Abstract

The study problem stems from major questions: what is the nature of the artificial intelligence technologies Implications and its tools represented by robot journalism on journalistic practice? This question branched out a set of questions covering the study aspects, this study was intended to achieve a set of objectives, including: identifying the nature of the intelligence artificial technologies implications and its tools represented by robot journalism on journalistic practice, determining the impact levels of the robot journalism on journalistic and media work, identifying the nature of the robot journalism implications on the credibility and objectivity of the news . These studies are descriptive studies that are based on discovering the phenomenon and knowing its elements and the relationships that link it with other phenomenon elements. And it adopts a descriptive survey approach that contributed to achieving its goals.

انطلقت مشكلة الدراسة من تساؤل رئيس مفاده: ما طبيعة انعكاسات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأدواته ممثلة بصحافة الروبوت على الممارسة الصحفية ؟ وتفرع عن هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات التي تغطي جوانب الدراسة، ورمت الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف منها: التعرف على طبيعة انعكاسات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأدواته ممثلة بصحافة الروبوت على الممارسة الصحفية، تحديد مستويات تأثير صحافة الروبوت على العمل الصحفي والإعلامي، الوقوف على طبيعة انعكاسات صحافة الروبوت على مصداقية الأخبار وموضوعيتها، وهذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي تقوم على اكتشاف الظاهرة ومعرفة عناصرها والعلاقات التي تربط فيما بينها وبين عناصر الظاهرات الأخرى، وهي تعتمد منهج المسح الوصفي الذي أسهم في تحقيق أهدافها .
وتهتم الدراسة بالتعريف بالروبوتات وبخصائصها المتفردة، والتعرف على استخداماتها الايجابية في ميدان الإعلام والصحافة، وهذا التوظيف له انعكاسات عديدة على مجريات العمل الصحفي والإعلامي عامة، وفي هذه الدراسة سنركز على جانب من الانعكاسات الايجابية للذكاء الاصطناعي على العملية الصحفية .

Abstract

The relationship between interactive media and technological advancements in the media environment has a significant impact on increasing public freedom and reducing the influence of the power discourse. With the emergence of the communication revolution, the public has been empowered to freely express their opinions and engage with the media. This has led to a decrease in the monopoly of government-controlled media, allowing for a more diverse and independent range of voices to be heard. Interactive media has created a feedback loop that has transformed the media landscape into an open and free space that promotes public participation and democracy. This shift has emphasized the need to adapt to new technologies to remain relevant in the media industry and maintain a meaningful impact on society. This study examines how new media has altered communication, analyzing their impact on communication mechanisms, audience behavior, and the quality of discussions on social media.

ينظر هذا البحث إلى الخطاب الإعلامي المعاصر بمنظور تحليلي نقدي يتناول فيه تنوع وثراء الرؤى والمنابر التي تنطلق منه، والتي تعكس انفتاح الجمهور على وسائل الإعلام التفاعلية التي كانت سابقاً قد مهّدت الطريق لهيكلة جديدة في صناعة الرسالة الإعلامية المعاصرة، وتفوقها على نمط الرواية الواحدة التي اعتمده إعلام السلطة في الماضي، يركز هذا البحث على ثلاثة جوانب رئيسية، يتمحور مبحثها الأول حول أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه ثورة الاتصال الرقمي في تحويل البنية المعرفية والاتصالية للمجتمعات العربية، كما يطرح عدّة فرضيات عن علاقة الاعلام البديل بالسلطة. في حين يحلّل المبحث الثاني العلاقة الجدلية بين السلطة والإعلام البديل الذي تنامت أهميته وتأثيره في الفترة الماضية، كما يناقش المبحث الثالث تراجع دور الإعلام السلطوي في ضوء البيئة المفتوحة التي أتاحت تشاركية الاتصال بين القائم على الرسالة الإعلامية والجمهور عن طريق ميزة التغذية الراجعة التي تقدمها وسائل الإعلام البديلة، يعد هذا البحث محاولة لفهم الخطاب الإعلامي المعاصر وتقديم وجهات نظر معاصرة لهذا التحول الهام.

Abstract

The problem of this research is to investigate the effect of Facebook on the levels of Arabic used by Iraqi users on its platform , With the aim of revealing the negative and positive effects of the site in the language of users , These influences are revealed through the viewpoint of Arabic language teachers as experts in this field.
This research is classified on descriptive studies , And he relied on the survey method as a way to reach his goals , He used the scientific interview and questionnaire to collect information and data. (35) experts were subjected to a qualitative study, while (135) Arabic language experts were subjected to a quantitative study , The research concluded that Facebook has positive and negative effects on users' language levels , However, the effects were mostly negative , And that uses contrary to the rules of language caused by weak language skills.

Abstract

تتمثل مشكلة هذا البحث في التقصي عن تأثير موقع الفيسبوك في مستويات اللغة العربية التي يستعملها المستخدمون العراقيون على منصته، بهدف الكشف عن التأثيرات السلبية والايجابية التي يخلفها الموقع في لغة المستخدمين، ويجري الكشف عن تلك التأثيرات من خلال وجهة نظر أساتذة اللغة العربية بوصفهم خبراء في هذا المجال .
ويصنف هذا البحث على الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمد على منهج المسح كطريق للوصول الى أهدافه، واستعان لجمع المعلومات والبيانات بالمقابلة العلمية واستمارة الاستبيان، وأخضع للدراسة النوعية (35) خبيرا، بينما أخضع للدراسة الكمية (135) خبيرا في اللغة العربية العاملين في الجامعات الحكومية والأهلية في بغداد، وجرى اختيار عينة البحث في الدراستين بطريقة العينة العرضية .
وانتهى البحث الى ان لموقع الفيسبوك تأثيرات ايجابية واخرى سلبية في مستويات اللغة لدى المستخدمين، لكن التأثيرات كانت في غالبيتها سلبية، وان الاستخدامات المخالفة لقواعد اللغة العربية وأساليبها التعبيرية تقف وراءها ضعف المهارات اللغوية .

