصفي والمنهج النقدي، و إنَّ من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة الحالية: ان الدين الإسلامي هو دين عالمي من خلال الدليل والبرهان الذي يثبت عالميته، وايضاً إنَّ معالم هذا الدين وصلت الى اوربا، وآسيا، وافريقا، واغلب بقاع الكرة الأرضية ان جميع الاتهامات التي وجها المستشرقون هي اتهامات باطلة غير مستندة الى دليل منطقي ولا عقلي، اذ استطاع الباحث أن يرد هذه الاتهامات من خلال الأدلة والبرهان إنَّ النبي محمد (صل الله عليه وآله وسلم) هو نبي مرسل للعالمين وهذا ما أثبته من خلال هذه الر سالة من خلال إستعراض الآيات القرآنية وكثير من الأحاديث النبوية التي تثبت ذلك.

Abstract

The 1911 Revolution in China is a prominent and important event because it brought about many political changes in Chinese society. It overthrew the feudal ruling family and the end of imperial rule forever, and the Republic was established under the leadership of Sun Yat-sen. This is the first political change in the history of China that the country witnessed under the republican system, after China enjoyed political stagnation under the imperial system for long periods of its history, as it is the basis on which it was based. It requires Chinese political change and also the nucleus to support the Chinese renaissance.

Abstract

Many studies have dealt with the blessed biography of the Prophet in general, and the biography of the Messenger (PBUH) in particular, especially since these studies were carried out by a group of orientalists from various European nationalities, and many of them were characterized by their transgression against Islam and the person of the Noble Messenger (PBUH), but another group An important of these studies included moderate views of the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) and defended him against other writings of its counterparts. Among those visions was what the English Orientalist Thomas Carlyle came up with in his book “Muhammad, the Ideal”, in which he presented his visions in an objective manner far from the fanaticism of the Orientalists who preceded him, whose goals were either political or religious, or because of their ignorance of what was written in the sources of Islamic heritage. Or they took advantage of some errors in Islamic sources, which made them ignore the Holy Prophet (PBUH). As for the writings of the orientalist Thomas Carlyle, they were somewhat characterized by moderation, despite some lapses that strayed from the objective facts regarding the issue of the biography of the Prophet (PBUH).

لقد تناولت العديدة السيرة النبوية المباركة بشكل عام، وسيرة الرسول(ص) بشكل خاص، لا سيما أن تلك الدراسات قام بها مجموعة من المستشرقين من مختلف الجنسيات الأوروبية، وامتاز الكثير منها بالتجاوز على الإسلام وعلى شخص الرسول الكريم(ص)، بيد أن مجموعة أخرى مهمة من تلك الدراسات، قد شملت رؤى معتدلة لسيرة الرسول(ص) وقامت بالدفاع عنه، ضد الكتابات الأخرى من نظيراتها، ومن تلك الرؤى ما جاء به المستشرق الإنكليزي "توماس كارليل" في كتابه "محمد المثل الأعلى"، إذ قام بعرض رؤاه بطريقة موضوعية بعيدة عن تعصب المستشرقين الذين سبقوه، الذين كانت أهدافه أما سياسية أو دينية، أو بسبب جهلهم بما كُتب في مصادر التراث الإسلامي أو استغلوا بعض الأخطاء في المصادر الإسلامية، مما جعلهم يتجاوزون على الرسول الكريم(ص)، أما كتابات المستشرق "توماس کارلیل" فقد امتازت نوعاً ما بالاعتدال على الرغم من بعض الهفوات التي ابتعدت عن الحقائق الموضوعية في مسألة سيرة الرسول(ص).

As for the annual averages of the levels of the Euphrates River in the study area, they varied from year to year, as For some years, the level reached a level of more than (3 m) for a total of (14 years), and some of it decreased to a level below (3 m) for a total of (7 years), and the general annual average for the study period 2002-2022 reached (3.2 m).

