In this study we discussed the manifestations of the psychological level in Ghada AL-Samman,s novels, where we first talked about the concepts on which this study is based , which are the concept of the novel and the concept of the psychological level, and after that we talked about psychological dimensions in Ghada AL-Samman,s novels, and this was manifested in alienation , nostalgia, and self-conflict.The writer Ghada AL-samman is distinguished by the diversity of her method in the novel, including the satirical style, which has the ability to influence , the dramatic style , which summarizes the scenes of reality with kinetic paintings , and the dialogic style , which reveals the depths of the characters and gives the text vitality and dynamism. Every work of fiction has its own narrative color but, but in the writer Ghada AL-Samman we find all kinds of narration , multi-sided dialogue , and solid description

The current research aims to study blended learning and its impact on students and their achievement in mathematics. The study is applied in the field to students of the Mathematics Department at the University of Baghdad in the College of Science on a sample of 64 male and female students who were divided into two groups. The first included 32 subjects and was called experimental, to which blended learning is applied. The second included 32 items are called control, and normal learning is applied to them according to the experimental method. Through designing a test consisting of 18 questions, the grades of the students in the two groups were monitored before and after conducting the experiment, and through statistical tests it is revealed that there were significant differences between both groups in favor of those studied according to the combined method. It also tested differences between genders regarding grades according to blended learning (experimental). In general, it is found that the size of the impact that blended learning had on students’ grades was large. The study recommended the necessity of securing all the requirements for blended learning and overcoming its difficulties, and suggested studying the difficulties facing the teaching staff in applying the blended style to mathematics department students.

The research is based on an important objective and aims to find out the reality of organizational excellence in hotel organizations, based on applied principles. Therefore, it was necessary to have leaders and managers who possess a personality characterized by knowledge and generation of ideas and strength and how to deal with elements of business ethics. International and Crystal Grand Hotel Ishtar are two of the excellent class hotels in order to identify the reality of the application of the dimensions of research variables (Means to strengthen the ethics of the profession and enhance organizational excellence) has been adopted program (Spss) in the analysis of the research methodology. The results of the analysis were extracted through the distribution of the research questionnaire (50) supervisory manager in all sections of the two hotel organizations. The research also reached a number of recommendations that contribute to raising and enhancing the level of organizational excellence in the organizations researched, the most important of which: The interest of senior administrations in adopting realistic objective dimensions in order to provide the best services and products as well as providing the requirements of participation in the promotion of organizational excellence.

The geography of services is one of the important branches of geography for humans because it is concerned with the efficiency of those services. The study area (the city of Najaf) was chosen because it represents the top of the urban pyramid of the Al-Najaf Governorate. As for the phenomenon of low services in secondary schools in the city of Najaf, it is considered one of the negative phenomena that indirectly affects the low level of education in this type of school. Diagnosing such a phenomenon will help the competent authorities to develop solutions to improve the reality of services for these schools. The researcher has given a number of reasons to study such topics because they are indirectly related to the educational aspect, and this study has applied the field study and a questionnaire in its analysis of this topic. Questionnaire to determine the reality of services in secondary schools in terms of their adequacy and efficiency.

The researcher attempts while he examining a vertical text to reveal the stylistic patterns that lie behind the texture of the text and its poetic language by tracking phenomena and stylistic structure which in turn revealed the creativity's excellence in employing that language by adapting and using it in a distinctive way. The stylistic approach, which high fluidity, helped us in revealing these patterns. It gives more spaces to the critic to understand the edges of the text and the secret of its deep depth especially since the poet has domination over the language and dominates the access of metaphor in a clear and distinctive way.

The current study aims to measure the level of Zinc ion concentrationIn the serum of people who suffer from weak immunity, which causes several diseases, including rheumatic disease, and the study took several models, including rheumatic disease, as well as complications of blood vessels and acute developments in respiratory diseases, where a defect occurs in the integrity of the epithelial barrier (COVID-19) and the accompanying acute pneumonia, which be associated with a diseas addition to wound inflammation and slow healing, all of which are among the causes of Zinc ion deficiency. The study also dealt with viral diseases that cause nerve cell damage, Through which Zinc ions are estimated in blood serum for different models, the method that was used is a Flame atomic absorption spectrometer(FAAS). For several people of different ages and different stages to link the relationship between deficiency of Zinc ions and the emergence of these diseases which results in loss of smell and taste.