سعى البحث لتشخيص تأثيرات العامل الاقتصادي على الأداء بالنسبة للصحفي في الصحف العراقية الالكترونية، وتبرز أهمية البحث من اهمية الصحفي المتخصص والتي تميزت بمتغيرات جديدة فرضت كواقع بسبب إمكانية الوصول واستخداماتها المتعددة، فضلا عن قدرات الصحفي في البيئة الجديدة التي تنصب بالنهاية على الرسالة الإعلامية.
وان هذه الأهمية لا تخرج عن تأثيراتها التي تنعكس على الصحفيين، الذين يواجهون عوامل كثيرة وفق طبيعة تناولهم لهذه الموضوعات وتؤثر على أدائهم الصحفي، وبالجدير بالذكر فأن العامل الاقتصادي لا يقل أهمية عن العوامل الأخرى فهو مفتاح لتعزيزات أخرى قد تكون من المفاصل المهمة في دورة حياة الصحفي داخل المؤسسة.
واعتمد الباحث في دراسته على استخدام المنهج المسحي كونه الأقرب الى الإجابة لمشكلة البحث، وتشير اهم النتائج الى ان تأثير المستوى المعيشي له انعكاس واضح على أداء الصحفي وعمله داخل المؤسسة الصحفية، كما ان عامل الدخل واضح وصريح للصحفي فهو المحرك الأساسي الذي ينصب على أداء الصحفي ويؤثر على دافعيته لمزاولة العمل.

Measuring the credibility of the media image used in news infographics using remote sensing techniques

Abstract

The research discussed the available credibility in the media image, such as maps and the satellite image in the infographic news, by measuring remote sensing techniques.
Among the results of the research is the dependence of news editors on assumptions of geographical locations, relying on the Internet as a source for obtaining maps published with infographic news for the websites of channels, as well as the negligence of journalists to employ remote sensing applications for the purpose of obtaining the highest levels of media credibility, and this led to weakness The reliability of geographical maps and satellite images of the infographic news in the research sample.
The researchers recommend not to use geographic from the Internet without making sure of the credibility of the dimensions they contain, and to employ modern scientific applications specialized in making maps and processing them with information such as remote sensing applications and (gis) applications that lead to accurate and credible results

يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على المصداقية المتوافرة في الصورة الاعلامية المتمثلة بـ (الخرائط والصور الفضائية ) المستخدمة في انفوغرافيك الاخبار و بالاعتماد على المقياس الذي اعده الباحثان بواسطة تقنيات التحسس النائي .
اذ توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات اهمها اعتماد القائمين بتحريرالاخبار على تخمينات للاماكن الجغرافية معتمدين فيها على شبكة الانترنت مصدراً للحصول على صـور فضائية تنشر مع الاخبار الانفوغرافية للمواقع الالكترونية التابعة للقنوات الاخبارية ، فضلا عن اهمالهم توظيف تطبيقات التحسس النائي لغرض الحصول على اعلى مستويات المصداقية الاعلامية و التي بدورها ادت الى ضعف مصداقية الخرائط الجغرافية وصور الاقمار الصناعية للاخبار الانفوغرافية عينة البحث .
لذلك يوصي البحث الى عدم استخدام الصور الاعلامية (الخرائط الجغرافية والصور الفضائية ) من شبكة الانترنت دون التأكد من مصداقية الابعاد التي تحويها ، فضلا عن توظيف التطبيقات العلمية الحديثة والمتخصصة في عمل الخرائط ومعالجتها بالمعلومات مثل تطبيقات التحسس النائي وتطبيقات نظم المعلومات الجغرافية التي تؤدي الى نتائج تتسم بالدقة والمصداقية .

تهدف الدراسة إلى المساهمة في وضع حد لإشكالية لطالما طرحت بشدة أساءت إلى الإعلام في تغطينه للعمليات الإرهابية، وأن وجود المجتمع والحاجة إلى تنظيمه للوصول إلى تحقيق أهدافه يقتضي دائماً اتخاذ قرارات ثم تنفيذها ، الأمر الذي يتطلب استخدام القوة حيناً ، أو التهديد بها أحياناً أخرى ، وعليه فإن العنف واقعة ملازمة للحياة الاجتماعية ، ظاهرة أزلية ترافقت مع ظهور الإنسان على الأرض حيث وجه الإنسان عنفه أولا نحو الطبيعة ليحمي نفسه ، وليحصل قوت يومه ثم مع تعقـد الحيـاة ، والعلاقات بين البشر وتشابك المصالح ظهرت ممارسة العنف بين البشر، وبمـا أن الإرهاب هو صورة من صور العنف السياسي ، فان حداثة موضـوعه مـن جهة وانقسام وتشتت الآراء حول تحديد مفهومه من جهة أخرى أدى إلى تعثـر الجهود الدولية الرامية للتوصل إلى مفهوم عام وشامل للإرهاب ، وبناء عليه أن دراسة ظاهرة العنف السياسي في الاعلام وتحليلها تتطلب تحديد معنـى الاعلام والإرهـاب ومن ثم محاولة التمييز بينهما.

Abstract

Practitioners of public relations in partisan institutions use many methods to study the public and know its trends so that they can formulate the message that they want to deliver, and this process is done using certain methods adopted by public relations in its work, and the problem of the study stems from a major question, which is "What are the methods of public relations in shaping Attitudes of the Iraqi public towards political participation" and branch out from this main question, sub-questions covering aspects of the research.
The objectives of the study are summarized in identifying the methods employed by the political parties to form the attitudes of the Iraqi public towards political participation, and the role of public relations in knowing and shaping the attitudes of the public during the elections.
The results showed that there is interest on the part of public relations practitioners in parties in conducting periodic research and polls to identify the nature of the audience and its trends. The field of public relations to conduct research and studies on the public with regard to political participation.

