Abstract

The environment is the framework in which we live and from which we obtain the necessities of life, such as food, clothing, medicine and shelter, and upon which we practice our vital activities and human relations. The environment is metaphorically used to refer to the place where a person settles and settles, i.e. the home, the place to which he returns, and in which he makes his home and his livelihood. The environment is the framework in which a person lives and obtains the necessities of life and practices his relations with human beings. Therefore, the rules of international law have prohibited resorting to the use of weapons that would harm the environment, foremost among which are what are known as internationally prohibited weapons

Abstract

البيئة هي الإطار الذي نحيا فيه ومنه نحصل على مقومات الحياة من غذاء وكساء ودواء ومأوى وعليها نمارس نشاطاتنا الحيوية وعلاقاتنا البشرية، والبيئة تطلق مجازاً على المكان الذي يتخذه الإنسان مستقراً لنزوله وحلوله، أي على المنزل الموطن، أي المكان الذي يرجع إليه، فيتخذ فيه منزله وعيشه، والبيئة هي الإطار الذي يحيى فيه الإنسان ويحصل منه على مقومات حياته ويمارس فيه علاقاته مع بني البشر، لذا فقد حظرت قواعد القانون الدولي اللجوء إلى استخدام الأسلحة التي من شأنها الإضرار بالبيئة وفي مقدمتها ما يعرف بالأسلحة المحرمة دولياً.

Representations of Man-Nature Relationship in the Holy Quran: An Ecological Approach

Abstract

This study is inspired by the eco-critical approach to show the significant and interconnected relationship between man and nature that the Holy Quran has addressed centuries ago. The study argues that the Holy Quran is precursor in the sense that it preceded the advance of modern ecological science and the related consciousness emerging in the late nineteenth century. Although eco-criticism crystallized in the 1970s, this study demonstrates that man’s relationship with nature and concern for it can be traced back to ancient times, particularly in the Holy Quran. God Almighty has referred, in many verses, to the nature of creation and the exploitation of all creatures in the service of man. Following the contemporary ecological critique approach, this study discusses the relationship between humans and nature in light of three main themes: balance, stewardship, and respect for all creatures.

Abstract

تستلهم هذه الدراسة من النهج البيئي النقدي لتُظهر العلاقة الهامة والمتداخلة بين الإنسان والطبيعة التي تناولها القرآن الكريم منذ قرون. وتُجادل الدراسة بأن القرآن الكريم هو السبّاق في هذا الصدد، حيث سبق ظهور العلوم البيئية الحديثة والوعي المرتبط بها الذي بدأ في الظهور في أواخر القرن التاسع عشر. وعلى الرغم من أن النقد البيئي تبلور في السبعينيات من القرن العشرين، إلا أن هذه الدراسة تُظهر أن العلاقة بين الإنسان والطبيعة والاهتمام بها يمكن تتبعه إلى العصور القديمة، وخاصة في القرآن الكريم. أشار الله سبحانه وتعالى في العديد من الآيات إلى طبيعة الخلق وتسخير جميع المخلوقات لخدمة الإنسان. ووفقاً لمنهج النقد البيئي المعاصر، تناقش هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الإنسان والطبيعة في ضوء ثلاثة محاور رئيسة: التوازن، والخلافة، واحترام جميع المخلوقات.

Abstract

This research aims to present a deep semiotic study of Gibran Khalil Gibran's alien characters, by exploring the identity conflicts that plague them in the context of their alienation experience, after shedding light on the analysis of the symbols and connotations that Gibran uses to depict these conflicts, and how these symbols reflect the depth of the human experience of alienation. Therefore, I will try through this analysis to reach a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of constructing the intertwined identity that these characters live, and how they express their internal conflicts through the symbols and signs that permeate Gibran's texts.
The study material required that the research plan be as follows:
The first section: Theoretical framework and basic concepts.
First/ Semiotics: Study of signs and meanings.
Second/ Analysis of the phenomenon of alienation.
Third/ Gibran, the voice of the age that never dies.
Second section: Semiotic analysis of alienated characters in Gibran's literature.
And then a general conclusion to the study that the research reached.

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم دراسة سيميائية بعيدة الغور لشخصيات جبران خليل جبران الإغترابية، وذلك من خلال استكشاف الصّراعات الهوياتية التي تعصف بها في سياق تجربتها الإغترابية، بعد إلقاء الضوء على تحليل الرموز والدلالات التي يستعملها جبران في تصوير هذه الصّراعات، وكيف تعكس هذه الرموز عمق التجربة الإنسانية للإغتراب.؟ لذا سأُحاول من خلال هذا التحليل التوصل إلى فهم أعمق لآليات بناء الهُويّة المتشابكة التي تعيشها هذه الشخصيات، وكيفية تعبيرها عن صراعاتها الداخلية من خلال الرموز والعلامات التي تتخلّل نصوص جبران.
وقد إقتضت مادة الدراسة أن تكون خطة البحث على النحو الآتي:
المبحث الأول: الإطار النظري والمفاهيم الأساسية.
أولاً/ السيميائية: دراسة العلامات والمعاني.
ثانياً/ تحليل ظاهرة الإغتراب.
ثالثاً/ جبران صوتُ العصر الذي لايموت.
المبحث الثاني: التحليل السيميائي للشخصيات الإغترابية في أدب جبران.
ومن ثمّ خاتمة إجمالية للدراسة التي توصل إليها البحث.

The impact of adopting customer satisfaction on the quality of banking services in Islamic banks

Abstract

The study aimed to show the impact of adopting customer satisfaction on the quality of banking services in Islamic banks in Iraq. The study was conducted on employees working in Islamic banks in the capital, Baghdad, where the number of individuals in the study community reached (142) employees, and the study sample was used consisting of (46) employees, who were selected randomly by stratified method. In order to achieve the study goal, the researcher developed a questionnaire as a research tool, which included a set of paragraphs that addressed the impact of customer satisfaction on the quality of banking services in Islamic banks in Iraq. The results of the study show a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (0.05) between customer satisfaction and the quality of banking services, as the correlation coefficient reached 95%, indicating a strong and statistically significant relationship. The results of the study also show that customer satisfaction explains 90% of the variance in the quality of banking services, which is significant at the level (0.01). The researcher explains this result by saying that customer satisfaction is a natural result of the interest of Islamic banks in the idea of applying Islamic law in transactions, which is a permissive law that puts people before the idea of money, and is characterized by being subject to laws that cannot be changed or manipulated.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر تبني رضا العملاء على جودة الخدمات المصرفية في المصارف الإسلامية في العراق ، وقد اجريت الدراسة على الموظفين العاملين في البنوك الاسلامية في العاصمة بغداد ، حيث بلغ عدد افراد مجتمع الدراسة (142) موظفا، وتم استعمال عينة الدراسة مكونة من (46) موظفا، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، ومن اجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة، قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة كأداة من أدوات البحث، حيث تضمنت مجموعة من الفقرات التي تناولت تأثير رضا العملاء على جودة الخدمات المصرفية في المصارف الإسلامية في العراق. وتظهر نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين رضا العملاء وجودة الخدمات المصرفية، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط 95%، مما يدل على وجود ارتباط قوي وذو دلالة إحصائية.كما تبين نتائج الدراسة بان رضا العملاءتفسر 90% من التباين في جودة الخدمات المصرفية، وهي دالة عند مستوى (0.01). ويفسر الباحث هذه النتيجة كون رضا العملاءهي نتاج طبيعي لاهتمام البنوك الإسلامية بفكرة تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية في المعاملات، وهي شريعة سمحه تضع الانسان قبل قبل فككرة المال، وتتسم بكونها خاضعة لقوانين لا يمكن ان يتم تبديلها او التلاعب بها.

Abstract

The movement of theatrical criticism constitutes one of the most important elements of the artistic life cycle that represents the process of artistic production throughout various trends and contexts, as theatrical criticism is a reproduction and formation of a new meaning for the recipient. Therefore, the field of theatrical criticism is full of many visions that are based on different and varied references and are based on critical tools that change according to the nature of the critic, his culture and artistic orientations, as well as as a result of the nature of the theatrical artistic product and its trends. In Iraq, the critical field was based on important axes, the most prominent of which is the trend towards academic methods in theatrical criticism and sometimes proceeding according to journalistic article criticism based on impressions and opinions. Between these two axes, the critical process attracts different critical references and tools in contemporary Iraqi theatrical criticism, which prompted the researcher to choose the following title for his research: (The Current and Different in Criticism of Iraqi Theatrical Performance: References and Tools) to investigate the most prominent of those critical references and tools among contemporary critics of theatrical performances in the Iraqi critical scene, based on the latest they wrote from the critical blog. The following question was asked: What is the current and different Iraqi theatrical criticism in terms of references and tools in dealing with performances? The play? The focus of the research problem in the first chapter, as for the second chapter, the researcher went to two important topics, one entitled (The cognitive and aesthetic function of theatrical criticism) and the second entitled (The current state of Iraqi theatrical criticism: references and tools). In the procedural chapter (the third), the researcher addressed the experiences of 21 contemporary Iraqi theatrical critics from different orientations, cities and references in order to stand on the contemporary critical scene, and the research concluded with the fourth chapter (Results and conclusions).

تشكل حركة النقد المسرحي أحد أهم عناصر دورة الحياة الفنية التي تمثل سيرورة الإنتاج الفني على مدار مختلف التوجهات والسياقات وذلك بوصف النقد المسرحي إعادة انتاج وتشكل لمعنى جديد لدى المتلقي لذا يحفل المجال النقدي المسرحي بالعديد من الرؤى التي تستند الى مرجعيات متباينة ومختلفة وتقوم على أدوات نقدية تتغير وفقاً لطبيعة الناقد وثقافته وتوجهاته الفنية وكذلك نتيجة لطبيعة المنتج الفني المسرحي واتجاهاته، وفي العراق ارتكز المجال النقدي على محاور مهمة أبرزها التوجه نحو الأساليب الاكاديمية في النقد المسرحي واحيانا السير على وفق النقد الصحفي المقالي القائم على الانطباعات والآراء وما بين هذين المحورين تتجاذب العملية النقدية مرجعيات وأدوات نقدية مختلفة في النقد المسرحي العراقي المعاصر وهو الامر الذي دفع الباحث لاختيار عنوان بحثه الاتي : ( الراهن والمغاير في نقد العرض المسرحي العراقي : المرجعيات والأدوات) لتقصي أبرز تلك المرجعيات والأدوات النقدية لدى نقاد العروض المسرحية من المعاصرين في المشهد النقدي العراقي مستنداً الى اخر ما كتبوا من المدون النقدي، فكان التساؤل الاتي : ما هو راهن ومغاير النقد المسرحي العراقي من حيث المرجعيات والادوات في التعاطي مع العروض المسرحية؟ محوراً لمشكلة البحث في الفصل الأول ، اما الفصل الثاني فذهب الباحث الى مبحثين مهمين كانا بعنوان (الوظيفة المعرفية والجمالية للنقد المسرحي) والثاني بعنوان (راهنية النقد المسرحي العراقي: المرجعيات والأدوات) وفي الفصل الاجرائي (الثالث) فتطرق الباحث الى تجارب 21 ناقداً مسرحياً عراقياً معاصراً من مختلف التوجهات والمدن والمرجعيات وذلك من أجل الوقوف على المشهد النقدي المعاصر، وختم البحث بالفصل الرابع (النتائج والاستنتاجات).

