The aim of the research is to identify the level of achievement of the English language curricula for cognitive goals in the primary stage from the educational supervisor’s point of view. The sampling data includes 32 educational supervisors who work in the General Directorate of Education in Maysan. To check the validity of the research, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to verify the goal of the research after reviewing a number of literature and studies. It consisted of (25) items with a five-step scale, and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and using statistical means (Facronbach's equation, mean, standard deviation, and percentage) were treated the data is statistically. The researcher concluded that the level of achievement of the cognitive objectives of the English language curricula in the primary stage from the educational supervisor's point of view was at an average level. Based on the research results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The researchers sought to identify the probative motivation of school principals through a set of objectives represented in identifying the

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers built a measure of proactive motivation, which in its final form consisted of (32) items, and after verifying its validity and stability, and analyzing its paragraphs statistically on the research sample of (400) principals and principals in the center of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and they were chosen by random method. 1- The research sample (school principals) have proactive motivation.
2- There is no statistically significant difference for school principals according to the variables of gender and school type, with no statistically significant difference in the interaction of gender and school type. And based on the findings of the research, the recommendations that were necessary, according to his point of view, came out with the need to increase attention and development in the culture of fair value accounting and support it by the relevant institutions and authorities, and work to consolidate it and highlight its positives and advantages, as he considered it necessary for those in charge of the process of preparing financial statements in accordance with The International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS 13) requires accuracy and appropriate timing in the preparation and presentation of this information for the purpose of delivering it to its users in a timely manner. The problem in learning English lies not only in the mastery of the foreign phonemes and their variants but also in the ability to pronounce these sounds in certain sequences. Therefore, the present study is conducted to measure participants՚ capacities to produce consonant clusters in correct way and to discover the cluster which plays a great role in creating difficulties for pronouncing English consonant cluster in different word positions. The sample of study included (50) participants form the department of English, College of Education for Women at Iraqiya University. The researcher utilized a writing test as an tool to collect data. To accomplish the aims of the study, descriptive analytical method was used to describe the results of data analysis. The results of the study showed that 33.6 % of the participants՚ participants was correct while 66.4 % was the percentage of the incorrect pronunciation in pronouncing initial clusters. Furthermore, the results showed that 32 % of the participants pronunciation was correct while 68 % was the percentage of the incorrect pronunciation in pronouncing final clusters. The main recommendation is that students should pay more attention to four final cluster through more intensive practice by using the strategy of lengthening /S/ and building up the cluster by adding a segment each time to pronounce good clusters.

The current research aims to identify the attitudes of Arabic language teachers towards the use of the school card and its effectiveness in the primary stage. The sample of the study consisted of (82) male and female teachers (94%) (50) males and (32) females who are studying primary school pupils For the third Rusafa Education Directorate, they were chosen intentionally, and due to the nature of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach.That the attitudes of Arabic language teachers in the primary stage towards the use of the school card were positive and to a high degree, and that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α =) due to the gender variable and in favor of males and with a statistical significance of (0.03) and an arithmetic mean (2.85), while the average Arithmetic for females (2.69), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 α =) is attributed to the variable of teaching experience, where the value of (0.29) (F) is not statistically significant.
The researcher recommended the following:
1- Working on using the school card in the educational process by Arabic language teachers at the different stage.
2- Carry out an incentive reward or an effort book of appreciation to distinguished teachers or create an annual competition for the ideal teacher in education, in order to help them to continuously give and create a spirit of competition among them.
3- Conducting a field study on the extent of activation of Arabic language teachers in using the school card in other educational stages

1- Identifying the level of generative thinking skills for male and female physics teachers.
2- Identifying the level of professional motivation for male and female physics teachers.
3- Identifying the relationship between generative thinking skills and professional motivation according to the gender variable (males - females).
4- Recognizing the significance of the differences between generative thinking skills and professional motivation according to the gender variable (males - females).
The current research identified physics teachers for the preparatory stage in the Directorate of Education in Al-Qadisiyah and for the academic year (2021-2022), and the descriptive correlative approach was adopted. The research sample was chosen by the method of random sampling (Stratified Random), and to achieve this, a test was built for generative thinking skills that has honesty and stability, and the Rikabi Scale (2019) for professional skills was adopted, after its paragraphs were subjected to statistical analysis and extracting its psychometric properties to be ready for application to the research sample. The study has concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions. The two research tools were applied in the second semester of the year (2021-2022), and statistical analysis and processing of the data was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-21) program. To the following results:
1- Physics teachers have a high level of generative thinking skills.
2- Physics teachers have a high level of professional skills.
3- There is a difference in the relationship between generative thinking skills and professional motivation between males and females and in favor of males.
4- There is a direct relationship between generative thinking skills and professional motivation.
The delegation concluded the study with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

The current study aimed to identify the psychological needs as well as to identify the differences in the psychological needs according to the gender variable among the students of the Gifted School in Basra Governorate. The academic year (2021/2022) were selected in a simple random way. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the psychological needs scale for the gifted was used, prepared by (Fatihah 2021), because it is commensurate with the research sample and its objectives. The results of the study indicated that there are psychological needs for the sample. There were no statistically significant differences in psychological needs due to the gender variable. In the light of its results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: conducting studies on the needs of gifted students for different educational stages, and conducting studies to develop methods of satisfying psychological needs.