يستعين ممارسي العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات الحزبية بأساليب عديدة لدراسة الجمهور ومعرفة اتجاهاته حتى يتمكنوا من صياغة الرسالة التي يراد ايصالها، و هذه العملية تتم بإستخدام أساليب معينة تعتمدها العلاقات العامة في عملها، و تنطلق مشكلة الدراسة من تساؤل رئيس هو"ما أساليب العلاقات العامة في تشكيل اتجاهات الجمهور العراقي ازاء المشاركة السياسية" وتتفرع من هذا التساؤل الرئيس تساؤلات فرعية تغطي جوانب البحث.
وتتلخص اهداف الدراسة في التعرف على الأساليب التي وظفتها الاحزاب السياسية لتشكيل إتجاهات الجمهور العراقي إزاء المشاركة السياسية، ودور العلاقات العامة في معرفة وتشكيل اتجاهات الجمهور اثناء الانتخابات.
واظهرت النتائج أن هناك اهتمام من قبل ممارسي العلاقات العامة في الاحزاب في إجراء بحوث واستطلاعات دورية للتعرف على طبيعة الجمهور واتجاهاته, كما بينت الدراسة هيمنة الفئة الشبابية العاملة في العلاقات العامة وهذا الامر قاد النتائج الى الكشف عن ضعف الاهتمام لممارسي العلاقات العامة في الاستعانة بالخبراء والمختصين في مجال العلاقات العامة لعمل البحوث والدراسات الخاصة بالجمهور فيما يتعلق بالمشاركة السياسية.

The role of social networking sites in spreading the phenomenon of cultural alienation among Iraqi university youth

Abstract

The main objective of the study revolves around identifying the role played by social networking sites in spreading the phenomenon of cultural alienation among Iraqi university youth, and highlighting the manifestations of cultural alienation that they have formed as a result of their use of these sites. By applying the questionnaire tool to a deliberate sample of (200) respondents from Baghdad University students in Iraq, whose ages range from (18-23 years), taking into account diversity in selection to include various demographic characteristics, during the period from( November 1, 2022 AD to January 31, 2023 AD), The study concluded that the departure from the prevailing customs and traditions (rebellion) led to the manifestations of cultural alienation that formed among the respondents, as a result of their use of social networking sites, followed by a loss of a sense of cultural identity (objectification).

يدور الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة حول التعرف على الدور الذي تؤديه مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، في نشر ظاهرة الإغتراب الثقافي لدى الشباب الجامعي العراقي، وإبراز مظاهر الإغتراب الثقافي التي تكونت لديهم، جراء إستخدامهم لتلك المواقع، وهي من الدراسات الوصفية التي تستخدم منهج المسح الإعلامي بشقه الميداني، من خلال تطبيق أداة الإستبيان على عينة عمدية قوامها (200) مبحوثاً من طلبة جامعة بغداد بالعراق، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم من (18 - 23 سنة)، مع مراعاة التنوع في الإختيار لتشمل مختلف الخصائص الديموغرافية، وذلك في الفترة من(1 نوفمبر 2022م إلى 31 نوفمبر 2022م)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصدُر الخروج عن العادات والتقاليد السائدة (التمرُد) لمظاهر الإغتراب الثقافي التي تكونت لدى المبحوثين، جراء إستخدامهم لمواقع التواصل الإجتماعي، يليه فقدان الإحساس بالهوية الثقافية (التشيؤ)، فضلاً عن وجود علاقةٍ إرتباطيةٍ دالة إحصائياً بين حجم ثقة المبحوثين بمصداقية المحتوى المنشور بالمواقع ومستوى شعورهم بالإغتراب الثقافي، ووجود فروقٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى شعور المبحوثين بالإغتراب الثقافي وفقاً لمتغيراتهم الديموغرافية.

يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي واحداً من أهم مظاهر التطور العالمي في مجال التقدم العلمي للمجتمعات الدولية ، مما ألقى بظلاله على التنوع والتقدم في تحقيق الممارسات الحديثة لإدارة العلاقات العامة ، لذلك اهتم الباحث بتسليط الضوء على الخدمات الرقمية والبرمجية للذكاء الاصطناعي التي انعكست على الأساليب التقنية والفنية التي أسهمت في تحقيق المهام الاتصالية لإدارة العلاقات العامة، ضمن المنصة الرسمية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي / Facebook لوزارة الخارجية العراقية ، وقد تناول البحث ضمن الإطار المنهجي خلال التساؤل الرئيسي الذي حدد الباحث من خلاله البحث عن الممارسات المتحققة للمهام الاتصالية للعلاقات العامة مع إمكانية التوظيف لتلك الخدمات الرقمية والبرمجية بمجال التصميم الرقمي لها التي انعكست في تحقيق النشر الاتصالي للصفحة الرسمية أعلاه ، وقد توصل الباحث الى أهم النتائج ، وهي أن إدارة العلاقات العامة لوزارة الخارجية العراقية قد ركزت على الأنشطة الإعلامية والتنظيمية والتنسيقية مع الاهتمام بجوانب التسويق للثقافة والهوية الوطنية العراقية .

Abstract

The research aims to identify social networks and their relationship to enhancing awareness among the Iraqi public to confront the Covid-19 mutant Omicron.
from 1/11/2021 to 30/11/2021, This is after the discovery of the Omicron Variant,the random sample consisted of 133 items
The most important results of the research were - :
The study sample’s use of social networks always came first with a percentage of 69.9%, while it sometimes came in second place with 24.8%, then we find 5.3% who rarely use social networking sites.The social networks that the study sample prefers to rely on to learn about the news of the Omicron Variant came first, while Facebook came first. The contribution of social networks to creating and promoting health awareness of the Omicron Variant in the research sample came first (learning methods of prevention and means to reduce infection and spread of the virus).