Love Poetic Text between Sensory Imagery and Moral Impact: A Rhetorical Reading of the Books of Epics

Abstract

The study aims to reveal the rhetorical mechanisms that would draw a picture of the beloved, with a portrayal system that inspires contemplation and calls for admiration. This does not happen unless the methods of expression are present as they combine the two opposites in one common denominator, in addition to the effectiveness of substitution that gives the text suggestive density. Therefore, this study relied on the analytical approach of poetic examples in the collections of epics. Since research into these epics is bulky and ramified, the scope of this study is limited to three epic collections, namely (Al- Basryah epic, Al-Shajariyah epic, and Al-Maghribyah epic) due to their high status in the literary arena, and the scientific material they entertain on the semantic, artistic and aesthetic levels, and their poetic peculiarity that distinguishes these poets in their evocation of poetic pieces rich in suggestive images and symbols. The image of the beloved is the external signpost that can be understood and its connotations can be traced because it is formed from a special language that absorbs psychological suffering on the one hand, and expresses conditions and states on the other hand. Hence, the poet explodes what these descriptions carry of the elements and connotations that interact with each other to embody an image that cannot be ignored in constructing poetic formation in the texts. The study was divided into two sections; the first studied sensory imagery and its creative effect which depended on depicting the woman’s body (the beloved) and her external charms. As for the second section, it studied the image of the beloved and the effectiveness of the moral and psychological presence which depends on depicting the pangs of longing and nostalgia, and the meanings of rejection, abandonment, insomnia and torment.

يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الآليات البلاغية التي من شأنها رسم صورة للحبيبة، ذات نسق صوري يبعث على التأمل، ويدعو الى الإعجاب، وهذا لا يتم مالم تكن أساليب البيان حاضرة، كونها تجمع بين النقيضين في جامع واحد، فضلاً عن فاعلية الاستبدال التي تمنح النص كثافة إيحائية، لذلك سعيت في هذا البحث الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي لنماذج شعرية في دواوين الحماسة، ولأن البحث في هذه الحماسات يطول ويتشعب فقد آثرنا ان يكون مجال بحثنا في ثلاثة دواوين حماسية وهي (الحماسة البصرية، والحماسة الشجرية، والحماسة المغربية) لما لها من مكانة رفيعة في الساحة الأدبية، وما تزخر به من مادة علمية على المستوى الدلالي والفني والجمالي، وما لها من خصوصية شعرية تميز بها هؤلاء الشعراء في استحضارهم مقطوعات شعرية غنية بالصور والرموز الموحية، فصورة الحبيبة هي اللافتة الخارجية التي يمكن فهمها وتتبع دلالاتها، لأنها تتشكل من لغة خاصة تستوعب المعاناة النفسية من جهة، وتُعبر عن أحوال وهيئات من جهة أخرى، فالشاعر هنا يفجر ما تحمله تلك الاوصاف من عناصر ودلالات تتفاعل في ما بينها لتجسد صورة لا يمكن إغفالها في بناء التشكيل الشعري في النصوص، توزعت الدراسة على مبحثين: درس المبحث الأول التصوير الحسي وأثره الابداعي، الذي أعتمد على تصوير جسد المرأة (الحبيبة) ومحاسنها الخارجية، أما المبحث الثاني فدرس: صورة الحبيبة وفاعلية الحضور المعنوي والنفسي، الذي يعتمد على تصوير لواعج الشوق والحنين، ومعاني الصد والهجران والأرق والعذاب.

The relationship between transformational leadership and procedural leadershipA field study of a sample of colleges at the University of Baghdad

Abstract

The research aims to test the relationship between transformational and procedural leadership styles, and different leadership styles among some deans and heads of scientific departments in some colleges of the University of Baghdad. The researcher relied on a questionnaire of a sample of (22) deans and (93) heads of departments. The arithmetic mean and standard deviation were used to measure different behaviors, while Pearson\'s correlation coefficient was used for situational variables in leadership for that sample. The results showed that deans benefit from the elements of procedural and transformational leadership, and their focus is on using the element of contingent rewards, while they rarely resort to using the element of management by exception - negative. The arithmetic mean of the contingent rewards element was 2.956, while the arithmetic mean of the management by exception element - negative was 1.0565, 8. It was found that there are statistically significant correlations for the situational variables related to the behaviors of leaders with respect to department heads. The correlation coefficient for the variable \"technical quality\" was (0.395) with a significance level of (0.232) related to individual consideration, and (0.140) at a significance level of (0.675) for the variable \"time\" and its relationship to attractiveness. As for \"making more effort\", it was (0.431) with a statistical significance of (0.202) for the variable \"commitment\".

يهدف البحث الى اختبار العلاقة بين نمط القيادة التحويلية والاجرائية، وأنماط القيادة المختلفة لدى بعض العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام العلمية في بعض كليات جامعة بغداد. اعتمد الباحث على استبيان عينة (22) عميداً و (93) رئيساً للقسم استخدم الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لقياس السلوكيات المختلفة، في حين استخدم معامل ارتباط بيرسون للمتغيرات الموقفية بالقيادة لتلك العينة. أوضحت النتائج أن العمداء يستفيدون من عناصر القيادة الإجرائية والتحويلية، وينصب تركيزهم على استخدام عنصر المكافآت الطارئة أما عنصر الإدارة بالاستثناء _السالبة فقليلاً ما يلجؤون إلى استخدامه. حيث جاء المتوسط الحسابي لعنصر المكافآت الطارئة 2,956 بينما كان المتوسط الحسابي لعنصر الإدارة بالاستثناء - السالبة 1,0565، 8. وتبين ان هناك علاقات ارتباطية ذو دلالات إحصائية للمتغيرات الموقفية المتعلقة بسلوكيات القادة بالنسبة لرؤساء الأقسام، فكان معامل الارتباط لمتغير\" الجودة الفنية\" بلغ (0,395) بمستوى دلالة (0,232) المتعلقة بالاعتبار الفردي، و (0,140) عند مستوى دلالة (0,675) لمتغير \"الوقت\" وعلاقتها بالجاذبية، اما \"بذل مزيد من الجهد \"فقد بلغ (0,431) ذو دلالة إحصائية (0,202) لمتغير \"الالتزام\"

Abstract

The courts of the State are competent to consider the disputes determined by the rules of jurisdiction, and these rules determine the criteria on the basis of which jurisdiction is given to the courts of the State, whether these disputes are purely national - with regard to domestic jurisdiction - or tainted with a foreign element - related to international jurisdiction.
When each state establishes the rules of international jurisdiction, it is independent in determining the cases that fall within the jurisdiction of its courts. This independence comes from the principle of the state’s freedom to organize its jurisdiction, which it derives from international law.
The national legislator is responsible for stating the cases of an international nature, which fall within the jurisdiction of its courts. The jurisdiction of civil courts relates to all disputes that occur on the territory of the state, whether the parties are nationals or residents, and which relate to legal actions, material facts, or funds located on its territory. This international jurisdiction is established for national courts despite the presence of a foreign element in them

إن محاكم الدولة تختص بالنظر في المُنازعات التي تحددها قواعد الاختصاص القضائي، وهذه القواعد تُحدد المعايير التي على أساسها يُعطى الاختصاص لمحاكم الدولة، سواء كانت هذه المُنازعات وطنية بحتة – فيما يتعلق بالاختصاص القضائي الداخلي –، مشوبة بعنصر أجنبي – مُتعلقة بالاختصاص القضائي الدولي.
فكل دولة عند وضعها لقواعد الاختصاص القضائي الدولي، تستقل بتحديد الحالات التي تدخل في اختصاص محاكمها، وهذا الاستقلال يأتي من مبدأ حرية الدولة في تنظيم اختصاصها القضائي، الذي تستمده من القانون الدولي.
إن المشرع الوطني هو الذي يتكفل ببيان الحالات ذات الطابع الدولي، والتي تدخل في اختصاص محاكمه، إن ولاية المحاكم المدنية تتعلق بالمنازعات كافة، التي تحدث على اقليم الدولة سواء كان اطرافها من الوطنيين أم المقيمين، والتي تتعلق بالتصرفات القانونية أو الوقائع المادية او الاموال التي تتواجد على أراضيها، وهذا الاختصاص الدولي يثبت للمحاكم الوطنية على الرغم من وجود عنصر اجنبي فيها.

This study aims to conduct a comparison between traditional accounting and modern accounting in large companies, with a focus on the impact of tools and technology in improving the efficiency of accounting systems. The research begins by clarifying the concept of accounting science and its evolution over time, highlighting the importance of accounting in large companies as a vital tool for managing financial resources and supporting strategic decision-making. Traditional accounting is analyzed through an exploration of its advantages and disadvantages, such as reliance on manual records and slow transaction processing.
The study then transitions to modern accounting, which relies on advanced technologies such as integrated accounting software, automation, and artificial intelligence, leading to improved accuracy in financial reports and increased efficiency. The challenges associated with modern accounting, such as high initial costs and the need for continuous employee training, are also discussed.
The research also explores the tools of both traditional and modern accounting and emphasizes the role of technology in developing accounting in large companies by improving speed, accuracy, and decision-making effectiveness. Finally, the study addresses the future trends in accounting, such as the complete shift to digital systems and the use of smart technologies.
The research finds that modern accounting offers significant advantages in terms of efficiency and accuracy compared to traditional accounting, making it the ideal choice for large companies seeking to enhance their financial performance and ensure sustainability.

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إجراء مقارنة بين المحاسبة التقليدية والمحاسبة الحديثة في الشركات الكبيرة، مع التركيز على تأثير الأدوات والتكنولوجيا في تحسين كفاءة الأنظمة المحاسبية. يبدأ البحث بتوضيح مفهوم علم المحاسبة وتطوره عبر العصور ويبرز أهمية المحاسبة في الشركات الكبيرة كونها أداة حيوية لإدارة الموارد المالية ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. يتم تحليل المحاسبة التقليدية من خلال استعراض مزاياها وعيوبها، مثل الاعتماد على السجلات اليدوية والبطء في إنجاز المعاملات.

Abstract

This study addressed the economic crises that the public sector in Iraq suffers from, as these crises are a major challenge that affects government performance and the national economy in general. Most of Iraq's resources depend on oil revenues, which makes the economy vulnerable to global fluctuations in oil prices. The public sector suffers from weak administrative efficiency, high unemployment rates, increasing public debt, and a persistent financial deficit, which has exacerbated the economic and social situation.
The research focuses on analyzing the factors leading to these crises and evaluating the response strategies adopted by the government, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses. The research also provides practical proposals to enhance economic recovery, such as diversifying sources of revenue, improving the management of public resources, implementing structural reforms in government institutions, and encouraging local and foreign investments.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the current situation of the crisis, in addition to collecting quantitative and qualitative data from official sources, such as government reports and interviews with experts and decision-makers. Through data analysis, it was found that current response strategies need to be strengthened in the areas of financial planning, developing economic policies, and achieving transparency to face future challenges. The study concludes with a recommendation to develop long-term plans to strengthen the national economy, including diversifying the economic base, improving the efficiency of the public sector, and increasing cooperation between the public and private sectors. These solutions are essential to ensure sustainable recovery and avoid similar economic crises in the future.

تناولت هذه الدراسة الأزمات الاقتصادية التي يعاني منها القطاع العام في العراق، حيث تعد هذه الأزمات تحدياً رئيسياً يؤثر على الأداء الحكومي والاقتصاد الوطني بشكل عام. تعتمد معظم موارد العراق على الإيرادات النفطية مما يجعل الاقتصاد عرضة للتقلبات العالمية في أسعار النفط. يعاني القطاع العام من ضعف الكفاءة الإدارية وارتفاع معدلات البطالة وتزايد الدين العام والعجز المالي المستمر، مما أدى إلى تفاقم الوضع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

Abstract

The reason behind this research was to reveal the sound of power and the production of speech in the stories of a thousand nights (Alf Layla Wa-layal) and the other famous stories throughout the history and it is a group that can be described as an accumulated production of invention. It represents the heritage of contradicted and diverse group which often goes back to oriental population like Iraq, Iran and India and it has been controlled by the people. It was not like the first image when first started. These stories lack the name of the Author and the item also but the stories refer that the Author of these stories are (Shahrazad)herself and the time was around (13th – 14th )century. They were narrated by sultana (Shahrazad) to her sister (Dinyazad) in the presence of the king (Shahryar) in order to earn his kindness and change his mind from killing her own girls like her, that were submissive to his ruthless Sultan and to the king's will too. (Shahrazad) was able to convince the king (Shahryar) by her witted mind and magical narration that contain strong style and memorization to the lines poetry and attract the king to her story every night and what matters to us here in this research is the understanding of the power and the power of speech and the mechanism of its productivity with its diversity for each night mostly so, realizing the change of the speech from a political one which is announced by the king or the Caliphate to a social speech that addresses different members in the society and her we see a speech of feminism that is addresses by the Sulatn (Shahrazad) or other women. That is what we are going to learn from the stories of a thousand nights (Hikayat Alf Layla Wa-Layla) which are full of enjoyment and excitement also because these stories were able to capture the hearts of the readers and others until today.

Abstract

Competitive intelligence is one of the pillars of business intelligence, and it involves the analytical process that transforms scattered information about competitors and customers into strategic knowledge. This intelligence is accompanied by strategic vigilance, which is considered the most mature means to enhance the competitiveness of business organizations by keeping up with contemporary digital technology in the information system.
In light of this association, the research aims to examine the impact of competitive intelligence and its two dimensions, market intelligence and technological intelligence, on the strategic vigilance of business organizations. To achieve this goal, the descriptive-analytical method was used, and a special questionnaire was prepared to align with the research requirements.
The research, after being applied to a number of private banks in Iraq, concluded with several findings, the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant impact of competitive intelligence and its two dimensions, market intelligence and technological intelligence, on the strategic vigilance of these banks. The research also presented several recommendations, foremost among them being the need for banking management to pay attention to competitive intelligence and strategic vigilance, in addition to focusing on investment in technology and enhancing digital knowledge, as this is essential for maintaining market share in the banking labor market.

يعد الذكاء التنافسي أحد اضلاع مثلث ذكاء الاعمال، ومضمونه العملية التحليلية التي تحول المعلومات المتفرقة عن المنافسين والعملاء الى معرفة استراتيجية، ويترافق هذا الذكاء مع اليقظة الاستراتيجية التي تعد أنضج وسيلة لرفع منافسة منظمات الاعمال من خلال مسايرة التكنووجيا الرقمية المعاصرة في نسق المعلومات
في ضوء هذا الترافق هدف البحث ليتناول أثر الذكاء التنافسي وبعديه ذكاء السوق والذكاء التكنولوجي في اليقظة الإستراتيجية لمنظمات الاعمال. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعداد استبانة خاصة تتناسق ومتطلبات البحث.
توصل البحث بعد تطبيقه في عدد من المصارف الاهلية في العراق الى عدد من الاستنتاجات كان اهمها وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء التنافسي وبعديه ذكاء السوق والذكاء التكنولوجي في اليقظة الاستراتيجية لتلك المصارف.
كما عرض البحث عدد من التوصيات في مقدمتها ضرورة اهتمام الإدارات المصرفية بالذكاء التنافسي واليقظة الإستراتيجية ،إضافة إلى الاهتمام بعملية الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا وتعزيز المعرفة الرقمية لأن ذلك يعد أساس في المحافظة على الحصة السوقية في سوق العمل المصرفي.

Abstract

The arbitration body plays a fundamental and prominent role in the success or failure of the legal arbitration system by overcoming the legal difficulties it faces, because it is almost the backbone of the arbitration opponent’s desire to reach an enforceable arbitration award, because it requires an agreement between the parties to the dispute or a special provision in the law, because the arbitration system is based primarily on the principle of the authority of will. As for the rulings that can be appealed in Iraqi law and comparative laws, the appeal is one of the basic principles in civil litigation. The opponent who fails in his lawsuit before the first instance court may resort to a higher instance court to present the dispute to it again to correct the ruling issued, whether by canceling it or amending it. The goal of the appeal is to reach, as much as possible, a correct and fair judgment.

أن هيئة التحكيم تلعب دوراً أساسياً وبارزاً من أجل انجاح النظام القانوني للتحكيم أو اخفاقه , وذلك من خلال تذليل الصعوبات القانونية التي تقابلها , لأنها تُكاد أن تكون بمثابة العمود الفقري لمُخاصِمُ التحكيم تَوْق الوصول إلى حكم التحكيم القابل للتنفيذ , لأنه يستوجب وجود اتفاق بين أطراف النزاع أو نص خاص في القانون , لان نظام التحكيم يقوم أساساً على مبدأ سلطان الإرادة ، أما فيما يخص الأحكام القابلة للطعن بالاستئناف في القانون العراقي والقوانين المقارنة ، فالاستئناف يعد من المبادئ الأساسية في المرافعات المدنية ، فالخصم الذي يخفق في دعواه أمام محكمة الدرجة الأولى ، يجوز له الالتجاء إلى محكمة أعلى درجة لعرض النزاع عليها من جديد لتصحيح الحكم الصادر سواء بإلغائه أم بتعديله ، فالهدف من الاستئناف هو الوصول بقدر الإمكان إلى قضاء صحيح وعادل .

Abstract

The goal of the research to identify the impact of the application of total quality dimensions in the job commitment to Anbar University employees. The comprehensive inventory method was used to choose the research community that is from employees and female employees in the colleges of Anbar University, who numbered (1262) employees and employees, and the research sample was identified by administrative employees at Anbar University in Iraq. The number of (166) employees, was chosen by intent and distributing the questionnaires to them, and accordingly the number of distributed questionnaires reached (160) questionnaires, from which the researcher recovered (105) questionnaires.
The research in its results concluded that the level of the application of total quality management at Anbar University was moderate and that the job commitment of Anbar University employees was average.
The research also found a statistically indicative effect of the dimensions of total quality management (the participation of the employee, work teams, continuous improvement and training) in the job commitment to Anbar University employees.
There are no difference with statistical significance of the gender variable.
Accordingly, the researcher recommends
1-Paying attention to applying the dimensions of comprehensive quality with its elements, as it has a clear impact on job commitment.
2-Support, support and commitment by the university presidency and at all levels to instill, publish and understand the mechanisms of applying the dimensions of comprehensive quality because of its role in promoting and increasing job commitment.
3-The necessity of spreading a culture of teamwork and a course in increasing the spirit of commitment and creativity among employees.

توصل البحث في نتائجها الى أن مستوى تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جامعة الأنبار كانت متوسطة وأن الإلتزام الوظيفي لموظفي جامعة الانبار كان متوسطاً.
كما توصل البحث الى وجود أثر دال إحصائياً لأبعاد إدارة الجودة الشاملة (مشاركة الموظفي وفرق العمل والتحسين المستمر والتدريب) في الإلتزام الوظيفي لموظفي جامعة الانبار.
وتبين لاتوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغير الجنس.
وبناءً عليه يوصي الباحث
1- الإهتمام بتطبيق ابعاد الجودة الشاملة بعناصرها حيث لها الأثر الواضح في الإلتزام الوظيفي.
2- الدعم والمساندة والإلتزام من قبل رئاسة الجامعة وبجميع مستوياتها لغرس ونشر وفهم واليات تطبيق ابعاد الجودة الشاملة لما لها من دور في تعزيز وزيادة الإلتزام الوظيفي.
3- ضرورة نشر ثقافة العمل الجماعي ودورة في زيادة روح الإلتزام والإبداع لدى الموظفين.

Abstract

The research aimed to identify (the effect of the Rally (Coach) strategy) on the achievement of sixth grade primary school students in mathematics and their positive thinking), and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher formulated the following two null hypotheses
1- (There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students in the experimental group who studied according to the Raleigh (trainer) strategy, and the average scores of the students in the control group who studied according to the normal method in the achievement test.
2- (There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the Raleigh (trainer) strategy, and the average scores of the students of the control group who studied according to the usual method on the positive thinking scale.)
The researcher followed the experimental approach, and Al-Sharif Al-Radi Primary School, a mixed school, was intentionally chosen as a sample to implement the research experiment and because it contained two divisions. The total number of students reached (60) students, with (31) students for the experimental group and (29) students for the control group.
(130) behavioral objectives were formulated for the three levels of Bloom's levels (knowledge, understanding, application), and the researcher prepared (35) study plans. The researcher also prepared a measure of positive thinking consisting of15)) items and an achievement test consisting of (20) items of a choice of type. Multiple with four alternatives, verifying its validity and stability, and calculating the difficulty coefficient and discriminatory power And the effectiveness of false alternatives. To calculate the reliability coefficient of the test, the test was applied using the (Kuder-Richardston K-20) equation. The data was processed statistically using the statistical package (SPSS). The results showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group in the achievement test and the positive thinking test, which indicates the effect of the Rally (Coach) strategy in raising the level of student achievement. In light of the results that emerged, the researcher recommended the possibility of applying the Rally (Coach) strategy in teaching mathematics.

اتبعت ﭐلباحثة المنهج ﭐلتجريبي ، وﭐختيرت مدرسة الشريف الرضي الابتدائية ﭐلمختلطة قصدياً عينة لتطبيق تجربة البحث ولاحتوائها على شعبتين ، إذ بلغ مجموع التلاميذ(60) تلميذ بواقع (31) تلميذ للمجوعة التجريبية و(29)تلميذ للمجوعة ﭐلضابطة وتم صياغة (130) هدفا سلوكيا للمستويات الثلاثة من مستويات بلوم (معرفة،فهم،تطبيق) وأعدت الباحثة (35) خطة دراسية وكذلك ﭐعدت الباحثة مقياس للتفكير ﭐلإيجابي يتكون من (15) فقرة واختباراً تحصيلياً تالف من (20) فقرة من نوع اختيار من متعدد بأربع بدائل والتحقق من صدقه وثباته وحساب معامل ﭐلصعوبة والقوة التميزية وفعالية ﭐلبدائل الخاطئة ولحساب معامل ثبات الاختبار تم تطبيق ﭐلاختبار باستخدام معادلة (كيودر-ريتشاردستون K-20) ، تم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) وأَظهرت النتائج تفوق تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية علىَ تلاميذ المجموعة الضابطة في أَختبارالتحصيل واختبار التفكير الإيجابي ، مما يدل على اثرإستراتيجية رالي (المدرب)في رفع مستوى تحصيل التلاميذ وعلى ضوء النتائج التي ظهرت وصت الباحثة بإمكانية تطبيق إستراتيجية رالي (المدرب) في تدريس مادة الرياضيات.

حيث تصدى الإمام الصادق "عليه السلام" لهذه الفرق المنحرفة من خلال الإستدلال العقلي والنقلي في ابطال حججهم من خلال النقاشات العلمية والمناظرات لبعض تلميذ "الإمام عليه السلام".