The research aims to know the role of strategic awareness as an independent variable in proactive behavior as a dependent variable, In order to achieve this, four dimensions of strategic awareness were relied upon (internal strategic awareness, external strategic awareness, current strategic awareness, and future strategic awareness), The proactive behavior dimensions (vocal behavior, taking responsibility, preventing problems, and individual innovation) were adopted based on ready-made standards, As the research occupies its importance from the entity of the organization and its reputation through strategic awareness as one of the basic positive ingredients and the extent of its impact in pushing the organization towards the application of proactive behavior in order to serve the achievement of the proactive goals of the organization, The second Karkh Education Directorate was chosen as a research community. As for the intended sample, it was represented by the higher administrations (general director, assistant general managers, department director, division official) in the directorate, The hypotheses were tested through a questionnaire supported by interviews prepared for this purpose, and (135) were distributed for the purpose of statistical analysis. (127) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, i.e. with a return rate of (94%), in addition to the use of a set of statistical methods through a program (SPSS V.24), and the research focused on a main problem that is “the extent to which the foundations of strategic awareness are available among workers in the second Karkh Education Directorate, and what is the role of strategic awareness for workers in promoting the proactive behavior of the directorate”, The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation between the strategic awareness and the proactive behavior of the organization. This study aimed to identify the reality of the use of alternative evaluation methods by social studies teachers in the intermediate stage, and the descriptive survey approach was relied upon. Measurement and evaluation, as well as its stability has been confirmed, namely: an observation card to identify the degree of teachers’ use of alternative evaluation methods according to academic qualification and years of experience, and a questionnaire to identify alternative evaluation methods suitable for use in the intermediate stage from the specialists’ point of view; It was used through a questionnaire consisting of (25) items distributed on five axes (assessment based on paper and pen, assessment based on performance, assessment based on observation, assessment based on communication, and assessment based on self-review), and the current research community is limited to teachers social studies for the intermediate stage in Iraq for the academic year (2021-2022), and the study sample consisted of (75) teachers who were chosen in a multi-stage random way from middle school teachers in the Maysan Education Directorate, and after conducting statistical operations, the results of the study showed that the teachers’ use of the alternative calendar was Medium, as the arithmetic averages ranged between (1.97-2.48), and the evaluation based on paper and pen came in the first place with an arithmetic average of (2.48), while the peer evaluation came in the fifth place with an arithmetic average of (1.0). 97), and in the light of the results, the researcher drew several conclusions, including:
- The methods of alternative evaluation are available in medium proportions among social studies teachers in the intermediate stage.
In light of this, the researcher made a set of recommendations, including:

The aim of the research is to find out the most important teaching methods used by teachers of Islamic education in secondary schools in Baghdad Governorate. This study aims to know the "relationship between media consumption and social responsibility among students of the Holy University of Karbala" because society in general and students in particular have become consuming media content in a very large way, which necessitated us to study the relationship between media consumption and social responsibility among students of the Holy University of Karbala. This research gathered the sheikhs of al-Tirmidhi who narrated directly from them, and Ibn Hajar called them in his book al-Taqreeb with the word “abandoned or omitted, or his hadith is not strong or soft.” Their number reached seven narrators. The verdict reached by the researcher, so this research consisted of an introduction and a topic. In the introduction, I mentioned the importance of the research, the limits of the research, the objectives of the research, and the methodology of the research, then a brief biography of Al-Tirmidhi, and the importance of his book, as well as a brief biography of Ibn Hajar, and the importance of his book Al-Taqreeb.In the topic, I mentioned the narrators about whom Ibn Hajar spoke, and I compared his sayings with the sayings of the imams and critics in order to reach the rank of the narrator and the reasons that prompted Imam Al-Tirmidhi to narrate from him, then I concluded the research with the conclusion, and I mentioned the most prominent results that I reached.

The research seeks to know how to build paradox in the text of wisdom and its performance of meaning, as well as to determine the semantic levels in the text and which one is intended, because determining the significance of paradox requires the recipient of linguistic procedures that require leaving the apparent text and searching beyond it, using the linguistic and current contextual clues to deduce the meaning.
