Standardization of Carlson Fatigue Curve Test for Advanced Football Players in Nineveh Governorate

Abstract

The importance of the research for the researchers lies in standardizing the Carlson fatigue curve test as it is one of the important physiological tests on a sample of advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate and finding the standard scores and levels for this test to be a modern reference used by researchers in the future in testing and evaluating advanced athletes physiologically and on accurate and correct scientific foundations. The current research aims to standardize the Carlson fatigue curve test for advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate, and to set standard scores and levels for the Carlson fatigue curve test for advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the case study style to suit it and the nature of the current research. Due to the specificity of the research and in order to achieve its goal, the research community included advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate who represent the first and second division clubs participating in the qualifying league for the 2021/2022 season, numbering (200) players who represented the standardization and standards sample after excluding the exploratory and stability experiment samples, numbering (40) players, as the research sample reached (66.67%) of the total research community, and the researchers concluded the standardization of the Carlson fatigue curve test for advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate, setting standard grades and levels for the Carlson fatigue curve test for advanced football players in Nineveh Governorate.

تكمن اهمية البحث لدى الباحثان في تقنين اختبار منحنى التعب لكارلسون كونه احد الاختبارات الفسيولوجية المهمة على عينة من لاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى وايجاد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية لهذا الاختبار لتكون مرجع حديث يستخدمه الباحثين مستقبلاً في اختبار وتقويم الرياضيين المتقدمين فسيولوجياً وعلى اسس علمية دقيقة وصحيحة، ويهدف البحث الحالي الى تقنين اختبار منحنى التعب لكارلسون للاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى، ووضع درجات ومستويات معيارية اختبار منحنى التعب لكارلسون للاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة لملائمته وطبيعة البحث الحالي، ونظرا لخصوصية البحث ومن اجل تحقيق هدفه اشتمل مجتمع البحث على لاعبو كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى والذين يمثلون اندية الدرجة الاولى والثانية المشاركين في الدوري التأهيلي للموسم 2021/2022 والبالغ عددهم (200) لاعبا مثلو عينة التقنين والمعايير وذلك بعد استبعاد عينتا التجربة الاستطلاعية والثبات والبالغ عددهم (40) لاعبا اذ بلغت عينة البحث (66.67%) من المجتمع الكلي للبحث، واستنتج الباحثان تقنين اختبار منحنى التعب لكارلسون للاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى، وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية لاختبار منحنى التعب لكارلسون للاعبي كرة القدم المتقدمين في محافظة نينوى.

Abstract

Emotions are a cornerstone of a complex set of the results of our behavior. Participation in any sports activity is not limited to physical participation. You are in the stadium not only with your muscles, but with you, your personality and habits, and this is what gives sports its charm and beauty, and this charge comes from several directions, including pressures The internal attitude towards the competitive duty and personal pressures that come from your previous experiences in competitions, and from your success or failure in similar cases, such as that you are pessimistic about a particular team or the stadium in which the race is held, or a certain player has previously caused you a problem, all of these cases express your experiences The previous ones that have a direct impact on the level of your performance within the racing arena, and the management of emotions is one of the first topics that psychologists have discussed since antiquity. , and a problem lies in that the specificity of the arena and field games and what they necessitate on the players is a strong and close competition in achievement and level, and that the players in this event are exposed to high psychological pressures that generate disturbances in their performance. Mental operations resort to the use of emotions in the face of these psychological pressures, and managing emotions is one of the psychological features that enable arena and field players to face psychological pressures and improve their mood within the field of play during competitions in various events competitions arena and field. The study aimed to identify the level of achievement of the arena and field players in Iraq and the relationship between the management of emotions and the level of achievement of the jogging players in some of the arena and field activities in Iraq. The arena and the field and after data collection, analysis and discussion, the researchers concluded after conclusions, the most important of which is that the arena and field players of the category of applicants in Iraq clubs are characterized by a good level in managing emotions with the presence of moral differences between the players. The researchers recommended paying attention to the psychological preparation of the female players in the training units and holding rehabilitation courses to train and teach how to control emotions and attention to emotional control by the players during the races.

أن الانفعالات ركن أساسي لمجموعة معقدة من نتائج سلوكنا , فإن المشاركة في أي نشاط رياضي لا يقتصر على المشاركة البدنية , فأنت في الملعب ليس بعضلاتك فقط , وإنما معك شخصيتك وعاداتك , وهذا ما يعطي للرياضة سحرها وجمالها , وان هذا الشحن يأتي من عدة اتجاهات منها الضغوط الداخلية اتجاه الواجب التنافسي والضغوط الشخصية التي تأتي من خبراتك السابقة في المنافسات , ومن نجاحك او فشلك في حالات مماثلة مثل أنك تتشاءم من فريقٍ معين أو الملعب الذي يقام به السباق , او لاعبٍ معين سبق وان سبّب لك مشكلةٍ ما , كل هذه الحالات تعبر عن خبراتك السابقة التي لها أثر مباشر في مستوى ادائك داخل ساحة السباق , وتعد ادارة الانفعالات اوائل الموضوعات التي أهم بها علماء النفس منذ القدم، وقد أظهرت الدراسات التي اجر علي الانفعالات الانسانية ان هناك مهارات وقدرات انفعالية يتعاون الافراد في املاكها تؤثر بدورها في سلوك الافراد نفساً و اجتماعياً , وتكمن مشكلة في ان خصوصية العاب الساحة والميدان وما تحتمه على اللاعبات من تنافس قوي ومتقارب في الانجاز والمستوى ، وان تعرض اللاعبات في هذه الفعالية الى ضغوط نفسية عالية تولد له اضطرابات في العمليات العقلية فيلجاً الى استخدام الانفعالات في مواجهة هذه الضغوط النفسية ، وتعد ادارة الانفعالات واحدة من السمات النفسية التي تمكن لاعبات الساحة والميدان من مواجهة الضغوط النفسية وتحسين مزاجهم داخل ميدان اللعب اثناء المنافسات في مختلف مسابقات الفعاليات الساحة والميدان .
وقد هدف الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الانجاز لدى لاعبات الساحة والميدان في العراق وعلى العلاقة بين ادارة الانفعالات ومستوى الانجاز لدى لاعبات الاركاض في بعض فعاليات الساحة والميدان في العراق وانتهج الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لتحقيق أهداف دراستهم ، كما اشتمل مجتمع البحث على بعض لاعبات الاركاض في الساحة والميدان وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها ومناقشتها خلص الباحثان بعد استنتاجات أهمها يتسم لاعبات الساحة وميدان فئة المتقدمات في اندية العراق بمستوى جید فی ادارة الانفعالات مع وجود فروق معنویة بین اللاعبات كما اظهرت وجود علاقة وارتباط معنوية بین ادارة الانفعالات والفعاليات الساحة والميدان لدی فئة المتقدمات عینة البحث وكما اوصى الباحثان بالاهتمام بالأعداد النفسي للاعبات في الوحدات التدريبية واقامة دورات تاهيلية لتدريب وتعليم كيفية السيطرة على الانفعالات والاهتمام بالتحكم الانفعالي من قبل اللاعبات اثناء السباقات .

