Abstract
The phenomenon of stylistic deviation, especially the study of its linguistic and grammatical functions; It is one of the important linguistic issues related to meaning and falls under the field of modern linguistics, especially stylistic studies. Indeed, it is considered one of the most important pillars on which stylistics is based, which studies the literary text from the point of view that it is contrary to what is familiar and ordinary. Modern researchers have given many terms to the phenomenon of stylistic deviation, including: { Boldness Linguistics, linguistic anomalies, linguistic breadth, innovation and deviation, azure and strangeness, etc. Imam Sibawayh - may God have mercy on him - turned to the issues of stylistic deviation and its linguistic and grammatical functions. And take it as a linguistic procedure; He explored its functional secrets and its linguistic, rhetorical, and literary connotations that result from various deviant procedures, and defined its issues with great precision, especially the issues of topical deviance such as introduction and delay, expansive deviance by addition and repetition, reductive deviance by deletion and shortening, alternating deviance, functional deviance, Tonal deviation, so Imam Sibawayh was ahead of The modernists, both Arabs and the West, who later realized that “the system of words and their geometry is a basic condition for understanding and being understood, and that every language has a specific system that it is not permissible to violate or depart from.

Abstract
تُعدُّ ظاهرةُ الانحراف الأسلوبي ولاسيما دراسة وظائفه اللغوية والنحوي؛ قَضيةً من القَضايا اللغويةِ المهمةِ التي تَتَعلقُ بالمعنى وتندرجُ تحتَ مباحث الأَلسنية الحديثةِ ولاسيما الدراسات الأُسلوبية، بل تُعَدُّ مِن أَهم الأَركان التي قامت عليها الأُسلوبية التي تدرسُ النصَّ الأَدبيِّ من جِهَةِ أَنَّه مخالفٌ للمأَلوفِ والعاديِّ، وأُطلقَ الباحثونَ المحدثونَ على ظاهرةِ الانحراف الأسلوبي مُصطلحاتٍ كثيرةٍ مِنْها: { الجسارةُ الُّلغويةُ، والشذوذُ الُّلغوي، والاتساعُ اللغوي، والابتكارُ والعدولُ، والازورارُ والغَرابةُ }، وغير ذلك ، والتفت الإِمام سيبويه – رحمه الله - إِلى مسائِل الانحراف الأسلوبي ووظائفه اللغوية والنحوية ؛ وتناولَها كإجراءٍ أَلسُنِيِّ ؛ وتلمَّسَ أَسرارَها الوظيفيةِ ودلالاتَها الُّلغَويةِ والبَلاغِيَةِ والأَدبيةِ التي تَنتِجُ عن الاجراءاتِ الانحرافية المختلفةِ، وحَددَّ مسائلَها بِدقةٍ عاليةٍ ولاسيما مَسائِلُ الانحراف المُوضعِيِّ كالتقديمُ والتأَخير، الانحراف التَوَسُعي بالإضافةِ والتكرار، الانحراف الاختزالي بالحَذفِ والقصرِ، الانحراف التناوبي، الانحراف الوظيفي، الانحراف التنغيمي، فالإمامُ سيبويه بذلك كانَ مُتَقدِمَاً على المُحدثينَ مِن العربِ والغَربِ الذينَ ادركوا - فيما بعد - أنَّ (( نظامَ الكلماتِ وهندسَتَها شرطٌ أَساسيٌ في الفِهم والإِفهامِ، وأنَّ لكُلِّ لغةٍ نِظاماً مُعيناً لا يَصحُ الإِخلالُ بهِ أَو الخروجُ عنهُ .
