means important in the number of a good citizen., And interest in sports
school requires great effort and is supposed to be available supplies to
ensure its implementation as required and use Features inat school and at
full enough to achieve the objectives of this activity.
The research aims to identify the reality of school sports as well as the most
important problems facing studied Physical Education. Has included sample
departments and teaching staff and students of some schools in Baghdad.
Was used descriptive method with the sample through the form
questionnaire was distributed to members of the sample and the researcher
offload their data in special forms in preparation for the next step and
statistically processed for the purpose of extracting the most important
conclusions reached by the researcher are:
There is a clear exploitation and large by some other materials for teachers
of physical education lesson. Lacks a lot of schools and having our own
stadiums sports activities despite the fact that there is love interaction by
students to study Physical Education. Therefore, the researcher
recommends through what has been inferred to:
1- Attention Padres Physical Education by Article teachers and school
administrations.
2- construction of a private pilot courts sports activities both internal and
external.
3- Provide tools and modern sports equipment.

Abstract
obstacles facing the training process for futsal to women and method of
improving
it at Baghdad Clubs, There are a number of factors lead to abstain woman
from practicing futsal, and for the purpose of improve the game again ,
there are necessary requirements and should be available for them. Thus
the researcher through this study is to make cooperative methods
available with the circles concerned to improve the affairs of woman
sport in the government to perform its massage and to remove the
obstacles facing their work, through identifying the necessary training
requirements to improve futsal. Thus the researcher used the survey
approach on a sample of he/she administrators& he/she couches and she
/players in some of Baghdad clubs in which the game is practiced
amounted(100) from the clubs(club of Fatat Baghdad, sport club of
army, A lsalam club, Alsilikh club, sport youth club)the questionnaire
form has designed included(5) pivots, each pivot included a number of
items consisted different aspects, and after distributing the questionnaire
and collecting the results , the researcher has reached to the following
conclusions:-
 The she/player pivot has achieved positive results and it is not an
obstacle facing the training requirements to improve the female futsal for
the existence of the female base according to the physical characteristics
and the mental and psychological skills also the availability of the talent
and the desire in training.
 The he/she couch pivot has achieved positive results, and it is not
an obstacle facing the training requirements to improve the female sport,
for existence of he/she couch comes in touch with the scientific
development and the sport achievements also enjoys the educational
leadership.
 We find the potentials and equipments pivot stand an obstacle
facing the development and improving the futsal in Iraq, for nonexistence of training halls for women and lack of equipments also the

 transport means and the monthly salaries led to non- persistence
and non- continuity in training.
 The planning pivot has achieved positive results and it is not
existed an obstacle facing improvement of futsal, we find there is
planning due to the potentials and individual differences consistent with
the championships schedules, and the items of the plan is putting
according to the physical tests also the psychological tests, means the
weakness and strength points for the she/ players.
 We find the sponsorship pivot for futsal teams stand an obstacle
facing the improvement of the game in Iraq for non-existence of social
security and health ,living and occupational insurance for the she/players.
thus the researcher has recommended to support the game of futsal in Iraq
and enhance its participation in the international competitions ,
symposiums, studies, and sport conferences specialized in this regard at
all levels locally and externally.

sport activity in Iraq through availability of security and health ,living and
occupational insurance for the she/players

he physical achievement would be only fulfilled through yearstaken training programs based on scientific bases for functional ,
planning and physical sides .
The process of studying physical performance's efficiency for
female-players has been considered extremely as on important
process since it contributes to know to what extent the physical
training would have effect on female-players.
Thus, the overage and rate of physical and functional efficiency has
been regarded as necessary indicator which determines the situation
of player in all sport activities in general and in basket ball,
volleyball and handball in specific.
Therefore , the goal of research is to make comparison among
sports-games female-players (basketball, volleyball, and handball) in
respect to physical efficiency of Baghdad's education team. It has
been employed descriptive method (survey method) on Baghdad's
education team for sport-games(basketball, volleyball, and handball in
specific)
Female-players numbered 31 and it has been chosen a research
sample 18 – numbered female players .
The researcher concluded that the value of physical efficiency
testing for handball's and basketball's female-players has been better
than those playing volleyball; she also concluded that there wasn't
difference in value of physical efficiency testing for female-players'
handball and basketball
Hence the researcher recommended paying more attention on
developing level of female-players' physical efficiency in respect to
basketball, volleyball, and handball , and on making periodical tests
for female-players as to know efficiency test value that being
regarded as an indicator for heart function and circulation

The study comprises five chapters : Chapter One includes the
introduction and the significance of the study : The psychological aspect
and the methods of Psychological preparation are handled. This is so
because of their important role in preparing the players to accept the
training loads and entering the exciting motor competitions in sport
games. Mental toughness is one of the important Psychological
manifestations , which helps the sportsmen in the different sport games ,
for both single and group games and for both sexes . Mental toughness
shows the manifestations of the personality , the style that characterizes it
in dealing with the reality and its comprehension, its psychological and
life experiences which reflect the awareness of the newly happened
situations from time to time . Some may think that there is a difference
between a game and another whether single or group, in the need of the
mental toughness . Unlike , all the sportsmen need the power of
psychological endurance to face the difficulties and the high
psychological pressures that face the player without affecting him
physically nor psychologically. Thus, the importance of the study is the
clarifying quality of the mental toughness for all the sportsmen. This is so
to help them endure all the difficult circumstances and reaching a new
meaning in the players life despite depression and depression , which may
face him because of the pressures and disorders while training or during
the sport competition .

researcher wanted to know whether there is an effect in the process of

them especially for women . While the research problem can be listed as
following questions:
- What is the skill's accuracy level for the college team?
- What is the power level of the two legs, the strength of the arms of
the team members ?

has not been a study of this test with this kind of skill only in the skills

the answer to these questions , The study aimed to identify the

This did not come by chance, but rather came as a result of the development of the training process on the one hand and on the other hand, the players possess physical abilities that have their effectiveness in performance, including strength characterized by speed and explosiveness, but the importance of the research lies in seeking to develop these two abilities

and knowing the rates of their development to be effective

for coaches in the training process.

The research problem can be put in a question: Are various qualitative exercises used to develop these abilities according to the anaerobic sample in some stages of training (special preparation) to know the rates of their development in harmony with their physical abilities? The research aims to use exercises according to the anaerobic threshold for young basketball players, and then know the effect of these exercises on the rates of development of some physical variables. As for the research hypothesis, it is that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests in the physical research variables. The research was conducted on the youth players of Al-Karkh Sports Club with a number of (10) players and a percentage of (10.5%). The following tests were conducted (speed-distinguished strength for the arms and legs, explosive strength for the arms and legs, in addition to the pre- and post-tests, the exercises used that continued from 5/14 to 7/20/2011, in addition to the appropriate statistical means.

The researcher concluded that there were significant differences between the pre- and post-tests in the physical variables of the research, in addition to the fact that the percentage of its development reached 35%, 42% for speed-distinguished strength, 26%, 13% for explosive strength.

The researcher recommends the necessity of striving to develop these two abilities after their development was proven through the use of various physical exercises according to the anaerobic sample in training.