Abstract

يهدف البحث التعرف على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقتها بتعزيز الوعي لدى الجمهور العراقي لمواجهة متحوّر كوفيد-19 أوميكرون. ويعد هذا البحث من الدراسات الوصفية حيث تستهدف توصيف وتحليل- الدور الذى تقوم به شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في توعية الجمهور العراقي لمواجهة الأزمات الصحية (متحوّر كوفيد-19 أوميكرون)، ويستخدم البحث منهج المسح بالعينة من الجمهور العراقي، للمدة من 1/11/2021 إلى 30/11/2021 وهي تمثل المجتمع من الذكور و الاناث والحضر والريف وعلى اختلاف مؤهلاتهم العلمية والعمرية.
وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج منها استخدام المبحوثين لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل دائمي وان غالبية الجمهور العراقي تحرص على متابعة ما تنشره مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، ويكشف البحث تفضيل عينة البحث الاعتماد على الفيس بوك في متابعة اخبار متحور كوافد-19 اوميكرون ولذلك فهي تسهم في خلق وتعزيز الوعي الصحي وفي تعلم اساليب الوقاية ووسائل الحد من العدوى وانتشار الفايروس مما يعطي دلالة عن مدى تنامي الوعي بين الجمهور في تثقيف انفسهم صحياً وترسيخ الوعي بالامور الصحية.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the role played by the social sites in publicizing the concept of fear on the Iraqi citizen during Corona virus pandemic particularly the world health crisis. An issue that caused fear and worry for people and affected their behavior.
The data of the research have been collected via an electronic questionnaire that has been distributed randomly to the participants whose number was 250. The descriptive analysis was adopted for analyzing the data of this research.
This research has discussed the reasons behind spreading the false news and rumor as well as the reasons behind using the social media as a platform for such false news and rumors. It has also shed light on the reasons why the victims feel afraid and how they dealt with such rumors.

Abstract

يهدف البحث الى التعرف على الدور الذي تؤديه مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في نشر شائعة الخوف لدى المواطن العراقي عن جائحة كورونا. وخاصة خلال الأزمة الصحية العالمية لجائحة وباء كورونا التي تعرض لها العالم بشكل عام والعراق بشكل خاص. مما خلق شعور من الخوف والقلق لدى الناس.
تم جمع بيانات المبحوثين بالاعتماد على الإستبانة الإلكترونية التي تم توزيعها وفق أسلوب كرة الثلج والعينة العشوائية المتاحة التي بلغت 250مفردة، وتم تحليل النتائج عن طريق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
ويناقش البحث أسباب شائعة الخوف وأسباب إنتشارها وأهم الشائعات التي تداولت، ولماذا استخدمت مواقع التواصل كمنصات لنشر الشائعات، وما دوافع الخوف لدى الناس.
وخرج البحث بنتائج من أهمها: أن مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي من أهم مصادر الشائعات، وجاءت أهم الشائعات التي تم تداولها في مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي (حرب بايولوجية) وجاء أهم سبب للخوف: (الخوف من الموت).

Abstract

This study examines the role of communication activities in enhancing the social capital of digital public relations practitioners in telecommunications companies. It is one of the descriptive studies using the survey method on their number of (21). The researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect study data in the period (10/1/2022). to 10/20/2022) and reached a set of results:
1. The general average of the degree of social capital in mobile telecommunications companies, according to the (trust) component, got a percentage of (66.6%), which is an average level.
2. The general average of the degree of social capital in mobile telecommunications companies, according to the (cooperation) component, got a percentage of (67.7%), which is an average level.
3. The general average of the degree of social capital in mobile telecommunications companies, according to the (fellowship) component, got a percentage of (70.3%), which is an average level.

تبحث هذه الدراسة في معرفة دور الانشطة الاتصالية في تعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي لدى ممارسي العلاقات العامة الرقمية داخل شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة (آسيا أسيل ــ زين العراق ــ كورك تيليكوم) وهي من الدراسات الوصفية التي وظفت المنهج المسحي على مجتمع البحث والبالغ عددهم (21) مفردة بحثية وباستعمال اسلوب الحصر الشامل, وقد استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة من المبحوثين في المدة (من 1/10/2022م الى 20/10/2022م) وتوصل الى لمجموعة من النتائج اهمها؛ أن المتوسط العام لدرجة رأس المال الاجتماعي في شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة وفقاً لعنصر (الثقة) حصل على نسبة مئوية قدرها (66.6%) وهو مستوى متوسط.
وأن المتوسط العام لدرجة رأس المال الاجتماعي في شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة وفقاً لعنصر (التعاون) حصل على نسبة مئوية قدرها (67.7%) وهو مستوى متوسط. أما المتوسط العام لدرجة رأس المال الاجتماعي في شركات الاتصالات المتنقلة وفقاً لعنصر (الزمالة) فقد حصل على نسبة مئوية قدرها (70.3%) وهو مستوى متوسط.

Abstract

This research mainly sought to find out the motivation for students of media faculties in Iraqi universities to watch documentaries that covered the liberation battles in Iraq against ISIS. In order to reach the main endeavor of the research, we used the descriptive approach, where we presented the concept of documentaries and clarified its sources, importance and components, starting with the places related to the event, up to the montage stage, to end with the main functions of the documentary film and we discussed it in detail. We have touched on the great importance that these documentaries have, and this will be demonstrated in the practical study of the research by surveying the opinions of the public, to clarify the main motives for following the documentaries that covered the liberation battles and the psychological impact that it left in the same scenes and the positive feelings and sympathy that it still retains. in his memory.

سعى هذا البحث بالدرجة الأساس إلى معرفة دوافع تعرض (لطلبة كليات الاعلام في الجامعات العراقية) للأفلام الوثائقية التي غطت معارك التحرير في العراق ضد تنظيم داعش الارهابي, وللوصول إلى المسعى الرئيسي للبحث قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي للوقوف على ابرز حيثيات البحث, حيث قمنا بعرض مفهوم الافلام الوثائقية ووضحنا مصادرها واهميتها ومكوناتها بدءاً بالأماكن المرتبطة بالحدث وصولاً إلى المرحلة الاخيرة وهي مرحلة المونتاج ودمج عناصر الفلم مع بعضها واضافة الموسيقى والمؤثرات الصوتية ومؤثرات المرئية والالوان, لننتهي بالوظائف الرئيسة للفيلم الوثائقي وتطرقنا اليها بالتفصيل بدءاً بإشباع الحاجات المعرفية وصولاً إلى نشر الوعي والتثقيف. وقد تطرقنا للأهمية الكبيرة التي تتمتع بها تلك الافلام التسجيلية وسيتم توضيح ذلك في المبحث العملي من خلال استطلاع اراء الجمهور المتمثلة بالطلبة الجامعين لتوضيح الدوافع الرئيسية لمتابعة الافلام الوثائقية التي غطت معارك التحرير في العراق والاثر النفسي الكبير الذي خلفته تلك المقاطع المسجلة والتي تركت في نفس المشاهد الكثير من المشاعر الايجابية والتعاطف والتي ما زال يحتفظ بها في ذاكرته.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the leadership of the media industry, and the most prominent communication and media institutions in the United States of America. Furthermore, it aims to reveal the revenues of the communication and media industry and its economic components, by subjecting an intentional sample of the annual financial reports of the most prominent American media conglomerates, namely; Disney, Comcast, and Warner for study and analysis to find out their revenues and profits during the period 2018-2022. The results concluded that the communication and media industry in the United States is the largest in the world, with a value of investments amounting to 717 billion dollars, which constitutes 6.9% of the gross domestic product of the United States. The results also indicate that the total revenues of the three media groups amounted to 940.21 billion dollars during that period, and achieved net profits amounting to 91.179 billion dollars.

تهدف الدراسة الوصفية هذه إلى التعريف باقتصاديات وريادة صناعة الإعلام، وأبرز مؤسسات الاتصال والإعلام في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. والكشف عن إيرادات صناعة الاتصال والإعلام، ومقوماتها الاقتصادية، وذلك بإخضاع عينة قصدية من التقارير المالية السنوية لأبرز التكتلات الإعلامية الأمريكية وهي؛ ديزني، كومكاست، وارنر للتحليل لمعرفة إيراداتها، وأرباحها خلال المدة 2018 -2022م. وخلصت النتائج إلى أن صناعة الاتصال والإعلام في الولايات المتحدة تُعد الأكبر في العالم، إذ تبلغ قيمة الاستثمارات فيها 717 مليار دولار، وافادت النتائج أن إجمالي إيرادات التكتلات الثلاث بلغت 940.21 مليار دولار خلال تلك المدة، وحققت فيها صافي أرباح بلغت 91.179 مليار دولار. وتُعد؛ ديزني، كومكاست، ووارنر من أبرز شركات الاتصال والإعلام الأمريكية حيث احتلت على التوالي المراتب 42 و48 و81 بين أكبر 100 شركة في العالم في عام 2022، وكشفت النتائج أن اقتصاديات صناعة الاتصال والإعلام في الولايات المتحدة، تكتسب مقوماتها الأساسية من حجم السوق الذي يُعد الأول في العالم، ومن حيث الإيرادات المتحققة، والإنفاق الإعلاني.

1. يمثل الذكور النوع الاكثر والابرز في الاعتماد على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لزيادة وعيهم الرياضي وخصوصا الفئة العمرية ما بين (15-18) وممن يحملون الشهادة الاعدادية.
2. كان الهاتف المحمول وسيلة الاتصال الاكثر تفضيلا واستخداما من الشباب العراقي كما فضل موقع اليوتيوب عن باقي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. ويفضل الشباب العراقي متابعة الاعلام الخليجي وابتعاده عن الاعلام المحلي.
3. وافق عدد كبير من الشباب على قدرة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الكشف عن الغموض الذي يعتريهم وتكوين اتجاهاتهم وترتيب اولوياتهم واتساع معتقداتهم والحفاظ على قيمهم في الكثير من المواقف.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اتجاهات الصحفيين العراقيين في إمكانية توظيف التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة بكافة أشكالها من أجل تطوير إداء عملهم في المؤسسات الإخبارية ولإنتاج محتوى إخباري بصورة أكثر فاعلية، ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية، إذ ينتمي الى المنهج المسحي، واستخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات المرتبطة بالبحث، إذ اختارت الباحثة مفردات عينة البحث بالاعتماد على أسلوب الحصر الشامل من الصحفيين والصحفيات العاملين في المؤسسات الإخبارية العراقية.
وقد خرج البحث بمجموعة نتائج كان من أهمها أن الصحفيين العراقيين لديهم رغبة كبيرة في إدخال التقنيات الرقمية وجعلها من أساسيات عملهم، فضلاً عن رغبتهم في أخذ دورات تدريبة لزيادة معلوماتهم عن هذه التقنيات.
وقد تضمن البحث مبحثاَ منهجياً، ابتدأ من على المشكلة البحثية وصولاً الى الدراسات السابقة، فيما تضمن المبحث الثاني التعرف على أهم خصائص ومزايا التقنيات الرقمية مع ذكر بعضاً من تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وطرق توظيفها، وتضمن المبحث الثالث جداول التحليل إذ تم تحليلها وتفريغها وفق الأطر الإحصائية، كما واشتمل البحث على مجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات.