Abstract

This research studies (Aesthetics of Environmental Art in Postmodern Architecture (Zaha Hadid) as a Model) as this study included four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the research problem, its importance and the need for it, then its goal and limits, and defining and defining the terms included. The research problem dealt with reconsidering the methods, mechanisms and rules on which postmodern architecture was built so that architecture adopts the content of its works from the environmental reality based on the theory of deconstruction as well as its artistic vision, to have its own style. Which prompted the researcher to adopt it according to its relationship and the structure of environmental art in post-modern architecture, and to reveal how the contemporary Iraqi architect relates to the local impact and cultural heritage in his visual works, outwardly, inwardly and metaphorically. Based on the above, the researcher formulates his questions: How did the architecture structure manifest itself in Zaha Hadid's works in high-tech architecture? Did the architect (Hadid) rely on the local environment and cultural heritage in building her visual texts? How did the engineer distinguish herself with the uniqueness of her artistic style? What are the foundations she relied on to establish her global identity?
From the research results:
1- Zaha Hadid's architectural works were characterized by being an integral part of the natural environment of the region as in all forms.
2- Post-modern features appeared boldly in the implementation of large works that shocked those interested in the arts of post-modern architecture due to their departure from the norm, and this was clearly evident in Figure (1, 3).

يدرس هذا البحث (جماليات الفن البيئي في عمارة مابعد الحداثة (زها حديد) انموذجاً ) اذ شملت هذا الدراسة اربعة فصول عني الفصل الاول بمشكلة البحث واهميته والحاجة اليه ثم هدفه وحدوده وتحديد المصطلحات الواردة وتعرفيها ، وقد تناولت مشكلة البحث إعادة النظر في الأساليب والآليات والقواعد، التي بنيت عليها عمارة مابعد الحداثة لتتبنى المعمارية مضمون اعمالها من الواقع البيئي منطلقة من نظرية التفكيك فضلاً عن رؤيتها الفنية ، ليصبح لها أسلوبها الخاص. مما دعا الباحث لتبنيها وفقا لعلاقتها وبنية الفن البيئي في عمارة مابعد الحداثة ، وكشف كيفية تعالق المعماري العراقي المعاصر بين الأثر المحلي والموروث الحضاري في اعماله البصرية، ظاهراً وباطناً واستعارةً. وتأسيساً على ما تقدم يصوغ الباحث تساؤلاته ، كيف تجلت بنية العمارة في اعمال زها حديد في عمارة فائقة التكنولوجيا ؟ وهل اعتمدت الفنانة المعمارية ( حديد ) في بناء نصوصها البصرية على البيئة المحلية و الموروث الحضاري؟ وكيف تميزت المهندسة بتفرد أسلوبها الفني؟ وما الأسس التي اعتمدتها لترسيخ هويتها العالمية ؟
ومن نتائج البحث:
1- اتصفت الاعمال المعمارية لزها حديد بانها جزء لايتجزأ من البيئة الطبيعية للمنطقة كما في جميع الاشكال.
2- ظهرت معالم مابعد الحداثة بصورة جريئة في تنفيذ اعمال كبيرة شكلت صدمة للمهتمين في فنون عمارة مابعد الحداثة بسبب خروجها عن المألوف , وظهر ذلك جلياً في شكل (1, 3).

Since 2003, Iraq has been suffering from a severe crisis in its national identity as a result of the structural changes that the country witnessed that included all sectors of society, where sectarian, national and tribal sub-identities grew at the expense of the comprehensive national identity. يعاني العراق منذ عام 2003 من أزمة حادة في هويته الوطنية نتيجة لما شهدته البلاد من تغيرات بنيوية شملت جميع قطاعات المجتمع، حيث تنامت الهويات الفرعية الطائفية والقومية والعشائرية على حساب الهوية الوطنية الجامعة ، وقد عزز هذه الأزمة قيام العملية السياسية على أساس المحاصصة الطائفية والتوافقية كوسيلة لتسلم السلطة ما بين المكونات السياسية ، وهذا ما انعكس سلباً على النظام السياسي وعلى أدائه وطريقة عمله، وأفقده وحدة بنائه وانسجامه وولّد صراع هويات داخل المنظومة العامة للبلاد ، فضلاً عن إحداث شرخ بين مكونات المجتمع استغلته بعض القوى والأطراف السياسية لتحقيق مكاسب شخصية وآنية ضيقة ، ومن أبرز تجليات أزمة الهوية الوطنية وزيادة دور الهويات الفرعية تنامي الأزمات السياسية في العراق و التي تتكرر بشكل دائم عند كل استحقاق انتخابي وسياسي هام .

Abstract

Public relations plays an essential role in educational institutions, as it aims to build a safe and supportive school environment and promote positive values among students. This role is especially important in light of the increasing behavioral challenges that students face, such as school violence, bullying, cyber addiction, and other social phenomena that affect their academic and personal growth.
This research aims to study the impact of different awareness programs offered by educational institutions on students' behavior in Iraq, focusing on the differences between public and private schools, as well as the impact of geographical location, whether in urban or rural areas. To achieve this, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, where questionnaires were distributed to a sample of 50 students of different age groups to measure the extent of their response to different awareness programs.
The results showed that media guidance, through awareness campaigns through traditional and digital media, was the most effective in improving students' behavior and increasing their awareness of social risks. The study also showed significant differences in students' response to these programs according to the type of school, with private schools showing more interest in implementing awareness programs than public schools. The study also found that students in urban areas were more engaged with the awareness programs than their counterparts in rural areas, highlighting the need to develop strategies that suit different cultural and social contexts.
The study emphasizes the need to strengthen the role of public relations in educational institutions by developing comprehensive strategies that include innovative awareness campaigns, engaging the family and community in guiding students' behavior, and providing a supportive school environment that promotes positive values and protects youth from increasing behavioral and social risks.

تلعب العلاقات العامة دورًا جوهريًا في المؤسسات التعليمية، حيث تهدف إلى بناء بيئة مدرسية آمنة وداعمة، وتعزيز القيم الإيجابية لدى الطلاب. ويكتسب هذا الدور أهمية خاصة في ظل التحديات السلوكية المتزايدة التي يواجهها الطلاب مثل العنف المدرسي والتنمر والإدمان الإلكتروني وغيرها من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تؤثر على نموهم الأكاديمي والشخصي.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير البرامج التوعوية المختلفة التي تقدمها المؤسسات التعليمية على سلوك الطلاب في العراق، مع التركيز على الفروقات بين المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، بالإضافة إلى تأثير الموقع الجغرافي، سواء في المناطق الحضرية أو الريفية. ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم توزيع استبيانات على عينة مكونة من 50 طالبًا من مختلف الفئات العمرية وذلك لقياس مدى استجابتهم للبرامج التوعوية المختلفة.
أظهرت النتائج أن التوجيه الإعلامي من خلال حملات التوعية عبر وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والرقمية كان الأكثر فاعلية في تحسين سلوك الطلاب وزيادة وعيهم بالمخاطر الاجتماعية. كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق ملحوظة في استجابة الطلاب لهذه البرامج وفقًا لنوع المدرسة حيث أظهرت المدارس الخاصة اهتمامًا أكبر بتطبيق البرامج التوعوية مقارنة بالمدارس الحكومية. كذلك، تبين أن الطلاب في المناطق الحضرية كانوا أكثر تفاعلًا مع المحتوى التوعوي مقارنة بنظرائهم في المناطق الريفية، مما يبرز الحاجة إلى تطوير استراتيجيات تتناسب مع السياقات الثقافية والاجتماعية المختلفة.
وتؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة تعزيز دور العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات التعليمية من خلال تطوير استراتيجيات شاملة تتضمن حملات توعوية مبتكرة، وإشراك الأسرة والمجتمع في توجيه سلوك الطلاب، إلى جانب توفير بيئة مدرسية داعمة تعزز القيم الإيجابية وتحمي الشباب من المخاطر السلوكية والاجتماعية المتزايدة.

The Crime of Drug Abuse in Iraqi Law and its Judicial Applications

Abstract

We find that the crime of drug abuse is considered one of the most dangerous social crimes that hinder and prevent human development and directly affect the economic life in the country. The crime of drug abuse is considered complementary to the crime of drug trafficking, since drug trafficking and distribution are intended for human use and consumption. It is a crime that crosses borders because not all countries can cultivate or manufacture it, due to the geographical nature and raw materials that go into its manufacture. The crime of drug abuse is one of the most dangerous crimes targeting young people and adolescents because they do not know the danger of using and consuming it, as it takes away the mind and robs the will, and those who use drugs cannot control their actions. This necessitates the researcher to research its legal foundation and the extent of the Iraqi legislator's understanding in studying its legal treatments compared to other countries. This is what the study produced in researching the crime of drug abuse in Iraqi law and other comparative laws and treating the Iraqi judiciary and courts in punishing this crime through its judicial applications, to be the first modern study that follows the applications of the Iraqi judiciary according to the newly enacted laws and merging Iraqi criminal rulings with national criminal rulings in other and neighboring countries regarding the criminalization of drug abuse. The crimes that fall under its criminal framework and the study of its elements and the extent of the application of its penalties according to the legal rules enacted and included in the Iraqi Penal Code and the Iraqi Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law, as it is the most recent and best law enacted in the regional environment and other laws and judicial decisions that criminalize drugs. In our study, we adopted an approach based on analytical and foundational description, comparing it to some other Arab laws.

نجد أن جريمة تعاطي المخدرات تعتبر من أخطر الجرائم الاجتماعية التي تعرقل وتمنع التنمية البشرية وتؤثر بشكل مباشر على الحياة الاقتصادية في البلاد، وجريمة تعاطي المواد المخدرة تعتبر مكملة لجريمة الاتجار بالمواد المخدرة كون ان تجارة المخدرات وتوزيعها الغرض منها التعاطي والاستهلاك البشري، وهي جريمة عبارة للحدود بسبب ان ليس كل الدول تستطيع زراعتها او تصنيعها، بسبب الطبيعة الجغرافية والمواد الأولية التي تدخل في تصنيعها، وأن جريمة تعاطي المواد المخدرة هي من اخطر الجرائم التي تستهدف الشباب والمراهقين لعدم معرفتهم بخطورة استعمالها وتعاطيها كونها تذهب العقل وتسلب الإرادة ولا يستطيع من يتعاطى المخدرات السيطرة على تصرفاته، الامر الذي يحتم على الباحث البحث في تأصيلها القانوني ومدى فهم المشرع العراقي في دراسة معالجاتها القانونية مقارنة مع الدول الأخرى، وهذا ما انتجته الدراسة في البحث بجريمة تعاطي المخدرات في القانون العراقي والقوانين الأخرى المقارنة ومعالجة القضاء والمحاكم العراقية في عقوبة هذه الجريمة من خلال تطبيقاتها القضائية، لتكون أول دراسة حديثة تتبع تطبيقات القضاء العراقي وفق القوانين المشرعة حديثاً ودمج الاحكام الجنائية العراقية مع الاحكام الجنائية الوطنية بالدول الأخرى والمجاورة بخصوص تجريم تعاطي المخدرات والجرائم التي تدخل تحت اطارها الجنائي ودراسة أركانها ومدى تطبيق عقوباتها طبقاً للقواعد القانونية المشرعة والواردة في قانون العقوبات العراقي وقانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية العراقي كونه احدث وافضل قانون شرع في المحيط الإقليمي وغيرها من القوانين والقرارات القضائية التي تجرم المخدرات، وانتهجنا في دراستنا نهج يقوم على التوصيف التحليلي التأصيلي مع مقارنته ببعض القوانين العربية الأخرى.

Abstract

Given the presence of genetic variations within species, genetic diversity is one of the most important components of biodiversity. Maintaining genetic diversity enables species to adapt to environmental changes and positively impacts ecosystem function and resilience. Genetic diversity and evolutionary processes can be represented and analyzed through various types of genetic data, such as gene sequences and genomes. As the most widely used genetic data, sequence data can help identify species and infer relationships between biological groups (Alamouti et al.). Together with species distributions, they can provide important information for measuring the geographic distribution of genetic variation within and among species and the evolutionary process of current biodiversity patterns (1). Analyzing large-scale geographic data provides a powerful way to understand the broad impact of geographic, geological, and climatic changes on species distributions. Integrating sequence and distribution data can help uncover the underlying mechanisms of species spatial patterns and historical evolutionary processes, as well as identify conservation units.

