This study seeks to search for the role of semantic values and aesthetic considerations and literary fiction influential, leading to influence and persuasion in the rule of Saleh bin Quddus, and reveals the importance of the method (figurative collaborational inference), and his ability to inform and persuasive in his judgment, it is a method based on rhetoric and rhetorical capabilities, and an employee of eloquent saying, and eloquent wisdom There is no doubt that the function of metaphor, which is not limited to its aesthetic semantic dimension only, but goes beyond it to be an evidentiary mechanism that performs a persuasive function, it is the essence of inference and arguments work to influence the recipient and get him to acquiesce and deliver, and because wisdom is a teleological speech that intends and envisages orientation, guidance and inducement to acquiesce, It calls for and requires technical mechanisms and means to accomplish it, and the best of these mechanisms and means is the mechanism of synergy between the two arts (metaphor and reasoning). It is a mechanism employed in the rule of Saleh bin Abdul Quddus because it embodies the strategy of persuasion and has a high rank of excitement and influence.

This paper deals with simile in Arabic poetry. It sheds light on the different forms it takes; its meanings as well as the problems it represents when it is translated from Arabic into English.It is assumed that simile poses significant problems for learners and students of translation because it might be linguistically and cognitively complex, and that it is inclined to have a variety of literal and dynamic meanings in English.The findings of the paper confirm the strategies discussed in it regarding the translation difficulties of simile as well as poetry pose for learners of English as well as the students of translation due to the complex and multivariate forms and meanings it involves.

The current study aimed at the phenotypic and molecular characterization of Salmonella Typhimurium bacteria isolated from children infected with diarrhea in hospitals in Al-Qadisiyah province, where 200 diarrhea samples were collected from children aged 1-5 years of both sexes, as bacteria were diagnosed phenotypic and by biochemical tests and were confirmed using VITEK-2 and PCR technologies. In addition to the phenotypic detection of some of the virulence factors possessed by Salmonella Typhimurium bacteria.
The results of isolation and bacterial diagnosis showed the presence of 14 isolates belonging to Salmonella Typhimurium bacteria, these isolates were diagnosed in the laboratory on different media, including Chrome agar media, SS agar media, XLD medium, Bismuth agar medium, MacConkey agar media, and Nutrient agar medium, and then they were diagnosed microscopically and biochemical tests were conducted. The isolates were proven using the VITEK-2 device, after which the isolates were confirmed as Salmonella Typhimurium bacteria using the diagnostic gene 16S rRNA using PCR technology.
This study proved that Salmonella Typhimurium bacteria have a high ability to cause diseases through their various virulence factors and what was confirmed by this study, and the results showed that 14 isolates of bacteria have with100% ability to produce different virulence factors, including the production of Hemolysin, Protease, and Lipase enzymes, in addition to their ability to adhere to the surfaces of epithelial cells.

Muslim scholars wrote in deep doctrinal Qur’anic studies on the meaning of righteousness and the attributes of the righteous in the Holy Qur’an. They wrote a lot about the issue of inheriting the earth and its succession. And we wrote in the Psalms, after the remembrance, that the earth shall be inherited by its righteous servants. And who are those righteous servants who deserve the inheritance of the earth, the study was about comprehensive reformist considerations that necessitate the inheritance of the land for specific groups of servants, whom God described as (the righteous). The importance of the research and its objectives were determined, urging the believer to contemplate the Holy Qur’an, especially the verses of righteousness and the righteous, so that the situation leads him to obtain safety by reviewing what he issued from deeds and words, so the conclusion is the balance in which we seek. Righteous deeds just as he senses sins in an effort to be among the righteous who win God’s pleasure, that is, for man to try as much as the man can to activate the innate righteousness that God has placed in human souls, so he appears awake, presenting himself with the contents of the Holy Qur’an of glad tidings and promises, and what it contains of ethics that transcend man.