يتناول موضوع البحث تداول " الشائعات في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وانعكاسها على جمهور مدينة بغداد دراسة ميدانية, إِذْ تعد الشائعات احدى أدوات الحرب النفسية القديمة في وجودها والمستمرة في حياة المجتمعات بأساليبها وخططها وأهدافها، ولكن هذه المرة يتم تناولها في اخطر نوع من أنواع الإعلام الجديد الا وهي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ذات الجماهيرية الكونية إِذْ تنتشر الشائعات بأنواعها بعدها صياداً متمرساً يصيب فرائسه وكل من تقع عليه عينيه من جمهور هذه المواقع الاجتماعية .
ويرمي البحث إِلى التعرف على الشائعة المؤثرة على الجمهور في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والكشف عن أكثر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي تنتشر فيها تلك الشائعة، والتعرف على حجم انتشار تلك الشائعة ، ومدى تقبل الناس لتلك الشائعة.
ويعد البحث من البحوث الوصفية وتضمن طرقاً بحثية عدة منها (تحليل الاستبانة) إِذْ تم تحليل بياناتها والتي تم جمعها من جمهور مدينة بغداد لمعرفة اراء المبحوثين حول الشائعات وانعكاسها على الجمهور العراقي عبر محاور اعدت لهذا الغرض، إذ تبين إنَّ أغلب الشائعات التي تم تداولها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كانت ذات طابع سياسي.

اسهمت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بسرعة انتشار الشائعات وتداولها بين أفراد المجتمع، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تغير فحوى الشائعة وطريقة أنتشارها في ذلك المجتمع، وذلك بسبب اختلاف طبيعة وخصائص البيئة الحاضنة لتلك الشائعات، فقد سمحت تلك الشبكات لانتشار الشائعات بتهديد الأمن العام وإثارة البلبلة والفتن في المجتمع نتيجة لما تتميز به من خصائص مثل سهولة إعادة نشر المحتوى وسرعة إرساله للجماهير المختلفة.
تمثلت مشكلة البحث في سرعة انتشار وسهولة انتقال الشائعات على موقع الفيس بوك وباتت تهدد الامن العام ويرمي البحث الى وضع عدد من الطرق العلمية والعملية المقترحة لمواجهة هذا الانتشار ودحضه وأيقاف انتشار الشائعات على موقع الفيس بوك، وقد بينت نتائج البحث ان الطرق العلمية والعملية التي اقترحتها الباحثة تتلخص في ضرورة ضخ المعلومات بغزارة الى المواطنين من قبل الدولة، وتفعيل مقترح عيادة الشائعات وتحديث القوانين التي تتحكم في الفيس بوك في العراق والخروج عن دائرة تقييد حرية النشر الى تحريم المنشورات التي تضر بالمواطنين وأمنهم وسلامتهم ومعاقبة المخالفين.

Abstract

This study is one of the rare studies because of its importance on the lives of individuals in society on the identifier of news covered by news websites on the crisis of forming the Iraqi government, as every media institution works to transfer issues and topics in a manner commensurate with the nature of the media establishment; And how news sites work to transfer news in a way that attracts the recipient's attention to follow up on the events and important issues he sees is important and suitable for his individual inclinations; The study showed that the news websites, according to the current study, used (6) frameworks and branched from them (6) sub -schedules whose number of repetitions varies from one table to another according to the context of the main table; The researcher also reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the main category (conflict framework) ranked first with a percentage of (24.42%) of the number of major groups.

تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات النادرة لما لها من أهمية على حياة الأفراد في المجتمع حول معرف الأخبار التي تتناولها المواقع الإخبارية الإلكترونية عن أزمة تشكيل الحكومة العراقية، إذ تعمل كل مؤسسة إعلامية على نقل القضايا والموضوعات بما يتناسب مع طبيعة المؤسسة الإعلامية ؛ وكيف تعمل المواقع الاخبارية على نقل الاخبار بطريقة تجذب انتباه المتلقي لمتابعة الاحداث والقضايا المهمة التي يرها هو مهمة وتتلائم مع ميوله الفردية؛ أذ أظهر الدراسة ان المواقع الالكترونية الاخبارية وفق الدراسة الحالية استخدمت (6) أطر و تفرع عنها (6) جداول فرعية تختلف عدد تكراراتها من جدول الى اخر حسب سياق الجدول الرئيس؛ كذلك توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من النتائج ومن أبرزها حصلت الفئة الرئيسة (إطار الصراع) على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة مئوية قدرها (24.42%) من عدد الفئات الرئيسة، أما فئة الفرعية (الاطار التنسيقي متماسك وقوي واي تجاوز له مجازفة) من الفئة الرئيسة لأطر الصراع حصلت على المرتبة الأولى بنسبة مئوية قدرها (20.38%)، في حين جاءت بالمرتبة الأولى الفئة الفرعية (تأكيد أهمية تشكيل الحكومة في حل الخلافات مع الإقليم) من الفئة الرئيسة لأطر المسؤولية في موقع السومرية نيوز الاخباري بنسبة مئوية قدرها (26.67%).

تؤدي البرامج الخدمية دورا في تغيير سلوك الجمهور، اذا ما وظفت بطريقة صحيحة في الإذاعات الخدمية المتخصصة، ومنها إذاعة صوت العاصمة والتي تعد من الإذاعات المتخصصة، ومن خلال برنامجها الخدمي(ستوديو الأمانة المفتوح)، والذي تم توظيف التوعية من خلاله، عبر دراسة تحليلية تندرج ضمن الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمد على المنهج المسحي بشقية الوصفي والتحليلي، واستخدم أسلوب تحليل المضمون بشقية الكمي والكيفي، وتم اختيار الإذاعة أعلاه ممثلة لمجتمع البحث على وفق معايير تتعلق بكونها أول إذاعة خدمية متخصصة في بغداد، واعتمدت الباحثة أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع حلقات البرنامج المذكور لمدة ثلاثة اشهر، وقد أجرت الباحثة تحليلا لـ (62) حلقة، وتوصل البحث لنتائج أهمها تباين البرنامج في تفعيل الوظيفة التوعوية في مضامين حلقاته وذلك طبقا لما يراه انه ينطوي على قدرات إقناعيه اكبر، اذ ركز في بعض حلقاته على الاهتمام بالتوعية من خلال إنجازات أمانة بغداد والتي وظفها في عملية الإقناع، وعلى نقد المواطن، وتوظيف العامل الديني.

