- Al-Academy Journal publishes scientific papers in the following fields:
- Plastic arts, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, and graphics.
- Design, including the fields of print design, industrial design, textile design, and interior design.
- Arabic calligraphy and Ornamentation
- Art education
- Musical arts
- Theatrical arts, including the fields of acting, directing, literature and criticism.
- Cinema and television
- The editorial board is supervised by an editor-in-chief, managing editor, And members of the editorial board. The editorial board is a panel of experts with diverse expertise who contribute to the development of long-term plans for academic publication in general, And Al-Academy Journal in specific.

Aims and Scope
- The journal deals with academic research related to aesthetic subjects, which includes the fields of plastic arts, music, theater, cinema, design arts, calligraphy, and decoration, as well as theoretical and applied research in the field of art education.

Al-Academy Journal is an open access journal, therefore there are no fees required for downloading any publication from the journal website by authors, readers, and institution. The journal applies the license of:
