The study aimed to:
1-measuring the psychological trend towards the Scout movement among students of the intermediate school in the district of the city in the province of Basra.
The descriptive approach was used for 240 students representing the research sample selected from 10 intermediate schools in Al-Madinah district in Basrah governorate, aged 13-14 years. The questionnaire was conducted by the students on a questionnaire that was counted by the researchers and consisted of 20 Grades on the answer to each paragraph in the test for the period from Sunday, 14/10/2018 until Thursday20/12/2018 in the classrooms in the intermediate schools in the district of the city. After processing the data equations by stander deviation and average.
A conclusion was reached:
1-The psychological trend was positive among students in the intermediate school towards the scout movement in the schools of district.In BASRAH .
The most important recommendations were:
1- Establishment of a special division in the district of the city specializes in scouting movement among the youth.
2- Establishing a permanent camp within the city's jurisdiction and preparing its needs for hosting the scout camps in the judiciary.
3- The establishment of development courses for teachers and teachers of physical education to improve the level of scout movement in the schools of district.

The problem of the research was revealed throughout the experience of the researcher as a player, a coach and as a specialist in sports as well , when he noted that most of the Iraqi coaches ignored the exercises that require a high level of compatibility, speed and high agility, if any, they do not satisfy the needs or the targeted aim because of the lack of creating a competitive atmosphere during training and lack of awareness among the players as well as the lack of adaptation to the performance of such exercises and high intensity with the great mastery of the skilled performance of the movements.
The study aimed to :
1. Identifying the levels of the two samples in the tests related to the research variables (Neuromuscular compatibility, agility, speed , the rapid power, and explosive power) for the two samples of the research.
2.The knowledge about the effect of the training program for the training of the psycho in the search variables (Neuromuscular compatibility, agility, speed , the rapid power, and explosive power) for the two samples of the research.
The researcher used the experimental method in the style of the equal group for its suitability in solving the problem of the research and achieving its objectives. Therefore ,the research was chosen by the vertical way and it included the players of the National Center for taking care of the talented boxers in Basra for (2017_2018 ) , so that the sample was limited to the youth boxers in the weight of (55) kg , where the number of boxers was (11) , therefore they represent the research community 100% . Where they were divided into three groups by (4) boxers for the two experimental groups and t hree boxers for the control group, in addition to that, the boxers were distributed to the groups by using the random way. Furthermore, in this study the researcher used the physical tests, which included : (The test of the power which is specialized by the speed of the arms, the power which is specialized by the speed of the legs, the test of agility, the test of the speed of the arms , the test of the speed of the legs , the test of the compatibility between the eye and the leg , the test of the compatibility between the leg and the arm , the test of the self-mutilation and the compatibility between the eye and the arm ), and also this study included the using of the training program, which consists of an integrated training cycle in a period of (3 months) which consisted of the preparatory stage and the competitions stage , where the preparatory stage consisted of two months (a general preparation) and one month (a special preparation) .
Thence, the number of the exercises which were used 7 exercises 2 for the belly, 2 for the arm and 3 for the legs , so that the sequence of the exercises

Therefore the number of the training units in the week 3 days, which means three training units per week to be (36) training units , so that the using of these exercises is being at the beginning of the training unit , therefore the intensity is represented by:
80 %- 90 % in the stage of the general preparation
90 %- 95% in the stage of setup
95% - 100 %in the stage of the competitions
The researcher used the statistical means of which are represented by the statistical program (Spss) , therefore the researcher reached to the following conclusions:
1. The training program was effective in making positive changes through the results of all the post tests of the sample of the research .
2. The training of the psycho has the major effect in developing the level of (the compatibility of the nerve muscular , the speed motility as well as the strength which is characterized by the speed of the muscles of the arms and legs.
3. The use of breath holding technique was more positive in making development in comparison with the traditional technique.
The researcher also recommended :
1.Making sure of using the training of the Sakio .
2. The necessity of encouraging the trainers to develop their scientific potential in the terms of specialization.