يتناول هذا البحث أطر المعالجة الإخبارية التي استخدمتها جريدة البينة الجديدة لموضوعات العلاقات الأمريكية الإيرانية لذلك أن البحث ينطلق من تساؤل رئيسي ما أطر المعالجة الإخبارية لموضوعات العلاقات الأمريكية الإيرانية في جريدة البينة الجديدة وكيف عالجت الجريدة طبيعة العلاقات الأمريكية الإيرانية، وينتمي هذا البحث إلى البحوث الوصفية التحليلية مستخدم منهج المسح الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع المعلومات عن طريق استمارة تحليل المضمون، ومجتمع البحث يتمثل بجريدة البينة الجديدة ضمن حدود الفترة الزمنية المحددة للدراسة والتي حددها الباحث من 4/1/2020م لغاية 4/1/2021م، وبأسلوب الحصر الشامل لأعداد الجريدة والتي بلغت (85) عدداً، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: تصدرت أطر المعالجة الإخبارية (إطار النتائج العامة، إطار الصراع، إطار الأسباب) في جريدة البينة الجديدة بالمراتب الثلاث الأولى حسب الترتيب، كما أن نوع المعالجة فجاءت متحيزة بالمرتبة الأولى، أما الأساليب التي اعتمدتها الجريدة فتوزعت على سبعة أساليب وكان الأول منها في الترتيب أسلوب التحذير والإرشاد.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent of exposure of Iraqi youth to rumors through social sites during the Corona epidemic, as well as to know the ability of Iraqi youth to differentiate between rumors and correct news related to the Coronavirus through social sites. a sample of Iraqi youth consisting of (150) was used. people distributed in different regions in Baghdad, the researcher relied on the survey for descriptive studies, to find their opinions about rumors spread on social sites. The most prominent is the ability of the sample to distinguish between reliable news and rumors, the first place was won by the category (I can to some extent)(38.66%), the second place was won by the category (I can to a great extent ), (36%). regarding the behavior of the members when they hear rumors on social sites, the category (I discuss it with doctors and specialists) (35.33%).

هدفت الدراسة هو التعرف على حجم تعرض الشباب العراقي للشائعات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ظل وباء كورونا وكذلك معرفة إمكانية الشباب العراقي في التفريق ما بين الشائعات والاخبار الصحيحة المرتبطة بفايروس كورونا عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد استخدم خلال البحث عينة من الشباب العراقي قوامها (150) شخصا موزعين على مناطق مختلفة من العاصمة بغداد ،واعتمد الباحث على المنهج المسحي للدراسات الوصفية ،لمعرفة آرائهم ومواقفهم حول الشائعات المنتشرة بالمواقع الاجتماعية .و لجأ الباحث الى تصميم استبانة الجمهور ؛وعرضها الى المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج، ومن أبرزها قدرة (العينة) على التمييز بين الأخبار الموثوق فيها والشائعات، حيث نالت المرتبة الأولى فئة (استطيع الى حد ما) وبنسبة(38،66%) ،اما المرتبة الثانية فنالت فئة (استطيع الى حد كبير ) وبنسبة بلغت (%36،66) . فضلا عن ان التصرف الذي يقوم به أفراد العينة خلال سماعهم للشائعات في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ،حيث حلت فئة )اناقشه مع الأطباء والاختصاصيين( بالمرتبة الاولى وبنسبة بلغت (35،33%).

Social media is one of the most important sources of information, and Facebook is considered one of the most important viral marketing tools for a political candidate via social media to promote his electoral campaign, in addition to the important role that pictures and videos of election campaigns published on social media sites play in changing the voter’s decision. In favor of the candidate, as it enables the voter to compare the candidates and choose the most appropriate candidate to participate in the electoral process in light of his electoral campaign that continues throughout the election period. The voter attracts his attention to vote for the candidate.

This research dealt with the description of media frameworks for social issues and their analysis in an accurate scientific way to find appropriate solutions to the research problem by using descriptive research methods and procedures using the survey method Issued for the period from (1/7/2022 AD) to (30/9/2022 AD), based on the method or method of content analysis of the journalistic content that dealt with social issues in Al Made newspaper, and this research answers a main question: What is the nature of media frameworks for social issues In Iraqi newspapers? The research led to a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that Al-Mada newspaper used six frameworks in addressing social issues. Abstract

The problem of the research was represented by a main question about the extent of the phenomenon of bullying among Iraqi university students and its relationship to their level of violence.
The research sample consisted of (406) Iraqi university students who are continuing their studies, and the research was based on the survey method, and the questionnaire was adopted as a method and tool for data collection. The results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between cyber bullying and the violence resulting from it according to gender (male, female) in favor of males, and there is a statistically significant correlation according to the social type (civilian, conservative) in favor of civil society. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation it according to the income level (low, medium, high) in favor of low-income people.