The effect of exercises with the SOM strategy according to brain dominance patterns in developing tactical sentences in youth football

Abstract

: The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the SOM strategy on brain dominance in developing the schematic sentences under research, and to identify the differences between the results of the post-tests for two groups of two patterns (right and left) to research the sample, and to identify the preference of the right and left patterns of the SOM strategy according to brain dominance under research.
The experimental method was used in a manner for two equal groups on the research sample. The research sample included the junior players of Basra Sports Club for the sports season (2021-2022), which numbered 26 players. 4 players were excluded for being goal keepers.
For the purpose of classifying the sample members according to their patterns. The researcher used the measure of brain dominance that was prepared by the researcher Hisham Moteb (Appendix 1), where it was found that nine players were distinguished by the right pattern, seven players by the left pattern, and six players had been excluded for their excellence in the integrated pattern. The first group applied the SOM strategy according to brain dominance of the right pattern, and the second group applied the SOM strategy according to the left pattern, and after conducting the post tests, the experimental curriculum was implemented by the trainer for two groups for a period of six weeks, at the rate of three educational units per week, and thus the number of educational units for each group was 18 educational units, and after processing the results of the pre and post tests using the appropriate statistical methods, the researcher concluded the following:
1- SOM strategy according to brain dominance comprises great importance in developing football tactics for youth under research.
2- The first and second experimental groups that used the educational curriculum according to brain dominance showed that they developed the schematic under research.
3- The first experimental group that used the educational curriculum according to brain dominance of the left patterns outperformed the second experimental group that used the curriculum according to brain dominance of the right patterns in developing football tactics under research.

Abstract

هدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية سوم على وفق السيادة الدماغية في تطوير الجمل الخططية قيد البحث والتعرف على الفروق بين نتائج الاختبارات البعدية بين المجموعتين للنمطين (الأيمن والايسر) لعينة البحث.
تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب لمجموعتين المتكافئتين على عينة البحث اشتمل عينة البحث من لاعبي ناشئي نادي البصرة الرياضي للموسم الرياضي (2021م - 2022م) والبالغ عددهم26 لاعباً وتم استبعاد (4) لاعبين لكونهم حراس الهدف ولغرض تصنيف افراد العينة وفقاً لأنماطهم استخدم الباحث مقياس السيادة الدماغية الذي اعده الباحث هاشم متعب (ملحق 1) حيث تبين بأن (9) لاعبين يمتازون بالنمط الايمن و(7)لاعبين بالنمط الايسر و(6) لاعبين تم استبعادهم لامتيازهم بالنمط المتكامل.، اذ كانت المجموعة الاولى تطبق استراتيجية سوم وفق السيادة الدماغية للنمط الايمن والمجموعة الثانية تطبق استراتيجية سوم وفق النمط الايسر. ، بعد اجراء الاختبارات القبلية تم تنفيذ المنهج التجريبي من قبل المدرب للمجموعتين لمدة (6 أسابيع) وبمعدل 3 وحدات تعليمية في الأسبوع وبذلك كانت عدد الوحدات التعليمية لكل مجموعة (18) وحدة تعليمية وبعد معالجة نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة استنتج الباحث ما يلي:
1 – ان استراتيجية سوم على وفق السيادة الدماغية أهمية كبيرة في تطوير الجمل الخططية بكرة القدم للشباب قيد البحث.
2 - أظهرت المجموعتان التجريبيتان الأولى والثانية التي استخدمت المنهاج التعليمي وفق السيادة الدماغية في تطوير الجمل الخططية قيد البحث
3– تفوقت المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي استخدمت المنهاج التعليمي وفق السيادة الدماغية للنمط الأيسر على المجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي استخدمت المنهاج التعليمي وفق السيادة الدماغية للنمط الأيمن في تطوير الجمل الخططية بكرة القدم قيد البحث.

Abstract

Through the researcher's field experience, he noticed that there are a large number of students (learners) in the fifth grade of middle school who face difficulties in mastering the technical performance of indoor soccer skills, especially the movement sections for this age group, so they need a long time to master this skill correctly in terms of accuracy, fluidity and proper timing. The research problem is summarized in the following question:

Does the use of the (A.D.D.I.E) model have an impact on some basic indoor soccer skills for students?
The research aimed to prepare educational units with the (A.D.D.I.E) indoor soccer model, as well as to identify the impact of the (A.D.D.I.E) model on some basic indoor soccer skills for students.
The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equivalent groups with pre- and post-tests. The research community was determined as fifth-grade middle school students at (the project) middle school in Kutha district in Babil Governorate, for the 2021-2022 academic year, numbering (28) students. They were divided into two samples: the first is the exploratory sample with (8) students and the second is the application sample with (20) students. The sample was divided equally into two experimental and control groups. After completing the unit items, the researcher conducted the post-tests, then collected the data and processed it statistically using the (SPSS) program.

من خلال خبرة الباحث الميدانية لاحظ إن هناك عددا كبيراً من الطلاب (المتعلمين) في الصف الخامس الاعدادي يواجهون صعوبات في اتقان الأداء الفني لمهارات كرة الصالات وخاصة اقسام الحركة لهذه المرحلة العمرية لذللك يحتاجون لوقت كبير في اتقان هذه المهارة بصورة صحيحة من ناحية الدقة والانسيابية والتوقيت السليم ، وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في التساؤل التالي :
هل ان استعمال انموذج (A.D.D.I.E) له تاثير في بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة الصالات للطلاب .
وقد هدف البحث الى اعداد وحدات تعليمية بانموذج (A.D.D.I.E) بكرة الصالات , كذلك التعرف على تاثير انموذج (A.D.D.I.E) في بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة الصالات للطلاب .
وإستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي , وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث بطلاب الصف الخامس الاعدادي لاعدادية (المشروع) في قضاء كوثة في محافظة بابل ، للموسم الدراسي 2021-2022 والبالغ عددهم (28) طالباً , وتم تقسيمهم الى عينتين الاولى العينة الاستطلاعية وبعدد (8) طلاب والثانية عينة التطبيق وبعدد (20) طالب وتم تقسيم العينة بالتساوي الى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة , وبعد الانتهاء من مفردات الوحدات اجرى الباحث الاختبارات البعدية ، ثم قام بجمع البيانات وتمت معالجتها إحصائياً ببرنامج (spss).

