Abstract

The current research aims to know the extent to which customers respond to ambush marketing activities in (Asiacell Company), to provide valuable insights about the customers’ view of ambush marketing activities. Customers' view of quantitative marketing practices and the way they interact with them. Therefore, this study was designed to fill a major research gap and aims to explore how customers respond to ambush marketing practices and the factors that affect their reactions, as it included a random sample consisting of (72) clients of Asiacell, as the data was processed statistically based on several Statistical methods, including (the statistical tools used were: (weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, interpretation coefficient, answer intensity, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) simple linear effect, T-test, F-test). The research reached many conclusions, most notably :
The information that Asiacell provides to customers greatly influences their purchasing decisions. The research ended with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are “Asiacell’s interest in the response of customers, not the activities of ambush marketing, and the adoption of the ethical and legal principle in the company.”

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة مدى استجابة الزبائن لإنشطة التسويق الكميني في (شركة اسياسيل)، لتوفير رؤى قيمة حول نظرة الزبائن لإنشطة التسويق الكميني، اذ ارتبطت معظم أدبيات التسويق الكميني بالنقاش الأخلاقي والقانوني بين مالكي الشركات والجهات الرسمية التي استخدمت هذا النوع من التسويق ، وكيفية تجاهل نظرة الزبائن إلى ممارسات التسويق الكميني والطريقة التي يتفاعلون معها. لذلك ، تم تصميم هذه البحث لسد فجوة بحثية رئيسية وتهدف إلى استكشاف كيفية استجابة الزبائن لممارسات التسويق الكميني والعوامل التي تؤثر على ردود أفعالهم، اذ شملت عينة عشوائية تكونت من (72) فرداً من زبائن شركة اسيا سيل ، اذ تم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً بالاعتماد على عدة وسائل إحصائية منها (وتمثلت الأدوات الإحصائية المستخدمة بالاتي: (الوسط الحسابي الموزون، الانحراف معياري، معامل الاختلاف ،معامل التفسير، شدة الإجابة، معامل الارتباط البسيط (بيرسون) أثر خطي بسيط، اختبارT، اختبار F). وتوصل البحث الى العديد من الاستنتاجات أبرزها :
المعلومات التي تقدمها شركة اسيا سيل للزبائن تؤثر بشكل كبير على قراراتهم الشرائية.
انتهى البحث بجملة من التوصيات أهمها " اهتمام شركة اسيا سيل في استجابة الزبائن لا نشطة التسويق الكميني ، واعتماد المبدأ الأخلاقي والقانوني في الشركة ".

The right to intervene has come to be strongly challenged against the principle of non-interference, although in some respects it carries an attack on national sovereignty, in other respects it protects the rights of individuals from the repressive practices of authoritarian regimes that hide behind the idea of sovereignty and the principle of non-interference, However, the main problem is the use of international protection of human rights to achieve political objectives, in order to interfere in the internal and external affairs of some States, and this is evident in the case of Arab States, especially since the human rights situation in these States is an outlet for undermining their sovereignty.

إن الحق في التدخل أصبح يطرح بقوة في مقابل مبدأ عدم التدخل، هو وإن كان يحمل في بعض جوانبه اعتداء على السيادة الوطنية، ففي جوانبه الأخرى يمثل حماية لحقوق الأفراد من الممارسات القمعية للأنظمة الاستبدادية التي تتخفى وراء فكرة السيادة ومبدأ عدم التدخل، غير أن الإشكالية الأساسية هي استخدام الحماية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان لتحقيق أهداف سياسية، لأجل التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية والخارجية لبعض الدول، ويبدو ذلك واضحاً في حالة الدول العربية، خاصة أن أوضاع حقوق الإنسان في هذه الدول تشكل منفذاً للنيل من سيادتها.

سعى هذا البحث إلى تحليل العوامل السلوكية لدى المستثمر العراقي ومعرفة مدى الفرق التي تؤثر به على المستثمر تبعا للعوامل الديموغرافية(العمر، النوع البشري، سنوات الخبرة، التعليم)ومعرفة فيما اذا كإنت هذه العوامل تؤثر على تفضيلاتهم وذلك من خلال توزيع (77)استبإنة على المستثمرين في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية ، وتوصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق جوهرية في التأثير التي تحدثه هذه العوامل بين المستثمرين على وفق النوع البشري أو سنوات الخبرة أو مستوى التعليم الذي حصلوا عليه، بينما يكون الفارق الوحيد هو العمر وتوصل أيضا إلى إن هذه العوامل لها دور واضح في التأثير على تفضيلاتهم.

