Abstract
The evolution and change in languages and dialects is a constant historical and natural law, which causes what is termed linguistic contact, which is linguistic conflict on one hand and linguistic interference on the other, and it is due to different reasons, including geographical, social, military and political reasons. Contact causes a state of influence between languages or dialects in their linguistic structure in sound, word and structure, which affects the individual and society with a negative or positive influence.Because language is the identity of the individual, the group, and the country, and man naturally defends his belonging and culture, which drives him to transfer and spread his linguistic culture to others as part of a state of showing distinction. It may be negative by imposing the linguistic culture on others and, in return, diminishing their culture. The university environment is one of the cultural environments in which linguistic friction occurs, and the role of the university professor comes through the skill of dialogue to manage linguistic friction and transfer the linguistic culture from the negative circle to the positive circle and influence the individual, who as a result influences society through the linguistic and dialectal diversity that expresses social diversity, which brings about cultural development and social progress.
Abstract
التطور والتغير في اللغات واللهجات سنة تاريخية وطبيعية ثابتة، ممّا يحدث ما يصطلح عليه بالاحتكاك اللغوي الذي هو الصراع اللغوي من وجه والتداخل اللغوي من وجه آخر ويعود لأسباب مختلفة منها أسباب جغرافية واجتماعية وعسكرية وسياسية، ويحدث الاحتكاك حالة من التأثير بين اللغات أو اللهجات في بنيتها اللغوية في الصوت والكلمة والتركيب ممّا يؤثر على الفرد والمجتمع تأثيراً سلبياً أو ايجابياً، لأنّ اللغة هوية الفرد وهوية الجماعة والبلد، والانسان يدافع بطبيعته عن انتمائه وثقافته مما يدفعه لنقل ونشر ثقافته اللغوية للآخرين كجزء من حالة إظهار التميز وقد تكون سلبية من خلال فرض الثقافة اللغوية على الآخرين وبالمقابل الانتقاص من ثقافتهم ، والبيئة الجامعية من البيئات الثقافية التي يحدث فيها الاحتكاك اللغوي ويأتي دور الأستاذ الجامعي من خلال مهارة الحوار لإدارة الاحتكاك اللغوية ونقل الثقافة اللغوية من الدائرة السلبية إلى الدائرة الإيجابية والتأثير في الفرد وهو بالنتيجة يؤثر في المجتمع من خلال التنوع اللغوي واللهجي المعبر عن التنوع الاجتماعي، ممَّا نحدث تنمية ثقافية ورقي اجتماعي.