Abstract

Divine wisdom and divine measures require that every person in society have certain functions and rights according to the law of creation and in proportion to his physical and spiritual abilities and capabilities. Thus, divine wisdom requires that women, in return for the functions and responsibilities placed on them, have rights that are granted to them so that there is a balance between the function and the right. To the extent that the husband turns a blind eye to these levels and his responsibility and neglects to perform them, he can move away from his home and lose himself as the head of the family and as a mature husband in life. She has the right to a dignified life and to be provided for according to what the Sharia has determined, and to have suitable housing for her without abusing her rights. Divorce was given to the husband and was made lawful as a remedy that ends the disagreement and conflict between them, and he should not resort to it except in extreme necessity and to give the woman her rights without oppressing her.
The research was divided into three sections and a conclusion in which I addressed some results and recommendations. In the first section, we explained the nature of arbitrariness and its causes, and divided it into two requirements. The first: the meaning of arbitrariness in language and terminology. As for the second, I addressed the causes of arbitrariness. As for the second section, it was entitled: The wife’s rights in arbitrary divorce and the husband’s arbitrariness with the wife after separation due to the termination of the marriage contract. I divided it into three requirements. The first requirement: the meaning of arbitrary divorce and its ruling. As for the second requirement, it was the ruling on compensation for arbitrary divorce in Islamic law. The third requirement was devoted to the ruling on compensation for arbitrary divorce in Iraqi law. As for the third section, it was entitled: The husband’s arbitrariness in performing marital duties. I divided it into two requirements. The first: The wife’s right to alimony when the marriage is established between Sharia and the law. The second requirement: The wife’s right to housing when the marriage is established between Sharia and the law. Finally, I concluded the research with a set of results and recommendations and a list of sources and references.

إنَّ الحكمة الإلهية والتدابير الرّباني يستوجبان أن يكون لكل شخص في المجتمع وظائف وحقوق معينة من قبل قانون الخلقة ويتناسب مع قدراته وقابلياته الجسمية والروحية وبذلك فإن الحكمة الإلهية تستوجب أن تكون للمرأة في مقابل الوظائف والمسؤوليات الملقاة على عاتقها حقوقاً مسلّمة كيما يكون هناك تعادل بين الوظيفة والحق وبمقدار ما يغض الزوج نظره عن هذه المستويات ومسؤوليته ويهمل أداءها يمكنه أن يبتعد عن بيته ويسقط نفسه كرب لعائلة وكزوج ناضج في الحياة، فلها حق بالحياة الكريمة وبالنفقة عليها بما قدرتها الشريعة، والسكن الملائم لها بدون تعسف بحقوقها، وأعطى بيد الزوج الطلاق وشرعه كعلاج ينهي الخلاف والنزاع بينهم ولا يلجأ إليه إلاّ للضرورة القصوى وإعطاء المرأة حقوقها بدون ظلم لها .
فقد قسمنا البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة تناولت فيها بعض النتائج والتوصيات، إذ بينا في المبحث الأول ماهية التعسف وأسبابها، وقسمناه إلى مطلبين، الأول: معنى التعسف لغة واصطلاحاً، أما الثاني فتناولت فيه أسباب التعسف، أما المبحث الثاني فكان تحت عنوان: حقوق الزوجة في الطلاق التعسفي وتعسف الزوج مع الزوجة بعد الفرقة لانتهاء عقد الزواج، وقسمته إلى ثلاثة مطالب، المطلب الأول: معنى الطلاق التعسفي وحكمه، أما المطلب الثاني فكان حكم التعويض عن الطلاق التعسفي في الشريعة الإسلامية ، والمطلب الثالث خصصته لحكم التعويض عن الطلاق التعسفي في القانون العراقي. أما المبحث الثالث فكان تحت عنوان : تعسف الزوج في أداء الواجبات الزوجية ، وقسمته إلى مطلبين، الأول: حق الزوجة بالنفقة عند قيام الزوجية بين الشريعة والقانون، والمطلب الثاني : حق الزوجة بالسكنى عند قيام الزوجية بين الشريعة والقانون، وأخيراً ختمت البحث بجملة من النتائج والتوصيات وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع.

Abstract

With increasing pressure on companies to be more transparent and sustainable, sustainable financial reporting standards emerge as a vital tool to achieve this. These standards extend to include information not only limited to traditional financial performance, but also extend to include social and environmental dimensions, which enhances understanding of the wide-ranging impacts of the institution's activity. This research aims to explore the relationship between commitment to sustainable financial reporting standards and transparency, as it is one of the basic pillars of trust between companies and investors, as it reflects the ability of companies to manage risks effectively. When companies adopt sustainable financial reporting standards, the standards generally become clearer, which helps reduce misleading information and enhances the credibility of published information. Research indicates that companies that adopt sustainable financial reporting standards perform better in the market, grow faster, and attract greater investments. This is evident through case studies that analyze companies that followed these standards and succeeded in improving their relationship with investors and enhancing their brand. To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed to test the research hypotheses. It consisted of four axes: - The first axis included fourteen questions dedicated to measuring sustainable financial reporting standards, and the second axis included six questions dedicated to measuring information transparency. The five-point Likert scale was used to express the five dimensions, with measurements ranging from one point with a strongly disagree content to five points with a strongly agree content, in addition to the (SPSS) program. (159) questionnaires were distributed to a number of employees of the research sample from companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and analyzed using multiple statistical techniques.

مع تزايد الضغوط على الشركات لتكون أكثر شفافية واستدامة، تبرز معايير الإبلاغ المالي المستدام كأداة حيوية لتحقيق ذلك، تمتد هذه المعايير لتشمل معلومات لا تقتصر فقط على الأداء المالي التقليدي، بل تمتد أيضاً لتشمل الأبعاد الاجتماعية والبيئية، مما يُعزز فهم للآثار واسعة النطاق لنشاط المؤسسة، يستهدف هذا البحث الى استكشاف العلاقة بين الالتزام بمعايير الإبلاغ المالي المستدام والشفافية، حيث من الركائز الأساسية للثقة بين الشركات والمستثمرين، حيث تعكس قدرة الشركات على إدارة المخاطر بشكل فعال، عندما تتبنى الشركات معايير الإبلاغ المالي المستدام، تصبح المعايير بشكل عام أكثر وضوحًا، مما يساعد في تقليل المعلومات المضللة ويعزز من مصداقية المعلومات المنشورة، وتشير الأبحاث إلى أن الشركات التي تتبنى معايير الإبلاغ المالي المستدام تحقق أداءً أفضل في السوق، وتنمو بشكل أسرع، وتستقطب استثمارات أكبر. يظهر ذلك من خلال دراسات الحالة التي تحلل الشركات التي اتبعت هذه المعايير ونجحت في تحسين علاقتها مع المستثمرين وتعزيز علامتها التجارية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على استمارة استبيان تم تصميمها لغرض اختبار فرضيات البحث، وقد تكونت من اربعة محاور:- تضمن المحور منها من اربعة عشر سؤالا مخصصة لقياس معايير الإبلاغ المالي المستدام، والمحور الثاني تضمن ستة اسئلة مخصصة لقياس شفافية المعلومات.
وقد استعمل للتعبير عن مجمل الأبعاد الخمسة مقياس ليكرت الخماسي والذي تتراوح القياسات فيه بين نقطة واحدة بمضمون لا اتفق بشدة وبين خمس نقاط بمضمون اتفق بشدة ، بالإضافة الى برنامج ( spss) ، وتم توزيع (159) استمارة استبيان على عدد من موظفي عينة البحث من الشركات المدرجة في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية وتحليلها باستخدام تقنيات إحصائية متعددة.

Abstract

This study deals with the development of narrative structure in the Arabic novel, explaining the differences between traditional and modern styles. Understanding this structure is essential to understanding how it affects the formation of events, characters, and the depth of meanings within literary texts. The study aims to: analyze the narrative structure in classical and modern Arabic novels, identify the basic elements of narrative and how they have developed, and shed light on the cultural and social changes that have affected Arabic narrative. The importance of this study lies in shedding light on the interactions between traditional and modern narrative styles, which contributes to enhancing the literary and cultural understanding of the Arabic novel. This study also provides a reference for researchers in literature to understand the changes that have occurred in narration over time. The main problem is how to balance traditional and modern narration techniques, and what are the factors that led to the preference of one over the other in different literary writings. The descriptive analytical approach will be used, as selected texts from ancient and modern Arabic novels were analyzed, which helped to understand the changes in narrative structure, the narration methods used, and their impact on the literary experience. The results showed that modern novels tend to use advanced narrative techniques such as polyphony, and manipulation of time and place, reflecting a shift towards a more complex and in-depth narration. In contrast, traditional novels are characterized by their reliance on a linear style and simple narrative tools. The study also recommends the necessity of conducting future studies that shed light on the impact of contemporary culture on narrative structure, encouraging young writers to explore new narrative styles that benefit from traditional heritage and integrate it with modern techniques, and enhancing academic research on the Arab novel through workshops and conferences that bring together writers and critics. This study also hopes to provide new insights into how the Arab narrative continues to develop and its impact on cultural and societal identity.

فبهذا البحث تصدرت لدراسة كتاب (عيار الشعر) لابن طباطبا العلوي (ت 322)، دراسة نقديه، والذي جمعت فيه آراءه في النقد الأدبي، ونبّه فيه إلى عناصر الشعر الجيد وأسباب فساده، وقد حققه الكثير من النقاد وتناوله الكثير من المؤلفين ومن خلال البحث تبن لي أن (ابن طباطبا العلوي) هو: احد فرسان هذا الميدان فهو الشاعر والناقد الكبير، الذي لا تزال آراؤه النقدية محل اعتبار وأهمية لدى كبار النقاد المحدثين، حيث أثبتت هذه الآراء جديتها وحيويتها ومكانتها في مجال النقد الأدبي عبر العصور.
فقد قسمت البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث ضمَّ كل مبحث على مطالب فتناولت في المبحث الأول حياة ابن طباطبا، وضمنت المبحث الثاني تعريف الشعر ومفهومه وأدواته؛ كما تناولت بناء القصيدة العربية عند ابن طباطبا، وتناولت في المبحث الثالث المعاير النقدية من حيث تعريف المفردات عنوان المبحث واخترت معيارين من معاير ابن طباطبا، وهي السرقات الشعرية والصدق والكذب وختمت البحث إلى ما توصلت اليه من نتائج ذكرتها وفي نهاية البحث، نسأل الله السداد في ذلك.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the communicator in dealing with interactive content on social media sites related to concepts of hatred, in accordance with the professional and subjective standards for the role of the communicator in confronting hate speech, through a survey study on an intended sample of (100) individuals, on the communicator in all Iraqi media institutions, written, audio, and visual, through the questionnaire tool.
The most important results reached by the researcher were that most of the communicators were exposed to hate speech, at a rate of 87%, within the content of interactive comments on social networking sites, and that Facebook was the means through which the communicators were most exposed to hate speech, at a rate of 90%, and the percentage of those who strongly supported it was 58%, to block Any content that includes hate speech on social media sites, and the results showed that the strongly agree category came in first place with a rate of 43%, do not allow social media sites to be a space for publishing content that incites hate speech under the name of freedom of expression.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور القائم بالاتصال بالتعامل مع المضامين التفاعلية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المتعلقة بمفاهيم الكراهية، وفقا للمعاير المهنية والذاتية لدور القائم بالاتصال في مواجهة خطاب الكراهية من خلال دراسة مسحية على عينة مقصودة مقدارها (100) مفردة، على القائم بالاتصال في جميع المؤسسات الإعلامية العراقية، المكتوبة والمسموعة والمرئية، من خلال أداة الاستبانة.
وكانت اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث ان أكثر القائمين بالاتصال تعرضوا الى خطاب الكراهية بنسبة )87%( ضمن مضامين تفاعلية التعليقات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وان الفيسبوك أكثر الوسائل التي يتعرض فيها القائمون بالاتصال لخطاب الكراهية بنسبه )90%(، وكانت نسبه المؤيد بشده )58%( لحجب اي محتوى يتضمن خطاب الكراهية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وان فئة موافق بشده جاءت في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (43%) بعدم السماح بان تكون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مساحة لنشر محتوى يحرض على خطاب الكراهية تحت مسمى حرية التعبير.