نشأت مهنة الصيدلة في بلاد ما بين النهرين منذ العصور الاولى ما قبل الميلاد وترعرعت في صدر الرسالة الاسلامية وتطورت في العصر الاموي والعباسي ، واتسعت لتشمل الوطن العربي والعالم ، وعند الحديث عن السلوك المهني والاخلاق الصيدلانية لابد ان نشير الى ان مهنة الصيدلة هي علم وفن وتوجب على المنتمي لها أن يتحلى بأعلى درجات الالتزام والمحافظة على شرف المهنة ، وعليه ان يتذكر دائماً ان انها مهنة تضحيات ذات مردود معنوي بالدرجة الاساس ، اضافة الى المردود المادي ، بمعنى آخر فإن على الصيدلي ان يقدم مصلحة المريض على مصلحته الشخصية ، وان لم يستطع ان ينفع فعليه أن لا يسبب له ضرراً.
والصيدلية هي احد مصادر الدخل الخاضعة للضريبة استناداً الى الفقرة (1) من المادة (2) من قانون ضريبة الدخل العراقي النافذ ، وبيان التحاسب الضريبي لها مهم لتميل الخزانة العامة بايرادات الضرائب المتأتية منها .

Abstract

The subject of survival function analysis is one of the important topics used to know the duration of survival of a person with a particular disease or tumor, the main objective of this research is to choose the best method to estimate the survival function for the distribution (Inverse Gompertz), where three methods were used to estimate the parameters and the survival function of the studied distribution, namely the Maximum likelihood method (MLE), the method of weighted least squares (WLS) and the method of (Cramer von Mises), The estimation methods were compared using the criterion of the integrated mean squares error (IMSE), where the results showed that the Cramer von Mises method (CVM) is the best method to estimate the survival function at the sizes of small and large samples.

ان موضوع تحليل دوال البقاء من المواضيع المهمة المستعملة في معرفة مدة البقاء على قيد الحياة للشخص المصاب بمرض او ورم معين، ان الهدف الرئيسي لهذا البحث هو اختيار افضل طريقة لتقدير دالة البقاء لتوزيع(Inverse Gompertz)حيث تم استعمال ثلاث طرائق لتقدير المعالم ودالة البقاء للتوزيع المدروس وهي طريقة الامكان الاعظم(MLE) وطريقة المربعات الصغرى الموزونة(WLS) وطريقة ((Cramer Von Mises وتمت المقارنة بين طرائق التقدير بأستعمال معيار متوسط مربعات الخطأ التكاملي حيث اظهرت النتائج ان طريقة Cramer Von Mises (CVM) هي افضل طريقة لتقدير دالة البقاء عند حجوم العينات الصغيرة والكبيرة.

Abstract

This research aims to test "the relationship between strategic flexibility with its dimensions (proactive flexibility, interactive flexibility) as an independent variable and organizational sustainability with its dimensions (social sustainability, economic sustainability, environmental sustainability)" as a respondent variable in the Diyala State Company and the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industry In order to explain the relationships and links between the research variables, the current field research was applied to an exclusive intentional sample of managers, their assistants, heads of departments and people's officials in the Diyala State Company and the State Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries, because they are vital companies and in direct contact with the desires and needs of the community. Their number is (158) people . The data was collected through a questionnaire and personal interviews with a number of managers and heads of departments, and the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in completing this research, and a number of statistical methods were used, including: the arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, to describe the research sample, and the linear correlation coefficient Simple (Pearson) to test the validity of the correlation hypotheses, simple linear regression and multiple choice validity of the effect hypotheses, The data was analyzed using a set of statistical programs (Microsoft Excel, SPSS V24, AMOS V24). The research came out with the most important results, the most important of which is the presence of a significant effect of strategic flexibility in its dimensions in organizational sustainability in its dimensions, which indicates the essential role of strategic flexibility in achieving organizational sustainability within the companies surveyed.