The effect of using compound exercises (physical-skill) in developing some physical and motor abilities specific to volleyball

Abstract

The aim of the research was to design complex exercises (physical - skill) to develop some physical and motor abilities specific to volleyball, as well as to identify the effect of these exercises in developing some physical and motor abilities specific to volleyball. The researcher assumed that there were significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests of the research sample in the variables studied. The researcher used the experimental method and designed a single group with two pre- and post-tests, as the research sample consisted of players from the Al-Maarif University College team for the academic year (2021-2022), numbering (12) players representing the research group. The researcher designed a set of complex exercises (physical - skill) by using scientific sources, then presented them to a group of experts and specialists to determine the appropriate ones and modify some of them to suit the individuals of the research sample, as the number of these exercises reached (20) exercises. The researcher then applied these exercises to the research sample on Wednesday (12/8/2021) until Sunday (1/30/2022), as the number of training units reached (16) units, at a rate of two training units per week, on (Sunday and Wednesday), and after completing the application of the experiment, the post-test was conducted on the research group in special physical and motor abilities, and after collecting and unloading the data, it was processed statistically and the researcher reached a set of conclusions, including that the complex physical and skill exercises had a great and effective impact in developing some physical and motor abilities specific to volleyball for the research group. In light of this, the researcher recommends emphasizing work on developing physical and motor abilities in the early stages of preparing the player, because training on these requirements in later stages takes a long time and strenuous effort by Coaches and players, as well as emphasizing the use of complex exercises (physical - skill) in developing special physical and motor abilities.

Abstract

هدف البحث الى تصميم تمرينات مركبة (بدنية – مهارية) لتطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والحركية الخاصة بالكرة الطائرة، وكذلك التعرف على اثر تلك التمرينات في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والحركية الخاصة بالكرة الطائرة، وافترض الباحث ان هناك فروق معنوية بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لعينة البحث في المتغيرات المدروسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وبتصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، حيث تكونت عينة البحث من لاعبي منتخب كلية المعارف الجامعة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) والبالغ عددهم (12) لاعبا يمثلون مجموعة البحث.
قام الباحث بتصميم مجموعة من التمرينات المركبة (بدنية – مهارية) من خلال الاستعانة بالمصادر العلمية، ثم قام بعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين لتحديد المناسب منها وتعديل بعضها بحيث تتناسب مع افراد عينة البحث، حيث بلغ عدد هذه التمرينات (20) تمرين، قام الباحث بعدها بتطبيق هذه التمرينات على عينة البحث وذلك يوم الاربعاء الموافق (8/12/2021) ولغاية يوم الاحد (30/1/2022)، حيث بلغ عدد الوحدات التدريبية (16) وحدة وبواقع وحدتين تدريبيتين في الاسبوع وذلك يومي (الاحد والأربعاء)، وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق التجربة تم اجراء الاختبار البعدي على مجموعة البحث في القدرات البدنية والحركية الخاصة، وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تمت معالجتها احصائياً وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها، ان التمرينات المركبة البدنية والمهارية كان لها تأثير كبير وفعال في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والحركية الخاصة بالكرة الطائرة لمجموعة البحث، وفي ضوء ذلك يوصي الباحث بتأكيد العمل على تطوير القدرات البدنية والحركية في المراحل الأولى من إعداد اللاعب، لان التدريب على هذه المتطلبات في مراحل متأخرة يأخذ وقت طويل وجهد شاق من قبل المدربين واللاعبين، وكذلك التأكيد على استخدام التمرينات المركبة (بدنية – مهارية) في تطوير القدرات البدنية والحركية الخاصة

Abstract

Institutions that work to raise the level of organizational loyalty to employees and their workers are of greater ability to face challenges and difficulties, develop creativity, and improve their performance, and educational institutions are one of the most important institutions that work to maintain organizational loyalty to employees, and teachers ’organizational loyalty is of great importance, when It has a positive impact on the development of the teaching process, and from here lies the importance of the study, as organizational loyalty is one of the most prominent modern management concepts in the contemporary behavioral school, and its positive effect in motivating physical education teachers towards providing a better level of job performance. Physical education teachers and teachers in Diyala governorate, and the study used the descriptive method in the survey method, to achieve its purposes, and because it is based on the diagnosis of the phenomenon studied in a realistic way, and the researchers used the questionnaire, to find out the views of physical education teachers about organizational loyalty. And a school teacher, i.e. 15.10 percent of the original community, who numbered (737) of both sexes, and shown in the table (1) After completing the statistical work, the results of the study showed the construction of the organizational loyalty scale, which consists of three axes, and (33) items, and the meaning of the study sample responses about the organizational loyalty scale. Their role in improving the teaching process.

تُعدُّ المؤسسات التي تعمل على رفع مستوى الولاء التنظيمي للموظفين والعاملين فيها ذات قدرة أَكبر لمواجهة التحديات والصعوبات، وتنمية روح الإبداع، وتحسين أدائها، والمؤسسات التعليمية واحدة من أهم المؤسسات التي تعمل على الحفاظ على الولاء التنظيمي للعاملين، ويحتل الولاء التنظيمي لدى المدرسين أهمية كبرى، لما لها من تأثير إِيجابي في تطوير العملية التدريسية، ومن هنا تكمن أهمية الدّراسة، إذ يُعَدُّ الولاء التنظيمي واحدة من أَبرز المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة في المدرسة السلوكية المعاصرة، وتأثيرها الإيجابي في تحفيز مدرسي التربية الرياضية نحو تقديم مستوى أفضل في الأداء الوظيفي، وقام الباحث بإجراء دراستهم على مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الرياضية في محافظة ديالى، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، لتحقيق أغراضها، وَلأَنَّه يقوم على تشخيص الظاهرة المدروسة بصورة واقعية، وقام الباحث على استخدام الاستبانة، لمعرفة آراء مدرسي التربية الرياضية حول الولاء التنظيمي، وشملت عينة الدّراسة على (111) مدرسًا ومُدرسة، أي ما نسبته (15.10) من المجتمع الأصلي والبالغ عددهم (737) من كلا الجنسين، والمبين في الجدول (1)، وبعد الانتهاء من العمل الإحصائي أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة بناء مقياس الولاء التنظيمي والمتكون من ثلاثة محاور، ومن (33) فقرة، ومعنوية إجابات عينة الدراسة عن مقياس الولاء التنظيمي، وقد أوصى الباحث ضرورة تعزيز دور الولاء التنظيمي في العمل الوظيفي، إذ لها دورهم في تحسين العملية التدريسية.