The current research aims to identify The effect of the numbered heads On Developing Sensual Thinking For Fifth Primary Class Pupils In Sciences.
The researcher relied on the experimental research methodology to adapt it to the nature and objectives of the research, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher formulated one zero experimented hypothesis. (60) pupils of the fifth grade primary.
The researcher used the experimental design with two experimental and control equivalencies. The experimental group studied science using the numbered head strategy. The parity process between the two groups was conducted in the following variables: (Chronological age calculated by months, father's academic achievement, mother's academic achievement, science degree in grade 4 primary, general average in grade 4 primary, tribal test of intuitive thinking). The researcher prepared an intuitive thinking test consisting of (30) multiple choice-type paragraph.

These institutions can generally be classified into three categories: administrative institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, technical institutions like the Treasury's Judicial Agency, the Central Accounting Agency of the Treasury, and the Public Finance IT Agency, and finally, oversight institutions such as the Court of Auditors, the Financial Intelligence Processing Unit, and the General Inspectorate of Finance.
The General Inspectorate of Finance is the focus of this study, analyzing its role in combating financial corruption. Corruption is a phenomenon resulting from the difficulty the state faces in monitoring its expenditures and large-scale activities, necessitating the existence of effective oversight bodies to ensure transparency and accountability. In Algeria, this function has been entrusted to the General Inspectorate of Finance, an independent body tasked with reviewing the use of public funds.

Abstract

Donation is a contract in which ownership of something is transferred to another person without compensation. Once the donation contract becomes obligatory, it cannot be modified except by agreement between the parties or by a court order.
There are two ways to revoke a donation: either with the consent and agreement of the parties (the donor and the recipient), known as revocation by mutual consent, or without the consent of the recipient, in which case the donor initiates legal action in the competent court to request revocation of the donation.
However, the latter case is only permissible if two conditions are met: first, there must be a justifiable reason for revoking the donation, and second, there must be no obstacle to revoking the donation.
Therefore, in this research, we will address the obstacles that prevent the revocation of donations according to Iraqi civil law, Egyptian civil law, and Algerian family law.

الهبة عقد يتم فيه تمليك شيء الى شخص اخر بلا عوض. وبعد ان يصبح عقد الهبة لازماً فلا يجوز تعديله الا حسب الاتفاق بين المتعاقدين او بموجب حكم قضائي.
والرجوع في الهبة له طريقان، اما يكون برضا واتفاق المتعاقدين (الواهب و الموهوب له) وهذا مايسمى بالرجوع الرضائي في عقد الهبة، او بدون موافقة الموهوب له فيقوم الواهب بإقامة دعوى قضائية لدى المحكمة المختصة يطلب فيها الرجوع في الهبة. الا ان الحالة الاخيرة لا تجوز الا بتوافر شرطين: وهما الشرط الاول وجود سبب مبرر للرجوع في الهبة، والشرط الثاني عدم وجود مانع للرجوع في الهبة.
لذا سوف نتناول في هذا البحث هذه الموانع التي تحول دون الرجوع في الهبة وفقاً للقانون المدني العراقي والمدني المصري وقانون الاسرة الجزائري.

Abstract

Precautionary criminal protection has emerged as a basic means of combating electronic communications system crimes before they occur, by criminalizing acts that threaten the security of data and information systems, and preventing the tools and technologies used to carry out these crimes. Precautionary protection has been adopted by legislation in Egypt, France, the UAE, and Algeria to protect electronic communications systems in line with international agreements, including by criminalizing the possession or circulation of tools and technologies used to commit electronic crimes, and criminalizing the creation of websites or electronic accounts with the intent to facilitate or carry out these crimes, in addition to precautionary protection measures against these crimes before they occur.

Abstract

Today, social media is one of the most influential factors in shaping public opinion, especially in the Arab world, where social media platforms have witnessed an increasing role in conveying news, directing public debates, and influencing political and social attitudes. The rapid spread of information through social media has led to the emergence of several issues, such as the spread of fake news, manipulation of information, and the targeted use of these platforms by political or economic actors or even pressure groups seeking to influence public discourse, whether through targeted media campaigns or the use of fake accounts and bots to spread certain agendas. This study aims to analyze how social media influences Arab public opinion through specific case studies that highlight the role of these platforms in moving the street and shaping public trends, whether on political, social or economic issues. The study also reviews the mechanisms of information dissemination through these platforms, the extent of users' ability to distinguish between correct and misleading information, as well as the role of governments and organizations in confronting disinformation and promoting digital awareness among individuals. Abstract

The research investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) technology will affect journalistic practice and digital communication while emphasizing Iraqi media institutions specifically. The research demonstrates that Iraqi media institutions have adopted content analysis alongside machine learning for detecting fake news but their implementation of virtual assistants and automated news generation remains minimal. Technical issues and legal obstacles exist in media because there are insufficient skills among users and insufficient funding while no regulatory frameworks exist.
The implementation of AI technology provides multiple valuable prospects that combine to expedite news delivery and decrease expenses along with boosting accuracy levels. Development of digital infrastructure together with journalist training programs at an institutional level with legal frameworks must be implemented to properly use AI in Iraqi media. The prescribed measures will assist digital media development while making it possible to unite current technology systems with established journalism techniques.

يتناول هذا البحث هذه الدراسة من حيث تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على تطور الصحافة من الوسائط الرقمية إلى حالة وسائل الإعلام العراقية. يقيم البحث تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات الإعلامية العراقية ويقيم أن المؤسسات تؤكد على استخدام تحليل المحتوى والتعلم الآلي للكشف عن الأخبار المزيفة مع الاستخدام المحدود للمساعد الافتراضي أو توليد الأخبار الآلي. وفقًا للنتائج، هناك نقص في الخبرة البشرية والدعم المالي والتشريعات الخاصة بلوائح الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تمنع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمليات الإعلامية. لا تزال هناك عقبات في طريقهم، لكن هذا لن يوقف الفرص الكبيرة لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في إيصال الأخبار لإيصال الأخبار بشكل أسرع وأرخص وأكثر دقة. يشجع البحث المساعدة في تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتوفير برامج تدريبية للصحفيين وتمكين سن تشريعات الاستخدام المسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي في الصحافة العراقية لضمان تكامل عمل وسائل الإعلام الرقمية والصحافة التقليدية.

Abstract

When the Fatimid Caliph Al-Mustansir Billah took over the throne, the Fatimid state was completely stable, expanded greatly, and its call reached its peak in propaganda and spread, and its treasuries increased with money. However, its fall into the hands of adventurers and ambitious people, and the outbreak of sedition and revolutions between army units and competition for prestige and power, it lost everything from it.
After it had extended from the farthest part of the Atlantic Ocean to the Euphrates, it was limited to Egypt as the base of its rule, and after it was the most prosperous and richest of states, it was struck by a massive famine that resembled the famines that occurred in the history of ancient Egypt during the days of Joseph the Truthful (peace be upon him).
After the treasuries of the Caliph had been piled high with treasures and money, it became a barren wasteland, and the Caliph himself was in abject poverty. That, then, is his master, the Caliph Al-Mustansir Billah, in this research, a picture of life in its mixed colors, with its sweetness and bitterness, and it is worthy of contemplation that the rule of states depends in its foundation and essence on the integrity of leadership.

Abstract

The current research dealt with the topic of (The temporal and spatial variable in the trends of conceptual art), which specialized in studying: Research into the temporal and spatial aspects of conceptual art is directly related to the fact that this type of art is characterized by its lack of order and bypassing the boundaries of the structural subject recognized in the plastic arts, and returning to the integration of the subject through Calling for multiple media of materials and techniques, and having a time limit specified by the time of presentation, this type of concept dropped the idea of permanence and museumness. All of these transformations resulted from the experiences brought about by art after World War II, so taste changed, the classical genre was overcome, and naturalization blended into the specializations of art for that stage. In light of this, the research sought to make a comparison between the trends of conceptual art in terms of temporal and spatial influence.
Related to the new contexts and methods for the emergence of this art, and then what can be sensed in contributing to changes in collective taste, the extent of response to accelerating cultural, economic, and even political variables, both positively and negatively, and the effectiveness and ability of these variables to form a consumer culture with certain characteristics, prevailing among specific sectors. From society...in that space-time era.
The research contained four chapters. The first chapter was concerned with the methodological framework of the research, represented by the research problem, which is determined by the following question: - What is the role of time and space in the transformations of conceptual arts?
The chapter also included the importance of the research, the need for it, its goal, its limits, and its definition of the terms included in the research.
The second chapter: It contained two sections representing the theoretical framework and its indicators as a culmination of previous studies. The first section dealt with an introduction to the concept of space-time in the visual field. The second section dealt with studying the concepts of post-modern arts. The third chapter included: It included the research procedures, by identifying the research community and its representative sample, ending with an analysis of the research sample of (3) examples of different works of art. To include the fourth chapter with a number of results and conclusions.

Abstract

The current research aims to identify The effect of the four corners strategies On Developing Systematic Thinking For Fifth Primary Class Pupils In Sciences.
The pilot curriculum is based on its suitability to the nature and objectives of the research. To achieve the research objectives, one zero-experimented hypothesis has been formulated, (60) pupils of the fifth grade primary.
The researcher used the experimental design with two experimental and control equivalencies. The experimental group studied the subject of science using the four-corner strategy. The process of parity between the two groups was carried out in the following variables: (Chronological age calculated by months, father's academic achievement, mother's academic achievement, science degree in grade 4 primary, general average in grade 4 primary, tribal test for systemic thinking) and the researcher prepared a systemic thinking test consisting of 3 skills for each skill two questions and realities (43) A paragraph for each correct answer is one degree and each answer is left or wrong is zero degrees. The researcher used statistically the following statistical means: (Equating the difficulty of the paragraph, equating the distinction of the paragraph, equating Cord Richardson20, the T test for two independent samples, the Kai square test, the statistical bag spss v26), and the results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group studied according to the four-corner strategy over the control group studied according to the (usual) method.

Abstract

Classical Arabic poetry is one of the most prominent literary forms that reflects the cultural identity of the Arab nation, serving as a mirror for the beliefs and traditions that prevailed in those times. This made it a central subject of multiple critical studies aimed at understanding how poets employed these rhetorical tools in their verses and their impact on Arab society. This study aims to provide a critical analysis of the aesthetic dimensions in classical Arabic poetry, focusing on the elements that shaped the poets' style in those eras and how they contributed to enhancing the cultural identity of the Arab nation. The study faces several challenges, one of which is the ambiguity of defining aesthetic dimensions in literature, leading to varying interpretations among critics and thinkers. Therefore, we relied on the analytical critical approach to examine the texts, and we found that aesthetic dimensions in classical Arabic poetry largely depend on rhetorical elements such as metaphor and imagery, which give the texts a unique beauty. The study also revealed that the relationship between artistic beauty and meaning was not merely linguistic embellishment but a means to convey cultural and social messages. Furthermore, the study confirmed that classical Arabic poetry was a significant tool in shaping the cultural identity of Arab society, reflecting the influence of the cultural and political environment in shaping the artistic beauty of the texts. Therefore, we recommend conducting more critical studies that explore the aesthetic dimensions in classical Arabic poetry, focusing on the various rhetorical techniques used by poets.

Abstract

Evaluating site efficiency is one of the most important environmental considerations that must be addressed when designing industrial zones. This study examined the site efficiency of the industrial zone in the city of Fallujah, located in the center of the city in the southeastern part, surrounded by residential areas on all sides. This study also examined the negative impacts resulting from the city's industrial zone. Despite the advantages achieved by the city's industrial zone, it has contributed to the emergence of problems such as increased pressure and demand for services, as well as the problem of industrial pollution due to industrial facilities that pollute the air, soil, and water, in addition to the noise pollution caused by these facilities. Some polluting industries result from the gases, vapors, dust, and mist emitted by them, as well as from solid materials, fats, dyes, and acids that are discharged through drainage outlets into rivers and areas adjacent to residential projects. This study also addresses the noise and disturbance caused by some industries to their workers and to the surrounding residential and urban areas. Industrial pollution in the study area is a result of the failure to take environmental considerations into account when designing the industrial zone in the long term, which requires re-designing it in another location on the eastern side of the city, away from residential areas.

يعد تقييم الكفاءة الموقعية من اهم الاعتبارات البيئية الأساسية التي يجب الاهتمام بها عند توقيع الاحياء الصناعية، اذ تناول البحث دراسة تقييم الكفاءة الموقعية للحي الصناعي في مدينة الفلوجة والذي يقع في وسط مدينة الفلوجة وفي الجزء الجنوبي الشرقي منها ومحاط بالمناطق السكنية من جميع الاتجاهات، وما ترتب على ذلك من آثار سلبية ناتجة عن الحي الصناعي للمدينة، وبالرغم من المزايا التي حققتها الحي الصناعي للمدينة الا انها أسهمت في بروز مشاكل كزيادة الضغط والطلب على الخدمات ومشكلة التلوث الصناعي بسبب المنشآت الصناعية الملوثة للهواء والتربة والماء بالإضافة الى التلوث الضوضائي التي تسببها هذه المنشآت، وبعض الصناعات الملوثة تكون ناتجة عن الغازات والابخرة والاتربة والرذاذ المنبعث منها، كذلك من المواد الصلبة والدهون والاصباغ والحوامض التي تذهب عن طريق المنافذ التصريفية الى الأنهار والمناطق المجاورة للمشاريع السكنية، فضلا عن إثر الضجيج والضوضاء الذي تحدثه بعض الصناعات للعاملين فيها وللمناطق السكنية والعمرانية المجاورة.
ان التلوث الصناعي لمنطقة الدراسة ناتج عن عدم مراعات الاعتبارات البيئية في توقيع الحي الصناعي على المدى الطويل مما يتطلب إعادة توقيعه في مكان اخر على في الجهة الشرقية من المدينة بعيداً عن الاحياء السكنية.

Abstract

The research project in this thesis include deasphalting of (Qaiyarah heavy crude oil and Kurkuk light crude oil) Using alight paraffin solvent (n-hexane). The residual maltenes were distilled to remove the solvent and the light naptha up to 120°C.
The Maltenes fraction was fractionated via liquid-solid chromatography. The latter operation further achieved through two sequences:
a- Direct liquid-solvent chromatography.
b- A pre-solvent extraction followed by liquid solid chromatography [extrography].
Methyl ethyl ketone was used as a solvent to precipitate the maltene waxes by cooling to (-17°C) in the extrography method.
The part left behind after extraction is called oils which was fractionated by chromatography on Alumina that was activated at (400°C) for (16 h).
The major Sub-fractions were obtained using the following elution sequence:-
-Saturates (S) by n-hexane.
-Aromatics (A) by a mixture of n-hexane and toluene, and
-Polars (P) by a mixture of methanol and methylene di-chloride.
Some spectrometric investigations (IR, UV, NMR) were conducted on sub-fractions in order to throw some light on their nature. The Aromatic content of some of the obtained fractions was determined using a developed spectrophotometric method based on the measurement of the area under the (UV-Vis) spectral curve, and comparison with the absorption spectral curve of a standard mixture of pure aromatic compounds

تضمن البحث ازالة الاسفلتين (Asphaltenes) في الخطوة الأولى من النفوط الخام (نفط خام كركوك الخفيف ونفط خام القيارة الثقيل) باستخدام مذيب بارافيني خفيف (الهكسان الطبيعي) ومن ثم اخذ ما تبقى من النفط الخام المتمثل بالمالتين (Maltenes) وتقطيره تقطيرا بسيطا الى (120 ͦC) لازالة مذيب الترسيب (n-C6) والنفثا (120 ͦC) . تمت تجزئة المالتين (120 ͦC) حسب طريقة تستند الى "كروماتوغرافيا السائل- صلب" وتتضمن اسلوبين ؛ الاسلوب الاول طريقة "الكروماتوغرافيا فقط" والاسلوب الثاني طريقة "الاستخلاص بالمذيبات- كروماتوغرافيا" . استخدم المذيب المثيل اثيل كيتون لترسيب الشموع من المالتين بالتبريد الى (-17 ͦC) في طريقة "الاستخلاص - كروماتوغرافيا"؛ اما الجزء المتبقي والمتمثل بالزيوت (Oils) فقد اخذ لاكمال الفصل بطريقة "الكروماتوغرافيا"؛ وبالأسلوب نفسه المتبع بطريقة الكروماتوغرافيا وحدها" باستخدام عمود الكروماتوغرافيا المعبأ بمادة ذات سطح نشط (الومينا منشطة عند درجة حرارة (400 ͦC) ولمدة ( 16))، وباستخدام مذيبات مناسبة فيعطي اجزاءا تتباين في قطبيتها وخواصها؛ ولكلا الاسلوبين طريقة "الكروماتوغرافيا فقط" و "طريقة الاستخلاص بالمذيبات كروماتوغرافيا" فقد تم الحصول على الاجزاء الاساسية الآتية :-
- المواد المشبعة (Saturated compounds) باستخدام مذيب بارافيني (الهكسان الطبيعي).
-المواد الأروماتية (Aromatic compounds) باستخدام مزيج (المذيبان الهكسان الطبيعي التولوين).
-المواد القطبية (Polar compounds) باستخدام مزيج المذيبان (الميثانول- ثنائي كلوريد المثيلين).
تم تعيين النسب المئوية الوزنية لهذه الاجزاء النفطية المستحصلة ودراستها عن طريق قياس الاشعة تحت الحمراء والاشعة فوق البنفسجية وطيف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي (للبروتون والكاربون (13)؛ كما تم دراسة المقارنة لبعض النماذج المستحصلة لكلٍّ من النفط الخفيف والنفط التقيل لتقدير نسبة الكاربون الأروماتية بطريقة طيفية مطورة اعتمادا على قياس طيف امتصاص الأشعة فوق البنفسجية للنماذج مقارنة مع نموذج المقارنة القياسي (محضر من مركبات أروماتية مختلفة والذي نجد له قيم (Actual %CA) نسب المحتوى الكاربوني الأروماتي الحقيقي وباجراء علاقة رياضية مع (∑A) وتمثل محصلة مجموع الامتصاصات المستحصلة لنموذج المقارنة القياسي عند الاطوال الموجية )250, 260,270,,280,290, 300, 310, 320nm) و (∑AUCE) تمثل محصلة مجموع الأوزان الناتجة عن القص لاوراق Tracer paper للمساحات المستحصلة من المنطقة الأروماتية تحت منحني الطيف للأشعة فوق البنفسجية بين nm (250-320) لنموذج المقارنة القياسي، ومن هذه العلاقات نحصل على المنحني القياسي Calibration curve)) الذي من خلاله سيتم ايجاد قيم Actual%CA) ) للنماذج (قيد الدراسة)، ويتم إيجاد قيم (∑A) و (AUCE∑) من خلال اجراء القياسات الطيفية باستخدام طيف الاشعة فوق البنفسجية ضمن المدى 250-320 nm)).

Amid these events, great figures emerge who shape history and influence the present and future, with their legacies remaining alive in the collective memory across generations. One of these prominent figures is Ghiyath al-Din al-Kurt, who hailed from a noble Persian family that managed to establish and rule a strong state amidst the intense conflicts in the East. This family demonstrated its capability to manage state affairs with competence, ruling the city of Herat and its surrounding areas, benefiting from the wisdom of Ghiyath al-Din, who governed with skill and compassion. As a result, he was able to ward off many internal and external threats to his kingdom.Ghiyath al-Din was a great king who proved his ability to maintain the stability of his kingdom and achieve its growth and prosperity. Over time, his policies became the subject of debate among historians, with some supporting them and considering them a wise step to preserve the unity of the state, while others disagreed, arguing that some aspects of his policies were not without flaws or mistakes. His life and political career continue to be studied and analyzed, contributing to a deeper understanding of the political history of that era.

Abstract

Many words have been overlooked by earlier linguists for various reasons; resulting the appearance of the rectification (correction).The rectification means either adding or correcting words and forms that have not been ‏tackled by the earlier linguistis. Al-Shartouni added and corrected hundreds of nouns in their various forms in the ancient Arabic dictionaries, including Lisan al-Arab, Taj Al-arous min Jawahir Alqamous . These words are added and corrected in his book (Aqrab Almawarid fi fash Alearabiat Walshawardi), specifically the third part, which is called (Thail Aqrab Almawarid) by ‏relying on the most important Arabic books in various literary and scientific fields, as well as mainly ancient dictionaries. The research consists of a preface and two sections. In the preface, the researcher presented the research terms and Al-Shartouni’s approach to rectification. The first section included the corrected nouns, with analysing some of them. Then, appendices were made for all the nouns that were proven to be corrected on the Lisan al-Arab and Taj Al-arous. The second section dealt with the nouns that were proven to the researcher to be not added by comparing them with Lisan al-Arab and Taj Al-arous. Furthermore, it included nouns that have been distorted or misspelled. The study presented the conclusions that explain the most important results of the research.

Being the source of the human, moral and educational sciences through which the Muslim anticipates the desired hope that he seeks to achieve. God Almighty has deposited in him the knowledge of all things, so scholars and researchers drank from this pure source and quenched their thirst. Abstract

This research is a modern morphology lesson that contains many imitations and followers of the predecessors. It can also be considered one of the tributaries that provide the Arabic library with an idea of the most prominent trends of some scholars of Arabic morphology in the modern era . The research on this topic has concluded that there are trends for some modern Arab researchers in their morphological studies, represented by facilitative and educational morphological studies - which is what Al-Samawi intended in his systems - and it had two dimensions: one was educational, and the other was theoretical, and this trend did not introduce anything new to Arabic morphology, The rules are the same as he inherited them, and the examples received only a small share of innovation, as researchers in this direction limited themselves to shortening and deleting the rules, explanations and comments, and using the easy and simple method, and this is not facilitation in the strict scientific sense, as facilitation is a new presentation of old morphological topics. Moreover, these facilitation attempts went beyond describing the language to touching on its facts, essence, and characteristics. Therefore, it was excluded from modern linguistics research, so they adhered to the heritage, and shied away from finding modern explanations and justifications for Arabic morphology.