يهدف هذا البحث الى اختبار "العلاقة بين المرونة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها(المرونة الاستباقية, المرونة التفاعلية)كمتغير مستقل و الاستدامة التنظيمية بأبعادها(الاستدامة الاجتماعية ,الاستدامة الاقتصادية ,الاستدامة البيئية)" كمتغير مستجيب في بعض شركات وزارة الصناعة والمعادن. وبغية الى تفسير العلاقات و الروابط بين متغيرات البحث، تم تطبيق البحث الميداني الحالي على عينة قصدية حصرية من مدراء ومعاونيهم ورؤساء الأقسام و مسؤولي الشعب في شركة ديالى العامة والشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية والالكترونية لكونهما من الشركات الحيوية وعلى تماس مباشر مع رغبات وحاجات المجتمع، والبالغ عددهم (158) شخصاً، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة والمقابلات الشخصية مع عدد من المدراء ورؤساء الاقسام ، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في انجاز هذا البحث, كما تم استخدام عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية منها : الوسط الحسابي, النسبة المئوية, الانحراف المعياري, لوصف عينة البحث ، ومعامل الارتباط الخطي البسيط (بيرسون) لاختبار صحة فرضيات الارتباط ، والانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد الاختيار صحة فرضيات التأثير ، وتم تحليل البيانات عبر مجموعة من البرامج الاحصائية و هي (, Microsoft Excel SPSS V24,). وخرج البحث بنتائج أهمها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة معنوية المرونة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها في الاستدامة التنظيمية بأبعادها ,مما يشير إلى الدور الجوهري للمرونة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الاستدامة التنظيمية داخل الشركات المبحوثة.

Abstract

Those in charge of scientific experiments need to know the value of the causal effect of treatment, because it has an important impact on continuing to provide treatment or not continuing with this treatment. Where a dividing point is determined between the sample members who need treatment and those who do not need treatment, and this point is called the threshold limit (cut-off point). The value of the causal effect of the treatment is estimated by giving the treatment to all the sample members who want to use the treatment, and then comparing the sample members who used the treatment and they do not need it and the sample members who used the treatment and they need it. The impregnable local polynomial method and the method of plug-in rules were used on the basis of mean square error expansions using endodontic functions, and the data were simulated by the Monte Carlo experiment with sample sizes (75, 100, 125, 150) and iterations of 1000. The best way to estimate the bandwidth is to choose the least estimated The local causal effect of treatment is estimated and the sum of the local causal effect of regression is estimated

يحتاج القائمين على التجارب العلمية معرفة قيمة التاثير السببي للعلاج وذلك لما له تاثير مهم في استمرار تقديم العلاج او عدم الاستمرار بهذا العلاج . حيث يتم تحديد نقطة فاصلة بين افراد العينة الذين يحتاجون الى العلاج والذين لا يحتاجون الى العلاج وتسمى هذه النقطة بحد العتبة (نقطة القطع). ويتم تقدير قيمة تاثير السببي للعلاج من خلال اعطاء العلاج لجميع افراد العينة الذين يرغبون باستعمال العلاج، ومن ثم المقارنة بين افراد العينة الذين استعملوا العلاج وهم ليسوا بحاجة له وبين افراد العينة الذين استعملوا العلاج وهم بحاجة له. وتم استعمال طريقة متعددة الحدود المحلية الحصينة وطريقة قواعد المكونات الإضافية على أساس توسعات متوسط الخطأ التربيعي باستعمال الدوال اللبية وتم محاكاة البيانات بتجربة مونتي كارلو وبحجوم عينات (75 ، 100 ، 125 ، 150) وبتكرار 1000. وان افضل طريقة لتقدير عرض الحزمة هي اختيار اقل مقدر من مقدر التاثير السببي المحلي للعلاج و مقدر مجموع التاثير السببي المحلي للانحدار.

The UNESCO is an abbreviation of the United Nations organization for education, science and culture. Which is a highly-specialized agency affiliating to the United Nations, the constitution of which has been ratified in 16 November 1945. And came into force in 1946. It is worth-bearing in mind that this constitution emphasizes the reinforcement of cooperation among states in the field of learning, education and culture. The permanent headquarters of this organization is located in Paris. It includes 195 members, and contains more than 50 field offices around the world attempting to transfer the knowledge depending upon the activities closely-related to the education, research and training. Participating and presenting the technical service to the member states within these scientific fields as well as the communications and education. They also aimed at protecting the students pursuing their studies abroad. And the extent to which they may receive a poor-level education. As a result of increasing extension in the field of higher education. It is to be noted that there are universities and institutes related to the traditional higher education. As well as suppositional educational institutions specialized in learning via internet. There are also private companies and international groups. And how efficient UNESCO organization in determining the standards of recognition of the qualities of these studies. And putting forward the standards of recognition. In addition to follow up and assist the member states in order to merge these standards in their national legislations to maintain a distinguished quality higher education.

Abstract

There is no doubt that the issue of development is one of the most important issues of human empowerment in the pursuit of achieving his economic, social and political goals, and the goal is to achieve them properly. As he faced economic, health and education difficulties and challenges that needed additional basic resources, they left harmful effects on groups of society, in particular on women, children and juveniles, and the emergence of negative cases and phenomena such as begging, human trafficking, drug abuse and trafficking in them, as well as cases of youth suicide, all of which are cases
From here comes our perception of the economic reality:
First: In a deep vision of this aspect, with knowledge, knowledge and acknowledgment of the existence of these problems, and then putting in place many economic alternatives, including attracting local and Arab investments, especially the Gulf countries, for mutual benefit. Abstract

لا شك ان قضية التنمية من أهم قضايا تمكين الانسان في سعيه نحو تحقيق اهدافه الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والغاية ان يحققها على نحو صحيح . ويعد الفقر احدى اهم التحديات التي تواجهها مجتمعات الدول كافة وبخاصة الدول النامية , ومنها بعض الدول التي تمتلك امكانات اقتصادية ممكنة , على سبيل المثال العراق مثلاً . اذ واجه صعوبات وتحديات اقتصادية وصحية وتعليمة تحتاج الى موارد أضافية اساسية , تركت اثارا ضارة على فئات المجتمع و على وجه الخصوص على المرأة والطفل والحدث , وظهور حالات وظواهر سلبية كا التسول والاتجار بالبشر وتعاطي المخدرات والمتاجرة بهما , فضلا عن حالات انتحار الشباب ,وجميعها حالات وظواهر تعد غريبة عن مجتمعنا المنضبط اجتماعياً .
مما لا شك فيه ان الاعداد لمهارات قوى العمل المستقبيلة يتم في واقع الامر الأن من المراحل الاولى. فكيف؟ في مجتمع فيه تسرب وهدر في اعداد تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية, وزيادة عمالة الاطفال وبطالة الشباب. وتفشي الجهل والامية بين افراده ؟
من هنا يأتي تصورنا عن الواقع الاقتصادي :
أولاً: في رؤية عميقة الى هذه الناحية , ودراية و معرفة والاقرار بوجود تلك المشكلات من ثم وضع بدائل اقتصادية عديدة منها جذب الاستثمارات المحلية والعربية, وخاصة الخليجية في منفعة تبادلية . وبروز قطاع خاص فاعل في الدول النامية يعمل على تحسين النمو الاقتصادي , ويزيد من حجم الطبقة الوسطى , برفع مستوى الأسر الفقيرة الى مستوى تلك الطبقة .
ثانياً: دراسة تلك المشكلات بطرق تتفق مع الفرضية السائدة بأن الفرد يسعى من وراء سلوكه ,الى تحقيق غاية معينة . بأتخاذ بعض الاجراءات القانونية لتنظيم المجتمع والحفاظ على حقوق افراده وسن قوانين التمكين الاجتماعي , وقانون الحقوق المالية, فضلاً عن نشر مفهوم السلم المجتمعي.
اليوم, وبعد مضي زمناً ليس بالقصير على جهود التنمية العالمية , لابد ان نتحدث مباشرة وعلى اساس التفاعل الانساني لتقديم المساعدات والحلول لتلك المعضلة . وينبغي ان تكون نقطة البدء في اي مؤتمر أو ورشة عمل هي الفهم المشترك , والحقيقي لما تعنيه التنمية المستدامة الواقعية .
ولعل التحدي الحقيقي يكمن في ضرورة ان يكون المفهوم واضحاً وصادقاً ,وفهمه على نحو عميق والتفكير جدياً في برامج وستراتيجيات , يجرى تطبيقها من خلال انظمة وهياكل تنظيمية , لتفعيل جهود التنمية الحقيقية للقضاء على الفقر, بتغيير انماط الاستهلاك ,والانتاج غير المستدامة . وليس هناك اتجاه واحد للعمل بل هناك الكثير من الفرص والكثير من الخيارات .