And to know the effect of special exercises in developing focus attention and kinesthetic awareness to learn some basic skills in football, and the research hypothesis is that there is a positive effect of special exercises in developing attention focus and kinesthetic awareness to learn some basic skills in football, and there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests for the two groups ( (control and experimental) to focus attention and perception of kinesthetic skills and for the benefit of the experimental group. تعد لعبة كرة القدم واحدة من الألعاب التي كانت ولازالت تلاقي اهتماماً عالمياً متزايداً بوصفها الأكثر شعبية في العالم حيث عدة انها اللعبة الأولى عالمياً من بين الألعاب البقية من حيث عدد الممارسين والمتابعين والمهتمين على النطاق الشعبي والرسمي العالمي . لاحظ ان الوحدات التعليمية التي تعطى للمتعلمين في الاكاديمية تركز على تعليم المهارات الأساسية لكرة القدم الصالات دون التركيز على الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي وهذا لايتلائم مع التطور الحاصل في مجال هذه الفعالية وما وصل اليه العالم الخارجي من تطور ملحوظ وواضح وهنا تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم الاهتمام بالتركيز في العمليات التعليمية على الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي وكان هدفا البحث اعداد تمرينات خاصة في تنمية تركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي لتعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم ولتعرف على تأثير تمرينات خاصة في تطوير تركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي لتعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم وفرضا البحث هو هناك تأثير إيجابي للتمرينات الخاصة في تطوير تركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي لتعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم وهناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعتين ( الضابطة والتجريبية ) لتركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي للمهارات ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية اما مجالات البحث فقد كان لاعبوا اكاديمية المستقبل للناشئين للعام (2021/2022) وعلى ملعب الاكاديمية واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم ( المجموعتين المتكافئتين) تجريبية وضابطة لملائمة المشكلة المراد تحقيق اهداف البحث وحدد الباحث مجتمع البحث لاعبين الاكاديمية الكروية في الديوانية للعام (2021/2022) والبالغ عددها (26) اكاديمية. وتم اختيار عينة العمل عمدياً لأحدى الاكاديميات وتطبق عليها المناهج. وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية والمتمثلة بلاعبي اكاديمية المستقبل في الديوانية للناشئين بكرة القدم بأعمار(14-16) سنة (ناشئين) والبالغ عددهم 20 لاعبا وقسمـت الى مجموعتيـن لكـل مجموعـة (10) لاعبين وهـم يمثلـون نسبـــه ( 100%) من مجتـمع الأصـل ولغرض البــدء بـــخط شـروع واحد ومتسـاوي لعينـة البــحث لتجنـب المتغيـرات التي قد تؤثر في نتائج البــحث من حيث الفروق الفردية ألموجودة بــين التلاميذ، قـام البــاحث بــأجراء التجانس على عينة البــحث بــقياس المتغيرات (الدحـرجة والاخماد والمنـاولة) وبــعد ذلك جـرت المعالجـات الإحصائيـة لهـذه المتغيـرات بــحساب معامـل الالتـواء وقبــل الخـوض في التجربــة الرئيسـة قام الباحث بأجراء تجربــة استطلاعية على عينـة من مجتمـع البــحث والغـرض منهـا أختبــار وسائل البــحث وأدواته فضلاً عن استخراج الأسس ألعلمية للاختبــارات اذ قـام البــاحث بــأجـراء تجربــة استطلاعيــة بــتأريـخ 15/5/2022 م المـوافق الاحد الساعة (4) مساءاً على عينـة مكونـة من ( 10 ) لاعبين من اكاديمية النهرين ممـن هـم خـارج عينـة البــحث وبعدها قام الباحث بالمنهج التعليمي ولمدة شهرين متواصلين بواقع وحدتين تعليمية بالاسبوع ولثمان أسابيع بواقع (16) وحدة تعليمية لكل مجموعة وبعدها قام بالاختبارات البعدية في الساعة (5) مساءاً من يوم الثلاثاء 20/8/2022 وبعد جمـع البــيانـات والمعلومـات التي قـام البــاحث بــأجراء التحليـلات الإحصائيـة ( SPSS ) والوسـط الحسابــي . الانحراف المعيـاري. الارتبـــاط البــسيـط (بــيرسون). النسبــة المئوية.اختبــار ( T – test ) للعينات المستقلة والمترابــطة . وبعدها عرض النتائج ومناقشتها حسب اراء الخبراء والمختصين في مجال التعلم والتدريب الرياضي . ومن خلال النتائج التي ظهرت أستنتج الباحث مايأتي ان المنهج التعليمي المعد له تأثير أيجابي على تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم وان للتمارين الخاصة بتركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي تأثير ايجابي في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بكرة القدم. ويوصي الباحث على اعتماد تمارين خاصة بتركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي في المناهج التعليمية وخصوصاً للفئات العمرية الصغيرة ( أشبال , ناشئين , شباب ) وضرورة استخدام تمارين تركيز الانتباه والادراك الحس حركي في تعليم بعض المهارات الاساسية في الفعاليات او الألعاب الأخرى

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of skill exercises by increasing the variables of distance and height in learning the skill of crushing serve in volleyball. The basis of the two variables is the distance from the net and the height of the net according to that distance. The volleyball court is divided into four areas, namely the first line, which is (3) meters away from the net, followed by the second line, which is (5) meters away from the net, then the third line, which is (7) meters away, and finally the fourth line. Which represents the end line of the stadium and is (9) meters away, and on the opposite side there are four areas (A), the area confined between the center line and the attack line, and its dimensions are (3 * 9) meters, and area (B) It is the distance confined between the first and second lines and the area (C) between the second and third lines, and finally the area (D) between the third line and the final line of the stadium, noting that the dimensions of these three areas are (2 * 9) meters, corresponding to the height of the net according to the distance between the line And the grid, as it comes (150 cm) for the line. The exercises are performed by directing the balls from each line to the corresponding areas, from the near to the far first, and then from the far to the near second. The main research experiment lasted three weeks, with (3) units per week, with a time of (20-25) minutes per unit. one educational The results were treated statistically and discussed in a specialized scientific manner based on the scientific sources supporting the results of the research. The researchers concluded that the skill exercises with the increase in the variables of distance and time had a positive effect on learning the serving skill and providing it with the correct motor performance and the accuracy of directing the balls to the different playing areas. The researchers recommended the adoption of these exercises in motor learning. For other similar skills, leading to better results on levels of performance and accuracy.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على اثر التمرينات المهارية بتزايد متغيري المسافة والارتفاع في تعلم مهارة الارسال المواجه بالكرة الطائرة تكونت عينة البحث من اللاعبين الناشئين لنادي الحبانية الرياضي البالغ عددهم (20) لاعب استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي وبتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي , صممت التمارين المهارية على اساس متغيري المسافة عن الشبكة وارتفاع الشبكة بما يناسب تلك المسافة قسم ملعب الكرة الطائرة الى اربعة مناطق وهي الخط الاول ويبعد (3)متر عن الشبكة يليه الخط الثاني ويبعد (5) متر عن الشبكة ثم الخط الثالث الذي يبعد (7) متر واخيرا الخط الرابع الذي يمثل خط النهاية للمعلب ويبعد (9)متر وفي الجهة المقابلة اربع مناطق (A) المنطقة المحصور بين خط المنتصف وخط الهجوم وابعادها (3*9) متر والمنطقة (B) وهي المسافة المحصورة بين الخطين الاول والثاني والمنطقة (C) المحصورة بين الخط الثاني والثالث وأخيرا المنطقة (D) المحصورة بين الخط الثالث والخط النهائي للملعب علما ان ابعاد هذه المناطق الثلاث هي (2*9)متر يقابل ذلك ارتفاع للشبكة على وفق المسافة بين الخط والشبكة وكما يأتي (150 سم) للخط تؤدى التمرينات بتوجيه الكرات من كل خط الى المناطق المقابلة من القريبة الى البعيدة اولاً ثم من البعيدة الى القريبة ثانياً استغرقت تجربة البحث الرئيسة ثلاثة اسابيع بواقع (3) وحدات اسبوعيا وبزمن قدره (20-25) دقيقة للوحدة التعليمية الواحدة ,عولجت النتائج احصائيا وتمت مناقشتها باسلوب علمي تخصصي مستنده الى المصادر العلمية الداعمة لنتائج البحث, استنتج الباحثان ان التمرينات المهارية بتزايد متغيري المسافة والزمن اثرت ايجابيا في تعلم مهارة الارسال واكسابها الاداء الحركي الصحيح ودقة توجيه الكرات الى مناطق اللعب المختلفة واوصى الباحثان باعتماد هذه التمرينات في التعلم الحركي للمهارات الاخرى المشابهة وصولاً الى نتائج افضل على مستويات الاداء والدقة .

Abstract

The study aimed to construct measures of training procrastination and among police football players, and their relationship to the tactical performance of police football players.
The researcher used the descriptive approach in his surveying methods and associative relationships to suit him and the nature of the research problem. The researcher also identified the research community as the 120 players of the Central and Southern Region Police Football Divisions. Building the standards of training and learning disability, the researcher enlisted a sample of 130 players to begin by identifying areas of measurement that included six areas for each, After that, the scale were formulated distributed on these areas and presented to a group of experts and specialists, to later apply the two scales to the construction sample and conduct special statistical analyzes to extract indicators of honesty, stability and objectivity.

هدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس تسويف التدريب لدى لاعبي شعب العاب الشرطة بكرة القدم , وعلاقته في الاداء الخططي للاعبي شعب العاب الشرطة بكرة القدم . واستعمال الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته وطبيعة مشكلة البحث, كما حدد الباحث مجتمع البحث لاعبي شعب العاب الشرطة بكرة القدم منطقة الوسط والجنوب الذين يبلغ عددهم ( 120 ) لاعباً. اما بناء مقياسي تسويف التدريب فاستعان الباحث بعينة اشتملت على ( 130 ) لاعباً وليبدأ بتحديد مجالات المقياس والتي تضمنت ست مجالات بعدها تم صياغة فقرات المقياس موزعة على هذه المجالات وعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين ، ليتم لاحقاً تطبيق المقياس على عينة البناء وأجراء التحليلات الإحصائية الخاصة لا استخراج مؤشرات الصدق والثبات والموضوعية . وتم اجراء التجربتين الاستطلاعية والرئيسة للمقياس تسويف التدريب ونمذجة علاقةالسببية بالاداء الخططي للاعبي شعب العاب الشرطة بكرة القدم واعتماد الوسائل المناسبة التي من خلالها تم تحقيق اهداف البحث، ثم عرض النتائج التي توصل اليها الباحث من خلال المعالجات الاحصائية وتحليلها ومناقشتها , حيث تم عرض وتحليل العلاقات الارتباطية السببية بين تسويف والاداء الخططي للاعبي شعب العاب الشرطة بكرة القدم .

Abstract

The importance of the study lies in the use of educational preparatory exercises to learn some basic volleyball skills on a sample of fifth-grade middle school students aged between (16-17) years, as the preparatory exercises are one of the advanced exercises in which small games similar to the game are used that are appropriate for the students' ages, which makes the learner able to learn volleyball skills with ease. Therefore, the researcher noticed a lack of use of modern educational preparatory exercises when students learn, in addition to the need to introduce various educational methods to achieve the best results. Therefore, the researcher decided to embark on an experiment to introduce educational preparatory exercises to know the extent of its impact on learning some basic volleyball skills, which are the skill of crushing, the skill of blocking the wall, and the skill of defending the field. The researcher used the experimental method with two groups, the control and the experimental, with pre- and post-tests. The research sample was fifth-grade middle school students in Kutha Preparatory School / in Babylon Governorate in learning some basic skills between Both groups and in favor of the experimental group.

تكمن أهمية الدراسة في استخدام تمريـــــــنات تمهيــــــــدية تعليميـــــــة على تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسيــــــــة بالكرة الطائرة على عينة من طلاب الصف الخامس الاعدادي والتي تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين ( 16-17 ) سنة , حيث تعد التمرينات التمهيدية واحدة من التمرينات المتقدمة والتي يستخدم فيها الالعاب الصغيرة المشابهة للعبة والتي تتناسب مع أعمار الطلاب , مما يجعــل المتعلــــم قادراً على تعلم مهارات الكرة الطائــــرة بكل سهولة , لذا لاحظ الباحث قلة في استخدام التمرينات التمهيدية التعليمــية الحديثة عند تعلم الطلاب فضلاً عن الحاجة الى ادخال أساليب تعليمية متنوعة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج , فعليه ارتأى الباحث الخوض في تجربة لإدخال التمرينات التمهيدية التعليميــــة لمعرفة مدى تأثيره في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة وهي مهارة الضرب الساحق , مهارة حائط الصد , ومهارة الدفاع عن الملعب , وأستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي وكانت عينة البحث من طلاب الصف الخامس الاعدادي في اعدادية كوثا / في محافظة بابل في تعلم بعض المهارات الاساسية بين المجموعتين ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية .

Abstract

The javelin throw event is one of the distinguished events in athletics, and it requires physical capabilities and special movement capabilities in addition to some physical specifications. Approximate or final throwing phase.
The importance of research is highlighted by the continuous interest in sports achievements and the continuation of the process of developing them, and the importance of kinetic analysis in revealing the most important weaknesses of shooters, and the importance of biomechanical variables, especially the last throwing steps, the distance of withdrawal and the extension of the throwing arm during the throwing.
The research problem revolved around the importance of identifying some numerical values of the biomechanical variables and their relationship to achievement, focusing on the weaknesses that the Iraqi spear thrower suffers from in the pre-throwing stage of force preparation, and working on analyzing these molecules and applying them to improve technical performance.
And the failure to use motor analysis and identify weaknesses with high accuracy, in addition to the lack of interest by the trainers in the characteristics of the values of the biomechanical variables affecting each other in order to program their training programs in order to achieve their goals as quickly as possible and with the least effort.
The aim of the research is to identify the most important biomechanical variables related to the stage of preparing the force, which is the speed of the last throwing step and the speed of the penultimate scissor crossing step and the decrease between the speed of these two steps and the distance of pulling and extending the throwing arm and the relationship between these variables with the achievement of the Iraqi elite spear throwers.
The researcher used the descriptive approach and correlational relationships in her current study because it is appropriate to the nature of the problem of the study. The research community consisted of elite Iraqi players who are advanced in javelin throwing, and their number is (6) shooters. They took a comprehensive enumeration method. The test was conducted on the research sample in the stadium of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / University of Kufa in preparation for the championship. The Iraqi clubs have the third round, giving each shooter six attempts as in the official races, and the best attempt was taken as an achievement for the analysis, and two analysis cameras (CASIO FH13.5) were used at a speed of 120 frames per second, and the analysis was done with the analysis program (Kenova). After analyzing and discussing the results, the researcher concluded that there is a relationship A direct correlation between the length and speed and the distance of the throwing arm with the achievement and an inverse correlation between the steps and the time of the steps and the difference between the two speeds and the distance of the stretch with the achievement.

تَعدّ فعالية رمي الرمح واحده من الفعاليات المميزة بألعاب القوى، وهي تتطلب قدرات بدنية وقابليات حركية خاصة بالإضافة إلى بعض المواصفات الجسمية، وكبقية فعاليات الرمي الأخرى فان الأداء فيها يعتمد على تطبيق النواحي الفنية بشكل متكامل، والتي تعتمد بشكل فعال ومؤثر على النواحي البايوميكانيكية سواء أثناء الركضة التقريبية أومرحلة الرمي النهائية.
وتبرز أهمية البحث من خلال الاهتمام المتواصل بالانجازات الرياضية والاستمرار في عملية تطويرها والى أهمية التحليل الحركي في كشف أهم نقاط الضعف لدى الرماة, والى أهمية المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية خصوصا خطوات الرمي الأخيرة ومسافة السحب والمد للذراع الرامية في أثناء الرمي.
وتمحورت مشكلة البحث حول أهمية التعرف على بعض القيم الرقمية للمتغيرات البايوميكانيكية وعلاقتها بالإنجاز والتركيز على نقاط الضعف التي يعاني منها رامي الرمح العراقي في مرحلة ماقبل الرمي من تجهيز للقوة والعمل على تحليل هذه الجزيئات وتطبيقها في تحسين الآداء الفني.
وإلى عدم أستعمال التحليل الحركي والتعرف على نقاط الضعف بدقة عالية, أضافة الى عدم الاهتمام من قبل المدربين بخصائص قيم المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية المؤثرة في بعضها البعض لكي يبرمجوا برامجهم التدريبية بغية تحقيق أهدافهم بأسرع مايمكن وبأقل جهد.
وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهم المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية الخاصة بمرحلة تجهيز القوة وهي سرعة خطوة الرمي الأخيرة وسرعة خطوة التقاطع المقصية قبل الأخيرة والتناقص الحاصل بين سرعة هاتين الخطوتين ومسافة السحب والمد للذراع الرامية والعلاقة بين هذه المتغيرات مع الإنجاز المتحقق لرماة الرمح النخبة العراقيين.
واستعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي والعلاقات الأرتباطية في دراستها الحالية لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة الدراسة وتألف مجتمع البحث من لاعبوا النخبة العراقيين المتقدمين بفعالية رمي الرمح وعددهم (6)رماة أخذوا بإسلوب الحصر الشامل وأجري الأختبار على عينة البحث في ملعب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة / جامعة الكوفة أستعدادا لبطولة الأندية العراقية الدور الثالث و إعطاء لكل رامي ستة محاولات كما في السباقات الرسمية وتم أخذ أفضل محاولة كإنجاز للتحليل وتم أستعمال كامرتي تحليل نوع (CASIO FH13.5) بسرعة 120 لقطة بالثانية وتم التحليل ببرنامج التحليل(Kenova ) وبعد تحليل ومناقشة النتائج توصل الباحثان الى وجود علاقة أرتباط طردية بين سرعة الخطوات ومسافة السحب للذراع الرامي مع الإنجاز وعلاقة أرتباط عكسية بين طول وزمن الخطوات والفرق بين السرعتين ومسافة المد مع الإنجاز وفي ضوء ذلك يوصي الباحثان باجراء دراسات موسعه لهذه الفعالية لتشخيص نقاط الضعف والقوه في الأداء الفني والاهتمام بالجانب البايوميكانيكي من المدربين.

Abstract

The research included the introduction and importance, as the importance of the research emerged through interest in the psychological aspect and knowledge of the reality of the trait of self-confidence and psychological hesitation among fourth-stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences when performing skills during play and competition, which are difficult to perform from a psychological point of view. Thus, this research is an attempt to raise the level of learning among students and develop it and increase the demand for performing volleyball skills, especially the skills of serving and smashing and their accuracy. The research problem is summarized in that there are many students who fall under the influence of psychological problems during play and the application of offensive and defensive formations in volleyball, which are part of the curriculum of faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in the fourth stage, including the traits of self-confidence and psychological hesitation, which are among the psychological factors affecting performance. As for the research hypotheses, they were represented by the fact that there is an inverse relationship between self-confidence and psychological hesitation in volleyball among fourth-stage students. There is also a positive relationship between self-confidence and the accuracy of the skills of serving and smashing in volleyball among fourth-stage students. The research community included fourth-stage students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Kufa, amounting to Their number (44) where (10 students were chosen for the pilot experiment) (34 students for the main experiment) to identify the type of relationship between the psychological factors under study and the accuracy of the skills of serving and smashing in volleyball by using the descriptive methodology in the research, as the scales of self-confidence and psychological hesitation were applied to identify the type of relationship between the psychological factors and their impact on the research sample, and through the results that appeared, it became clear that there is an inverse relationship between the variables under study and research, as the higher the value and degree of the self-confidence factor among students, the lower the degree and value of the psychological hesitation factor and vice versa, and the two factors together have a direct relationship with the accuracy of the skills of serving and smashing in volleyball for students, and the researchers attribute this to the fact that psychological factors have a direct effect on performance and accuracy in the research sample, especially self-confidence and psychological hesitation, and the most important conclusions were that the variable of self-confidence has a correlation and a high positive effect on the accuracy of the performance of the skills of serving and smashing in volleyball for students. The most important recommendations were the necessity of paying attention to the psychological preparation of students by teachers while giving educational units along with physical and skill preparation.