تمثلت مشكلة البحث بتساؤل رئيس عن حجم ظاهرة التنمر لدى طلبة الجامعة العراقيين وعلاقته بمستوى العنف لديهم، وهدف البحث الى التعرف على مدى تعرض الطلبة للتنمر الإلكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقته بمستوى العنف لدى طلبة الجامعة المتعرضين له, وتكونت عينة البحث من (406) من طلبة الجامعة العراقيين المستمرين بالدراسة, واستند البحث على المنهج المسحي واعتمد الاستبيان اسلوباً واداة لجمع البيانات، وتوصل البحث الى نتائج أهمها: ان نسبة المتعرضين للتنمر الإلكتروني من اجمالي عينة الدراسة ومن كلا الجامعتين بلغت (49.5%), واظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين التنمر الإلكتروني والعنف الناتج عنه بحسب نوع الجنس(ذكر، انثى) لصالح الذكور، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين التنمر الإلكتروني والعنف الناتج عنه بحسب نوع الاجتماعي(مدني، محافظ) لصالح المجتمع المدني، فضلاً عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين التنمر الإلكتروني والعنف الناتج عنه بحسب مستوى الدخل(منخفض، متوسط، مرتفع) لصالح منخفضي الدخل.

Abstract

This research deals with the factors that influenced the formation of the image of Islam in France, because of its importance in knowing how the French perceive Islam, what led to this view, what historical and media backgrounds and the dominant forces to form this image, the research began from the question of (What is the importance of the media and other factors in shaping the image of Islam in France?)
The researcher sought to identify what the media and other factors have done to shape the image of Islam, and the research, which is considered a descriptive research, a number of results have been reached, most notably that the media, due to its spread, has the greatest weight in presenting a negative image of Islam to the French due to its freedom to publish and its focus in publishing on articles that devote its point of view only to its association with the owners of capital as well as its declared and hidden support for the Zionist movement.

وسعت الباحثة للتعرف على ما قامت به وسائل الإعلام والعوامل الأخرى لتشكيل صورة الإسلام ، و البحث يُعد من البحوث الوصفية ، تم التوصل لعدد من النتائج ابرزها ان وسائل الإعلام وبفعل انتشارها لها الثقل الأكبر في تقديم صورة سلبية عن الإسلام للفرنسيين نظراً لما تتمتع به من حرية في النشر وتركيزها في النشر على المقالات التي تكرس وجهة نظرها فقط لارتباطها بأصحاب رؤوس الأموال فضلاً عن دعمها المعلن والمخفي للحركة الصهيونية .

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the nature of the Egyptian propaganda on the websites of the electronic newspapers regarding the Turkish intervention, through an analysis of quantitative, qualitative and inferential content. , and its objectives and methods, and this research belongs to the analytical descriptive studies, using the survey method, and the data was collected through the content analysis form. The sample of the research was represented in the “The Seventh Day” newspaper website, as a model, in light of the emerging uses in employing modern media for advertising, as its time period extended from (1/12/2019) to (29/2/2020), using the comprehensive inventory method. For all journalistic arts published during that period. The research concluded with several results, the most important of which are: the political fields came to the fore in the face of Turkish interference in the Libyan issue, foremost of which is the issue of Turkish terrorism, which topped the list of propaganda topics that research newspaper sites focused on. The first in all search newspapers sites, as the results revealed, that the internal sources, and private ones, are on top of the sources used on the search newspaper sites

هدف البحث التعرف على طبيعة الدعاية المصرية في مواقع الصحف الإلكترونية أزاء التدخل التركي، من خلال تحليل مضمون كمي وكيفي وأستدلالي، تناول الكشف عن مجالات وموضوعات التي اشتملتها الدعاية المصرية، وماإعتمدته مواقع الصحف من مسارات البرهنة، واضافة لذلك الوقوف على المصادر التي أعتمدتها في قضية البحث, واهدافها وأساليبها, وينتمي هذا البحث إلى الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، مستخدمة المنهج المسحي ، كما تم جمع البيانات من خلال استمارة تحليل المضمون. وتمثلت عينة البحث، في موقع جريدة " اليوم السابع" ، كإنموذج، في ظل الاستخدامات المستجدة في توظيف وسائل الاعلام الحديثة للدعاية, كما امتدت مدتها الزمنية من (1/12/2019م) ولغاية (29/2/2020م)، باستخدام إسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع الفنون الصحفية المنشورة خلال تلك المدة. وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: تصدر المجالات السياسة أزاء التدخل التركي في الشأن الليبي, وفي مقدمتها موضوع الإرهاب التركي والذي تصدر قائمة موضوعات الدعاية التي ركزت عليها مواقع صحف البحث.إضافة إلى مجيء التنظيمات المسلحة في ليبيا كأحد أهم مسارات البرهنة والتي حصدت على الترتيب الأول في كافة مواقع صحف البحث, كما كشفت النتائج, أن المصادر الداخلية, و الخاصة منها، على رأس المصادر المستخدمة عند مواقع صحف البحث.

يهدف البحث الى معرفة الصورة المتكونة لدى جمهور مدينة بغداد عن دول التطبيع وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استمارة استبيان ووزعتها على عينة من جمهور مدينة بغداد عددها (592) بجانبيها الكرخ والرصافة , منطلقة في ذلك من مشكلة البحث وأهدافها الأساسية وذلك باستخدام المنهج المسحي، وتلخصت مشكلة البحث بمجموعة من التساؤلات كان ابرزها التساؤل الرئيسِ (ما هي صورة دول التطبيع العربية لدى الجمهور العراقي؟) .
وتوَصل البحث الى نتائج عدة كان أهمها:
1- ان جمهور مدينة بغداد يرفض تطبيع الدول العربية مع (اسرائيل) وذلك بسبب وعي الشعب العربي وايمانه بالقضية الفلسطينية ومحافظته على الثوابت والقيم .
2- لم يتأثر الجمهور بعمليات تطبيع الدول العربية وبقيت صورة (اسرائيل) بانها الكيان الغاصب للأراضي العربية, وما تقوم به من اثارة للفتن والحروب في المنطقة .
3- ان تطبيع الدول العربية مع (اسرائيل ) لا يؤدي الى تحقيق السلام.