Administrative jurisprudence goes to make laws in the legislative system in most countries into criminal law, civil law, administrative law and commercial law, and these laws mostly depend on the means of evidence that prove the accusation against the accused in the right way and support the oppressed, or the one who scrutinizes the civil law to prove the contested and the judgment Among the people, commercial law is always proven quickly to preserve capital. In administrative law, proof is of a different nature. Due to the different nature of the relationship between the administrative court and the claimant person or entity, as well as the fact that evidence in the administrative judiciary requires reviewing administrative laws and comparing them with the decisions to be proven.

يذهب الفقه الإداري الى جعل القوانين في المنظومة التشريعية في اغلب البلدان إلى قانون جنائي وقانون مدني وقانون إداري وقانون تجاري، وهذه القوانين في اغلبها تعتمد على وسائل الإثبات التي تثبت التهمة على المتهم بوجه الحق وينصر المظلوم، أو الذي يدقق في القانون المدني لإثبات المتنازع عليه والحكم بين الناس، أما القانون التجاري فدائمًا يتم الإثبات سريعًا للحفاظ على رؤوس الأموال. وفي القانون الإداري يحتل الإثبات طبيعة مختلفة؛ نظرًا لاختلاف طبيعة العلاقة بين المحكمة القضاء الاداري وبين الجهة أو الشخص المدعى، فضلًا على أن الإثبات في القضاء الإداري يتطلب مراجعة القوانين الإدارية ومقارنتها بالقرارات المراد إثباتها.

Abstract

PURPOSE: Identify the extent of the impact of consensual governance on the general banking performance in a sample of private commercial banks.
The problem: The banking sector in the world has witnessed in recent years many developments in line with the changing needs of customers, and in light of globalization, Iraqi banks have found themselves obligated to keep pace with those developments related to banking services provided to customers, as well as the mechanisms adopted to manage the banking business, foremost of which is the adoption of governance mechanisms because of their Positive effects indicated by a number of foreign studies and confirmed by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). Therefore, researchers see the need to study the extent of the reflection of the consensus approach to governance in improving the general performance of Iraqi private commercial banks.
Objective: The aim of the current study is to uncover the vital and important role of consensual governance in upgrading the general banking performance in private commercial banks, the research sample..
Design / Methodology / Approach: The selection fell on four commercial banks that occupy an important position among the private commercial banks and are considered committed to institutional governance mechanisms (according to the Central Bank of Iraq report for the year 2019). The research sample was chosen, which consisted of (40) individuals from senior management in banks, the research sample, and by (10) individuals from each bank. Correlation coefficient, regression coefficient), in addition to using the normal distribution test and exploratory factor analysis to test the validity of the approved measures and choose the appropriate statistical analysis. The outputs of statistical programs (SPSS V.23), (Excel V. 2012) were relied on.
Results: The study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the significant impact of consensual governance on the general banking performance of banks, the research sample as well as presenting a set of ideas and visions that contribute to raising the level of readiness of private commercial banks to implement and benefit from governance.