يعد هذا البحث درساً صرفياً حديثاً فيه كثير من التقليد واتباع السلف، كما أنه يمكن أن يُعدّ أحد الروافد التي تمدّ المكتبة العربية بتصور عن أبرز اتجاهات بعض الدارسين للصرف العربي في العصر الحديث. فقد توصل البحث في هذا الموضوع إلى أن هناك اتجاهات لبعض الباحثين المحدثين العرب في دراستهم الصرفية، تتمثل في الدراسات الصرفية التيسيرية التعليمية- وهو ما قصده السماوي في نظمه- وكان له بعدان: أحدهما تعليمي، والآخر نظري، ولم يقدم هذا الاتجاه جديداً إلى الصرف العربي، فالقواعد هي هي كما ورثها، والأمثلة لم يصبها من التجديد إلاّ نصيب ضئيل، إذ اقتصر الباحثون في هذا الاتجاه على اختصار وحذف القواعد والشروح والتعليقات، واستعمال الأسلوب السهل البسيط، وهذا ليس تيسيراً بالمعنى العلمي الدقيق، إذ إن التيسير يكون بعرض جديد للموضوعات الصرفية القديمة، كما أن محاولات التيسي تلك تجاوزت وصف اللغة إلى مسّ حقائقها وجوهرها وخصائصها؛ ولذلك أخرجت من بحوث علم اللغة الحديث، فتمسكوا بالموروث، وابتعدوا عن إيجاد تفسيرات وتعليلات حديثة للصرف العربي.

Abstract

This paper presents a corpus-based quantitative linguistic analysis of the lexical density (LD) and readability of selected short stories. LD is a key aspect of text readability, and this study posits that the content words in the selected short stories are used to measure the level of LD and readability. Lexical density is a quantitative measure used in corpus linguistics to analyze the complexity of language in texts. Specifically, it investigates the ratio of content words, such as nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs, to the total word count in various text types. This study employed a quantitative research method to manually examine the levels of LD and readability in six selected short stories. For the theoretical framework, Eggins' (2004) equation was used to measure LD, while Khamahani's (2015) framework was applied to evaluate readability. The selected stories include The Hare and the Tortoise, Lazy John, The Elephants and the Ants, The Dog and the Bone, The Thirsty Crow, and The Fox and the Grapes. During data analysis, content words were separated from function words and prepared for the application of the equations. The results revealed that the level of LD in The Hare and the Tortoise (50.66%), Lazy John (53.3%), and The Elephants and the Ants (51.02%) was high, indicating that these stories are lexically dense. Additionally, their readability levels were classified as hard. In contrast, The Dog and the Bone (47.61%), The Thirsty Crow (45.9%), and The Fox and the Grapes (47.36%) had lower LD levels and were classified as easy to read. Among the lexical categories, nouns were the most frequently used, appearing 95 times compared to other content words in the selected short stories.

تقدم هذه الدراسة تحليلاً لغويًا كميًا قائم على مجموعة من النصوص لمعرفة الكثافة المعجمية وقابلية القراءة في مجموعة مختارة من القصص القصيرة . تعد الكثافة المعجمية جانبًا رئيسيًا من قابلية قراءة النص، وتفترض هذه الدراسة أن الكلمات التي تحتوي على المحتوى في القصص القصيرة المختارة تُستخدم لقياس مستوى الكثافة المعجمية وقابلية القراءة. تعتبر الكثافة المعجمية مقياس كمي يستخدم في علم اللغة لتحليل تعقيدات اللغة في النصوص. على وجه التحديد، تبحث في نسبة الكلمات التي تحتوي على المحتوى، مثل الأسماء والأفعال والصفات والظروف، إلى إجمالي عدد الكلمات في أنواع النصوص المختلفة. قامت هذه الدراسة بإستخدام طريقة بحث كمية للتأكد من مستويات الكثافة المعجمية وقابلية القراءة يدويًا في ست قصص قصيرة مختارة. بالنسبة للإطار النظري، تم إستخدام معادلة إيجينز (2004) لقياس الكثافة المعجمية، بينما تم تطبيق إطار خاماهاني (2015) لتقييم قابلية القراءة. تتضمن القصص المختارة الأرنب والسلحفاة، جون الكسول، الفيلة والنمل، الكلب والعظمة، الغراب العطشان، والثعلب والعنب. أثناء تحليل البيانات، تم فصل كلمات المحتوى عن الكلمات الوظيفة وإعدادها لتطبيق المعادلات. أظهرت النتائج بأن مستوى صعوبات التعلم في الأرنب والسلحفاة (50.66٪)، جون الكسول (53.3٪)، والفيلة والنمل (51.02٪) كان مرتفعًا، مما يدل على أن هذه القصص كثيفة المفردات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم تصنيف مستويات قابلية القراءة على أنها صعبة. في المقابل، كان لدى الكلب والعظمة (47.61٪)، والغراب العطشان (45.9٪)، والثعلب والعنب (47.36٪) مستويات صعوبات التعلم أقل وتم تصنيفها على أنها سهلة القراءة. من بين الفئات المعجمية، كانت الأسماء الأكثر استخدامًا، حيث ظهرت 95 مرة مقارنة بكلمات المحتويات الأخرى في القصص القصيرة المختارة.

Abstract

The current research aims to measure the effectiveness of the "directed exploration" method in developing the skills of third-grade students at the Institute of Fine Arts in the subject of aesthetic appreciation. To study this, the researcher determined the development of teaching plans for the subject based on the directed exploration method. The results of this research demonstrated the effectiveness of teaching plans based on the directed exploration method in developing the skills of students in the experimental group compared to the control group. This method had a positive effect in achieving the desired results.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس فاعلية طريقة (الاستكشاف الموجه) في تنمية مهارات طلاب الصف الثالث معهد الفنون الجميلة في مادة التذوق الجمالي. ولدراسة ذلك حدد الباحث بناء خطط تدريسي للمادة على وفق طريقة الاستكشاف الموجه . أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث فاعلية الخطط التدريسية على وفق طريقة الاستكشاف الموجه، في تنمية مهارات الطلاب، المجموعة التجريبية على الضابطة. والتي كان لها الفاعلية الإيجابية للوصول الى النتائج المرغوبة.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Transformations of Arabic Literary Criticism: From Orality to Theorization in the Thought of Ibn Sallām – A Historical and Analytical Study in Poetry Criticism," explores the development of Arabic literary criticism from its early oral beginnings to its evolution into a documented theoretical practice, taking the thought of Ibn Sallām al-Jumahī as a central point for analysis and study. Ibn Sallām’s "Ṭabaqāt Fuḥūl al-Shuʿarāʾ" is considered the first specialized critical work that contributed to the foundation of Arabic literary criticism. In it, he collected a variety of critical opinions from earlier or contemporary times and presented them with critical analysis. Ibn Sallām particularly focused on the critique of Arabic poetry transmission, uncovering instances of forgery and interpolations made by non-specialists, which led him to establish a critical examination process based on scientific skepticism to affirm or refute transmitted poetry. He adopted an analytical critical stance towards this phenomenon, tracing its social, cultural, and political dimensions, thereby laying critical foundations that helped guide Arabic literary criticism toward a more conscious and scientific methodology. In addition to its historical documentation of poetry and poets, his book also set forth the conditions and criteria required for a literary critic, presenting an early project of criticism of criticism alongside his critique of poetry and its transmission. This work represents a development of earlier Arab critical efforts and serves as a starting point for later theorizing endeavors in Arabic poetry criticism — a process this study aims to analyze and reveal through a historical-analytical methodology.

يتناول هذا البحث تطورَ النقد الأدبي العربي منذ نشأته الشفاهية المبكرة وحتى تحوله إلى ممارسة تنظيرية مدونة، متخذًا من فكر ابن سلام الجمحي محطة مركزية للتحليل والدراسة؛ وذلك لأن كتاب "طبقات فحول الشعراء" لابن سلام الجمحي هو أول عمل نقدي تخصصي أسهم في تأسيس علم النقد الأدبي عند العرب، إذ جمع فيه طائفة من الآراء النقدية السابقة لعصره أو المعاصرة له، وقام بعرضها وتحليلها نقديًا. وقد ركز ابن سلام على نقد رواية الشعر العربي، وكشف ما اعتراها من تدليس وزيادات دخيلة من غير المختصين، مما دفعه إلى إرساء عملية فحص نقدي تقوم على أسس الشك العلمي في إثبات أو نفي ما رواه النقلة. وقد وقف ابن سلام موقفًا نقديًا تحليليًا تجاه هذه الظاهرة، متتبعًا أبعادها الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية، واضعًا بذلك أسسًا نقدية ساعدت على توجيه النقد الأدبي العربي نحو منهج علمي واعٍ, وقد اتسم كتابه - إلى جانب التوثيق التاريخي للشعر والشعراء- بوضع الشروط والمعايير التي يجب توافرها في الناقد الأدبي؛ مما جعله يقدم مشروعًا مبكرًا في نقد النقد، إلى جانب نقده للشعر وروايته.ويمثل هذا العمل تطويرًا للجهود النقدية العربية السابقة، ومفتتحًا للجهود التنظيرية اللاحقة في نقد الشعر العربي، وهو ما تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليله وكشف أبعاده النظرية والتطبيقية عبر منهج تاريخي تحليلي.

Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the correlational relationship between the treatment methods of abused mothers and the psychological adjustment of their children, the level of psychological adjustment of the children of abused mothers, the type of violence experienced by the mother, and the mother's profession. The current research focused on abused mothers and their children in public kindergartens affiliated with the Baghdad Al-Karkh Education Directorate. The sample consisted of 365 abused mothers and 365 children, selected using a snowball sampling method. The researcher developed a tool to measure the treatment methods of abused mothers, while adopting the measurement tool (Obaid, 2015) to assess the psychological adjustment of kindergarten children, with some modifications to achieve the research objectives. After conducting statistical analyses, results, recommendations, and suggestions were reached.

استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف عل العلاقة الارتباطية بين أساليب المعاملة للأم المُعَنَفة والتوافق النفسي لأطفالها ، مستوى التوافق النفسي لأطفال الام المعنفة ، نوع العنف الذي تتعرض له الأم ومهنة الأم. وقد تحدد البحث الحالي بالأمهات المُعَنَفات واطفالهن في رياض الأطفال الحكومية التابعة الى مديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية وقد بلغت عينة البحث 365 أم مُعَنَفة و365طفلاً وطفلة تم اختيارهن بطريقة العينة الثلجية. وقد قامت الباحثة ببناء أداة لقياس أساليب التعامل للأم المعنفة في حين تبنت أداة قياس (عبيد ، 2015) لقياس التوافق النفسي لطفل الروضة مع اجراء بعض التعديلات لتحقيق اهداف البحث. وبعد اجراء المعالجات الإحصائية تم التوصل الى النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات.

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الأطروحة هو استخدام دالة الأساس الشعاعي المحلية المولدة (RBF) طريقة الفروق المحدودة (FD) وهي RBF-FD لحل بعض المشاكل في ميكانيكا المواد الصلبة. تمتلك هذه الطريقة بعض المزايا مثل سهولة التنفيذ، والقدرة على العمل على بيانات متناثرة بدلاً من شبكة متصلة، والمرونة. فيما يتعلق بهندسة وأبعاد مجال المشكلة. من ناحية أخرى، تعاني طرق RBF العالمية من أنظمة نهائية كثيفة وغير مشروطة بينما تكون المصفوفة النهائية لطريقة RBF-FD متفرقة ومتكيفة بشكل جيد .