يهدف البحث الى دراسة مناسيب نهر الفرات في مدينة الناصرية جنوب العراق ، وذلك من خلال متابعة التغيرات في حجم المناسيب المائية على المستوى الشهري والسنوي وتحديد أعلى وأدنى المناسيب ثم تفسيرها وتحليلها ، مع تحديد دور العوامل الجغرافية التي ساهمت في تباين المناسيب بين مدة زمنية واخرى ضمن الموسمين الحار والبارد ، ومن خلال البيانات الهيدرولوجية لنهر الفرات في مدينة الناصرية للمدة 2002 – 2022 مع التركيز على السنوات 2002 و 2012 و 2012 ودراسة تصاريف ومناسيب نهر الفرات في مدينة الناصرية . إذ تتضمن مشكلة البحث من خلال السؤال الرئيسي للبحث (ما هو مستوى التباين لمناسيب نهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة ؟) ، وتحاول فرضية البحث الأجابة عن مشكلة البحث من خلال ما يلي : ( أن مستوى مناسيب نهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة تتباين بين مدة زمنية وآخرى ، اي بين سنة واخرى وبين موسم واخر ، بحكم تغير الظروف الجغرافية بين الموسمين الحار والبارد وبحكم المتغيرات الجغرافية ومنها المتغيرات المناخية وبالتحديد لتأثير عنصرين الحرارة والامطار على ارتفاع وأنخفاض المناسيب المائية لنهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة ) . تباين حجم ومستوى المناسيب المائية لنهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة ضمن المدة الزمنية للدراسة 2002-2022 ، أذ سجلت أعلى المناسيب ضمن أشهر الفصل البارد (كانون الثاني ، شباط ، تشرين الثاني ، كانون الاول) لحد أعلى بلغ (4,8 م) سنة 2004 ، أما أدنى المناسيب لنهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة قد سجلت ضمن اشهر الفصل الحار (حزيران ، تموز ، اب) ، كحد أدنى بلغ (2,0 م) سنة 2010 ، أما المعدلات السنوية لمناسيب نهر الفرات في منطقة الدراسة قد تباينت بين سنة واخرى ، اذ بلغت المنسوب لبعض السنوات بمستوى اكثر من (3 م) لمجموع (14 سنة) وبعضها قد تراجع بمستوى أدنى من (3 م) لمجموع (7 سنوات) ، وبمعدل سنوي عام لمدة الدراسة 2002-2022 قد بلغ (3,2 م) .

Abstract

Most modern critical studies, and most of them in the literary arena, seek to enter the worlds of literary texts and decipher its codes and the meanings hidden behind the words that add to the recipient’s understanding of the text. Therefore, the title is considered an important part of the text and a key to it, which is what Dr. Hamid Faraj Issa Al-Teacher tried in. College of Arts, Department of Arabic Language, University Thi-Qar, highlighting it in writing “The Title in Modern The Iraqi Poetry, a Semiotic Study,” because of its great importance, he said, in reading the literary text and determining its intentions across the first threshold.

Abstract

إن اغلب الدراسات النقدية الحديثة وما أكثرها في الساحة الأدبية, تسعى للولوج إلى عوالم النصوص الأدبية وفك شفراته وما خفي خلف الألفاظ من معاني تضاف إلى فهم المتلقي للنص, لذا عد العنوان جزءاً مهما من أجزاء النص ومفتاحاً له وهو ما حاول الدكتور حميد فرج عيسى التدريسي في كلية الآداب , قسم اللغة العربية, جامعة ذي قار, تسليط الضوء عليه في كتابة "العنوان في الشعر العراقي الحديث, دراسة سيميائية ", لما له من أهمية كبرى على حد قوله في قراءة النص الأدبي والوقوف على مقصدياته عبر العتبة الأولى .

Abstract

The aim of this study is to demonstrate the educational stages prevalent at that time in West Africa, the importance of this stage, and its impact on the prevailing intellectual and scientific life there. This study also highlights educational curricula and study materials, as well as identifying educational centers Islamic education and culture, the most important of which are the city centers of Timiktowa, Jenne, Gao, Nyati, and others. These centers were of great importance in the continuation of the scientific and intellectual renaissance in western Sudan in general and Africa in general. This development helped them, as it feminized the Arabic language and taught the Holy Quran in mosques and the Arab tribes and scholars came to these centers.