الغرض: التعرف على مدى تأثير الحوكمة التوافقية على الاداء المصرفي العام في عينة من المصارف التجارية الخاصة .
المشكلة : شهد القطاع المصرفي في العالم خلال السنوات الاخيرة العديد من التطورات بما يتماشى والاحتياجات المتغيرة للزبائن ، وفي ظل العولمة وجدت المصارف العراقية نفسها ملزمة بمواكبة تلك التطورات الخاصة بالخدمات المصرفية المقدمة للزبائن، فضلا عن الاليات المعتمدة لأدارة العمل المصرفي، وفي مقدمتها اعتماد اليات الحوكمة لما لها من اثار ايجابية اشارت لها عدد من الدراسات الأجنبية واكدت عليها لجنة بازل للرقابة المصرفية BCBS ، لذا يرى الباحثون ضرورة دراسة مدى انعكاس المدخل التوافقي للحوكمة في الارتقاء بالاداء العام للمصارف العراقية التجارية الخاصة .
الهدف : الهدف من الدراسة الحالية هو الكشف عن الدور الحيوي والمهم للحوكمة التوافقية في الارتقاء بالأداء المصرفي العام في المصارف التجارية الخاصة عينة البحث.
التصميم/ المنهجية/ المدخل: وقع الاختيار على اربعة مصارف تجارية تحتل مكانة مهمة بين المصارف التجارية الخاصة وتعتبر ملتزمة بأليات الحوكمة المؤسسية (وفقا لتقرير البنك المركزي العراقي للعام 2019) ، اذ اختار الباحثون ( مصرف المنصور ، مصرف الخليج ، مصرف عبر العراق ، مصرف الأستثمار العراقي) ميداناً لإجراء الدراسة ، وتم اختيار العينة الخاصة بالبحث والمتكونة من (40) فردا من الأدارة العليا في المصارف عينة البحث وبواقع (10) افراد من كل مصرف، تم استخدام مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية من أجل التحليل ومنها (الوسط الحسابي ، معامل الاختلاف ، الانحراف المعياري ، النسب المئوية ، معامل الارتباط ، معامل الانحدار) ، فضلاً عن استخدام اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي والتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي لاختبار صدق المقاييس المعتمدة واختيار التحليل الإحصائي المناسب ، وتم الاعتماد على مخرجات البرامج الإحصائية (SPSS V.23)، (Excel V.2012 ) .
النتائج : توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من الاستنتاجات ابرزها وجود تأثير معنوي للحوكمة التوافقية على الاداء المصرفي العام للمصارف عينة البحث فضلاً عن تقديم مجموعة من الأفكار والرؤى التي تساهم في رفع مستوى جاهزية المصارف التجارية الخاصة لتطبيق والاستفادة من الحوكمة .

Abstract

The problem of the research was that there is a deficiency in Iraqi research, especially in the field of the subject of real estate brokers (real estate brokerage), and let's also not forget not to conduct a full research of the provisions of the Significance Law No. (58) of 1987, and this represents a problem for the researcher, who must try to reach the objectives of the research desired by him, which is to explain the provisions of this law in order to fill the gap in the legal rules. He explained the success of Iraqi law in regulating real estate brokerage legislation commensurate with the reality of commercial activity in the country.
The researcher also reached the most important results, the most important of which was that the real estate broker knew the person responsible for the sale or rent of real estate from the seller and found the buyer or lessor and mediated between them and without favoring one over the other, and organizes a contract between them and this process is called real estate brokerage It is a contract in exchange for a known compensation for the pursuit between two people in real estate not on behalf of one of them.
The researcher recommended the need for the real estate broker to obtain a higher scientific qualification than a certificate of primary study, in case he cannot obtain specialized training courses in the field of real estate in addition to the need to add a legal article in the Iraqi semantic law containing the conditions and controls for the renewal of the license of real estate brokerage in more detail than the previous ones.

Abstract

تلخّصت مشكلة البحث في أنّ هناك قصوراً في البحث العراقيّ ولا سيّما في مجال موضوع السماسرة العقاريّين (الوساطة العقارية), ولا ننسى أيضا عدم إجراء بحث كامل لأحكام قانون الدلالة رقم (58) لسنة 1987، وهذا يمثّل مشكلة للباحث الذي يجب عليه محاولة الوصول إلى أهداف البحث المرجوّة منه, وهي شرح أحكام هذا القانون من أجل سدّ الفجوة في القواعد القانونيّة. وشرح لمدى نجاح القانون العراقي في تنظيم تشريعات الوساطة العقاريّة بما يتناسب مع واقع النشاط التجاريّ في البلد.
كما توصّل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمّها أنَّ الوسيط العقاري هو الشخص المسؤول عن بيع أو إيجار العقارات من البائع, وإيجاد المشتري, أو المؤجّر ويتوسّط بينهما ودون تفضيل أحدهما على الآخر، وينظّم عقداً بينهم, وتسمّى هذه العملية بالوساطة العقاريّة , فهي عقد مقابل عوض معلوم مقابل السعي بين عاقدين في عقار لا نيابة عن أحدهما.
وأوصى الباحث بضرورة حصول الوسيط العقاريّ على مؤهّل علميّ أعلى من شهادة دراسة ابتدائيّة، في حال تعذّر حصوله على دورات تدريبيّة متخصّصة في المجال العقاريّ إضافة إلى ضرورة إضافة مادة قانونية في قانون الدلالة العراقيّ تحتوي على شروط وضوابط تجديد إجازة الوساطة العقاريّ بصورة أكثر تفصيلاً من سابقاتها.