اشتمل البحث على المقدمة والاهمية حيث برزت اهمية البحث من خلال الاهتمام بالناحية النفسية ومعرفة واقع سمة الثقة بالنفس والتردد النفسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الرابعة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة عند اداء المهارات أثناء اللعب والمنافسة والتي تعد صعبة الاداء من الناحية النفسية ، وبذلك فان هذا البحث هو محاولة للإرتقاء بمستوى التعلم لدى الطلاب وتطويره وزيادة الاقبال على أداء مهارات الكرة الطائرة وبالخصوص مهارتي الإرسال والضرب الساحق ودقتهما, كما تتلخص مشكلة البحث بأن هناك الكثر من الطلاب يقع تحت تأثير المشاكل النفسية اثناء اللعب وتطبيق التشكيلات الهجومية والدفاعية بالكرة الطائرة والتي تعد من ضمن منهاج كليات واقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في المرحلة الرابعة ومنها سمتي الثقة بالنفس والتردد النفسي وهما من العوامل النفسية المؤثرة اثناء الاداء اما فروض البحث تمثلت بأن هناك علاقة عكسية بين الثقة بالنفس والتردد النفسي بالكرة الطائرة لدى طلاب المرحلة الرابعة ايضا" هناك علاقة ايجابية بين الثقة بالنفس ودقة مهارتي الارسال و الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة لدى طلاب المرحلة الرابعة , اشتمل مجتمع البحث على طلاب المرحلة الرابعة لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة - جامعة الكوفة والبالغ عددهم ( 44 ) حيث تم اختيار (10 طلاب للتجربة الاستطلاعية ) ( 34 طالب للتجربة الرئيسة ) للتعرف على نوع العلاقة بين العوامل النفسية قيد البحث ودقة مهارتي الإرسال والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة من خلال استخدام المنهجي الوصفي في البحث , إذ تم تطبيق مقياسي الثقة بالنفس والتردد النفسي للتعرف على نوع العلاقة بين العوامل النفسية وتأثيرهما لدى عينة البحث , ومن خلال النتائج التي ظهرت تبين ان هناك علاقة عكسية بين المتغيرين قيد الدراسة والبحث إذ كلما زادت قيمة ودرجة عامل الثقة بالنفس لدى الطلاب انخفضت درجة وقيمة عامل التردد النفسي وبالعكس , كما أن للعامليين معا" علاقة مباشرة بدقة مهارتي الإرسال والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب , ويعزو الباحثين ذلك الى أن للعوامل النفسية تأثير مباشر في الأداء ودقته لدى عينة البحث وبالخصوص الثقة بالنفس والتردد النفسي وكانت اهم الاستنتاجات إنّ لمتغير الثقة بالنفس علاقة ارتباطية وتأثير إيجابي عالي في دقة أداء مهارتي الارسال والضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب. وكانت اهم التوصيات ضرورة الاهتمام بالإعداد النفسي للطلاب من قبل التدريسين أثناء إعطاء الوحدات التعليمية جنبا الى جنب بالإعداد البدني والمهاري .

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the professional leadership traits of male and female teachers of sports in primary schools in the center of Anbar Governorate, and to know the differences in these traits between them. The research procedures continued from 4/1/2022 to 5/30/2022. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the case style as it is compatible with the nature of the study problem and achieving its goals. The research community was determined from primary school principals, numbering (95) principals. The research sample was chosen randomly from the total community, amounting to (70) of them, with a percentage of (68.73%). The researcher used a scale for the study (Radi, 2019) of leadership traits, which consists of (20) paragraphs to suit the nature of the current study after presenting it to the experts and specialists and obtained an agreement rate of (88.14%). The measurement tool was applied by distributing it to the research sample during the main experiment, and after collecting the information and unloading the data and processing it statistically in order to obtain the final results of this study, the researcher concluded through his study that the individuals of the research sample possess an acceptable level of traits and that the teachers were the best in that.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على السمات القيادية المهنية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات لدرس الرياضة في المدارس الابتدائية في مركز محافظة الانبار، والى معرفة الفروق بتلك السمات بينهما ، استمرت اجراءات البحث من 1/4/ ولغاية 30/5/2022،استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الحالة كونه يتلائم وطبيعة مشكلة الدراسة وتحقيق اهدافها، تم تحديد مجتمع البحث من مديري المدارس الابتدائية البالغ عددهم (95) مديرا ، اختيرت عينة البحث بطريقة عشوائية من المجتمع الكلي بلغت قوامها (70) منه وبنسبة مئوية قدرها (68،73%).
استخدم الباحث مقياس لدراسة (راضي،2019) للسمات القيادية , والذي يتكون من (20) فقرة لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة الحالية بعد عرضه على السادة الخبراء والمختصين ونال نسبة اتفاق بلغت (88.14%)، تم تطبيق اداة القياس من خلال توزيعه على عينة البحث اثناء التجربة الرئيسية، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتفريغ البيانات ومعالجتها احصائيا بغية الحصول على النتائج النهائية لهذه الدراسة، استنتج الباحث من خلال دراسته الى امتلاك افراد عينة البحث مستوى مقبولا في السمات وان المعلمون كاموا الافضل في ذلك.

Abstract

The study aimed to prepare curve running exercises by controlling the centrifugal force variables for some biomechanical variables and achievement, and to identify their effect on the study variables, while the researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests in the biomechanical variables of the research sample. The researcher adopted the experimental method with a single-group design, as the study was applied to a sample consisting of (4) runners representing the (200) meter running event runners in the advanced category at Al-Ramadi Sports Club. After the researcher conducted the pre- and post-tests for some mechanical measurements, they were determined into two types: a type extracted through the incline measuring device that was designed by the researcher, and the second type through kinetic analysis. The researcher conducted his training over (8) weeks at a rate of (3) units per week, as he relied on determining the intensity of these exercises according to the centrifugal variables (mass, radius, And distance and time), and after conducting the post-tests and conducting statistical treatments using the SPSS statistical package, then they were displayed in statistical tables and were statistically analyzed and discussed.

هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تدريبات ركض المنحنيات بالتحكم بمتغيرات قوة الطرد المركزي لبعض المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية والانجاز، والتعرف على تأثيرها في متغيرات الدراسة ، فيما افترض الباحث بأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية في المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية لعينة البحث، اعتمد الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة، اذ طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (4) عدائين يمثلون عدائي فعالية ركض (200) متر في فيئة المتقدمين في نادي الرمادي الرياضي ، وبعد اجراء الباحث الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية لبعض القياسات الميكانيكية فقد تم تحديدها على نوعين نوع يتم استخراجه من خلال جهاز الـ قياس الميلان الذي تم تصميمه من قبل الباحث والنوع الثاني عن طريق التحليل الحركي، وقام الباحث تدريباته على مدار (8) أسابيع بواقع (3) وحدات في الأسبوع ، اذ اعتمد في تحديد شدد هذه التدريبات وفقاً لمتغيرات الطرد المركزي تدريباته على مدار (8) أسابيع بواقع (3) وحدات في الأسبوع ، اذ اعتمد في تحديد شدد هذه التدريبات وفقاً لمتغيرات الطرد المركزي ( الكتلة، ونصف القطر، والمسافة والزمن)،وبعد اجراء الاختبارات البعدية واجراء المعالجات الإحصائية باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية spss ثم تم عرضها في جداول احصائية وتمت تحليلها احصائيا ومناقشتها

إذ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية والتحليل، على عينة من القيادات الإدارية في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في العراق والبالغ عددهم (106) شخصا يمثلون عمادة ومعاوني ورؤساء الفروع الكلية، إذ قسمت على ثلاث عينات بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وفق إجراءات الشروط العلمية البسيطة إلى (عينة التجربة الاستطلاعية، وعينة البناء، وعينة التطبيق). من خلال بناء مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي ، وتحديد خمس مجالات لمقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي بواقع (50) عبارة , وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للحصول على معلومات البحث لمتغير الذكاء الاستراتيجي .

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير تمرينات بوسائل مساعدة في تطوير سرعة الاستجابة الحركية وتعلم مهارة الدحرجة الخلفية المتكورة في الجمناستك الفني، استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي وذلك لملائمته وطبيعة مشكلة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من طلاب الصف المبكر في مدرسة الاستقلال الابتدائية للبنين للعام الدراسي (2021-2022)،وتم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي (spss) الحقيبة الاجتماعية لمعالجة البيانات احصائياً ، واستنتج الباحثان إن استخدام التمرينات بوسائل مساعدة كان لها تأثير ايجابي في تطوير سرعة الاستجابة وتعلم مهارة الدحرجة الخلفية المتكورة في الجمناستك الفني، واوصى الباحثان تشجيع المعلمين على استخدام التمرينات والوسائل المساعدة لما له من تأثير في تطوير الجانب المهاري، ومن اجل الابتعاد عن الاساليب التقليدية.

Abstract

:
-Identifying the chaotic behavior of practicing and non-practicing students in some preparatory schools in the city of Mosul.
-Identifying the differences in the chaotic behavior of practicing and non-practicing students in some preparatory schools in the city of Mosul.

The researchers used the descriptive survey method for its suitability and the nature of the current research. The research community included students practicing and non-practicing sports in some preparatory schools in the city of Mosul for the academic year (2022 - 2021).
The research community included practicing and non-practicing students of sports games for the fifth grade of middle school in preparatory schools (Al-Zuhur, Abu Hanifa, the left side (Central, Western, the right side) in the city of Mosul, whose number is (560) students.
The research sample of (300) students was chosen randomly, with a percentage of (53.57) from the total research community, and to measure the chaotic behavior of the research sample, the researchers adopted the scale of chaotic behavior among middle school students (Al-Obaidi, (2017), which consisted of (42) (paragraph) and the paragraphs of the scale are answered through three alternatives (applies to always apply to rarely, does not apply to (never) and thus the highest, and the researchers used the spss statistical bag to process the data,
The researchers concluded:
-Middle school students in the city of Mosul are characterized by a low degree of chaotic behavior.
-The practice of sports activity caused a significant change, as shown by the research results, in reducing chaotic behavior when comparing the practicing and non-practicing students, and in favor of the practicing students.
The two researchers recommended:
-Urging the educational cadres to develop responsible behavior in the hearts of students and socially acceptable through conducting developmental and counseling courses for the teaching cadres, and declaring clear rules for dealing and firmness in adhering to them gently and softly as well.
-Activating the role of the educational counselor by playing a role in providing counseling servicesto students in the school to strengthen self-confidence and a sense of security and belonging to students, as well as involving them in classroom, extra-curricular and sports programs to control behavior.

- التعرف على السلوك الفوضوي لدى الطلاب الممارسين وغير الممارسين للنشاط الرياضي في بعض اعداديات مدينة الموصل
- التعرف الى الفروق في السلوك الفوضوي لدى الطلاب الممارسين وغير الممارسين للنشاط الرياضي في بعض اعداديات مدينة الموصل.
واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، لملائمته وطبيعة البحث الحالي. واشتمل مجتمع البحث على الطلاب الممارسين والغير ممارسين للألعاب الرياضية في بعض اعداديات مدينة الموصل، للعام الدراسي (2022 -2023).
واشتمل مجتمع البحث على الطلاب الممارسين والغير ممارسين للألعاب الرياضية للصف الخامس الاعدادي في اعداديات (الزهور، ابو حنيفة) الجانب الايسر(المركزية، الغربية) الجانب الايمن في مدينة الموصل والبالغ عددهم (560) طالب.
وتم اختيار عينة البحث والبالغة (300) طالب بصورة عشوائية وبنسبة مئوية (53.57) من مجتمع البحث الكلي، ولقياس السلوك الفوضوي لدى عينة البحث قام الباحثان باعتماد مقياس السلوك الفوضوي لدى طلبة الاعدادية (العبيدي،2017)، والذي تألف من (42) فقرة وتتم الاجابة على فقرات المقياس من خلال ثلاثة بدائل هي ( تنطبق على دائما، تنطبق على نادرا، لا تنطبق على ابدا) وقام الباحثان واستخدم الباحثان الحقيبة الاحصائية spss لمعالجة البيانات..
واستنتج الباحثان:
- يتسم طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية في مدينة الموصل بدرجة سلوك الفوضوي منخفض.
- احدثت ممارسة النشاط الرياضي تغيير ملحوظ وحسب ما اظهرته نتائج البحث في خفض السوك الفوضوي عند مقارنة الطلاب الممارسين للنشاط الرياضي والغير ممارسين، ولصالح الطلاب الممارسين.
واوصى الباحثان:
- حث الكوادر التربوية على تنمية السلوك السوي المسؤول في نفوس الطلاب والمقبول اجتماعيا من خلال عمل دورات تطويرية وارشادية للكوادر التدريسية، وإعلان قواعد واضحة للتعامل والحزم في الالتزام بها برفق ولين أيضا.
- تفعيل دور المرشد التربوي من خلال ممارسة دور في تقديم الخدمات الارشادي للطلاب في المدرسة لتدعيم الثقة بالنفس والشعور بالأمان والانتماء للطلاب وكذلك اشراكهم بالبرامج الصفية واللاصفية والرياضية لضبط السلوك.
